I årets första avsnitt av vår filmpodcast så har vi förhandstittat på den snart bioaktuella musikalen/komedin/dramat THE KISS OF THE SPIDER WOMAN. Jennifer Lopez, Diego Luna och Tonatiuth är trion som sätter denna film i brand. Grått och dystert möter explosivt och färgsprakande. Vi är två helt olika filmsjälar i podden som tycker väldigt olika om denna film signerad Bill Condon.
Vi har äntligen tagit oss an och tittat på Paul Thomas Andersons : ONE BATTLE AFTER ANOTHER med Leonardo Di Caprio, Sean Penn och Benicio Del Toro. En riktigt "gasen i botten"-film trots att den klockar in på 2 tim och 41 minuter.
Vi har även sett Darren Aronofskys senaste film CAUGHT STEALING. Istället för att göra en svår brännande film så går han loss med en action/komedi med Austin Butler i huvudrollen. Frågan är om ultravåld och komedi passar ihop? Och ja, Thomas fick i utmaning att titta på Wes Anderssons senaste film The Phoenician Scheme, trots att han tidigare vägrat se denna rulle.
Så det blir fullt ös i årets första avsnitt av T&T Filmpodcast.
