Speaker 1 (00:00):
You tapped it, so we're playing it at MS bry
and Clint's the podcast. Brooks here filling in for Breeze
last week of Baby Leave.
Speaker 2 (00:09):
I want to talk about enemies list from role Model,
who's just dropped his new album Chuck timely in the
hour Glass. He said, I will update very public about
his enemies list, but before the album, he said, I
will update publicly my enemy list after the album is released.
Speaker 1 (00:24):
Oh okay, album was released.
Speaker 2 (00:26):
Yeah, he's gone out and about and he's like re
released his who's the new enemies he's added to his
very public enemies list?
Speaker 1 (00:33):
Why has he got so many enemies?
Speaker 2 (00:35):
Man makes a lot of moves, right, Okay, but these
are enemies like Charlie XX is on this list purely
because she's married to George Daniel from the nineteen seventy
five who role Model likes like that kind of enemy list.
Speaker 1 (00:46):
Okay, So it's not like, Okay.
Speaker 2 (00:48):
Emma Chanlin's new boyfriend because Tucky used to date Emma
and now he doesn't.
Speaker 1 (00:51):
Let you know. It's not a right okay, but is it?
Speaker 2 (00:54):
Maybe it is a serious thing and we're just not
taking Tucker seriously enough because one of the people in
the updated list for role Model aka Tucker was Jimmy Fallon.
Speaker 1 (01:03):
Right.
Speaker 3 (01:04):
Really, why I came here is to talk about the
enemy's list. You were the last name to get added
to the list.
Speaker 1 (01:10):
I'm on the enemy's list. I love you. I've supported
you since I know.
Speaker 3 (01:15):
I want to give you a second chance, and I've
never really done that. Earlier this year you had Natalie
Portman on. She told you my full legal name, Tucker Pillsbury.
Speaker 1 (01:24):
Yeah, and how did I You laughed?
Speaker 3 (01:26):
So what I want to do is I'm going to
tell you my full legal name, and if you laugh,
I walk. But if not, I'll take your name.
Speaker 1 (01:35):
Off the list. Okay, look at me.
Speaker 3 (01:36):
It feels more intimate. My name is Tucker Harrington Pillsbury.
Speaker 1 (01:42):
All right, I'll take their name. No, I would. I
would have laughed, would you it's too serious? I would
have laughed. Yeah, Well, say it's it's a funny name.
Speaker 2 (01:50):
It is a funny name, Tucker Pillsbury. But that's all
it takes to get on her.
Speaker 1 (01:53):
It kind of sounds like a golden retriever.
Speaker 2 (01:55):
Yeah, he kind of does. If I tell you my
full name right now, will you laugh? Oh?
Speaker 1 (02:03):
I'll try not to. I feel there's a lot of
pressure on me now and it has meaning. Why I
would laugh as if the name doesn't suit you.
Speaker 2 (02:09):
Oh okay, yeah, it's sentimental as well, so keep that
in mind.
Speaker 1 (02:12):
Oh no, it's a dear grandma name. Okay, go for it.
Speaker 2 (02:14):
Yeah, Clint, if you laugh at my full name, you're
on my enemy list. My full name is Brooke Tarn Coppins.
Speaker 1 (02:26):
No, yeah, okay, yeah, I was a transition. Anything funny
with your initials?
Speaker 2 (02:30):
That?
Speaker 1 (02:31):
No, that's okay BTK.
Speaker 2 (02:34):
Yeah, yeah, I know it would have been a horrible
one to.
Speaker 1 (02:36):
Have in the seventies. My full name is it sucks. Yeah.
My full name is Clinton Paul Roberts. My initials are CPR.
Oh yeah, not funny either, right. The concept of having
an enemy's list is kind of funny. I could have
an enemy What do.
Speaker 2 (02:55):
You mean the concept? You don't actually have an active
one in your notes? No, but I've put one together
for you, Oh love.
Speaker 1 (03:00):
Who's the is the top of it? Is a priority
like enemy's random, they have equal waiting. The first enemy
on my enemy's list is people who put a full
flexi bin outside their house. You know those flexi bins.
Those skips that you can buy and you unfold them.
They put them outside their house and they fill it
and then they leave it there for like six months
to a year, and the flexi bin starts fading and
(03:21):
other people start putting rubbish in it. Yeah, on my
enemy list.
Speaker 2 (03:24):
A lot to be said about people who leave things out,
like people who leave things on the drying reck and
say that they're gonna put them away.
Speaker 1 (03:30):
Microfiber towels are on my enemy list. Oh you're an
object in there? Yeah. The way they make your hands,
that may they feel on your hands? Microfiber towels on
me d you don't feel like they do just as
good as they do bad? No? No, what good do
they do that a cottontail couldn't do. People who put
bad photos on their trade me or Facebook market place
listings are on my enemy's list. Why did you bother
(03:52):
making the listing if I can't see the product correctly? Yeah,
or no photos, no photos, I'm gonna buy your shitty
product with no photos. And the last person I put
on my enemy's list, which I've just realized, I quite
enjoy having an enemy's list. Yeah, you kind of join us.
It's those lint rollers that you get. But the sheets,
the disposable sheets are paper, not plastic. And every time
(04:13):
you try and peel a sheet off the lint roller,
it tears. It tears, but it doesn't tear directly. It
tears and bits and so like tears up the lint
roller and you end up ruining multiple sheets off the
lint roller. Not the lint roller. Yeah, who would have
thought an innocent lint roller could get to it to
clint robs me? Neither. But it's on my enemy's list. Okay,
(04:34):
do you feel better?
Speaker 2 (04:35):
Maybe this is the point of an enemy's list is Yeah,
we're like a little bit lighter to know. Once you
can name it, yeah, you can shame it.
Speaker 1 (04:42):
So's on the top of your enemy's list.
Speaker 2 (04:44):
I've just got people people in shopping when we're shopping
and they can see I'm clearly going one direction on
a rack, and they come and cut me off and
come into the other direction.
Speaker 1 (04:53):
Or they try and look on the rack that you're
looking at, right, this rack is occupied. Yeah, don't rack
off over there, Carolyn, rack off.
Speaker 2 (05:01):
Also this stuff isn't you Carolyn, Like you're so over
there anyway.
Speaker 1 (05:05):
Especially if it's like a save mark you yeah, and
you know there's only one of them. You're like, I'm
in this section now. Yeah. If I don't take it,
then you can have a look.
Speaker 2 (05:14):
It's annoying when someone who's got the similar sense of
fashion to me comes up to my place because you
know that I've passed all the duds. You know, I
haven't collected anything from back here. Also another thing about
REX is when people overload the rax too much.
Speaker 1 (05:25):
And you can't yah. There's no rip room. Someone said
Clint's enemies list sounds very personal and it was far
too easy for him. Like I said, I think I
might be an enemy's list person, but maybe you are too.
So we're going to open it up and we'll put
together our own full list of enemies. Next it's z
it Ms Brill and Clint podcast. Brock's Hair filling in
(05:47):
for Bree. You've brought us the concept of an enemy's
list this afternoon in.
Speaker 2 (05:50):
A healing way, and like, let's get it off your
chest so you can breathe, because you just gave us
your enemies list and you look like you're glowing.
Speaker 1 (05:57):
It's far off the top of the dome too, I reckon.
I could go on and I could get to ten. Okay, Cordy,
are you running an enemy's lest you're a bit better
and twisted like I am. How dare you?
Speaker 3 (06:06):
You know?
Speaker 1 (06:07):
I just have a lot of strong negative emotions. It's different.
It's very different. Give me an enemy.
Speaker 2 (06:12):
People that turn up to buy marketplace purchases that are
twenty dollars and they're paying coins.
Speaker 1 (06:17):
You love coins, though, I do love coins, but that's
a lot of coins. Keep your shiit coins. Give me
one note has come through. I've got one.
Speaker 2 (06:26):
I've had it for years.
Speaker 1 (06:27):
People who are named Sean but they're spelled s E
A N. No, that's the correct way to h A
W No, that's I'm not down there. That's what we
do to the sheep. H A you in? No, a
you in. That's it's alas. The thing is, it's Alice.
(06:48):
So she confused criticized me for my stupid flicksy b
enemy Jess is here? Hi, Jess? Hi? Who's on your
enemy list? Jess? People who come to me for advice
and then don't take it plain that they still need
advice or these people drive me mental? Jess, Oh, these
people drive me. I know exactly what you mean. You're like,
(07:09):
why do you ask family in particular, Yeah, particularly when
the solution to their problem is so obvious, and you're like, Okay,
I'm going to give you this solution that you should
have been able to this. Yeah, but I'm going to
give it to you politely m m and not in
a no condescending way. And then they still don't take it. Jess. No,
it's terrible, terrible. They're on the list. There are enemy
(07:31):
some great texts coming through of people who are on
your enemies list. This is for the parents out there,
Violet said, people who send their kids to school or
daycare sick. Yeah, just because you don't want to look
after them doesn't mean everybody else has to get sick.
Speaker 2 (07:45):
People who use tiny text on their Instagram stories, I agree,
Stop trying to be chic, Stop trying.
Speaker 1 (07:51):
To be little h Someone here uses tiny Why do
you do that? Not Eddie Biddy? Just I just think
it looks christy tiny. I just think it looks cleaner. Okay,
Well I'd like to.
Speaker 2 (08:01):
Be able to read it without squinting, So could you
just blow.
Speaker 1 (08:04):
That up a little bit. People who park across the footpath. Oh,
these people infuriate me. They didn't used to. They started
infuriating me when I started pushing a pushchair when my
children were young. Oh, I was like, how inconsiderate, which
got me thinking about the disabled community who might come
up to that in a wheelchair or a bloody oh
crunches or something, And I was like, you have to
(08:25):
be pretty heartless to do that. And then when I
started lime scootering, I was like, can you get up
for plath please?
Speaker 2 (08:32):
But we live down one of those streets where it's like,
if you've got cars parked on either side, yeah, you
can only go one at a time.
Speaker 1 (08:40):
Yeah, So it is nice when they don't park a
little bit up. So then, but don't I get I
can't get into that people who pay cash but haven't
edited up by the time they get to the front
of the line, so they have to get all their
coins out and hold everybody up. Who even has cash anymore? Yeah,
I have cash. I'm not sure I'm okay with people
(09:02):
paying in shrapnel. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (09:04):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (09:05):
Also it sounds like it goes in the cup in
the cupboard in the in the kitchen for emergencies when
you need a gold coin donation.
Speaker 2 (09:11):
Yeah, And being someone on the receiving end of receiving coins.
Speaker 1 (09:14):
That makes me stressed. You're stressed, Just don't I still
want to have to calculate it seems so dirty coins too.
Speaker 2 (09:20):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (09:21):
Who's on the enemy list? Someone said? People who drive
in the fog with no lights. That's topical with all
the fog that was around this morning in Auckland. Do
you know what you're supposed to do, Brooke? If it's
foggy for lights, put them on? Yeah, but not high beam?
Oh no, why would I do people do? They're like,
it's foggy, I've got to go high beam?
Speaker 2 (09:38):
Similar vein as people who I'm just gonna actually a
man explain.
Speaker 1 (09:42):
It to you when people are high beaming you.
Speaker 2 (09:43):
You're driving late at night and they're high beaming you
and they don't know it and they but some cars
it's funny with the automatic cars that have it naturally,
and then some cars don't. I don't know if you
and I know, you know you're not a car, but
like I'm driving someone else's car at the moment.
Speaker 1 (09:55):
And I don't know, you don't know how the lights were? Yeah,
they naturally? On Who goes on the enemy list? Total
had drivers?
Speaker 3 (10:01):
Oh?
Speaker 1 (10:01):
Really? People who reverse into car parks is the flex
reversing into a car bugger say similar thing.
Speaker 2 (10:08):
People who don't have their bus cards ready to go,
you know, when you've got to pay.
Speaker 1 (10:12):
On We don't have anything ready to go when they
get to the front of the line. People who get
to the front of the line and they don't know
what they're going to order. Yeah, and you're like, what
have you been doing in the line? Yeah? Whole time?
Do you know Enemy list number one? People? People who people,
people people, We're putting people on the enemy list, yeah,
number one. Second dogs, all right, thanks guys, there's that cathartic.
(10:34):
Does everybody feel a little bit got a hot swit
down my back? I don't know what that is.
Speaker 2 (10:39):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (10:41):
