Some of the most abhorrent behavior of actually ever saying,
and I hate this ship. It is equal to when
you do not have the right of way and you're
waiting to give the right of way, when you're in
your car to someone and they usher you on. Just
follow the fucking road rolls and we can all get
home in one pace. We're not just making new ones here.

this really difficult intersection in Auckland, and it's like it's
a roundabout, but there's always sort of like a.

Side street counts the council put in like a bike
plane that curves around, and then there's.

Around and crossings and stuff like that. It's an absolute
mirror to navigate. And so I navigated it like a pro. Right,
I'm giving way like this, we're turning left and I
clock as we turn left into the swing and flow
of the roundabout. There's a man standing there. Now my
full license test reminded me, has it yes, react stop

for the pedestrian.

Yeah.

Speaker 1 (02:08):
I stopped for the pedestrian who has stood like not
kind of adjacent to stood right at the first line.

Speaker 2 (02:15):
Yes, And I stopped crossing.

Speaker 1 (02:17):
Thus interrupting the whole flow of the roundabout. And the
guy just stands there and stands there and stands there,
and then he looks at me and ushers me along
and he has no idea. He's so ignorant how much
he's fucked up. Everyone's day, like he has no idea.
There could be a sliding doors moment, like stand.

Was he waiting for someone?

I don't know what he was waiting for, but he
wasn't standing, you know, sometimes people are meandering or whatever.
He was ready to cross. I've stopped for you to cross.
Now cross.

I reckon this. I reckon bus drivers would get this
all the time. People that just said in a bus stop. No.

I hate when you get to an intersection and you've
stopped because of the road rules and you're letting someone
and the person who should be going waves you through.

Speaker 2 (03:03):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (03:04):
Yeah, no, I'm just obeying the general rule. Chaos out
here without they're just.

Speaker 1 (03:12):
All like nah, you go, like know these rules and
plants and if you're standing in a zebra cross and
a car has stopped for you, just cross, even if
you don't want to be on the side of the road.
Too bad. Yeah, I shouldn't have stood that.

Speaker 2 (03:23):
Sometimes if I'm coming up to a crossing, Oh, if
I'm a little bit late or early, I'll kind of
time it are either speed up just myself, I'll adjust
my speed, or I'll hang back. They can get through,
and then I'll go how incredibly can because I'm considerate.

Speaker 1 (03:39):
Instead, now i've got someone up my ass because I've
stopped for too long to let this guy cross, because
he's on the crossing, it's your you cross, and he didn't.
I hope he's out there, and I hope it's a
really bad day. It's a lot to wash. I hope
there's rest of his life's fantastic. I just hope you
had a bit of a shitty afternoon.
