Speaker 1 (00:02):
Welcome to the after party, everybody. It's bre clint Ella
and Claudia.

Speaker 2 (00:07):
Is that one name?

Speaker 1 (00:07):
Brooklin, bricklintl Bricklint and La Claudia. I like it in
the area code. This will bring back some memories for
anybody who went to school, a school with a uniform.
Did you have uniform at your school? Give a uniform
in your school? I? No, you did, breede Ella. Were
you a uniform school intermedia?

Speaker 2 (00:25):
In high school?

Speaker 1 (00:26):
Do you remember the feeling of showing up to Mufty
Day and you forgot that it was Mufty Day?

Speaker 2 (00:31):
Awful feeling.

Speaker 1 (00:32):
I remember doing that, awful feeling, and I got to
witness it kind of this morning when I dropped my
daughter at school. They don't have a uniform. But today
was Hoodie Day, which is it's an awareness thing for
people who have spoogers autism. It's autism awareness and the
idea was bring a gold coin in a hoodie. And

(00:53):
I did not know about it, and my wife forgot
about it until he forgot to remind us. And so
we were there dropping to Meggie off at school and
she came over to me and she goes, Dad, it's
Hoodie Day, and I don't have a hoodie, and I
could see in real time the tears starting to build
up in her eyes because there was that feeling where

(01:15):
all of her friends had a hoodie and she didn't
have the thing.

Speaker 2 (01:19):
Did you go get one?

Speaker 1 (01:20):
We got a hoodie?

Speaker 2 (01:21):
Yeh, thank god.

Speaker 1 (01:21):
I raged my wife and I was like, you're gonna
have to run a hoodie up here real quick, and
she goes all right, I'm on it. So she's organizing
a hoodie and I was like, get it for Maggie too.
So she's getting these two hoodies and then she's like,
I'm pushed the time that you've got to meet me
at the gate. I was like, i'll meet you at
the gate. In the meantime. I was like, Tilley, I
got your sort of Mum's on her way. We've got
the hoodie. In the meantime, Twoy goes off and rides
his scooter, flips the scooter and lands in a puddle,

(01:43):
and then her whole outfit is covered in mud and
she's bawling her eyes out because she's hurt herself. And
I was like, oh, I read Lucie. I'm like, forget
the hoodie, you get a whole goddamn outfit stands.

Speaker 2 (01:58):
Pants.

Speaker 1 (01:58):
I got to find these girls. Oh goal sort the
gold coin. So wentto the deiry and all I had
was a five dollars not the deary. I went to
the office at the school and I said, all I've
got is a five dollar note and they said, we
are not a diary. I said, no, no, I know you're
not a diary, but do.

Speaker 2 (02:11):
You really this is an emergency.

Speaker 1 (02:13):
Can you help me out anyway? They had? I said,
just in the pity change, maybe there's just a couple
of coins, and there was. There was two one dollar
coins and I was.

Speaker 2 (02:21):
Like, oh, take it.

Speaker 1 (02:22):
So I gave them a five for two ones and
we got it sort of. But it was a high pressure,
high stress. Oh my god.

Speaker 2 (02:31):
You never assume just in case, all.

Speaker 1 (02:34):
Of us before ten to nine in the morning, so.

Speaker 3 (02:36):
At the time they start school, Yeah, it's quite late,
ten to.

Speaker 1 (02:40):
Nine, eight fifty that's lead.

Speaker 2 (02:44):
Yeah, I mean depends what grade you are.

Speaker 1 (02:47):
Yeah, I'm in primary school here.

Speaker 2 (02:49):
Yeah, we started primary at eight, did you?

Speaker 4 (02:52):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (02:53):
Am eight am.

Speaker 3 (02:55):
It might have been nine ext when we think about it.

Speaker 2 (02:57):
We had to be there at eight.

Speaker 1 (02:59):
It has never been a bit two into nine and I.

Speaker 3 (03:01):
Get about seven o'clock every day now.

Speaker 1 (03:04):
Yeah, I know. But the running jokers that you don't know.

Speaker 3 (03:07):
That's Ella.

Speaker 2 (03:08):
Yeah, that's more Ella. I've been taking the long now.

Speaker 3 (03:11):
Do you think we're the same person.

Speaker 1 (03:13):
Yeah, Cordiarella Cordiarella, Cordiarella, Cordiarella, Breck Clint Cordiarella.

Speaker 2 (03:20):
I take the long way to work now.

Speaker 3 (03:21):
It takes forty minutes door to door, and I would
get to walk through the lovely forest.

Speaker 1 (03:25):
You walk the long way on purpose?

Speaker 2 (03:27):
Yeah, it's like, who are you to the bus?

Speaker 1 (03:30):
And where is the lovely forest in the center of Auckland.

Speaker 2 (03:33):
You go.

Speaker 1 (03:34):
It's like, I don't tell people where you're walking through
a forest that's not safe.

Speaker 2 (03:39):
Yeah, I hit it that out.

Speaker 4 (03:41):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (03:41):
Edit, that's so true.

Speaker 4 (03:42):
Clint o dear, oh gosh, I'm going to die.

Speaker 1 (03:46):
No, no, no, because Clada's going to eat it. Cordialla
is going to.

Speaker 3 (03:49):
Hit us out, please, Cordia will hit Cordiarella. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
Well it's a lovely forest wherever it is.

Speaker 4 (03:58):
I really want to get to the bottom of what
was happening with me todayage.

Speaker 1 (04:03):
Yeah, that's on the start of the other podcast.

Speaker 4 (04:06):
But there's no updates really, But essentially what's happened is
I've been sent a package to work last Friday.

Speaker 2 (04:14):
It was couriered through Uber and yeah, a piece of information.

Speaker 4 (04:20):
So the place that's sent it to me in Auckland
and they've got an Uber courier put it in there
with him and he's meant to deliver it.

Speaker 1 (04:30):
Or her or her well.

Speaker 2 (04:32):
I got told it was a hymn.

Speaker 1 (04:34):
And to be fair, I've never had a female Uber driver.

Speaker 2 (04:36):
Dy I have to take a photo like the Uber
eats people. Yes, I believe so photo. There was no
there was no.

Speaker 4 (04:45):
Update, There was no update. All the cameras were checked
here at work for that specific time because we have
a screenshot of when he said he delivered it in
the exact time. So then we've went back on the
security cameras to look at those exact times because everything's
on camera. Everything's on security camera here at our work,

(05:07):
and so they can look and they've checked all the
security cameras. There was no delivery made. But he said,
and here's the thing. Look, and I don't want to
be judgmental, but but but no, that's not fair. But
the woman who sent it said that he when he

(05:30):
was waiting to receive the package. He was being a
bit shifty downstairs. He was having cigarettes and then he
was like off and well he was just like, oh,
you can wait a second, just put it in the
back of the car and I'll get to it after
a cigarette. And she was just like, oh, that's a
bit weird. And in the package, which was open, was

(05:52):
just quite a few bottles of alcohol, which is quite
an easy steal.

Speaker 1 (05:58):
So that's deliver is just because I'm interested to see
how fair you'll take this, and I feel like I
know how fai you will take it. It's not a
delivery that you have had to pay for.

Speaker 2 (06:08):
No, but I're.

Speaker 1 (06:09):
Responsible, I know you, but you know so, so how
much of you how much of your time are you
going to commit to this?

Speaker 2 (06:17):
Well, I want to get to the bottom.

Speaker 1 (06:18):
You will not.

Speaker 4 (06:20):
I have that strong sense of justice. And if he's
taken it, which I'm not, we don't know if he
has which to be honest, like I'm fifty to fifty,
I don't like, I'm not like he's taken it.

Speaker 2 (06:32):
And that's where it is, like, I did you reckon?

Speaker 4 (06:34):
He did?

Speaker 2 (06:35):
Well?

Speaker 1 (06:35):
It sounds like you've done enough research that that could
probably be the only possible.

Speaker 2 (06:41):
Where else the delivery. That's the thing.

Speaker 4 (06:43):
If he's got a photo of you can delivery. And
that's so so.

Speaker 2 (06:48):
The plot thickens.

Speaker 4 (06:50):
So the woman who sent me the package, she said,
I'm going to call him, called him five times. He
didn't answer, which he could be working.

Speaker 1 (06:58):
And we could go to He's probably delivered a hundred
packages since then.

Speaker 2 (07:02):
Yeah, he could be working.

Speaker 4 (07:04):
But we'll see if she can get in touch with him,
because I mean, if he's got the photo, then boom
or it could.

Speaker 3 (07:10):
People they put the thing down, they take a picture of.

Speaker 2 (07:12):
It, and then they grab it again and leave.

Speaker 1 (07:15):
It's so true a photo do nothing U. This is
a photo of Brie shaking hands with the Uber driver
and the packages in Breeze hand.

Speaker 4 (07:24):
All the all the photos of when I get Uber
eat and they leave it at my front door. All
the photos have my dog because we my dog Marrel
just with her mouth open barking at them.

Speaker 3 (07:39):
I just wonder if your package is at like the
hotel next door, and they've just gone like to the
right street, but just gone to the wrong door because
they taking it in by a receptionist and they're like
cook person on your.

Speaker 1 (07:53):
Way to the car park tonight.

Speaker 2 (07:55):
I feel like though, like this is a building that.

Speaker 1 (08:00):
No I know, But if there's another reception just across
the road, you can take it off.

Speaker 2 (08:05):
M Yeah wait wait, wait.

Speaker 1 (08:09):
You just said strong sense of justice at the bottom
of us. I'm not bringing you an easy option you
can eliminate. Why are you not interested?

Speaker 2 (08:17):
I've spent enough of my time on this.

Speaker 1 (08:22):
The second we got interested.

Speaker 2 (08:25):
You know you guys are interested in.

Speaker 4 (08:30):
All right, I'll let you know if she watched she
gets in touch with the uber driver, because if he's
got a photo.

Speaker 1 (08:37):
No, oh, but then yeah, we've rutten off already. Yeah,
but I mean, god, damn it, Thomas l.

Speaker 2 (08:44):
Just send another package hard.

Speaker 4 (08:48):
If anyone ever made a crime show where I was
the lead ship, it would be frustrating.

Speaker 2 (08:54):
How many yeah, how many things would you find?

Speaker 1 (08:57):
The first half of the season would be really intense
and really sporadic and going in every direction, all these
different leads, like that meme of the guy with a
cigarette pointing to the court board, and then the second half
of the season bre going, oh, I can believe. Do
you think then you found the murderer? Yes? I don't know.

Speaker 2 (09:17):
Maybe I mean it is he did or he did it.
I mean it's fifty to fifty.

Speaker 1 (09:22):
