Another hour of the Jesse Kelly Show on a fantastic Monday.
This hour, we're gonna make more fun of Jill Biden,
because that's always a good time. James Talerico, Democrat candidate

something pretty profound. We're gonna play that here in just
a little bit. I'll get to some emails all that.

it is. It's Medal of Honor Monday time. Every Monday
started the second hour, same time, we do the same thing.

We take a Medal of Honor citation and we read
it to remember these men. It's important for a country
to honor its heroes, it really is. It helps future generations,
it helps shape them. To honor heroes, remembering their names,

remembering their deeds. It matters. It matters a lot. This
next one, the one we're doing here, is a little
bit unique. You see, he was in the US Army,
but he was not born in America. He was born
in Hungary. In fact, we got an email about this one.

This guy says, Jesse, You've motivated me to read Medal
of Honor citations, and I came across one for US
Army corporal Tiber. I think Tiber. It might be Tiber.
I'm not sure, but I'm gonna call it Tiber Tiber Reuben.
He was a Jewish Man born in Hungary. About that
Chris who loved America so much after we live him

from a Nazi concentration camp that he more than once
tried to join the American Army. Eventually he did join,
fought like a savage in Korea, was taken prisoner by
the Communist Chinese cared for his POWs. Later in life
he volunteered at the VA Hospitals. As I can say,
his name is Chip. Chip. I've actually never read this one.

Honor Citation for a Tabor Ruben.

Right Hey, honoring those who went above and beyond its
Medal of Honor Monday.

For conspicuous gallantry and intrepidity at the risk of his life.
Above and beyond the call of duty. Corporal Reuben distinguished
himself by extraordinary heroism during the period from July twenty third,
nineteen fifty to April twentieth, nineteen fifty three, while serving
as a rifleman with Company I, eighth Cavalry Regiment, first

Cavalry Division and the Republic of Korea. While his unit
was retreating to the Pusan perimeter, Corporal Ruben was assigned
to stay behind to keep open the vital Tagu Pusan
road link used by his withdrawing unit. During the ensuing battle,
overwhelming numbers of North Korean troops assaulted a hill defended

solely by Corporal Ruben. He inflicted a staggering number of
casualties on the attacking force during his personal twenty four
hour battle, single handedly slowing the enemy advance and allowing
the eighth Cavalry Regiment to successfully complete its withdrawal. Following
the breakout from the Pusan perimeter, the eighth Cavalry Regiment
(03:47):
proceeded northward and advanced into North Korea. During the advance,
he helped capture several hundred North Korean soldiers. On October thirtieth,
nineteen fifty Chinese forces attacked his unit at Unison, North
Korea during a massive nighttime assault that night and throughout
the next day. He manned a thirty caliber machine gun

at the south end of the unit's line. After three
previous gunners became casualties, he continued to man his machine
gun until his ammunition was exhausted. His determined stand slowed
the pace of the enemy advance in his sector, permitting
the remnants of his unit to retreat southward as the
battle raged. Corporal Ruben was severely wounded and captured by

the Chinese, Choosing to remain in the prison camp despite
offers from the Chinese to return him to his native Hungary,
Corporal Reuben disregarded his own personal safety and immediately began
sneaking out of the camp at night in search of
food for his comrades. Breaking into enemy foods, storehouses, and gardens,

he risked certain torture or death if caught. Corporal Reuben
not only provided not only the food to the starving soldiers,
but also desperately needed medical care and moral support for
the sick and wounded of the pow camp. His brave,
selfless efforts were directly attributed to saving the lives of
as many as forty of his fellow prisoners. Corporal Rubens

gallant actions in close combat with the enemy and unyielding
courage and bravery rally prisoner while a prison of war,
They says prison of war should be prisoner of war,
are in the highest traditions of military service, and reflect
great credit upon himself in the United States Army. Pretty

I was definitely ready to come home. This place is

get deeply heartsick for America when I'm gone. I just

miss my country. And this includes when I'm at places
that are nice vacation, or when we were deployed to
Okinawa for six months in the Marines. We're just training,
you know. We did a six month stretch in Okinawa.
Okanawa was lovely and they had American food on the base.

You could go down and get a pizza or something
like that. Facilities were fine. It's the Marines. It's not
exactly luxury, but it's fine. There were cars, restaurants, you
could go out in town, talk to a pretty girl,
enjoy yourself. It was You would look at it and
think to yourself, it's a It's just like any American

beach town, right. It's an islands and tropical islands, just
like it's like Florida. It's like going to the Florida Keys. No,
it's not, No, it's not. By the end of my
six months, I missed my country so freaking much. And
if we have to dwell on something positive for a
moment before we go make fun of Joe Biden and
all the other things that are happening out there, isn't

it cool to have a country like that? Think how
blessed if you are an American. I know we have
people listening from everywhere but if you are in America,
we should I know, I should stop and smell the
roses a little bit more at how blessed you are
to have been born in a country you get heartsick
for when you're gone. You know how many countries out

there just suck and people are dying to escape them.
There are countries out there where people will risk death
to get out of them, death just to leave them.
And look, I didn't do anything to be born an American.
That's a gift that God gave me. I'm born in

a country that I love. That I want to be
in a country that I get heartsick and homesick for
when I'm gone, that's really cool. Even and when I'm
in a super cool place like Japan, totally first world, polite, clean,
save all the good things you can say. Good food,

by the way, really good food, Every good thing you
can say about Japan, I will say it. Plus, I
was nerding out, as you can imagine on World War
II history over there with the museums and the battle sites.
I mean, I was in my Jesse Kelly Nerd of

I love that Jill Biden is not stopping. She's not stopping,
and she's not stopping on purpose. Democrats only themselves to play.

Bidens are having a difficult time raising money for Joe's
presidential library. You know how every president gets a library,
But a surprise, surprise, there aren't a lot of takers

wife who really was the president, with essentially nothing to lose.
What do Democrats want right now? They want everything to
be about high prices. They want the focus to be
on what Republicans aren't doing, on what Trump isn't doing,
everything else. What do Democrats not want right now? They

don't want people talking about the Bidens. They don't want
people remembering the Biden regime realize how quickly the country
soured on Joe Biden after Democrats installed him as President
of the United States of America. It was almost immediate
the poll numbers began to free fall. The country was all, wait,
what is this? He was unpopular immediately and kept getting

less and less popular throughout. He got so unpopular that
at the end Donald Trump won the freaking popular vote
over Dome the Bidens. If you're a Democrat, you don't
want anybody talking about the Bidens. Lit Old Jill can't

Biden is obviously a disaster of a human being in
every way. Apparently the guy is millions of dollars in debt.

I mean, it's all bad. We have a laptop with

the end, as he was pardoning everyone else under the sun,

I won't pardon Hunter. I won't pardon Hunter. And then
the Justice Department changed, and I think that the process
was not fair to Hunter. When Trump was elected, things
change and we knew that he would target Hunter, and
we just could not let our son go to jail

on a charge that no one would go I mean,
no one has ever gone to.

discussed probably everything, but in the end, on those matters
he was the one to make the decision.

won't be anything past maybe a budgeting thing here right
funding the government's But for the rest of Donald Trump's term,

that was going to be it. That's why he tried
to throw in and did throw in most of his

Now what incentive does John Cornan have to go along
with anything? Now now he can be what he always was,

for you, terrible for the country. It was wonderful for

the Communist revolution. But we woke up. We're waking up,

what's the difference in food restrictions for the Muslim in

because it was somehow it washed with what he believed

He said, more of a conservative Jew. But Chris said
he cannot eat the halal stuff because his is more
restrictive than the Muslims have. There's a lot of cross

of my area because I'm neither a Muslim or a

We've had to talk many many times before trust. I
saw this headline we need to act now, race to

develop the ebola vaccine. He's up. They keep telling us
there's this ebola outbreak. Apparently almost two hundred and fifty
people have died in the Congo, and they need a vaccine.
They need a vaccine, They need a vaccine. Isn't it
so terrible that all these medical organizations destroyed their credibility
during COVID? Isn't it terrible that so many Americans, now

myself included, when I even hear the word vaccine, I
just instinctively roll my eyes. Let's see what kind of
crap they're trying to sell us again, we just do this.
It is It is a shame that we haven't yet
had true accountability for the lies that were told during COVID.

Now credit to the Trump administration. He's put a lot
of great guys like Jay Baticharia and people like that
in charge of medicine who are helping to get the
books open, helping to write some of these wrongs, helping
that along. I would argue they're doing about as much
as you can expect the Trump administration to do to

open up those books and get some of that credibility back.
But even that isn't near enough. It's just not the world.
I was about to say the American people, but the
world's population watched lie after lie after lie after lie
after lie. We watched politicians get up and tell us
(26:42):
stay home, don't go anywhere, and then hop on a
plane and go down to the beach with their family.
We watched guys like Anthony Fauci said, Texas, if they
open up, it's gonna be a catastrophic COVID outbreak. Texas
opened up. There was none of that, And they went
back to Fauci and he said, well, I mean it
might take two or three weeks, so there's going to
be a lag time. And then they went back to

him after two or three weeks, no COVID outbreak. Well,
I mean I got flying and I don't know, I
don't know anyway, get your booster shot. Lie after lie
after lie, and lies always have a cost to them,
and it cost critical institutions. It cost them their credibility
in the United States of America and globally. And it

is genuinely sad. I don't think ebola virus is going
to be some terrible thing because it's too deadly. Remember
when a virus gets too deadly, it can't spread that
much because the patients all die. They die before they
can spread the thing around. Now that's cold comfort if
you come down with the ball of virus, But otherwise
you're okay. But isn't it sad? Isn't it terribly sad?

And look people like you, people like me. I was
warning at the time, I couldn't have shouted it any
longer that people think when they lie to cover up
other lies, that they're actually accomplishing some but really they're
destroying themselves. You've seen this, I'm sure in your own
personal life. Maybe you have someone in your life who
does this. I certainly do lie. Tell one lie, and

then that, of course leads to another lie, and then
you feel like you have to tell a lie to
cover up for the other lie, and then you've got
to tell this lie to cover up for that lie,
and soon just nobody trusts anything you say anymore. That's
what happened with our medical institutions during COVID. Isn't that
freaking garbage? All right? There's some emails, maybe some more

Regarding still no handcuffs for any Democrat. Okay, paust for
a second. That's true, and it's not true. Let's be
fair about something here. There have been a lot and
I mean a lot of street communists arrests during the

Trump administration. A lot people who are going to prison
for a very long time felonies convictions. That is happening.
And before we move on, because I know you're probably yelling,
but we don't have this. But we don't have that.
I got that. But hang with me for a second here.
That wouldn't have happened under a Biden administration. Do you
remember the Lanks the Biden administration went to to not

arrest street out animals. Remember that Merit Garland testimony. Christ
we had this, that Merit Garland testimony where he was
talking about Antifa or I think it was Antifa, it
was somebody whoever was firebombing the pro life centers across
the country. And he was flat out asked, why aren't
you arresting any of these people? You're running down January

sixth ers every other day, Why aren't you arresting any
of these people? And Garland says something to the effect of, well,
I mean it's happening at night. We have no idea
you know exactly what was going on there. The Biden
administration used the DOJ as a purely political weapon to
not just arrest Republicans, not just arrest their political opposition.

They used it as a weapon to run protection for
the street animals. Remember how it works. We haven't had
this talking a long time. There are street communists scum,
and there's elite communists scum. They are very very different,
but they work together. Elite communists scum generally, they don't

believe any of the stuff they're selling. They know communism
is a great way to gain power and things like that.
They don't believe in anything. They are the ones who
actually hold power, They hold office. They hold these lofty
billionaire positions that the elite communists, the street communists generally,
are the true believers. You'll find a lot of criminals there,

drug addicts, mental health patients or people who should be
mental health patients. You'll find all manner of climate greeny
nutties in there. The race communists, of course, are always there.
The LGBTQ freak parade is always there. The vile street
animals who you can use if you're an elite communists,

to have a group of street thugs who will kill

by the way. Judges. Judges are probably the most important
part of the elite communists thing. Step in, get them
out of jail, keep them out of jail, undercharge them,

run protection for the streets. The streets understand this. They
go out act like animals and bank on the latest
communist judge getting them out of it. Okay, So, anyway
back to what you were saying, we do have street
animals getting arrested in the United States of America. You

other people James call me and other things. You want
to see these people in handcuffs, and so do I.

I've been told over and over and over again that
this big can spiracy case that is being heard in
Florida that that is the case that might land people
like John Brennan in prison. I've been told that over
and over and over again, because in a conspiracy case,

the statute of limitations doesn't really come into play because
as long as you can prove that the conspiracy began
a long time ago, it's a long story. But as
long as you can prove the conspiracy began a long
time ago, then there's no statute of limitations on it,
and so on and so forth. Okay, I've been told
that this case is the one that can send powerful
people to prison. I've also been told this by my

lawyer friends. Conspiracy cases are difficult to prove and they
take a long time. It's very complicated. Think about this. Oh,
the best reckon describe it rico. You ever heard of rico.
They always get these mobsters and criminal guys on rico charges. Basically,

if you're part of a criminal organization, you pretty much
get held to account. This is over simplistic, but you
get held to account for all the sins of the
criminal organization, even if you didn't personally commit them. It
was a law that allowed them to take down mob
bosses who weren't out there actually shooting anyone in the
head anymore, that were having someone else do it. But
if you can prove he's part of a criminal organization,

then you can burn him down with Rico. You understand
what Rico is now, all that's well and good, But
Rico's very, very, very difficult to prove because think about
it this way. Again, this is overly simplistic, but let
me just lay this out this way. Not only do
you have to prove the crime itself, which can be difficult. Okay,

So you Tony two toes, you were extorting the local
deli guy for fifty bucks a month, Well, you have
to prove that. Okay, that's one part of it. Here's
another part of it. You have to prove that Tony
two toes was doing this half of the Luksey family. Okay,

but wait, there's more. Then you have to prove that
Jimmy the Nose is the boss of the Luksey family
and that Tony Turto's was doing this on behalf of You. See,
there's a lot of things you have to prove, a
lot of boxes you have to check to get a conviction.
That is very similar to a conspiracy case. Look, I'm

not gonna sit here and tell you we're gonna see
powerful people go to prison, because I'm forty four years
old and I just have never seen that in this country.
It's very, very rare. You have to have somebody like
Bob Menendez getting caught with gold bars under his bed
to see to have any of these people go to
prison that just do. It doesn't seem to happen, and
certainly not these FBI CIA types. They always seem to

find a way to weasel their way out of any
justice whatsoever. Yeah, I'm frustrated. We need to see democrats
who abuse their office go to prison. It's necessary. It's
very difficult when they've conquered so many parts of the
judicial system. You think of democrats ever getting convicted in Washington,

d c. With a ninety eight percent Democrat jury pool,
Democrats don't convict other Democrats. Anyway, let's move on. We

to honor its heroes, it really is. It helps future generations,

next one, the one we're doing here, is a little
bit unique. You see, he was in the US Army,
but he was not born in America. He was born
in Hungary. In fact, we got an email about this one.

He was a Jewish Man born in Hungary. About that

from a Nazi concentration camp that he more than once
tried to join the American Army. Eventually he did join,
fought like a savage in Korea, was taken prisoner by
the Communist Chinese cared for his POWs. Later in life
he volunteered at the VA Hospitals. As I can say,

Above and beyond the call of duty. Corporal Reuben distinguished

nineteen fifty to April twentieth, nineteen fifty three, while serving
as a rifleman with Company I, eighth Cavalry Regiment, first

Cavalry Division and the Republic of Korea. While his unit
was retreating to the Pusan perimeter, Corporal Ruben was assigned
to stay behind to keep open the vital Tagu Pusan
road link used by his withdrawing unit. During the ensuing battle,
overwhelming numbers of North Korean troops assaulted a hill defended

solely by Corporal Ruben. He inflicted a staggering number of
casualties on the attacking force during his personal twenty four
hour battle, single handedly slowing the enemy advance and allowing
the eighth Cavalry Regiment to successfully complete its withdrawal. Following
the breakout from the Pusan perimeter, the eighth Cavalry Regiment
(03:47):
proceeded northward and advanced into North Korea. During the advance,
he helped capture several hundred North Korean soldiers. On October thirtieth,
nineteen fifty Chinese forces attacked his unit at Unison, North
Korea during a massive nighttime assault that night and throughout
the next day. He manned a thirty caliber machine gun

at the south end of the unit's line. After three
previous gunners became casualties, he continued to man his machine
gun until his ammunition was exhausted. His determined stand slowed
the pace of the enemy advance in his sector, permitting

he risked certain torture or death if caught. Corporal Reuben
not only provided not only the food to the starving soldiers,
but also desperately needed medical care and moral support for
the sick and wounded of the pow camp. His brave,
selfless efforts were directly attributed to saving the lives of
as many as forty of his fellow prisoners. Corporal Rubens

gallant actions in close combat with the enemy and unyielding
courage and bravery rally prisoner while a prison of war,
They says prison of war should be prisoner of war,
are in the highest traditions of military service, and reflect
great credit upon himself in the United States Army. Pretty

like that. Facilities were fine. It's the Marines. It's not
exactly luxury, but it's fine. There were cars, restaurants, you

enjoy yourself. It was You would look at it and
think to yourself, it's a It's just like any American

beach town, right. It's an islands and tropical islands, just
like it's like Florida. It's like going to the Florida Keys. No,
it's not, No, it's not. By the end of my
six months, I missed my country so freaking much. And
if we have to dwell on something positive for a
moment before we go make fun of Joe Biden and
all the other things that are happening out there, isn't

it cool to have a country like that? Think how
blessed if you are an American. I know we have
people listening from everywhere but if you are in America,
we should I know, I should stop and smell the
roses a little bit more at how blessed you are
to have been born in a country you get heartsick
for when you're gone. You know how many countries out

there just suck and people are dying to escape them.
There are countries out there where people will risk death
to get out of them, death just to leave them.
And look, I didn't do anything to be born an American.
That's a gift that God gave me. I'm born in

a country that I love. That I want to be
in a country that I get heartsick and homesick for
when I'm gone, that's really cool. Even and when I'm
in a super cool place like Japan, totally first world, polite, clean,

was nerding out, as you can imagine on World War
II history over there with the museums and the battle sites.

I love that Jill Biden is not stopping. She's not stopping,

What do Democrats want right now? They want everything to
be about high prices. They want the focus to be
on what Republicans aren't doing, on what Trump isn't doing,
everything else. What do Democrats not want right now? They

don't want people talking about the Bidens. They don't want
people remembering the Biden regime realize how quickly the country
soured on Joe Biden after Democrats installed him as President
of the United States of America. It was almost immediate
the poll numbers began to free fall. The country was all, wait,
what is this? He was unpopular immediately and kept getting

less and less popular throughout. He got so unpopular that
at the end Donald Trump won the freaking popular vote
over Dome the Bidens. If you're a Democrat, you don't
want anybody talking about the Bidens. Lit Old Jill can't

Cut nine. Let's remember this that the Biden son, Hunter
Biden is obviously a disaster of a human being in
every way. Apparently the guy is millions of dollars in debt.

ill repute, We know about the corrupt businesses. We don't.
I mean, it's all bad. We have a laptop with

the end, as he was pardoning everyone else under the sun,

Told CBS Sunday morning. She said, Joe said, in the beginning,
I won't pardon Hunter. I won't pardon Hunter. And then
the Justice Department changed, and I think that the process
was not fair to Hunter. When Trump was elected, things
change and we knew that he would target Hunter, and
we just could not let our son go to jail

on a charge that no one would go I mean,
no one has ever gone to.

discussed probably everything, but in the end, on those matters

going to be it, or knew there was a chance
that was going to be it. That's why he tried

because it was somehow it washed with what he believed

there's this ebola outbreak. Apparently almost two hundred and fifty
people have died in the Congo, and they need a vaccine.
They need a vaccine, They need a vaccine. Isn't it
so terrible that all these medical organizations destroyed their credibility
during COVID? Isn't it terrible that so many Americans, now

myself included, when I even hear the word vaccine, I
just instinctively roll my eyes. Let's see what kind of
crap they're trying to sell us again, we just do this.
It is It is a shame that we haven't yet
had true accountability for the lies that were told during COVID.

Now credit to the Trump administration. He's put a lot
of great guys like Jay Baticharia and people like that
in charge of medicine who are helping to get the
books open, helping to write some of these wrongs, helping
that along. I would argue they're doing about as much
as you can expect the Trump administration to do to

open up those books and get some of that credibility back.
But even that isn't near enough. It's just not the world.
I was about to say the American people, but the
world's population watched lie after lie after lie after lie
after lie. We watched politicians get up and tell us

stay home, don't go anywhere, and then hop on a
plane and go down to the beach with their family.
We watched guys like Anthony Fauci said, Texas, if they
open up, it's gonna be a catastrophic COVID outbreak. Texas
opened up. There was none of that, And they went
back to Fauci and he said, well, I mean it
might take two or three weeks, so there's going to
be a lag time. And then they went back to
(27:03):
him after two or three weeks, no COVID outbreak. Well,
I mean I got flying and I don't know, I
don't know anyway, get your booster shot. Lie after lie
after lie, and lies always have a cost to them,
and it cost critical institutions. It cost them their credibility
in the United States of America and globally. And it
(27:25):
is genuinely sad. I don't think ebola virus is going
to be some terrible thing because it's too deadly. Remember
when a virus gets too deadly, it can't spread that
much because the patients all die. They die before they
can spread the thing around. Now that's cold comfort if
you come down with the ball of virus, But otherwise
you're okay. But isn't it sad? Isn't it terribly sad?
(27:47):
And look people like you, people like me. I was
warning at the time, I couldn't have shouted it any
longer that people think when they lie to cover up
other lies, that they're actually accomplishing some but really they're
destroying themselves. You've seen this, I'm sure in your own
personal life. Maybe you have someone in your life who
does this. I certainly do lie. Tell one lie, and
(28:09):
then that, of course leads to another lie, and then
you feel like you have to tell a lie to
cover up for the other lie, and then you've got
to tell this lie to cover up for that lie,
and soon just nobody trusts anything you say anymore. That's
what happened with our medical institutions during COVID. Isn't that
freaking garbage? All right? There's some emails, maybe some more

But when does your patience finally go off the deep?
Regarding still no handcuffs for any Democrat. Okay, paust for
a second. That's true, and it's not true. Let's be
fair about something here. There have been a lot and
I mean a lot of street communists arrests during the
(29:34):
Trump administration. A lot people who are going to prison
for a very long time felonies convictions. That is happening.
And before we move on, because I know you're probably yelling,
but we don't have this. But we don't have that.
I got that. But hang with me for a second here.
That wouldn't have happened under a Biden administration. Do you
remember the Lanks the Biden administration went to to not
(29:59):
arrest street out animals. Remember that Merit Garland testimony. Christ
we had this, that Merit Garland testimony where he was
talking about Antifa or I think it was Antifa, it
was somebody whoever was firebombing the pro life centers across
the country. And he was flat out asked, why aren't
you arresting any of these people? You're running down January
(30:19):
sixth ers every other day, Why aren't you arresting any
of these people? And Garland says something to the effect of, well,
I mean it's happening at night. We have no idea
you know exactly what was going on there. The Biden
administration used the DOJ as a purely political weapon to
not just arrest Republicans, not just arrest their political opposition.
(30:40):
They used it as a weapon to run protection for
the street animals. Remember how it works. We haven't had
this talking a long time. There are street communists scum,
and there's elite communists scum. They are very very different,
but they work together. Elite communists scum generally, they don't
(31:01):
believe any of the stuff they're selling. They know communism
is a great way to gain power and things like that.
They don't believe in anything. They are the ones who
actually hold power, They hold office. They hold these lofty
billionaire positions that the elite communists, the street communists generally,
are the true believers. You'll find a lot of criminals there,
(31:24):
drug addicts, mental health patients or people who should be
mental health patients. You'll find all manner of climate greeny
nutties in there. The race communists, of course, are always there.
The LGBTQ freak parade is always there. The vile street
animals who you can use if you're an elite communists,
(31:45):
you can use them for your purpose. It pays in
politics if you have nothing moral against it. It pays
to have a group of street thugs who will kill
and hurt and intimidate people. You on guild and art
and intimidated. But why would the street animals do this
(32:06):
if they're just going to get arrested. Well, that's where
the elite communists have to step in. They step in,
by the way. Judges. Judges are probably the most important
part of the elite communists thing. Step in, get them
out of jail, keep them out of jail, undercharge them,
don't charge it, let the case go away. The elites
(32:28):
run protection for the streets. The streets understand this. They
go out act like animals and bank on the latest
communist judge getting them out of it. Okay, So, anyway
back to what you were saying, we do have street
animals getting arrested in the United States of America. You
want to see I mean, he goes on to reference
other people James call me and other things. You want
to see these people in handcuffs, and so do I.
(32:54):
I've been told over and over and over again that
this big can spiracy case that is being heard in
Florida that that is the case that might land people
like John Brennan in prison. I've been told that over
and over and over again, because in a conspiracy case,
(33:15):
the statute of limitations doesn't really come into play because
as long as you can prove that the conspiracy began
a long time ago, it's a long story. But as
long as you can prove the conspiracy began a long
time ago, then there's no statute of limitations on it,
and so on and so forth. Okay, I've been told
that this case is the one that can send powerful
people to prison. I've also been told this by my
(33:36):
lawyer friends. Conspiracy cases are difficult to prove and they
take a long time. It's very complicated. Think about this. Oh,
the best reckon describe it rico. You ever heard of rico.
They always get these mobsters and criminal guys on rico charges. Basically,
(33:57):
if you're part of a criminal organization, you pretty much
get held to account. This is over simplistic, but you
get held to account for all the sins of the
criminal organization, even if you didn't personally commit them. It
was a law that allowed them to take down mob
bosses who weren't out there actually shooting anyone in the
head anymore, that were having someone else do it. But
if you can prove he's part of a criminal organization,
(34:19):
then you can burn him down with Rico. You understand
what Rico is now, all that's well and good, But
Rico's very, very, very difficult to prove because think about
it this way. Again, this is overly simplistic, but let
me just lay this out this way. Not only do
you have to prove the crime itself, which can be difficult. Okay,
(34:40):
So you Tony two toes, you were extorting the local
deli guy for fifty bucks a month, Well, you have
to prove that. Okay, that's one part of it. Here's
another part of it. You have to prove that Tony
two toes was doing this half of the Luksey family. Okay,
(35:03):
but wait, there's more. Then you have to prove that
Jimmy the Nose is the boss of the Luksey family
and that Tony Turto's was doing this on behalf of You. See,
there's a lot of things you have to prove, a
lot of boxes you have to check to get a conviction.
That is very similar to a conspiracy case. Look, I'm
(35:26):
not gonna sit here and tell you we're gonna see
powerful people go to prison, because I'm forty four years
old and I just have never seen that in this country.
It's very, very rare. You have to have somebody like
Bob Menendez getting caught with gold bars under his bed
to see to have any of these people go to
prison that just do. It doesn't seem to happen, and
certainly not these FBI CIA types. They always seem to
(35:47):
find a way to weasel their way out of any
justice whatsoever. Yeah, I'm frustrated. We need to see democrats
who abuse their office go to prison. It's necessary. It's
very difficult when they've conquered so many parts of the
judicial system. You think of democrats ever getting convicted in Washington,
(36:09):
d c. With a ninety eight percent Democrat jury pool,
Democrats don't convict other Democrats. Anyway, let's move on. We
have another hour. We're going to talk about more foreigners
pillaging the country, some pretty naked anti white racism out
of Portland. I'll do a bunch of emails all that
