The cornerstone to any successful change is CREATIVITY.
In fact, all change starts with creativity — it is through the act of “creating” that the need for change is born.
I believe that developing your creative thinking skills is vital to making meaningful change happen in your life.
It’s by thinking outside the box that you open up to a world of possibilities, get unstuck from old patterns and routines, discover new innovative ideas, and break free from the status quo.
Paradoxically, creativity creates certainty.
It’s through the act of exploring and creating something new that the uncertainty inherent in any change becomes more known.
In my latest episode of The Positive Change Podcast, I answer a listener’s question about my creative approach and talk about the role of creativity in making change happen.
Give it a listen and discover new ways to boost your creative thinking skills and overcome obstacles that hold you back from making change.

Betrayal Season 5
Saskia Inwood woke up one morning, knowing her life would never be the same. The night before, she learned the unimaginable – that the husband she knew in the light of day was a different person after dark. This season unpacks Saskia’s discovery of her husband’s secret life and her fight to bring him to justice. Along the way, we expose a crime that is just coming to light. This is also a story about the myth of the “perfect victim:” who gets believed, who gets doubted, and why. We follow Saskia as she works to reclaim her body, her voice, and her life.
