You watch episodes forever like that, right, I don't. Would
you say it's at least a year with of content
on there even if they streamed.

Speaker 1 (02:08):
All day, easily a year's worth of content. If you
streamed every day, no, unfortunately we're not there yet. But
if you streamed us, like if you streamed every hour
of the day, No, but if you streamed us once
a day, you would have enough content for well, technically
this is our five hundred and ninety seventh episode for
almost so you'd have almost a year and a half

(02:30):
worth of content that six hundred. It's crazy wow about
a month from now right around and it's September, beginning
of October. It's how it happens. We get the six
hundreds and the year anniversaries.

Speaker 2 (02:41):
Get those six hundred glasses zeros here.

Speaker 1 (02:46):
Six hundred episodes. If you're watching, you're listening. You listen
to most of them at least. But we have a
jam back show. But we always started off with what
sit doing. We're talking about the movies and shows. We've
been watching, games, been playing a lot, we've been living.
And because of this Monday, Kevin, you get to go first.

(03:07):
And it was a very special day today for your family.

Speaker 2 (03:12):
Today in most Maryland area school districts was the first
day of school. So my daughter started second grade today.
She's growing on up right in front of me. And
I can tell you I don't like it.

Speaker 1 (03:25):
I hate it, I don't want it.

Speaker 2 (03:27):
I don't want it. I want her to stay. I
wanted her to say five forever, but man, time and
math does fools of us all.

Speaker 1 (03:33):
Unfortunately they all food. Yes.

Speaker 2 (03:37):
It was also my wife's first day of teaching. She
tried to work back last week. It was the first
day of teaching with kids, so I'm sure she has
pre cakes. I'm sure there's a lot of crying eyes
in her classroom as well, because the baby's actually going
out of the house for the first time all day.
I got to daycare of actual school, so sure that
was the scene. I unfortunately couldn't take my daughter to

(03:58):
school today for the first time. I walk with her
into our classroom on the first day. But the day
this didn't work out because the logistics off going basically
school for theother one and then go all the way
and then go to work. It's not gonna work. It was.
It wasn't happening. So you know, maybe next year we'll
try again.

Speaker 1 (04:15):
You know. Well, here's the thing. Now, as a parent,
you're the pit you're to the dad of the show.
When do you think now, obviously you have two kids,
so it'll continue. When do you think it'll stop you
doing the drop off for Leah? Do you think they'll
be like, all right, cool, we don't care, like like
sixth grade, she said, I don't want you drop me
off anymore. Or do you think it's going to be like, oh,

(04:35):
until you'll until you can drive, is what's gonna happen
for me.

Speaker 2 (04:39):
Because I'm not a helicopter parent, but I'm close to it.
I don't care if we moved and the schools across
the street. Get in the car.

Speaker 1 (04:46):
I'm gonna take you across the street. Trust these streets.
That's a crosswalk. I don't want you to cross.

Speaker 2 (04:53):
I'm taking I want to put the car, my flash
is on. I'm gonna walk with you to the door.
I Am not just gonna watch it. I'm not I'm
not that person. Like last year. It was while taking
to school every day when my wife was on attorney leave,
there was I watched so many parents just pump to
the curb, open the door. I'm like, that ain't me. No,
I don't make sure she goes in the in the school.
I've seen too many HBO Max documentaries. I talked off
my kid off at school and then then that I

(05:15):
never saw him again. Like, no, that's not gonna be me.
It's not gonna be me.

Speaker 1 (05:18):
I'm gonna be active in my child's life.

Speaker 2 (05:22):
But she's she's excited. It's to be her her second year,
not with an aunt or a mother as a teacher,
so that'd be interesting. It's also her last year on
the bottom floor of her school because in their school,
pre K first and second on the bottom floor, the
middle the middle school level, I mean the middle floor
is I think third, fourth, and fifth and the top

(05:42):
level is six, seven and eight middle school. So I
don't like that. So I actually, because we've all been
in middle school, middle school is insane asylum. I don't
want her anywhere near it.

Speaker 1 (05:52):
They said, they said, after second grade, you can take
a flight of stairs up to your classroom.

Speaker 2 (05:59):
So I'm open to actually transferred her to another school
next year where it's just elementary, because I'm not ready
for her to deal with medical students because I was
one and they're crazy. I don't want that.

Speaker 1 (06:08):
They don't know what they just don't know what to do.
But besides that, Kevin, what y'all been doing?

Speaker 2 (06:15):
So it was, like I said, pretty chill weekend because
it was the last weekend before summer basically, so we
just kind of relaxed around the house all day, went
to a buffet for my father in law's birthday on Saturday,
and I excu you actually, two quitts I've never seen
this before walk into a buffet. Usually you go to
a buffet, you pay your you know, I don't know,
fifteen sixteen wherever you're going to fifty sixty seventy dollars,

(06:37):
sit down, and you eat until you're ready to go.
But this one, we walked in everywhere you can look,
two hour dining limit, two hour dining limit, and to
the point where once you got in, sat down and
got your food, it was like almost like a bouncer watching.

Speaker 1 (06:50):
You spend twenty minutes. Now you got an hour and
a half left, got you got.

Speaker 2 (06:56):
Here for twenty seven you know it's a forty d
eight right now, right to make sure, don't know what?
So yeah, like and as soon as that the time
started engineered. The lady will started more to our temperate.
We know we're about to go, but it's okay. So
that was interesting. Food was good, but that was very interesting.
It wasn't like a cruise by fat I tell you
what just and then I'm also playing ESPN, call the

(07:24):
ESPN and I don't know why I keep on the SPN.
And when I tell you, I was a level of
living I haven't been in a long time over a
video game. The other day, I'm doing my road of
glory from when I'm a quarterback for the Turps. I
wasn't gonna side in Northwestern, but I think I keep
the local, go with Turps and see what I can do.
And I'm driving my my my team down to score

(07:45):
a running touchdown. And on a third and six they
called him a run play and of course the wrong
I got three yards, they kicked the field goal, and
we lost an other team court touchdown. I was level
and living. I hadn't been in a long time, Like,
why would you call a run? No one calls it
run in the situation, But it looked I think the
AI in that game just randomly picked plays. I don't
think it actually analyzed the situation and picks a play,

(08:07):
which annoys me because it's day and age.

Speaker 1 (08:10):
I maybe that should be a thing right now, you
would think, you would think.

Speaker 2 (08:16):
But that's all I've been doing on what are you
get up to this weekend?

Speaker 1 (08:18):
But well, obviously, besides a little Star Wars action, which
we'll talk about in a little bit, had a very
jam packed weekend. Mama hood came up, my mom came
up through the Amtrak. Was the first time on an
Amtrak train. She loved it. She's never driving up here again,
which I guess this is a good This is a.

Speaker 2 (08:38):
Good thing as far as I am. I'm on a train.

Speaker 1 (08:42):
What I decided to come. It was twenty dollars, all right,
I mean fine, go ahead, but it was great. So
she came up Saturday. She just left like an hour
before this podcast, so it was great time bonding with
her and Maura. We went to go see Mama Mia
at the Kennedy Center, which was my first Kennedy Center
thing ever in DC, and it was really fun because

(09:04):
we took Maura or sorry, we took my mom, Mora's
mom and one of her sisters to go see it
as kind of a late Mother's Day gift to them,
and it was really dope because we went to I
forget the restaurant. I think it was called like Surreal
or something in Crystal City. And if you know, if
a restaurant reservation has like oh I want to add notes,

(09:25):
sometimes like oh, I don't got to do anything. I
put Hey, we're celebrating Mother's Day late and they got
us free champagne, so it's worth putting little notes if
you're celebrating and If it's a good restaurant, they'll see
those notes. If it's a bad restaurant, they won't look
at it.

Speaker 2 (09:37):
So I don't think I think a Crystal City. I
will take a Pokemon Crystal like this should be a Pokemon.

Speaker 1 (09:42):
It should be, but it is not. Alas But after that, yes,
what that's your first Broadway show? It was not. I
book A Mormon was my first. I mean, not broad
off Broadway whatever, Broadway play, musical, whatever we want to
call it. But uh, you know, Mara is obsessed with
Mom and Mia Mammia two, and I've never seen the musical.

(10:03):
My mom I don't think has ever been to a musical.
So he took this opportunity to take her all the
moms and had a blast. We were in the last
row of like the second tier. And so it's cool
because you could have stood up if you wanted to.
You weren't blocking anybody if you wanted to. Really jam
Mama Mia is a vibe. Let me tell you so,
like you're already you know, because the movie most most

(10:23):
everybody has seen the movie at this point, at least
the first one. The musical is just the first movie.
In case you've seen both, and I'm like, all right, cool,
I know this song. I know this song. I have
a good time, have a good time. All of a sudden,
like it's starting to turn into like a Taylor Swift
concert over here, just like all these women just dancing
are whoo yeah, let's go and then take a chance

(10:49):
on me. And then the cast do their bows. And
then if you've seen the first movie, you know it
ends with Meryl Streep and the main character is donning
kind of Abba inspired outfits and singing. Again, they did that,
and all of a sudden it turned into a concert.
Everyone was standing up and dancing, and I was like,
you know what, I'm not mad. I'm having a good time.

Speaker 2 (11:12):
Because we went into a Broadway show in New York
for my birthday couple of years ago, and I was
expecting I only seen probably on TV a holy Tony crowd. No,
it's not a holy crowd.

Speaker 1 (11:23):
Well, everyone's wearing linen. You're like, all right, we're here
for the vibe, for the Greek vibes right now. For
Mama and Mia. It was a great time. My mom
enjoyed the heck out of it. You know, my mom's
having a good time when she does her like kind
of cackle laugh. They're like, all right, Mom, had a
good time.

Speaker 2 (11:41):
I love that.

Speaker 1 (11:42):
Andrew think, thank you, You're welcome. Mom. Spoil you. Uh.
And on Sunday, I spoil you. I try. Sunday we
actually went to the Maryland Renaissance Festival and my first
time ever the Renfest. Morris first time as well, and
my mom actually came with us too with the rest
of the morning show. Had a blast. Tried a turkey

(12:02):
leg that was good. It's definitely more for the photo
than for the edibility of it. That's okay. Had mac
and cheese on a stick. I did. Actually, this is
a cool thing. If you are going to go to
the Renaissance Festival and don't have costumes, you can rent,
at least the one in Maryland, you can rent costumes.
So I paid like twenty bucks to rent a costume
for the day, which is you can see on my

(12:23):
story at Andrew Hoodie And it was fun. Like it's
definitely like better to be in costume than not because
you feel like an outsider because you didn't show up
in costume at the Renaissance Festival.

Speaker 2 (12:34):
I'm guessing that you can just show up in jeans
and the polo.

Speaker 1 (12:37):
You can you can show up in whenever you want to,
but you kind of further experience by doing being in,
you immerse yourself. More interesting thing was the Maryland Renaissance
Festival doesn't have Wi Fi and it's kind of in
a little bit of a dead zone near Annapolis, so
you kind of immersed even more because not everyone's on
their phone posting on their Instagram stories. You kind of
just get to see what's around you.

Speaker 2 (12:57):
You know, did you think, how would you rank the
renfin Tricky late to the Disney World.

Speaker 1 (13:04):
I have not had a Tricky like a Disney World,
so right now it's my top tri It's the only
one I've had. But if you have seen on TikTok,
I guess did you say this an act called Jacques
the Whipper. He's a guy who like does professional like
stunt whipping essentially. Yeah, he's been He's gone viral I

(13:25):
think the past couple few weeks just being at Renaissance festivals.
He's at the Maryland one through the end of September.
So if you see him on TikTok and like, oh
where's he at, he's in He's in the Maryland Renaissance Festival.
So definitely go. And it's at that bad of a price.
It's like thirty bucks. It's free parking, and I saw
people tailgating, you know, they were tailgating to go into
the Renaissance. Yeah, Renfest.

Speaker 2 (13:46):
Yeah, honestly, I'd rather go to the Renaissance Festival than
go to I hate to say, the Marylands stake Fair because
that's that's a part of talent. I hate going to
this time. It's like no parking anywhere.

Speaker 1 (13:57):
Yeah, this ample parking and it's free. That's the other
thing too, agree to stay Fair.

Speaker 2 (14:01):
I gotta pick.

Speaker 1 (14:03):
But if you've always wanted to go, definitely try it out.
Go for a group of friends, go with your fam,
go with a potential date. That's definitely a It's definitely
not a first date unless you're like super into it.
But if you're like, oh, we've been dating for a
little bit, we've seen each other, you wanna let's do
something fun different, go wren costumes together, get immersed.

Speaker 2 (14:21):
You know, that's that's definitely like like a I would say,
like a fourth or fifth, fourth or fifth day, you
know we're like lackly, let's spend a whole day together
to see what happens. You know what I mean, Well,
a lot of separate places of u dwelling when we're done,
but we can spend eight hours, yeah, eight hours, six
hours here liket' see like each other after all day.

Speaker 1 (14:37):
And it was funny because so the whole morning show
went and we all went in and I got my
costume thing, which is at the front of thing. It
felt like a very the beginning of it, very bush
Gardens vibes, because bush Gardens, Williamsburg is like England, I
think at the beginning still and all of a sudden
people separated and then we pretty much all came back
together at the end of the day. I was like this.

(14:57):
It was very field trippy vibes of like, oh, you're
with that group, you're with that group, you have a chaperone,
and then you all come together like what'd you do? No,
what did you do on the bus?

Speaker 2 (15:06):
Jewey? What'd you we? I hate this, I hate.

Speaker 1 (15:07):
This, but good time And if you haven't been trying out.
On top of that though, played a little video game.
But to get to that, Kevin, we have to get
a little section I like to call venews, and first
things First, we have yes, correct, we have to talk

(15:34):
about a little indie game from an indie, very indie
studio called Ubisoft or you besoft because Star Wars Outlaws.
As of this podcast recording is out if you pre
ordered the Deluxe or the Gold edition of the game,
and is out this Friday. If you reordered the normal

(15:54):
edition of the game, the pre order was one hundred
dollars I think was I was like ninety and then
one hundred and twenty I think was the Deluxe the
Gold edition of the game. But your boy has played it.
We are now officially past the embargo date, so we're
gonna there you go. It was I've had the game

(16:19):
for about five days and you know, Isa just said
it has been a busy weekend. So this is my
review so far. And Kevin gets asked questions, which is
the best part. When one of us has done something
but the other one hasn't. The other person just gets
to ask. That's all they get to do, and just
ask as much as they want and the other person
has to struggle figuring out if they did that or not.
But yeah, Nintendo, Mike says in the chat. Development was

(16:42):
done by the game by Massive who of the developers
of the Division games is anyone people aren't hearing the
sound clips? Kevin apparently is, uh that is what are
you hearing them?

Speaker 2 (16:53):
Okay, we'll fix that post.

Speaker 1 (16:56):
We'll fix that post slash by next week because can't
figure it out, We're doing the podcast. That's okay, let's
break it down. That's what the sound effect was. Go
to YouTube version in case you didn't hear. But I
played it for about seven hours. So this is my
review so far of the game. Seven hours in. I'm
still really on the first planet. But Star Wars Outlaws

(17:16):
is definitely if you play the Avatar game, any Assassin's
Creed or far Cry games, it's kind of a baby
of all of them. But in the Star Wars universe.

Speaker 2 (17:26):
Okay, so we're talking open world, but not granted fotto
level open where it's like you need to just do
wherever you want.

Speaker 1 (17:34):
Yes, any correct? So I'm I'm trying to forget. I
just saw it because Lily was playing it like right
before I got here. Stoars Outlaws Toshara is the main
planet I'm on. It's kind of the first big one
you start on, which is a new planet. As far
as I know it to the Star Wars galaxy, which
is really cool. But this mild spoiler. You start the

(17:58):
game on Canto Bite or Canto whatever the planet is called,
which is really cool because like we know that from
the last Jedi and now we're kind of, you know,
using the planets from the Nukeles and give them some
shine that they've been around before the new Coles actually existed.

Speaker 2 (18:14):
In the casino.

Speaker 1 (18:16):
Well, I did not go on the casino yet, but
I think I might at the end of the game.
But the main character of the game is k Kai
Ves and her dog Nicks, kind of a Lilo and
Stitch vibe if you kind of get those kind of vibs.
I guess essentially she is a smuggler, kind of replacing,
you know, the Han Solo vibe because Han Solo at
this time of the game is frozen in carbon Nite

(18:38):
because it is between Empire Streks Back and Returning of
the Jedi that takes place.

Speaker 2 (18:45):
I'm still always always forget about the timeline that, but
I see them, I'm like, Okay, when was.

Speaker 1 (18:49):
That, Yeah, that was here, jennifright carbon Nite over here.
Orlando might be on Tattooine, who knows, but the game
really is your smuggler, your kai you obviously, it's kind
of more less, you know, using force abilities and you know,
using lightsabers and more. All Right, I got a grapple hook,

(19:11):
I got my shooter, and I can talk my way
out of things. And that's the cool thing about this game.
There are branching, branching choices, I guess more than dialogue trees.
It's really it's kind of like how a Jedi fallen
Order or survivor is show up, talk to the character,

(19:31):
and that's like the options you have, but there are
outcomes you can choose of all right. The cool thing
I would that was like one of the first missions
I did onto Shara was all right, you smuggled information.
Now do you want to give it to the Pike syndicate,
you know from Boka Boba Fet or do you want
to give it to Crimson Dawn, which is Kira from

(19:54):
a solo a Star Wars Stories cartel as well. So
I decided that instance to give it to Crimson don
because I'm like, well, I don't really like the Pikes
because the Book of Ovett and the Clone Wars and everything,
So I'm gonna go side with Crimson down and it
improved my reputation with that group over the Pikes essentially.

Speaker 2 (20:12):
Okay, so that kind of gives me old school Saints
ro fields how you had to manage the groups. Yeah, exactly,
that's be very interesting. And also I'm gonna ask when
it comes to you centil Shaw as a planet. Yes,
now I think it was Jeda and Jedi.

Speaker 1 (20:30):
Survivor very Cobo. Cobo is in Jedi Survivor.

Speaker 2 (20:35):
Yeah, Cobo, very detailed planet. How is like the ass
when it comes to exploration? Is it all open or
is it kind of like as we every time we
went back to Cobo with like another another branch could
opened up the planet to explore.

Speaker 1 (20:47):
As of right now, it's very open. Luckily in this
game you are given different mainly two modes or three
modes of travel walking, uh, the speeder bike, and then
you have your spaceship, which is obviously planets and sometimes
you go to orbit on things. Haven't done that yet
ships getting fixed though, but the speeder bike, like I
literally just got the part where like, all right, cool,

(21:07):
you have a mission on the other side of Toshar,
use a spiderback to get there and obviously like twenty
different side quest pop up before you get to where
your main mission is, which is really cool. I will say,
like the speeder bike is a little clunky right now,
but you know it's it's what happens when you start
a game. Everything's a little clunkier than it will be
by the end of the game once you've mastered it.

(21:27):
And obviously the characters upgraded as well.

Speaker 2 (21:29):
Yeah, it'll be a pass probably next week for this
game to kind of fix.

Speaker 1 (21:32):
All the data. Yeah, there are a lot of things.
I will say. This game is heavy on stealth, so
kind of your older Assassin's Creed games of like I
want to sneak in, knock somebody out, knock somebody out.
That's how the game works. It is interesting. I actually
did get to a part where we're supposed to sneak around,
so I was going to take out a robot or droid,

(21:54):
and the droid was stronger than I thought, so my
knockout punch didn't knock it out, and then I got
revealed then had a go weapons free, So.

Speaker 2 (22:02):
I guess that actually because that kind of feels like
spinnings out a little bit.

Speaker 1 (22:05):
Mm hmmm, hm, it's kind of it is a Ubisoft game,
so if you've played the Ubisoft Mechanics and any of
their games, you really velved it. There aren't towers, which
I appreciate. I mean, there are towers, but they're not
in the sense I've got to go here to unlock
the map and see what's going on. It is. There's
more like, oh, that's something I can go get some
money out of if I wanted to go do that.

Speaker 2 (22:26):
I'm out so far.

Speaker 1 (22:27):
I've played seven hours so far and I've unlocked four
achievement or sorry achievements trophies playing on PlayStation five.

Speaker 2 (22:34):
Right, I will say I hate this frame of I
guess what Star Wars is. But does it give you
that gritty Star Wars feel of mid original sequel?

Speaker 1 (22:45):
I think it does. I think this does a very
good vibe of uh feeling a little more like and
Or and Solo where it is, you know, having those
cartels and being the more underbelly normal ish like in
the streets, like you said the grid of Star Wars,
because you know you are a street level. You're not
like I can high jump over everything and get through everything. No,

(23:07):
you have to walk through everything. You can't like high
speed through everything.

Speaker 2 (23:13):
It's not like going to fuddle. You just drive a
car fast and hope you get up there.

Speaker 1 (23:16):
Yeah. Yeah, and chat if you have any questions, definitely
put them in the chat Twitch dot Tv, slash Infnutder
score pods, or in the comments on YouTube. I'll hit
them up later too. Just love to answer any of
your questions too. But I think right now and we'll
still talk about a little bit more because I probably
should have led with this, I'd give it a seven
out of ten, I think still to my recollection, I

(23:43):
would put Fall and Order number one, Survivor number two,
then three in this at three out of the modern
Star Wars games post Battlefront two. Well, it's good, not great,
but it could be great if you, I guess maybe
even based on the d LC that may have to
buy expensive that comes out for it, it could it

(24:06):
could maybe take it up a little a couple of notches,
you think, I think so. I know, you know, every
we've I said this last week, and this was before
even we got a code for the game. Every game
in this era it launches with bugs, and this game
like that follows the same pattern. It's just what happens,
you know, there's a bug I've seen where you're doing

(24:27):
a stealth mission. You're about to knock somebody out, and
you're like away from everybody, and all of a sudden,
it takes you and the person about to knock out
in front of everybody that you were trying to avoid,
and then you have to go weapons free, you know.

Speaker 2 (24:39):
Weapons free when it comes weapons free? Though, like, does
it does it feel like a like a like a
trying to think compared a game. Is it more of
like a Gears a War type shooter or is it
more like a trying to think.

Speaker 1 (24:57):
Type shooter, kind of mass effect Gears of War. It
is cover based shooting. It does feel like so far
that shooting is kind of more and shooting and and
steering I guess are more of It's kind of afterthoughts
are in the backseat compared to sneaking around and hacking.

(25:18):
There is a hacking game. There's two hacking games. One
is kind of a locksmith game, which is rhythm based,
which is cool because it's kind of like, all right,
these are what the droids do in Star Wars, and
this kind of makes you appreciate what that is. And
then there is a hacking one, which essentially is a
version of wordle, which is match the symbols and like,
all right, one of these is wrong and one of
these is in the right place. Try to figure out
and you have like six tries essentially. But the great

(25:42):
thing is, if you know, I'm already getting to the
point where, like I am getting tired of these games.
These games are no longer gonna get harder from here.
You can in the options set those to auto configure.

Speaker 2 (25:52):
Okay, okay, because I my spic Spider Man has that
option as well. You can just auto figure out the
puzzle and yeah, it does.

Speaker 1 (25:57):
And unfortunately fortunately or on fortunately, depending on you view it,
you can be shot and killed while you're playing the
hacking games. You were trying to sneak and hack into the door,
and the enemy comes behind you, they can shoot and
kill you.

Speaker 2 (26:09):
So until I'm not going to check, ask if if
he knows that there are any trophy such achievements for
being low to one particular.

Speaker 1 (26:17):
There is, there's one for all of them, and I
will say I think it's to a certain degree, like
you have to get like, oh, it's right now, I'm
in good territory for Crimson down and poor with the
Pikes because of that decision I made. But there's a
trophy for each because you can get to that point

(26:37):
with all like of all of them, and at just
any point you get to like max or like great
level with them, you get the trophy or achievement.

Speaker 2 (26:46):
Okay, that makes sense, and then kind of goes back
by saying about the Saints for real thing, how it
actually is like tracking you good with these people, not
so good with these people, to watch out over there,
but if you need some help, go back over yeah.

Speaker 1 (26:56):
Well, and then so the interesting thing is so like
this open world, there are each cartel, which right now
it's the Pikes Crimson down in the Hut cartel. Like
top of the Huts people, there are certain areas they
have that if you are in a good opportunity of
Crimson on you can go into their base and do

(27:17):
whatever you want. But because I'm poor at the Pike syndicates,
I can't go into their area without having to sneak
around and do stuff.

Speaker 2 (27:24):
I actually said similar to Starfield too, something like a
mechanic that was similar to that, because no, Starfield basically
you can get a job in that game.

Speaker 1 (27:32):
Yeah, Starfield is a whole thing. What episode of start
Kevin wants them to talk about Starfield again. He was
not about that you get the car in Starfield now,
But I will say the shooting mechanics are a little
wonky just because you have to lock on and it's
really like, it's not a shootery game. But when you
there are shootouts when you're on the speeder bike, they're

(27:53):
a little awkward because you can't shoot in pilot. At
the same time, it's not like, oh, I have to
do one. You can can't shoot on the bike unless
you hit they have I forget to mention this. There's
a mode you hit both triggers or both bumpers and
it goes into essentially dead Eye mode from Red Dead Redemption,
where then you can mark everybody. Then you hit shoot

(28:14):
and it shoots everybody. Yeah, but that's the only thing
you can do on speeder bikes. You're kind of like
waiting until your meter fills up and just having to
avoid everything, and then all of a sudden, a right, cool,
now I can go.

Speaker 2 (28:25):
Yeah. Regard the chat asking that any your favorite Star
Wars these are eggs so far if you if you've seen.

Speaker 1 (28:30):
Some yet, well, so seven hours in Really the Canto
bite stuff has been the coolest thing. I will say
I've already it's not really spoilers because I was told
about it beforehand. Anyway, is there are a lot of
Easter eggs on tattooing it is it has to be right. Yeah,
keep in mind this is after Empire, before Return the Jedi,

(28:50):
so you know certain things haven't happened yet, so those
things aren't there. But the coolest thing I've heard about
it's it's happened in the movies is you can go
to Lars Ranch and see what happened after essentially.

Speaker 2 (29:11):
Just make sure people, which is really cool.

Speaker 1 (29:15):
The game is is very They did a great job
of putting it in Star Wars. It establishes like it's
an established cannon like Tattooine. Is how Tatooine looks like.
You know that big weird you can go to, uh
that I think it's moss Iley and that big weird
ship that's in the middle of the ground and is
there the crate Dragon is there because jobs the Palace

(29:38):
is like a base, I guess essentially you go to
but obviously the other planets are kind of their own thing.
I'm trying to figure out. I'm only seven hours. I
don't know the planet name of the plants all day,
but right.

Speaker 2 (29:50):
Here, actually, if it loads back up, it's gone.

Speaker 1 (29:52):
Now screw you? Why why do you do this? Oh Kami?

Speaker 2 (29:59):
So could me?

Speaker 1 (30:00):
Is also like a newer planet from Rise of Skywalkers.
It's kind of an icy planet that blows up in
the in the middle of that where they're kind of
winning meat that chick for your her name was on
the top of my head when they meant babu frick
there you go and another lady. But you get to
go on that planet and it's not as open world

(30:20):
as the other planets are, but it is it looks
and feels like how it should look like in Rise
of skywalker as being like that smuggler planet we kind
of learned it to be now.

Speaker 2 (30:31):
So that's all bet like, you know, shooting a little
wonky with more stealth based. So it seems like this
is for a particular type of gamer that may have
more patience than your average I guess average triple A gamer.
But I gonna say, does the story of Kate Kate
Best her name.

Speaker 1 (30:47):
Right, yes, Kate Kves Yeah, k Best does.

Speaker 2 (30:50):
Her story and the story around her make you want
to keep going or can you find yourself?

Speaker 1 (30:56):
Just I will say I love her dynamic with Nix.
I mean I think it's because I have Teddy, you know,
Aaron Giles talking about you know, his dog Tyson. Right, correct,
what we're talking about we're talking about earlier in chat.

Speaker 2 (31:10):
I think, right, not a dog.

Speaker 1 (31:16):
Tyson. There we go? Boom, uh you go? You can?
You definitely like I think, care about Nix a lot more,
and Nix is like the best companion so far. I know.
The end of this game, you're building a heist crew
to a degree, and some people are already on there.
It's a little bit of Winston and Ticon Get two dogs,
There you go. So it is kind of that Grandpa

(31:38):
thought of Vibe a little bit two with five of
we gotta build the heist and I won't tell you what,
but we gotta go steal something you son be. I mean,
I'm in. But it is interesting that the game kind
of really focuses on that relationship and it gives you
flashbacks kind of how we had in Jedi, Fallen Order

(32:00):
and Survivor, but they come kind of randomly. What where
I think Jedi Fallen Order, more Fallen Order than Survivor
really was like, here's a transition, and all of a sudden,
you're like trying to slide through those awkward walls that
they use to hide the next level of a game,
and then you're like, oh, Order sixty six is happening now,
whereas this is like, oh, let me talk to this person,

(32:20):
Oh flashback out of nowhere.

Speaker 2 (32:25):
Okay, I mean I'm still interested in playing just because
the Star Wars game. Honestly, I mean a Star Wars
ip attached. Any game get to the least a couple
of buys. Yeah, on launch day, I'm still excited about it.
Sounds like the walking but honestly wonkiness in non Assassin's
screen even honestly, know what, I wouldn't say that walkiness

(32:47):
and you off titles like expecting that because Sass's Cream
Unity was launching a very unplayable state.

Speaker 1 (32:52):
Back in the day.

Speaker 2 (32:54):
Division was great, but there were sometimes it was kind
of weird. The shooting is great, but a lot of
other stuff is kind of weird. Watch Dogs, it's a
weird game all around. It's so weird, like if it's
something watchfs felt like they forgot they were making open
a venture game. If fun making tread games, Oh no,
that's tenscreen doing something else. So I mean will be

(33:15):
soft games are wonky just in general sometimes, so it's
kind of its kind of tailors to us a specific
type of gamer. So I was, I'll still be excited
to play it whenever I get it.

Speaker 1 (33:26):
And I think kind of story wise with Star Wars,
because I know a lot of people are like, oh,
there's a connect to the Skywalker saga and all that stuff.
I mean, it takes place in that, but it is
kind of telling its own story, like like an and
Or and it's solo kind of a little bit too.
But I appreciate that is that this is a story

(33:47):
that's happening without the having the need the involvement of
our haunts. Well you passed by Hans solo, but like
Chewbacca Luke, you know, the Empires is I mean, their
their threat, but they're not like we have to destroy
the Jedi and the Rebel Alliance and you're part of
the You're the person that rescue the plans of the
Death Star the second time, you know, kind of like

(34:07):
a rogue one.

Speaker 2 (34:09):
Is there any mention of the force, So far in
a game.

Speaker 1 (34:11):
Not yet, no, like may the Force be with you.
I do want to point out, though, that this game
auto saves, and as far as I've tried to, I
can't save whenever I want to. I don't know if
that's a bug or it's just how the game's playing.
But I got to a checkpoint where it auto saved,
and I'm like, all right, cool, I can either go

(34:32):
to the main make sure there's a side path over here.
Let me see what's over that side path this Dubisoft game.
Obviously there's something over there. Uh, there's like two collectibles.
Get the first one, and all of a sudden there's
this collectible hit in that like his blood. Like you
have to time it with a fan, like turning on
and off twenty minute straight, keep getting blown back, and
like I'm gonna try again, let me try to get

(34:52):
this time. Twenty minutes go by, Like I am only
an hour in this game, and I am stuck because
of the fans I gave up. I don't go back
to that fani later in the game. I'm gonna show
that fan what's what. I'm gonna shoot it and it's
gonna know what's going on. Damn it.

Speaker 2 (35:08):
I will say that the auto state feature is one
of the most underrated cheapest in gaming because we go
back and play older games that didn't have auto safe
and you forget to save.

Speaker 1 (35:16):
It's heartbreaking, really, it's heartbreaking. I did so much.

Speaker 2 (35:20):
No, I'm not do it over again, but I guess.

Speaker 1 (35:23):
Kind of overall, it's kind of wrapping up thoughts on
less there's any more questions. I think this is a
game if if you just want to be in the
Star Wars universe. You've played Fallen Order survivor, you know
Battlefront two is what it is. You can't there's nothing
new coming to it. I think this is worth a
play just because it's fun to be, you know, just
in the Star Wars universe seen, you know, all these

(35:45):
species popping up just here in the sights and sounds.
There there's a there's mini game where you just get
to eat with Nix and you get to teach Nicks
how to eat food. I'm like this, me and Teddy
right now, me teaching them how to eat taco bell
slowly but surely, you know. Right now.

Speaker 2 (36:00):
Open Critic has at a seventy seven.

Speaker 1 (36:03):
So I gave it a seven out of ten at
least right now, seven hours into the game, seven the
magic number. I do think, you know, if you don't
really care too much about Star Wars, we're really trying
to get in because oh it's a good game and
it'll get there. I know the DLC has Lando, you know,
Hondo Kocohol, our favorite space pirate as well. For me,

(36:26):
like being obsessed with Star Wars, like having Hondo come
up at all during the original trilogy stuff is dope
because it furthers his storyline. Like Hondo and Naka, we've
only known through Rebels Star Wars Rebels. I'm like, all right, cool,
this man's still living. I know Galaxy's Edge, he's technically
part of that. But we don't know how a theme

(36:46):
park ride is cant into everything else in Star Wars.
But it just is. It just is. Damn it uh
nintto Mike said, you can play as a regular person
and not a Jedi. I'm with that, and I think
that's a cool It's a cool change of pace because
you know, we for the past six years has really
been Jedi forward as games, and it's cool just to

(37:06):
be like another character in Star Wars that shooty shooting
and hacky hacky even.

Speaker 2 (37:13):
The older older games like I don't know the bounty
hunting games. Buba fat Jeno fan is not really a
regular person. He's he's a very very skills Yeah, so
they never get to play as I mean on Cooldtour,
you could be the rogue or the smuggler, but I
mentioned you were a Jedi, so it didn't really matter then,

(37:33):
So that that kind of likes to actually play as
the rogue or the bounty hunter or yeah's coming sounds
like so not like fun to meet, is what I'm saying.

Speaker 1 (37:42):
Yeah, and this is a pro tip because I didn't
realize this until it was like, I'm in this point
of the game if you pre ordered the game or
got any bonuses or anything like that. Unfortunately, Actlyte Man
sixty nine it is not related to Star Wars Acolyte,
So it's set in between the Empire stacks back and

(38:02):
a new and Return of the Jedi. But if you order
pre ordered anything or get any of the special bonuses
forgetting the game, you won't unlock those until seven to
eight hours in the game. So if you're like, where
the hell is my Han Solo vest, good things come
to those who wait.

Speaker 2 (38:18):
Essentially, yeah, sadly, the only one that still laugh at
this point from the Acolite is Yoda.

Speaker 1 (38:24):
At this point barely he's dying right around the corner.

Speaker 2 (38:29):
He's not two years from whenever, whenever that takes place.

Speaker 1 (38:34):
Now, the interesting thing, yeah, the interesting thing is will
Kaives stand the test time? Kind of how Calcestes kind
of has? Uh? I think I know who Accolade Man
sixty nine is certain someone, but who knows. I think
Calcastes really came through the Forefront one because during the

(38:54):
pandemic that we had fallen order and Survivor, and it
was only Star Wars that we had the time that
it got to the point where oh, alcast Is surely
is showing up in the Mandalorian to teach Croku how
to do things or whatever. It was a running theory.
I think that's really how calcast has got pushed the Forefront.
We all really fell in love with Cameron Monahan's portrayal
of that. Will Kaives do the same thing? Who knows?

(39:14):
I think right now, and she might go the way
of Iden Versio from Battlefront two, who's voicing her by
the way, as a relative newcomer as far as I know. Uh,
it is Humberly Gonzalez, which this is kind of the
main thing I know her for.

Speaker 2 (39:34):
Yeah, ok, yeah, yeah, she's like a relative newcomer. Yeah,
but maybe it could be a dumps jump if even
if it's not rated, well, if has received well, maybe
it's multi well not rated, it's pretty high. Maybe a
jump point. Maybe we'll see her at Love Action at
some point, or maybe they keep it close and it

(39:55):
just becomes like a Star Wars in the universe. Maybe
Calcas pop ups, but not as large Star Wars.

Speaker 1 (40:02):
But yeah, it is kind of Star Wars y Red
Dead vibes with Ubisoft and the stinky games cal had
ponchos Kai has cool, I guess was the closest real
thing of cool. Bomber jackets, I guess. And you can't
customize Nicks. Uh, there is right now an exclusive thing.
I think if you're playing on certain versions of PC,
you can give him the e walk hould. Uh. So

(40:25):
you have to wait till, like I think October to
get it for everything else. But I'm like, I'm put
him in that, putting him in that. As soon as
we get him, I'm dressing up just like Teddy.

Speaker 2 (40:34):
My sister had that e Walk doll from trying to Jedi.
I'm growing up. I remember, well, that's the thing I
like for my movie.

Speaker 1 (40:41):
Well, Kevin, you know, you can buy a life size
e Walk from Shop Disney right now for at low
price of six hundred dollars. And he's like this tall,
you know, real.

Speaker 2 (40:50):
Life life size. That's terrifying actually, but I want it,
but I don't want it at the same time, I
don't want to.

Speaker 1 (40:59):
What more it doesn't realize is what I've bought for
my birthday. Hello, low press is six hundred dollars, No
big deal.

Speaker 2 (41:08):
His name is Seamus.

Speaker 1 (41:10):
Why shamous? I don't know. It just fell felt right.

Speaker 2 (41:13):
It just felt right.

Speaker 1 (41:15):
But seven out of ten so far, seven hours in.
And we'll always be talking about that more as the
game comes out and gets patched and all that good stuff.
But Kevin, that's not the only thing we're talking about today,
because we're getting news on the Vision series coming out
maybe next year.

Speaker 2 (41:34):
Maybe last we saw Vision, he had a realization that
he was Vision.

Speaker 1 (41:40):
And he was white.

Speaker 2 (41:43):
And he flew away, and that was four years ago.

Speaker 1 (41:46):
We haven't seen wow thing four years ago. That's what
it was.

Speaker 2 (41:52):
For all we know, Vision could have I don't know,
just been hovering above space. I love Superman and Man
of Steel, my Man of Steel. Superman returns listening for
whoever needs help. I don't know. He's been up there
and there's been things going on and he has to
come down to help. I mean, his whole wife basically
went to another universe and killed their illuminati. He just whatever,

(42:13):
She's fine.

Speaker 1 (42:13):
So it's fine.

Speaker 2 (42:15):
Hopefully, hopefully this when this whatever this comes out, we
get some clear to say, hey, dude, where you been.

Speaker 1 (42:20):
Yeah, you've been man, Wait wait you been this whole time.
So the main thing while we were talking about the
Vision series is because it was confirmed for our friends
in Hollywood a Porter and Deadline. That's James Spader ak
Ultron aka Vision's Daddy part Daddy's got multi Daddy's over there.
He's coming back to be Ultron again in the Vision series.

Speaker 2 (42:44):
Cool Altron's I think a very Ultron and ahe Ultron
in general, both very underrated movies movie and a very
underrated villain. I get he wasn't like the Ultron in
the comic books, but nothing was like in the comic books,
just isn't but it's not the same plots.

Speaker 1 (43:02):
I think the interesting thing with this though, is James
Spader coming back is right now they've had Ross Markwan
who has kind of been a universal voice actor for
Marvel and Anything really Invincible as well. He voiced Ultron
in the What If. So it's interesting that they're like,

(43:23):
all right, cool, guess what we still need James Spader
if it's the live action version of Ultron. And I
think whether he's in live action form like it's live
or he's just the voice in Vision's head, I think
it's really dope because, like Kevis said, a lot of
people think Vision are Ultron to get his due in
each of Ultron, and I really think there's more potentially

(43:45):
could have done more with that character that they haven't
really done so until now really that they have the
chance to do so.

Speaker 2 (43:52):
And I think what this might maybe is inside the
metaphorical brain of Vision may have like a Paul Bettany
James Spader's act off basically, who's the control Vision.

Speaker 1 (44:05):
Give me more ships of theseus to me.

Speaker 2 (44:09):
And that's the other thing I'm excited about to because
Paul Bettany as jarvisiz Vision was so good, he was
so good as it, and I really miss his voice.
He was a little voice of reasons the Civil War,
even nobody listened to him, and even with Tony when
he was still Jarvis, he was like that that security
blanket that Tony had that was taken away when he
became Vision. So I'm happy to see him come back

(44:30):
as well.

Speaker 1 (44:30):
Yeah. So the interesting thing is this Vision spin off.
We kind of don't know what it is. The rumor
is that it's kind of going to be what the
Vision comic books actually were, which Wanda Vision was kind
of a derivative of that, a form of that, but
it is going to be close to the comics where
this Vision has made more vision versions of everybody. So

(44:54):
that is, you know, a vision version of the two kids,
I forget what their names are, Wicked and Speed is
what they become, and a vision version of Wanda. I
think so, yeah, I think that's really cool. I think,
you know, having that debate of like, is White Vision
gonna be a hero? Is gonna be a villain? Well
that's where the Ultron pops in. But the other rumor

(45:16):
is Elizabeth Olsen might come back in some form too
for this show, and that we're kind of seeing the
trilogy of Scarlet Witch. Now where we had Wanda Vision,
we'll have Age of or Agatha Agatha all along there
you go. Yeah, and then you'll have this kind of
being the third entry of that what happened to Wanda
kind of ignoring what happened in Doctor Strange.

Speaker 2 (45:38):
It makes sense too, because I mean, like they said
in What's a Civil any War, that Vision's brain was
made above Jarvis, Ultron, Tony and Bruce, but her infecting
the mindstone and have some kind of backlass when she's
in it in there now too, so it makes sense
that she would come back maybe as like the one

(46:00):
one thing he can grab one to to kind of
stay his continence to being Vision and that Ultron or
Jarvis or Tony or Bruce. Basically, it's a very interesting concept,
very very mindy. I want to say concept, because like
you said, there had been a ship of a thesis
reference in MCU since he did it in Wanda Vision,

(46:21):
so it'd be interesting how how to tackle this series.

Speaker 1 (46:23):
Yeah, I think the only thing is, oh Jamie Perry said,
the best Jesus Angel Ultron is the Devil.

Speaker 2 (46:30):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (46:31):
Basically, I think the cool thing is, you know, Wanda
Vision being the main EMBSCU show, everybody everybody watched you
a lowkey a lot of people watch, but everybody watched
WandaVision because it was the one of the opening shows
with Disney Plus, including Mandalorian. I think they're probably going

(46:53):
to try to recreate those vibes of like we need
people to talk of like what the hell is going on,
because I think that's something the Marvel shows really haven't
had of, Like it is that cooler talk moment of like,
oh my god, like we were we go here, we
can go there, boom bombing, where it's been more of
like all right, we're seeing where we're ending. This is
like every week it needs to be my God, that
happened this week.

Speaker 2 (47:14):
I'm also wondering if at the end of this series
will he stay white Vision or would he kind of just.

Speaker 1 (47:20):
Will get his color back. He'll turn marry, but he'll
be essentially a Wizard of Awe as effect where Dorothy
goes gray and at the end back in color, goes
in color and then back and gray at the end
of the movie.

Speaker 2 (47:32):
And then also because Vision Vision could shape shift as well,
I want to be pertaining that ability. Basically be anybody.

Speaker 1 (47:38):
Also. In the Vision comic they were in Fairfax, Virginia,
so I won't mind that filming the real fair fact. Dammit,
we need to be needed TV money.

Speaker 2 (47:48):
I want to be an extra. I want to be
an extra.

Speaker 1 (47:50):
Put down me up in vision makeup. I'll do it.
Be a little vin, a little Vinnie, I'll be ben. Yeah,
I'm excited. I think that's if that's gonna be the
farther down the line MCU show. I think that's good.
I think Agatha all along. You know, we're about two
ish weeks away from that, come three weeks, I guess

(48:11):
from that coming out, I think that carries the torch
into this and that's what's that's gonna tee that up.
And then hopefully you introduce all those characters in the
movies again instead of being kind of in the TV
universe that kind of aren't aren't allowed back in the
movies until they need them.

Speaker 2 (48:31):
It's crazy to say this, but I think this may
be a post I post Secret Wars show.

Speaker 1 (48:39):
That'd be interesting. I think who knows, honestly, I mean
because I think both ways, Like I think for Secret
Wars you need everybody on deck for that because it
goes doomsdays, and so like what that would be, Like, Pope,
I can see post doomsday, you have this show, and
then all right, you'll see them in Secret Wars because

(49:01):
I mean Wanda and Vision were kind of in the background,
well not in background, but like they were kind of
doing their own thing, and the Infinity War and the
obviously Vision dies and then Wanda it kind of was
more in the background of everything, and Wanda got dusted,
so she wasn't popped up until the end of the
movie for endgame.

Speaker 2 (49:22):
Yeah. And then because because the other thing about this
is Marvel's Internet part of the phase of their current
movies where they have to focus basically or antenna telling.
They're basically where they were with Civil War, where every
movie kind of meant something going forward, and that's where
they are now. So we can't have random Vision stories
unless they were gonna be focused on the Secret Wars

(49:44):
endgame of it all.

Speaker 1 (49:45):
Basically. Yeah, so we'll find out what happens in the
Vision in the near future, but then the even nearer future.
Kevin was that do I hear Marcus Munford in the distance?
Because yeah, I don't know the lyrics of the song

(50:05):
because Ted Lassel has official officially unofficially, rumor has it
that has been renewed for a fourth season.

Speaker 2 (50:18):
This one was like speculated from the minute they said they.

Speaker 1 (50:21):
We're not doing another season. They're not doing another season.

Speaker 2 (50:24):
You're lying you'll be back. We know you'll be back.
It was like they're coming back. Season three definitely had
an ending that was I want to say, satisfying but
not definite that makes sense spoiler alert. At the end
of the day, they won whatever I can't remember. They
won a championship. Ted goes back to Kansas to coach

(50:47):
his Suns soccer team.

Speaker 1 (50:49):
And no, they lose Kevin, they lose the championship. They lose.

Speaker 2 (50:53):
Tech goes back to Kansas to go to Son soccer team.
I can't remember if she sold a team or not.
I think she kept the team.

Speaker 1 (50:57):
She kept the team.

Speaker 2 (50:59):
Yeah, And what it was, will won't they between her
and Ted? So now I'm gonna hope they will because
the day kind of like, I don't really think that
she was gonna be the one that kind of pulled
him out of his depression. But and then they'd be like, oh,
I don't even have the Kansas So I'm hoping now
they kind of just moved back to that are like
let's let's give Yeah.

Speaker 1 (51:15):
Uh so the interesting thing is deadline and discussing film
and bloody. What was the other one that was kind
of uh the Dark Rise? Yeah, I pretty much said that,
Oh the cast, they're they're assembly and the cast and
you know it's a done deal. Uh. Interesting thing is
we've also seen multiple reports of Jason Sidikis hasn't signed

(51:39):
on these these actors have that signed on. Roy Kent
has signed on, you know, Like so it is interesting.
I think for the show to have a fourth season,
it needs the core cast. I know. It's like, yeah,
so it's Ted, It's Keeley roy Kent, the owner played
by Hannah Watti Ham I forget what her name is.
You need coat coach to a degree. Uh oh yeah,

(52:03):
and you need you need like there's like eight people
you need and then you know every other soccer player.
You know, Danny Rojas, sure toss him in there too,
but like the team could change this guy, the captain
guy that you need, Sammy.

Speaker 2 (52:19):
Samuel, I can't remember his last name. You need him.
You need another big guy like the enforcer. I think
you need him as well, but you definitely need, Like
you said that that core eight people you kind of
really really need, including Hannah Waddingham's Rebecca's I guess you
call him the secretary, but her assistant him and his family.

(52:39):
I think you need him as well. This show definitely
captured like a sweetness that wasn't seen in TV at
the time because it was the middle of a pandemic.
We were all terrified. So it's like to see it
come back, hope, come back, hopefully with everybody, not just
a couple of people.

Speaker 1 (52:55):
Well, here's the interesting thing. So this pops up. You know,
it's not confirmed confirmed because you know, Apple TV hasn't
said anything, Jason Sidakis hadn't said anything. But the interesting
thing is the Phil Dunster who plays Jamie Tart. Apparently
he's not available for like a few years, like because
he's on TV shows and stuff. So like if they

(53:17):
are going to come back, they'll lose him. Now, Jamie
Tart is one of the corer characters, but I think
they could lose him. But I do think they need
to get the whole cast. I think if they're like, oh,
we're doing it, it's kind of like how Scrubs had
its final season of like we're doing it, but it's
kind of a not the whole they want.

Speaker 2 (53:40):
Sometimes his dad sometimes a couple of times.

Speaker 1 (53:43):
Bill Lawrence just saying supposedly.

Speaker 2 (53:47):
That's up for a reboot as well. I don't know
how to do that in this day and age, because
that's that show. The shows so zany.

Speaker 1 (53:55):
About hospitals, but in a fun way. I'm trying to
watch having to see Grey's Anatomy or All the Dow
or the UH nine one one shows.

Speaker 2 (54:02):
Honestly, at this point, if they do, it'll probably on
Ample TV. It probably scrubs on Apple TV. I can't
see it being anywhere else honestly.

Speaker 1 (54:09):
Now, Kevin, I guess my question on this was we
wrap it up Ted last O season four awards wise
Clean House every season came out season four. Do you think, oh,
put it back in awards contention or you're like, all right,
that was our pandemic show. Like you mentioned earlier, we're
on to post pandemic things.

Speaker 2 (54:30):
There's a way wherever they can do this show in
a different approach, because I mean it's about a sports team,
and you know, I love the Ravens, the team that
was the Ravens that were in twenty twenty one are
different Ravens than on the team now sounds like, you know,
three people. So they definitely does like honestly start a
whole new team of jerks basically, and the only way

(54:51):
to get these jerks in line is to bring back
to Ted last up true methods exactly. Word can's too mean,
so they can't don't. I don't respond to Roy, so
it comes tied back to kind of balance out Roy did.
And Roy's pissed because it comes this whanka back you
know what I mean. I mean, I'm just spitballing. I'm
not a rider.

Speaker 1 (55:09):
I'm no rider, but you know that could be what
they do and.

Speaker 2 (55:13):
Just take a whole different take on Ante Lassa with
a whole different set of of Trusty every characters basically.

Speaker 1 (55:19):
M But yeah, I'm if it happens, I'm exciting to
give it something about. I know Apple TV has plenty
watch on it silo, including I'm trying to watch that.
That monkey is good, That monkey I heard is good
as well. You know seven season two in January unfortunately,
But I think ted Lasso is kind of the show
that really put Apple TV on the map. Yeah, everyone's like, oh,

(55:41):
you gotta gotta get Apple TV, use the actual trial
you get from any of your iPhone products or whatever.
But I think, uh, you know, just confirmed to deny it.
The more it's kind of in that ethos of will
it happen, what won't happen, we'll just kind of wane
people's interests into it.

Speaker 2 (55:59):
I feel, I'll tell you, man, Apple TV, it's really
hard to find out by a TV show on there.
They are all I don't know, I don't know where
do they source their TV shows from as far as
like production companies, But I feel like they have a
really good after talent and really forgot to have TV
shows because I mean, my wife and I were captivated
by for All Mankind for like a month and we

(56:21):
can't wait for the new season to start.

Speaker 1 (56:22):
And they just have to wait for that season to start. Well, well,
well start though, Kevin, we'll be this year, next year.

Speaker 2 (56:28):
I think next year. And there's also two spin off series,
so like they're really putting all their eggs in for
All Mankind basket for like the eleventh most popular show.
It's crazy, this is crazy.

Speaker 1 (56:39):
Let go TV and Apple TV exactly. But yeah, that's uh,
so far what we got on the horizon. But we'll
be back on Thursday talking about obviously Star Wars, Outlaws
some more. We'll be talking about potential trailer that's coming
out tomorrow as of this podcast, recording the Sonic the
Hedgehog three trailer, breaking that down, mainly seeing Shadow of

(57:03):
the Hedgehog. I love what they did was the teaser
for this trailer coming out with Sonic watching the trailer
for Speed starring Keanu Reeves and I was like, hey,
I see what you did there.

Speaker 2 (57:15):
Is low key one of the best video game franchise
movies that nobody talks about because it's outsigned by other things, rightfully,
but it's still really good exactly.

Speaker 1 (57:24):
But we'll talk about that on Thursday and so much more.
