Today's episode is kind of about menopause -- but not really though. I share part of an email that Dr. Mary Claire Haver sent in which she writes a letter to her younger self. I love her email and the idea that this is a new life chapter that can be quite wonderful.
Yes, there are some physical changes that can be tough. But, it can also be a time for freedom -- freedom from caring for other humans, freedom from roles we used to play. A beginning!
