Apparently men and women have a very different number when they count how many friends they have.

I actually talk about this in my show because I
think we have an understanding of how many friends we
should have in our life. I love asking my audience
how many friends have you got? All the guys straight
guys are like one hundred, a hundred, yeah, And then
I'll turn to like the guy's girlfriend and she'll be
like four, and it's like, yeah.

Speaker 2 (00:47):
That's so true.

Speaker 1 (00:48):
He's saying that guys just have like a different idea
of actually how many friends they have, Like they don't
have a hundred friends, but in their mind they have
a hundred friends.

Speaker 2 (01:01):
That is so true.

Speaker 1 (01:03):
Do you or do you think that there's people out
there that genuinely have a hundred friends?

Speaker 2 (01:09):
Like, how many friends do you have? I do feel
like I have quite a few. Do you wait, do
you think you've got a hundred I don't think I've
got a hundred friends.

Speaker 1 (01:24):
Maybe I'm about to feel really bad about myself.

Speaker 2 (01:26):
So this is not what we're intending. How many friends
do you have?

Speaker 1 (01:30):
Ah?

Speaker 4 (01:30):
I think people that I can legitimately say are good friends.

Speaker 2 (01:34):
Three or four?

Speaker 5 (01:35):
Okay, So are we defining good friends and friends because
there's there's a difference.

Speaker 4 (01:40):
I think, like wider than that would be friends slash acquaintance,
Like there're people that you know and like can hang
out with, but not the ones you talk to all
the time.

Speaker 1 (01:48):
When I say friends, I'm talking about people I actually
hang out with, yeah, you know, not just people i'll
see at an event and I would be friendly with them,
so I'd be like, oh, yeah, they're a friend of mine,
but I wouldn't call that when I'm answering this question,
I'm only best friend, like picturing like people I actually
call up or text or be like.

Speaker 2 (02:07):
Let's do this. Yeah, how many for you, Georgia? Then
I'll go on Then.

Speaker 5 (02:11):
Okay, Well, I'm just thinking about my wedding for example,
and I people wedding one hundred and fifty five.

Speaker 2 (02:19):
One hundred and fifty five. We still didn't make the cut.

Speaker 4 (02:21):
Yeah, not your friends are we We're not in the hundred.

Speaker 2 (02:25):
We're not in the leagues, I think, because what she
calls we're.

Speaker 1 (02:28):
Not in the top one hundred and fifty five, probably
one hundred.

And fifty six and seven.

Speaker 5 (02:32):
Well, I expect an invite, don't.

Speaker 2 (02:36):
You, mate. You can't sit over there.

Speaker 1 (02:40):
You didn't invite me When you invited one hundred and
fifty five other people and they'd say, well, where's my
invite to your wedding?

Speaker 5 (02:50):
All I will say is in that one hundred and
fifty five, I feel like not many of them were
actually family, like they were mostly friends.

Speaker 2 (02:59):
It was most freeing. Oh that's a big wedding.

Speaker 5 (03:02):
And we did have a few that couldn't come, so
then other people were able to come, so it didn't
even make the backup.

Speaker 1 (03:08):
Less So we weren't even now the ones that got
the call up.

Speaker 2 (03:14):

Speaker 5 (03:17):
Oh Man, I really sometimes just wanted to take my
thoughts and throw them into the back of the brain.

Speaker 2 (03:24):
We dug right to the bottom of the people we invited.
She watched us in the gun and then she punched
us straight in the private.

Speaker 5 (03:31):
Some of them there came, didn't even meet.

Speaker 2 (03:35):
Georgia. Most of the people we didn't even like. Cool
cool man. Nah nah, All good, Now that feels fine.
I feel I feel fine about it, happy and comfortable
with that. And you know what I was tossing up,
whether to invite you to my wedding.

Speaker 5 (03:52):
Well you better toss that away, mate, it's already gone.
