A lovely patchwork quilt surrounds and hugs you… a cozy companion to welcome in… things on the air…  swirling, awakening a gentle earthly sense…  bringing your attention to your Nose!   The center of your smell… a sense that has lots to share and explore with you… if you only  notice it!

This Podcast is something Special…  a deep, lovely meditation!  Together, let us clear what no longer serves us… with the help of the Earth and the Universe…
