Most of the time, you see me buzzing with possibility, energy and excitement.
Every now and then, I stumble and fall. This journey is, after all, up and down along the way up.
Toward the very end of 2022, I found myself in an unexpected funk. I was consumed with disappointment and allowing myself to have quite the ego tantrum.
The longer I sat with disappointment, the more I realized I was connecting to one particular negative thought.
This thought wasn’t just any thought. It’s what I consider to be the worst thought.
In this episode, I walk you through my funk and what I did to shift out of it. And I share with you wisdom and medicine I collected along the way.
As always, I would love to hear how this resonated with you. Come share your takeaway inside my private Facebook group Fiercely Awakening.
