Speaker 1 (00:00):
From the Zidim podcast network. This is from Flesh and
Haley's Big Pond.

Speaker 2 (00:05):
Thanks to animes making Happy Happened for pets.

Speaker 3 (00:08):
Welcome to the show, Fledgawn and Hailey Happy Thursday Thursday.

Speaker 4 (00:12):
I'm in a great mood because I think I've found
the show's next silly purchase.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
We've got a.

Speaker 4 (00:17):
Little corner with her and the German leading the way,
Lady Die and some of the weird demonic animals. A
taxidermy stillborn lion cup. So it never looked Okay, You've
got to stop this. You sent it to me, No,
someone sent it to me again. I'm not Hailey's personal
assistant just because she doesn't check all her dms and

(00:38):
he's not getting a cut I do.

Speaker 3 (00:40):
Okay, Well, I'll say to the listeners, please stop sending
Haley taxidermy. She can't afford to buy it. She's doing
a renovation is and you're just tending her.

Speaker 2 (00:50):
Gosh talking.

Speaker 4 (00:52):
I also, there was a full full taxidermy donkey.

Speaker 2 (00:57):
You want to tell me a Jerusalem donkey, Iceland donkey donkey,
fully full size. You could hire that out at Christmas
to some churches.

Speaker 4 (01:05):
And it's just like you're telling me that I'm not
supposed to at least inquire as to whether or not
I could wiggle that into the budget.

Speaker 2 (01:10):
Top six coming up on the show, and it's election season,
so we're getting all these promises.

Speaker 3 (01:15):
Yeah, twenty dollars a week maximum for public transport from
the Labor Party.

Speaker 2 (01:19):
And ten in the regions. Yeah so twenty in Auckland, Oh,
twenty a week, like you would spend twenty where max
is out at twenty a week. But you mean they
were going to give you twenty bus.

Speaker 3 (01:29):
All the trains and buses and max is out at
twenty a week, which is, you know, cool. And then
they were like ten dollars in the regions, and the
regions are like, what's public transport?

Speaker 2 (01:37):
Is that where we all jump on the back of
the ute? Yes, at King's truck.

Speaker 3 (01:40):
Yeah, Kevin doesn't charge us anything. He's just a good bastard. Well,
I'm at the top six. Other election promises we might
as well be making. Next on the show, I have
a story that will tackle both of you.

Speaker 1 (01:49):
Plays it in and Hailey.

Speaker 3 (01:53):
Now I have something that will tackle both of you.
Comes up Hailey and the Fashion Department and Vaughner and
the dinosaurmen.

Speaker 2 (02:00):
Yeah, because there is a collaboration between the organoid company
Lab Grown Leather Limited and a creative agency that have
developed in the UK the world's first t rex leather handbag.
Discuss So t rex.

Speaker 3 (02:18):
Leather, have they they've taken DNA from years from a
t rex and somehow.

Speaker 2 (02:24):
Replated and reptile color. Yeah, work on that, Work on that,
yeahs and work the DNA into the skin of the dinosaur. Yes.
So it's built on previous research that involved extracting a
fragment of collagen from a t rex fossil which was
found in nineteen eighty eight and Montana, Montana in the US.

Speaker 4 (02:49):
When was the last time we found new dinosaur bones?

Speaker 3 (02:51):
That's still happening on the apparently that was one of
the most complete specimens that was said to contain preserved
blood proteins. Ship it was really it must have been
in the fresh freshet, yeah, or a nice maybe it
just would have been like the perfect situation of a
t rex falling into a boggy getting covered with something

(03:13):
and it just sealed it all up. It would have
been a microscopic as well.

Speaker 4 (03:17):
So more importantly, so t rex fantastic more importantly what
shape hamburg A. We're going, we're going a toe, are
we're going a setchel? Or we're going that's lovely. That's
just a lovely clat.

Speaker 2 (03:29):
It's a lovely case color.

Speaker 3 (03:31):
That or is that what they predict the teal?

Speaker 2 (03:34):
Would you call that a teal?

Speaker 3 (03:35):
You look at dark it's a really really like that color.
It's like really it's on like a deep blue veins.
Three vases that I've actually got somebody and heard them
from my nan. Every house had them in the eighties.
There were a collection of three vases and they're kind
of like a weird turquoise teal.

Speaker 2 (03:51):
Dark blue at the bottom. Yeah, yeah, blackly color.

Speaker 3 (03:54):
Well, I tell you what, if you want one, it's
only going to sit you back between tell three hundred
to five hundred thousand pounds.

Speaker 2 (04:03):
So then do you know what? So nearly a million
a funnel too. I just looked this up.

Speaker 4 (04:09):
Their Deadly Ponies has a Mister d Rex that obviously
maybe they've been inspired by because that color is very similar.

Speaker 2 (04:19):
That is that's cow that's nice. I could see you
with that.

Speaker 4 (04:24):
I can actually see me. That's a small clutch, more
of a clutch base. Yeah, whatever, you buy as long
as it's big enough to hold your ship.

Speaker 2 (04:34):
I don't want to. Well, whereas we wanted to put
out battery.

Speaker 4 (04:40):
One of those drug dealer man bags that straps across
your chest.

Speaker 2 (04:42):
You won't believe it gives you.

Speaker 1 (04:46):
The podcast network.

Speaker 4 (04:47):
Now Moura Higgins, who I don't know, but Girlies producer
Girl is Love Island Shandog. You know Moura Higgins. She
was an original bombshell.

Speaker 5 (04:56):
She was one of the best, and she also won
didn't win, but right to the end of the last
scening of Traders.

Speaker 4 (05:02):
New Shennon would just know that I didn't know about
reality TV, so Love Island fame and she was a bombshelled,
super hot gowl and all that kind of stuff. She
shared on her social media. Recently, she's gone viral for
saying that she's been electively celibate for eighteen months year
and a half.

Speaker 2 (05:19):
No, Shagan, right, It's not like she couldn't if she
wanted to, she could get it. What was her name?
Now that just the name? You are a Why did
I give it the tech? Well, you just said she
could if she wanted to. Well, I'm assuming she was
on Love Island.

Speaker 4 (05:37):
You know you are a Higgins that Marty and me
wants to say moda let's call it moda moda Higgins.
She said, I feel great, I'm like a new woman.
She went boy sober, which is a term I absolutely love.
She's boy sider, she's she's like.

Speaker 2 (05:53):
Your boy sober. You've never a change in the last one.
I'm boyd tipsy. He's a little bit boyd tipsy. I'm
boyed one after work.

Speaker 4 (06:07):
Now have you looked at Morre Higgins?

Speaker 2 (06:09):
Yeah, I can't imagine. She's worn type. She's a bit
like Yeah, she's on watch nothing against.

Speaker 3 (06:19):
I find the sort of your your ginger hair, fair skinned,
green eyed irishthing, fiddle me up right behind the ethnically
ambiguous to be totally yeah for sure.

Speaker 2 (06:35):
Okay.

Speaker 4 (06:35):
So this has sparked debate online about boy sobriety, women
in particular choosing voluntary celibacy, and now it's reported around
one in six women now identify as voluntarily celibate, just
going I'm actually taking a break from sex. I'm taking
a break from boys dating all of it. I don't
want to do it. That's one in six versus one

(06:57):
in ten men. So like homosexual men, You're all good,
keep going hitter are sexuals, You're gonna need to start
banging each other because those numbers don't match up.

Speaker 2 (07:10):
Yeah, no, they don't. You know what I mean.

Speaker 4 (07:12):
There's gonna be a lot more men wanting to get
at it here. He are sexual men.

Speaker 3 (07:18):
Because I reckon the one and six celibate woman, in
voluntary celibate will be equaled out with the in cells.

Speaker 4 (07:25):
Yeah, I suppose so. Yeah, the people just not able
to natur will balance.

Speaker 3 (07:29):
So.

Speaker 4 (07:30):
Chloe Kardashian is another great example. Four years of celibacy
post Trustan Thompson being a dirt bag and cheating on
her four years.

Speaker 2 (07:38):
She is worth my time.

Speaker 4 (07:41):
Julia Fox two and a half years encountering She said,
I just can't find anyone I want to.

Speaker 2 (07:47):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (07:49):
People are saying the appeal is great, less emotional labor,
more time for personal growth, self discovery, not pouring into relationship,
into energies that you don't feel you get back.

Speaker 2 (07:58):
And a satisfying pro too. And it's and it's it's quiet,
you know. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (08:06):
It doesn't leave a lot of stuff around, although you.

Speaker 2 (08:09):
Do get pulled up at the airport security quite a bit,
don't you all?

Speaker 4 (08:12):
The time, and I'm like, surely by now, this thing's
been around for like over a decades, know you immediately
recognize it.

Speaker 2 (08:18):
You'd have one hundred of them coming. You would sink
a sick security that would have it in their x
ray Jata base to avoid it. Yeah, do a patch
update and just be like, oh yes, spl through and
the machinerm should be like, girl, go get it.

Speaker 6 (08:33):
Plays it ends Fletch One and Hailey.

Speaker 2 (08:37):
From the Fletchvorn and Haley group chat.

Speaker 1 (08:40):
This is the top six.

Speaker 3 (08:43):
Good Morning, Top six election promises I want to see
ahead of the election. I guess Labor's got the first
headline grabbing one about public transport being max at twenty
bucks a week because in the in the big cities,
in the smaller regions, ten dollars max a week. Yeah,
because now, well, Auckland's already maxed at fifty bucks. So

(09:03):
once you get to fifty dollars, that's on Auckland transfers
on eighty.

Speaker 2 (09:06):
Yeah for twenty fifties a lot. Yeah, it is twenty
would help.

Speaker 3 (09:11):
It would be amazing, especially when we get them trains going.

Speaker 2 (09:15):
I might just train the railroad.

Speaker 4 (09:18):
Papers may not hone the public transport. Every time I'm
on public transport with you, I'm like, ain't this great?

Speaker 2 (09:23):
Yeah, it's just our way.

Speaker 3 (09:25):
We have fun though, you guys, let me start work
at six thirty. I reckon I could public transport.

Speaker 2 (09:30):
No, sure, No, I'm going to take Mondays off. You
want to one day off a week as well? Yeah,
I'm going to do that. We'll stag at them.

Speaker 4 (09:39):
I'll just do Tuesdays to Fridays and the occasional furs
take office.

Speaker 3 (09:43):
Well, we're no doubt we're going to be inundated with
election promises because the election is sometimes here they are.
So here's the top sex election promises. I want number
six on the subsidized cheese, and that's all cheese, all cheese,
blue grated, just the housepted.

Speaker 2 (09:58):
No, the prepackaged grad Yeah no, not graded like from
the BEG. It's got their coating.

Speaker 3 (10:02):
It's got the coating, the grated because we want to
encourage New Zealanders to grate their own cheese.

Speaker 4 (10:07):
Okay, even New Zealander needs to feel the slice of
a knuckle.

Speaker 2 (10:11):
Yeah you know what I mean, hit that knuckle.

Speaker 4 (10:14):
That now you know you've you've got enough cheese.

Speaker 2 (10:17):
I've been buying that the cheapest blocks of cheese. Cheese, cheese.
It's great, it's great yesterday. Okay, yeah, but it doesn't
say what kind of cheese it is. It's just cheese, cheese.
That's good. Ches, it's just cheese because it's great. That melts.
It's all good.

Speaker 3 (10:33):
Yesterday I transported some out of the fridge for a
little while.

Speaker 2 (10:37):
Yeah, went very rubbery. Yeah she goes shiny. She got shiny,
rubbery Sweetea, a glaze on it.

Speaker 3 (10:45):
I just couldn't get over the sponginess of the cheese. Yeah,
I'm buying the cheapest cheese. I'm not going to be
to Number five on the last of the top sex
election promises. I'm want to see are hovercraft lines for
your homocraft while all of this in a have acraft
leisering vehicles are getting all the attention.

Speaker 2 (11:02):
Are there hovocraft? Yes, you're there some Yeah, by the
airport has some in case need them.

Speaker 3 (11:08):
Get a special lane to the water, take the water
the rest of the way. Park it great idea planes
Number four on the list of the top six election promises.
I want to see taxpayer trophies. I say we gamified
tax paying when you paid fifty thousand dollars total tax.
Over however many years you get a trophy. Oh yeah,
hundred thousand more, bigger trophy. Love that half a.

Speaker 4 (11:30):
Million you're getting like ice Berg plut Maybe some of
these huge corporations might be interested in paying some local tax. Yeah,
the churches technically, well those, but I was more meaning
your facebooks.

Speaker 2 (11:43):
Yeah, oh yeah, and stuff like that. A trophy.

Speaker 3 (11:48):
Yeah, number three on the list of the top six
election promises. I want to see. I want to see
a political part of getting behind fast tracking that Moer reincarnation.

Speaker 2 (11:57):
Yeah, we've got the DNA you know that that just
talked about the t rex bags. It's been made.

Speaker 3 (12:03):
Yeah, what's the name of the Colossus? Is that the
name of the company that's going around. Can get some
mo ugs or slippers. But they were huge as well.
They were like Annihilator.

Speaker 2 (12:16):
Yeah. I just feel like we're not we're not living
enough risk. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (12:22):
Over our it's got beers, snakes and stuff. I don't
mind if ours is a three meter tall giant bird.

Speaker 2 (12:27):
Aggressive giant bird. Carry around your more sticks.

Speaker 3 (12:30):
Get those drum sticks out of the cave window.

Speaker 2 (12:34):
They wouldn't fit in your car. MFC will open Cave
m Kentucky Fried moa, yeah, yeah, I think a few
people have something to say about that. Drum Sticks and
Disneyland massive. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (12:53):
Number two in the list of the top six election
promises I want to see. I want to see some
five oh one deportations of possums back to Australia. If
we can get back a gang member who left here
at two weeks old, we'll take it.

Speaker 2 (13:04):
I reckon. We see the possums back and they love
possums over there. They do is they're not pissed. I
was like, get it, gone, get a gun on that thing.
They're like what.

Speaker 4 (13:15):
Ah.

Speaker 3 (13:16):
And number one in the less of the top six
election promises, I really want to see. New Zealand is
the third team in a state of origin?

Speaker 2 (13:23):
What's that?

Speaker 3 (13:24):
New Zealand and the third team is the state of
origin in Australia's got the state of origin the legue.
We're the third team, so we get in on some
state of origin.

Speaker 6 (13:33):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (13:36):
I'm more sort of like treats. You want streets, excuse me,
this treat is for you.

Speaker 3 (13:40):
It's another chance to see very heavy and the fine
men wearing tiny little shorts on a Wednesday night and what.

Speaker 4 (13:46):
I've come to learn is that they're all too young.
Having seen rugby teams and lounges and whatnot. I'm like,
oh man, we're the old boys.

Speaker 2 (13:55):
Break well, you don't want to go and watch some golden, olden,
golden oldies rugby down the Golden Oldies tournament. There they
are that Today self.

Speaker 6 (14:09):
Sex, the z M Podcast Network play z m's Flesh
Worn and Haley.

Speaker 4 (14:17):
There's a study out of the United States. I got
real tears out of that one. By the way, that
was really good. Okay, we'll bring you in. We were
just talking about if you this was off here, this
was anyone. We weren't going to discuss this on here.

Speaker 3 (14:30):
Do you think a trait you find attractive in another
person is reflective of your own insecurity?

Speaker 2 (14:36):
Yeah? Well, people always want what they don't have, right,
That's the human condition, right.

Speaker 4 (14:42):
I always remember like being because we're talking about here,
but being a kid. My best friend had curly hair,
really thick, unmanageable curly here, and I had this like
pins straight here, and she's give anything.

Speaker 2 (14:52):
I'd be like, I want curly.

Speaker 4 (14:53):
You know you knew this switch is the freaking I
want to be short I'd love to be a bit shortened.

Speaker 2 (14:57):
Everyone who's shorts like, no, I'd love to be taller.

Speaker 3 (14:59):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (15:00):
We were just saying, like, do you think that you
don't have to even be that hot?

Speaker 4 (15:03):
But if your dark skinned, light eyes, everything else was
average ass, it'd be hot.

Speaker 2 (15:07):
And we were like yes, and I said.

Speaker 4 (15:09):
I think women, no matter what else is going on,
if they've got heaps of head here, they're hot.

Speaker 2 (15:15):
And then that we talked about, is that an insecurity
of yours?

Speaker 4 (15:17):
Because if you're on here and then I did a
fake cry and I got real tears out and here
we are, that's hot hot discussion.

Speaker 3 (15:24):
Behind the scenes, we get a many for here, Genuine
friends having genuine discussions.

Speaker 4 (15:28):
Yeah, genuine discuss Like do you think anyone with dark
skin and light eyes is hot?

Speaker 2 (15:32):
Regardless of a five point.

Speaker 3 (15:35):
They don't even need to have, you know, traditionally be
traditionally attractive. But if they've got dark skin and green
green eyes specifically, that might be a seven point bump.

Speaker 2 (15:43):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, light eyes is a five
point bump. Green eyes, spark.

Speaker 3 (15:47):
Sparkly emerald, the emeraldsah in the eyes there, that's a
seven point bump.

Speaker 4 (15:53):
That's beautiful. Hey nine six, nine six, what's your seven
point bump? Yeah, sure, you keep an eye on that.

Speaker 2 (16:04):
On that.

Speaker 4 (16:05):
So smartphones are being are to blame too, new have
some words.

Speaker 2 (16:10):
I'm thinking about Duckskin, She's flustered.

Speaker 4 (16:14):
Two new US studies are blaming smartphones as a distinct
and yet largely ignored driver of plummeting global birth rates.

Speaker 3 (16:24):
So we know this.

Speaker 4 (16:25):
We know that Japan's having problems. New Zealand's terrible with out.

Speaker 3 (16:29):
We're only just above Japan, by the way, whenever its
Japan is like the terror.

Speaker 2 (16:34):
Yeah, we're not of an aging population. We're literally just
behind it. None of us are retiring at sixty five
and getting government payouts like that's not going to happen. No,
and we're not having kids like we're feeding the machine. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (16:46):
They're saying, yeah, that smartphones are linked to it.

Speaker 2 (16:50):
When they say smartphones, do they mean it's interfering the
signals or the No, No, it's just that we're on them. Yeah. Yeah,
so iPhone ex's banging out of borderm anymore.

Speaker 3 (17:00):
Yeah, you know, it was always those people banging out
of boredom that were plying fast and.

Speaker 2 (17:03):
Loose with ye.

Speaker 4 (17:08):
So they say iPhone access is estimated to have driven
as much as half of the entire US birth rate
decline between twenty seven and twenty eleven a separate university
and LAS one hundred and twenty eight countries of different
healthcare systems, religions, and economies, which all contributes as well.
People aren't having kids because it's expensive. They found the
same dip in birth rates since the introduction of the iPhone,

(17:31):
and they do they believe it's because phones replace in
person socializing. So we're meeting each other less, we're bang
we're banging less, We're getting out there less and having
less sort of casual liaisons excedent.

Speaker 2 (17:43):
The iPhone study was interesting because it was when it
kind of first became big and it was only available
on AT and T in America, So they worked out
where those people were that had the phone really and
then that's how they kind of came to this conclusion
that people became less social. Yeah, and the other there
are the two reasons.

Speaker 4 (18:00):
They said that, because you've got something fun to do
at home, Yeah, just be on your phone. And the
other is the easy access to porn a.

Speaker 2 (18:08):
Wag and a scroll.

Speaker 3 (18:12):
Like strolling on my phone. Not like a cinnamon stroll.
Have some decorum. It's a cinnamon scroll.

Speaker 2 (18:19):
I a doom scroll.

Speaker 3 (18:21):
Thank you.

Speaker 4 (18:24):
So it is literally like, if we're on these things more,
we're meeting people less. Therefore, having left it less six,
therefore there's less. I was gonna say, risk chance of pregnancy.

Speaker 2 (18:34):
Well there, I'm gonna have to go back to a
Nokia thirty three ten.

Speaker 3 (18:37):
Yeah, like you're struggling, you go back thirty three ten.
You're actually turning and cutting it off. You will find
a way, life finds away. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (18:49):
A couple of seven point bumps reported seven point bumps.
If there are a good dad, yeah, like good dad's hot,
a five point bump.

Speaker 3 (18:58):
If they've got a talent, like if they like supper
you with, like painting or music, Yes, our talent is
a five point bump.

Speaker 2 (19:04):
Oh my god, Well maybe we're just None of those
were physical.

Speaker 4 (19:10):
Do you want to shuffle shuffle the sheet?

Speaker 2 (19:13):
But I see I want to shuffle the sheet.

Speaker 4 (19:16):
Talk about what I think we could move the seven
o'clock to the eight o'clock, move the eight o'clock to tomorrow, yeah,
or the eight o'clock to the nine, the nine to
tomorrow Cohen.

Speaker 2 (19:25):
I hope you're taking notes here.

Speaker 3 (19:26):
We're we're mine where it is an eight can be tomorrow? Okay,
a little behind the scenes peak of how this is
made behind the show.

Speaker 2 (19:34):
What's the point? What were you?

Speaker 3 (19:35):
What's your point bump? Your five point bump, your five
point bump. Maybe it's a three point bump. We're gonna
be talking about. But what bumps people up on the
at a ten scale?

Speaker 6 (19:44):
The ZM podcast network. What's going on z ms fledged
Vaughn and Hayley.

Speaker 2 (19:51):
This this topic we're about to delve into. We're about
to put a foot into the pool of what.

Speaker 3 (19:55):
Of somebody some extra hot points because we're not just
talking about physical attributes, but it could be it could
be physical attributes, But we want to know what is
what bumps somebody up a couple of points?

Speaker 4 (20:06):
You know, they might not be got to be funny
like some people like if you don't have the face,
people get funny real quick.

Speaker 2 (20:13):
You know what I mean? If you've just joined us,
If you've just joined us, as started because we were
having an off your.

Speaker 4 (20:20):
Chat, that if like, no matter what other qualities or
of your body or anything, if you've got dark skin
and light eyes.

Speaker 2 (20:28):
That's five extra points. That's five extra points. Boom up.
You go from a two to a seven. You're a two.
You can climb up by those two physical Yeah.

Speaker 4 (20:36):
And then mine was if you're a girl and you
just have heaps of hair on your head, that for
me is at least.

Speaker 2 (20:42):
A three b Yeah. You just like you know, those
girls are just like, oh, got so much here, just

Speaker 4 (20:50):
I've got thin here and it's thin now and half
of it's fake, you know, So it's thin and fake.

Speaker 2 (20:56):
It's a it's like I shouldn't be if you've just
joined us. We covered before.

Speaker 3 (20:59):
Somebody's a couple of messages and having a talent is
a five point bump, said Brandon. If you're surprised, you're like,
oh my god, who painted this?

Speaker 2 (21:08):
I did that? Yeah, and you're like, yeah, that's talent.

Speaker 4 (21:11):
Should we go like play around the golf and they
just smack it and you're like, oh, I've played my
whole life.

Speaker 3 (21:16):
Somebody actually messaged and someone being passionate about something, there's
a couple of points like someone having a passion that
they can sit down and explain something to you with
a passion.

Speaker 2 (21:26):
Even if I don't like it. Yeah, I don't care.

Speaker 3 (21:28):
I would talk about hyperfixation sort of a little miladious,
little tizzy rabbit hole.

Speaker 2 (21:32):
I know we're not passion really get into someone. This
is exactly what we want to ask and know this morning.
Ill eight hundred of DALs it in join the convo
text us nine six nine six.

Speaker 4 (21:46):
What immediately gives you more hot points?

Speaker 2 (21:49):
I think about like guns. I was like, maybe not,
maybe we're not yucking anyone's young today, gin, what gives
somebody a points bump?

Speaker 5 (21:58):
Hey?

Speaker 7 (22:00):
Stuff this time call a long time right.

Speaker 2 (22:03):
Behind the candle.

Speaker 3 (22:04):
He's got bell blindness that was literally heading right behind
the cand There you go, welcome to the medical condition
Bell's blindness right behind the balls. Yeah, welcome, Malcolm. Well,
what gives somebody a book?

Speaker 1 (22:18):
Thank you?

Speaker 7 (22:20):
I think a guy that's got a best friend.

Speaker 3 (22:22):
As a dog, having always going on adventures and stuff, Yeah.

Speaker 7 (22:29):
Wants to pay more attention to.

Speaker 3 (22:30):
The dog like that.

Speaker 8 (22:33):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (22:33):
I thought a few guys on Instagram who were like
adventures like outdoorsmen and they've always got a dog and
you're a.

Speaker 2 (22:41):
Going to swan drain there, and he's never going to
love you as much as a dog. Jin, she likes
you like that dog about together? Yeah, what about a
guy that has a can't best friend? You can't take cats?

(23:01):
And all right, Jin, thank you.

Speaker 3 (23:07):
Some messages in somebody said I like when they're smart
like that, if they actually use their brain. Yeah, they
can see them. Yeah, and problem solving when they like
to solve problems. Some of these are such a low bar.
It just makes me one when they can think.

Speaker 4 (23:21):
No, I do love it when a guy's like I
was listening to this podcast the other day about that,
and then they start, you know, they've been learning.

Speaker 2 (23:28):
Yeah, none of than.

Speaker 3 (23:28):
I was listening to this podcast the other day. Andrew
Tate's got some great points on it. Stop stop, I'll
stop you there. Low bar here from Mourns bulls Up
very own Mario, who said, when they've got their own teeth,
that's got to be a couple.

Speaker 2 (23:41):
There aren't accents in here.

Speaker 4 (23:43):
Oh okay, yeah, someone said English accent, Like, what the
hell am I going to do with that?

Speaker 2 (23:48):
I mean, the here we accent does go well overseas.

Speaker 4 (23:50):
I don't know why and how, but it does it
was like, oh my god, and then you start like
tuning it up.

Speaker 2 (23:58):
Year oh year you so god deal, come here comes
his lip. It's always so jarring when you land back
in New zeal Does you sound like this men who
can sing? That's got to be three points having her
own teeth?

Speaker 3 (24:18):
Yeah, yeah, somebody saying when they're open and honest, very rare. Yeah,
when they lift you up for the first time and
they're just like and you're just like, oh.

Speaker 2 (24:28):
My god, I'm not on the ground anymore. When they
pick you up like you're a piece of paper as
well in your lamp. I'm a girl. I'm a girl.
I can ride a dirt dirt bike. Is that a
couple of points for anybody? I reckon guys that when
the comes off and if you sugar hit, it'll be
like or girls on skateboards. Yeah, yeah, yeah, when they

(24:53):
look after the nail beds, oh.

Speaker 3 (24:55):
Yes, a manicured man yeah, or doesn't even manicured though,
does it?

Speaker 2 (25:00):
Yeah, you've got hands, Well, we don't do it.

Speaker 3 (25:06):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (25:07):
We just we sit here every morning, pushing buttons.

Speaker 4 (25:11):
Tattoos and painful places like the neck. Okay, you've suffered
through there.

Speaker 3 (25:18):
When you get closer to them, you can smell them,
and they smell good. That's a couple of points.

Speaker 4 (25:23):
But it's not like smelling good, like not heavily perfume,
not too heavily perfumed, a raid o seeds like smell nice.

Speaker 2 (25:31):
Man in there. I check with the lisps is Paul.

Speaker 3 (25:35):
Out there this morning, and you looking to meet someone
before how much? Yeah, so maybe just a little less
mean with crinkly eyes when they smile and they get
Jamie said, that man who smiles and smiles with his

(25:56):
eyes and gets a little crinkle in the corner of
his eyes, it's five points. Manly hands and arms with
juicy veins ten points. I got told of the blood
service this week. I had a juicy vein. That's right,
because you went for your bloody important meeting. Yeah, okay,
meaning she said that's a nice juicy vein. I said,
you stop them.

Speaker 2 (26:10):
Someone said a blue shirt, just a blue shirts, Well,
fletchers are in a blue shirt.

Speaker 3 (26:18):
Yeah, three points for me in common sense would be nice.
That's a five point again low bar for some of these. Yeah,
when your family is easy to get along with, that's
a couple of point bump because you know you're gonna
have to deal with them. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (26:30):
Now someone messaged in saying, whereas if they're a big
booty latina with tan skin and light eyes, now that's
not that's just obviously we're just talking about everything else
doesn't have to be excellent.

Speaker 2 (26:43):
If you're what did that describe them, big big.

Speaker 4 (26:46):
Booty latina with tan skin and light eye.

Speaker 3 (26:49):
And if she's a goth, I mean, that's what you've
got there, betty mummy from what that's just I don't
know what more to say.

Speaker 2 (26:57):
I don't think you could eiven travelth America, not in goths.
He'll have a seizure there and a blood will start
coming out the corner of my Like, you're right, I
was just like I was, I don't have it.

Speaker 4 (27:11):
Someone said, in uniform, any any uniform, Like I'm like
that when I see trades at a bakery.

Speaker 2 (27:18):
What about a warehouse stationary uniform? Man can't give me
a job, you know? Yeah?

Speaker 3 (27:24):
Ye, I find a bitch lip and a slightly lazy
eye quite attractive.

Speaker 2 (27:28):
What is a bitch lip? Just like slighting, like a
bit of a bitchy.

Speaker 3 (27:34):
I know you could do a lazy eye. Yeah, for
the rest of the show just a bit love and
a lazy eye. You've gone too far.

Speaker 2 (27:47):
Your acting degree. He has paid dividend. Let's care that's hot? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (27:52):
Does that end? Podcast networks?

Speaker 6 (27:54):
Real plays that ends flesh one and halot.

Speaker 1 (28:02):
And it is so silly, silly, silly that Si.

Speaker 9 (28:07):
Si Si, Today's silly little pole.

Speaker 3 (28:17):
Will you use the new Instagram grid reorder feature? Let
me read what it says here, reorder content on your grid.
You can now choose the order your content appears on
your grid. You can be able to pin two or
three to the top.

Speaker 2 (28:27):
For a while. Eh yeah, three pinned? Yeah yeah, I'm
assuming you'll still be able to or no, you won't.
It won't be redundant.

Speaker 3 (28:35):
Maybe you can pin and reel, but you can grab
like your hottest pers You're like two thirty on the
grid and I've got all this. You can drag that
back up to the top so they can see you
at your hottest Well.

Speaker 4 (28:44):
Still, it says that it's not going to affect the
original publication date of your content, so it's still going
to say twenty twenty one.

Speaker 2 (28:50):
Yeah right, So if you can arrange by data or
arrange by preference, it.

Speaker 3 (28:54):
Just means if you are checking out someone's hot photos,
you need to just do a date check because they
could be using their skinny hot from twenty twenty one.

Speaker 4 (29:01):
So they're saying it's because I was like they were saying, oh,
you could put your best performing video at the top.

Speaker 2 (29:05):
You can already do that with a pin.

Speaker 4 (29:07):
But they're saying you could rage arrange things to build
a stronger visual first impression for new followers.

Speaker 2 (29:12):
So you come on, you know, because sometimes your feek
it's a bit scattery.

Speaker 3 (29:15):
Yeah, because you know what you are. I've never had
a curated grid. I'm just like, no, neither I said it.

Speaker 2 (29:20):
Oh I'm gonna do it, or those leaves are put
up flows every month.

Speaker 4 (29:23):
I just I keep forgetting. I can't be I've got
a bit of a social media update. I had a
big twenty four hours, but a social media update coming
up soon.

Speaker 2 (29:29):
More on that soon. On the show that So, we
asked if you're going to be using this to reorder
the grid.

Speaker 3 (29:35):
Thirteen percent of people say years, but eighty seven percent
of people said no.

Speaker 2 (29:39):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (29:40):
Ah, I think a lot of people will. I think
once they know what it is. Yeah, anonymous please, It'll
be chronological all the way.

Speaker 5 (29:47):
For me.

Speaker 3 (29:48):
Also about to do that big archive that you do
after eating a ten year relationship.

Speaker 2 (29:53):
Yes, I didn't really post my ex relationship, so.

Speaker 8 (29:57):
So do you.

Speaker 3 (29:58):
I don't know how that works, and I'm not going
to because it's just like as part of my life,
right nothing to know that it happened.

Speaker 2 (30:03):
It did, But what do you do? Can you do it?
So you archive it so your followers can't see it,
but it's still there. I guess if you wanted to
keep it?

Speaker 4 (30:11):
Okay to hear about the indur your relationship, Yeah, messenger
saying to the messenger, we know the next what happened.

Speaker 2 (30:21):
Face anyone will walk away from there.

Speaker 3 (30:25):
Alicia said, I didn't really imagine all the social media
ship as it is, so how much it was a
reorder the gridd into it.

Speaker 2 (30:30):
That's the thing. If you've got like a couple of hundred.

Speaker 3 (30:32):
Price, you get a few one and you're just like,
now I'm bored, go on to reel and scroll somebody
else's content for a few hours. My grit is my
grid and that's the goddamn order. Okay, so I can
buy my exit at the bottom where he belongs, says Megan.

Speaker 2 (30:47):
He's attached to the other pictures that I don't want
to delete.

Speaker 3 (30:49):
Unfortunately, Yeah, can't you go through now and edit post
and like, if it's a carousel, delete a few of them.

Speaker 2 (30:55):
I don't know. I think that's been a fast a
little while. I'll go to a recent carousel.

Speaker 3 (31:01):
So I am far too old a millennial to even
know what this means. And girl, I'm tired, says Danielle.

Speaker 2 (31:08):
You can delete them, can go into an old carousel. Okay.
So if you have a carousel of a holiday and
you want to get rid of a couple of photos
of your ex, easily done, you can do that. Good.

Speaker 3 (31:15):
That's way too much admind, says Nikki. It can stay
as it is. Natalie said, I give zero shits what
my grid looks like. That's the attitude I recently. I
realized recently I didn't upload pecks from a solo trip.
I did, and I wanted to post it soon, but
hated the idea of it being way out of order
of my grid. So heck, yeah, I'll post it now
and then put it into chronological order.

Speaker 2 (31:34):
So okay, yeah, that's good. That's the thing.

Speaker 3 (31:36):
I'm going to do a posthumous trip upload and then
put it back into my chronological order. I want to
give it a notice or kids apart from you. But
they said go the gram looking up for us OCD Quinns.

Speaker 2 (31:47):
That explained a lot. Yeah, my Instagram is my personal
photo album. It's there for me to remember.

Speaker 3 (31:51):
If it wasn't chronological, I'd be very confused about how
old I am and what I've been doing.

Speaker 2 (31:55):
Since you love that. That's the way I treat Instagram
like a photo like a photo album me. Yeah, yeah, exactly.

Speaker 4 (32:01):
And also for followers and like sort of like likes
and laughs and stuff.

Speaker 2 (32:05):
And for validation. Yeah, okay, from strangers.

Speaker 4 (32:08):
From strangershose opinion matters too.

Speaker 2 (32:11):
Much to me? Like me, like me, me, love it.
Push the button that says love. Don't be mean to me.

Speaker 3 (32:18):
So you use the new Instagram grid reorder feature. Only
thirteen percent of you are going to.

Speaker 6 (32:25):
Then podcast network play z ins flesh Onorn and Haley.

Speaker 2 (32:31):
Used to that My cat's been a prec recently.

Speaker 4 (32:33):
We've talked about this has been coloring things like howling
for food. Then I went away and my neighbor feed
him and over feed them. I mean, I grateful for
the service, but.

Speaker 2 (32:43):
Maybe your cat and my cat have had some kind
of freaky Friday transition because my cat has been so
well behaved, but you've been Yeah, haven't you been dosing
them up on that relaxant from fell Away? Fall Away?

Speaker 3 (32:54):
I got it from yeh show sponsor from animals. It's
a synthetic cat horn. Phearamhon beer amone. And I've got
two diffusers in the house.

Speaker 2 (33:02):
I'm going to go on. Remember that's what you need.

Speaker 3 (33:05):
I heard him sp I heard him claw the camp
at once and I erupted in a like, you know,
like a dad rage of the eighties or nineties.

Speaker 2 (33:13):
And he looked at me like I was a volcano
erupting in the lounge. And you want to I mean,
my cat won't let him touch me, but he will
not scratch the furniture. Yeah, a stretcher, but just the
rugs man. They're getting like one of the lounge one,
the most expensive one in the house. He's a cute
dog outside. My god, you can't bring a Golden Retriever

(33:36):
in here with a step still is a blondie one.
It's so cute. Bring the dog. Bring the dog. The
dog is actually fear a about that stick.

Speaker 4 (33:45):
The new coffee guys tried to grab the stick off
the dog and he's not happy about it.

Speaker 2 (33:49):
Excuse me, can we get a cute picture of the
cute dog? Excuse me? Bring the dog.

Speaker 3 (33:53):
I'm still logged onto the f H account. I'm going
to go over to the wind and if you want
to see the cute dog. Yeah, that's kind of this
kind of derailed by.

Speaker 2 (34:00):
Oh my god, we're talking about your dog. Oh so cute?
Good boy? Yes, oh my god, the dog's coming over.
Oh my god, he's running with the stick. Oh my gosh,
my gosh, good boy. Okay, Well that will be on

(34:26):
the Instagram just so you can feel part of how
amazing that dog is my dog. And then when it
saw and sat down in front of the window.

Speaker 3 (34:36):
You've got to see this pose on our socials if
we did him the dog, we're currently tag obsessed with
tag them.

Speaker 2 (34:42):
Oh my god, cute. Maybe I should just get a
door and get Okay, so that dog's are stick and
to Shannon wants made air drop to it so she
can post it with the show. For no, it's not
comic sense, go against the men. Yeah, comic sense jaws
on the floor.

Speaker 3 (35:01):
So the show.

Speaker 4 (35:05):
Would take it over and spell Hailey wrong h A,
I l e e like do something crazy.

Speaker 2 (35:12):
It's we have a we have a show show dropped
the A out of worn as well. It's just no comic.

Speaker 3 (35:21):
Show is old Google and no comic. I was going
to do the things us older millennials do that big
capino letters.

Speaker 4 (35:31):
Even I'm get off that I'm taking years younger than
you guys, so not me close. So anyway, so I
get home yesterday, speaking of animal, I can't stop looking.

Speaker 2 (35:42):
Okay, we'll just come back to that hashtag not the
show font Yeah, great, great, great, perfect. Just so Shannon
feels distanced.

Speaker 4 (35:50):
Get home yesterday, and I behind the table on the
wooden floors, I will say, thankfully, behind the table, I
could see all this kerfuffle. And I thought that because
there's a flower, some flowers on the table. I thought,
you know, flower petals dropped off because as so many
I was like, trattle these flower pedals.

Speaker 2 (36:07):
They get closer.

Speaker 4 (36:07):
It's feathers. And there's a sparrow absolutely torn apart. And
this used to be a job that I wouldn't do.
Yeh problem, do you know what I mean? But I
had to step up, and so I got a plastic bag,
put it over my hand, then put the sleeve over,
then put a bag over there, then got paper towels
and I was like, pack it up.

Speaker 2 (36:25):
It was in three parts.

Speaker 4 (36:26):
Pick it up, Pick it up. I just hate the
feeling of the body in my hand.

Speaker 2 (36:30):
Yeah, yeah, and I pick up. Don't you have a
brush and shovel.

Speaker 4 (36:34):
Yeah, but that's for brush and shoveling. I don't want
the corpse of it, like hit eat in the gun.

Speaker 2 (36:38):
Didn't hit it with the vacuum.

Speaker 4 (36:39):
I vacuumed the feathers.

Speaker 2 (36:42):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (36:42):
You don't want some internal organs floating around your dison. Yes,
so there was organs everywhere, but so my climate guts power.

Speaker 2 (36:48):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (36:49):
The worse it was the bulk of the body was
to get a head tors so vibe.

Speaker 3 (36:54):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (36:54):
I picked it up by what I thought was the
tors and I picked it up and as I did,
I win. I moved like this and the head was
on the ground.

Speaker 2 (37:00):
He came off and yeah, now that gone retrieval. Would
never do that to me. Oh my god, he's having
a pup.

Speaker 3 (37:10):
It's the video on the socials with not the show.
It's a picture on the social on the v H
DDM story. Okay, we'll go check that out because maybe
your thoughts on the show font on shifting from the
show to the font us. I used Bubble upset the
closest I could find to comment nine sex nine sex
on Yeah, big big fans, So far, great response on

(37:34):

Speaker 2 (37:36):
KPIs kp shon does not like you having the social
media We have a show on KPIs Birch.

Speaker 3 (37:45):
He's only a show will directly result in higher KPIs
because I think we should be using bubble.

Speaker 1 (37:51):
It's friendly the ZNM podcast network.

Speaker 2 (37:54):
The rumor is Taylor Swift will get married Independence Weekend
at the New York venue Madison Square Garden.

Speaker 4 (38:02):
Yeah, one of the biggest gardens. Square Garden Garden, one
of the biggest venues sports games, basketball games, comedy, concerts, everything.

Speaker 2 (38:12):
And the rumor is there was no special deal for her.
She's paying. She doesn't get mates rates, despite the.

Speaker 3 (38:19):
Special deals for people that can afford it well, despite
the fact that she's sold out Madison Square Garden before
Yeah yeah many times and performed there a lot. You know,
this is the home of concerts, basketball games, the whole
lot a million dollars a day. That is how much
your wedding venue is costing a million dollars.

Speaker 2 (38:38):
Me saying, but that's not ridiculous.

Speaker 4 (38:40):
But when you hear about celebrity weddings and how much
they cost, like, didn't we talk about this?

Speaker 2 (38:45):
How much was due Lepper's.

Speaker 4 (38:47):
Wedding, the big one that she has, It was one
point eight million what US dollars venue for everything the
three day Sicilian wedding celebration.

Speaker 3 (39:00):
Yeah, but we said she also gave all of her
guests twelve piece like Crusette. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (39:05):
So also what I thought it was like Crusade because
they soften the tea.

Speaker 4 (39:09):
If there's like two t's in an a or if
there's a there's rule, if it's just the thickets Croussette,
it's like Mowett.

Speaker 2 (39:16):
And I said, my way, but that's basic. I'm just
so I'm trying. You just you just stick to your
quey lime trash. You have your passion pop fits, you know,
I will you know what I want you to say? Yeah? Yeah, yeah,
easier to say, am I saying? Mum? Right? If we
go through all the champagne brands, you guys tell me
where I've been going wrong? Like Peria yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, okay,

(39:44):
and this is why we won't ever be invited to
a one point eight million dollar wedding because yeah ye.

Speaker 4 (39:49):
Speaking of t as well, did you guys see because
Toy Story five, she wrote a song I Knew It,
you knew I knew knew you, knew you, I knew it,
I knew you, I knew it, I Knew You, which
is a rid song written for the movie. So she
made a surprise appearance at the Toy Story five world premiere.

Speaker 2 (40:08):
And was joined by Randy Newman and sangbath.

Speaker 4 (40:11):
The classic Toy Story song you Got Randy Newman, you
got a friend man?

Speaker 2 (40:17):
Isn't that cute? That's Randy on the piano with her
girl friend in me.

Speaker 4 (40:25):
So she sang that, but she also sang a new song,
I Knew What I Knew You but she wrote four Toy.

Speaker 2 (40:30):
Story five released last Friday. Yeah, last Friday.

Speaker 4 (40:36):
How cute I mentioned just being at the Toy Story
five premiere, and then you know, the most famous woman
in the world not only arrives but comes the sing's
two songs with Randy Newman.

Speaker 2 (40:47):
Go but I'm I wanted to I wanted to hear
Randy Newman sing you got a friend of man? He did?

Speaker 3 (40:52):
You got.

Speaker 2 (40:55):
Your Randy Newman's tongue poper.

Speaker 1 (41:01):
He plays.

Speaker 2 (41:01):
It ends flesh for shameful things that we do, the
little habits like having two biscuits instead of one and
then all day like, should have only had one. Yeah,
it's not a thought I have offered.

Speaker 3 (41:15):
Yeah, maybe calling into work sick when you're not sick. Yeah,
oh yeah, I don't do that.

Speaker 2 (41:19):
Forgetting forgetting to reply to a text and then you're
wrapped with gelt around it. It's amazing to let it
pile up, like and then they have to sit down
and have like a reply session. Yes, I'm a bit
like that at the moment.

Speaker 3 (41:32):
And then you get it and you send it back
and then they send you one more and then you
send it back and then there's nothing and you're like,
it's okay, you're overwhelmed.

Speaker 2 (41:38):
Yeah. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (41:38):
The studies out of the UK and it's leaving people
up at night because they're absolutely guilt raped. Four fifths
of people admit feeling bad of the things they really shouldn't,
like taking time out for themselves. Almost a third dwell
on canceling plans, taking too long to reply to a
text or dodging a neighbor or friend to avoid wanted

(42:00):
chit chat. Oh I do that.

Speaker 2 (42:03):
For sure. I've done it to you guys.

Speaker 3 (42:04):
But I've got some close not close rooms friends that
I'd see and I'd be like, just not an emotional batteries.

Speaker 2 (42:10):
Like one percent, I just got to get home. Yeah,
I would be ignoring phone calls and even if it's
from friends, it just be like the mental load for that.

Speaker 3 (42:18):
Okay. When it comes to food, people feel very guilty.
Almost a quarter regret regret saying yes to a slice
of cake, having two biscuits instead of one, and ordering
a Friday night tank away or a meal at night
when they cold cooked. O. When you have food in
the house and you order takeaways. That's it was me
yesterday having a fridge clean out. I'm always just like,

(42:39):
I actually got really good at it. There's not a
lot of waste in my house.

Speaker 2 (42:42):
Oh, I'm shameful you, but okay.

Speaker 3 (42:44):
Here are some other small shameful things people feel. Staying
in pajamas past ten am at the weekend, yes, not
calling parents enough Yes, eat eating chips. Twenty seven percent
feel bad about eating chips When you slam a whole
bag of cheese balls.

Speaker 2 (43:04):
Absolutely, because guilts for the week.

Speaker 5 (43:08):
It is.

Speaker 2 (43:08):
So, this is what I want to ask this morning.

Speaker 3 (43:10):
Is youre a small shameful thing that you do that
you know you'll just you'll be It's just there, it's.

Speaker 2 (43:18):
In your head.

Speaker 4 (43:19):
Someone said, I spin down McDonald's reward point like our
families McDonald's reward points and weed little treats for myself
during the week so my wife doesn't see any of
the transactions coming out of my accounts.

Speaker 2 (43:28):
Can't stay away from a mcflurr. I love that.

Speaker 3 (43:31):
I love crude points. Have they got as family and
so that every time they go and they get in order?

Speaker 2 (43:37):
Yeah, yes, that's so good. Two three three Okay, just
don't feel guilty for doing that.

Speaker 3 (43:43):
Two three three To find out what two three three
stay tuned to the show. We want to know the
small shameful things that you do, because a recent study
is shown that Brett's people in the UK are just
up late at night just thinking and have all this
regret over these tiny little things like let it go
move on.

Speaker 4 (44:01):
Yeh yeah, yeah, yeah, little girlt. I mean we're getting
some of those messages in you know, like someone who
pees in the shower. In the shower almost.

Speaker 3 (44:11):
I don't feel guilty because there's nothing wrong, and that's
actually saving water exactly because you're already hick somemmer Kelly
athlete on the toes. Kelly, what's the small shameful.

Speaker 2 (44:22):
Thing that you do?

Speaker 7 (44:24):
Oh my god, I've been waiting for this topic.

Speaker 2 (44:29):
Sounds serious. Now.

Speaker 7 (44:32):
My husband leaves his toothbrush in the sink every time
he brushes his teeth.

Speaker 2 (44:37):
Wait, he just raw dogs. He just drops it in
the sink.

Speaker 1 (44:42):
Yeah, and doesn't like wash it, and then it leaves
that like white room of gung Yeah. Yeah, yeah, you know,
sitting in there.

Speaker 8 (44:49):
Killing every day.

Speaker 2 (44:50):
I'm so sorry I'm going through this.

Speaker 7 (44:53):
Yeah, I know, but I don't feel bad when I
grab his toothbrush and clean the entire sink with it
around the round.

Speaker 2 (44:59):
The Wait a second, that is not a small shameful
thing that you do. That is a big shameful thing
that wait, but hang.

Speaker 4 (45:08):
On, you're using it to clean off his own toothbrush scum.

Speaker 7 (45:13):
Yes, and everything else.

Speaker 2 (45:17):
Do you love.

Speaker 8 (45:21):
Doing it?

Speaker 7 (45:22):
But then afterwards I'm like, no, I now have a
clean shrink.

Speaker 2 (45:25):
Now, Kelly, do you wash your tooth brush? After you've
washed the sink with it, yes.

Speaker 7 (45:31):
And then I put it back in the holder.

Speaker 2 (45:33):
So you've got to go wild behavior that he's just
like man brushed to drop, like putting.

Speaker 5 (45:39):
In the hold of it.

Speaker 2 (45:41):
Yeah, he's an animal. Yeah.

Speaker 7 (45:43):
So I don't feel bad, but I do.

Speaker 2 (45:45):
But you know, shame, Well, we did ask for these
small shameful things. And do you feel bad about it
because you feel a little bit of shame of.

Speaker 7 (45:54):
I do when I do it, but then afterwards I don't.

Speaker 2 (45:59):
This is so wild. I love it.

Speaker 4 (46:01):
I love it.

Speaker 2 (46:02):
I love it. Okay, Well, so you know, maybe he
should put the toothbrush back on the whole. I hope
he has this barer. Good morning, morning air. What is
this small shameful thing that you do?

Speaker 7 (46:15):
Okay, So, for some context, my partner works from home
all day and he really misses me when I'm when
I'm out at work. But I I love having a
little bit of bit of scroll time, some dome scroll,
if you will. So my small shameful thing is sometimes
a stake having a really stut tummy. So I can

(46:36):
go to the bathroom for a webbit and I just
sat there for like an hour rolling through my stuff.

Speaker 2 (46:43):
For some peace and quiet.

Speaker 7 (46:46):
A bit bad for it, itch, do you have kids? No?

Speaker 2 (46:50):
No, just escaping him when you go to the bathroom
for a now yeah.

Speaker 7 (46:56):
Yeah, so I'm training up for motherhood, just the whole escaping.

Speaker 2 (46:59):
Yeah, because there have been some messages and mums will
do this and just fake having something so they can
sit on the toilet for We'll just sit in the
car and do something for them. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (47:09):
I think this is as someone who values my own time,
I get it. And if your husband, your partner works
at homes always you.

Speaker 3 (47:16):
Got a stage five claner and a husband there ba, sorry,
you got a Stage five clinger as you always like.

Speaker 7 (47:24):
Everywhere I go unless I say I am taking some
toilet time, you know, bio heads and don't be in thered,
be at my straight and scroll.

Speaker 2 (47:33):
Let me go on Instagram and watch.

Speaker 3 (47:39):
Prop along to the Instagram if you haven't this morning, blow,
we've absolutely hijacked the chow It's bubble now.

Speaker 2 (47:45):
Yeah, you've got some real cute Instagram dogs.

Speaker 7 (47:48):
Yeah my scroll time, I will enjoy that.

Speaker 2 (47:53):
Yeah, fa saw tummy for that. Actually I've got to
saw one coming on maybe later this afternoon. But yeah, yeah,
I might have to cool out. Thank you. Some messages
and small shameful things that you do.

Speaker 3 (48:06):
We tease got two three three said the small shameful
thing flushing a tampon so bad for our water system.
Don't please don't do it at my house because I'm
on a septic tank.

Speaker 2 (48:16):
It's real, real bad for me. You is so bad.

Speaker 3 (48:18):
I'm on an old you're on an old system. You
had a macerator because dumb.

Speaker 2 (48:21):
Tampon and purs movie maker at in the back of
my art. Yeah, shoot it out into the old smoothly
if it's okay, But because the screw it up.

Speaker 4 (48:34):
The first time I did a colon prep for a
colonoscopy and I was I was flushing wipes and I
jammed it and the guy came in and.

Speaker 3 (48:42):
Was like, yes, yeah, someone said, my little shameful thing.
I do raw sausages and bacon, not the whole packer,
but just like one of them. You shouldn't eat raw,
eat raw, those hells ones that are steamed in pre
pre cooked ye, because you're.

Speaker 2 (49:02):
Only even rolling around those in the barket to warm
them up. Shouldn't.

Speaker 3 (49:09):
But at least I'm forever stealing my kids chocolate and lollies.
Little feel guilty about that. Um, I feel shame. At
the end of the work day, I've got a dirty
mug and the dish or was just full. I just
chuck it on the sink.

Speaker 2 (49:21):
You do that, or you do that, but I always
it's full. Oh it's full. Yeah, and the sink I
go it's full without actually opening it, just like, yeah,
damn it, it's full. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (49:35):
I don't get takeaways from my kids, but there's a
cafc across the road from a supermarket of choice, and
sometimes I'll smash a popcorn checking on the way home
from getting the grocery. Um, you gotta wind down the
windows of the last k otherwise there'll be some residu
that smells undeniable too.

Speaker 7 (49:49):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (49:50):
Yeah, calling in sick when I'm actually sick, I spend
all day feeling guilty, so I can't enjoy my time off,
end up planning the house to be productive.

Speaker 2 (49:57):
That's a deeper issue. You need to see a counselor
a lot of people said in the in the study
that they feel bad calling and sick.

Speaker 4 (50:03):
But I thought COVID change it around because everyone was like,
I don't want you in here.

Speaker 2 (50:06):
If you're sick. No, they're calling in sick when they're
not sick.

Speaker 4 (50:09):
No, but that persons when they take the sick days
when they are sick, they've got gil Yeah.

Speaker 2 (50:13):
Yeah, it's a millennial thing. No, no, no, no, no
one else ks mate.

Speaker 3 (50:16):
I wake up at midnight and have a cheeky half
a block of Whitaker's caramel.

Speaker 2 (50:20):
You're all good. Yeah, it doesn't matter after midnight.

Speaker 3 (50:23):
Yeah. I can't be asked washing my hair, so I
just tied it up most days and not wash it
once or twice a week. It's actually quite long, so
it's a lot of admin to wash. Feel a bit
guilty about that, Someone said, I feel guilty sometimes I'm
older indoor gardening by myself. Now that's a term for
playing with one so and then when my husband wants
to partake together, I say, I'm not.

Speaker 2 (50:41):
In the mood already already.

Speaker 3 (50:44):
No.

Speaker 2 (50:45):
I take tampons from the free beIN at work. That's
all right, that's all right.

Speaker 3 (50:50):
I'm ashamed to say what I'm out in bat I'll
use the disabled toilets if I need to poop. I
don't want anyone hear my plops, and I can't hold
for thirty minutes and a cubicle to wait until the
main toilet's empty.

Speaker 2 (51:00):
Separate a separate one.

Speaker 3 (51:03):
Somebody said, I do that same thing as Kelly does
with her husband's toothbrushes. I'll do it with my kid's toothbrushes,
because they leave them around haphazardly.

Speaker 2 (51:11):
Wild.

Speaker 3 (51:12):
I get up at five thirty most days ago for
a run, but every now and then, if I'm tired,
I'll get dressed into my running gear, but go back
to bed in the spear room until seven, and then
get up and pretend I've been for a run. I
ad my my wife's baking stuff like chocolate chips and
sprinkles and stuff. I'll just pull them straight out of
my mouth.

Speaker 2 (51:27):
Yum. I'm guilty about that. That's that's like teenage behavior,
a when mum's at work and you're just like, oh,
I'm going to have some cooking chocolate, Yeah, I'm gonna
bread and cheese. Yeah, make I sing a ball.

Speaker 3 (51:40):
My husband likes to call and yap at me every
lunchtime about tradesman stuff I don't understand. So I'll wink
at a co worker, and that means she calls my
phone and I say, oh, gosh, babe, I've gotta go
a client's call.

Speaker 2 (51:50):
Feel a little bit guilty about that?

Speaker 5 (51:52):
Why not?

Speaker 3 (51:54):
I I will fold up my man's dirty undies that
he leaves on the floor and put them back in
the drawer, so he's dirty unders just because it's like,
I'm not washing that if you could be by the
putting it in the wash. Okay, I saved a couple
of because I feel like they're not like small shameful things.
I think they're actually you need to take a good,
heart long look at yourself. Okay, I'll past in the

(52:15):
sink while i'm having while I'm brushing my teeth.

Speaker 2 (52:18):
Dricking.

Speaker 3 (52:18):
That's the same guy who then just dropped the toothbrush
and the sink. I'm sorry what I'm measuring the once
and it was desperate.

Speaker 2 (52:26):
But if you're in your own house, go on, Haley,
go on.

Speaker 4 (52:31):
I was at a party and someone was using the
toilet and I was seconds away from wearhing my own pants,
and so I went and it was a friend and
I just passed on the sink.

Speaker 2 (52:43):
It's fine. Years ago, that's fine. That's one. There was
a one off and it was brushing their teeth. Wait,
once I put in the bathroom, juice was on the toilet.
Was the bath in the same room as a toilet? Yeah?
Did you pull the curtain? And once I no, I
can't say that when it was too full on, you don't. Yeah,
I reckon, you've said enough. Yeah, I reckon, you keep

(53:06):
doing for the rest of the day. I reckon.

Speaker 4 (53:08):
Once I was on the toilet and she needed to
throw up, and so I just made space.

Speaker 2 (53:13):
Haley, this is your best a lot. That's all these
stories that are winning. That's a discussing me.

Speaker 3 (53:20):
It's Steve yesterday the Field days at the Genesis Tent,
and he's like, Haley's not afraid to tell things the
same things as she.

Speaker 2 (53:26):
That's exactly what you dance. Yeah, she doesn't hold much
back to the sheep.

Speaker 3 (53:30):
Now we've just had chapter eighty five.

Speaker 2 (53:33):
Of the Halo stopped talking.

Speaker 1 (53:36):
What does d n M podcast Needwork? Plays m Haley.

Speaker 10 (53:45):
Back of the day, day day day, day, Do do
do do Do do do doo doo doo doo doo
do doo doo dude doo doo.

Speaker 3 (53:59):
To today's fact of the day. In Fungus Week and
Fungus Weeks, so f we've had large mushrooms. We've had
poisonous mushrooms, We've had hallucinogenic mushrooms.

Speaker 2 (54:12):
Giant, giant, sprawling underground mushroom.

Speaker 3 (54:14):
Yeah, the biggest, the biggest living organism on earth is
a mushroom. We've established that we all love mushrooms. Today,
I want to talk about a mushroom that lives where
nothing else can live out of space.

Speaker 2 (54:29):
No where is a zone underwater? No, not underwater? Is
it part of me?

Speaker 3 (54:35):
Is it.

Speaker 2 (54:38):
In the cold? No? No?

Speaker 3 (54:40):
I see, because I said, it's a situation where life
has been made untenable due to.

Speaker 2 (54:48):
Noble good work. Churnabyle. I've been there. I've been there,
I've been turnable. And that's where he glows and that
yeah blows in the dark. I glow a little green
a little bit. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (55:01):
So today's sector to day is that there is a
fungus that grows inside the Chernobyl reactor.

Speaker 2 (55:07):
Oh okay, yeah. So researchers first.

Speaker 3 (55:11):
Documented the fungus in nineteen ninety one, some five years
after the nuclear meltdown, because they pop in and they
said the mold like patches spreading across contaminated surfaces. So
a Ukrainian microbiologist said, there are thirty seven species of
fungus thriving in the Chernobyl Red zone.

Speaker 2 (55:29):
It is it called the red zone, Yeah, which is
really close to the reactor. Yeah, kind of the epicenter.
So they're dark and black and rich in melanin. And
they've taken one, the one that grows the closest to it,
and studied it.

Speaker 3 (55:44):
And they said, so the melanin is the same molecule
that colors the human skin in here.

Speaker 2 (55:49):
Yes, and it makes delicious brown people, deliciously brown, deliciously brown. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (55:55):
So they said, the plants use chloroform to capture energy
from visible light, this fungus uses it to capture energy
from gamma rays like the incredible whole themself.

Speaker 2 (56:07):
Sure.

Speaker 3 (56:07):
Yeah, so three melanin malon melanonlon. I've said it soo
many times now, it doesn't sound like a word. They
the three melanin containing funger grew faster and gain more
biomass and exposed to radiation five hundred times higher than
background radiation.

Speaker 2 (56:22):
Wow. So they are literally there's.

Speaker 3 (56:23):
There's fungus that are feeding off the nuclear waste at Chernobyl.

Speaker 2 (56:29):
There's animals and stuff around as well. Still is here
exclusions that people live there as well, like the refuse
to leave there. There's two Yeah, there's workers that come,
but they can only stay a certain amount of time
before they have to leave the exclusion zone. And then
there's ancestral homes and people are I'm just not leaving. Yeah,
I don't care. All live in the radiation zone. Yeah yeah,

(56:51):
and they do. They love that the witch songs. Yeah yeah, yeah,
you will see what.

Speaker 3 (56:54):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (56:54):
So then twenty twenty, NASA was just like, this is
interesting for us.

Speaker 3 (56:59):
They flew layer of this fungus to the International Space
Station to test it against cosmic radiation and it's an
ongoing study, but they said the idea is that when
we go to deep space travel, this fungus could be
like a living shield that grows south, repairs and buffers
the radiation for people behind it because it absorbs it
on the way through.

Speaker 2 (57:19):
Oh so we cover the space ships in mushroom.

Speaker 3 (57:22):
Yeah, so when we're going through space and the cosmic
radiation will be absorbed by the fungus and then when
we re enter the atmosphere, it'll cook it up nice
so we can eat it.

Speaker 2 (57:31):
In an omelet. Chili oil, chili oil and then we'll
eat it and we'll live forever.

Speaker 3 (57:38):
So today's fact to the day is there's a dark
black fungus growing very close to the Chernobyl Nuclear Mountdown site.

Speaker 2 (57:46):
Fact of the day, day, day, day day.

Speaker 4 (57:52):
Do social media news actually, because you may remember, I'm
gonna have a busy day today.

Speaker 2 (58:08):
You may remember I.

Speaker 4 (58:09):
Was locked out of my own TikTok account because I
was posing as Hailey.

Speaker 2 (58:14):
Sprowl and they needed you to prove that I was. Yeah,
if I was.

Speaker 4 (58:19):
Posing as someone else, I would have chosen someone way better,
way richer, hotter, hotter, richer, just everything everything.

Speaker 2 (58:27):
Yeah, and then you sent and your like passport.

Speaker 4 (58:30):
But they were having this app thing and that wasn't
accepting it. So I to go through an email thing
and then they emailed me. But then before I could
email back, they said too many emails and they canceled
the cap.

Speaker 2 (58:38):
I was just so over it.

Speaker 4 (58:40):
The TikTok support is rubbish and you can take that
direct to them.

Speaker 2 (58:46):
So I looked at my social mail.

Speaker 4 (58:48):
I my TikTok fine because I don't ever use that,
and I had like a few videos on there and stuff,
and I looked at my techt on. I want to
start focusing on it because I do want to be
a comedian full time. I want to I want to
leave you and go to bed.

Speaker 3 (59:00):
And we pulled up at the lights at the same
time today, Hailey and I and I looked at her
and she looked at me, and she gave me this
thumbs up that was on the thumbs up, and I
was like, there's a woman who's ready.

Speaker 2 (59:10):
To chuck it them, but a mortgage says keep coming.

Speaker 4 (59:15):
So I looked at my following and I had like
three thousand, whereas I've got like seventy.

Speaker 2 (59:20):
On Instagram, so it must be nice. It is what
I did.

Speaker 4 (59:25):
I just like, I'm going to delete it and start again,
so deleted Hailey sprowl Ins and then I tried to
get Hailey Sprow and that's been taken by someone else.
So I the first bit of social media news is
I've started a new TikTok It's Hailey Sprow Comedy. Go
follow it because I've got like no Followerstoka Insta. Today,
I'm going to be posting every clip I've ever posted online.

Speaker 2 (59:47):
So it's just all going to go in there.

Speaker 3 (59:48):
Is this can we go to our social media desk.
Is this a good play just to dump?

Speaker 5 (59:55):
To do it?

Speaker 3 (59:55):
Do a content dump to catch up on all the
old stuff or should she drip feed it?

Speaker 5 (59:59):
So generally, once you've got momentum, yeah, like you're on fire. Yeah,
having a look at your account currently, Yeah, I'm not
sure the fire has been let yeah, no, but.

Speaker 2 (01:00:09):
This was only last night. I just I'm filling it up. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:00:12):
It's kind of like once people start engaging, if you
engage back with them, then the algorithms like, oh, that's
just doing good.

Speaker 4 (01:00:18):
Back and then all that kind of STI especially when
they're mean to me. It's that guy called me a
buffalo with a microphone, you know, Like I don't really
know how to engage with that.

Speaker 5 (01:00:27):
Like, I know it doesn't sound like a real job,
but there's a reason it's a whole industry.

Speaker 2 (01:00:33):
Yeah, working in social media, I know, but I don't
want to pay, you know. It's sort of I'm sort
of stuck there.

Speaker 3 (01:00:38):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:00:39):
But so I've got a new TikTok at Hailey sprow Co. Okay, right,
and I'm today I'm going to dump everything there to
get the momentum, and then I'll do the engagement and stuff.

Speaker 2 (01:00:46):
That's tichtal. I don't really care about it.

Speaker 4 (01:00:47):
And then I went on Instagram and there was a
little notification for me and open up my Instagram. Open
up my Instagram. Now, you guys, open up my Instagram
at Haley on desktop because you are boredy four years old. Okay,
she's got a Blue Tech.

Speaker 2 (01:01:05):
It was last night. They messaged me. They messaged you,
messaged me, said, do you want a Blue Tech? They like,
you get a Blue Tech? I get the freebie one.
Isn't that nice? So you're paying that?

Speaker 4 (01:01:17):
I was telling me I'm not Hailey Sprow and Instagram
was like, hello, you are here, you are I know,
so huge, huge things are coming afoot. I've actually just
been pinning my email to Marty out of here as social.

Speaker 2 (01:01:33):
What you're you're out of here? Four ship? I'm out right?
Is how's that going for your sofa? You've got no
followers on tech took.

Speaker 4 (01:01:41):
Yeah, and I posted a video yesterday and like no engagement.

Speaker 2 (01:01:45):
So you'll be here a bit longer. Be here. Well,
at least we'll just get to Christmas.

Speaker 1 (01:01:51):
The z M Podcast Network play z m's flesh.

Speaker 2 (01:01:55):
Fore and Haley Millennials.

Speaker 4 (01:01:56):
We're going to remember this Love Island, which is on
at the moment that I have bravely decided topped out.

Speaker 5 (01:02:02):
Of this year.

Speaker 2 (01:02:03):
Yeah, it takes a lot of strength. Thank you so much. Yeah,
you really feels seen by you.

Speaker 4 (01:02:10):
They have brought back what they're calling the ultimate millennial
clothing item. Now, Producer Girlies, I know that you shandog
are you watching this season?

Speaker 2 (01:02:17):
I'm actually not for once Wow, brave again, terrific strength.
Producer Carwen No, I'm not.

Speaker 4 (01:02:24):
Actually, you'll be relieved, forn because we won't be talking
about it.

Speaker 3 (01:02:28):
Good.

Speaker 2 (01:02:29):
Love Island is just a little too often for me
at the moment. Yeah, it's a huge commitment, and you
know that once.

Speaker 4 (01:02:37):
You watch a few episodes, you're hooked and then it's
like this is a full journey. Okay, so have you
seen this? Do you remember if I said to you
triangle bikini?

Speaker 7 (01:02:46):
Oh?

Speaker 4 (01:02:46):
Yeah, girl, And I don't mean trianglears and like the
little ones that like triangle bikinis like it's the shape
of a triangle. I mean the brand triangle without an
e is. That's what makes a funky, okay triangle triangle
triangle triangle neon neoprene bikini with the black outline, you
would have seen these.

Speaker 2 (01:03:05):
I remember those twenty tins, mate.

Speaker 3 (01:03:12):
Please ogle I didn't google.

Speaker 2 (01:03:16):
I didn't google, I didn't goggle. So Trinity remember them.

Speaker 4 (01:03:21):
Trinitymber has been wearing one of these on Love Island.

Speaker 2 (01:03:26):
Now, okay now, and that's what making people like, oh
I have one of these people are just like, oh
my god, these things. I never had one.

Speaker 4 (01:03:34):
I don't think I had one because I didn't used
to have boobs before a game.

Speaker 2 (01:03:37):
I had a doupe.

Speaker 5 (01:03:39):
I didn't have the real one because the real ones
were like two hundred dollars and that was crazy. But
these are practically the worst bikinis ever because neoprene is
not good for our lady.

Speaker 2 (01:03:48):
Gun Wait is neoprene witsuits? Wait, it's made out of
wit suits.

Speaker 4 (01:03:53):
Yeah, yeah, it's stiff and.

Speaker 5 (01:03:57):
It only does a very surted booth shape a favor.

Speaker 2 (01:04:02):
Yes, we're not a normal girl. And then yeah for
your do a favor just fake you would ask that
fake round.

Speaker 5 (01:04:13):
High round ones, not a natural.

Speaker 2 (01:04:15):
High round toro drop density lost in the top. But
it's just really really bad for your for your for
your girl to be in We're not talking, we're talking
downstairs down the downstairs needs to breathe in their Princes,
you can pike a few holes and you ventilated that
you've brought home in a box. Do you know what

(01:04:36):
I mean to fix the purpose of covering that area?

Speaker 3 (01:04:41):
No?

Speaker 2 (01:04:41):
No minute holes. Now when I'm talking about are these
bikinis good for a hydriss line, I feel like that'd
be good, Prince super Okay.

Speaker 5 (01:05:00):
No, And they were just they were low waisted, but
it was in the area when we were deciding high.

Speaker 2 (01:05:05):
Waisted was for a woman. Yes, yeah, it was not
it and the purple and hearing people say online that
these are back, I'm like, not in my world or general.

Speaker 4 (01:05:19):
Do you know what I'm like vibing right now? Is
a nice sensible, black long torso friendly one piece?

Speaker 5 (01:05:26):
Yeah, well, do you know what the girlies are doing?
The tankinie is bad and everyone's wearing the tankinie to the.

Speaker 4 (01:05:32):
Bars a tie like a single It top is the
top and then the bottoms is your undas.

Speaker 5 (01:05:38):
And then people are wearing it to bars because basically
it's just a nice fitting top and if someone spills
a drink on you or you get twety.

Speaker 2 (01:05:44):
It's just talks, mate, Okay, I can see I can
see ten can.

Speaker 6 (01:05:53):
Believe Them podcast Network play z MS flesh one and Haylo.

Speaker 4 (01:06:01):
If you are a parent and maybe your kids are
going to grow up, it's stopped paying for these shit,
according to psychologists, don't say.

Speaker 2 (01:06:09):
That if someone's listening and their parents are paying for things.
Were you sorry? Also rich coming from you? Rich coming
from you? Who from you? Who rech coming from me?
Why don't you?

Speaker 4 (01:06:21):
Who doesn't lessen my father? My daddy doesn't pay for
my phone. Long after I started to make more money
than them, you know, yeah, and they paid for my insurance.
It was all sort of just like swept up in
teenagehood and then we just never yeah, turned it off.

Speaker 2 (01:06:40):
And now I'm you know, now they live with me
and I'm looking after that. And so they're they're cloring
back there in investment.

Speaker 4 (01:06:46):
Yeah, and I'm going to stick them out of my
garage cold unlined just a bit out there. No, but
psychologists was saying that, you know, it's not great for
their development. It doesn't teach them good life skills. They've
got to get out there, and kind of obviously, if
they're really ruggling and you've got the coin whatever.

Speaker 2 (01:07:02):
You'd help them but you hear them out. I do
like it when you see it like a really rich
celebrity and they're like, not, my kids aren't getting a
hand out, get a job, despite the fact they live
in a mansion and probably welfare. Yeah. Yeah, and I'll
hook them up with my connection. Yeah. They've had a
massive foot up in life so they can get it.

Speaker 3 (01:07:18):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:07:18):
Yeah, but yeah, then they're not just going to start
filtering millions of dollars per like Kim Kardashian whose kids
have like burkins.

Speaker 2 (01:07:25):
Yeah, you know, it's insane, you sort of.

Speaker 4 (01:07:28):
I was going to say, you sort of hate to
think how they're going to grow up, but it's starting,
and it's a lot.

Speaker 2 (01:07:33):
Okay, here's a question. Is there anybody listening right now?
Are you listening and your parents still pay for something?

Speaker 4 (01:07:39):
Yeah, and maybe it's something like maybe they're paying for
your Netflix, or they're paying for they just send you
a little little.

Speaker 2 (01:07:46):
Oh you still get an allowance.

Speaker 4 (01:07:48):
Yeah, maybe they're paying for your car insurance.

Speaker 2 (01:07:50):
But do you know what if I was an adult
and my parents you could afford and they were giving
me an allowance, I'll take it everyone if they weren't
being put out by it.

Speaker 4 (01:08:00):
I'm doing the moral high ground because my parents currently
don't pay for anything of mine but one handy. If
my parents were loaded, I'd be like, get up at
four am, go to radio. It's crazy, dare you're a
tech billionaire.

Speaker 2 (01:08:14):
I'm going to be fun employed.

Speaker 4 (01:08:16):
I'm going to be I'm going to do social media
some way to fill my day.

Speaker 3 (01:08:21):
But okay, well, let's take some calls. I wait one
hundred times at him, text us into the studio nine
six nine.

Speaker 2 (01:08:27):
Six, as judgment free. What are your parents still paying for?
Because we are taking your calls now? Are the things
that your parents are still paying for? And there's no shortage?
And you know what, like I wouldn't say no, get
it because Rebecca, what are your parents still paying.

Speaker 3 (01:08:47):
For my car insurance? Is it just because like you
got your first car and you were young, and it's
it's hard to get the cheap insurance, so they just
put you on theirs and it's stayed.

Speaker 7 (01:08:57):
There already much. But I've had to cars now and
I've also trained field car.

Speaker 3 (01:09:03):
So every time you just like mom dad and they
just put it on pretty much. Oh that's nice. I
mean again, I wouldn't be complaining neither kids. Does it
make it cheaper when it's on theirs or that they're
paying it doesn't? I guess it's cheap for you because
you're not paying.

Speaker 2 (01:09:20):
Yeah, I mean they keep asking me to change it,
but it has really happened. Asked you to change it?
Get around to it. Get around to it. Promise I would.
The day's a number, it is, Ribecca. Thank you Melanie.
What are your parents still paying for?

Speaker 7 (01:09:34):
So my parents are still well, my mum's still giving
me a twenty dollars pocket money a month.

Speaker 2 (01:09:39):
Oh you what do you spend it on?

Speaker 3 (01:09:43):
Well?

Speaker 7 (01:09:43):
It used to save me when I was a young student.
It was a great twenty dollars.

Speaker 2 (01:09:47):
These days it kind of maybe go on a cheeky.

Speaker 7 (01:09:49):
Pokas or a judge.

Speaker 3 (01:09:50):
Oh have you ever turned Mum's cheeky twenty dollars on
the pokes into some big cash?

Speaker 2 (01:09:58):
One time?

Speaker 7 (01:09:58):
I think I got up to about eighty dollars.

Speaker 2 (01:10:00):
But yeah, have you thought about talking to mom about
keeping up with inflation with this twenty dollars payment?

Speaker 4 (01:10:06):
Yeah, it's been about twenty years that we've been getting
twenty dollars?

Speaker 11 (01:10:10):
Is it just an ad?

Speaker 2 (01:10:12):
It just comes out automatically or that automatically. It's actually
so cute. It's really cute. A little bonus thing.

Speaker 7 (01:10:20):
It's been great.

Speaker 2 (01:10:21):
Yeah, just a treat. It's a weekly treat, isn't it.
I love that? Or monthly Melanie, thank you Tansman. What
do you still get from the parents.

Speaker 7 (01:10:30):
My mom still pays.

Speaker 3 (01:10:32):
Me a salary even though I don't no longer work
for the business.

Speaker 2 (01:10:35):
I'm sorry, fraudulent, we keep these things? Oh my god,
how much can we ask? How much the salary is?

Speaker 8 (01:10:44):
It works out to I think about one thousand, three
hundred dollars a month.

Speaker 2 (01:10:50):
Oh my god. That's amazing. And they did they forget
to take you off the books or no.

Speaker 8 (01:10:59):
So after we immigrated she kind of was like, oh,
I'll keep paying you and then you can use that
money to buy like birthday presents and Christmas presents for
the family.

Speaker 2 (01:11:10):
Yep.

Speaker 7 (01:11:11):
And we've kind of just left it at death. But
it doesn't always go towards all of that.

Speaker 11 (01:11:15):
No, that's a lot of money for Christmas and birthday presents.
Sixty thousand dollars insane? Oh long mate, last that's great.

Speaker 2 (01:11:28):
Thank you. The messages in.

Speaker 3 (01:11:31):
My mum pays for half of our son's daycare bills
a week. We didn't know until we were like eight
hundred dollars in credit.

Speaker 5 (01:11:37):
It the.

Speaker 3 (01:11:39):
She's just do a little half then, Yeah, if you
had any me and mister gener is a strongly gender
based vias somebody to know.

Speaker 2 (01:11:46):
I don't know. I definitely said to be men that.

Speaker 3 (01:11:50):
Yeah, maybe, And you guys actually shut up my mum's
listening and more in fact, you're still paying. Yeah, my
parents pay for all my car to can't subsidize my
rent significantly and help with kids extracurricular activities. Are also
paying for a family holiday this year.

Speaker 2 (01:12:07):
If they can afford it, good on them.

Speaker 3 (01:12:09):
Why not help out thirty seven year old single mum
to three and literally try my hardest to make it
work without them, but couldn't survive without the support of
the moment with everything costing so much.

Speaker 4 (01:12:17):
Yeah, that's probably that's just how they want to spend
their money. If you're a single mom of three, that'll
take great joy in helping you.

Speaker 3 (01:12:23):
I am a thirty one year old full time working
physiotherapist and my parents still pay for.

Speaker 2 (01:12:27):
My health insurance. You work in health nice.

Speaker 3 (01:12:30):
I also just purchased my first time, and they paid
for your camp is going and for the inside to
be repainted.

Speaker 2 (01:12:34):
I know, I'm a very, very lucky girl. Also, just
while you hear, I've got the shoulder you the way down.
This is a little like just a quick mess. If
you could, like bet me of your knee.

Speaker 3 (01:12:46):
No, you're not going to do the stretches. I'm not
say I'm going to do the stretches. But I don't
have the time to do this six times a day.

Speaker 2 (01:12:54):
Nobody does physiostre and so small and hold against the
door frame and twice.

Speaker 3 (01:13:01):
I live in total on a home of the toll roads,
and my dad pays for all the tolls for his
kids and grandkids.

Speaker 2 (01:13:06):
I'm forre. That's cute. Yeah, good morning.

Speaker 4 (01:13:09):
My parents pay for my health and life insurance. I
think that's fierce since they brought me into the world
and nast be born. They's such a teenage thing.

Speaker 2 (01:13:17):
I didn't ask to be here.

Speaker 3 (01:13:19):
Momorn my partner's parents pay for all my gus. Wow, okay,
I'll not be complaining it. Everyone's like, oh my god,
have you seen ninety one? It's so expensive. They're like,
is iteling seven? My parents cover my power insurance house
and car and I get homekill when I need again,
I wouldn't be complaining you're.

Speaker 2 (01:13:39):
Buying a cow.

Speaker 3 (01:13:40):
My daughter has an Uber budget on my account. See,
I think I'll do that because I just wanted them
to know that they can.

Speaker 2 (01:13:46):
Oh, you'll go home safely. And it's not They're going
to do though, is use it to Uber to boys house?

Speaker 3 (01:13:51):
Well, yeah, I'll have the address. I'm exactly where to
rack up with a baseball bat. Let me just let
me just check this with Haley. Haley, if you were
fourteen and there was Uber, would you have you said
to uber to boys houses.

Speaker 4 (01:14:01):
Because it's way safer because we used to just like
walk in the dark.

Speaker 2 (01:14:05):
I don't want that either, walk along in the dark.
Feel it out.

Speaker 3 (01:14:12):
You should do a segment next week called whose parents
pulled off paying for their stuff after they heard this
this segment.

Speaker 2 (01:14:18):
Oh yeah, little a little well, like the psychologists said,
it's it's it's building What is that character? Character?

Speaker 3 (01:14:25):
And independence? I said, I work up this morning, needed
to be shitty at somebody. Now I'm gonna be shit
at my parents because they don't give.

Speaker 1 (01:14:30):
Me anything that m podcast needwork.

Speaker 4 (01:14:33):
I don't know if these myths that we were fed
as the only way to get rich. If you were
told this, and whether or not you still believe that
it's true, because here's seven myths the millennials thought would
make them rich that financial experts have kind of debunked.
First one, UNI is the only path to success. That
was fed hard though in the nineties, in the two

(01:14:56):
thousands as well. If you weren't going to UNI, it
was like a better be for a bloody good reason.

Speaker 2 (01:15:00):
Yeah, and if not, what are you going to do?
It's almos, gonna get a job. It's going to think
about it. For those no no, no, no no. And
now it's all the trade's that are laughing. Yeah, I
mean they.

Speaker 4 (01:15:08):
Trained, but they were like degrees open doors. But also
like you've got so you start life with this huge debt,
no job guarantee. Things like apprenticeships, trades, entrepreneurs courses are
way better alternatives. Thirty eight thousand dollars I spent Saving
money equals building wealth. So cashing a savings account that

(01:15:30):
just barely beats inflation, it's not going to do it.
You've got to be smart with a wealth comes from
investing and letting compounding do the heavy lifting. But ours
was like trenth for one hundred dollars a week. Yeah,
and you see it and you'd be like, actually, with
the rate of inflation, that's not working.

Speaker 2 (01:15:45):
Ah.

Speaker 4 (01:15:45):
The third myth about that millennials were taught that would
make them rich, You've got to buy a house home
ownership was like, you've got to do it, And now
more people are just like, why why would I spend
all that money? Because what you buy the house for,
by the way, you end up paying way more. Yeah,
it's called interest, and it sucks.

Speaker 2 (01:16:02):
You can be it, but then you know you can
be better off renting and as long as you're putting
that extra money into something else that's working. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:16:09):
Yeah, look at my financial advisor Harley Sprow, brad Olsen
or our banker loc will be like, shut up. The
fourth math credit cards are evil. The card is not
the problem. The spender is.

Speaker 2 (01:16:21):
Now I'm doing well. You because you never had a
credit card until recently, never.

Speaker 4 (01:16:27):
Had a credit card until recently, because I love to spend,
a love to shop, and you didn't trust yourself. You
didn't trust myself because if they gave me a limit,
be it one thousand and two thousand, whatever.

Speaker 2 (01:16:36):
Yeah, I'll be like yeah, and then I'll be like
paying it off, but I'll do.

Speaker 3 (01:16:41):
You know when that starts is when you get your
first student overdraft of five hundred dollars in fire and
then you're forever in student overdraft into your adult life.

Speaker 2 (01:16:49):
I've still got money. Yeah, it just says it. It's
like not in the red, but it just sits there.
Six hundred.

Speaker 4 (01:16:54):
Mine was it was five hundred, and then once I
think I needed a little bit more.

Speaker 2 (01:16:57):
I remember the day I was like I just don't
need this and I closed it. Yeah, I closed it.
I was like today it was a way easy to
get an overdraft as a student. And this is a
working person. When you're like, hey, can I just get
like an overdraft on that.

Speaker 3 (01:17:09):
Account just in case and just again an automatic payment
comes out on.

Speaker 2 (01:17:12):
The day before paid?

Speaker 3 (01:17:12):
Ack?

Speaker 2 (01:17:13):
Can I And they're like, oh, we need three months
of bank statements, you proof you're not a gambler, proof
your statements. Yeah. Here, look it was that amount available,
but I've got this little snow. That's crazy. And when
you're a student that will easily give you six five,
six hundred dollars, it's crazy.

Speaker 4 (01:17:29):
Yeah, that is the first one. Okay, other myths of
Millennius thought would make them rich. Pensions can wait till
you're older. You got to start early. Definitely as someone
who never paid anything into Key We Saber and Toald.
Just recently, I was like, whoops, finances a man's world
that could f off and rich people just work harder.

Speaker 2 (01:17:47):
Not really true, but that's a real ole mate thing.

Speaker 4 (01:17:49):
You gotta work hard, work toll the day your bloody
gets sixty five and then you're like, no, you just
get hit by a bus, like and lots of people
work hard and it doesn't happen. Wealth is about being
smart at the right time and a lot of chance
and luck and the.

Speaker 3 (01:18:00):
Crap investing in stuff where I was always because my
parents when the sheer market crash happened in nineteen eighty seven,
my parents were like young and like starting out and yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:18:11):
And they knew people that lost like ten thousand dollars. Yeah, and.

Speaker 3 (01:18:15):
That's what I never invest, never invest And everyone got
scared of investing. And it's like those same people that
lost ten thousand dollars are now driving like land rovers
and rain drovers.

Speaker 2 (01:18:24):
Yeah for sure.

Speaker 4 (01:18:25):
Oh well, I mean look around financial advisor. I have
been looking at if you've been listening to the show
six six am, a taxi dermied stillborn lion.

Speaker 2 (01:18:38):
Yeah, and a full sized Jerusalem donkey. Yeah. So in
terms of financial voice, take me with a big hot
rain of bring joins us from the news room.

Speaker 3 (01:18:50):
Oh it feels like it's been forever. Oh likewise, yeah,
what have you been up to Britain?

Speaker 5 (01:18:56):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (01:18:56):
Nothing, just saving money that sort of thing.

Speaker 2 (01:18:59):
Save What are you saving for? That's boring?

Speaker 3 (01:19:01):
But yeah, you're going on another holiday because you just
went to Japan and you Yeah, I might do one
of those medical trips you know when you go over again.
You face everything done beautiful, give great with.

Speaker 4 (01:19:16):
A good sit nice honey, just a cea cup.

Speaker 2 (01:19:18):
Yeah, I mean you're getting it done. You might as
well go. We'll go down then they'll see it all nicely.

Speaker 4 (01:19:24):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:19:25):
Yeah, he smells. He smells really good too. He's wearing
tom Ford Ford or one of those tobecc vanilla.

Speaker 2 (01:19:33):
It's a real one. Lot of farmers. No, it's not
the tobacco one. Which one is it?

Speaker 3 (01:19:39):
That might just be me.

Speaker 2 (01:19:42):
He smells like, okay, yeah right, that's the extreme one. Lovely. Yeah,
I just whatever I grab a duty friend is hone
or freak on that play? Right?

Speaker 3 (01:19:58):
But what would you get done on your the calliday?
Maybe a bum job or something?

Speaker 2 (01:20:03):
Yeah, a bum job?

Speaker 4 (01:20:06):
Yeah, I just had a little look. I know that
that's probably an HR thing and I'll copy.

Speaker 2 (01:20:10):
I hear about it. But I'm not complaining fantans all right, Well,
Britain comes in once a week with all the news
stories that are not enough of the main news bulletin,
and we put it all in not enough of the news.

Speaker 3 (01:20:23):
We're not going to say no, but I just want
to say I'm not a big fan of puns. Okay, yeah,
I'm hoping there are no puns today.

Speaker 2 (01:20:36):
Could figure out who wrote this one?

Speaker 3 (01:20:38):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (01:20:38):
Who wrote this? Nine sex? Nine sex?

Speaker 3 (01:20:40):
Could a good morning? First up to Louisiana and in
the US and a drink driver decided to leg it
from police into a swamp drinking gator raide wasn't what
got him in trouble, but a gator was waiting all
the same, and it took a bite out of crime
and him the criminal. The criminal bit off more than
he could chew and tried to say see you later.

(01:21:02):
Alligator that was caught between a crock and a hard
place vaorn Jesus.

Speaker 2 (01:21:09):
It's violently obvious.

Speaker 3 (01:21:11):
Now.

Speaker 4 (01:21:11):
As we said last time, Vaughan wrote this pull back.
You know what I mean, there's like a filter, too
many puns. It wasn't it wasn't it Coco Chanel that said,
you know, before you leave the house, take off one
item before you submitted to Brand's.

Speaker 3 (01:21:24):
I don't know who wrote it. The jury still I'll
tell you what. This story still is unfinished, so that's
a clear giveaway.

Speaker 5 (01:21:34):
I love it.

Speaker 3 (01:21:36):
Eventually he got snapped up by the cops, who described
him as armless. The long drawer of the Lord got
him in the end, still going Yes, frankly, the whole
thing sing sings of reptile dysfunction.

Speaker 2 (01:21:54):
That's born nine six nine six. If you can figure
out if it was Fletcher, Okay, news of the News.
I'm going to write next week's yes, abhorrent.

Speaker 4 (01:22:05):
It's just clunky, lad, Yeah, it's too many.

Speaker 2 (01:22:09):
Speaking of things that bite back closer to home. Now,
that was nice.

Speaker 3 (01:22:12):
There was nice, and this is no yoke.

Speaker 2 (01:22:16):
Here we are.

Speaker 3 (01:22:18):
Pack and Save Dungy Order has had to rekill a
burger literally called death by Chicken for being undercooked. So
for once the menu was being completely honest when definitely
not chicken dinner.

Speaker 2 (01:22:32):
I didn't mind that. Is that the end of that bit? Really? No,
it's not short.

Speaker 11 (01:22:37):
There we go.

Speaker 2 (01:22:38):
This one's a bit raw.

Speaker 3 (01:22:40):
The recalls ruffled a few feathers at mp I, and
the burgers have come off the shelf to roost. The
excellent news phil go No one's actually been sick. The
brand cooked its own goose, except it didn't. Turns out
the name was poultry. I don't want to say.

Speaker 2 (01:23:02):
Again, this one deserves that. Turns out the name was
poultry in Motion. That's for this year.

Speaker 4 (01:23:09):
Someone did text and saying how did they pulay it off?
Poolay off pola chicken.

Speaker 3 (01:23:14):
We should not be enteraging that kind of comedy.

Speaker 2 (01:23:18):
Poultry in Motion.

Speaker 3 (01:23:23):
There's still one more story, okay, okay, and finally a
heavenly showdown in Madrid because the Pope's got a hair
raising rival. It's Pope Leo x I V, which I
think is fourteen versus Bad Bunny, just our hair raising roy.

Speaker 4 (01:23:42):
Yeah, it's hard because the first pun required more information.

Speaker 2 (01:23:48):
For the people who listened to the segment multiple times.

Speaker 4 (01:23:51):
You on the podcast on My Heart, you just bang
that bang that back.

Speaker 3 (01:23:57):
Fifteen button four times through it again, and you'll be like, God, damn,
how all yeah, call back to show actually punchlines, and
then we'll get to the giants.

Speaker 2 (01:24:11):
What I'll do is I'll just restart the stories.

Speaker 3 (01:24:15):
That fifteen years because I've already forgotten what the story
was about.

Speaker 2 (01:24:19):
Sorry, okay.

Speaker 3 (01:24:20):
And finally, a heavenly showdown in Madrid because the Pope's
got a hair raising rival. It's Pope Leo the fourteenth
versus Bad Bunny, and it's a real air resistible matchup
Sunday Service versus Saturday set list.

Speaker 2 (01:24:38):
That, okay, that's not bad.

Speaker 3 (01:24:40):
It's the I have no idea what the story is
and we're three paragraphs in. It's the Popemobile versus the
Tour of Us.

Speaker 2 (01:24:50):
That doesn't mean a clap, that's just. That's not even
a job or a partner anything, that's just. It's the
pulpit versus the mosh pit. Let me be the first joke.
The Pope start with that.

Speaker 3 (01:25:04):
Yeah, now, finally it's the pulpit versus the mos The
list continues. Might have just said, oh, yes, I have
no idea. It doesn't matter, Hailey, The story doesn't matter,
no jokes. The Pope versus the puppy. Did I say
that right? Barbie, Barbie, Barbie versus the Barbie. It's the

(01:25:27):
battle of the Holy Box office. Let us pray versus
let us play. Well, you're not listening that.

Speaker 2 (01:25:42):
Time.

Speaker 4 (01:25:43):
No point has this said that they have a gig
on at the same time, not once place.

Speaker 2 (01:25:51):
It once have conflicting schedules, not one.

Speaker 3 (01:25:56):
Will you just wait, Haley, because the Faithfuller hopping out
and the festival crowded coming out ahead?

Speaker 2 (01:26:07):
Why do you make things so overcorn band?

Speaker 4 (01:26:12):
The story isn't doingish ship. Either story isn't starting. I said,
I'm not very impressed impressed with these jokes.

Speaker 2 (01:26:20):
Here's a joke, that's a good moment.

Speaker 3 (01:26:21):
Again, I'm just reading. I've not added anything to this.
When asked about his rival, the Pope said, bad bunny.
Back in my day we called him a whiskily Rabbit's banned.

Speaker 2 (01:26:33):
He's banned. You've got a monk band month band.

Speaker 4 (01:26:37):
Again, not once he's the story been mentioned.

Speaker 3 (01:26:40):
You will be allowed to write not news news until
we're back from holiday.

Speaker 2 (01:26:47):
What are they saying, yes or no? Yes, they're not impressed.
I'm cringing isn't a pun I'm mopping mad? Yeah yeah, yeah,
yeah yeah yeah right, so we'll turn it off.

Speaker 3 (01:27:01):
Let's turn it off.

Speaker 4 (01:27:03):
The story wasn't in there. It was just sort of
bad Bunny in Pope.

Speaker 3 (01:27:06):
There was no story. Yeah, the bad Bunny and the
pipe have got a concert and a guest spot on
the same there.

Speaker 2 (01:27:17):

until mid July? I thank you, thank you. Hey.

Speaker 3 (01:27:34):

because you wanted five stars back?

Speaker 2 (01:27:38):
Yes, let's do that with this podcast. Review it five stars,
tell your friends and we'll do the same for you.
If you ever need a review for anything. But where
are you giving me my five stars? Well, I don't know.
Do you want a restaurant or something?

Speaker 3 (01:27:51):
