spoiler a lit and I'll shut up.

Speaker 1 (00:38):
Okay, celebrity Treasure Island. Who won because he's a past winner.

Speaker 3 (00:42):
He's past winner, but his sister was in the final three.

Speaker 1 (00:45):
That's right, Yes, I'll say no more. Well, he's and
with us after nine o'clock this morning, the Top six Vorn. Yeah,
there's some sponsors ships options. Sponsorship ships options up for
grabs on Auckland Harbor Bridge. Oh okay, should we chippen
We could totally The Fletch Worne and Hailey, harbor Bridge.

(01:06):
Love that h stands for the Fletch, Vaughn and harbor Bridge.
So what they're sponsoring it the lights, the light show,
the light there's a light show on it. I remember
there was a light show years ago and you did
to the radio and corresponded with the lights. The sound
that you heard was the lights. It was really cute. Yeah,
it's good they've let it up. It looks nice.

Speaker 3 (01:27):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:27):
I actually I really like it up harbor Bridge. So
we've got the top six people that could sponsor the
harbor Bridge Light Show. Love this. Love this also del
a reveal your chuncel win cash this morning eight o'clock.
The three dollars the three dollar briefcase was opened yesterday
with Brien Clint, So the lowest price is gone, three
thousand dollars still out there, and those tickets to Olivia

(01:50):
Dean have been put back in.

Speaker 3 (01:52):
So I'm looking at case number four from yesterday, not
one back in play because.

Speaker 1 (02:00):
I've gotten a name now.

Speaker 3 (02:02):
Caitly Caitlin opened case number four, got the tickets, but
she'd already taken the deal, so.

Speaker 1 (02:08):
She got the cash. It was scanned out given away
thousands of dollars, so nice, insane thousands It was sixteen thousand,
so far something like that. Well your chance to win
cash eight o'clock this morning. Be listening. Next, an Australian
dog has gone viral for something. Okay, it's got too.

Speaker 2 (02:25):
Of flitchborn and haley big pod.

Speaker 1 (02:30):
Oh my god. Old the dog is called Willy Wonka. Ah.
This is the dog, three months old Australian Kalpi that
has gone viral because he's got two penises. I didn't
expect that. I thought two tails like tail. Yeah. It
was surrendered to the animal welfare leg and Queensland on
the Gold Coast. It was discovered to have diphilia, which

(02:51):
is where you are born with her second penis. Are
they external? You know?

Speaker 3 (02:56):
Sometimes there might be another sort of reproductive thing happening inside,
you know, like double vaginas and stuff.

Speaker 1 (03:03):
Yeah, I think most of that. Am I correct in
saying double vaginas are more common, more common because it's
just a second canal. Oh god, it's always awkward. And
dogs do the lipstick thing and now this is.

Speaker 4 (03:17):
So.

Speaker 1 (03:17):
They noticed this dog was the left hind leg. All
the joints were fused. That walked very unusually on the
left hind leg and doctor Laura mcnaarama Mara perfect, which
is the traditional Australian, removed the entire leg because the
penis was actually coming out the league technically, god, it

(03:38):
was a fourth leg top of the leg first really
Firth and a tale. He's a Quinn pod. So it
was non functional, and she said position unusually far away
from the non functional is almost worse. I don't know why,
but it's just like a limp. Yeah, from the picture
I saw it hung out at full lipstick revealed, but yeah,

(04:03):
it was out there.

Speaker 3 (04:04):
You can you can never look at your pet the
same after you've seen their lipster. It's weird that my
respect has changed.

Speaker 1 (04:13):
Yeah, I don't like it. It's like I don't have dogs,
but you know, you see a horse. I can honestly say,
I don't think I've seen the lipster of either of
my dog. Well, that's good because you've obviously got respect
for them still. But then I don't like though. If
I'm sitting on the deck on the weekend enjoying my
morning coffee, they eyeball me as they ship. Now apparently

(04:36):
that means they trust me, and I'm like watching you're
watching about. Yeah, yeah, I still don't like the eyeballer.
So what did they do with this? It's been so
the leg and the penis removed and it's been sent
to a lab because I guess this is very interesting
as it's only the fourth documented case of failure and

(04:56):
viterinary oh wow literature and and all that across veterinarian literature. Wow. Okay,
because it was surrendered to so now it's in froster care.
Oh so it needs to be adopted. I don't think
he's gonna be any problem. You call it or richer. Well,
it's called Willy Wonka. Yeah, that's right, because it had.

Speaker 5 (05:23):
So.

Speaker 1 (05:23):
I remember a guy and I've just googled it twelve
years ago was famous. He did a riddle, am a
I am the guy with two penises? Ask me anything?

Speaker 3 (05:33):
And people did and it was like, can you use
them both at the same time? Do you get erections
in both at the same time?

Speaker 1 (05:40):
And basically it was like, yeah, yeah, dingles.

Speaker 3 (05:44):
I've seen a photo of them, but I don't know
if it's real because they were not stacked.

Speaker 1 (05:51):
On top like that, they were side by mature. I
can't click on the Reddit Ama because it's mature content.
Come on, I got a log in our message boy
and be like, boy stacked those double I don't think
you should be emailing the CEO asking the CEO. I

(06:12):
know I've clicked on the Wikipedia article on di failure
and had a picture up the top. It was a
nice one, that thing where we were romanticizing it. We're all,
there's a lot you don't want to. I can take you.
I mean, you're on a hot streak with it, but
it's going to put you off. Here we go on
a hot streak. It's real gross, it's real far out.

(06:35):
What's happened? I wish looking. I'm not looking. I'm about
to look pudding.

Speaker 2 (06:43):
I need to see that the Fletchhorn and Haley bed.

Speaker 3 (06:50):
A number of psychologists have come together, mostly like people
that focus on relationships marriages, that kind of plava, have
come together to give the biggest relationship mistakes often that
women are making. In particular, Okay, women don't make mistakes
in relationships. Bingo, punch out, that's the break. Yeah, just

(07:13):
go to an ad.

Speaker 1 (07:14):
I guess no.

Speaker 3 (07:16):
Here is the six biggest relationships mistakes that women are making.
The first one's self abandonment, So you lose yourself in
the relationship by putting others' needs first, or kind of
like morphing into something that you want them, that you
think that they want you to be.

Speaker 1 (07:29):
You might be doing a lot of the emotional labor.

Speaker 3 (07:31):
We've talked about that before, a lot of the sort
of like homekeeping stuff, and you.

Speaker 1 (07:36):
Can you start to lose yourself a little bit.

Speaker 3 (07:37):
That's a mistake because then you're like, they're not actually
with the person.

Speaker 1 (07:41):
Yeah, are they those friends that you never hear from again?
When no, that's coming up, that's going up, of course,
it is just coming up. Okay.

Speaker 3 (07:49):
The second biggest relationshipship mistake that women are making comparing
yourself to others looking at other relationships being like, oh,
they have way more fun, or they do this, or
look on Instagram.

Speaker 1 (07:58):
Doesn't that look fun? Does it? Comparison is the theft
of joy.

Speaker 3 (08:00):
Yeah, they're going to Europe all the time, travel and
do that kind of stuff like that. One, if you're
looking through the lens of social media, that's all bullshit.

Speaker 1 (08:11):
You're never going to win in that game.

Speaker 3 (08:13):
You're never going to win in that game. You're just
looking at it. That's not true.

Speaker 1 (08:16):
When you do, you'll just find the next person to
compare yourself to and you're never going to win that game.

Speaker 3 (08:21):
And everywhere every couple hides their bs, you know what
I mean, So they lot gold on the outside, but
it's probably festering.

Speaker 1 (08:30):
Sorry, I'm someone today.

Speaker 3 (08:34):
The sex biggest relationships mistakes at number three being too critical,
you always you never you all, you know, like just
always having a dig and I've been guilty of that.
The fourth one playing a guessing game, lack of communication,
just like not communicating.

Speaker 1 (08:50):
What you need and then being annoyed that.

Speaker 3 (08:52):
They didn't guess it, not asking them what they want,
just trying to guess.

Speaker 1 (08:56):
A bad communication. That sucks.

Speaker 3 (08:57):
Now here's the fifth one that I reckon is the
thing where your friends are like what happened there? Making
your relationship this is a big mistake. Number five, making
your relationship your whole identity.

Speaker 1 (09:07):
We know those people, yeah, we do, and then you
never see them until they're single again and you're like, oh,
you come crawling back a lot of fun while you
were away.

Speaker 3 (09:18):
Yeah, being a relationship just is like the core part
of who you are.

Speaker 1 (09:22):
That's not a great sign.

Speaker 3 (09:23):
Is they're supposed to enhance your life, not be your
whole identity includes finances, living arrangements, just like you lose yourself.

Speaker 1 (09:33):
The moment you're in never never learning, no, no, no,
We're trying to have a serious discussions.

Speaker 3 (09:41):
This is actually really like quite a deep psychological lose
yourself a relationship. Okay, the sixth because mistake that women
are making a relationships trying too hard to be chill,
Like that's.

Speaker 1 (09:57):
Fine, it's fun. I'm a cool girl. I won't ask
for what I want now.

Speaker 3 (10:01):
I'm just easy breeze going about me. You don't need
to worry about me. I think I've given up on
the idea of ever selling anyone that I'm chill.

Speaker 1 (10:09):
I'm not a chill about man. I'm a lot. You're
a lost I'm not chill, and I'm going to need this.
This this, this, this.

Speaker 3 (10:16):
The world information of everything tornado. I believe and I
embrace it wholeheartedly.

Speaker 1 (10:24):
So good luck you a head. One of the biggest
mistakes me and making relationships, asking what's wrong, existing, breathing
too much, just breathing a little bit too loudly, putting
your cup down anywhere.

Speaker 3 (10:36):
That's not in the dish washing, having hobbies, and interests
if those hobbies and interests are like PlayStation.

Speaker 1 (10:44):
The hobbies and interests, true, I won't judge.

Speaker 3 (10:48):
You are judging smelling smelling smelling, just smelling and being
much more simple, being emotionally and stunted.

Speaker 1 (11:00):
Okay, that's not feelings and PlayStation in soul not being
able to read your mind?

Speaker 3 (11:06):
Yeah, like what how how how does that end?

Speaker 2 (11:12):
Podcast network?

Speaker 1 (11:13):
How too? Dad? Or how too dad? We should be
putting the emphasis in the how to dad?

Speaker 6 (11:20):
I don't know which word should have the inclination that
for the last ten years.

Speaker 1 (11:25):
Well, good morning, good morning, and we're talking to you
as you are an ambassador for kids can and currently
the twenty for twenty appeal is running twenty for twenty
or dot NZ tell us more about it.

Speaker 6 (11:36):
Yeah, basically, look, you don't want to be that downer,
but a lot of keys can kind of put their
head in the sand around kids going to school struggling
and that really I haven't seen that.

Speaker 1 (11:44):
In my neighborhood.

Speaker 6 (11:45):
Yeah, yeah, it's in every pocket of New Zealand. And
right now that we know it's instantly tough out there.
You've got your fuel crisis, you've got groceries going up
and now heading into winter, families seriously have to choose
between putting food and lunch box or trying to put
pig from the car, or trying to pay the powerable.
So this is Kids Can's urgent appeal right now twenty
for twenty dollars to help to help with the twenty

(12:08):
percent of New Zealand kids that are currently kind of
waking up and not knowing if they're going to have
food in the cupboard or not.

Speaker 3 (12:14):
Twenty percent feels so high for a country, as you say,
like I grew I grew up very privileged and so lucky,
so you can kind of just go.

Speaker 1 (12:22):
Really, is it twenty percent?

Speaker 3 (12:24):
Like that feels too high for a country like New
Zealand and which we should be taking bitter care of people.

Speaker 1 (12:29):
I know, it's a scary number.

Speaker 6 (12:31):
It's one in five if you are struggling with that, Hailey,
which is also another way to put it.

Speaker 1 (12:35):
One in five kids, No, she just iss you into
a private school. I mean about should be.

Speaker 3 (12:40):
Should should be good, but one in five at staggering.

Speaker 6 (12:44):
It's crazy. And recently they did a quick survey with
the with four hundred Kids Can partner schools and eighty
four percent of the schools were saying that they haven't
seen the financial stress on families like this in forever.
So out there. Sometimes I do my part where I
try and get the message out through social media and
make the videos and get them out there, and I

(13:06):
wish I could just reach through screens and kind of
sit one on one with people and sit them down
and tell them the backstory. It can get it's hard
to get people to convert into collects and donate, but
it's insanely important right now.

Speaker 1 (13:17):
There's so many kids struggling.

Speaker 6 (13:18):
So if you can twenty for twenty dot org, dot
mz is the website, twenty bucks. Hey, skip a few coffees,
skip a few pipes.

Speaker 1 (13:25):
It's easy. It isn't too tough. Yeah, for sure.

Speaker 3 (13:28):
How did you come to be involved because obviously, like
you're a dad and people know you from how to
Do Dad and all of your fun struggles with parenting.
How did you become involved with kids?

Speaker 6 (13:38):
Can it would stitch back eight years ago? I think
something came through my messages from them about helping out
with the campaign, and then met the team, loved that
they were doing as a dad with daughters, sending them
to school that the thought of sending your kids to
school and being sorry, there's nothing to put in your lunchbox.
It just gets your right in the gut and it's

(14:01):
something that's happening every single day throughout New Zealand. So
it's something I'm super passionate about. I'm yelling at from
the rooftops as much as I can, so if you
guys can help out, all of this is amazing. I
appreciate you guys getting us on the ear waves.

Speaker 3 (14:14):
Oh mate, it's so good and I think it's great
having someone like you presenting this because you are fun,
you are approachable. We know you very you know very
well and we respect what you say. So thank you
so much for supporting kids canning. We can as well.
It's twenty four twenty dot org dot and z twenty
bucks helps all our key weekends, So thank you so much.

Speaker 1 (14:34):
Jordan, Hey, thanks Legends.

Speaker 2 (14:37):
Then podcast network play z ends. Fletch Onorne and Hailey.

Speaker 1 (14:43):
From the Fletchborne and Hailey group chat. This is the
top six. The Auckland Council is looking for a corporate
sponsor for naming rights for a light show on the
Auckland Harbor Bridge, but but not the bridge itself. They're saying,
this is shure. We're not some of the name and
rights of the bridge itself, just the activation progn sponsor
at all. If it makes, if it makes all about

(15:05):
taxes and rates, lower.

Speaker 3 (15:06):
Les, do it and we're gonna have to replace it
one day.

Speaker 1 (15:09):
Like imagine the christ Church Avon River sponsored by stitches
h to go. I was thinking of the water bred. No,
because that's going to make people think they can just
dip a finger and drink it. They'll get the duck
it the pump Avon River, thank you. Yeah, because you
know Barley Beally get water in your mouth from the
Avon straight out. So also, the bridge on Saturday turns

(15:35):
sixty seven or six, I don't do that now. Parents
are going to be dead. It's going to be doing
this next time you see the bridge, especially this weekend.
Say do you know that the bridge today is turning
six seven? In fact bonus right now if you're on
Auckland Harbor Bridge listening, yeah, six seven it do it?
Do a six give us a call. Foggy is all

(15:58):
buggery in Auckland today, that's it. I had fold no
fault m hm. Anyway we're looking for people to sponsor
a light show on the bridge. The top six sponsors
to the harbor Bridge Light Show and number six on
the list. Well, when I think lighting, I think lighting direct,

(16:21):
Ye do it? Lighting plus will be what's lighting plus
nifty little jingle about lighting lighting plus? No, that's eco mass,
that's echos. Everything's echomists. Every jingle is eCos when it
boils down to it.

Speaker 4 (16:39):
No.

Speaker 1 (16:40):
Five on the list of the top six sponsors for
the harbor Bridge Light Show, betterhelp It literally sponsors every
single podcasts therapist. Surely they could sponsor harbor Bridge to
help harbor Bridge. The better help light show. And if
you don't like this light show, we can reasser on
you're another light show and you can do it online.

(17:01):
Not a person. Number four on the list of the
top six sponsors for the harbor Bridge Light Show, Red Bull.
And then they fly one of those planes under done
that under the harm did that flight simulator at that time,
And I took a seven four seven under the Harbor.
Now some center couldn't be done simulators, like you're not
gonna be able to do it. I looped around the

(17:23):
sky tower, went out over Mission Bay and came in
low and then crashed strong landing up Judy Free, didn't
you Yeah I did it. Yeah, yeah, yeah I was.
I was high on life after flying it under the
Harbor Bridge. So on his last day for flying for
tourist air Travel in March nineteen sixty seven, Free Damn

(17:46):
Fred Lad illegally flew his Widgean Amphibian aircraft under the
Auckland Harbor Bridge.

Speaker 3 (17:53):
Whoa, this is my boy, measure if you were jumping
at the same time.

Speaker 1 (17:57):
You do that jump. Yeah, yeah, dude. The Widgeons one
of those like planes that's literally got skids on it,
like you said, the landing them in like remote Canadian lakes. Yeah,
it's a bit of a New Zealand history. Illegally last
day and his last name was Lady Lad actually Lad

(18:20):
number three on the list of the top six sponsors
for the Harbor Bridge Light Show, it's Harvey Norman every
every weekend, every weekend.

Speaker 3 (18:27):
Harby Norman Harby for the Harbor Harby Bridge Normal Harby, Harby,
Bribby Norman Bridge.

Speaker 1 (18:35):
Harby Norman Bridge, the Auckland Harvey. Yeah, we're all workshop that.
But you know they advertised a lot number two on
the list of the top six sponsors for the harbor
Bridge Light Show Wellington. We're just saying to be funny.
If Wellington had promoted themselves on Auckland Land like come down, guys,
come down, Wellington's Auckland harbor Bridge, Yeah, and Wellington is
like the city sucks come to Wellington.

Speaker 3 (18:56):
If it's like, we know, but the money is and
number one and the less of the top six sponsors
for the harbor Bridge Light Show. Chemist Wharehouse of Lovely
Lovely and Chemists were house.

Speaker 1 (19:10):
It would have to be yellow. I have to be yellow.
The lights would be very very yellow, even before Chimis
Warehouse popped up, you know, Chimist where house, because are
the yellow. So when you see a new chemist warehouse
or a building getting turned into a chemists warehouse and
you're like, it's the yellow. Yeah, I know what that
is before it's even got the sign ups. Good stuff
that is today Step six.

Speaker 2 (19:31):
Podcast network, Well.

Speaker 1 (19:32):
Tell everybody how you grossed yourself out. So I think
I might have mentioned that when I went to the doctor,
I had a shopping list of things that I had
wrong with me. I showed you, guys. I think I
showed you this thing I've got on my hip that
I've had for years. Right, It's this little bump and
sometimes I play with it too much and it would
get like bruised in a bit sore and stuff, and
then it would like sit right where my jeans bolts

(19:53):
it and it would get aggravated years and years, and
I was just like, ah, it's not getting any bigger
unless I play with it. And so I was just like,
I'll leave it be. And I looked the doctor looked
at it, and he's like, I know, it looks like
it started out as an ingrown here. I'm like, Okay,
it happens, and so that. Yeah, but he didn't like
lance it all. Apparently too many things. We didn't even

(20:16):
have time. Yeah, my doctor larn just dude, just this
is how I do it. I'll do it at once,
flippy sliced. If a patient came in with a big
I'd feel like doctor pemple Popper and get on the
can I video this on my Instagram. I'll give you.
I'll give it two for free, but when you book it.
My doctors they have a thing if you have more

(20:37):
than two things, you've got a book two. Same. Yeah,
I think that's spot on because the book the appointment,
I literally said to them, and she's like, oh, what's
the problem. I said, there's a bit of a shopping list.
Then she laughed, and then we both laughed, and then
you know, that's white guys. We'll wait till we're dying
and then get there. And it's the last one of
the day and he just wants to get out of
there and get on the road to part assuming making

(21:01):
some assumptions here, but so this thing I've had on
my hip has been around four years, ages and ages
just a lump, yeah, just this weird, slightly bruised looking thing.
I'm not too fussed by it. This week, out of
the blue, I went for a walk, a long, nice
long walk with the dogs, and afterwards I was like, man,
I'm looking forward to a hot show. And I got

(21:22):
it and I looked at it and I was like,
you're looking different. And it had like a purple head
on it, but it was just blood. So I was like,
guess who's getting a red hot squeeze finger in there?
Guess who's getting a red hot squeeze under the hot
So I turned the hot on, you know, because that's
as good as disinfected in my mind, my show makes
your pimples easier to pop. And I was like, here

(21:45):
we go, and I got in behind it and I
squeezed it and it just went yes, and I got
like expulsion blood hit the glass and the shower. I
was like, that's the good stuff. And then the lump
in the middle, the thing that I've in there for
ages kind of it was in my hand and I
touched it and I was like, oh, it's a lump,
and I was like, I got to save this. But

(22:06):
then the show, I would have washed it. I couldn't
see it. That's gone. What was it? So it felt
like and I did a little bit of a google afterwards.
Apparently winning and growing here winds around on itself. Sometimes
it can like crystallize essentially, because it's here keratin, the
same thing as nails, and so it can just get bound.
And that's what I am assuming happened, because now it's

(22:27):
completely flat and it's like clearing up that. Or it
was my twin that I absorbed in utero, that was
his tooth, and you flushed your twin down the shower.
Now he's apt. Yeah, when I when you were you
were dancing around this, But you gross yourself out. You
were telling us about this, but yuck come out of

(22:50):
you a lot. Yeah. Yeah, I'd come out as much
as I grossed myself out, as quite quietly pleased with it. Yeah,
and then it it's afterwards you're still squeezing it because
you know something there. Well, this is what we wanted
to ask. Now, when did you gross yourself out?

Speaker 7 (23:11):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (23:11):
And you're like, what, Like, sometimes it's a smell, you know,
sometimes if you've been to the germ and you're busy
and you don't show and you to sit there and you're.

Speaker 1 (23:20):
Like far out, Yeah, what's there? This might be a
bit grim for this time of morning. Pooh okay, pooh pooh.
I don't know if anyone's going to admit to this.
We love grossing ourselves out.

Speaker 3 (23:36):
Someone literally said, when you were describing there, I am salivating.

Speaker 1 (23:39):
I live for this. People's that's why people follow people
like doctor Pemble Pomper and all these videos. And then

A bit came out? Was it inground here? Wasn't it?

Speaker 5 (24:09):

Speaker 1 (24:09):
I think it started years ago here and it makes
sense because it's it's on like the bout line. So
some rubbing and stuff. Yeah, yeah, transpar you got to
get the Japanese shower towel worn. Excuse me, sir, I
have a puff. You can't use a puff. I use
a face of basic poof. I love exfoliation gloves. When
they get a bit, you can win the Japanese exfoliating towel.

(24:33):
I have a puff japan Japanese exfoliating towel. Wonderful invention
from the Japanese. Use the shower. Yeah, you right out
there with a Kawasaki motorcycle. I'm sorry. You can't just
come into use. You don't use another man's Japanese exfoliating tower.

(24:55):
I've never used your bloody Japanese shower towel. Yeah, flat floss,
you know, I think I'm just gonna burn. I'm going
to burn my Japanese bathtowel. He's just going to abandon
Japanel together. I'm never going to buy a new one
and hide it every time. Haley comes right, and he
joins us, we want to know this morning, Abby, when

Speaker 5 (25:18):

I married my husband.

Speaker 1 (25:24):
You still with the old fella?

Speaker 5 (25:26):
Oh yeah, yeah, I love him, but like his the
noises he makes and the smells that come off of him,
it's it's really concerning.

Speaker 1 (25:32):
Yeah, and like you love him.

Speaker 5 (25:35):
I unfortunately do.

Speaker 1 (25:36):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, okay, but what about yourself? Do you
are you gross at all? You're perfect?

Speaker 5 (25:47):
No, yeah, I'm absolutely delightful.

Speaker 1 (25:49):
I'm lovely. Yeah, smell like roses, I guess, yeah yeah

that you love?

Speaker 5 (25:58):

Speaker 1 (26:01):
That's just is it too gross? Yeah?

Speaker 5 (26:04):
I don't know. If I love his gross things. It's
like the rest of him.

Speaker 1 (26:08):
I love, definitely. It's one of the gross things he does.

Speaker 5 (26:13):
He has like a sinus issue, and so he's just
like constantly making.

Speaker 1 (26:17):
Noises, okay, like sniffles. Yeah, that's he sns as well
be married to a pug.

Speaker 3 (26:29):
Yeah, what's the study husband's feet?

Speaker 5 (26:33):

a moisturize. You do, Hans, You thank you for sharing
some messages and somebody confirmations every sing we're not heavy.

(26:57):
What's the state of his balls?

Speaker 5 (26:59):
It's it's not actually the balls, it's the space in
between the balls and the butthole.

Speaker 3 (27:03):
Go to reps.

Speaker 1 (27:06):
Call of the week, Call of the week. This, let's

was fantastic. Her not so much she couldn't help but
squeeze it and then gag. What came out with the
spider by was that pussy? Yeah, I guess so pussying
herself and gross yourself out. Weeks later a partner also

(27:54):

when she was squeezing her Now he was it and squeezed.

Speaker 3 (28:02):
Yeah, I stop at a pimple. Yeah, everything else is
going to the doctor.

Speaker 1 (28:07):

but then if it just kept happening, I guess you
go to the doctor and be like I'd go to
the doctor anyway. I give it a whit whate yeah,
oh yeah, yeah, yeah, okay, and then hope for the best. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (28:20):

Speaker 1 (29:33):
Now lovely Sure? I almost my newborn baby when the
midwife put the baby on my chest for skinner skin
contactfo I just give him birth? Because I was still
covering all the baby. Girl I hadn't is that you
you should rub it into your skin, that white goo.

Speaker 3 (29:51):
That's the best you have soft skin for like a wake?
Oh friends, ind of birth, I mean it's their go
you're not going in and dipping a hand.

Speaker 1 (29:58):
You know, but that goes good. It's the best. Oh god,
I had what I thought was just a black toe
because I'd kicked it. I'm just going to drill through
the toenail. You did, appreciated this, You did that, this,
I did this.

Speaker 3 (30:14):
You get you a hiking, yes, and it doesn't get the.

Speaker 1 (30:17):
Blood out, but you through your You use a hot
pen or a hot paper club, have you okay? Because
remember of messaging and saying theyre trying to eatreakfast, and
I was like laughing about it until now I'm imagining
that's because they said they drilled through very fine tiny
drill pilot hole, a pilot hole because you're about to
bang an oul through but you don't want to split

(30:37):
the wood drilling a pilot hole.

Speaker 3 (30:40):
And they just said it exploded. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (30:44):
And I remember a time I was grossed out by
myself when I got a root canal and I put
you up on the wisdom.

Speaker 7 (30:51):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (30:52):
The dentist took the camp off because there was a
camp on there. And I've never smelled anything so bad
in my whole life. I was like, that's in me,
that in my mouth, that's been in my mouth all
this time. No, Laura messaged, and why we aren't talking
about how gross it is when we have to take
our own pose sample and some gets on your hand and.

Speaker 3 (31:13):
Like skooping it up to do a pose sample once
and I got there and they said no, it had
to be three individual samples. So I had to go
into the little bathroom. I had to divvy it up.

Speaker 1 (31:22):
My own ship. It was the most humble. I was like,
I would have hate myself. I would a public stored
the Chinese takeaway and it's got some chop sex. Dude.

Speaker 3 (31:29):
I had to get in and divving up my own
pope into three different receptacles.

Speaker 1 (31:33):
It was awful. Yeah, I hate being a humor plays
that in Fleshborn and Haley Well, I thought the listener,
And maybe you guys can help our good friend Dr Shawney.
You know he buys these mega crossword books, Yes, and
he just does crosswits, Yes, send it to me. Now,

(31:54):
hasn't asked me for help lately. I think he goes
to you more. Now He's never asked me because he
knows that when I don't know, I google, but I
don't tell him that I've googled. Yeah, I think he's
with that because he's technically not cheating. He's just doing
a crossword with a frame. Yeah, you're the cheater, and
he can live with that. He's still cheating, though, isn't

(32:15):
he Okay? So the thing is radio news bulletin or
news bulletin, and it's news something, a something, t.

Speaker 3 (32:30):
News something, you see me something.

Speaker 1 (32:33):
One of those things. I can't have someone say that today.
Picture it. I thought it was like news beat, but
it's a news something, news something, and it's just and
I didn't know when I read it. When I opened
that this morning, and I was like, well, now I've
got to ask you guys on lame. Okay, come on, guys, Jesus,

(32:57):
this is embarrassing. This is what I'm saying. This is
what it's like. Doctor Sawney. Send it to me. I'll
be literally mowing the one hand phone out. Sometimes I
don't even need to see the like the letters that
he's already got. I'll just see the clothes and I'll
send it back to him and I put my phone
back in my pocket and like a broadcast, it's a broadcast,
but it's the news.

Speaker 3 (33:16):
It's that was short, wasn't it that was what should
we talk about?

Speaker 8 (33:21):
Um?

Speaker 1 (33:22):
I know what do you guys? I made those big
bac tacos again last night. Let's talk about this, dude.
Last night I used bork, which is a mixture of
bot and pork. You mix your beef and porkmants. If
you're ever making a min's dash. Don't look at me
like that, Polo Nass. Always mix your minces. Don't stick
to one mince. I don't really like a portmans. Why

(33:44):
what's wrong with you? I don't really keep me here?
But mixed with the beef, it just sets off boy
play against each other. So so what you do is
you mix the beef and the porkmants together with some
onion powder and some selden some hi. By the way,
Tea Stan, stop telling me to put a teaspoon of garlican.

(34:07):
I will put tablespoons of garlican. I'm not even Italian.
Half a cup, and so mix that all up. Then
you get your tortillas right, and you mush the mints
onto them raw. Okay, it's very important you mush your
mints onto them. All I know, now, is it? One
side of a mince is like gray? No, you're going

(34:28):
to get that pan hot as hell itself. And when
you put them.

Speaker 3 (34:32):
Going now to any of us your first bloody line mate,
you're going to vip fast pass.

Speaker 1 (34:41):
Tell you what when you're reading the singles line, So
I have one of those six flags. The fast pass
is very good. So you want to get into hell.
You don't know going through all nine levels straight to
the ninth level of line to go to Hell. So
get your pant as hot as hell and then mint
side down and just kind of like if you've got
thank you gain Hayley for buying me the burger absolute pleasure.

(35:03):
I put that on top for a little extra weight,
and you push it down at it sizzles, you're essentially
making a smash burger patty on top and then flip
it over, give the tortilla up, kiss on the hot pan.
And that's what I do. I put them in the air.
It sounds like it will still be raw. It's so
high and it's so thinn.

Speaker 3 (35:20):
Like a smash patty essentially, but only gett kissed on one.

Speaker 1 (35:24):
Sign right, and then when you when you get that out,
I put them in the oven, just keep them warm
and I get them all done. And then when I
get that out. I put a bit of cheese on
it back under the grill stuff and then dice onion. Yes,
some lettuce your Big Max sauce, your Big Max sauce
that I actually make my Big Max scratch. Now they'll

(35:47):
sue you, and then it's just taco tacos. Okay, I'll
tell you what delicious. I would not be mad if
I came I came over and you made that make
it up again.

Speaker 3 (35:57):
Then I have an electric fry pan. And I just
wonder if we just keep in studio for days.

Speaker 1 (36:01):
Like that when we feel like dark, I'll like, you
know what, seven dark. Somebody said, Lamb and beef mints
is way better. Don't get me wrong, it is. Lamb
mins is so expensive at the moment. It's also Lamb's
too strong. All meats strong. Lamb is a strong mate. Ye,
beef mince is expensive. Everything is. We need to go

(36:22):
and split a log from Costco Costco home kill mints.
But you're like, it's too strong. It was supposed to
taste and strong. Water. She needs some water reserved market mons.

Speaker 2 (36:35):
The z M podcast Needwork.

Speaker 1 (36:39):
Play z m's flesh Worn and Haley off Campus.

Speaker 3 (36:43):
We actually talked to Ella and Belmont. Didn't we about
the show? That is huge. You've read the book, I reckon.

Speaker 1 (36:49):
We could almost replay that interview because we interviewed them
before it came out. We hited the post. We played
it the day the show came out, and we said,
I said, at the time, you guys are not going
to know who these people are. You might even not
bother listening to this interview, but now you're yeah, produce.

Speaker 3 (37:06):
When you read the books of Off Campus, it is
a we're going to go to the gay hockey soon.
But this is a hero hockey smutty romance book and
it's been turned into a shot and.

Speaker 1 (37:19):
You've been watching it.

Speaker 8 (37:21):
Yeah, I watched it immediately. It's the best. Everyone's so hot.

Speaker 1 (37:26):
So hot. Now this is one for the older girls.
The lead guy on Off Campus looks like I get
young Gavin Rostow from Bush.

Speaker 8 (37:35):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (37:37):
He was married with Gwen Stephan.

Speaker 7 (37:39):
Yeah yeah, yeah.

Speaker 3 (37:40):
So if you haven't seen any of Off Campus, he's
a little taster for you.

Speaker 1 (37:43):
Garrett Graham doesn't do girlfriends. So what I help you
study and you play my big boyfriends. You got Justin's
attentions there.

Speaker 8 (37:55):

with it.

Speaker 7 (37:59):
Whoa easy We're going to be fake dating.

Speaker 1 (38:00):
There needs to be real kissing. I just made you.

Speaker 3 (38:05):
Trope from a you know, smart work because the pretending

first twelve days of availability, only being beaten on Prime
by the Rings of Power and Fallout, which they said
were massive, huge, big I see a third biggest show
on debut exactly.

Speaker 3 (38:28):
The stats that have just come out as huge among
women eighteen to thirty four, absolutely incredible. Android our preferred
and it's yeah, number of Prime Video is number one
debut of all time.

Speaker 8 (38:41):
I've got an incredible soundtrack if you're into music, and
the playlist is so.

Speaker 1 (38:47):
Good, right and if you want to if you miss
out interview with the stars of Off Campus, you just
go to our socialss go to our potty.

Speaker 3 (38:55):
Now, we're not moving away from the world of romantic
smart because I just want to touch on the fact
that Heated Rivalry, which has really kind of blown this
world apart in front of people. Heated Rivalry is off campus,
but gay.

Speaker 1 (39:10):
Canada, Russia Final showcasing the two most talked about prospects
in the world Canada. Shean Hollander Shane Hollander. I wanted
to introduce myself. Okay, she rolls it up. You're an
awesome player to watch. Yes, very good hockey, the best
probably who seen each other a while. Yeah, Boston and

(39:31):
one s played against each other. Are there any gay
hockey players? None that have said it.

Speaker 3 (39:38):
Let me say they are very gay and they do
very gay things with the Russian.

Speaker 1 (39:42):
And I still I haven't seen this yet. How have you.
I would have thought you would have been all over
one's toes on the floor.

Speaker 3 (39:49):
I know I'd be very busy, and now I've got
a bit more time on me.

Speaker 1 (39:53):
You're were too busy for some gay hockey. I was
seeing some news stories last week in Calvin because I
haven't read the books by in season two. There's like
a whole thing with how the NHL deals with this.
They're coming out, and the news stories last week were
the actual real life commissioner of the guy in charge
of the NHL is like, you know, we're a little

(40:15):
bit worried about how this is going to play out,
because they don't in the books handle it well.

Speaker 8 (40:20):
Yeah, and I guess like they're or to be fair. Overseas,
they are all kind of getting on board. Like some
of the teams have really played into it. They're making videos,
they're making.

Speaker 3 (40:28):
Shuit Some real ice hockey players have come out being
like I'm gay and this is yeah, yeah it's and
lots of them that haven't come out have been messaging
the cast of the show being like thanks for this.

Speaker 1 (40:39):
Yeah, I love Well.

Speaker 3 (40:41):
If you can't get enough of Heated rival I'll tell
you you want to hear New York because there's an
off Broadway unauthorized heated Rivalry musical parody.

Speaker 1 (40:50):
Oh really, Okay, I want to go to it so bad.

Speaker 3 (40:53):
It's just open. It's based on heated rivalry. It is
a gay hockey unauthorized musical version.

Speaker 1 (41:00):
It's just going to be the crowds. It is going
to be full of morning girls. Yeah, I mean I
have seen.

Speaker 8 (41:04):
There were some previews like Last Night of the Night
Before and some like Broadway influences niche, but they exist.

Speaker 1 (41:11):
Songs run this. It's an original.

Speaker 3 (41:14):
It's an original. No, it's original music. It's not a
jukebox musical. It's like they've written songs.

Speaker 1 (41:19):
Like I'm gay for hockey.

Speaker 3 (41:23):
And the reviews because it's just opened over the weekend,
the reviews are glowings are saying like this because parody
musicals aren't a new thing, but they're like this exceeds
all expectations. Strong, catchy score, genuinely original jokes, not just
reference reference stacking, like most parodies.

Speaker 8 (41:42):
Tune that around quickly, and they're all wearing like big
hockey jerseys that are all like the desert, and they've
got like no pants on.

Speaker 1 (41:51):
I just like what a flights Okay, So in New York.

Speaker 3 (41:55):
Yeah, it's it's running now and it's just an hour
twenty five of gay music, hockey, joy Smart, I need it.

Speaker 2 (42:03):
The z N podcast Networks show Real Plays, z Ends,
Flesh one and Hailey Fun and.

Speaker 9 (42:09):
Hailey, Silly Little Pool, Silly Little It is so silly, silly,
silly that silly little pool, silly lit poly pollup, silly.

Speaker 1 (42:25):
Silly little part today is do you still make your
own music playlists? Yeah? For sure.

Speaker 3 (42:33):
I make playlists for like pre show stuff. You know
we're performing Jim playlist. Yeah right, we've got ours.

Speaker 1 (42:43):
I feel like I make less than I used to
because I'll just use the you know, the best of
your year, twenty twenty five or twenty two whatever. Yeah,
and then just because it's my favorite songs, I just
rotate that or I pick a song I want to
listen to just the song, and that kind of curates
off the back of yeah, yeah, that's good. But I'll
tell you what, nothing scratches out aage. I listen to
the radio because I'll get music, a some chit chat

(43:05):
with the friends.

Speaker 3 (43:06):
Right, that's right, bought it.

Speaker 1 (43:11):
It's kind of a double because we said, if you
do create your own music playlist, do you give them names?
So let's start with, do you still create your own
music playlist? Sixty nine percent nice said yes they do.
Thirty one percent of people not making playlists, okay, what
they'll just listen to already made playlists or just I guess,
so shuffle all their music they have. If you answered

(43:33):
yes to making your own playlist, do you give them
fun names? Sixty two percent of people giving them fun names,
thirty eight percent not bothering with names. One yeah, yeah, yeah,
you've got to give it a fun name. Yeah, the
name is part of the fun test said I named
them the month and the year with emojis to represent
what's been happening in that period. For me, I've heard

(43:54):
of people doing this. That's great sad music or you're
sad you put it crying or something.

Speaker 3 (43:59):
Yeah, I've got and you've got Plaine Rage and sad
Plane playlist and in sad Plains, I can just be.

Speaker 1 (44:08):
Like, Yeah, people do this by the month and it
kind of like is a diary of sorts, oh of
how you were feeling for the years, go through and
have a bit of a moment of reflection. Kate said, yes,
my playlists are snap out of it, your salty bitch
or drown out that useless corporate fluff for when I'm

(44:29):
at work and I don't want to Sometimes you just
got to do it though. Great playlist Shelley said, yes,
I do, and some of mine include girlpop bops, crying
in the corporate girly world, Jim Jam, songs that need
a choker and a pair of weird heels for town. Okay,
I love these and admit defeat spreadsheet. Oh wow, I

(44:51):
do like songs. I'm going to need to know what
songs are on. Songs that need a choker and a
pair of weird heels for town. Yeah, Molly said, normally,
I just named them, just had a creative Molly just
by dates is gen I named them the dates so
then I can track my moods. Oh yeah, that's cool.

(45:13):
That's a cool idea, people, I didn't had no idea.
This was a thing. No, same like the mood diary
for the year, and you'd be like, oh, I'm grumpy
all the time, nebs. Here's some playlists I made when
I was in my hole era six years ago. Songs
I can't commit to, songs on the roster this week,
songs to be a bad bitch to songs to cry

(45:34):
over if boys too, and songs to have physical dyslexia too,
physical dyslexia. I need to google that. That sounds like
you're getting all confused. Yeah, physical dyslexia. It's when you
go to open the door, but you open the window. Yeah,
with your foot. I fixed both fine motor skills tying shoelaces,

(45:55):
button in closing. Gross motor skills like balance, running, sports
coordination is good spraxia. Yeah, so there you go. Ah,
so we asked you for silly little poll. Are you
making your Are you still making your own music playlist?
Sixty nine percent. You see the M podcast network, what's
going on?

Speaker 2 (46:15):
Ms fletched Vaughn and Hayley.

Speaker 1 (46:17):
What I know now, oh eight hundred chards at him
and nine six nine six to tex through. Do you
know someone that just can't let go of something like
maybe they lost one time, maybe something happening to that
is keep bringing it up.

Speaker 3 (46:31):
They missed out on something once and they're like, I
could have been a blah blah blah.

Speaker 1 (46:35):
And you're like, but you're not, But you're not. Just
those people that like, letting it go is such a
big thing in life, right because otherwise it just courses
so much. The snow blows one on the mountain. There's
a song in that. Yeah, yeah, it's quite nice. Thank you.
So the reason we want to talk about this, this
is the most ridiculous year story. I was like, this

(46:58):
is got white privilege smeed all over it. I've seen
this for the last couple of days and it just
makes my years ago, Jesse, I wasn't born years ago.
The Auckland Grammar School coxed eight, finished second to Christ's
College in christ Church. Yeah, at the nineteen eighty eight

(47:22):
Marty Camp final. What was this the Marty carp my
arty camp. They take that very seriously, very seriously. Thirty
eight years ago I didn't exist. They have launched a
second formal complaint with Rowing New Zealand a historical formal complaints.
So the race was unfair because christ College were the
only crew using lightweight carbon fiber ores, a technology advantage

(47:42):
they say was worth roughly three boat links of for
the two thousand meters. But their Christ's College have got
the money, honey, the money talks. The second submission there
is ten plages long. It has maths, physics, video evidence,
allion hours and invokes the health and safety work at
You're in the ongoing anxiety harm from losing an unfair

(48:03):
race deserves protection. They lost by three quarters of a
length and we're only overtaken in the last one hundred member.

Speaker 3 (48:08):
I feel like if you're anxious and upset every day
for thirty eight years about a race that you lost,
you just need to get more exciting things in your
life you're worried about.

Speaker 1 (48:17):
Yeah, if you have nothing else to worry about, you
need a crippling mortgage and all encompassing divorce and on
the news, a disrupted slip pad.

Speaker 3 (48:24):
Hormone just sort that makes you get real fat, real quick.

Speaker 1 (48:27):
Yeah, I mean twenty percent of kids are going out
school without food. The appeals on at the moment, you know,
like these kids go to school without foodbat you lost
the rowing race. I mean we're to complain about our things,
but flight away. This is something led by the school.
Auckland grammar is like current Augland. The head master is
just like I don't know everything to worry about vocals.

(48:49):
There is it always a year ago? Michael, Let it go?
But is it like these students former students now and
then in the mid fifties and I can't let it go.
Let it go? Who cares? Get a new hobbit? Yeah,
they had carbon fiber oars. That's just life, dude. And
sometimes people have carbon fiber oars and you've just got

(49:11):
your arm in the water.

Speaker 3 (49:12):
And you're saying that if you had carbon fiber oars
you would have bet in them.

Speaker 1 (49:15):
You don't know that. We didn't even have a lake
in Mansol. Bye, if we'd had a lake, we could
row You could have a lake. We only had the
rowboats at Pooky could have parking, and sometimes they weren't
even out in winter. It's too cold. Yeah, it's hard
to go faster than them because you have to sit
side by side with people. It's a wide boat. We

(49:36):
had to row in the Wellington Harbor. It was really
toppy because you wouldn't have known what do your stuff
on the flat South Island Lake. We all know some
of these people that just won't let something go, and
they'll bring it up any party.

Speaker 3 (49:47):
They're I was the head of the bloody and like,
what else have you done?

Speaker 1 (49:52):
Is there anything else? This is giving big pecton well
actually didn't even peak in high school because they didn't win.

Speaker 7 (49:57):
Oh oh my god.

Speaker 1 (50:00):
That hurt them to a new I'm embarrassed. So this
is in the news. I'm embarrassed reading this, like, let
it go, you're growing me in Yeah. Anyway, I wait
one hundred dancing him. We would love to take some
calls now, you can take through nine six nine six.
What can't someone let go of? My husband has only

(50:20):
go of something that happened sixteen years ago. Sixteen years ago, Katie,
what was it?

Speaker 10 (50:28):
I was pregnant with my first child and he we
went out for I don't know snack at a fancy
chicken shop and we shared a bucket and.

Speaker 1 (50:44):
What did you say, just cave? Why didn't you just
say product?

Speaker 3 (50:47):
I was, yeah, well we've screwed that up now, but
it's not bad against Let me just check because you
know we're all about making the company some sweet money.

Speaker 1 (50:55):
This isn't derogatory in any way towards Kentucky Fried Chicken?

Speaker 10 (50:58):
Is it?

Speaker 1 (51:00):
I can all enjoy a beautiful bucket of check him
his finger looking good? Absolutely? Yeah.

Speaker 10 (51:05):
So there was two pieces left. There was one big
piece one small piece, and being pregnant, I took the
big piece.

Speaker 1 (51:12):
You're growing a human being inside of you. I think
you want today? Yeah?

Speaker 10 (51:16):
I mean my husband is six foot tall and you know.

Speaker 3 (51:18):
He's a heavy growing stocky growing a human being inside
of his belly?

Speaker 8 (51:23):
Is he?

Speaker 1 (51:24):
Or is he not? Yeah?

Speaker 10 (51:31):
I definitely took the big piece, and sixteen years later,
I still don't live it down. He will throw it
in my laugh about it. Don't get me wrong, we
laugh about it. But he'll always say to me, I'll
just like that time you took the last piece of checking.

Speaker 1 (51:48):
Have you taken them back? And just you know, brought
him a whole bucket and said, just lit Yeah, I still.

Speaker 10 (51:54):
Will take the last piece.

Speaker 1 (51:57):
A kid I was going to say, you've got a
six and you're on on your hands by my math,
So they probably eating their fish or a chicken too.
Helly the whole bucket.

Speaker 11 (52:06):
Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, Okay, Katie, thank you some messages, Cody.

Speaker 1 (52:19):
Somebody said my partner was called to be part of
the essas he found out his partner at the time
was pregnant, so I couldn't go. That kid's now twenty
two and he still talks about it that he could
have been in the essays. You went, Yeah, that's like
the Timelin was going to be. Do you remember when
I was going to be an all black but then
I just actually sucked at rugby?

Speaker 7 (52:36):
Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1 (52:38):
He scored on the sideline.

Speaker 3 (52:39):
Yeah, it's going to be one of the principal dancers
of the New Zealand Ballet.

Speaker 11 (52:43):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (52:45):
You never did ballet. I didn't even do ballet. Yeah,
I'm far too big.

Speaker 1 (52:49):
A boned shout out to Craig, who's watching forty and
still puffs his chest out when he tells you it
was the head boy at his private school, my friend
and his need during a first fifteen rugby game ten
years ago, and says if he didn't injure himself, he
totally would have been in the running for an All Blacks. Yeah,
taken out of the game. Taken out of the game.
My auntie reminds me every time I see her that

(53:10):
my mum stole the name. She had a mind for
my cousin, like I had done it myself. I'm thirty four.
My cousin's thirty one. That was supposed to be your name, Gid, Like,
get over it. It's been how many years? Yeah, I
don't think somebody's messaged him for the wrong thing altogether. There, Okay,
read it. I have a teddy beer that's a bunny
and I've had it since birth. Okay, okay for enough

(53:32):
six story. Yeah, soldiers in the New Zealand Defense Force
are a classic. Oh, they can't let it go. The
teddy beer, somebody they can't let go. Yeah. Maybe that's
the thing they can't let go. They misunderstood, Yeah, the phone,
and I think you misunderstood.

Speaker 3 (53:48):
I think I mean that's that that is something they
can't let go off.

Speaker 1 (53:51):
Yeah, why can't someone that go off? The titty beer
that I've had? Somebody said. Works Defense Force was full
of soldiers who filed selection, and so I was almost
in the essays if not for dot dot dot. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (54:03):
Oh, I'm forty six years old, and my mom's still
is bitter that I didn't sleep very well as a baby.
I was exhausted. You were just a terrible sleep.

Speaker 1 (54:13):
You just signed it, baby, mom, What did you think
was going to happen? Yeah, famously an easy job. My
mom still can't go the fact that I ran away
to my friend's house when I was sixteen. It was
for one evening. I'm now in my mid thirties and
still hear about it once a week. What, ironically it
was her inability to let things go back then was
the reason I ran away.

Speaker 3 (54:37):
Someone said, my husband's still not over me selling a
shitty blue sofa on.

Speaker 1 (54:40):
Trademan blue, like a navy blue. I imagining sort of
like baby, you know, real puff gree and it gets
that grease on the arm. Yeah, that's what imagine, like
a cotton dirty yeah said on that dirty.

Speaker 3 (54:53):
Oh Okay, I'm the person who can't let it go.
I auditioned for a Disney TV roll and I got
in and they were going to fly me and my
dad out to try for the role in the us
and I was ten, and to be honest, I just
wanted to go to Disneyland. My dad decided no, I'd
go to school. I think about it to this day.
I'm eighteen now, I still think about it.

Speaker 1 (55:10):
That could have been on Disney. My grandmother is seventy
five years old. She still constantly brings up how her
parents centered a boarding school at wipe out her diocesan.
If you even say like Hamilton, she'll bring it up.
Never say the word dio. Yep. And don't you dare
drive past that school with her in the car. Leader. God,
it's years ago. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (55:33):
Um, my husband and his mates can't let go that
I ruined.

Speaker 1 (55:37):
How do you I ruined? The opening day of Duck shooting.

Speaker 3 (55:41):
I had to get taken to the hospital to get
my appendix taken out.

Speaker 1 (55:47):
Well, you could have died, yeah, twenty years weeks after
giving birth as well. Oh yeah, twenty years ago. My
sister was moving to London and I was on my
late teens and I had my own issues, but I
was very angry and jealous that my sister was leaving,
so I sent her off with a letter. It was
hate letter, basically telling her I was glad she was
leaving because I could have Mum all to myself. Needless
to say, she's never there. I always brings it up

(56:09):
with like that time you sent me away with a
hate letter. It was twenty years ago. Please let it go, Megan. Yeah,
it might need to be some therapy there.

Speaker 3 (56:16):
I think my mom doesn't get over won't let me
get over how big my head was and what it
did to her.

Speaker 1 (56:21):
I actually I'm probably on mom's side on this. My
dad was booked in to go to jelly wrestling with
his mates the night my mum went into labor and
I was born. He likes to remind me every year
on my birthday that he missed out on jelly wrestling
because of me. Your dad wanted to perve the jelly girls,
my mom said, the good old days are jolly wrestling guys.
We have a Victoria's Secret model here.

Speaker 3 (56:44):
Well could have been, but when Farmers asked me to
walk in the fashion parade, my mom said, no, I'm
too young.

Speaker 1 (56:50):
Oh that's fair enough.

Speaker 3 (56:52):
Could have been Victoria's walking for Versace.

Speaker 1 (56:55):
Mum was probably protecting you from all the pervs at
the mall. Have been a Sarcee model by now, finished
off with this one, Dean, I'm passed off and I
continue to be with my mum because when I was little,
I found an albino hedgehog and I was going to
showcase it and make heaps of money. And I woke
up in the morning and I said, where's my albino headshog?
Mamould let it go because it shat all through the lounge.

(57:17):
She'd put it outside and then start it off.

Speaker 2 (57:22):

(59:42):
Gold Coast Gold Coast album anyway and carry on. The
fact of the day was very by the way, we
can do whatever we want. Any rules here, I'll find that.

they'll be like, now do Hayley's that doesn't exist.

Speaker 1 (01:00:08):
We'll crank an AI on it if you want.

Speaker 3 (01:00:11):
Yeah, my body's trying to keep my ovaries warm for
all those children.

Speaker 9 (01:00:13):
I'm not.

Speaker 1 (01:00:16):
Dank you body. Well. SpongeBob SquarePants was created by Steven Helenberg,
who unfortunately died in twenty eighteen, age fifty seven. But
before he became an animator, he was a marine biologist. God,
I love SpongeBob. Spongebobs like a classic. I think that's
the fifth There was a good squad. I'm going to
add that to my because we did we didn't have sponge.

Speaker 2 (01:00:40):
Bob.

Speaker 8 (01:00:42):
There was.

Speaker 1 (01:00:45):
That's good sponge that's my SpongeBob bart So he did
this because he was a marine biologist and he's like,
there's all these interesting creatures under the sea. But if
you know where he lives, Bikini Bottom and a pineapple.
It has been confirmed that SpongeBob's home, Bikini Bottom, is
are named after and in the mind of the creator.
Underneath Bikini Atoll we're between nineteen forty six and nineteen

(01:01:06):
fifty eight, the US detonated sixty seven nuclear weapons, the
most powerful. Was there any nuclear testing there? They loved
an atoll for a nuclei.

Speaker 3 (01:01:15):
That's why they're weird talking creatures.

Speaker 1 (01:01:18):
Bingo, and we don't see any humans the mel Yeah,
they've been cherubil The most chowerful test, there was an
explosion that was the equivalent of one thousand Hiroshima bombs. Wow. Now,
if you're familiar with the devastation wreaked by the nuclear
bomb dropped on Herlshima, you're not A thousand of them
is crazy. So I didn't know this, But the people

(01:01:38):
who actually lived on Bichania Toll, that's right, there were
people that lived there. Why they were removed from their
homes and told they could come back after the testing.
Well they didn't because that's ridiculous. The radiation won't be
gone for thousands of years. Those people are still exiles today.
But wow, SpongeBob walks and talks and he does patties
and everything because the sea creatures are all nuclear mutants.

(01:01:59):
It was confirmed by a rifle on the actual show
it is. It's got a political undertone. Every explosion in
the cartoon replicates the shape of a real underwater nuclear
detonation photograph that was taken. They've used actual test footage
any episodes of SpongeBob. The whole thing is set in
an irradiated graveyard and it's been a children's favorite forever

(01:02:20):
twenty six years.

Speaker 3 (01:02:21):
Yeah, man, I love I still watched it as an
adult as well because it's just funny, leveled unbelievably, And
I tell you what, the movie's great. Doesn't go, doesn't go,
doesn't go a miss. After a sleepy time, Gummy, dude,
I was gonna sayin.

Speaker 1 (01:02:35):
Yourself a sleep of time, gummy, get some good SpongeBob
on you got yourself a nice child Friday night with
a couple of giggles and then half a pack of Squaggles.

Speaker 3 (01:02:43):
Give us give us you give us your Patrick one
more time.

Speaker 1 (01:02:46):
Oh, I know it's too much bonge balm god boon
feeling problem a SpongeBob laugh in the meantime, Today's fact
to the day is SpongeBob's bikini bottom is a newuclear wasteland.
The day Day.

Speaker 7 (01:03:07):
Day Day Day, dudd do the.

Speaker 2 (01:03:20):
Z N podcast network lay z ms Fleshborn and Haley.

Speaker 1 (01:03:24):
It's a long week, but we have had a lot
of fun. Yeah, it feels long and I've enjoyed every
mind we got a short week. He head as well
with from King's birthday Monday. Yes, so let's just just
for some context.

Speaker 3 (01:03:37):
We're all cat owners, and Vaughan and I have talked
numerous times about how misbehaved your cat Major Murray Fluffington is.
He claws, he tears, he shows little respect to guests.

Speaker 1 (01:03:52):
Although, to be fair, since I went to show Sponsor
Animates and got that fell away stuff, yeah, that cat
almost fake. So I got blind. I've got the diffuses
in the spray. He's actually been so much more.

Speaker 3 (01:04:08):
Chell, I'm going to have to get some I recommended
it to you, you did, and now I'm going to
need it. Rollie my precious, beautiful cat who By the way,
if you saw Social sisterday, he's not dead.

Speaker 1 (01:04:18):
We were just trying to get me to cry on cue. Yep.

Speaker 3 (01:04:21):
He has never clawed anything. Never, He's just been a
beautiful boy. He has turned into a piece of ship.
He returned into major murray flying. I know why because
my parents are there.

Speaker 1 (01:04:36):
He's been spoiled by his grandparents. Yes, this is what
happens when I used to come back from my grandparents. Ah, nightmare.
So this is exactly what's happened one. He's gotten fair.
My mom said, no, no, you don't want to spinny care.

Speaker 3 (01:04:47):
I said, mom, you got you do the bird's eye
view thing and you look and it should be not
too swelling in the middle. He's swelling in the middle.

Speaker 1 (01:04:53):
Should never be whiter than their whiskers. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:04:55):
And I bought I will say, post separation, I was like,
I'm going to treat myself to a future treats. Bought
a very expensive rug, very expensive, and I brought it.

Speaker 1 (01:05:05):
And I tell you what if she's saying it's expensive,
this is blow the socks off, yah yah, average planter.

Speaker 3 (01:05:11):
So I bought this expensive rug. He has torn it
to shreds. He never clawsed anything is torn it to shreds.
I was like, oh my god, you listen and I
keep funny. It's a little tufty bit. It looks awful.
Now it looks awful.

Speaker 1 (01:05:22):
And he's too old to clip his claws. He won't
like that.

Speaker 3 (01:05:25):
I can't clip his clause I never have it, an
never will. But he and now he I saw the
other day got new curtains, clawed them. Major Murray Fluffington
behavior there and then the other day look down and
on this corner of my couch replaced last year clawed.

Speaker 1 (01:05:43):
You need to get some of this stuff he got. Yeah,
I know. I can't believe it. This is not how music.

Speaker 3 (01:05:48):
It's like, are they in cohoots? Have they been messaging?
Major Murray has been like, you're too docile. You're keeping
this too low key.

Speaker 1 (01:05:57):
About it. There's literally nothing you can do. They just
what like, I know, harder for you. I lo the
cats gets locked out when I'm not hum he's so
maan Cheeto's allowed in the laundry. Cheetos, don't I who
I had a real bonding with by the just we're
just couple. No, no, not not for a start, but

(01:06:19):
you know in the Bachelor's pad. Now he's he's really
warming to me. We have moments. I've got one of
those rotators, like the Tears of a Man. It's a
soft fur of a cat and he looks looks got
one of those cats. Every twelve hours it rotates to
the next segment. So you can load it up with
biscuits and he's got If he eats all the biscuits,

(01:06:40):
he's worked out. He gets his claws underneath it and
just flicks the flocks, the litter and then just and
then it's just like, dude, there's no biscuits left. You've
eaten a weeks with the biscuits. My fat. Yeah, my
mum has messages saying, please remind Hailey that dogs have owners,
cats have staff. Yes, it's I know it, Yeah, I

(01:07:00):
know it.

Speaker 3 (01:07:01):
Yeah, he's disrespecting the household and it's just new. But
how he's ten years old and he's just started this.

Speaker 1 (01:07:06):
I used to come back from my grandparents fat because
they didn't know when to say, and they'd always have
lollies and they'd never make us exercise. That's why come
back with an attitude, and I could do no wrong.
What's nothing to do with me, just happy to claw
my expensive run. Yeah yeah, yeah, he used to come
back and I just had apparently forgotten how to deal
with my siblings. So it was always just like fisty cups,

(01:07:26):
which is your column of scratching account that it's grandparents,
your parents apear? When are they off on their Saturday?
And my parents go to Europe? Could I think we'll
see a marked improvement and behavior good.

Speaker 2 (01:07:36):
Z En podcast Needwork.

Speaker 1 (01:07:38):
Fourteen year old daughter who one day a week her
school starts late. I don't know why, like an hour
and a bit late, but their bus runs on the
same time every day, so they get there and they've
got an hour to burn for an hour and twenty
minutes to burn. That was me and I was a
fourteen year old, I'd probably find a dairy and by
Lolly by Lalli's. They go to pack and save by
Lola and buy Lolla's and stuff. Yeah, exactly the same

(01:08:01):
on scale. Yeah, okay, well that's good. Nothing's change. Yeah.
So yesterday was Wednesday, right yep, And they said they
decided they're going to start side Quist Wednesdays and they're
going to try to do things before school rather just
get into the old habit of walking to the supermarket
and a little bit of an initiative. And so she
said to me, do you think we could get from

(01:08:21):
my school to the city and back in an hour?
And I said, pushing it at that time, pushing it,
But then it's got that buss. I reckon, you could
probably do it. And she said, what should we do
when we get to the city. I said, well, if
you come up to the window outside work, oh no,
you made it, and then you're going to race back
and get there before school starts. And so she mentions

(01:08:42):
this to a couple of people and that came to
do this. But Capri, which is one of her friends,
has said, if she gets here on time, you've got
to accept her end of the bargain of they get here,
whatever song you're about to play get swapped out for her.
He let the dogs out by the Baha. Why do
they want to hear? I don't know, you old girls

(01:09:05):
want to hear? Who is? It's a time that's classical time,
it's appealed. It's appealed every few years. It popped its head.

Speaker 3 (01:09:11):
Back up generations like Elvis Presley.

Speaker 1 (01:09:14):
You know, it would just keep coming around in four
hundred years. The way we listen to Mozart, they will
be listening to the Baha men listen to let the
dogs out. Okay, so we'll be next Wednesday, except around
about nine o'clock. Okay, Well, I reluctantly accept.

Speaker 3 (01:09:33):
Reluctantly except so they're going to pull up to the
window at our studio, make their presence known.

Speaker 1 (01:09:38):
That's their end of the deal. And then the our
flag that I can go and get them and let
them in if we need them right otherwise that they're
going to be in and out? Are the listeners into this?
Nine six ninety six? Do you want a challenge that
we accept? By the way you except this, listeners, we're
except this as you're involved. It's part of the show. Yeah, okay,
it's a reason for Wednesday. Wednesday the Bajame only if

(01:10:02):
they make it on time. Only if they make it
on time. Right, And I said to her, if you
don't get back to school on time, I'm not like
signing off the late night. You're on your own.

Speaker 3 (01:10:10):
So if they don't keep back, do we play the
Bahame in in reverse?

Speaker 1 (01:10:16):
I mean when they get here, and then I guess
we find out whether or not they get back in time.
They're going to do need to examine bus. They would
just schedules and just hang out at Pack and Save
or something. You know, it sounds a bit well. I
think they've been put off a little bit. I remember
that they were accused of shoplifter. Everyone's accepted on the
text machine. When we accept, they say okay, Wednesday, well accepted.

(01:10:39):
Happy to help out.

Speaker 2 (01:10:39):
With the side then podcast needwork.

Speaker 3 (01:10:43):
Christ Church's own Christopher Robert Parker is in studio high
Chris christ Do.

Speaker 1 (01:10:48):
You think they own me? Yeah, I'll take that the
golden boy of christ Church. Although I lived we met Wellington,
and I have lived in Auckland now most of my life.
Likes to pretendi she's from Wellington. But in the guns
you're the biggest Jeffer out Now. No, this is a
good thing. We've got to return. We've got to bring
back Jeffer culture. Just another friggin Auckland exactly, yeah, right,

(01:11:10):
what do you mean Jeffer culture? Well, now, because I
drew around the country all the time, Anyone's like, oh,
you're from Auckland, how's it going up there? Like everyone
feels sorry for us, which they used to be like
income the Aucklanders with their fancy coffees and their small dogs.
We've got to be jerks again because Christ it got
real cold Christ, which is honestly, all it took was
the total destruction of And all it took was a yeah,

(01:11:36):
but we can you know, we could Orklanders can do that.
You know, let's put a poul under the skytower.

Speaker 11 (01:11:41):
I think.

Speaker 1 (01:11:44):
CHRISTI is doing the stadium. Put a stadium there, you know, Sparker,
you are, okay, we just quick signs it before we
talking about your tour. Oh yeah, your sister, Oh my
little sister Live is on well was on Celebrity Treasure
Island a Nippo what would you call that? A Nippo
castaway ay.

Speaker 3 (01:12:05):
And when I saw she was doing it, because I
know live a bit, and I was like, oh my god,
she's going to be such a laugh, so fun. But
I thought Live in Chris's family there's two types of siblings.
There's those two, and there's live.

Speaker 1 (01:12:14):
And crass, normal ones and then the ones that are
kind of missing bits of their bodies, the bodies and brains.
And I was like, oh my god, Love's going to
be so fun on this. But I didn't think that
she was going to no offense, and I thought, no,
neither did I. She was going to make it the
final threat. And if you know that they're going on
the show, then you can kind of see how they're
going to go by when they text you back. And
I was like, I'll get a text in about four days,

(01:12:37):
I think, And I was like, wait a minute, she's ages.
I was like, something must have happened, like there must
a boat must have come through and like smashed the
island or she can't still be five. Yeah, because look,
full credit to her, like an absolutely like determined cast member,
totally the most uncoordinated person. Oh my god, I know.

(01:12:58):
My mum's like, oh my god, she's so she's like hilarious.
She's like a little it's like watching the four strands
of spaghetti run around on sand.

Speaker 3 (01:13:07):
Anyway, So if you ever watched the final, she lives
in it.

Speaker 1 (01:13:12):
We watched it last night together. You know how good
is that? Top three? Beautiful? Well, it's good because you
won your season and we are weirdly competitive because it
took us so long to get our driver's licenses. Spoke
of you around all the time, and I still owe
you about thirty five more lifts, but my mom pictures.

Speaker 3 (01:13:31):
More expensive now, so you don't want you don't want
commit to.

Speaker 1 (01:13:33):
One lift to the airport. But my mom would like
fight us, you know, peir us off on each other
to be like who's going to get their license first?
And she'd be like, oh, well, Chris lives is six
years younger than you. That would be embarrassing if she
got her license before you. But you won ct ice exactly,
and I will always have that.

Speaker 3 (01:13:48):
Listen about your show, Chris Park could take a good
hard look at me.

Speaker 1 (01:13:51):
You're touring. I thought you were doing more dates in
New Zealand. No, the regious what about the region? Turns
out so expensive to go? What you tell me? No,
Look this time I always get around, Like last year
we're eleven spot yes, And this year I thought, I'm
just going to take it easier on myself. I've got
a theater show at the end of the year as well,
so I'm going to do just Auckland, Wellington and christ Ship.

(01:14:14):
You're not just doing well, I'm doing London and Edinburgh
as well. Yeah, but big shows in Auckland, Wellington and
christ Ship. Yeah, So well, did you do in the
Saint James, which is a ginormously I don't know, why
can you please buy? It's going to come because it's
just that's why you're here exactly and bring. I don't know,
like if you've got a young school choir who will
fill up like forty five seats.

Speaker 3 (01:14:33):
You're beautiful, beautiful, some people are some scouts. You're doing
the James. Hey, yeah, you're doing Q Theater twice.

Speaker 1 (01:14:39):
Yeah, the first. We're just announcing that there's a second
show at Q because it's sold out. You know, it's nice? Nice,
And what's the show about? Okay, takes a good hard
look at me. Basically it is my entire I picked
one totally random day from my life and I go
from six am to eleven pm absolutely everything I've done,

(01:15:00):
so it's like the different each show. No, it's the
same day. I can't remember the day of my life.
And you're going to be honest, but as the most
like uneventful day intentionally because I was like, can I
make the funniest show from the boringest starting point? And
from is it from your life? Now? Yeah, it's the
tenth of February twenty twenty six. I don't want to look.

Speaker 3 (01:15:20):
At what I did on that day, just to sort
of say what I'm being able to make a show
out of it. Tenth of February, we interviewed Sex six teams.

Speaker 1 (01:15:29):
Oh there we go. Don't forget your roots? You did
forget that a tattoo of an oyster. Oh, it's a
big day.

Speaker 3 (01:15:35):
And at the Zinim Acoustic Corner had had a guest playing.

Speaker 1 (01:15:39):
I don't want to give many spoilers away from my show,
but I did go for a swim and have a
sandwich and hang out. And I hung out with my dog,
you know, but there's a lot in the show. Yeah, okay,
I love this. And you were awake from six am
to eleven pm. Yeah, yeah, I know it's a long
well because my dog wakes me up at six am
every morning regardless of you know what time I went

(01:16:01):
to sleep. Yeah, yeah, it's a nightmare.

Speaker 3 (01:16:03):
Did you choose this day consciously? On the tributeenth? Did
you think I'm going to log everything I do?

Speaker 1 (01:16:08):
I kind of was like, should I write my Like
I had some jokes up my sleep, and then I
thought maybe I could write my entire show based off today.

Speaker 3 (01:16:18):
I think to a point as well, because you make
a show every single year. Every year, new show, new show,
and what's the next one about.

Speaker 1 (01:16:23):
You're like, I'm juiced. I think trying to I'm trying
to tap into a kind of like cultural psyche at
the moment of like the world feels so intense, yeah,
and like you know, we are living through what feels
like the end of the world. But also, man, I
have some boring days.

Speaker 3 (01:16:42):
And that's the reality of life. Well, if you want
to go and see take a good hard look at
me with Chris Parker. Not with Chris Parker. It's just Chris.

Speaker 1 (01:16:47):
We would be watching it together in a way, watching
it together. I'm laughing at my own jokes. A live nation.

Speaker 3 (01:16:53):
Or go to chrisparkercomedy dot com, or go to my Instagram,
like you'd be people go to the Instagram buiers.

Speaker 1 (01:16:59):
Don't I got Chris Parker dot com. Well there's a
couple of famous Chris Parkers. One is the guy that
unfortunately during the Manchester bombings, like he was a homeless
guy stealing like phones off people. But did he get
Chris Parker dot com? Is he? I don't know if
he's not Chris Parker dot com. And if you don't
ever charge. And then I think another an actor of

(01:17:19):
like East Inders or something like there's another other famous,
but I think I'm maybe the most famous. Chris Parker
Parker dot com you'll get something, No, it's his Chris
Parker dot com took too long to respond. The site
can't be reach You might get Chris Parker dot org.
Yeah yeah, yeah, or I like being an organization, Get
the cook Islands Chris Parker dot com. Is that free

(01:17:44):
dot co? Dot c K? Is that free?

Speaker 3 (01:17:47):
Is?

Speaker 1 (01:17:47):
Oh, that's mine. I'm gonna buy that. Hands off INSS
that's mine. Hands off Chris Parker dot com.

Speaker 2 (01:17:54):
Needwork play z ms Flesh and Haley.

Speaker 3 (01:17:58):
Do your parents hate your partner or have they in
the past, and maybe they actually got.

Speaker 1 (01:18:03):
In the way and drove you towards ending the relationship.

Speaker 3 (01:18:06):
I asked this because of a very funny light story
that I saw online yesterday where a woman was shearing
a chat that she had with her dad. She was
driving along and she had a flat tire. She pulled
over on the side of the road.

Speaker 1 (01:18:20):
She text your dad. That's what you do.

Speaker 3 (01:18:22):
You text dad and say Dad, I've had a flat tire.
You're going to need to talk me through changing this. Yeah,
he said, isn't Jordan there? Jordan is her boyfriend and
she said, yeah he is, but he doesn't know how
to change a tire.

Speaker 1 (01:18:35):
And the dad said leave him, joking jokingly, but she did,
did she did. I just thought it was a funny.
Regardless of gender, one should know how to change a tire.
If one of them will be protecting the ancient, bring

(01:18:55):
up the phone AA roadside rescue. They come and do it,
and then you're on your way. That's it. I think
I've done it. I've done it a couple of times.
It's not hard, right, But I thought.

Speaker 3 (01:19:05):
That was funny, just especially that thing of like dads
to daughters being like, no, no, man is good enough
for you. But I want to know, genuinely if this
has been a problem or if so little saying do
your parents hate your partner?

Speaker 1 (01:19:18):
I mean sometimes they might have a point and it
was an absolute loser. Yeah, maybe they helped you see
the light and they went out, or maybe they they
they were wrong and you've been together so long now
that like you've proven them wrong.

Speaker 3 (01:19:30):
Or someone just messaged and my parents celebrated when I
left my ex and they've turned up with the truck.

Speaker 1 (01:19:35):
Let's get your shirt out of here, We're gone. They
were like, just took you a bit longer to see
what we saw my husband. My husband's mom hates me,
has since early on when I started calling out wo
toxic behavior. Moms don't like that. They don't know that
I don't do that. They don't like that. They'd like
to be a bit toxic anything silence. Even though you

(01:19:57):
came out, I think she would tell my husband that
she'd see me out with other guys. It was just
so real, lives and like I was with her most
of the time. We haven't spoken to her for six
years due to her own wrongdoings. But she blames me
and says I'm forcing him to be no contact my
husband's dad and stepmom. Though beautiful relationship with oh lovely,
she's still got farno. But yeah, yeah, okay, Well, we

(01:20:19):
want to take your calls. I went one hundred times
at him, nine six nine saves. Do your parents hate
your partner? God, Wow, we're getting some messages and deep, deep,
deep drammer, Georgia, this was your parents that hated your
high school sweetheart? Yeah, so it was actually my brother. Right.

Speaker 13 (01:20:38):
We I was like with my partner in high school
for about three years and my brother's for context, she
has autism, and he's about two years younger than me.
So at the time I was here thirteen and he
was here eleven, and we like don't like we like
never really got along. So, like the crack up part
was when I was with my partner, my brother would

(01:20:59):
always like gives him the look when he came over
and like like actually kind of like give him like
a little bit of like a like a.

Speaker 12 (01:21:07):
Head button stuff.

Speaker 13 (01:21:08):
But that was the way he kind of cus you know,
they weren't there and that's fine.

Speaker 12 (01:21:15):
And so when we broke up, actually.

Speaker 13 (01:21:18):
He like made a list of things that he didn't
like about my my partner and started sharing them around his.

Speaker 12 (01:21:26):
School yet and so and so it actually reached my
ex boyfriend and he was wondering why all of these
things are being said and and I had no good
reason because half of the things weren't even true.

Speaker 13 (01:21:39):
It was just the way that my my brother had
like detected the situations, and yeah, it was so good
like and he like never stood up for me. So
it was just the most crack up situation and.

Speaker 5 (01:21:52):
He's still now.

Speaker 13 (01:21:53):
Whenever I like bring like a different like guy home
and stuff that he'll always like to the guy say
at least.

Speaker 1 (01:21:59):
You're not what Oh wow, it's still like, oh my god,
really yeah it was right.

Speaker 3 (01:22:09):
I love the beautiful honesty of autism.

Speaker 1 (01:22:11):
Might just be like this guy is a pos all
of them, the rundown, all of so good Georgia. Thank
you some messages and so many We've got replies on Instagram.
Eva said he vaped in front of grandma, which was
deemed oh yeah, absolutely unacceptable. Grandma probably would have preferred

(01:22:32):
to say yeah and analog smoke a dart like a
real man. Yeah, smart, a cigar like a real man.
Anonymous pleas and boyfriend in high school. They were convinced
he was gay, keep saying oh yeah, he might be going.
They didn't accept my partner because he was older than
my mum. Oh okay, yeah, that's never going to go

(01:22:54):
down well at family and Christmas. I my parents didn't
like my partner because he got fired for punching his
boss and refused to get into the job. So I
was supporting us both financially. Hashtag teen love Yeah yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:23:06):
I like that someone message and my mom thinks my
husband's a dick, and.

Speaker 1 (01:23:10):
That's all they say. That's all they said.

Speaker 3 (01:23:11):
Yeah, my parents hated my boyfriend. Now we've been together
for twenty eight years, or what's the parents' opinion on
Surely they've come around now.

Speaker 1 (01:23:21):
My mum was happy when I left my ex, she
casually commented, and they say and brackets as a joke.
I'm sure that if he had any problems with the
split up, we could just pop a molotov through his window. Molotov. Wow. Yeah,
my dad has secret tests in my partner's like putting
together TV cabinets. They've always failed. I just feel like,
go do that yourself and not doing your cabinet or

(01:23:42):
you failed. I guess I can find someone else.

Speaker 3 (01:23:45):
Yeah, my partner's parents hate me. No idea why after
nine years he's become a bitter man than he was.
My parents don't like him in the beginning, but they
like him now, so they just have to crunch through
that family dynamic.

Speaker 1 (01:23:58):
Well that sucks. Yeah, my parents love him now, but
they hated my partner for a while. We're best friends
growing up, and he had no job, which was automatically
in their eyes, he was a loser, nothing going on,
no hope. Yeah. Five years later went out together. He
turned his whole life around. I'm proud of him for
and they love him now. Nice.

Speaker 3 (01:24:12):
My partner's mum was feeling fest of one year wine glass,
wine glass, wine glass and told me I was quote
from the devil while I was helping decorate her Christmas
tree early on in our relationship. Fast forward thirteen years
and we're married. We just had a first baby and
she loves me now.

Speaker 1 (01:24:27):
Oh okay, so not from the devil I love.

Speaker 3 (01:24:30):
My partner told his mum he had proposed to me.
Her response, why have you got a pregnant.

Speaker 1 (01:24:35):
My husband has no felters, and my parents and siblings
hating me calls out all the toxic behavior, like if
they just you know, playing stupid mind games, he'll just
call them out on it. So wow, get stuck in
the middle of everybody. Oh, he's not wrong, he's not wrong.

Speaker 3 (01:24:47):
God, there's so many messages. My ex partner's sister hated
me for a reason I still don't know. She called
me a foul beast on Facebook.

Speaker 1 (01:24:55):
I felt, all right, William.

Speaker 3 (01:24:58):
Shakespeare, we all openly hate My sister in law's partner
of eleven years.

Speaker 1 (01:25:05):
He knows we hated me, just shrugs it off. Yeah,
you don't have to see these people a few times
a year, don't you.

Speaker 5 (01:25:12):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:25:13):
They cut contact with me when we got married against
their wishes and spread rumors about me to their family
and friends and parents or the last laughs on me
now because as as predictable as a Bollywood movie, they're
trying to wheezle the way back into our lives after
we've had a baby a few months ago. I want
to get on this and I said, no, no, no,
I'm enforcing my boundaries. You're not aloud.

Speaker 1 (01:25:34):
Sorry, take that. So much drama, so much family drama.

Speaker 3 (01:25:38):
Yeah, I know, there's so much. We've barely scratched the
surface here. My dad definitely was not best friends with
my ex. And turns out dad was good at reading people.
When I think of my ex, this song comes to mind,
The Grateful Inmate, sung to the tune of Jingle Bells
in Prisons, Bunk Beard's Hard Orange Shoes, Living and Cell.

(01:26:01):
Oh how fun it is to eat a scoop of
prison gel a.

Speaker 1 (01:26:07):
Podcast network, And he's in the studio again with us
Brand from the news Room, which is boys to have
so much time with you break too blessed to be stressed? Actually, yes, yeah,
to blessed to be stressed. I think you guys just
need to get more content.

Speaker 2 (01:26:20):
That's you.

Speaker 1 (01:26:21):
That's what we've done, right, yeah, actually what we're doing.

Speaker 3 (01:26:24):
Yeah, that's what we've done because they hate more and
more and we were like, I don't have more to give.
So we've got Chris Parker and that's Chrissy did one. Yeah,
how too deared earlier he did one.

Speaker 1 (01:26:37):
Georgia's up to so yes, we talked to her break.
You know, we're slowly, we're just prring into the bushlight. Yeah.
Brand This segment is basically all the news stories are
happening around the world that weren't enough for your main
news bulletins on our radio show. And it's a segment
we call not enough for the news news.

Speaker 4 (01:27:00):
That's right, Yeah, just for more context. These are the
stories that I just don't have time to put them
there in that way to stop yeah, stop, yeah, I
mean do you want to restart it? You would literally
said that, so I just tuned out briefly.

Speaker 1 (01:27:17):
Do you know what pet you do?

Speaker 3 (01:27:18):
You know we've been talking for four hours some other
people might have as well.

Speaker 1 (01:27:23):
It's a lot. Should we start exhaustion?

Speaker 3 (01:27:26):
Okay, So just to be clear, when does the news
on our show? Yes, and he does the big news stories,
but these are the stories there aren't included?

Speaker 1 (01:27:37):
Are you understanding that one in the news? Sorryzon out?
So what do you understand of the sigma? From what
I understand? Not enough news to the news. We get
our news reader Brennan, who usually deals with the actual
like big headline news, there's quirky news stories that aren't
quite enough to make the bulletin, but we like them,
so we get him to read the news. Am I correct?

(01:27:57):
Producers thumbs up? You understand what is confused? But that's
nothing news.

Speaker 4 (01:28:08):
Yelda, good morning. I'm Bryn Rudkin. Rock legend Robert Fripp
had a week that can truly be described as nuts.
He survived a heart attack, had heart surgery, turned eighty,
was back on stage that week, and his only complaint
is that someone shaved his balls while he was unconscious.

Speaker 7 (01:28:27):
Don't you hate it waking up?

Speaker 1 (01:28:31):
If you had a love to wake up to shave balls,
it's shaving your balls. It depends on how well it's hard.
It's trot I'd love it they go dry with those disposables.
He's going to get rashy. He's going to get rashy.

Speaker 4 (01:28:49):
Apparently, there was no explanation, no apology, just a smooth
scrotal surprise. When doctors said the surgery went like a breeze,
he said, I know, I can feel it. He wanted
to be saved, not shaved with it. With no explanation

(01:29:09):
at the ready, the hospital could only write it off
as a complete balls up.

Speaker 1 (01:29:14):
Sounds to me like someone is getting sacked. Yes, that's good,
good stuff.

Speaker 4 (01:29:21):
Bran two chocolate news and eleven thousand pounds of Kitcat
bars are currently all over a Mississippi motorway after the
truck carrying them snapped in half, which, to be fair,
is very fitting. Cleanup cruiser on the scene using only
their mouths to hoover up the spilt goods.

Speaker 1 (01:29:38):
And there is a lot a chocolate lot. That's good,
a chock a lot.

Speaker 4 (01:29:47):
Authorities who are still wondering cocow this happened are pleading
with the public to please give them a break.

Speaker 1 (01:29:56):
Have a Kitcat please. Here's thousands staying on the roads.

Speaker 4 (01:30:01):
A Wisconsin driver saw a road clothes sign thought that's
not for me, physically removed the barrier and drove directly
into wet concrete. Oh, the truck is still there, cementing
the fact that he is an idiot. He's been taught
a very hard lesson. He saw the sign, it didn't
open up his mind. Now he is very much not happy.

(01:30:24):
The driver has no concrete plans about how he's getting
to work tomorrow. And finally, Nebraska police were called to
are these all out of the US?

Speaker 11 (01:30:35):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (01:30:35):
That explains a lot too.

Speaker 4 (01:30:38):
And finally, Nebraska police were called to a shooting after
a human woman left a loaded shotgun in the back seat,
popped into the shop, and her dog fired it off,
hitting a woman in the arm, which for a convenience
store run is very inconvenient. The woman is alive, but
feeling pretty rough.

Speaker 1 (01:30:59):
The dog.

Speaker 4 (01:31:01):
The dog hasn't commented, but has had his formal title
of good boy officially revoked. Charges are still pending, but
possible offenses include first degree recklessness and failure to sit,
stay and not shoot anyone.

Speaker 1 (01:31:19):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:31:20):
One of the first things you teach dog absolutely is
that it Yeah, that's it cool.

Speaker 1 (01:31:25):
Well done to whoever wrote this.

Speaker 4 (01:31:26):
I got the email from Vaughan, but apparently he didn't
actually wrote it and said give.

Speaker 1 (01:31:30):
It and I got it and it was that good.
I was. It doesn't anything. I just lost I lost
sight of the comedy. So I took her name off.
I'll send it to me, said now I want the credit. Yeah,
I can see why you tour, you know, thank you around. Yeah, shivers, guys,
ten out of ten podcasts, that one. Yeah, I think

(01:31:50):
two of us were ten out of ten and one
of us wasn't or who was that which one? We'll
just leave that. We'll just leave that there. Well, if
you enjoy today's podcast, give us a rating and review.
Please do it. And this is a bad one.
