Remember when you used to like really it was a
thing when someone changed his status.
Speaker 1 (02:25):
It's complicated relationship status. It's complicated.
Speaker 4 (02:29):
Is that?
Speaker 1 (02:30):
Did you change yours? Nah?
Speaker 4 (02:32):
I just think he'll stay married. I don't know, does
it you telling me? I don't think the lies of
the law. Yeah, you're true, true paperwork. It's your family.
It's my birthday. There, I got excited. I thought it
must have been my birthday because I had my birthday.
But that's not that's just got excited. My birthday must
be my birthday. It must be birthday.
Speaker 1 (02:55):
It's my daughter day.
Speaker 5 (02:56):
Next it's someone's birthday, saying like tin that nine days?
Speaker 4 (03:01):
Yeah, ok, thank you? Just remember their presence.
Speaker 6 (03:05):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (03:05):
Yeah, we've got we've got your something. I'll pop it.
Water is today? Get chocolate sponge? Cake? Black sponge?
Speaker 4 (03:15):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (03:15):
Black? Why do they call it chocolate cake as black sponge?
That's right, We're going to have a black sponge.
Speaker 4 (03:21):
Such a beautiful way of describing a chocolate cake.
Speaker 1 (03:26):
Black plunges or blue one of those black sponges. What
are you looking for? Well, it's chocolate coins we're talking
about now.
Speaker 4 (03:34):
Okay, yeah, y I go to I mean, always crappy chocolate.
But it's like pulling the gold.
Speaker 5 (03:42):
Yeah, and then you leave them and then like into January, like, oh,
I found a little coin in the little top and
your peel backs white? Do you prefer that frigerated? Yeap,
frigid frigid, frigerated?
Speaker 1 (03:54):
Y okay.
Speaker 4 (03:55):
So this woman gets a call and this widow, this
is the widows sorry for this, thisow, This widow gets
a call from people claiming to be social security agents said,
your social security number has been used to fund terrorism.
Speaker 1 (04:08):
Oh my goodness to hear that money laundering.
Speaker 4 (04:11):
And so you've got to take your your money that
you've got presumably you know, got a little little life
insurance payer againstor I for your lost for one sort
of retirement fund and convert that seven hundred thousand dollars
into gold. Oh okay, So law enforcement could track the criminals, right,
So could could could because then she gives them the
(04:33):
gold and they've got a bug in there and they
can all right, okay, so anyway blah blah blah blah
blah blah blah, and they she then alerts she brings
the actual police, and the police are like, oh no,
there's not none of this. This is definitely a scam.
But they said go along with it undercover. Yeah, go
along with it. So she gets a bag of gold,
(04:55):
get gets it converted into gold, and hands it over.
Speaker 1 (05:00):
They arrest the person on the spot.
Speaker 4 (05:01):
Yeah, ha ha ha got you because it was in
the They had a quick lock in the bag and
it looked gold because it was gold, chocolate.
Speaker 1 (05:07):
Gold coins and probably good stuff.
Speaker 5 (05:11):
I mean, it wouldn't be too mad though. Do you
know if you stole something and you opened up your belt,
it's not what it wanted. But but now I got
a fridge full of white gold coins.
Speaker 1 (05:18):
Yeah, just before you arrest me, can I just have one?
Speaker 5 (05:22):
Let me get my fingernail and that little flap on
the rim, yep, if.
Speaker 1 (05:28):
You get it, it's one.
Speaker 4 (05:29):
And then if you can get your finger out and
spread it out nice off. We used to keep our
Easter egg rappers. We used to have a competition every
year who could get the flattest. Almost don't get just
here in the foiler heartbreak, give a stated heartbreak, but
have another one.
Speaker 5 (05:45):
Did the police give her any kind of like thanks
or compensation for just like going undercover.
Speaker 4 (05:52):
I just do it for free to be so exciting.
But like, guess what I'm doing today, going under cover
catching crip.
Speaker 1 (05:59):
You know I've already lost my husband. What have I
got to loose because I'm a widow. I'm nothing but
a widow. Let's catch some crumbs.
Speaker 4 (06:06):
She got her money back, and she hopes she would
takes enough from the fact that her story would serve
as a warning to others.
Speaker 1 (06:11):
Yes. Nice, it's probably a good reminder to chicken with
your parents. Yeah.
Speaker 5 (06:16):
Yeah, make sure they're not getting scammed. Yeah, buye gold.
Don't get them converting things to gold.
Speaker 7 (06:21):
Nice.
Speaker 2 (06:22):
The Z podcast Network, what's going on?
Speaker 4 (06:25):
Zen?
Speaker 2 (06:25):
Ms fletched Vaughn and Haley.
Speaker 7 (06:29):
Haley.
Speaker 1 (06:29):
Silly little pool, silly little pole.
Speaker 8 (06:33):
It is so silly, silly, silly that silly little pool,
silly little pot, little pole, silly.
Speaker 1 (06:44):
Little silly little pole.
Speaker 4 (06:47):
Do you care if you're a partner watches adult content
We're talking pornography?
Speaker 5 (06:54):
No, God, no, I think maybe I would have a
problem if I was in a relationship with someone and
the adult content they were watching. Was the issue the
actual like style of it. Yes, it was a bit like,
you know, like anti women or like not.
Speaker 1 (07:09):
Very you know what I mean.
Speaker 4 (07:11):
I watching adult content and it was that was taking
the place of intimate tiy, which it does, and that
becomes a problem for so many.
Speaker 1 (07:18):
Sure, that's your easy thing as you do that, and then.
Speaker 4 (07:21):
And then I'm not getting any Yeah, love and affection,
and I want some. Well, do you care if your
partner watches adult content?
Speaker 1 (07:28):
Thirty percent? Yes, I do care. I'm not okay with it.
Seventy percent I do not mind.
Speaker 5 (07:33):
Shan Dog was just saying producer Shandog Dole, who just
called Chubuck of the Star Wars. But you were saying
that even though there was thirty percent of people that
said they do have a.
Speaker 1 (07:44):
Problem with it, we only got one comment from them.
Speaker 6 (07:48):
Yeah.
Speaker 9 (07:48):
I try to get like a broad range of responses.
Speaker 1 (07:50):
I opened it.
Speaker 9 (07:51):
Every single response we get for so little phole.
Speaker 1 (07:54):
I read it, but no.
Speaker 9 (07:56):
One was admitting to why they wouldn't let their partner
watch it.
Speaker 1 (07:59):
It's just a feeling, or yeah it's impacted them in
the past.
Speaker 4 (08:02):
Yeah, some feedback on it. Dan said, of course, I
don't one that'll be hypocritical.
Speaker 1 (08:09):
I'm not jealous.
Speaker 4 (08:10):
He's not going to get with the person on the screen,
and three of he gets a different what he sees
variety is the Paprika of life.
Speaker 1 (08:17):
It is ye lovely.
Speaker 4 (08:19):
Samantha said, I don't mind if it's reasonable content and frequency.
Of course that varies with each person, but you know
your partner's habits, it's pretty irrational to think they don't
watch it.
Speaker 1 (08:26):
Oh do you remember that person that used to think
they partner didn't watch porn.
Speaker 7 (08:29):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (08:30):
Yeah, you're like, let us be the ones to tell
you that's not true. That's definitely not true.
Speaker 4 (08:35):
Okay, to see the books I read are probably ten
times worse than anything he could find. It's the thing,
it's just you read the books about the half man
half What are you into now?
Speaker 1 (08:45):
Alien?
Speaker 4 (08:47):
Sure, half man half we're just half horse half ice
honkey player, now are talking?
Speaker 1 (08:54):
They have a horse on the ice, They have like.
Speaker 4 (08:56):
The what are the what are the things they use
called stick? They have sticks instead of legs.
Speaker 1 (09:01):
Yeah yeah, and they just oh wait, so but it's
got a man hid, it's got a man.
Speaker 4 (09:07):
And a giant body stick legs on the ice because massive.
And they're so good at ice hockey because they have
full stacks. Now they'd be terrible at ice hockey. They
need skate. Know, they're really good. Read the book before
you start judging it.
Speaker 1 (09:24):
I don't read.
Speaker 4 (09:25):
I just watched little ten minute clips Daddy Ale said,
I don't mind if it's together, but alone it's just like,
why come hit me up for some spanky time, you.
Speaker 1 (09:33):
Know, Oh jez gracious, what's the saying. I don't know.
Speaker 4 (09:43):
I don't know where they get their fuel, so long
as they park at home. It's something like that. It
luds me right now. I don't know if that's saying
sort of a vehicle analogy. I don't mind where they
get their fuelers someone that works in the fuel industry.
Speaker 5 (09:58):
Oh, you get your fuel like where you get where
you well, you're half feelsier as long as you part
home and park.
Speaker 4 (10:03):
It's a terrible analogy. Let someone else put their pump
in you, oh goodness, and then you come home to me.
Speaker 1 (10:11):
You put diesel in the tank. Now someone's going to
need to scume and suck it all out. Yeah, but
we've got to try but a diesel every now and
then to see if it's bitter to sell. We might
find out that we're a diesel vehicle. How we know
until we don't. We just don't know. Comming with ninety one,
this whole time, you're like the diesel the whole time.
That's it.
Speaker 4 (10:28):
I make it on content for my partner of me,
and he loves it. That's nice, that's hot, that's hot.
Speaker 1 (10:35):
Good morning.
Speaker 4 (10:35):
Sounds like they've got one of those kmart ring lines.
Yeah you got a ring light the downstairs. Yeah, softly,
softly turn it down and get a walk to warm
not to rear Anonymous is it's caused issues in the
past for us, and it's agreed.
Speaker 1 (10:52):
It's not a part of our relationship. Oh there you go.
See that's getting back to that hole, probably taking the place. Yeah,
watching a little too much? Yeah, well for the.
Speaker 4 (11:01):
Little pole we are. Do you care if your partner
watches adult content? And seventy percent, he said, I.
Speaker 1 (11:04):
Do not mind.
Speaker 2 (11:05):
The z M podcast network play z m's flesh Forn
and Hailey.
Speaker 4 (11:09):
Well, the world now has its first ever trillionaire and
it is Elon muskped.
Speaker 1 (11:15):
You know I was working up Man one hundred and
fifty a week. I was chucking in savings. Yeah it was.
Speaker 5 (11:20):
And you're coming for your bast and your key we
saver you keyp we save talking down over the weekend.
Speaker 4 (11:25):
That's what it was in the oktya if we're taking
wins on shares. I met at the field days, I
met a couple of lays. It worked for Cheers's and
they gave me this free beanie. So technically that's a
big return on the shere market. Yeah right, that's probably
the biggest return year.
Speaker 1 (11:43):
Yeah. Yeah, pretty good, pretty good practical return. It's the
best tangible.
Speaker 4 (11:51):
There was a bust add that you may have seen
people like putting up things like you said before, if
you're a trillionaire in a world of starving children, and
then you're not really.
Speaker 1 (11:59):
A you know, you're not a revolutionary. Yeah, you're a
sea sea bomb. Yeah, which is so it's nicely.
Speaker 5 (12:07):
Sick and just that thing when someone said you realize
with your wealth, like how much of the planet you
could pull out of poverty?
Speaker 1 (12:14):
And he was like, well, if someone tells me how,
then I'll do it.
Speaker 4 (12:16):
And then so many people were like ninety three billion
a year, I think they said we'll do it, would
do sort of the light out and still even with
you know, tons and he didn't ever got back to them.
Speaker 1 (12:30):
They did you see someone on the re carpet.
Speaker 5 (12:33):
I can't remember where he was, where they were, but
his daughter, you know his daughter, she's trans right, Yeah,
she was on a recarpet for something and the interviewer
was like, oh, your father, your father, he's the best.
Speaker 1 (12:46):
Yeah, put somebody and she's like, sorry, but your father,
your father Elas, he's the best, and she just walks away.
It was like yeah, because they do not get on
at all. Those two.
Speaker 4 (12:55):
I wonder you got a trillion dollars out in pennies
you were pennies and stack them on top of each other.
You'd have four towers of pennies that would touch the
moon from Earth. Wow, I mean you're stupid as well.
Don't get it in pennies. World hunger no terrible or
a terrible way unless you screwed to McDuck.
Speaker 1 (13:14):
But then where are you going to put them all?
Speaker 5 (13:15):
And also if you dove into a pool of pennies,
it's a solid mass, you would really really miss yourself.
Speaker 1 (13:20):
Up a trillion dollars.
Speaker 4 (13:21):
So they the United Nations said it would cost ninety
three billion per year to solve world hunger by twenty thirty.
So ninety three billion year would living for six hundred
and twenty eight billion dollars. Oh that's a year, but
come on, like, how's he going to live on that?
Speaker 1 (13:35):
Yeah? Actually kind of being unreasonable there, like what's he
supposed to do? Isn't it insane? Like, so, how much
money does one person needs? Infographics are great. Here's each.
Speaker 4 (13:48):
Each circle is one billion, and you can scroll down
and that's how many billions it takes to make a
trillion or Taylor Swift. Taylor Swift gets two circles for
estimated ticket sales from her eras tour. She gets two circles,
so that was two billion sales for Avatar the highest gracing.
So that's just under three three dots on this thing
of I'm guessing over a thousand dots.
Speaker 1 (14:09):
That's insane, isn't it just not? It's not It's like unfathomable.
Does he you know, with.
Speaker 5 (14:18):
Who's one of the other richest guys in the world,
and he gives away so much of it gates not gates,
but they mean they do a lot, both him and
ex Melinda, but there was another guy.
Speaker 1 (14:29):
Name but he does a lot of stuff. Does Elon
must do? He's he does have a charity.
Speaker 4 (14:34):
But I was listening to something yesterday and they really
struggle to find any records of anything given right that
gets up to a certain.
Speaker 1 (14:43):
You think it'd be a bit more public to be like, yeah,
climate change or overaw, he does nothing, basically nothing. Well,
that's why he's a trillionaire.
Speaker 4 (14:53):
A piece of pos that's the Statue of Liberty. Yeah,
and that's how Burger space starshippers. So that's you know,
one hundred and fifty one feet high. And that's what
one point seven seven trillion looks like. If it was
a one hundred dollars bill, so it would be higher
than the Statue of Liberty, significantly wider.
Speaker 1 (15:12):
Yeah, param it'd be like four. Statue of Liberty is
wide and smaller. So what's it doing. He could buy
the New York Next one hundred and two times just
to put a bit of it. He could buy it
every He could buy every professional sports team in America.
Speaker 4 (15:26):
Yeah, he could buy sport every house. And was it
the US state of Maine or one of those Northeastern states.
If you sing every single residential house and still have
billions live, it's an incomprehensible life where.
Speaker 1 (15:39):
Your money, dude, you don't need all that.
Speaker 5 (15:41):
Cool cool congrats, well done, mate, sending now big congrats
to Elon Musk.
Speaker 2 (15:48):
Then podcast Network plays it in splesh one and Hailey.
Speaker 1 (15:54):
From the Unmoderated comments section. This is the top six
How do I exercise in juice?
Speaker 4 (16:02):
Anaphylaxis is the technical term for being allergic to exercise.
It's thought to be a combination of factors that trigger
the body to release chemicals such as histamine, and it
is the release of these chemicals that cause the symptoms,
which can be hard to breathe, et cetera, et cetera. Also,
apparently it can be related to what food has been ingested.
Speaker 1 (16:22):
Oh yeah, yeah.
Speaker 4 (16:23):
The most common foods involved in food depending exercise in juice.
Anaphylect is of heady ear, wheat, shellfish, nuts, eggs, and milk.
But I've got the top six other signs you might
be allergic to exercise.
Speaker 1 (16:35):
I'm suspicious. Number six on the list. Acute respiratory distress.
Speaker 4 (16:39):
The patient presents a sudden, labored breathing and a wheezing
sound from the chest. Yeah, the body's gasping for oxygen.
It cannot obtain. Line on the floor.
Speaker 1 (16:47):
Reconsider your choices.
Speaker 5 (16:48):
Yeah, that's my medical is at the moment, you feel
sort of like it's harder to breathe.
Speaker 1 (16:53):
This here, this thing to you. No, that's you could
be experiencing. You don't actually know respiratridistress. You're not a doctor.
We are. I'll ask you to stop spreading falsehoods.
Speaker 4 (17:04):
Number five on the least of the topic signs you're
allergic to exercise. Localized muscular combustion. Burning sensation ignites deep
within the affected limbs. The patient reports and muscles medically
speaking on fire.
Speaker 1 (17:15):
Yeah, that's good. Take five, Lie down some of that
actu It hurts. That's localized muscle and a combustion. You
could be perfect going no pain, no gain, you know,
no pain, Lie down on the on the ground.
Speaker 4 (17:30):
Number four on the list of the tops ex signs
you're allergic to exercises called spontaneous saline discharge.
Speaker 1 (17:35):
All goodness.
Speaker 4 (17:36):
Now, the skin begins discreting a warm, salt rich fluid
across the entire body.
Speaker 1 (17:40):
It can pull out the brow and into the eye.
Is that like a sweet? Would we call that a sweet?
Speaker 4 (17:45):
I call it spontaneous saline discharge. It's a mystery why
it happens. But you may be allergic to exercise.
Speaker 1 (17:51):
Again, it's good.
Speaker 4 (17:52):
Meaning all three of these things sound terrible.
Speaker 1 (17:55):
I'd avoid it. Turn around.
Speaker 4 (17:57):
Time to three on the list of the tops signs
your allergic to exercise cardiac escape syndrome.
Speaker 1 (18:03):
What's happening there?
Speaker 4 (18:04):
The heart rate accelerates still an alarming on a natural rhythm,
pounding against the ribcage, and some severe cases it feels
like it's in your throat.
Speaker 1 (18:13):
Okay, So the moment your heart goes from where it
is just at reach, you can feel it experience. This
is allergic reaction to existence. Good for your body. It's
changing your body.
Speaker 4 (18:23):
To Fletcher, number two in the top six signs your
allergic to exercise. The legs you lose all their structural
integrity and you begin to experience lower limb liquefaction.
Speaker 1 (18:33):
Yeah, yeah, like a jelly jelly.
Speaker 4 (18:35):
They'll begin to wobble. You may grip a wall or
insist you're fine. However you're not because your legs are
slowly turned into liquid. Should you continue?
Speaker 1 (18:44):
This is a good thing. That would just make it stop.
And the number one sign your allergic exercise.
Speaker 4 (18:48):
May take some time to show up, but it's known
as delayed onset total bodily betrayal. This will be maybe
the next day. Every muscle ceases to function at it's
you know, yeah, before you worked out, you couldn't set
stand or go sit on the toilet without making a noise.
A sneeze could trigger a complete agony, right, and so
(19:13):
recommended to.
Speaker 1 (19:13):
Completely avoid any horrible So we should just not exercise.
Is that what you are? Okay?
Speaker 4 (19:21):
The doctor says, I recommend two mock cream donuts from
the bakery. Perfect, and if pain persists, have another one
tomorrow at home. Another one that's today's top six please.
Speaker 1 (19:36):
So I'm going to try and I won't spoil anything.
Speaker 5 (19:40):
But yesterday in the group chair, I hit I hit
you guys with her You've got to watch material Instinct
on Netflix, and the girls were like, we've already seen it.
We've been here, done that all weekend. I was like,
we're gonna find out here's baby this is? And I
was like I'm doing things to be like, okay, how
I'm funny.
Speaker 1 (19:57):
Whose baby this is? This was a question. And then
I was like, hey, we got to find out whose
baby this is? The nick minute and I was crying,
what what? Okay? Your baby?
Speaker 4 (20:04):
I've been a bit of a ride here starts from THEE.
Speaker 1 (20:08):
Do I google maternal Instinct?
Speaker 6 (20:10):
No?
Speaker 1 (20:10):
No, the description online is going to spoil.
Speaker 5 (20:13):
I want to tell you about it without telling you
about it because I want everyone to watch it.
Speaker 1 (20:17):
It's harrowing.
Speaker 4 (20:18):
So I don't need harrowing. Man, I live in harrowing.
We watch this and like, you don't know harrowing this is.
You give me a bit of perspective, So you go
into netflox. In a maternal instinct, you go there.
Speaker 5 (20:32):
It was watching the trailer and it starts with police
cam footage You've got off.
Speaker 1 (20:38):
Of a woman on the side of the road, who
the police.
Speaker 5 (20:43):
She's been swerving like this, and she's got a baby,
and it's hooked to the placenter.
Speaker 1 (20:52):
There's way more good people than now are bad, but
there's evil in our land. Your emergency, I need a
because I started to happen my baby. She's carrying the
baby in her lap. She looked like she had a baby.
Speaker 2 (21:07):
It doesn't she now if he wants.
Speaker 1 (21:12):
Made to talk about where does baby come from?
Speaker 2 (21:16):
It's mine?
Speaker 1 (21:17):
Where does baby come from? Baby? Where does baby come from?
Speaker 5 (21:22):
So what you heard there was the moment that she's
on the phone right the CoP's been like, I just
don't have my baby in the side of the road.
Speaker 1 (21:27):
This happens.
Speaker 5 (21:28):
We're heading to the hospital to have this baby. By
the way, the baby's suspiciously nearly three weeks overdure. Okay,
by the way, the husband's not allowed to touch your
body or her belly.
Speaker 1 (21:39):
Wild story.
Speaker 5 (21:40):
They go in there, she's on the side of the road,
she's holding a baby. It's attached to a placenter. Now
that tells us this baby's fresh.
Speaker 1 (21:46):
Yep.
Speaker 5 (21:47):
Then it jumps to a clip. I'm only telling you
what's in the trailer so that I'm not spoiling anything.
Then it jumps to a clip of her at the
hospital and the doctor goes and does an examination.
Speaker 1 (21:55):
He was like, this woman has not just.
Speaker 5 (21:56):
Had a baby, and so the reason then you're just there.
I then go to something else. They had to go
to a thing, go to a concert. The whole time
I was like, who is the series or one off?
One off movie?
Speaker 1 (22:06):
Wait you stole You started a movie knowing how long
it was going to be, knowing.
Speaker 5 (22:12):
You had to leave before you could find show really bizarre,
you knowflix true crime documentary about your head.
Speaker 1 (22:22):
So that's how that's the premise.
Speaker 5 (22:24):
As a woman is in a car having a quote
unquote just given birth to her baby in the car,
then we know.
Speaker 1 (22:30):
That is not true.
Speaker 5 (22:32):
And then I was joking this whole whole weekend, we
gotta get home, found out whose baby this is?
Speaker 1 (22:37):
It was real.
Speaker 5 (22:37):
It's sad than a mirror, like yeah, yeah, they're great,
and it's just so well done. And then when I
found heir it was a baby from then, I was
weeping on the couch and I was like, like, hid
half under.
Speaker 1 (22:51):
A T shirt. Okay, someone said, okay, someone said it's
Zachary too. Know, I don't know. I didn't need did
Zachary At one point he is Zachary as one of
the most harrowing weekends ever.
Speaker 5 (23:05):
I was just gobsmacked. And then I was like, do
I remember this because it's from COVID times? Do I
remember this because very recent? This is huge when you
find out sort of like I need you to see
it because I had to.
Speaker 1 (23:19):
You know, I don't like that. I don't like when
you're like, well, I suffered. That's I mean, it is dark,
and you know, take care of yourself in a dark place.
Speaker 5 (23:28):
But honestly, this is one of the wildest, most incredible
documentaries I've ever seen.
Speaker 1 (23:34):
Maternal and Maternal. I think it's on Netflix at the moment.
Check it out. And then you do that thing where
like now I'm just being the day, like I now
know the baby where she gets the baby, not from her, I.
Speaker 4 (23:48):
Don't know it.
Speaker 1 (23:49):
Yeah, watch her.
Speaker 5 (23:52):
Podcast network something that I tried to get Fletched to
buy even though his post re innovation doesn't have any money.
Speaker 1 (23:57):
It's out of her mind. I was, I was dangling
a carrot well because like some people.
Speaker 4 (24:05):
On my phone hates at the weekend and where Hayley's
conversation went from I'm partying next morning.
Speaker 1 (24:10):
Early, it's like I'm betting on I was, like what
happened in between? So I'm sorry.
Speaker 5 (24:16):
I mean, I've known of this auction house for long time,
so I've never done an antiques auction. I've never It
just seems so foreign maybe or like you know, or
you only do that with as a multi millionaire or something.
Speaker 1 (24:28):
They do the big ticket items and stuff.
Speaker 5 (24:31):
And I've known of House of Huia for a long
time and lots of our lovely listeners send it to
me all the time. They got great, great antiques and
they're down in Canterbury.
Speaker 4 (24:38):
Because for those that don't know, some people have, you know,
serious addictions like alcohol and drugs.
Speaker 1 (24:44):
Yeah you have, you have a taxidermin and anti.
Speaker 5 (24:47):
Vintage vintage goods and weirs, including taxid.
Speaker 1 (24:58):
All.
Speaker 5 (24:59):
So this weekend, I Vaughan was actually the one who
sent me because someone had sent you the House of
Hue auction that was coming up, and sometimes they have
focused ones that have antiques but focused on selling their
taxid me off.
Speaker 1 (25:14):
And there was a full sized Jerusalem donkey. I will
stop you.
Speaker 5 (25:18):
I did not purchase, Oh thank goodness, the full size,
only because I only live in a small cottage. There's
simply no space for it. Not because that would be
a ridiculous thing to do. So Saturday morning, I had
my painter was there and he was doing some stuff
outside and I was up and kind of getting ready.
I was hosting friends that night, and I had set
an alarm and my alarm went off at ten, you know,
(25:40):
fifty or something, and I was like.
Speaker 1 (25:41):
What's that for? And I said, oh my god, the
auction starting. I said, oh, I'll just jump on.
Speaker 5 (25:45):
I've never been I've never watched an online auction before.
It was like this, not number thirty seven from the
eighteen hundreds. We've got a lovely seat of tables. We're
going to start with two hundred two hundred and fifty
two and I've got three hundred, three hundred and fifty
going once, going twice there called soul living on to
lot number seven four times.
Speaker 1 (26:02):
Time to sit. Oh God, did you bed online? Would
you have to be like yes?
Speaker 5 (26:07):
So I had joined really late, so I assumed the
one item that I had come for the TEXI doom
in Honeybadger.
Speaker 1 (26:17):
Yeah, the which everybody needs, everybody needs.
Speaker 5 (26:21):
I'd assumed that I would have missed it, which I
was like, just as bloody wow, honey bed honey badge,
crazy as the animal out.
Speaker 1 (26:28):
So I'd assumed that it had gone, and then it
was going. It was going so fast. I was like,
my bloody word. So I logged in because I've got
an account with them.
Speaker 5 (26:35):
I logged in, so I'm now I'm able to bid okay,
And then I quickly went and opened the other catalog
and I was like, oh my god, the honey Badger
hasn't gone.
Speaker 1 (26:42):
We'll just sort of see where it's at. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
you know what I man. And it just was so
fast nix. We kept going once going fatwa fair Corsol.
Speaker 5 (26:49):
I don't ever gone to loss of it, And it
was like three hours shout out to the auctioneer house
of her hours so long. And so I was sort
of cleaning the house and just having this thing in
the background, and then things started popping up that I
was like, hey, hold on a day a minute.
Speaker 1 (27:04):
What okay?
Speaker 5 (27:05):
So let's I've got two Arctic foxes. One's a head,
one's a full Arctic you do. But they're like, they
have always said these things are best than three. How
How has no one thrown a bucket of black paint
over you?
Speaker 1 (27:19):
They're old. I'm not killing them and getting them taxi
to mat right, the crime's been done.
Speaker 4 (27:25):
It's sort of a statute of statute of limitation. You're
buying the stolen car off the police.
Speaker 1 (27:32):
On my problem, I didn't steal it. So then that
my eye is my egos, very colonial British. My ear
tweaks and I go, what's just what's happened there?
Speaker 5 (27:45):
And it was an Arctic fox shawl with the head
hanging off the back, and I thought, I mean, that
would never wear it.
Speaker 1 (27:51):
I'm not wearing it, but it would look nice sprawled
over it armed you wouldn't that I don't know, but.
Speaker 4 (27:56):
I mean most people go to the warehouse and buy
an blanket some wolves on it.
Speaker 1 (28:01):
Yea lovely, lovely.
Speaker 5 (28:02):
Well, my finger thought, you know, we'll just hit a
little clique and Nickman I won it. So that I
was like, that's fun, hale, like so affordable.
Speaker 1 (28:11):
This for what it is affordable. So then I'm listening along.
I'm listening along. I see this Morano glass bowl and
I was like, grab it.
Speaker 5 (28:19):
And then what's a Morano glass bowl? The ancient Morano
of Italy. Anyway, so the honey badger comes up, the
head honey badger.
Speaker 1 (28:32):
You know, I love the honey badger.
Speaker 5 (28:34):
And what I noticed is you can do a pre
bid before the auction, right, So my pre bid was
there and it was super low, like for it is,
it was super low, super low, and I was there
ready to.
Speaker 1 (28:50):
Be like fight me, come at you, fight me for
the honey badger. That's a unique pace. No one fought me.
I got it for us. You got to a honey badger.
I got a honey bay that I've got to pay
the little the shipping. Today I'm the proud owner of
a honey badger. I'm most honey badger. It was the
(29:12):
most fun.
Speaker 5 (29:12):
And then so I was messaging you guys been like
this was a hat dick because I was.
Speaker 1 (29:16):
Cleaning the toilet with the blade toothbrush. I was in
that mode, you know, when I was like this place
that chap ye and then so I'm scrubbing it like this,
and then the next kind of page of taxi to
me comes up and it is a zebra head, a
full zebra head, and I quickly was like, I know,
Fletch once was tickled in a store at the Idea.
We were drunken Wellington across from that store and it
(29:38):
had and it had a zebra head, and we were
just joking it would look funny in my apartments. Have
a zebra here, Yeah, and you're going to buy it?
Have you seen how much white? Instead of going on,
I don't think it would be the animal head for you.
Speaker 5 (29:48):
And that spot on your wall that's right next the
wall that he doesn't want to print. He wants something
three day and that that that zebra head was amazing.
The one that you saw about six grand, yeah, which
is our age outrageous.
Speaker 1 (30:01):
I'm going to put an eighty dollars print on the
wall or something. You're not going to get a big
frame and you'll be able to tell.
Speaker 5 (30:06):
So when the zebra head came up, I was like,
quirk Loo got my phone and I said, what's your
limit to you?
Speaker 1 (30:12):
I said one hundred dollars? You see one hundred bucks?
And then when I told you itself or three grand Jesus,
that's half of the man. So these people are all
these Yeah, where are these people getting their money from?
Speaker 10 (30:26):
You?
Speaker 1 (30:26):
So I think that is where are the people putting
all these things?
Speaker 5 (30:29):
I think in the auction house as well in Canterbury
there are people there and then you've got your online
bitters as well, right just sitting there.
Speaker 4 (30:36):
With they're having a clear out or do they acquire
this that's ongoing.
Speaker 1 (30:40):
Like regular, I think once a month or something in there?
Where are they getting it off? There so many Christians?
Speaker 4 (30:45):
I don't know. Well, you know when you just seize
the states, Yeah, you know when you drive past these
old big houses.
Speaker 1 (30:50):
And yeah, it's in there.
Speaker 5 (30:52):
So because they have them like they kind of themed
like the next one's jewelry part one, jewelry part two,
anty and then there's coins and then they've got a
banknotes one. Then they've got military paraphernalia, then general art,
then watchers and this was a taxi doom.
Speaker 1 (31:05):
Yeah yeah, yeah, So you've got a honeyburdger coming stoked
to hear I can't believe you own a honey badger?
Like how wild? How wild? Insane?
Speaker 5 (31:17):
Anyone's like, well, you know, like this is why I
don't have kids, because I just get to buy a
honeybadger instead of sending them to primary school.
Speaker 4 (31:26):
How I need a guy at the field days is
going to turn my cows into rugs when they leave
this earthly plan because there's.
Speaker 5 (31:32):
A highland cow hit on trade me at the moment.
It's really expensive. I think it's like three grand.
Speaker 1 (31:38):
Yeah, just do it. Do it this week?
Speaker 4 (31:45):
There all like weep, you know, how how stretched over
when it comes to the power Yeah yeah yeah, cut
your cow's head off, mate, cover that beautiful power bill.
Speaker 2 (31:55):
The ZNM podcast Needwork plays It ends flesh Forn and Haley.
Speaker 5 (32:02):
Were we reported actually breaking new switch on and Hailey,
I'm I'm Haley Peenie scandal queen, and.
Speaker 1 (32:09):
I wanted to share with you.
Speaker 6 (32:11):
No what was it?
Speaker 1 (32:12):
Hailey sprou scandle cow Yes, wait a minute, what she
got that?
Speaker 5 (32:18):
Taylor Swft and Travis Cowsey were planning to get married
at Madison Square Garden on July third, very soon, and
everyone was saying, oh, you know, if it's been sworn
to secrecy, And then we were breaking down why because
of the huge security and no windows and once they're
in there, they're in there an underground access and all
this kind of stuff. Twelve hundred guests, millions of dollars,
blah blah blah, and everything was being kept under wraps.
Speaker 1 (32:39):
Plot twist. There's another reporter that was like, that was
a decoy and then you're like.
Speaker 5 (32:44):
Oh, of course they would never let their location of
whether getting married out.
Speaker 4 (32:48):
Ever, apparently even the guests only find out hours or
a day or two.
Speaker 5 (32:53):
Before, so apparently this is all scandal cow stuff here,
you know. But apparently the guests will meet at Madison
Square Garden, so go in where buses will take them
somewhere else unbeknownst to them, right, so that it's so
secret that even their beloved friends and family won't be
able to leak with the venus because no one will know.
Speaker 1 (33:15):
So where we're just like some hotel or something or
some amazing you're probably any probably, but then any.
Speaker 4 (33:23):
Bus leaving Madison Square Garden is going to be tailed
by like four thousand paparazzi.
Speaker 1 (33:27):
Yeah, I know, helicopters, Like they're going to go all out.
We don't have to wait that long, right, three weeks
as yeah, fourth of July, third of July, July, fourth
of July, Yeah, four.
Speaker 4 (33:37):
I'd just be if I there might be one hundred
percent leading people run with these theories.
Speaker 1 (33:41):
I think that's what they're doing. I genuinely think that
they were.
Speaker 4 (33:44):
Like Madison Square Garden. It doesn't mean they're going to
be at the actual wedding Venica and the actual because
they also a lot of shops around Madison Square Gardens
were saying that they weren't getting the usual road closure
notifications or information from the venue, which they normally get
a lot, well a bit of time, Yeah.
Speaker 1 (34:03):
For sure. So Also just over the weekend, Taylor Swift
inducted in cool congrats.
Speaker 5 (34:11):
Yeah, they inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame, which
is I mean, there's no doubt she's an amazing songwriter
and I love that she writes her music her. She
was there and the surprise was that Steven Spielberg inducted her.
Speaker 1 (34:27):
Into the Wrongs. No, they just needed a celebrity, right, okay, Yeah,
she gave a twenty one minute acceptance speech about it.
She was also induct long five yeah yeah, wrap it up.
Meetings could have been an email.
Speaker 5 (34:46):
Also inducted in the same day, beloved Alanas morriss it.
It's probably like I've been here for a lot of them, you.
Speaker 4 (34:53):
Know, came out in nineteen ninety five four, this album
front years later.
Speaker 1 (35:02):
Yeah. Yeah, but.
Speaker 5 (35:04):
Travis was there. Her mum was there. Travis's mum was
there watching her get inducted. I mean, it's huge. She
apparently she had a raspy voice because she'd been at
the next next game n b A yeah, right practice
that's like me, I do that. But yeah, Hall of Fame.
Speaker 4 (35:23):
See over the weekend. David Beckham got a Hollywood start.
Speaker 1 (35:26):
He's a bloody football Cruise was there? Are they buds?
It was Tom Cruise was there and the.
Speaker 4 (35:35):
Same size because he's quite shortened that David beckhams not tall.
Speaker 1 (35:41):
Yeah, I was like they were basically the same height.
I was like, David beckhams five eleven, No he's not
a box then.
Speaker 4 (35:50):
No, Tom Cruise wasn't saying how tills Tom Cruise because
they looked like the same height, five to seven.
Speaker 1 (35:58):
That's what I'm saying. That he have his platform shoes.
Speaker 5 (36:00):
He would have had his left but his skitch Hannah's Yeah,
I think he had his pulp sketches.
Speaker 1 (36:06):
Yeah, his pulp shows. Just gave them her Pairkills days z.
Speaker 2 (36:13):
M Podcast Network.
Speaker 5 (36:14):
Now I want to ask our listeners, we's your ex
now and it doesn't have to be terrible news. I
was just thinking about this because I was on Facebook,
which I'm very rarely on unless we're at work and
I've got the chat open, and I saw my ex
from when I was like seventeen years old now to
describe them, back then, he looked like young Axel Rose
(36:34):
here these long here. My mum used to call them
the great Unwashed, Like you know, band tis tattoos everywhere.
Speaker 1 (36:40):
Christ You've got a type apparently.
Speaker 5 (36:44):
And and then he moved to the UK when we
were like two years so we remained really good friends,
like nothing serious.
Speaker 1 (36:50):
I was like, you know, eighteen seventeen years.
Speaker 5 (36:52):
Old anyway, So he moved to the UK and where
he's like in this band called the Homo Sapiens and.
Speaker 1 (37:00):
Appearance like cope with you.
Speaker 5 (37:04):
And then so he was over there he saw with
the long hair and all this kind of stuff in
the tats and even rock and roll and yeah, over
there trying to get it going with the band.
Speaker 1 (37:13):
And then I saw yesterday pop up on his.
Speaker 5 (37:19):
A post on Facebook, what a find nestled in there
something rather square right around the corner from Fountain Porter.
You'll find this thing. A stunning rooftop deck vintage charm
three bedroom home.
Speaker 1 (37:31):
With all the bottom We've gone to stay in the
market long check it on person DM me.
Speaker 4 (37:37):
It's amazing who ends up in real estate. It's wild
and sometimes you're like it makes sense.
Speaker 5 (37:43):
Just also the lingo though, like the language of it
is so funny to me, Like nestled in the heart
of a beautiful community.
Speaker 4 (37:52):
I'm like, outside of the professional posts, they also like
hitting a bit of motivational posts, a little.
Speaker 1 (37:58):
Bit get out there and see the day.
Speaker 5 (38:00):
He's full South Philadelphia real estate and then like I
see his profile pick that used to be him. I
think it was like durry and mouth, guitar in hand,
and now it says real estate.
Speaker 1 (38:11):
Shot still got the tattoos that they covered with that covered.
The heir is still long, but he looks like kind
of a normal.
Speaker 10 (38:18):
Boy, I do.
Speaker 1 (38:21):
It looks like one of the beges.
Speaker 5 (38:24):
But now he's got a nice you know, Chris and
a lovely blazer and nestled in the heart of this
part of South Philadelphia d And I was just like, Kelly.
Speaker 1 (38:33):
I love this for you. I love real estate.
Speaker 5 (38:37):
Yeah, so this is what I want to know, Like,
where is your ex now? Maybe it is so far
from how you knew this. Maybe you dated this rock
and roller for a bit and now they're like a
preacher at their local community church, you know, and you're.
Speaker 1 (38:50):
Like what you wanted to do all sorts.
Speaker 4 (38:53):
Yeah, you went very religious when I knew you. Or
it could just be an exit's absolutely gone down there.
Got I mean that we are getting some messages ALREADYO. Yeah,
so's the exist in prison for twenty two years? Pretty
interesting to know what gets you twenty two years.
Speaker 1 (39:07):
Jeez, that's been quite serious.
Speaker 5 (39:09):
I saw that my ex boyfriend from when I was
like much much, much much much younger, who was all yeah,
absolute naughty boy is selling property with three bedroom family
homes nestled in the heart of beautiful.
Speaker 1 (39:23):
Community selling in America. Yeah, he moved to the States. Yes,
I think that rock and roll. Yeah, it's going to
be a rock and roll real estate in Philadelphia, not
in West Philadelphia.
Speaker 5 (39:33):
Born and raised South Days, No, no, South Philadelphia, came
from New Zealand. But I want to know where is
your ex now? Maybe it was just a wild left turn.
Maybe they're just completely different to when you knew than
when you were with that.
Speaker 4 (39:46):
We asked us on Instagram. Either he's dead or in prison.
Can't find him on any socials even through friends accounts.
Do you have any of those friends that you just
can't find Look, not friends, friends, but just people. Where
are they now?
Speaker 1 (40:00):
And you just can't find them online?
Speaker 4 (40:02):
Rene said a lot of high rocks and running and
then the smiley merger with a tears. So I don't
know whether I'm so they've got real ripped or whatever.
Chloe said, he told me a bit of a professional
boxer bout thirty. He is a month ago and he's
still an unemployed piece of ship.
Speaker 1 (40:17):
Chloe sounds like she's really counting down the days there.
Speaker 4 (40:20):
Yeah, so on the thirty she could be like text him,
told you where's your ex now? Aim says myth Oh,
that's most likely sleeping, says Tomorrow he's on Love Island,
says Catherine.
Speaker 1 (40:34):
What sleeping? Not sleeping on Love Island? Catherine's exes on
Love Island. We need more details.
Speaker 4 (40:42):
Chilling in his grave at dark, Harry Man cheated on
me with a man and now he's born again Christian.
Born again Christians all have something they do.
Speaker 1 (40:55):
Is he a gay born again Christian? Or is he straight?
Speaker 4 (40:58):
I know he's praying the Gayer Way's theme, trying to
pray away the gate.
Speaker 1 (41:02):
I don't think that works. You can if you can try,
you can try. You can never get rid of the
gay in there.
Speaker 4 (41:12):
Okay, keep your texts coming in nine six ninety six
oh eight hundred dars at him as our number.
Speaker 1 (41:17):
Right now, right here, right now, we're doing where's your ex?
Where's your X? Now?
Speaker 4 (41:22):
Yours are selling real estate in South South Philadelphia, And.
Speaker 5 (41:26):
It's just so far from the personality of him, you know,
where we all grow up.
Speaker 1 (41:31):
But it just really makes me laugh.
Speaker 4 (41:33):
Unfortunately, my ex is happily married and living in the
US with two kids and still looks hot. I'd always
hope she'd end up in a squalid bedsit in the
worst slum in Manila, surrounded by cockroaches, eight one.
Speaker 1 (41:44):
Five What what happened? Why? Ship? That tickled me? Oh
my god? The passion? Yeah? Really? Wow? You know she
could be miserable though a lot of people are.
Speaker 4 (41:57):
If you look at socials, everyone looks happy exactly. My
ex ended up as a stripper after me, not even
that man. She'd always wanted to do it, probably making
some great coin as well. They don't if you're doing well.
My ex has been releasing music lately. The video clip
has Ai monsters dancing next to him at Luna Park
and this is all wildly sung out of chun.
Speaker 1 (42:15):
Oh we just want someone who has a passion. Yeah,
they're chasing their dream, hopefully back in hell.
Speaker 4 (42:22):
Yes. Five four three, seays Hamilton, no more after a
long string of failed relationships than a marriage reichind a divorce,
and then another string of failed relationships, she's now single, overweight,
living alone, miserable and messaging me on Instagram with sad stories.
Speaker 1 (42:37):
Ah, that sucks. My ex never wanted kids and it
was the thing that broke us up. Now he has
two kids and a step child, So where's that? So
they just didn't want them with you?
Speaker 4 (42:53):
With you?
Speaker 1 (42:55):
Yeah, for sure.
Speaker 4 (42:56):
My ex is in Chicago to dance school. Last I
heard was in the training squad the next Dallas Cowboy
cheerleaders always told me she hated dance.
Speaker 1 (43:04):
Oh. I had a boyfriend right through high school who
was definitely going to be an all black.
Speaker 5 (43:09):
His family worship the ground he walked on. But now
he's a real estate agent. Not quite but close enough,
I guess.
Speaker 1 (43:14):
Yeah, three of my xes have come out as gay.
Speaker 4 (43:16):
For more context, that's thirty three percent ratio of total
people that I've slipped with have become gay. I'm gonna
be honest. It's made me question there's something about me
that has immediately converted them. Yeah, you obviously just have
a type gay.
Speaker 1 (43:31):
You like them, maybe lack a bit more effeminate or
something like that. You like him gay, he dresses nice?
Yeah yeah, well, grown.
Speaker 4 (43:40):
Dad, you need you need to meet one of those
guys that everyone thinks is gay but isn't.
Speaker 5 (43:46):
And you're just saying, yeah, But sometimes when you meet
someone that everyone thinks is gay but isn't, that's coming They.
Speaker 4 (43:53):
Is horizon, maybe come out. I was obsessed with being
rich and wanted to be a lawyer, like on the
show Suits. Oh, you always love that show. Absolutely not
how it will work. But it's now managing a pool shop.
Speaker 1 (44:05):
Oh yeah, that's good. Can I get some just gut
on some lookal glory?
Speaker 4 (44:11):
I imagine it was pool, balls, tables, nodic. Okay, okay,
hang on, how do I say a sentence that could
be both? Don't saying? Okay, Paul swimming, yes, pool the
(44:37):
pub table game, Paul.
Speaker 1 (44:44):
The table. Yeah, okay, let's do deck deck again. Okay,
Wait was this rich name? The penis the name of
the body part? Deck? Body part? Body part? You're dribbling,
by the way, No one's the man. It was Richard.
You must take he must have a hell of all
(45:05):
my girlfriend your secrets safer.
Speaker 4 (45:12):
Okay, not reading that one out, that's terrible. Can you
tell me Max are still on my DM? Seven years later?
Mine's now the town bike. Everybody's having a ride.
Speaker 1 (45:24):
Oh, we don't tell bike, We don't bike. I'm not
going to read out the name either.
Speaker 4 (45:29):
But someone my ex used to sell pingers and weed
and anina and now he lives in Perth is an ng.
Speaker 1 (45:33):
There's still a piece of ship though. Okay.
Speaker 2 (45:38):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (45:40):
A lot of drugs, A lot of drugs, a lot
of ex'es and jails, for different things.
Speaker 1 (45:46):
I love used to sell pingers and weed, and it's
very funny pingers and weed, old pingers and weed, different
sides of the same coin. There.
Speaker 4 (45:56):
I had the same messua as a person who had
multiple people come out as gay, just like to think
they thought they could never have a guy like me
ever again, So decided to switch tames.
Speaker 1 (46:04):
Yeah, sure that's it, that's it.
Speaker 2 (46:09):
Does that m podcast needwork plays?
Speaker 1 (46:15):
Was this not a little look in your eye? A
little bit of a t he on our hands, a
little t t he? Is it food for us? There's
somewhat food and it's a surprise. I don't like not
what I like not knowing what's happening. I love it.
Speaker 10 (46:33):
Yes, Well, every year I am tasked with the crueling
task of figuring out what we're going to do for
each one of your birthdays. Nothing and everyone forgot and
we were in Queenstown and then let we just like
no one said happy birthday.
Speaker 1 (46:52):
There was that was so cool planned. I didn't plan that.
It was so cool planned.
Speaker 5 (46:57):
And in this year you're like, oh my god, you
fly down, we're gonna go work early, and yeah, that's
so cool.
Speaker 1 (47:02):
I love it. Well, this one's actually not about you.
It's actually about Flip flitchs what what are you?
Speaker 5 (47:09):
The twenty third, twenty third of Joan, twenty third of Joan,
It's in there.
Speaker 4 (47:14):
I was hoping it was going to be a weekend
and we could avoid fuss about my birthday.
Speaker 1 (47:19):
Oh, I love us. I believe there's something in the
logs to kick off.
Speaker 6 (47:22):
Oh, chick it up boys, age rejected birthday Bash.
Speaker 1 (47:39):
You know I love Menyons. You know I love the Menyons.
Speaker 5 (47:42):
Also love Fletcher's age reductive Birthday Bash. Yeah, we don't
discuss your age, but we do want to celebrate.
Speaker 10 (47:49):
And there's something that's also coming out on the same
week of your birthday, which is the New Minions Moving
Minions and Monsters.
Speaker 11 (47:58):
Brilliant And Now, because Flyitch loves to celebrate his birthday
but not as much as the rest of us, I'm
getting listeners involved as well.
Speaker 1 (48:10):
Cute.
Speaker 10 (48:12):
If you go to our socials right now, you can
enter to come along to our very own birthday celebratory
screening of the New Minions.
Speaker 1 (48:22):

is a private private screening for my birthday.
Speaker 4 (48:31):
Have you seen any Minions so now I'm like, okay, right,
I've got my catcher.
Speaker 1 (48:36):
Could I do like maybe two of them and there
will be enus. You kind of give the vibe that
there semi standalone.
Speaker 4 (48:41):
Also, you need to know, you don't need to know
anything other than the minions are cute, cute, wrong for you.
Speaker 1 (48:49):
Yeah, I saw that.
Speaker 5 (48:50):
I've seen the trailer for this when I've seen it
and I and it looks so good.
Speaker 9 (48:55):
I can't explain to you how many times I've said,
but boy, to calm with about we've been organizing.
Speaker 1 (49:01):
This is great. And then I'm guessing we will get
on a plane and we fly to Universe Studios in La.
This is it's an Aorkland. Yah, it's my birthday, but
it's my birthday.
Speaker 4 (49:15):
Technically you want to get taken overseas by your friends
when you're said sorry, I'm happy sorry.
Speaker 9 (49:23):
Along with the screening, you'll be able to enjoy a
lovely April Spirits darling love because the meaning I'm presuming
in this movie is orange.
Speaker 1 (49:32):
So you know, parole at Minions. So us some thirty
of our close listener friends. Okay, well, so go along
to our socials. If you sit in Instagram, there's.
Speaker 10 (49:46):
A little registration form. You do, unfortunately, have to be
in Auckland. We're not flying anyone.
Speaker 1 (49:50):
He's not that special. No, I don't have the budget
for that. Wow, it's my birthday and you're not flying
any of the listeners.
Speaker 10 (49:54):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, but I will be contacting a few
of you by email and you'll be enjoying the screening.
Speaker 1 (50:00):
Puss lovely, okay, but no talking during the minion. It's
just rules here. Yeah, I will not. Here's the date
to throw someone out if you're talking during the minions.
If you want to rustle in your hand in a
bag the whole film, bring a bowl and pour the.
Speaker 4 (50:17):
Hand outstic bowls at the start rustling, Hailey might murder
a listener.
Speaker 1 (50:23):
Because it's a private screening with thirty of our listeners. Like,
I don't have to hold back. They know who I am.
Speaker 5 (50:28):
I'll stand up and I'll be like, pause it pause
it the protection us, pause it who the old loser.
Speaker 4 (50:35):
This isn't like the time the three of us had
the whole cinema to ourselves to watch that Jurassic World movie.
Speaker 1 (50:39):
We talked the whole way through. That was it was
just that movie was silly. But this isn't silly.
Speaker 4 (50:44):
This is serious, warious movie and will be seeing it
before anyone else.
Speaker 1 (50:49):
Yes, so this is actually a special treat from Universal
Minions VP Minion. Can we do little dress.
Speaker 5 (50:57):
Up like a yellow like a non too yellow? Yeah, yeah,
yea yeah, because you hate a dresser. But you have
that yellow T shirt. Yeah, and we played goggles we
see yellow T shirt.
Speaker 1 (51:07):
We still didn't get to the bottom of it. Okay,
this is fantastic. Well, this is the best birthday either,
by the way, as birthday.
Speaker 2 (51:18):
Plays, z Ends flesh Worn and Haley, We're so lucky.
Speaker 5 (51:22):
We have for you tomorrow an interview with Jason Momoire
for Supergirl, and it is an exclusive interview.
Speaker 1 (51:31):
Now I've got this down for eight o'clock am tomorrow
eight a m. Tomorrow. You've seen the movie. I'm Jazz
thro It. I really enjoy the Superman loved us and
Millie Orcock, who's our bossie cousin, she plays Supergirl. She
was in house.
Speaker 5 (51:47):
So they've got like a double crossover game with Rones
World in this and yeah I did, I got. I
got a pray out screening on my own. One of
the only people in New Zeandeal Center honey John anyway.
Speaker 1 (51:58):
So on Friday, Hailey, d.
Speaker 4 (52:02):
God, what if somebody kidnaps you and torches you to
tell you that I want to tell them the plot.
Speaker 1 (52:07):
You won't say you don't do it. Yeah, okay, lips
are sealed, mate.
Speaker 5 (52:12):
And so Friday afternoon, it's if you asked us to
do something on Friday afternoon three pm, the answer is probably.
Speaker 1 (52:21):
Is a huge fan something is sit down and have
a drink or.
Speaker 5 (52:25):
Sad thing is a New Zealand exclusive interview with Jason
Momore and so then I'd be like, if it was
just you, you know, a New Zealand exclusive interview with
his girlfriend Adrianajrna.
Speaker 4 (52:36):
I'm there, baby, you tell me three four five, I'll
do it. Three whatever my house yours it's having In
ten seconds, I'll pull myself together.
Speaker 5 (52:44):
So Friday afternoon, you know he's been he's still been
in New Zealand shooting Minecraft, and we get this flimsy
schedule of he's pollen in and then he's off to
band practice with our friends, who, by the way, I
want to come back in and hang out with us.
And I was like, absolutely so that he's got band practice,
because he's got a gig that night that I went
to more on that because oh my god, the crowd behave.
(53:08):
And so we pull up to this interview and we've
got this time and it was like, he's there in
two minutes.
Speaker 1 (53:14):
I was at home. I love half an hour.
Speaker 4 (53:15):
Awha, they've made this mural for Supergirl. Yes, now Supergirl
on Lobo his character.
Speaker 5 (53:21):
Yes, yes, yes, now this I'll find the guy because
it's in pont some big opposite the Countdown and it
is phenomenal.
Speaker 1 (53:29):
It's amazing. It's got Supergirl and Lobo his character.
Speaker 5 (53:33):
And he was going to turn up there, sign it
with the artist and then do an exclusive interview with
May ten minutes I was given, Yeah, took fifteen and
and then go and it was all very luck.
Speaker 1 (53:44):
Here we go quite quick. Yeah. So I pull up
and he's not quite there yet, but a crowd has
gathered because.
Speaker 5 (53:52):
There's a there's an air like the murals there and
people are gathering, so they're probably figuring out that he's.
Speaker 1 (53:57):
Gonna turn out okay, and uh, what's his name?
Speaker 5 (54:04):
Matt Griffin was the artist anyway, So he pulls up
and he was like, assistance are there, I'll say too many?
And he pulls up and he comes out of the
car and everything, and he looks at the mirror and
he's like whoa, whoa, whoa, And I recognize one of
his team who I've met before, and he's kind of
man there if the girls were standing there all kind
of like I was nervous, had my stuff.
Speaker 1 (54:26):
My questions in my head.
Speaker 5 (54:27):
And he's looking at this painting and he knows he's
doing an interview with me, but he hasn't like seen
me because there's all these people around being real desperate
and my full noise.
Speaker 1 (54:38):
So are you one of the playing a cool I've
got an exclusive ten minutes unlocked? Sorry, you know people
with all the other journalists that have turned up to
cash in on our little exclusive got a book.
Speaker 5 (54:56):
And then so I'm standing behind him and I was
doing a bit because Shannon is filming me, right, We're
doing some behind the scenes stuff.
Speaker 1 (55:08):
She is filming me. So I was being a silly
billy and pretending.
Speaker 5 (55:13):
Like I was like sneaking up on him, and I
was like doing a funny body like like a desperate fan,
and I had my hand out like I was pretending
to reach for him.
Speaker 1 (55:24):
Papped by the media, Yeah, stuff, hero old, everyone's got me.
This photo was. I saw it everywhere on Friday and you're.
Speaker 5 (55:31):
Just like it was like Mama was swarmed by fans
and ponds and being I'm in the pan and it's
so distinctly me.
Speaker 1 (55:42):
I just needed one to know I was doing a bit.
I was very much doing a bit.
Speaker 4 (55:46):
And then, anyway, that's what I'd say if I saw
a photo myself looking like a creeper.
Speaker 1 (55:49):
But it was a bit. Yeah, it was a bit. Anyway.
Speaker 5 (55:52):
So then we do our interview, like they kind of
clear off and we do our interview and stuff.
Speaker 1 (55:56):
And tomorrow see tomorrow.
Speaker 5 (55:59):
Well after it was it was really fun, like great
Chad and whatnot. And then he had to literally be
whist away.
Speaker 1 (56:04):
I could see his team were wrapping us up because
I took fifteen of the ten minutes I was allocated.
And then he leaves and he drives off and I
get into my car to leave and I'm heading off
and it's a pink little message on Instagram. He messages,
my best interview ever.
Speaker 4 (56:19):
Love you.
Speaker 1 (56:20):
I got to love you best interview we ever? Love you,
like wow, love love this crowd, you know, so having
his messages are on the rocks, No, because we cooked.
Because then I went to I went to his concert.
Was amazing. But I've got to say, audience when he's
calmed down, the audience is a mixed bad because they.
Speaker 5 (56:39):
Rich, you know what I mean, Like we're mates now,
so I'm chure because he says to me, you're coming tonight,
aren't you, And I was like, yeah, I'm coming, I'm coming.
And then I get there and the audience is such
a mixed bag of people and like, I'm sorry, bom
my mums that are there to see memoir. But when
you're filming him, turn your light off, turn your flash off.
Speaker 1 (56:57):
This is a gig. We're at a gig and all
these like that zooming in with their flashes lighting up
the whole wash.
Speaker 5 (57:03):
But I was like, I get you, get your things
off anyway. Then afterwards, yeah, I got the upstairs to
the VIP are.
Speaker 1 (57:11):
Having a few beers. Yeah, mate, he was having a
good old time. Passed me his cigar halfway through and yeah,
it was great, and we had a good chat about
love being dead. He said very much not he's in love.
It was really drawing a line in the sand. He'd
probably seen the photos the love of his life.
Speaker 5 (57:30):
He probably saw the those full on noise, but anyway,
he was really singing the praises of us and everything.
So I interviews tomorrow at eight o'clock in the morning
and in equaman or lowbos words beast into view ever
so joint us tomorrow.
Speaker 1 (57:44):
I think I kept it cold. Do you think girl
can't feel it? Doesn't it doesn't feel like it. Look,
I think you did for you.
Speaker 4 (57:55):
Yeah.
Speaker 9 (57:56):
He pulled up and he goes hey everyone, and then
I went hi, No one will spoke.
Speaker 1 (58:00):
Yeah, he said high back to you.
Speaker 12 (58:04):
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 9 (58:04):
But it was like I was like, he's just a guy.
Speaker 1 (58:07):
You guys were making no one else anything. It was
just me going hike.
Speaker 10 (58:12):
Yeah, it's just a super mega super hot laugh. Yeah,
you were working him laugh as well. There was a
few questions that I don't think he was expecting.
Speaker 1 (58:19):
No, and he really had a go go and.
Speaker 9 (58:21):
Just get ready for the start of the interview.
Speaker 1 (58:23):
It starts bit on bit. Yeah, we were doing a bit.
We did a bit, We did a little act out.
Speaker 4 (58:28):
Okay, well it's tomorrow eight o'clock after we feel or
reveal an exclusive interview.
Speaker 1 (58:34):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (58:35):
The z Ning podcast Needwork.
Speaker 1 (58:38):
Fact of the day day day day day.
Speaker 2 (58:43):
Yeah, do.
Speaker 1 (58:46):
Do do do doop doep dud dude.
Speaker 4 (58:54):
It's some experiments, large scale experiments gone wrong. Last week,
half back to the day and today. Can we start
with weather modification, Oh, influencing the weather?
Speaker 1 (59:04):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (59:06):
October thirteenth, nineteen forty seven. Coincidentally, my my grandma Reader's
twentieth birthday.
Speaker 1 (59:12):
Just that, just I just worked out.
Speaker 5 (59:13):
Our She would have been nine hundred today, Happy heavenly birthday.
Speaker 4 (59:20):
Would I did see a guy we talked about the
Genghis Khan one heavy nine hundred and something.
Speaker 1 (59:25):
Even the birthday gingis car.
Speaker 4 (59:30):
You grieve how you got a griev'd be seventeen bomber
flew into a hurricane of Florida and dashed and dumped
crushed dry ice into the clouds to try to get
at The idea would be you dump that in and
it would cause it to drop all of its moisture
and you know, dump all the water at sea before
it hits land and courses. All the devastation would take
take the guts out of the hurricane. So they flew
(59:52):
in over top of it and they dropped all this
dry ice. Two days later, the storm did something that
it had never been documented a storm had done before
hook the sharp left turn and strengthened, oh go, and
drove straight into Savannah, Georgia and caused an insane amount
of damage. Now it wasn't track in that way. No
weather forecast at the time ever saw a hurricane just.
Speaker 1 (01:00:10):
Doing hard left into land. They can They do have
a variance, don't they They can yeaheah, They drift, they
don't hard left most of the time.
Speaker 4 (01:00:19):
Right.
Speaker 1 (01:00:20):
The director of G hard kink in it. Yeah, get
it kanky, just like was it a slow beans Was
it a slow slope? We are slow slopes.
Speaker 4 (01:00:27):
We can take you know, ninety degree hard into the
into the land mass there. The director of G lads
Irving said, look, I yeah, I'm ninety nine percent sure
that was us.
Speaker 1 (01:00:40):
Messing with the weather.
Speaker 4 (01:00:41):
Yeah. Five years later, in nineteen fifty two, the RAF,
the Royal Air Force had been running some secret cloud
seating flights of a southern England called Operation Witch Doctor. Okay,
now when they cause ting tang walla walla bing bang,
and then that caused a massive weather event as well,
(01:01:02):
and they were like, wholl well, we haven't been doing
any flying missions and the glider pilot who had sprayed
the salt into the clouds. It was like, yes, we
have and like, no, you stupid.
Speaker 1 (01:01:10):
Yeah, we were all remember, we were all toasted in the.
Speaker 4 (01:01:12):
Success of having made it rain. We were all like, yay,
we broke the drought. And I'm like, anyway, he kind
of let the cat out of the bag that they did.
It also affect the weather.
Speaker 5 (01:01:23):
So weird that you can do that impact mother nature
like that by science stuff.
Speaker 4 (01:01:30):
Yeah, and even as recent there's twenty twenty four Dubai
got its heaviest rain in seventy five years and they
said the government was doing some cloud setting at the time,
and they were like it was that classic case of no,
I can't use that analogy.
Speaker 1 (01:01:43):
Classic. No, I don't want to say it's classic classic case.
Speaker 6 (01:01:45):
No.
Speaker 4 (01:01:46):
I'm just like you know when you maybe try something
and you're like it's not working. I'll have some more,
and then you have some more and you're like still
can't it's not work, Yeah, more, and then you're all
a sudden like once, Yeah, it was that situation.
Speaker 1 (01:01:59):
Four days lady, wake up in another town. Yeah, I
don't remember how you got there.
Speaker 4 (01:02:03):
I just wasn't working yeah, my jewels. He got no
teeth and he had a face tattoo. So they just
kept you a little bit more, a little bit more,
a little bit more, and then cause he's massive.
Speaker 1 (01:02:13):
Wow. You don't mess with mother nature, Yeah, don't tango
with her.
Speaker 4 (01:02:17):
So today's fact of the day is various times people
have tried messing with the weather and actually ended up
causing a lot of damage.
Speaker 1 (01:02:25):
Fact of the day, Day Day, day day.
Speaker 2 (01:02:30):
Yeah, Di.
Speaker 6 (01:02:32):
Di doo.
Speaker 1 (01:02:39):
Doo.
Speaker 2 (01:02:40):
Play it in Splitch one and Haley.
Speaker 1 (01:02:44):
Nineteen ninety No, what year are we?
Speaker 4 (01:02:50):
Nineteen eighty six, nineteen eighty six, nineteen eighty six.
Speaker 1 (01:02:55):
Mary Kate and Ashley.
Speaker 4 (01:02:56):
Fuller Olsen were born on June thirteenth, meaning they have
just turned forty years old. Mary Kate Nashley Olsen, Yeah forty.
I still have their big Starbucks comp. I haven't seen
them out in the wild for a long time.
Speaker 5 (01:03:10):
They're very reclusive and they just do fashion. Now they've
got their brands, you know, the woe and whatever the
other ones.
Speaker 1 (01:03:16):
Are sent one still married to the real rich guy. No,
they separated.
Speaker 4 (01:03:20):
The old guy, the old man, scar Cozy, whatever his name.
They separated in twenty twenty one. Okay, but they turned forty. Yeah,
and that is weird because you saw them on full
House and on TV and the Dude Age, and then
you just saw them being celebrities in the two thousands
and you're like, what, they're forty now?
Speaker 1 (01:03:39):
Yeah, forty? Do they have kids and stuff? And I
don't think so. I think they've got any children. So
they turned forty.
Speaker 4 (01:03:49):
But they're like, well, when Michelle Tanner was the character,
they kind of shared respect there. They weren't tw ones
on the show.
Speaker 1 (01:03:54):
It was back in the day.
Speaker 5 (01:03:55):
They'd switched them out because they were tired, exhausted toddlers. Well,
you didn't get them to work, so they switched them out.
So they both played Michelle Tenner. They didn't make their
return for that Fuller House thing with all the other
people from for House. No, they did it because I
don't need the money.
Speaker 1 (01:04:07):
It was forty. Yeah, they shouldn't be forty children.
Speaker 4 (01:04:11):
And I had one of those moments of like, two things,
I didn't know they were only four years younger than me.
That's crazy, and they are now forty. And it was
one of those moments of like the children from television
that old, what made you feel old?
Speaker 1 (01:04:23):
Lately do your fact that you said today about the Beatles?
Oh so I saw you.
Speaker 4 (01:04:28):
This just pumped up on someone had shared it. The
Beatles first album was closer to the eighteen hundreds than
it is to today's date.
Speaker 1 (01:04:36):
So crazy, what we're in nineteen sixties or somewhere.
Speaker 4 (01:04:38):
All. Yeah, yes, yes, that is closer to the nineteen
eighties and eighteen hundreds and it is to today's date.
Speaker 1 (01:04:45):
What made you feel old? You do this all the time.
Speaker 4 (01:04:48):
I can't help myself. I mean, I just can't stop
it either, Like I just simply can't help myself.
Speaker 5 (01:04:54):
I don't I don't know. I think lately I've been
feeling young. I feel all right, I'm feeling okay.
Speaker 4 (01:04:58):
With it all same age now that my dad was
in the year two thousand, so that when and I
can remember him clear as a bell, and he seemed
like settled and balanced and sensible, And I thought I'll
be like that at that age.
Speaker 1 (01:05:12):
And I'm simply not. Yeah, you're not simply not. Well, wait,
a hundred dollars at him. I don't know. We might
start some midlife crises or something. Yeah, maybe something maybe
got a bit sore.
Speaker 5 (01:05:24):
Yeah, we had a rotten hangover and you're like, oh,
I can't do those anymore.
Speaker 1 (01:05:28):
Oh, you're there. They get harder, don't they. Yeah, you
saw someone you went holy hell, or like friends who
were grandparents.
Speaker 4 (01:05:34):
You're like, so you and your guy went to school
kind of became a grand father over the weekend because
he had a kid young and then they had a kid.
Speaker 1 (01:05:42):
Yeah, that's nuts. And you're like, that happens if you
were twenty years.
Speaker 4 (01:05:46):
Old when year older now than my nan was when
she became a grandmother for my mom's mom, Marlene, who
lost last year, gifted us as princess to Studio four
evenly birthday. She was forty six when she became a grandmother.
Speaker 1 (01:06:04):
That's crazy, that's wild. That's wild. Grandpa Flitch as what
made what has made you feel? Old lady? Someone just
said I looked in the mirror this morning. Yeah, well
that yeah, so it doesn't go back or they don't
go more up.
Speaker 5 (01:06:21):
It's you can almost grab the skin that's so followed out,
give them a little yeah, you almost pin them up.
Speaker 1 (01:06:29):
I need to get some Valcrow strips.
Speaker 4 (01:06:31):
Okay, hundreds at him as a number text Thory to
the Studio nine six ninety six.
Speaker 1 (01:06:36):
Oh God, what made you feel old lately? Sarah? What's
made you feel old recently?
Speaker 6 (01:06:41):
Well?
Speaker 12 (01:06:41):
I felt I'm thirty two now, but when I was
about thirty, I felt old because they became a great auntie?
Speaker 1 (01:06:48):
What that means? Do you have way older siblings?
Speaker 2 (01:06:54):
Yeah?
Speaker 10 (01:06:54):
I do.
Speaker 12 (01:06:54):
I've got my mum had her first daughter quite young,
and then that daughter, like my sister had her daughter
quite young, and her daughter had her daughter quite young.
Speaker 6 (01:07:05):
Wow.
Speaker 1 (01:07:06):
And so now you're a great auntie?
Speaker 8 (01:07:08):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (01:07:09):
Do you have to buy Christmas presents for then? I definitely? Okay?
Speaker 10 (01:07:14):
No?
Speaker 1 (01:07:14):
Wait, So how old was mum when she was a
great grandmother?
Speaker 6 (01:07:19):
Was?
Speaker 7 (01:07:20):
Well, she's in her sixties now, so she would have
been like she had her first year, like she had
her first daughter at nineteen and in her daughter head
it was a curse.
Speaker 4 (01:07:32):
And I skipped it.
Speaker 7 (01:07:33):
Thank God that they all had daughter at nineteen or twenty?
Speaker 1 (01:07:38):
Did you skip the curse with this thing called contraception? Wow?
Oh wow, Sarah, Emma, what made you feel old recently?
I found my first grade yesterday? Oh oh, Emma, how
are you?
Speaker 8 (01:07:58):
I'm thirty eight?
Speaker 1 (01:07:59):
Are you get thirty eight? Don't say there? Thirty seven?
This year and I haven't found one.
Speaker 4 (01:08:04):
If you get if you've got dark, naturally very dark
here though, it stuck in them in year only someone
a guy in the twenties that were those ones on
the sign?
Speaker 1 (01:08:12):
Yes, Gray ones on the sign, And I was just like, dude,
you're twenty something, my best It was a new twenties Gray,
you've dodged you.
Speaker 4 (01:08:20):
I think you've hung on pretty well the emma, I
think I have too well done. Congrats on the Let's
go to Joel's Jeels. What made you feel old?
Speaker 1 (01:08:28):
Recently? My daughter had to borrow my vintage and I
put that in quotes leather jacket for a retro two thousand.
Speaker 4 (01:08:39):
God, no, no, wait wait wait are we having two
thousand themed parties now?
Speaker 11 (01:08:47):
It was actually twenty ten theme party because they're all
turning sixteen, so they just turned it into.
Speaker 4 (01:08:53):
A free year.
Speaker 1 (01:08:54):
We're in the twenties. Oh my god, your vintage jacket
I gone in two thousand and five. Oh my god,
that's brilliant. That would make you feel old? Wow, Joels,
thank you.
Speaker 4 (01:09:08):
Some messages when you see your friends kids in the clubs,
Oh I reckon, that's a sign that you stopped going
to those clubs. Yeah, in the clubs, if they would
enough to get into the clubs, I reckon. That's when
you find a different club, like a nice RSA or
a cozie club. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:09:23):
I'm just drink at home. Eighteen years ago, I was eighteen,
so that's one hundred. Yeah, we're hiring you guys.
Speaker 4 (01:09:32):
Have remember seeing your teachers and the club was primary
school teacher and the clur But I was like, oh, my,
mister James, what we're hiring engineers at work that were
born after the millennium.
Speaker 1 (01:09:46):
Yeah, so twenty six year old can be in charge
of building buildings.
Speaker 4 (01:09:53):
I working on each old her and some of the
children I first looked after and now bringing their children
in that.
Speaker 1 (01:09:58):
Would make you feel old generational. Yeah, I looked in them.
Speaker 4 (01:10:02):
I was looking in the mirror with my older sister
and I have more wrinkles than hers, absolutely discussing, won't
you she's childless than I have four?
Speaker 1 (01:10:08):
Yeah. Yeah, children, they'll wrung you the worse than cigarettes
and son.
Speaker 4 (01:10:13):
Yeah. And if you're in the sun and you do
cigis and you've got kids, good luck, just some block
on all of it. Yeah. Unfortunately, my knitting group has
had the opposite effect on me that it has on
the people in the knitting group. I'm thirty six, so
when I go it makes them feel young. Oh yeah,
because there's a young person around and I'm thirty six
in that way older, so makes me feel old.
Speaker 1 (01:10:35):
Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah. I got very excited the weekend
to buy a dehumidifier.
Speaker 4 (01:10:40):
Zero.
Speaker 1 (01:10:42):
I have a dehumidifier. It's so great to get the
washing dry so quick. I put it right near the
clothes horse. Do one moisture in the house. Yeah, that's
the real reason you get sick.
Speaker 10 (01:10:52):
Doing that.
Speaker 4 (01:10:53):
On the show see Me texts coming in nine six
nine segs the thing lately that's made you feel old?
Speaker 1 (01:10:58):
To the rest of those next what made you feel old?
Ladies and messages?
Speaker 4 (01:11:01):
And I heard overheard the young ones at work talking
about work drinks and I wasn't invited because I was
classified as one of the old people.
Speaker 1 (01:11:08):
I'm forty four and actually very cool.
Speaker 5 (01:11:12):
Oh on, it's not invited to the trunks, Like I'm
always invited to the trunks.
Speaker 1 (01:11:18):
Yeah, you're invited to the drinks. Yeah, not always. I
don't get invited to the trunks. And people know because
you're you give old, you give we give young and fun.
Someone in a shop asked me how hopes and dreams?
Speaker 4 (01:11:34):
You know?
Speaker 1 (01:11:34):
Someone in a shop asked me how I got such
a good email address.
Speaker 4 (01:11:40):
He was around when the internew was Do you remember
we talked about this. It's a sign that you're like
and that you're old because you got your name, you.
Speaker 5 (01:11:46):
Have your full names, your email, you know what number
or like symbol wizard, you're like no mate first last night?
Speaker 1 (01:11:52):
Yeah, I get it.
Speaker 4 (01:11:54):
An episode of Criminal Criminal Minds had an old picture
of this guy and it was literally a photo that
was taken in the late nineties.
Speaker 1 (01:12:00):
Yeah, they'll see it like we do those like square
seepier ones.
Speaker 4 (01:12:05):
Yeah, Lucy, actually this is a good note. Lucy said, Well,
we all panic about getting older. We didn't remember it's
a privilege to grow old. Not everybody gets.
Speaker 1 (01:12:13):
Yes. Yeah, every day is a blissing. We get one
step closer to deer.
Speaker 4 (01:12:18):
Every day, a little bit more hurt in the back.
We were overtaking someone driving really slowly on the motorway.
Speaker 1 (01:12:24):
Oh my god, we did this too. When you pull
over your gisp alongside them, see what they look like
all the way? Always what are you? You're like old? Mate,
I can see them. Yeah.
Speaker 4 (01:12:35):
I asked my eight year old daughter if it was
a granny driving slowly when we went past. She said,
she pretty about the same age as you, so yes,
Oh shout it.
Speaker 1 (01:12:45):
There the other day and it was like a young
guy driving. I was expecting an old lady somebody swerving
slow break, you know that, like, oh, I don't know
where I'm going. The maps on up dating dives, and
I'm like getting ready for my steer, my take over
and steer to it. It was like a cool, fresh
young like early twenty years old.
Speaker 4 (01:13:03):
But I don't like to steer immediately. I like to
drive pass for a little bit and then look so
it doesn't look like I'm.
Speaker 1 (01:13:09):
Not steer going yes, same, and then a look that
it's like are you all right? Yeah, okay, and then
this exactly what you've really put my day out. It
actually happened to me that should make me feel old too.
I was doing a bit of a bit of a
doddle along the along the motorway, so you always along
(01:13:33):
the moe. You've got a car that can go one hundred.
I should be that, you're saying, I should. No, you're
better at it.
Speaker 5 (01:13:38):
But when you're in the gymney. It was so shameful
following you every morning. I used to want to follow
and yell out the windows, sorry about my friend.
Speaker 1 (01:13:44):
Yeah, or go in front and get a pilot vehicle
vehicles you need.
Speaker 4 (01:13:50):
I was we were at work and I asked some
girls at work where they were on nine to eleven.
They were like, what's nine to eleven? September eleven? They
were like last year or the year before? She said,
September eleven when the planes crashed into the towers and
they see it and they said, oh no, no, it
was well before it.
Speaker 1 (01:14:08):
Like someone coming up to us and we were you
on Pearl Harbor?
Speaker 4 (01:14:11):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (01:14:11):
What's Pearl Harbor? Yeah? I was actually there in a
previous life, I was there, were you?
Speaker 4 (01:14:15):
Yeah? I was actually Pearl Harbor. I drove my plane
into the side of that ship. So far you were
in the Japanese.
Speaker 1 (01:14:21):
Wow you Why are we different ethnicities and past lives? Yeah? Hey,
what are we? Where are you going next? Life? Talking
about this shawning over the weekend, like what would you
want a little bit better sleeping with braziliance. I'm just
speaking with any Brazilians. Hot.
Speaker 4 (01:14:39):
You're again not as exciting as if you're also Brazilian.
Would I want to sleep with like white people like you?
Speaker 1 (01:14:45):
Yuck? But who gets You're a goddamn gorgeous Brazilian. When
we sleep with some pacer fat white guy like.
Speaker 5 (01:14:50):
Me, you've got to go, who gets those great genetics?
Like do I want to be a French woman sort
of elegant to petit?
Speaker 1 (01:14:57):
You know what I mean? Yeah, because I've got the
genetics of a woman who is like.
Speaker 4 (01:15:04):
Those scanny frenchwomen are skinny because they smoked the darries.
Speaker 1 (01:15:08):
Yeah, but every lifetime. How do they deal it? I
don't know.
Speaker 4 (01:15:11):
And the sugar and the nine sex, nine sex. If
you're a Brazilians, it as hot to sleep with Brazilians?
Or do you look as for your sort of ethnic.
Speaker 1 (01:15:19):
Hopefully because the Brazilians are looking to ask Pakia, I
don't think they're looking this way. I've never had a
single one.
Speaker 2 (01:15:25):
Lock needwork plays it ends flesh worn and Haley.
Speaker 5 (01:15:36):
I saw this over the weekend pop up on red
where I go for all of my well researched, facial
backed gossip. And this is a controversial Facebook group that
has been around four years. Have long talked about under
the shroud of mystery called are we Dating the same guy?
(01:15:58):
And then there's lots of these are around the world,
but there was the New Zealand one and they are done.
Speaker 1 (01:16:05):
They have pulled the page themselves. The adminds.
Speaker 5 (01:16:10):
I think there's a bunch of legal action that's been
taken against them. There's a lot of drama on this page.
They get a lot of threats, they get abuse from members.
Members don't adhere to the rules of posting because you're
not supposed to do names and locations and certain trigger
words and.
Speaker 1 (01:16:28):
Stuff like that. So they're just like, you know what,
we're out and they deleted the page.
Speaker 4 (01:16:34):
I'm surprised it's taken this long because people don't understand
that even if like you're the admin of a Facebook page,
like even a bi cell page or just a community
page that might seem innocent or you know, for good,
if somebody posts in there's something, you're responsible as the
admin for sure.
Speaker 1 (01:16:53):
So if you don't know the page, it was like
girls would go.
Speaker 5 (01:16:56):
On and it was all like if you break the rule,
you know, you don't tell anyone if you see someone
on here, you know, and they'd post a picture of
a guy that they'd been messaging or dating, and the
idea was to say that are we dating the same guy?
Speaker 1 (01:17:06):
And people missed like I was missing him last week.
It kind of became a.
Speaker 5 (01:17:13):
I just think the fun of what it was supposed
to be turned into something else where. People were kind
of like, hell, let's try to de draw us some
lives here, and then a lot of people were just
taking legal action against the group, being like, well, everything
on there was a lie about this element or something
and getting sued and all sorts of stuff.
Speaker 1 (01:17:30):
So they've just pulled it and like people could go
on and say anything they want.
Speaker 4 (01:17:34):
No, Yeah, and that's because these groups have been all
over the world and this has happened.
Speaker 1 (01:17:41):
People's lives have been rue. And on the other hand, shure,
there were definitely some cheats caught out.
Speaker 5 (01:17:47):
Yeah I know, but there's definitely probably a bit of
place to do that, you know what I mean, Like
call that out here right now, who's cheating on you?
Speaker 4 (01:17:58):
And the past, they had been several high profile lawsuits
alleging defamation, people even losing employment because like word got
around they were on this page and it wasn't true.
Speaker 5 (01:18:10):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, they lost a job as you say,
because it's just like a it's like a Reddit threat
and then you can just go on and say what
have you say that you know, yeah, and it's not true,
so that they were just like, I mean, yeah, for sure,
the admins are just like, what what are we even doing.
Speaker 1 (01:18:23):
This for anymore? But I don't know about the risk.
That's just the New Zealand one. There's Goldburgers. But I
don't know if.
Speaker 5 (01:18:31):
I don't know if the rest of the world will
follow suits. Yeah, because you hit some awful stories and people.
Speaker 1 (01:18:37):
Take their own lives. You know, it's because of the
impact of these things.
Speaker 4 (01:18:41):
Well, we dropped the cooky little parl asking if you
have used one of these groups before. While ninety three
percent of people said no, seven percent.
Speaker 1 (01:18:47):
Of people have yeah. Well wow okay.
Speaker 4 (01:18:49):
And by the way, we're just saying using like actively
using that lots of people will have a lookie oh yeah,
a look for these rules and stuff. Tamsen said, I reckon,
if it's this vicious enough to post on one of those,
you should probably just end it.
Speaker 1 (01:19:02):
Anyway.
Speaker 5 (01:19:03):
That's the thing is like I've been seeing this guy
for ages, like does anyone else? I just want to
check and you're like, already your communications off to a
pretty rough start.
Speaker 4 (01:19:12):
Yeah, if you were dating a woman and it was
early stages and she posted your photo, would you could
you come back from that if you discover if you
discovered that you were on there.
Speaker 1 (01:19:22):
How you just talk to me? Yeah? Yeah, because that's
what it is.
Speaker 5 (01:19:26):
It's like it's your Tinder matches and you and your
hinge and there, and then if the conversation's flowing nicely,
you chuck it up to go. Is anyone else chatting
with the sky shouldn't you just say to them like, hey,
I'm really vibing with us?
Speaker 1 (01:19:38):
Is going? I would love to know that we're not
chatting with other people.
Speaker 4 (01:19:41):
Also, in the dating world, in the early stages, you
probably are chatting with other people because you've been.
Speaker 5 (01:19:46):
Totally until you make that, until you lock it down. Yeah,
yeah for sure. Well, anyway, the New Zealand versions.
Speaker 4 (01:19:52):
Goal, somebody else said, my ex gets posted on them
multiple times and I get tagged in it and all
the comments are about me and how he still talks about.
Speaker 1 (01:20:00):
Me to the new people, and I'm like, let me out.
So I want to know that's horrible. Someone I said
that guy I don't even want to know.
Speaker 4 (01:20:08):
I found out my boyfriend has been dating multiple girls
for our entire relationship, lives to the other girls about
his job and where he lives, et cetera, just the
hook up, sends other girls super sixty more messages. I
called him out and he ghosted me, although I did
make friends with the girl he was also in a
relationship with at the same time, but they're still together,
destroying me. I'm really struggling to deal with it. But
(01:20:28):
at least I'm not with that guy anymore.
Speaker 1 (01:20:31):
Yes, she not with that guy. Between that and guy,
there were heaps of words that I didn't get. Yeah,
I think he had a really good job there.
Speaker 5 (01:20:38):
And also you count yourself luck him and it was
an awful, awful way to find out.
Speaker 1 (01:20:42):
But king's lucky that you've gotten out of there.
Speaker 2 (01:20:46):
The ZM podcast Network, What's going on? Ms fletched Vaughn
and Hailey a.
Speaker 4 (01:20:52):
Girl online has just started as a corporate girlie. She's
entered the corporate world. I'm guessing out of you and
she's like, oh my god, this sucks. How do you
make the daco faster?
Speaker 1 (01:21:06):
Oh man? Especially if you know, like you're not like
there's not too much to do in your role, Like,
but you don't want to tell them that. With three
there was like not enough.
Speaker 5 (01:21:17):
I lived worked in like a small store, and so
when you were like it's busy, you were like, thank
god it went faster on a quiet day.
Speaker 1 (01:21:25):
You're like, oh yeah, only so white days are just
so these T shirts are just fold them up, fold them,
miss him up.
Speaker 4 (01:21:33):
So she said, corporate girl, is how we passing the time.
These are some of the messages that people have left
on her video. You do any stuff that you can
normally save for at home or your admin. Your grocery list,
audio groceries, bock doctors, the point, make to do lists,
rate your grammar or letter, create her up at a budget, schedule, oil.
Speaker 1 (01:21:48):
Changes, et cetera.
Speaker 4 (01:21:49):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, this is a good one. Take your
lunch as late as you can. That way, when you
come back, your day's almost over. Oh yeah that's smart,
that's good.
Speaker 1 (01:21:56):
Oh so you've got a small chunk at the back end. Yeah,
I read everything.
Speaker 4 (01:22:02):
Somebody else said you'd be nosy and you go through
every company document that you can open.
Speaker 1 (01:22:08):
Love that.
Speaker 4 (01:22:09):
When I went in the course center, I turned movies
on on my phone, not because I wanted to watch
them because they were great countdowns. I knew one movie
would get me to the first break another word, I'd
be at lunch. When I explained to my boss, was
okay with it on as long as they will work
appropriate and had no sound coming through this.
Speaker 1 (01:22:22):
Yeah, subtitles. Yeah. I know our friend Nay when he
was working here, he used to watch Netflix at work, really,
but he'd still work. He's working here, not at zidiom
No working in New Zealans. Moved. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
I watch Netflix and I was just like, what you
watched Netflix at work? He was like, yeah, multitasking. It
(01:22:43):
was like, oh, you would, of course you would. I
would do that because I think he was in like
a cubicle or on office. No one saw.
Speaker 5 (01:22:50):
I'm just gonna put Netflix on the back and see
if it's if I could still contribute.
Speaker 1 (01:22:54):
No, there's no way.
Speaker 4 (01:22:56):
It takes your attention, get your steps in every forty
five minutes and go for a walk. Somebody said, I
used to download boxes PDFs and read them on my
computer screen and be like hum interesting, react to the
book out loud, because if anybody walked past, it made
it look like.
Speaker 1 (01:23:08):
You were reading a work document.
Speaker 4 (01:23:10):
What I used to listen to podcasts on one point
five or two time speed and you get through them
and it would literally trick your brain into thinking, Man,
this day's going fast. The whole book, this is great,
this is what we want to know on eight hundred
dollars at M and you can text us as well.
Speaker 1 (01:23:24):
Nine six nine six. What do you do that makes
your workday go faster?
Speaker 5 (01:23:30):
What are we doing to make our days go faster?
Maybe sit at the office you're thinking, oh my god's
dragging on today. Yeah, even happens to us. I mean
we talk, but some days your goes first.
Speaker 1 (01:23:38):
Today's been rapid, it does. Steph joins us, Good morning, Steph.
More than the team?
Speaker 2 (01:23:43):
How we doing?
Speaker 1 (01:23:44):
Really go? What do you do to Kim? What do
you do to get through work fast?
Speaker 4 (01:23:48):
Well?
Speaker 7 (01:23:48):
I listened to podcasts right and the Wee episodes.
Speaker 1 (01:23:51):
They usually round forty five minutes an hour. It keeps
the day going fast.
Speaker 7 (01:23:55):
But I did get a little bit in a little
bit of trouble when I got caught listening to six life.
Speaker 1 (01:24:01):
Why where do you work? Are they a bit conservative?
Speaker 5 (01:24:05):
No, it's just not quite work appropriate with.
Speaker 4 (01:24:08):
The year.
Speaker 7 (01:24:12):
Headphones or yeah, I'm just listening on headphones, but my
boss came in to talk to me and I had
to go into the screen to pause six dot Life.
Speaker 5 (01:24:21):
And that's yeah, I think sometimes as well as six
dot Life, it can you know, put your head space
in a certain way that's maybe not appropriate for work
as well, you.
Speaker 9 (01:24:32):
Know, yeah, probably not the best.
Speaker 1 (01:24:34):
You're thinking about where do I buy that? And how
can I get it? In the well you're at work?
Speaker 4 (01:24:38):
You'd like to hear any of these episodes with a
very own Hailey Sprowl and since Morgan Pin, I heart podcast,
wherever you podcast?
Speaker 1 (01:24:46):
Thanks for that, KPO I actually right, thank you, Jake.
What are you doing to make the workday go faster?
Oh well, I just take all three of my breaks
all at once at the end of the day. So
I let the opposite about two thirty and then by
about four paid that allowed. I've done it for seven years.
(01:25:07):
I've never been in trouble.
Speaker 4 (01:25:08):
So you take your lunch break and your smoker and everything,
and you're just like, I'm gonna take those at the
end of the day and you just bugger off home.
Speaker 1 (01:25:14):
Yeah, well you paid for two of them, and I'm
for one of them. Actually, what do you do when
it's lunch? You just eat at your disk. I just relaxed,
play games and but you don't eat lunch. You just
go we're working, then leave. I just work with your industry.
(01:25:36):
What do you do for a job. Uh, you're not
the exact place, But I like what's an industry allows
roughly without giving it away? Sales? Yeah, okay, all right,
I like that. Yeah, I see. I would do that.
I'd start early and get it all done. Thing like
the work.
Speaker 5 (01:25:54):
You know, people doing four day work weeks. If the
mummy's getting done, Yeah, the mummy's.
Speaker 1 (01:25:59):
Done, thanks. Jackson messages in.
Speaker 4 (01:26:01):
When I used to work eight till four, I take
my lunch break at two o'clock because then I come
back and the day was almost done. Yeah, just one
hour ago and you're done. Yeah, I honestly just try
to stay busy. If you're sitting watching the clock, it's
going to drag on.
Speaker 7 (01:26:13):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:26:14):
I work from home, so are we? Snooz works a
treat that speeds up the day.
Speaker 4 (01:26:18):
I scroll property websites, streaming of another life where I
could afford a mansion.
Speaker 1 (01:26:22):
Yeah, nice, I.
Speaker 4 (01:26:24):
Listened to iHeart or have shows on my phone and
take note of stupid shit customers saying my notes.
Speaker 1 (01:26:30):
Nice speeds up the day, Megan, what makes your work
day go faster?
Speaker 10 (01:26:35):
So I work from home and I do like the
house chores, have a nice long shower, so when all
my kids get home in the afternoon, I've done everything done.
Speaker 1 (01:26:45):
That's lucky. Not too many places are still in the
people work from home all the time, are they?
Speaker 4 (01:26:50):
No, I refuse to go into the office now.
Speaker 1 (01:26:52):
I'm just so used to it.
Speaker 4 (01:26:56):
Everybody's cleaning the house and taking showers instead of work.
Speaker 1 (01:27:00):
It's a little bit. Yeah, I'm just jealous. I'd be
stoked if I could do that, Megan, thank you.
Speaker 4 (01:27:06):
I listened to Harry Potter Erotica at work. Eroticas always
makes a day fly no matter what you're doing.
Speaker 1 (01:27:10):
Harry a polka.
Speaker 4 (01:27:11):
What was the It was the.
Speaker 1 (01:27:13):
Draco Malfoy and Hermione Granger one.
Speaker 6 (01:27:16):
What was that?
Speaker 1 (01:27:17):
That's too much?
Speaker 7 (01:27:18):
No?
Speaker 1 (01:27:19):
No, No, that one called Alchemist, wasn't it the Alchemy Alchemized? Yeah,
they did a spin off. It was like, yeah, it's
similar to Hammads, Yes, yeah, right, and it's six Oh no, horrible.
Speaker 4 (01:27:34):
I used to I used to work at a very
high end high fly store. We'd only get like five
customers walking on the day. Used to pass the time
playing PlayStation one of the demo rooms and a one
hundred and twenty inch projector screen.
Speaker 1 (01:27:44):
Oh no, I schedule and work.
Speaker 4 (01:27:46):
I walk every hour, ten to fifteen minutes each time
I go.
Speaker 1 (01:27:50):
It's every hour a little walk. Good.
Speaker 4 (01:27:53):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:27:55):
The z M podcast Needwork plays Flit Born in Haley.
Speaker 1 (01:28:02):
Now you may remember the documentary reality Check inside America's
Next Top Model.
Speaker 3 (01:28:08):
The shooting that I had the most difficult time with
was this race swapping shoot. My parents are from South Africa.
They grew up during apartheid. I'm very aware of that history.
I first asked to be excused from the photo shoot
and Tyra said to me, I will handle this on
camera with the girls judging and da da da, just
(01:28:30):
go and do your job. I recognize that my rule
was starting to have limitations.
Speaker 2 (01:28:38):
I didn't think it was controversial.
Speaker 8 (01:28:39):
I was in my own little bubble, in my own
little head if this was my way of showing the
world that brown and black is beautiful, and anyone was.
Speaker 1 (01:28:48):
Like, oh, Tyra did not come across very well. And
then when we watched it, Yeah.
Speaker 5 (01:28:52):
Because it gave beg I'm here to apologize bot. Yeah,
I'm sorry your upseat kind of apology, not I'm sorry for.
Speaker 1 (01:29:00):
What I did. Yeah. So she's sewing Netflix, but she was.
Speaker 5 (01:29:07):
A defamation lawsuit, right the general vibrus This isn't really
going to stand because her claim is that essentially she
went in with good faith to take accountability for the
messiness of Netflix America's Next Top Model.
Speaker 1 (01:29:21):
She was involved in this documentary, right, that was part
They all were.
Speaker 5 (01:29:25):
Yeah, they all were basically other than what's her name
with the face that's been stabled too many times Jannis someone.
So yeah, she said she went in with good faith
to take accountability for the shortcomings of America's Next Top Model,
and essentially they she claims that Netflix then took what
was a three hour sit down interview and made sixteen
(01:29:47):
minutes of her kind of looking like not very good. Right,
So she's saying it's a defamation case, defamation lawsuit against them.
Speaker 1 (01:29:54):
This was just yesterday, yesterday this happened, accusing.
Speaker 5 (01:29:57):
Them of giant manipulation and kind of using her as
like a clickbait type thing.
Speaker 1 (01:30:03):
To be like, this is so bad because it was
one of the big criticisms of the doco, was it
that wasn't it that they were all involved? It was
a bit you know wash Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 5 (01:30:13):
I thought that it was very cleansed because it was
a lot of Yeah, but this is kind of how
it was.
Speaker 1 (01:30:21):
But she's saying, no, it was I it wasn't supposed
to come out like that.
Speaker 5 (01:30:25):
They just took bits, yeah, to make it really which,
of course, yeah, entertainment, she still said it though, didn't
she still said it, and you still stood by where
people were like having horrible experiences on the show.
Speaker 4 (01:30:36):
And isn't someone else making an actual documentary without her
and their involvement. Yeah, So that's probably going to be
a lot juicier and she's probably not going to like
that anymore.
Speaker 1 (01:30:44):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (01:30:44):
She says that she's suing them, the co directors of
the docuseries. So she's sewing Netflix eighty nine blocks holdings,
which is like the producers Netflix Music the docuseries co created.
She's just going all in and yeah, just saying false light,
defamation by implication, breach of contract, and false endorsement. She's
(01:31:06):
not having a bar of but seeking a jury trial,
wants the people to speak on.
Speaker 1 (01:31:12):
And yeah, a lot of people saying it's probably not
gonna stand up. I just realized they did the whole
show with my headphones on.
Speaker 4 (01:31:19):
Backwards, so well that means the shows backwards, And isn't
it We're gonna have to play this in reverse or
should we speak in reverse?
Speaker 1 (01:31:25):
And hopefully they'll they'll work out the other way a
little give us a readier play z MS Fletchborn and
Haley
