everything you've already thought, everything you've already read about, everything
you've already heard on all day long. You are well
aware the Fourteenth Amendment was about freed slaves. You're aware
this was a bad decision. You're aware it sucks. You're

this already. It's bad. It's bad. It's bad. It's bad,

it's bad. I'm not here to pretend otherwise it was
an awful decision, and yes it hurt us. We lost.
We're sitting in the war room and we're saying to ourselves, ooh,

cleaning out a corrupt country, is a process, not an event.
There are, as I've told you a million times, there
are a thousand more battles to come, and I promise

I promise you this, some of those losses well end
up being wins. In the end. We lost this battle
for this critical bridge. We now have a bunch of

foreigners coming over here dumping kids in the country. They
get same American rights you do. That sucks. We lost
that critical bridge today. We didn't lose it forever. If
I told you ten years ago that Roe versus Wade

would be overturned, you would have said, that's insane. The
Supreme Court already decided, Jesse. It's been the law for
fifty years in this country. Once the Supreme Court makes
a decision, had never ever changes. Jesse, Your nuts. You're
being a hopeless optimist. And what do you know, we
win a critical presidential election. Couple of Supreme Court justice

die retire, Trump replaces him with somewhat decent ones and
poof Row versus Wade gone. We did not win our
birthright citizenship battle today. Maybe we win in four years,

States of America was gay rights. That the United States
of America became the US of gay in every country
we touched. We tried to gay it up as fast

kick off Part two and the final part of our
American Revolutionary War story about forty five minutes from now. Okay,
so let's touch on a little bit of the nitty
gritty from today. Clarence Thomas Samuel Alito. We should build
a statue of those two wonderful gentlemen. They obviously had

big problems with the Supreme Court decision today. Here's a
little of Clarence Thomas's from Fox News.

So Thomas has always been about that was the purpose
of the Fourteenth Amendment. He goes on to say that
the Court, meeting the majority now, has repurposed the Fourteenth
Amendment to protect its own set of preferred rights that
the reconstruction Congress never contemplated and that cannot find support
in the text today. The Court does so by recognizing
a constitutional right to citizenship for the children of all

foreign birth tourists and illegal aliens. He uses very specific
language there again, just as Thomas adhering and agreeing with
the government's argument with which they made here very passionately
that the fourteenth Amendment was about protecting the children of
freed slaves.

Everyone knows that's what the fourteenth Amendment was about. In fact,
the senator who authored the fourteenth Amendment specifically said that's
what it was about. And he specifically said, yeah, it's
not about foreigners coming here to have kids. Everyone knows
what it was about. Alitos certainly knows.

Good for him, this is his separate descent, he says.
The court's interpretation also has national security implications. Suppose that
a person's only connection to this country is that he
was born here to a mother who was present just
long enough to give birth and then quickly return to
her native country. Suppose that country is a strategic adversary
or enemy of the United States. Suppose the child never

visited the United States while growing up and was inculcated
with hatred of this country. According to this court, now
that person is a citizen of the United States. He
can enter and leave the country as he pleases. He
can travel the world on a United States passport. Even
if he plots to harm this country. He cannot be
deprived of his status as a citizen, at least under
(14:14):
current president. He goes on to say that this decision
today also provides a powerful incentive to enter or remain
in this country illegally. He goes on to say, in
my judgment, the court has made a mistake that will
seriously affect the country's future.

So, okay, let me read an email, and I would
guess this is probably how you're feeling today subject to
this one is is America cooked? Dear Jesse with the
Supreme Court decision to uphold birthright citizenship. I'm fighting to

expect Scotus to not uphold it, but it hurts when

and the Communists seeming growing more and more in the country.

the Biden administration in its last year extends TPS to

them in mass into Springfield Ohio across the Midwest. It
was a formal policy of replacing the communities that lived
in ctle fail and sustain these communities for generations. It
was one of the most eightest things this government has
ever done. And yes, under President Trump. Let me be
very clear, the illegal alien Haitians are going back to Haiti.

resolve of the administration and future administrations to reject people
at the border. What if you're a foreigner who shows
up in the United States of America and if you're

in pregnant, turn around, get on a plane, and get out.
What if this prompt States Republicans in general to care
more about sovereignty and citizenship. Sometimes when you get kicked

And because that's who he has been for a long time,
he has been nurturing some of the most insane, demonic
people in the country. He's been recruiting them. This is
what Democrat politicians do. Go find malcontents, find them, recruit them.

old as the world itself. That's just the nature of government.
Over time, it will become more corrupt, it will start
to decay. As the government decays and fails to serve

because people have demands of their government. Remember, it's a contract.
You can do this, but you will do this. I
will agree to this, but you have to agree to that.
It's always been a social contract between the people and
the government. It's not a one way street. As the
people begin to get angry with the corruption of a government,

the people will eventually choose somebody or somebodies will get
to that in a minute. They'll choose somebody and say, hey,
that's my guy. Hey, guy, go over there and up
that corruption. Here's a mop, here's a bucket. It's dirty
over there. Get in there and clean it up. But

the first guy, he didn't quite realize how dirty the
floors really were. He walks in with a mop and
a bucket, but it turns out there's six inches of
mud caked on the floor. He doesn't need a mop
and a bucket. He should have brought a shovel. He's

maybe just tobacco. He needs more. And therefore he walked
in with a mop and a bucket, and yeah, a
couple spots on the floor get cleaned up, but he
does not clean the floors. And the people they look
and they say, I wanted clean floors. Where am I clear? Okay,

this guy couldn't clean the floors. Who's gonna actually clean
the floors. And then you get someone else stepping up
and say, hey, look at me. I'm Bill. I've got
a mop and a bucket and a shovel. I'll go
clean those floors. And then Bill walks in and guess what,

six inches there's a lot of mud. Bill didn't bring
enough stuff. Bill cleans up some doesn't clean no all up,
and the people again, the people will demand I wanted
clean floors. Who's going to clean my floors? Upsteps, Bob.

I've got a mop in a bucket, I've got a shovel,
and I've got a wheelbarrow. I'll go clean your floors.
Do you see how this goes? Donald Trump is not
a failure, not He deserves all kinds of credit for
helping get this America First Movement off the ground. We
are a startup. The America First Movement is a startup.

We are not Coca Cola. We are a star. We're
just getting off the ground, just getting some sales rolling.
Donald Trump deserves all kinds of credit for that. If
you thought he was going to turn the America First
Movement into Coca Cola, you will be disappointed every single time.
No human being with a nation this corrupt is able

to clean up that much mud in eight years. You
don't even fully understand all the problems. That's why he's better,
by the way, the second term than he was the first.
Donald Trump didn't even fully understand in his first term
that he wasn't in charge of the bureaucracy. He yes,

but by the time he wanted to open it back up,
he found out, Wait a minute, I can't. I thought
I was in charge. Oh you're not in charge, buddy.

so let's touch on a little bit of the nitty
gritty from today. Clarence Thomas Samuel Alito. We should build

big problems with the Supreme Court decision today. Here's a
little of Clarence Thomas's from Fox News.

So Thomas has always been about that was the purpose
of the Fourteenth Amendment. He goes on to say that
the Court, meeting the majority now, has repurposed the Fourteenth
Amendment to protect its own set of preferred rights that
the reconstruction Congress never contemplated and that cannot find support
in the text today. The Court does so by recognizing
a constitutional right to citizenship for the children of all

foreign birth tourists and illegal aliens. He uses very specific
language there again, just as Thomas adhering and agreeing with
the government's argument with which they made here very passionately
that the fourteenth Amendment was about protecting the children of
freed slaves.

Everyone knows that's what the fourteenth Amendment was about. In fact,
the senator who authored the fourteenth Amendment specifically said that's
what it was about. And he specifically said, yeah, it's
not about foreigners coming here to have kids. Everyone knows
what it was about. Alitos certainly knows.

Good for him, this is his separate descent, he says.
The court's interpretation also has national security implications. Suppose that
a person's only connection to this country is that he
was born here to a mother who was present just
long enough to give birth and then quickly return to
her native country. Suppose that country is a strategic adversary
or enemy of the United States. Suppose the child never

visited the United States while growing up and was inculcated
with hatred of this country. According to this court, now
that person is a citizen of the United States. He
can enter and leave the country as he pleases. He
can travel the world on a United States passport. Even
if he plots to harm this country. He cannot be
deprived of his status as a citizen, at least under
(14:14):
current president. He goes on to say that this decision
today also provides a powerful incentive to enter or remain
in this country illegally. He goes on to say, in
my judgment, the court has made a mistake that will
seriously affect the country's future.

So, okay, let me read an email, and I would
guess this is probably how you're feeling today subject to

Supreme Court decision to uphold birthright citizenship. I'm fighting to

that corruption. Here's a mop, here's a bucket. It's dirty

the first guy, he didn't quite realize how dirty the
floors really were. He walks in with a mop and
a bucket, but it turns out there's six inches of
mud caked on the floor. He doesn't need a mop
and a bucket. He should have brought a shovel. He's

in with a mop and a bucket, and yeah, a
couple spots on the floor get cleaned up, but he
does not clean the floors. And the people they look
and they say, I wanted clean floors. Where am I clear? Okay,

this guy couldn't clean the floors. Who's gonna actually clean
the floors. And then you get someone else stepping up
and say, hey, look at me. I'm Bill. I've got
a mop and a bucket and a shovel. I'll go
clean those floors. And then Bill walks in and guess what,

six inches there's a lot of mud. Bill didn't bring
enough stuff. Bill cleans up some doesn't clean no all up,
and the people again, the people will demand I wanted
clean floors. Who's going to clean my floors? Upsteps, Bob.

and I've got a wheelbarrow. I'll go clean your floors.
Do you see how this goes? Donald Trump is not
a failure, not He deserves all kinds of credit for
helping get this America First Movement off the ground. We

is I try to always take a historical perspective to

look historically at the various communist movements and communist insurgencies rise,

consuming if you will, the communist animals, they're the most committed,
they're the most violent, and the other people will eventually

one of them. He's been a leader. He shows up
