I am an atheist, my whole life I was fascinated with spirituality which is the weirdest cognitive dissonance for an atheist. Slowly I’m finding the middle path that allows me to be a spiritual atheist and it’s an amazing journey I want to share with the world.
This is the introduction Episode to The Atheist Guide to Spiritual Awakening. You can find more content across social networks with the hashtag #tagtsa. I'm active mostly on Twitter at this time but will see to expand that to other places.
The goal of this episode is to pick your curiosity on the topic so I link here additional content that hopefully will awaken (pun intended) your curiosity:
Enough about me, let's talk about you!

This is the Atheist Guide to Spiritual Awakening, this episode is about The Creation of a Mind or how we develop, learn, get programmed, get traumatized and how we can understand our own mind through meditation.
I mention two resources in the podcast that I'm linking here:
This episode is dedicated to Healing from childhood trauma or more simply to reprogram some automatic behaviors we have that are not serving us as best as possible.
To go deeper into childhood trauma and how to handle it, please have a look at my favourite material from late Peter Gerlach if you like the scientific approach to things:
or to the excellent channel of Aaron Doughty that is also very interesting but a little bit more ...
This episode of the Atheist Guide to Spiritual Awakening is dedicated to free will.
Some resources and discussions I find fascinating and link here for you to explore the topic further:

This episode explores the hermetic principle of gender and some topics where the unbalance of gender in ourselves is used by forces to reach certain goals that we might not find in our best interest.
In the segment about Climate Change I refer to three problems that seem more urgent and I promised to link some interesting resources exploring those:
This episode is focusing on the spiritual concept of manifestation and exploring how - with or without a spirit world - the rules of manifestation and its companion - synchronicities - is key to living a successful life.
