Thom Walters is a meditation instructor and founder/host of the global ZEN Commuter podcast, as well as Calmer in Five. He began his meditation practice back in 1980 when he was eighteen years old. Thom is self-taught for over 30 years with the help of mentors, Buddhist practitioners and teachers. Through the years he has kept his meditation practice alive practicing over 5,000 hours. He considers it to be the most impactful skill he has learned in his life.
Thom has interviewed noted meditation thought leaders on his podcast, ZEN commuter, and studied extensively on a variety of meditation practices. Through his podcasts, classes and lectures he helps people create and strengthen their meditation practice while also empowering them to live more fully and with peace of mind.
