Speaker 1 (00:01):
It's Brook, Bree and Clint los up everybody.

Speaker 2 (00:07):
This is how we start it.

Speaker 1 (00:08):
Really, you maintain them.

Speaker 3 (00:10):
And then then Clint but you you can be. Clint
likes to share a deep, dark secret now.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
But we start with introducing where we are. We're at Hey,
it's Claudia. This is the after party slash. I guess
it's a new thing?

Speaker 4 (00:22):
Is Brin?

Speaker 2 (00:22):
Clint aren't here?

Speaker 4 (00:24):
Yeah? Roll call Ella, Hi and Brook Curta spilling in.

Speaker 2 (00:30):
This week and we just wanted to shoot some ship. Yeah,
shoot some ship, shoot some ship.

Speaker 1 (00:35):
I'm not gonna lie.

Speaker 4 (00:35):
I loved yap what I've never known this about you?

Speaker 2 (00:39):
Shocking, breaking, breaking quiet, and we appreciate your being all
ears at the moment, but we do need to find out.

Speaker 5 (00:46):
We've realized, yes, we kind of work on different frequencies
when it comes to.

Speaker 1 (00:51):
Like, say, we've got a busy weeky head, how are.

Speaker 5 (00:54):
We making sure that we're getting everywhere and being reminded
of everything that we need to do this week? I
saw this very motivational video actually of this woman being like,
if you by Sunday night don't know what you're doing.

Speaker 1 (01:06):
Throughout the week, you've already lost the week. Oh yeah, no,
and I believe it.

Speaker 5 (01:10):
I believe if you haven't mapped out when you're going
to work out, when you're going to relax, when you're
gonna no.

Speaker 1 (01:15):
I believe absolutely not. Well are you making up day
by day a little bit?

Speaker 2 (01:18):
I just love to go with the flow, Like I've
got I've got one appointment tomorrow, but then just like
an hour ago, I'm like cool, I can do the
gym beforehand, and then I can just like wake up
at this time. I can plan my day like the
day before yah, or the day off.

Speaker 1 (01:30):
How fun is it.

Speaker 2 (01:31):
When you have no plans and then by the end
of the day you've done so many things.

Speaker 1 (01:34):
That's so true.

Speaker 5 (01:35):
But how are you keeping a record of all these
things that you your appointments, your WAFT which is coming
up on Friday? How do you know that those things
are coming up? I do actually have quite a good
mental calendar, but where at falls short as I can
like visualize it, and there's blocks of time that are
blocked out, but there's no labels on them. So as
I've grown older, I've realized that my calendar app is
actually really helpful. And now I'm running a tight calendar app. Yeah,

(01:57):
That's what I word on the street is that you
are running like a tight calendar. But with your you
know how you can remind yourself so far in advance.
Say you've got an appointment at two o'clock tomorrow, and
then you can go alert me a day before an alarm, Yeah,
to tell you, hey, reminder you've got a thing at
two pm. That's my favorite feature. I actually don't use that. Oh,
I just put it in and then I look at it,

(02:19):
and then my mental calendar helps the rest of it.
Oh okay, you can fill in the blanks. Alah, how
are you rocking reminders in your dome?

Speaker 4 (02:26):
I do have an.

Speaker 2 (02:26):
Appe raw dog in life, yeah kind of.

Speaker 3 (02:29):
I do have an app and I was really good
at it before the wedding because wedding stuff, you've just
got so much shit going on. Yeah, and now it
is a bit raw doggy in my brain, right. I
just go ahead with the week, Oh yeah, that's happening
on Saturday.

Speaker 5 (02:42):
And kind of reminded five minutes before you've got something,
and then you hit them with the Oh, shoot, traffic's
real bad. I'll be there in two She locks.

Speaker 2 (02:49):
It them, but she's like, oh, I'm probably gonna cancel
on that. Anyway.

Speaker 3 (02:51):
I've been really good recently. I even came on Saturday. True,
that was good from you, good for me, good from
your Brookie.

Speaker 5 (02:58):
Full commitment to the flake is even though that you're
going to buckle last minute, still putting it in your calendar,
because then you can really fake that. I Oh no,
I genuinely wash you see them seeing them a screenshot
of you, like in the uber on the way. Oh no,
I swear to god it really was keen on coming primo.
I love a I love a good old alarm sitting
in alarm for two hours to be like, remembered to

(03:18):
text Mum to tell her something.

Speaker 4 (03:19):
You know, it's fun.

Speaker 1 (03:20):
I love those ones like that.

Speaker 3 (03:21):
I think I've just started doing the alarm shit.

Speaker 1 (03:24):
Yeah, there's definitely ones. You're right that you can.

Speaker 5 (03:27):
I think it goes event by event, like things like appointments.
I think I can rock by a mental game and
go I know that I've got disappointment. Yeah, but those
little things that are on a whim, I think you
need to jot down somewhere. Good old pin and paper
never failed nobody until you can't find that piece of
pen and paper where it went every year.

Speaker 2 (03:45):
I invest in a diary like a journal, not journal,
but like a you know, weekly diary, and every year
it's filled until about mid February.

Speaker 1 (03:52):
Yeah, it's abandoned.

Speaker 5 (03:54):
The diary companies make a killing on people with ADHD
who buy calendars.

Speaker 1 (03:59):
I even wanted to buy one of.

Speaker 5 (04:00):
Those big fuck off wall yeah that you like actually
stick up on your wall, like a three by three
and it's got the whole year mapped out.

Speaker 1 (04:07):
And I would have done the same. I would have
just get it.

Speaker 4 (04:09):
What happens.

Speaker 2 (04:09):
What's the worst that could happen? I mean, there's anything
that motivates you, Like I love stickers. If someone had
gold stickers little stars every time, if I even if
I gave them to myself, I'd be like cool, if
I fill in my diary, give myself a sticker.

Speaker 1 (04:23):
They would actually motivate me to do need a little reward.

Speaker 5 (04:26):
I think the reward of crossing something, cos just striking
it with a red pen is enough.

Speaker 1 (04:30):
Of a reward. You're so right to be like, who's
a good boy? Who's you're a gold boy? I'm a
good boy.

Speaker 2 (04:38):
People that use post it notes as well, like wow, yeah,
they do it quite ugly. They do them in rows
of the days and then take them as they count down.

Speaker 5 (04:46):
People do that for seventy five hard and I the
look so tacky to be like.

Speaker 1 (04:50):
Seventy three down now only some more morning to go.

Speaker 5 (04:54):
And also some officers actually ban having sticky notes on
your computers because they look so funny. You can swear
you already have. Well, that was my one thing on
here today. I was like, do not drop the sea word.
I don't like the sea. I also put that in
your hair. Just as the show was starting.

Speaker 2 (05:09):
I was like, cool, guys, no swearing, and then you
were like, every swear whatever has come to mind.

Speaker 5 (05:13):
Yeah, literally literally you can't escape it. It's like someone's like, oh,
don't think about the massive mole that person has on
the side of their face, which I can say.

Speaker 3 (05:20):
My sister pointed that out to some lady when she
was young. She's like, you got something on your face.
She's like, I know I have.

Speaker 5 (05:29):
Someone told me I had to hear on it, and
I was like, we do not think I'm viscerally aware
of all my floors.

Speaker 3 (05:34):
We have a mole.

Speaker 1 (05:35):
I had a mole here and then I got it removed.

Speaker 5 (05:38):
And then someone threw a basketball at it, and then
it split and got infected and now it's just like
this red wine stain on my face.

Speaker 4 (05:45):
Never even noticed.

Speaker 1 (05:45):
It's probably the funnest thing that's ever happened to me.
Didn't get the face with the basketball?

Speaker 5 (05:49):
Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, no, having actually a backstory, having
yeah yeah, a little bit of trauma of layers.

Speaker 1 (05:57):
So have you wrap the son of a bitch up?

Speaker 4 (05:59):
Huh?

Speaker 1 (06:00):
How do you wrap this thing up?

Speaker 4 (06:01):
Well?

Speaker 3 (06:01):
Clint usually fades us out.

Speaker 4 (06:03):
Okay, I'm bored. Now why my mike still on?

Speaker 1 (06:11):
I've turned the wrong person down. That's better. There we go,
nol Oh that sounds wow. That humming's gone.

Speaker 4 (06:16):
Bitch All right, everyone, have a lovely night.

Speaker 3 (06:22):
Hopefully this is filling that void of no Brian Clint.

Speaker 2 (06:26):
Look questions on the podcast groups and we'll spill some
secrets on bring Oh my.

Speaker 4 (06:30):
God, yes, please do that.

Speaker 1 (06:31):
No, don't hold back. What really like? We'll tell you.
What does Clint smell like? We'll tell you, and O'll
tell all next look both ways before you cross the road.

Speaker 5 (06:42):
By wait, everyone hum.
