It's Fleet and Hailey's a little bit of pod. Welcome
to a little bit of pod and going to a
renovating nearly at the end that nearly at this.

Speaker 3 (00:13):
Is also insign that he's starting a renovation and finishing renovation.

Speaker 1 (00:17):
And the year is one year and it ends in
the same number. It's actually been five were the bones.
It's just you know, new ktchen going and.

Speaker 2 (00:29):
Walls and painting and yeah, some some walls changed, but yeah,
it's been it's been very stress free, which is refreshing.

Speaker 1 (00:35):
Because you know podcast, do you remember the kitchen? Your
renovation was stress free? When the bathroom happened? You remember
that guy?

Speaker 2 (00:43):
He was a fucking loan attack Why would he do?
He was no, he was a great builder, incredible attention
to detail. Yeah, took forever, but believed in the conspiracy
for about that anyway he did and what was in
the water and I was like, dude, I'm paying you
per hour.

Speaker 1 (01:02):
I don't give.

Speaker 3 (01:02):
As already confirmed. It's something yeah, we don't need to know.
But it's interesting that, like, so far, so good. It's
interesting you make all these decisions for what your cabinets
are going to look like, what color the tiles are
on a tiny sample?

Speaker 4 (01:19):
Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, like a like a five by.

Speaker 1 (01:23):
Five square, like I reckon.

Speaker 2 (01:24):
The kitchen cabinets were like three inches by two. It
was an IF post card size, and they were like,
do you want your cabinets.

To look like this?

Speaker 2 (01:32):
And I was like, I need to see them bulk. Well,
it's beautiful, but I'd rather see a kitchen full of that.
And then I'm like, well, okay, yes, that.

Speaker 4 (01:39):
One, but it's not the same.

Speaker 1 (01:42):
It's not the same.

Speaker 2 (01:43):
And then the tile there was like half of one
of the tiles, and I was like, well, that looks nice.
We'll go with that. And then the carpet as well,
was like a foot by half a five year It
looks different and you put it there, and then in
the lighter looks darker or lighter in there.

Speaker 1 (01:59):
But way, so far, so good.

Speaker 2 (02:01):
Kitchen cannets look beautiful, gorge beautiful, wood, child's beautiful, everything's beautiful.

Speaker 1 (02:07):
Today.

Speaker 2 (02:08):
The carpet goes in and I'm really worried because I
wish I'd seen a bigger you need to rhyme size,
you need to see a bigger bet.

Speaker 4 (02:15):
It is very scary. And then as you say, in
like different corners of the room. You're like, why is
it brown? Why is it brown? I didn't want brown.
It should be great, it should be great.

Speaker 1 (02:22):
It's not brown. Yeah, it's very special.

Speaker 4 (02:25):
You can't honestly just but what if I do? We're
going to stain the ship out of that great car?
But anyway, like, there's no way, I've got rules.

Speaker 2 (02:33):
We're only doing or allowed clear drinks. Only clear drinks
on the carpet and everybody's wearing bibs. I'm putting pols,
big thick plastic mats to put out.

Speaker 1 (02:41):
On the floor. Yeah, like American, you're going to murder us. Well,
you know, I can't even describe what they were like.
They were like a thick plastic and they'd roll up
and you'd roll them out and you could see the carpet.

Speaker 2 (02:52):
Through the way and it had the streets and roads
on it and you toys on it.

Speaker 1 (02:56):
That was cool. That Actually like to have my whole house, right,
I should get a rugged like you can do it.

Speaker 4 (03:02):
I've seen people do a match up there, like kids
rub the rods and stuff.

Speaker 1 (03:06):
It's good stuff.

Speaker 3 (03:07):
Stuff. I get that.

Speaker 4 (03:08):
Your house used to be fun, though, is it still
going to be fun or you're gonna do We're.

Speaker 1 (03:11):
Going to be fun until the first incident, and then
and then we won't give a break from fun.

Speaker 4 (03:16):
Yeah. The first day I dinged my new wooden bench top,
I bawled my eyes out. Just see the thing now,
it looks like it looks like driftwood. It's so danged
and you just got to get over it. And I'm
happy to assist you in dinging the hell out of
your new renovation
