aprilfool somewhere. It's aper fools here today, all right, the
aper fools here today. It is I was wearing I'm
wearing my It's aprilful somewhere shirt and I was walking
the dog today when I got home and this lady
told me to like take my headphones out, and I
was like, okay, what's up. And she's like, what kind

(01:18):
of dog is that? I have a niece that has
a dog that looks just like that, except blonde and
it's this or whatever. And I was like, oh, I
don't know. She's like a craigslist dog. I got her
in Craigslist. And she's like, oh, that's so great that
you rescued. I was like, what I mean, like, I went,
I wanted a dog, and I went, I got a dog,
and it was like the whole like rescue. I'm not
really rescuing the dog if I wanted a dog argument

(01:39):
and she's like, well, you know a lot of people
use those dogs. It's like bait dogs and stuff like
that on craigsist all people that go. Was like, well,
you know, I just wanted a dog. So I went
a guy and I don't know what kind she is
and I went. I was like turning to go, and
she's like, oh, did you see that plane crash? Did
you see that plane crush? And I was like the
one in like September two thousand and one, and I
was like, oh, you're trying to You're trying to April

(02:00):
fools me, and she was like, no, it was right here.
It was it was in Houston, and I was like,
oh no, what happened. She's like April Fools and she
pointed up my shirt and I was like a good one, lady.
But then she didn't pick up on the nine to
eleven joke at all, and I was like, well, that
went right over your head. Whatever, whatever, at least she's
respecting the exercide. She's like, this guy fucking loves April Fools.

(02:22):
Like if you don't, if you who most of the
people in the world are, do not understand the bit,
the aprilful summer bit, you probably have no clue what
you fucking This guy has an April Fool's shirt. I
mean this guy's deal shirt. Yeah, I thought so too. Anyway,
I thought so too. But I was like it was
a wild interaction.

Speaker 1 (02:42):
Bro.

Speaker 3 (02:42):
I was like, hey, it went back to April Fools.
And I was like, let's go happy aprilfols.

Speaker 1 (02:46):
Everybody.

Speaker 3 (02:47):
We've fooling around, and don't forget if you're not getting
to pull off a prank today. Anytime you plow up
a prank, justice like April Fools, not just in April.
It's aprilful somewhere, one of the last great merge dot com.
We get the shirts, server and.

Speaker 1 (02:58):
A buss are come up to me right before we
opened it then like hey, can we pulling April Fools prank?
And I was like, yeah, that's cool. And she goes,
all right, go tell Jocelyn that you guys are gonna
fire her. And I was like, I'm not doing that
to a nineteen year old girl, Michael, and they're like, no,
that's just the first part. Then you're gonna go tell
the other because we have a server that used to
host it, like and then you're gonna go tell her

(03:19):
she's got to go back to hosting. I was like,
I'm not doing it. That's just mean.

Speaker 3 (03:22):
Now you're making your prank my thing that I have
to do a chore and I'm not gonna do that.

Speaker 1 (03:28):
You're like, you're trying to make me tell one person
that they're losing their job and somebody else that they're
devote demoted. It's not fucking cool, man.

Speaker 3 (03:35):
Yeah, that's hah prank.

Speaker 1 (03:37):
I was like, what's wrong with you?

Speaker 3 (03:40):
Like when Michael told told them that, like he had
to tell two people that they were getting a ray
or that they were getting a promotion. Only he told
them both. He's like, well, it was funny when I
told you weren't getting the promotion and then told you were.
They didn't like it as much when I told them
they were and then had to rip it away from them.

Speaker 1 (03:55):
I still always think back to my I think the
only time my mom tried to pull one on me.
I like walk downstairs in the morning and she's just
like pointed towards the fences, like you see that bunny
out there? And I was like, nowhere, and she's like,
it's right there, there's a bunny. And I was like, well,
I don't, are you sure, and she's like, yeah, it's
right there up against the fence. How do you not
see it? I was like, I don't know what. I

(04:17):
don't see anybody. And she's like, oh, no, April Fools,
it's just that's staying on the thing. And I was like, gotcha. Now,
looking back, I'm like, my mom started drinking early that morning.

Speaker 3 (04:25):
No, dude, those are the best kind of like the
stupidest April Fools jokes are always the funny ones, and
people are like, uh, it's such a dumb Haulery're like,
why do we even do that in the night. I
love the people. This year's with all the fake news anyways,
April Fools even shut up, shut up, it's always aprilful somewhere. Okay,
respect the exercise. I'm not saying you have to pull
crazy prank, but it's funny, like, let people have fun.

Speaker 1 (04:46):
It's one of those. It's just the ultimate one of
just moms trying to be fun and you're like, it's okay,
it's not you your day day, the parent have your day.

Speaker 3 (04:58):
I appreciate the effort ap somewhere right, and we don't.
We don't April Fools shame at all anytime of the year.

Speaker 1 (05:04):
It is so funny when mom's try and be funny
and they just don't pull it off.

Speaker 3 (05:08):
My mom's pretty funny something.

Speaker 1 (05:09):
My mom is too. But you know what I mean,
Like when mom's trying to be the fun mom and
you're like, that's not that's not your role.

Speaker 3 (05:16):
Yeah, you have to try to be the fun mom. Yeah,
if you're the fun momy, we know you're the fun mom.
That's how it works. Yeah, Happy Gravy Day, everybody. Happy
April Fools. I don't know if this is news to you,
but this is news to me. This weekend. Did you
know they made a second Goofy movie?

Speaker 1 (05:32):
I did. I never saw it. I knew it was
out there.

Speaker 3 (05:35):
I did not until Sunday, an extremely Goofy movie. My
daughter was hanging. I was hanging with her and she,
you know, he just watched the Disney movies, and I
was like, you know what, let Daddy pick one. It
picked the Goofy movie because the Goofy movie fucks, and
I wanted to watch that. And then just I was
doing stuff as it ended, and and it just went

(05:57):
to the next thing in a like a playlist. It
was like, oh, the extremely Goofy movie. I was like, wait,
what they have two? I watched all of it. It's fantastic.
I assumed it was good, but not as good as
the first obviously. But like Max and and the boys
are growing up, so they go to college. They're competing
in the college X Games. Then Goofy has to get

(06:17):
in the X game. There's like a fraternity whole thing,
the Gammas. Goofy joins a Gamma. It's crazy. It's crazy.

Speaker 1 (06:23):
As far as I know, they didn't have a leaning
Tower of Cheesa. So I wasn't interested in that one
as much.

Speaker 3 (06:27):
No, but he's one of the skateboarders.

Speaker 1 (06:29):
Well, of course he is. Yeah, it was a stoner
who ate lots of cheese, so you obviously skates, of course,
like what else would he do?

Speaker 3 (06:36):
Yeah, but they wanted to be the first freshman to
win the College X game. So solid, solid watch if
you're just trying to kill time with a one year old.

Speaker 1 (06:45):
But yeah, that was just in general.

Speaker 3 (06:47):
Yeah, that was breaking news to me that there was
a second Goofy movie. So if you're if you're looking
to watch something, go Goofy movie right into extremely goody movie,
you're gonna have a nice little day.

Speaker 1 (06:56):
You want me to really blow your mind? Did you
know there was a toy story too?

Speaker 3 (07:00):
They did know that, and three and four and they're
coming out with a five and they get progressively sadder.

Speaker 1 (07:05):
Yeah I don't want to do that. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (07:07):
No, And it makes you sadder the older you are
to you.

Speaker 1 (07:09):
Oh, no Disney or young kid movies. That's really sad.
At the very beginning, Weezy Squeakers gone.

Speaker 3 (07:15):
After that, Wheezy Squeakers there, and he's just stuff on
the shelf.

Speaker 1 (07:18):
You're like, no, like Bambi Land before time, boom mom
dead right away, then be just kids movie the rest
of the time. That's the formula. Yeah, Lion King or
Homeward Bound one really sad part at the end, but yeah,
this is dog.

Speaker 3 (07:33):
Deliver Deliver and then Shadow comes home Shadow Shadow.

Speaker 1 (07:38):
Okay, you know, let's not talk about that because I'm
not starting to tear up.

Speaker 3 (07:42):
You never watched Home We're Bound? Probably did you know?
Do you want to do? You know the movie?

Speaker 1 (07:47):
I don't care. He doesn't like dogs.

Speaker 3 (07:48):
It's a cat and two dogs get lost and like
they're real dogs and cats, and then people are just
voicing there them the whole time trying to get home.
And then was it really was the cat? No, Sally Field,
how you feel is a cat?

Speaker 1 (08:02):
You're right? And then the other one was just like
a guy. He wasn't a super famous.

Speaker 3 (08:07):
Oh I'm Shadow and I'm very so.

Speaker 1 (08:09):
I'm talking about Shadow. I'm gonna cry.

Speaker 3 (08:10):
That was a good boy. Chance is a good boy too.

Speaker 1 (08:13):
I heard a song, yeah, last night when I was
trying to sleep, I'm just scrolling. Somebody wrote a song
from the perspective of a dog. Country song. It's real sad.
At the end, I was crying in bed. Oh, very
good song. I put it on my Instagram.

Speaker 3 (08:26):
If you wanna, I didn't see that.

Speaker 1 (08:28):
Yeah, super sad, right if you. Halfway through, I started
cheering up because I was like, I know where this
is gonna go.

Speaker 3 (08:33):
If you want a happy one, listen to deer tick
me and my man. And I thought it was like, oh,
that's cool. It's just like about you and your your
dude whatever. And it's like, no, it's about your man
is the guy that you're your owner. He's like me
and my men. We chase after the ball, we go
outside and play, and it's like, oh, hell yeah, good song.
A dog writing a song that would rock dogs need
to write my songs. I think that all the time.

Speaker 1 (08:54):
That's I would listen to the funk out of that
genre dog song, Dog Dylan, He's the ball. I went
and found it.

Speaker 3 (09:02):
I don't like cats match, but the times they were changing.
I can't do a mouth harmonica, No, no, you can't.
But it was a good try. It was a good try.
H last day, I had a precome segment.

Speaker 1 (09:14):
Personally, was it I feel like I was kind of
anti abs.

Speaker 3 (09:18):
I was bitching about some of the stuff that's coming
with it. I'm one hundred percent the other way now,
like I'm so intouh automatic balls and strikes. It's my
favorite thing ever. The flexen on refs or on umps. Yeah,
I keep calling them refs, but like I the oh no,
that wasn't a strike, Actually that was ball four tap

(09:38):
and then just taking your shit off and tossing it
down like fuck you bitch, I'm gonna go to first base.
You look at it, and then you tell me you're sorry,
and then just well, what's the fucking guy that was
fucking about? See button?

Speaker 1 (09:49):
That piece of shit, the new Angel Hernana, that piece
of shit. I hope like he looks so bad this
year that he retires, Like that would be the best thing.
I don't want to get rid of umps. I want
to keep abs in there, but I wanted to just
be used as a tool to embarrass umpires until they retire.

Speaker 3 (10:05):
I do like the like there's a guy to stand
there like nope, and like I would say, it's like
ninety percent they're correct when they challenge it. I feel
like I saw majority of the ones I've seen they
are correct.

Speaker 1 (10:17):
On or at least over over spring training, it was
like I want to say, pitchers were like forty four percent,
catchers were like fifty seven percent, and batters were like
fifty two to forty eight somewhere in there. So like
it's everyone's pretty much near the middle.

Speaker 3 (10:35):
Now the Yankees started ten for eleven, and maybe that's
the other Like.

Speaker 1 (10:38):
But I want to like, I can't start seeing specific
umpire breakdowns, like so oh C. B. Buckner's wrong all
the time.

Speaker 3 (10:43):
But there needs to be some sort of like punishment, like, hey,
guess what, you're suspended. You're suspended because you're obviously not
doing what you're supposed to be doing.

Speaker 1 (10:53):
I'd like they can't suspend them, but maybe they should
institute rule like if you miss some ount in your thing,
you just get skipped over the next time in your rotation.
Like aus you know, they just rotate from behind the
plate first.

Speaker 3 (11:08):
Yeah, you don't get to do the you don't get
to do the the behind the plan.

Speaker 1 (11:12):
Yeah you're getting sipped behind the plate because you're really
bad at your job. And then but here was the problem.
Seemie Buckner in the field yesterday.

Speaker 3 (11:19):
God damn dude, he was so bad.

Speaker 1 (11:20):
Dude, he they he calls a guy out at first
says he didn't make immediately challenge it. Yeah, he goes
he never touched.

Speaker 3 (11:25):
The back runner, did not touch the base.

Speaker 1 (11:27):
They still the replay. He wasn't even looking at the touch.

Speaker 3 (11:30):
The two the two managers on both both teams just
like looking at each other, laughing like this fucking idiot, Like.

Speaker 1 (11:38):
I hope he retires mid season.

Speaker 3 (11:41):
I don't. I just wanted to, like like I just
wanted to be publicly amiliated, and like now we're gonna
know the umps that sucking like you fucking paced of ship,
and now they're gonna start kicking guys out of games,
like Aaron Boone almost got thrown out because the Yankees
they overturned six of like ten pitches at one stretch
of the game, and like the first four innings where
it was like nope, but then Freed goes out, Nope, yep,

(12:02):
we're right. You're right again, you're right. BISLM taking off
the fucking pads and the shin pad and all that stuff,
looking at them being like yeah, no, look at it.
It was like the sewing it down as he's backstep
into fucking first base. Awesome.

Speaker 1 (12:15):
The second I think it was the second game of
the year. Maybe it was the third c B. Buckner's
behind the plate. Some dude hit him with back to
back wrong on both and the second one. You could
see Buckner was like visibly annoyed when he had to
like go oh, Challenge's like, just at least now we
have a tool to bully umpires out of the game.
I eventually one of them is gonna like somebody's gonna

(12:36):
tap and just stare at the referees for the whole
one and they're gonna get tossed for it.

Speaker 3 (12:39):
No, they kind of do, and I'm surprised, Like I
thought Boone was gonna be the first guy to get
ejected for it because the Empire was like starting the
tuck out, starting the dugout. He was just like this
is this is three of the last four pitches, man,
Like what are you doing? What do you do here?
What would you say you do here?

Speaker 1 (12:52):
There needs to be at least a rule instituted that
batters cannot be immediately ejected after ABS's because I want
to see the or just staring at the umpire like
mocking him.

Speaker 3 (13:02):
The other side of it is if a team is
wrong and you burn your last challenge, the umpire can
just motherfuck you the rest of the game. But really,
that's the ball. Nope, now that's a strike. Guess what
you're at, bitch, Like you don't think that they're going
to have a little bit of hostility in that, cause
that's gonna one hundred percent happen, And then you're just
at the mercy of the empire.

Speaker 1 (13:21):
Yeah, it also makes you really mad at the players.
I think it was the astros second game of the year.
They like burned both of theirs right away, like in
the first two innings, and later on in the game
there was like eighth inning, a ball that was two
inches outside called a strike. So then you get mad
at your players because you're like, why the fuck did
you even challenge that.

Speaker 3 (13:36):
Yeah, you're gonna have the guys that have like missed
the majority of the don't ever let that guy fucking
challenge one.

Speaker 1 (13:40):
It was like a picture called for it. It was
like that was obviously a strike. He had missed by
like an inch and a half. So then the rest
of the game you're just motherfucking your pitcher, fucking idiot,
leave the catcher to do it.

Speaker 3 (13:49):
And on the other way around, Like I got like excited.
I was like excited for the boys, like fucking good eye,
good eye, great eye. Yeah, hell yeah, boy, fucking overturn that.
Good job, buddy, good job. You tell him, you tell him, Trent,
let him know, let him no, tat that head, tat
that head. Yeah, that was a ball, bitch, that was
a ball. Had a boy, Trent, and like he didn't

(14:11):
do any like you didn't get a hit, you got
a ball four all right, tight, but like good job
telling him he's wrong at that and not swinging initially. Also,
so like I was like that felt like I'm watching
another sort of product. Well, they might lose, but like,
guess what, crushing it on turn unchallenging stuff.

Speaker 1 (14:29):
We lost six to two, but we made the umpire
look like a jackass. So really four times today, so
really fucked that umpire. He was trying to fuck us.
We told him no, and we just lost on our own.
That'll also be like games. You know there's gonna be like, well,
you know, we got four out of six, right, but
then we lost our challenges and late in the game
he kept making bad calls. He was the other team
never had to challenge one time. We just had to

(14:50):
come after us the whole game. It's just bad officiating.
They were against our team.

Speaker 3 (14:53):
You can miss the first one right, you can miss
the fish one, you can't miss the second.

Speaker 1 (14:58):
You get too. If you keep getting them right, you
have infinity. But once you miss one, it's I.

Speaker 3 (15:05):
Thought, if you missed the first one, but you get
like the second one right, then okay, it continues until
you still miss one. I thought you got like one miss.
I don't know. I still don't get I just get
jacked every time I see somebody tap their head.

Speaker 1 (15:15):
You get too. But if you keep getting them right,
they just keep going. So really it's like you get
the first two right, you just get to keep going.
But as soon as you miss, when it's over, but
you don't get penalized for that miss until it happens.
But like you can miss your first one, you still
get one more. But that's it. It's just too total, okay,
unless you're infinitely right, because the umpire is really bad

(15:35):
at the.

Speaker 3 (15:36):
Job, right. Yeah, No, it's pretty electric. I just like feeling.
I feel like I want to use it in more
stuff in life, Like I was telling y'all before, like, uh,
at the when I leave work, there's a stop, a
four way stop sign, and people are just idiots that
don't understand how stop signs work. Sometimes to like they'll
go right after the person in front of them went,
and it's like I want to be like, nope, tap
the head, Hey go look at that, not your turn.

(15:56):
You're wrong, like we should be able to be. Oh
did you uh did you take the chicken out of
the freezer and you set it out for dinner? Oh?

Speaker 1 (16:03):
Look at it? Nope, No, you didn't do that, did you?
You know there's an SNL sketch cooking about this right now.

Speaker 3 (16:08):
Did you pick up your dog shit when your dog
shit or did you just walk by and you didn't
bag it and put it up and throw it away.
Let's look at that. Look at the tape up. Looks
like you didn't. Yeah, it's your dog shiting' that's you
not picking it up. Oh no, babe, I told you
to do this. No you didn't tap it. Bring out
the video replay. Yeah, no, we need to do that
in all, did you really BNCH four hundred in high school? Yea, dude, totally, No,
you didn't. That's a lie. Turns out that was a lie.

(16:30):
It's just Basically Maury comes out and just is like,
and the test determined, the ABS determined that was a lie.
Also he is telling the truth. He's like, yeah, bitch,
I did say that. Just an argue like that would
be the best. I just want to find ways to
adopt ABS and the bore things. I thought I was
gonna really be annoyed by it. I've never been more
excited about anything in baseball really, Like the pitch clock

(16:53):
I thought I was not gonna like turned out to
be awesome. Shot out baseball for sort of like fixing
some stuff.

Speaker 1 (17:01):
Yeah, like I always liked growing up that they didn't
change and it was the same thing since nineteen hundred.
It's the same product. But you know what, who would
have thought that actually a little bit of modernity into
the game would help the game and helped with every
other sport.

Speaker 3 (17:14):
Initially Pat was like, I don't understand why Jackie Robinson
needs to play in the league. Yeah, and he was like,
you know what, this guy is pretty good. Maybe maybe
more people like him should play in the league too,
And then he was like the Dominicans can come on
over to whatever. I don't even care. And now Pat's like, hell,
ABS is cool.

Speaker 1 (17:30):
You know you live in your life time, bro.

Speaker 3 (17:33):
You know, maybe if the rest of the world followed
baseball that we'd be a lot happier integration. I don't
know that man also being able to challenge things like nope,
did you say that? You did say that?

Speaker 1 (17:44):
That also means introducing Cebe Buckner to the rest of
the world, and I feel like that would hurt dude.

Speaker 3 (17:48):
Thinking about politics, like like debates, like when you're saying
you did something like I promised that I will lower taxes,
and it's like, have you lowered taxes in your district?

Speaker 1 (18:00):
No?

Speaker 3 (18:00):
All right? Cool? And like you only get two if
you call him out on two and they're both of
the things you call them out on.

Speaker 1 (18:05):
They're telling the truth. Sorry, you got a challenges The
rich hold too much wealth? How many houses do you have?

Speaker 3 (18:10):
It's just a it's a cool looking thing, right, No tap,
Like I don't know it could have been there could
have I'm glad there's not a flag. I'm glad there's
not like a hand up, like there could have been
way less cool stuff than just tapping your head that
somehow just seems like it's you, Like you'd be like, nah, bitch.

Speaker 1 (18:26):
That's what That's what it comes off across is to me, Now,
I can't wait for the next one. What's the next
innovation gonna be? I know, I don't know either. I'm
just saying I'm excited to see what the next one is.
I never wanted the game to change. Now I'm like
change it.

Speaker 3 (18:42):
But it's like subtle little changes, like where like a
Yankee or an Astros game we we started like three
forty five today, an Astros game that started at one
one ten would have been going on. We would have
been in the sixth inning right now. If it was
a normal game, maybe not the thing we would have
been still the game would still be going on. The
game was over by the time we started recording at

(19:04):
one ten. So that's that's like a two and a
half hour game. That's pretty awesome and and it's cool
to be like, oh, I can just watch this game.
Like I was watching the Yankees Mariners as I was
getting ready for bed last night, and I was like,
this is in the seventh inning. This is awesome. Normally
it'd be like cool, we're the third inning at ten
thirty at night, and I'm just gonna go to bed.
And have to check it out, check on it tomorrow's

(19:26):
stay up really late. Like I enjoy that the games
are within reasonable amounts of time depending on certain teams,
Like certain teams just played fast. In other teams, like
the Yankees Red Sox were six hour games and it
was oh yeah they were.

Speaker 1 (19:37):
They averaged like four to ten.

Speaker 3 (19:39):
Yeah, it was like eight straight years. But now you're like, cool,
maybe three hours if things get crazy. But like they
limited mound visits, that's the other thing they did. We're like, no,
you know, need to have a fucking conversation every time.
I like that you can't you get to face three
batters or in the start of a new inning.

Speaker 1 (19:54):
It's a little quick, like tiny little changes that make
big time.

Speaker 3 (19:58):
Which you're like, you're right, yeah, changing nine pitchers for
nine different batters. Maybe this does take up a little
too much time where you're like, no, let that guy
stay in there, dude, he's a professional pitcher. Let him
get out of it.

Speaker 1 (20:07):
Or it would have been like it would have been
funny if they still allowed that. But when you pull
the picture, no time out, no warm up pitches, you
have to step on the mound and throw, just start
getting like okay, you want to change your picture. He's
gonna throw a meatball and get taken deep on the
first pitch. Yeah, that would have been a fun one too,
but I think they made the right call.

Speaker 3 (20:24):
That'd be sick.

Speaker 1 (20:25):
Also, ABS is great just because it's it's eight seconds.

Speaker 3 (20:28):
And saying ABS seems like it's something way more important
than automatic balls to strike. So it sounds like I'm
like talking about a car or something. Yeah, what with
that guy? It's got a V A. I got an
ABS and nine.

Speaker 1 (20:38):
What does ABS stand for? It must be some super
complex computer automatic ball.

Speaker 3 (20:43):
Strike AST or not balls fear something A bit said?
Bit said strike. Yeah, there you go, there you go?
All right? Uh, what do you guys have a pre
come segment? Because I could just talk a bit all
day if you want, I wouldn't go see Hawthorne Heights.

(21:05):
Yesterday was it first time ever they were celebrating the
twenty year anniversary twenty year anniversary of the If Only
I Were Lonely, Only If Only You Were Lonely album?

Speaker 1 (21:16):
Ohio is for Lovers? No no, no, That was the one
after It's Stupid and the one Fuhio.

Speaker 3 (21:21):
For Lovers is the one before this album. Oh damn,
I was gonna say, then we get a twenty year
anniversary of that one. That's how that's already happened. It
was a fun time, but also I felt a little
bit like old, yes, old, and like when a band
that you like has a twentieth anniversary album, yeah yeah,
and then they come out and they're wearing like black,

(21:42):
like long sleeves and like a white tie, and I'm like,
that's so emo, that's so emoil love them taking.

Speaker 1 (21:49):
Back dressing like that. Yeah, yeah, that's like. I saw
a picture of the other day. I think it was
of the Rolling Stones. It's the four of them. I
don't remember what old band. It was one of those
ones like that. It was like, why is old? One
guy dressed like a man of his age and they're
all still dressed like they were in the seventies, and
one of them just had like a quarter zip on. Yeah,
he gets a little chili on stage sometimes probably like yeah, no,

(22:09):
that's appropriate, he's dressed like a seventies.

Speaker 3 (22:11):
I've got blood, I've got blood thinners, and I get
a little chili on stage, so I have my quarters.

Speaker 1 (22:15):
Yet I used to do shots before I went on
I like to do rock and roll. I have a
bear regimen, but I like to be warm as well
now too, it's be cozy.

Speaker 3 (22:23):
That is, it is crazy doing that. Like I feel
that way with athletes too. You're just like, oh no,
that guy was born after nine to eleven. That guy
has any Like.

Speaker 1 (22:32):
Yeah, that's been deep in my algorithm for the last
couple of days. Is it's trying to make me feel old.
It's like these songs turn twenty years old and it
was like you hear the song and you're like, wait
a minute. I used to listen to that in the
gym and oh my god, I was in high school
twenty years ago, which isn't true.

Speaker 3 (22:45):
Well, I know, I like able to just do easy
math where you're like, okay, I came in in two
thousand and once, that's twenty Oh fuck, that's twenty five now.
Or I saw the one you can put that together.

Speaker 1 (22:55):
The one that rolls around every once in a while,
Like if Austin Powers came out today, he would have
been frozen in nineteen ninety three.

Speaker 3 (23:00):
Yeah, I was like, oh yeah.

Speaker 1 (23:03):
Technology has just moved so much faster from the nineties
than it did from like the sixties and the nineties
are like, this doesn't make any sense. It's hurting my brain.
I'm finally feeling old.

Speaker 3 (23:14):
But it is sick that, like Hawthorne Heights is still going, Yeah,
still going. And it was a really fun crowd. There
was a bunch of crowdsurfing going on because it was
probably your age, right, your age are getting older.

Speaker 1 (23:23):
Uh huh, They're not gonna be able to CrowdSurf for
much longer. Are you singing back? You know? I'd loved it,
but I got a shoulder thing.

Speaker 3 (23:30):
Yeah, sore and that out. And then there was like
a couple of kids there that there were crowdsurfing. They
maybe like thirteen or so, but like, it was fun
really seeing them on there. Who are they with? I
don't even know the band, well, Creeper, I'm not familiar
with that band, and you brought her let Live. I
don't know that band. Okay, I don't know any Hawthorn Heights.

(23:52):
What we came for? Yeah, what you wanted?

Speaker 1 (23:54):
Have you hit the point where you're like, man, I
really wish the headliner would go on first so I
could get home at a decent hour.

Speaker 3 (24:00):
Oh absolutely. I I love when one of the bands
that I like is an opening act, so I always
leave afterwards. Well, last year and I saw the Avitt Brothers,
it was like, hey, they're on Willie Nelson's thing with
Bob Dylan's eye too, and I was like, there's no
way they're headlining at like they're not gonna go on
last and again they're going out at six. All right,
well let's go, and we went. We got in before

(24:21):
Amy Brothers went on. We left after like the first
Bob Dylan song and we didn't see Willi Nelson at all.
Be like you didn't see Willie's Like, I don't care
about Willy. I want to see a Brothers.

Speaker 1 (24:29):
They should market shows that way, like for older bands
and everything, like Stones are in town. Sweet when we
gonna okay, we'll make sure you take off work early
because they're going on stage at five eight.

Speaker 3 (24:37):
They're gonna do a matinee.

Speaker 1 (24:40):
They're playing at three fourteen in the afternoon because they
have to hit the early Bird special when they get
off stage.

Speaker 3 (24:46):
Yeah, no, that would be sick.

Speaker 1 (24:48):
We should contact Live Nation, big boy do I have,
and we're gonna take that idea and we're gonna steal
it and then we're gonna fucking just tie you up
in court.

Speaker 3 (24:57):
If you ever come after us.

Speaker 1 (24:58):
Don't ever sur name again. Fuck you. I know how
I was killed. All right, now you're talking me back
into it.

Speaker 3 (25:05):
Yeah, five Nation takes me down.

Speaker 1 (25:07):
Who knows?

Speaker 3 (25:07):
Maybe we could expose them somehow, No we can't. All right,
what do you guys said? What else do you have?

Speaker 1 (25:13):
Just been just watching a lot of baseball. Man, it's
so good. I was at work today and I was like, oh, yeah,
early baseball's on it. I flipped on MLB Networking and
had the quad box, and I was like, dude, I'm
so happy to have sports during the day again. I
love baseball season so much. I'm just so happy. I
haven't been this happy in a while.

Speaker 3 (25:30):
I'm really good. I've been really good, uh, you know,
working on my anger about just being dead inside. Now
when I'm watching my teams, where might the Red Wings
are going to lose? I've accepted that. Now I'm just
gonna watch this upset and just if anything goes the
other way, I like, well, it's probably they're probably gonna
blow this. And then when they blow it, I'm like,
I told you the Rockets are kind of the same way.

(25:51):
But sometimes they win, I'm like, neat, that's cool, Like
I have no joy in winning anymore. Where I'm just
like I knew that was gonna happen.

Speaker 1 (25:58):
I don't even watch the Rockets anymore because every time
I do, they either make it excruciatingly close or lose
to a team that they're not supposed to. But when
I don't watch, it's like, oh, they blew out Anthony
Edwards by twenty six points. Yeah, only the next the
Nets Knicks by thirty.

Speaker 3 (26:13):
They're gonna lose to the Bucks tonight. Take Bucks plus
seventeen and a half. That's way too many points.

Speaker 1 (26:18):
I thought you said they're gonna lose. Why don't you
just take the money line?

Speaker 3 (26:20):
Yeah, but I want I'd take seventeen and a half
points to That's a lot points?

Speaker 1 (26:25):
Is it? Because Doc Rivers just made the Hall of Fame?
So you think the boys are gonna go out there
and do it for him?

Speaker 3 (26:29):
Probably? But also I just think that the Rockets are
not going to win back to bags. That's a fair
know they just did. I don't know. I hate the
Rockets team that they have right now.

Speaker 1 (26:38):
When's the last time the most hopeful team you had
was the giants. We say Yankees pitching has been dominating.
I'm not excited about the Yankees. That told you.

Speaker 3 (26:48):
I'm not. I haven't exactly about the Yankees at all. Whatever, whatever, dude,
And I think maybe my man negativity will make them
play better, Alex, I think you believe in us, Dudes,
like we got to get him in.

Speaker 1 (26:57):
He's got battered Aggie syndrome as a Yankees fan.

Speaker 3 (27:00):
No, but I'm not buying back in yet, not buying
back in though.

Speaker 1 (27:04):
All it was growing up was Aggie fans were always
so pessimistic because they're like, we're just gonna fucking suck it.
Just bullshit. It doesn't matter bad Daggy Center, because you
knew how it goes at the end. You gotta at
least be hopeful.

Speaker 3 (27:14):
Man, No, no, you don't five games in the year.
It's the hope that kills you. It's the hope that Yeah,
but eighteen and a half now.

Speaker 1 (27:23):
Heartbreak is awful too, but you know what it means
you were living.

Speaker 3 (27:26):
It does l I v I N. It does giant
to be so fucking sick, dude. No, did you see
the coaches picture John arbof Front Center. You think that
they're gonna put a coach of a bad team in
front and center. He's right next to the Super Bowl
winning coach.

Speaker 1 (27:40):
That was another thing to bring up the coach's picture.
It happens once a year. Why the fuck is Sean
McVay just allowed to not show up like all you
have to do? Andy Reid and Mike McCarthy brought their
old fat asses out there to stay.

Speaker 3 (27:53):
The Ravens guy wasn't there. They're not Ravens. No, either way,
it's bullshites, even Zoe See that's the Browns coach. Browns coach,
well that one.

Speaker 1 (28:05):
Why would you He's about to have to start Deshaun
Watson as a starting quarterback this year? Why or should
That's not the early reports, but it's both. You should
be required you have nothing going on, like the birth
of your grandchild, show up after the picture. It's your grandchild.

(28:26):
He was like, oh, my kids getting married that day.
I'm sorry. You're fucking richest ship. Tell your kids not
to schedule their wedding on the day of the coaches.

Speaker 3 (28:33):
Well, the Browns coach that he was getting a haircut
for the coach's picture when he missed the coach's picture.

Speaker 1 (28:39):
Are you fucking serious.

Speaker 3 (28:40):
I saw it this afternoon.

Speaker 1 (28:42):
You mean you saw that on April fools.

Speaker 3 (28:44):
No, it was Pat McAfee was staying it. No, it
was an actual like they were talking about it. That
would be a really we should lose a draft pick
for missing the coaches picture. I just thought, like John
harbab be in the middle of it, like obviously front center,
Like that's that's the team's gonna do some damage next year.
And they were like, we know, getting to see both
harball sit next year. They're just d alpha's they run

(29:05):
in the league. It's our league. Now, we need just
all Harballs the Giants to be bad with Harbaugh in chearge.

Speaker 1 (29:10):
Yeah right, dude, yeah right. Maybe getting Odell Beckham back.

Speaker 3 (29:14):
I don't know. I don't know. If it was Odell
Beckham on any other coach, i'd think maybe not. But
now I'm like, I don't know. Whatever Harby does is right.
I was telling somebody that isn't whatever he does. I'm like,
we're winning with this.

Speaker 1 (29:23):
Guy just for the saying how excited I am in
a happy baseball season here. Now I'm just like football season.

Speaker 3 (29:29):
I would I would trade based over football on a
second right now.

Speaker 1 (29:32):
I'm loving hockey right now. Bruins are playing great.

Speaker 3 (29:34):
Hockey's dumb. We don't even need to watch hockey. Why
you don't have to say that to people in Texas? Like,
why are we like we have the Olympics, that's over.
We we we did, we did, We achieved what we
needed this year. I mean we can cancel the playoffs.
We cancel the play like, what's what's the point is
cancel him?

Speaker 1 (29:51):
Also, because we don't need to turn this into a
whole comeback kid, It's just really funny. Italy is awful
at soccer.

Speaker 3 (29:57):
Yeah, they wish they could be a juggernaut the United States,
even though we suck right now, Hey all we qualified automatically,
but still qualified. All right.

Speaker 1 (30:07):
They're one of like eight teams that have ever won
the World Cup, and twelve years in a row they
can't even make it.

Speaker 3 (30:13):
Can you name what's going on in Italy? Can you
name all eight countries that have won a World Cup?

Speaker 1 (30:17):
Okay, I think I can actually get a decent amount
of them. We got Germany, France, Italy, Jerney, France, Italy, Brazil, Brazil, Argentina,
Spain nailed it. Spain is one one that's sick more
two more? Okay, are there any other what's what's the

(30:38):
blue and white? Oh no, that's Argentina. Columbia is probably
never one, did they Columbia? Okay, that's I'm out. I
knew there was one other one down there. It was
the eighth.

Speaker 3 (30:55):
Oh fuck that was only Yeah, damn it. Now I'm
not I had this answer and I was just looking
at a World Cup.

Speaker 1 (31:04):
This will be all the soccer we talked for the
rest of the year, so we better get this right.

Speaker 3 (31:11):
Argentina. England won once. The fuers that invented the dam
they had the west Ham World Cup team. They were
like England's fallen. They were like half west Ham guys
that want to so west Ham's like, that's our that
was our title.

Speaker 1 (31:25):
We have that so I wanted that time.

Speaker 3 (31:29):
Yeah, we beat him in war, so we don't really
care about your World Cup wins.

Speaker 1 (31:32):
Dude's coming home this time now it's aw brov.

Speaker 3 (31:36):
It's coming home, fucking we Italians. I'll te you that much. Yeah,
they're not playing.

Speaker 1 (31:44):
What the fuck was that last? It was?

Speaker 3 (31:45):
Birmingham was from Birmingham. I die much. All you got
marbles in my mouth?

Speaker 1 (31:52):
They gotta do it for old sausage fingers. Bring it
home to the king.

Speaker 3 (31:57):
Like the pet pedo guy.

Speaker 1 (31:59):
No, that was just brother, do it for the pedos?

Speaker 3 (32:03):
Brother, doar it for po Lee is brother? I guess
I'm American and can't we talk too much shit? Can't I.

Speaker 1 (32:17):
Molly released?

Speaker 3 (32:19):
Well, guess somebody's in charge of releasing them.

Speaker 1 (32:23):
Shouldn't be laughing about this?

Speaker 3 (32:24):
Moving on, play the intro past the Gravy Merch dot

(32:46):
we'll get some tanks up, some tanks up in the
next week or so. Passed the Baby Merge dot com.
We got flags shot through Mundo Raymundo was stocking up

of the Comeback Kids segment.

Speaker 1 (33:37):
It's the comeback Kid, Comeback of the Week.

Speaker 3 (33:42):
Comeback Kid of the Week, bitch alright. Our first comeback
kid this week is Tiger Woods. Eh, he had himself
a hell of a couple of days, stoke up in Japan.
Terrible news Woods another another automotive crash. This that guy's

(34:05):
weird tweet or weird video. He did just look them
in your pants.

Speaker 1 (34:08):
Sorry. I I understand not wanting to give up driving
because I love driving too, but the State of Florida
needs to just take away his license at this point.

Speaker 3 (34:19):
You know, but he was looking at his phone and
he was changing the radio station.

Speaker 1 (34:22):
So yeah, he blew up point zero or zero point zers. Okay,
you can still pills, you know, the kind that he's
famous for taking too much of.

Speaker 3 (34:31):
No, but he had those in his pocket. You think
he had taken them.

Speaker 1 (34:34):
I want to believe that it's like accidental that like
he was, he's not just popping pills for fun and driving,
and it's like because he does it. We've know for
years he's haid chronic back pain. We don't know if
he wasn't, he could have been drugged. And Tiger's like
a hero of my childhood. I don't want to like, oh,
this guy's just actually a piece of shit, But like,
at some point, you got to figure out your own medication. Man.

(34:56):
You can't. You're fifty. You can't be like, ah, actually
overdosed myself. You've been taking these pills for fifteen years
since your back has been fucked up. I feel like you
should have figured it out.

Speaker 3 (35:07):
Yeah, I mean, I feel like since he said that
he was just changing the radio and he was looking
at his phone, Like, why would I not believe him?
Tiger's never done anything previously that has made me feel
like he wouldn't be telling the truth. So I'm gonna
give him the benefit of the doubt. The Tigers seems
like a nice guy, honest guy, man of integrity.

Speaker 1 (35:28):
I think he's gonna play the Masters.

Speaker 3 (35:30):
Probably, so I would if I were him. Tell you
what if I was I was Tig Woods, I'd be
I'd be in Augusta. Now we walk around Augusta prepping things.
My treatment would be the golf course.

Speaker 1 (35:42):
Damn it, Tiger. All we want to do is root
for you, and you're making it real fucking hard at
this point.

Speaker 3 (35:47):
Yeah. Yeah, the tigeroods back. Pretty sick mug shot. The
memes were great.

Speaker 1 (35:56):
Yeah, that mugshot was rough.

Speaker 3 (35:59):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (36:01):
Can you just hold both of your eyes to the
same level please, Nope, can't do that. No, But that's
probably because he whacked his head when the car rolled.

Speaker 3 (36:08):
Well, yeah, that's why that was out because of anything else.
He was having himself a bad day. He just got
a car wreck. Guy's not gonna look happy in his
much shot, obviously.

Speaker 1 (36:18):
I think it was me and my brother were talking
about it and he just sent the genrefeo.

Speaker 3 (36:23):
Pills, baby pills.

Speaker 1 (36:25):
Yeah, figure it out, Tiger.

Speaker 3 (36:27):
So yeah, Tiger's Uh, Tiger's back, Tier's backe Else's back
is the Houston fucking comments. I did it, boys, I
did it. I mean, there's no way that you can
say I didn't have a hand in this indirectly, like
who's who's Like, we're the number one Houston w NBA
podcast and I don't think anybody's gonna argue with us

(36:48):
on that. And if anybody does, then you tell them
to fuck off. Look at it again, look at the tape,
abs that bitch.

Speaker 1 (36:55):
Huh you think we can uh? I think there's a
way we can trade for Caitlin Clark.

Speaker 3 (36:59):
No, do we're gonna get Jujun? We get Bothah, We're
gonna get Juju and Jui's gonna be the best.

Speaker 1 (37:05):
Is Juju already a pro? Or she gotta be a pro? Okay,
she's gonna be a pro? Or Do we have the
number one overall pick?

Speaker 3 (37:11):
Not yet, but she's gonna play next. She's coming out
next year, so then we like the Connecticut Sun are
still gonna be a team. They're gonna be bad this year.
They'll get the number.

Speaker 1 (37:18):
Oh we don't even get them next year.

Speaker 3 (37:19):
No, they're playing out this next season, and then we
get them twenty twenty seven season also.

Speaker 1 (37:24):
And I'm not one to tell a extremely rich guy
or family how to spend their money, but when you
saw that price tag, oh.

Speaker 3 (37:30):
It's money laundering. You're gonna money launder.

Speaker 1 (37:32):
All three hundred million dollars.

Speaker 3 (37:34):
I guarantee you the Rockets are going to or the
have they turned a profit yet? The comments are going
to have the most profitable WNBA franchise because that money
seem to get washed. What do you mean that was
a sellout?

Speaker 1 (37:47):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (37:48):
That game that had no one in the No, but
they bought tickets, they just didn't show up to the game.

Speaker 1 (37:51):
And does does Tilman own the Toyota Center or is
that the city? Because that's all When I was looking
at the three hundred million, I'm just like, well, you
know he's already got he's got the arena, he's got
the other team. And then I was like, wait, does
he have the arena? Is it all just profit? For him.
Are they going to lose money by having w NBA
games instead of concerts that night?

Speaker 3 (38:11):
No, they'll probably make money due because it's hot. The
w's hotter than it's ever been before, and it's like
the greatest franchise in WNBA history is finally making a return.

Speaker 1 (38:19):
And what they announced it the day after they announced
the new CBA.

Speaker 3 (38:23):
Well yeah, because they were like, now girls aren't get paid, Like.

Speaker 1 (38:25):
I'm not, I'm not buying this until I find out
that the players are actually going to bat.

Speaker 3 (38:30):
Well, yeah, the lockout would have been bad for the Yeah,
everybody does that. Robert, what is your favorite uct commentsman? Man,
I know you're a big fan the championships? Which one
all of them? There were four of them? Which was
your Which was your favorite? I really thought I thought
ninety eight was when like that was when we were
like this team's special. Like ninety seven they got it,
they were awesome. Ninety eight were like I don't know

(38:52):
what's going on here, but whatever these girls are doing,
this is special. And then like ninety nine, Swoops was
already dominating two thousand. It was great, it was great.

Speaker 1 (39:01):
You think we can bring back the coach?

Speaker 3 (39:03):
Is he still around.

Speaker 1 (39:06):
I don't. I'm trying to remember his name. I'm drawing
a blank. Damn it.

Speaker 3 (39:12):
A sorrow was I remember? It was a dope name,
not Van van Chancellor.

Speaker 1 (39:18):
That's what I wanted to say, but I couldn't remember
Van Chancellor. Yeah, that's it, nailed it. Look at me
because I know women's basketball. His daughter taught me in
high school. Yeah, ball, I met him one time.

Speaker 3 (39:28):
I made my only free throw ever at Toyota Center
when I went on a field trip there.

Speaker 1 (39:33):
You never made another free throw?

Speaker 3 (39:34):
Well, I'm only shot two in your life, one with
the one with the men's ball and with the girls ball.
But I made both of them. So I'm a perfect
free throw shooter in NBA.

Speaker 1 (39:43):
Oh yeah, he's only eighty two. Bring he's got plenty
of years left glory days, dude.

Speaker 3 (39:50):
Yeah, just run it back, run it back, run it
back through the Houston comments and me be so fucking
good man. I am gonna go to.

Speaker 1 (39:56):
All the games. I'm not gonna go to all the games.

Speaker 3 (39:57):
I'm gonna go to a lot of the games, and
I'm gonna draft so many comments on my WNBA fantasy team,
which means do I now try and go for the
four peat. And if I hit the four peat, do
I still have to quit? Because I feel like I should.
I said I was, I said I was, and then
I quit and I leave like the Euston's Best women's
basketball franchise. Instead of it being a digital franchise, it'll
be the real franchise that I brought back. It'll be

(40:18):
me winning a championship to send them like here, here
you go, carry on my legacy, ladies. And I'm like,
you know the nineteenth Amendments? Have you ever heard of them?
They'll probably be like, yes, Alex, I have. That's the
most notorious women's fantasy basketball team ever in the league
that you still don't know the name of. But we
would love to play for your hometown. So you know,

(40:39):
I don't know if if you know there's any future
Comets or current Sun players, but I pull in this town.

Speaker 1 (40:47):
All right.

Speaker 3 (40:47):
Let's just say there used to be a semi pro
football team I was a part owner of. Maybe we
went sideways, maybe the pro football team. A semi pro
football team had to then change venues for a season
and change names. Now they're just in a poverty franchise.

Speaker 1 (41:01):
Poverty. Oh, we're gonna be cool now, new team, it's
not the same thing.

Speaker 3 (41:05):
I'm just saying, like this is I'd love to start
with another team, and this is the comments and I
can't wait to fucking buy the gear is gonna be sick,
you know.

Speaker 1 (41:11):
That, dude, fucking darty jerseys. Oh absolutely absolutely, I'm gonna
break out an old school Lisa Leslie and sh swoops
swoop one of the greatest to share swoops with.

Speaker 3 (41:23):
Like, like when it had the they were like sleeveless
shirts basically that were jerseys, but they were like really
like abbreviated sleeves.

Speaker 1 (41:33):
That's what I like, at least for the first year,
it should just be the old school original jersey.

Speaker 3 (41:38):
Coming with like a modernized version of like that.

Speaker 1 (41:40):
No, you can do that the next year, but you
know what, first year give us nostalgia from the alternates.

Speaker 3 (41:46):
Alternates, But like, dude.

Speaker 1 (41:47):
They all have nineteen jerseys nowadays. It's gonna be awesome.

Speaker 3 (41:50):
Acount, I'm so stuffed to wmba's backing.

Speaker 1 (41:52):
You think we can get a patch on the jersey
pas patch. Yeah, they still patches like Nascar. I'm sure
it was it like forty five fifty. I'll look into it.
I'll look into any Mayo clinic's got the back patch.
Then uh yeah, maybe we cant like a backshot prediction
markets and start just putting out bets out there on

(42:13):
who's going to be the sponsors.

Speaker 3 (42:14):
Us, and then we put our name out there.

Speaker 1 (42:16):
We find us.

Speaker 3 (42:18):
We do like what Trump's son does where it's like, hey,
the the state of the Union's gonna go lookt that.
Oh no way, we made all this money on the
state of that. You aren't going long. We could fix it,
just all you gotta just figure out the market, set
the market, and then you control the market. We could
be like fucking Elizabeth Warren trading in stocks or Nancy Pelosi,
whatever you fucking name is, all right, used to comments

(42:41):
shout out to our girls, my favorite my favorite basketball
team is finally back. Because all of people to know this.
I was Comets, then Rockets, and it brings back memories.
Every time I go to Toyota Center, I see those
four banners.

Speaker 1 (42:52):
Well you do famously respect women.

Speaker 3 (42:54):
Yes, the flags fly forever, and I'm glad, Like I
would have been still pissed the Toyota Center ever took
down those banners. Who are the comments like only the
greatest WNBA team of all time.

Speaker 1 (43:03):
I'm sorry, but do you not know about dynasties? Then
four in rows ever.

Speaker 3 (43:07):
Have happened every time on any medium at all. When
it's like what is the greatest dynasty and sports, I
was like the Houston Comets four.

Speaker 1 (43:14):
Pete Lakers never did it.

Speaker 3 (43:15):
Lakers didn't do it, couldn't do it, didn't happen.

Speaker 1 (43:18):
Who was the last one to do with the Islanders? Yeah,
I think greatest and that was Canada. Who gives a
shit Islanders or not? Yeah, they're fucking Canada.

Speaker 3 (43:28):
Not really all right, the comments are back and then
sticking with space themed stuff, but this is actual, actually
space the moon that's back. And I wrote this because
I thought we were going to the moon.

Speaker 1 (43:43):
I saw a thing today that goes, we're going back
to the moon, and also what that's awesome? And then
like it was like a little quick video. Then the
graphics shows the loop, don't say we're going to the
movie sha. I was like, we're going back to the moon.
Hell yeah, let's fucking show them this is where Neil
fucking stood.

Speaker 3 (43:57):
Bitch, look at it again. Tell me the fucking moon landing?

Speaker 1 (44:00):
Fake?

Speaker 3 (44:00):
Now I think the moon landing was fake. I'm just
gonna say. I'm gonna say it was all fake, all.

Speaker 1 (44:04):
Every single one of them. Or do you think just
the first one?

Speaker 3 (44:06):
All of them, All of them are staged, and they
were all staged. I wouldn't have said that if.

Speaker 1 (44:12):
I wanted to question a great American like Buzz Aldrin.
But I guess you just hate American icon.

Speaker 3 (44:16):
He'd be rolling in his grave right now if he
saw what they're doing to this launch.

Speaker 1 (44:21):
Tax dollars. At least do it with some cool shit
in space.

Speaker 3 (44:23):
Go to the fucking just touch there, let's go. What
are we doing?

Speaker 1 (44:28):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (44:29):
I don't care if we drive by, I can show
you pictures the moon all fucking time. Boycott the Moon.
I'm not looking at anymore.

Speaker 1 (44:33):
In fact, I want them to send Trump up there
to the moon. Fuck the moon, dude, because I want
him to golf on the moon.

Speaker 3 (44:38):
Patrick McClellan was ahead of his time hating the moon.
Years ago. People like, what's this guy that just rants
about the moon, And we're like, hey, he's Patrick McClean.
He's a fucking genius generational. Hey, seven eight years ago,
Patrick McClean was like, fuck the Moon. We should have listened. Yeah,
because like what does nastal guys was a snake city.
I lost a fortune to snake city. That was a

(44:59):
terrible advest.

Speaker 1 (45:00):
I told you not to invest in that. One don't
trust me is buying.

Speaker 3 (45:02):
More snakes and throwing them into a city.

Speaker 1 (45:04):
What a terrible idea.

Speaker 3 (45:05):
He was like, no, dude, we had new infrastructures. Like well,
I mean it seems legit, and I would do that.
And he was like, all right, now we gotta fucking
shoot lasers at the moon. I was like, well, why
that doesn't make sense. Now, maybe we should take the
moon down. Grew was kind of right and despicable me.
We're going to steal Come on, girls, the moon. I

(45:26):
am the most the most famous veelain ever.

Speaker 1 (45:31):
Its pretty good.

Speaker 3 (45:32):
Yeah, I'll even watching a lot of despicle me at
the house sometimes.

Speaker 1 (45:35):
I watched it like.

Speaker 3 (45:36):
My cookies today, Okay, go to bed now, good night.
We will not read any stories. And it's like a
fucking spike bed that they all go up on top
of their little missiles. Oh no, we will not be
having any fun today. Great great movies, great movies. Yeah, dude,

(45:59):
I was curious. I was I was jacked. I was
like with the moon, we're back boys. And then this
morning when because all the stuff was saying like, we're
going back to me, We're not going to the moon.
We're not going we're going by the moon. I don't care.
Go there. Touch the fucking Touch the moon, dude, touch moon.

Speaker 1 (46:17):
Yeah. Anybody that says we're going to the moon, I
want you to load your kids in the car and
say we're going for ice cream.

Speaker 3 (46:21):
We're going to Disney.

Speaker 1 (46:22):
Drive by the ice cream shop and then go back home.
We're going to Disneyland. That's Disneyland.

Speaker 3 (46:26):
See. Yah, we went there. We didn't get out, Nope, can't.
We're just shooting around it.

Speaker 1 (46:31):
We drove past the parking lot.

Speaker 3 (46:33):
Touch some fucking moon, all right, or then then I'll
fucking realize I'm boycotting the moon.

Speaker 1 (46:38):
Moon rockets actually work.

Speaker 3 (46:40):
Elon Patrick McClellan was a fucking fucking he was. He
was what was it called sage or whatever it is?
I fucking he saw the future, an oracle. He was
an oracle.

Speaker 1 (46:53):
How long did they say this trip is taking too
because I remember, I didn't care.

Speaker 3 (46:56):
I hope they're there forever, man, I hope it fucking
takes a million days. No, because I hate him. I
hate They're not really You're not real, ash and I
you go to the fucking not moon, you are real
as jump still not like Ryan Gosling. I'm gus thing
I had to wear with the real fucking alien.

Speaker 1 (47:10):
Here's what's crazy to me. It's should ten days. I
thought it took longer than that to get at the moon.
Now granted, what right then?

Speaker 3 (47:17):
What a fucking waste?

Speaker 1 (47:18):
But like I thought it was gonna be, they're gonna
be gone for two months, ten days and back. You
tell me you don't have time to stop off at
the moon. You just just stop by. It only takes
ten days. That means it takes five days to get
to the moon. We need to start building up there.
If that's all the.

Speaker 3 (47:34):
Time that we were building a base I thought were building,
How were gonna build a base? We don't touch the
fucking moon. Are we gonna build a base from floating
around it?

Speaker 1 (47:40):
Listen? If it only takes five days, it's time to
start building moon lasers.

Speaker 3 (47:44):
Grew is ahead of his time too. Man.

Speaker 1 (47:46):
We if we don't start building Grew, some other country's
gonna get up. But they're gonna start landing on there. No, no, no,
we need to reclaim all of the moon, mignards.

Speaker 3 (47:55):
We need the moon. We must shrink it and bring
it here.

Speaker 1 (47:58):
Except if you know, if we start building on the
Moon and the fucking NFL is probably gonna try and
put a team up there, dude, well we're just kicking
ninety nine yard field goals out.

Speaker 3 (48:07):
They probably wouldn't play a team. Then they probably just
put the team like floating around it.

Speaker 1 (48:11):
Fucking cowards. They go, we're gonna play on the moon.
Don't worry. They're only playing in Brazil the week before.
It's not a hard travel schedule.

Speaker 3 (48:18):
But all the stuff, all the news made it seem
like we're going to the moon.

Speaker 1 (48:21):
We are.

Speaker 3 (48:21):
You cannot say you're going to something when you're just
flying around. Yeah, that's bullshit, and that's worse shit.

Speaker 1 (48:26):
And so this better lead it better be like an
NFL schedule, like no, no, no, we're only doing seventeen games.
We're totally not gonna do eighteen. Go and buy the moon.
Better lead to going back to the moon. I'll believe
when I see it, and I don't think i'm gonna
see it. I want some hot Moon action.

Speaker 3 (48:40):
Buzz Aldron would fucking lose his shit if he saw
what you're doing to his space program a right, And
I know like they're trying and hype us up, like, hey,
we're doing another fucking rocket launch. I don't know where
the fucking rocket's going. I don't care. I don't care
to going to the Moon from now on. I don't
care about the International Space Station whatever. Dude, we've had
that for a long time, going to the fucking moon
or don't.

Speaker 1 (48:59):
Talk to me. Yeah, I kind of want a bigger
space station out too.

Speaker 3 (49:02):
I want to make a super space station.

Speaker 1 (49:04):
Like us, only I don't want to corroborate with it.

Speaker 3 (49:07):
And maybe some sort of like Big round Ball that
like we could put a laser on so there's JumboTron
on it. We definitely would be in it, like some
sort of like Big round Ball has like a super
big laser in the middle of it that like we
wouldn't want to use it for this, Like if you
had to take out a planet, you could take out
another planet with it, and then like we would just
make sure you don't put a button that you can

(49:28):
just shoot with a laser and like blow up the
whole thing. That would be the one thing I would
recommend if we were building. It's just some sort of
like maybe like I wouldn't call it like a moonstar.
Maybe we call it that, not a death star.

Speaker 1 (49:38):
Now forget that, dude, Let's just build the actual Justice
League moon tower. They're a space station that they hung
out in Elon. Use your money for some cool shit.
If you're not gonna buy a pro sports team, talk
can buy a pro sports team just which actually I
don't think he should. He doesn't have the right mentality
to be an owner. He's holding to it.

Speaker 3 (49:54):
He's like, we actually don't need a GM. We don't
need this, we don't need this, we need all those things.
What are you doing?

Speaker 1 (49:58):
No, No, he would buy the coach staff in half. We
have no head coach to how are we gonna play?
He would actually probably be a great owner because it
wouldn't be the thing that he cares the most about.
He would still be obsessed with well with ex Twitter
whatever you want to call it. Well, that's gotten great, yeah,
but that would still be his number one thing. He
would just own the team and not be in the way.
He would actually be a great owner. In fact, all

(50:20):
fans should want Elon to buy that team.

Speaker 3 (50:21):
He would just make it where like you just couldn't
search for that team worth shit. You're trying to type
in that team's name, and it's like, aha, do you
want to we were talking about six years. You're like, no,
why would it not be the most recent thing here?

Speaker 1 (50:32):
I can't find any highlights for the Cowboys. Well that's
probably a good thing, that's true. Have I had that many?
I had that many a while? Oh yeah, shoty shot,
They're so irrelevant.

Speaker 3 (50:43):
Well, yeah, it's the giants vision now based on the
coach's photo John Harbaugh front center.

Speaker 1 (50:50):
Every pass you could set, everybody.

Speaker 3 (50:52):
Searched it to the far right, Like, get the fuck
out of the picture, Like they're croppable, John Harbaugh, not croppable.

Speaker 1 (50:58):
God Dak misses every throw to the right. Now, what's
going on? Yeah?

Speaker 3 (51:01):
Yeah, dude, the moon is back, but it's not back.
But it should be back, but it's not back. But like,
just talk about fake media. Talk about the fucking lamestream
media lying to you. That's what the lamb stream media
did here. Pull the rug out from Monu me. I
was so excited we were going back to them and
I don't give a fuck about moon, about like rocket launches.
I want to watch all that shit.

Speaker 1 (51:22):
I want this to like, you know what, finish it
in nine days, be ahead of schedule, and be like, oh,
we're doing this. Well, let's go back to the month.

Speaker 3 (51:28):
I still don't Yeah, I still don't care. I'll be
like I don't care.

Speaker 1 (51:31):
Do it?

Speaker 3 (51:31):
And then didn't tell me you went to.

Speaker 1 (51:32):
The miss Oh can't get over that ten days? The
moon's so far?

Speaker 3 (51:37):
Yeah, man, I haven't. I was watching the movie Projectail Mary,
and by watching the movie, I was reading the Wikipedia
page and then I got the audiobook, so I've sort
of like listened to the podcast version of it and
it's like, yeah, no, they're going through space for like
it's been eleven years since we put you there. It's like,
what the fuck?

Speaker 1 (51:56):
Dude?

Speaker 3 (51:57):
Can you imagine somebody's like, yeah, we'll see it in
eleven years, dude, then you can cut that this BA
travel sucks.

Speaker 1 (52:03):
Actually, see now this is just now that they're saying
it's only gonna take ten days to get to the moon,
how long would it take to get to Mars? Don't care?
Not going well that one to because that's the next one.
We got to hit Mars first.

Speaker 3 (52:13):
Oh hey yeah, it actually takes like fourteen years to
get there, really, because Luke Skywalker can get the fucking
Mars in like thirty seconds. So Mars it's probably like
build a millennium. Fucking dude, they fucking figured out there.

Speaker 1 (52:24):
It's probably like two months then to get to Mars.
Fucking do that.

Speaker 3 (52:27):
Do hyper drive If you're just gonna do.

Speaker 1 (52:29):
Drive buys, then yeah, just fucking drive by Mars in hyperspace.

Speaker 3 (52:32):
We should be able to go to Mars and fucking
fourteen seconds done.

Speaker 1 (52:36):
Use the shah Fujikawa slipspace drive from Halo, get them fast.

Speaker 3 (52:40):
We can leave Matt Damon there on our own. In
real life, we can leave Matt Damon on Marsh and
then come back and be like he's actually alive.

Speaker 1 (52:47):
We can go back and get him not Diamond, not Diamond. Wow.
I love his movies.

Speaker 3 (52:51):
That's Big Mars, that's Big Rover.

Speaker 1 (52:55):
People leave Matt Damon. I like Matt Damon.

Speaker 3 (52:58):
Well, I mean the guy that wrote to tell me
I also wrote the Martians. So I've been really into
like reading the wikipedias of.

Speaker 1 (53:04):
Those get that guy involved, which sometimes you ever just
read a Wikipedia synopsis of a movie, like why would
I ever watch this movie?

Speaker 3 (53:09):
Like I know the answers now, like it's awesome. I'm
going to go talk about this movie to somebody that
actually saw the movie, and I'm going to seem educated.
And I did do that. I didn't tell them I
read it.

Speaker 1 (53:19):
Wikipedia is just SparkNotes now.

Speaker 3 (53:21):
But there I didn't. I also was jokingly saying, like
I read the book and there's a real book, like,
oh my god, yeah, no, I really want to read it.
After seeing the.

Speaker 1 (53:29):
Movie, I was like, got the audiobook, so sick start
doing that. Let's just write books of movies that were made.

Speaker 3 (53:38):
Yeah, just then I wrote a book and then just
put them in Wikipedia.

Speaker 1 (53:43):
What people can make fucking movies off of source material?
I can't write a book.

Speaker 3 (53:46):
I like to sell this book, Paramount. I'd like to
sell you this book script. You can make a script
out of it, like we don't want to.

Speaker 1 (53:52):
Barnes and Nobles. This Marvel story made a billion dollars.
You'll be able to sell check it out books. It'll
be your best seller.

Speaker 3 (53:57):
So yeah, the Moon it's back, dude, and it's a
bunch of bullshit, all right, boy caught it with me, guys,
no more, you're looking at the moon. I'm not looking anymore.

Speaker 1 (54:04):
But like, if you're a national on there, you're going
to moon the moon, right.

Speaker 3 (54:08):
No, you're probably too much of a pussy because you're
not going to the moon. You gotta moon the moon
if you no, no, no, if you're just going to buy it,
yeah the moon, you moon the moon from the moon
would be sick.

Speaker 1 (54:17):
You got to take a picture of you mooning the
moon and post it on X and elon will make
it the biggest post time and then you can monetize
those clicks.

Speaker 3 (54:25):
I don't want to see it. I want to see
I'm not looking at the moon. I'm done with the moon.
Fuck the moon. We need to Patrick mccleoin back on
a talk Moon.

Speaker 1 (54:33):
We should have.

Speaker 3 (54:36):
We should He's probably still dealing with that ghoul in
his ad. Patrick mccleowan was like one of my favorite
guests ever because it was if there was somebody that
hadn't listened to past ev in a while, or like
not since he had been on the last Like what
the fuck is that guy doing? I don't know this
Ukrainian dragon and across the street it's Halloween decoration. It's

(54:57):
been yelling at me overnight and why.

Speaker 1 (55:02):
He does have the mic skills of someone that took
acid one time and it permanently altered his brain.

Speaker 3 (55:06):
Cat, I love it. I love it. It's one of
my favorite people ever. All right, let's move on to
the mock draft. It's April fools that were recording this on.
We're recording in April first, but it's always April fools somewhere,
and we're gonna do a mock draft of fools today.
So to recap last week's mock draft of baseball names,
I was in first place, Pat was in second, and

(55:29):
Robert was in third. So on the season, Robert still
is in first place with two mock draft wins. I
have one and Pat has won two, so we are
both tied for second place. So this week's draft order
is going to go in reverse order of how last
week's results were. So we're gonna go Robert, pat me

(55:49):
me Pat Robert, Robert, pat me me Pat Robert in
a snake draft is a pretty wide open little mock
draft here, a mock draft of fools. Now, I have
a question I'd like to ask, is there's pairings of
fools sometimes are we allowed to take that or is
this just a single person at a time.

Speaker 1 (56:08):
Dude, you're overthinking. It's a mock draft of fools.

Speaker 3 (56:10):
Though, Okay, all right, well we can.

Speaker 1 (56:12):
Have as always case by case Bason.

Speaker 3 (56:14):
Obviously the videos will will work.

Speaker 1 (56:16):
I feel like for this one we'll have to give
a lot of yeses.

Speaker 3 (56:19):
I really have no idea where this is going to go.
I have a list together. This is fools, So define fools.
Silly people, people make weird decisions, people that you might
say that guy's a fool. All right, Robert, you have
our first pick in the mock draft of fools. Who
are you going with one?

Speaker 1 (56:38):
One?

Speaker 3 (56:38):
All right, let's test the system. I'm gonna go. I
pity the fool, great.

Speaker 1 (56:42):
One, I had it on my list. I'll have a bitch.
I pity the fool. I'm happy though, because that didn't
take away my one one.

Speaker 3 (56:51):
That wasn't my one one. But I'm like, it's probably
not gonna be.

Speaker 1 (56:53):
There, but bitch, I probably could have gone the one
with one.

Speaker 3 (56:57):
All right, what do you got?

Speaker 1 (57:00):
Sout fool but spelled f o O. You gotta spell fool,
but that's not a fool. Yeah, yeah, uh are you.
Are you hating on people's accents.

Speaker 3 (57:14):
I'm just saying that. But if it's spelled f o O,
that's not a fool. So we'll see how.

Speaker 1 (57:19):
Oh, so we got a grammar nazi over here, not
a big fast.

Speaker 3 (57:23):
I'm accepting. I'm just start coming down the listeners. With
the listeners accept it. We'll see. I guess the vote
will determine.

Speaker 1 (57:31):
Also, if you put a picture with that, I would
like a dude with some extremely high white socks. You
know what I'm saying.

Speaker 3 (57:37):
George specific stuff. But Okay, I went more people in
in my list, so I'm gonna go with Homer Simpson
and Michael Scott as my my one and two.

Speaker 1 (57:50):
I forgot you go back to back picks.

Speaker 3 (57:52):
I thought you were taking too I thought you were
taking too as well.

Speaker 1 (57:54):
No, I think those work. Yeah, they're both those work.

Speaker 3 (57:56):
Yeah, I had home, I had Homer on my list.

Speaker 1 (57:59):
That's a good one. That's good one. All right. My
next pick, Robert you a big fan of Lord of
the Rings. No fly, you fools. It's one of the
greatest quotes in the movies Gandolf. It's when it's when
he's fighting the ball rog and he defeats him, but
then the ball rog uses his whip to catch his ankle,
and he's hanging perilously in under the mountain, and he says,

(58:20):
fly you fools. Of course, Lord of the Rings is great.

Speaker 3 (58:25):
I like that time back. I like that time back.

Speaker 1 (58:30):
I hate Congressman around here.

Speaker 3 (58:32):
All right, I'm going yout two here, I got two here,
I'm going I'm going to Texas Rangers, the baseball team,
and I'm going Mark Zuckerberg. This is gonna be the

(58:59):
weirdest grab think ever. What is the name? What are
they even really doing quotes?

Speaker 1 (59:05):
All right?

Speaker 3 (59:06):
My next one in the baseball team.

Speaker 1 (59:07):
My next one is another quote. Alright, it's the famous
George W. Bush fool me once, shame on, you fool me,
can't get fooled again.

Speaker 3 (59:20):
That's the whole quote, when you fool me twice.

Speaker 1 (59:23):
No, he doesn't say twice, he goes fool me once,
dame on, you fool me, can't fool me again because
he forgot the quote halfway through. I'm not taking the
famous quote. I'm taking George W. Bush's fuck up of
the famous quote.

Speaker 3 (59:39):
All right, So I got too here to wrap it up?

Speaker 1 (59:41):
Do I just go?

Speaker 3 (59:42):
Only people maybe, Okay, Can I take Harry and Lloyd
from Dumb and Dummer. They're kind of a they're kind
of a combo.

Speaker 1 (59:52):
I think that's an acceptable combo to take.

Speaker 3 (59:56):
Yeah, and I don't know enough, so that's a defer
to bat.

Speaker 1 (59:58):
I will allow that because they.

Speaker 3 (59:59):
Also dumb, the Dumb and Dumber fools combo.

Speaker 1 (01:00:03):
Fools like together.

Speaker 3 (01:00:05):
Yeah, do you take Lloyd? I think you probably take
Lloyd over Harry if you had to pick one. But
I would take Harry and Lloyd, And if not, I
was just gonna go take something else, and then I
will go Fool in the Rain by led Zeppelin by
led Zeppelin. That was fool in the Rain by led Zeppelin.

Speaker 1 (01:00:24):
It's a very good one.

Speaker 3 (01:00:25):
Uh So, yeah, Harry and Lloyd from Dumb and Dumber
and Fool in the Rain by lead Zeppelin.

Speaker 1 (01:00:31):
Hmmm, all right, my last one. I guess I shouldn't
take all quotes. I should take at least one person.
I'm gonna take Alex Middleton. That was my break in

(01:00:53):
case of emergency. You wouldn't have.

Speaker 3 (01:00:56):
Been on my list. What he had to take was
your other one, Robert, No I the other one, the fool.

Speaker 1 (01:01:01):
But he took.

Speaker 3 (01:01:03):
Alex Middleton. No, I did have one other, but Alex Milton.
Parentheses Past the Gay Podcast just make a really long
like parentheses at the podcast The Rod Ryan Show, ninety
for five of the Buzz, co.

Speaker 1 (01:01:14):
Host slash founder, Past the Gravy Podcast.

Speaker 3 (01:01:16):
Potential Futures, minority owner of the Houston.

Speaker 1 (01:01:19):
Comments, two time proven sex have It's just.

Speaker 3 (01:01:22):
Like you can only see father of two. All right,
rapp you rap Robert. This is a weird draft. Now,
I wonder I didn't I didn't think about it. Now,
wonder d I go pat pick that? Because that would
cancel it out. You're just trying to split the votes
and help him win. I know I'm not a fool.
I'm an idiot. Well, then we just see who they

(01:01:43):
hate the most or who they think is a fool
of the most, because then they would just I's the
vote I did have, and you could just make us
both self conscious about us. I did have a list
podcast podcast host, and I was gonna say, have us
today as the picture how to.

Speaker 1 (01:01:57):
Say Past the Gay Podcast would have been a good one.
But then you're including I'm gonna go.

Speaker 3 (01:02:05):
I don't really have any two good ones. I'm gonna
go Jeff Bezos.

Speaker 1 (01:02:11):
Roberts just thinks every rich guy.

Speaker 3 (01:02:12):
Rich guy. Yeah, I'm going all right. Our mock draft.
I have a couple of honorable mentions we can get
into next. But to recap it our mock draft of
fools for April Fool's Day, Robert has I Pity the fool,
the Texas Rangers, the whole team, Mark Zuckerberg and Jeff Bezos.

(01:02:33):
Pat has sup fu fly you fools from Lord of
the Rings, fool Me wants shame on you, fool me,
can't fool me again from George Bush, and then he
has Alex Middleton, and I have Homer Simpson, Michael Scott,
Harry and Lloyd from Dumb and Dummer and Fool in
the Rain by led Zeppelin. This is gonna be just

(01:02:55):
a wild version. I have no idea I could see.
Somebody could just run away with it. And it can
also just be like no one votes, because what the
fuck is this?

Speaker 1 (01:03:04):
It could be a three way tie if we were
to get let's say, twelve.

Speaker 3 (01:03:07):
Thirty three thirty three point for all of us.

Speaker 1 (01:03:11):
If we get a vote that is divisible by three,
this could be a problem.

Speaker 3 (01:03:15):
What if we if we had a tie. Would we
should just go like you get a point three? I
like that, and then we all just don't really gain anything,
all right? For audible mentions, I'll put the so I'll
put the graphic up uh Thursday, April tewcond at three
o'clock and then it'll go until about five o'clock Sunday.
If you want to vote, there pass the gravy pod

(01:03:36):
on x is where we accept the votes. Did you
guys have any more that y'all had? I feel like
I did. I had Fools Gold. I had Fools Gold
as well on that. I was really close to taking
that last, but I thought fool in the range could go.

Speaker 1 (01:03:48):
And then the the Matthew Perry movie from nineteen ninety seven,
Fools rush In. Never saw it, I've heard of it.
Stay on my highak is very hot?

Speaker 3 (01:03:56):
Yeah, yeah, Robert? Would you have I had uh Tiger Woods?
I had Tiger Oh, that would have been a good one.
I had use the mugshot Shila Buff. I also had
fool and then I just had like a clown. Clowns
would have been good. Clowns would have been good.

Speaker 1 (01:04:16):
I mean, if if I hadn't chosen what's up? Fool
I likes was off the wall one that I had.

Speaker 3 (01:04:23):
Yeah, that's true. I had Britney Spears, Alan from The Hangover,
Derek Zulander, Brick Tamlin from Anchorman Good One, Kanye West,
Antonio Brown What a Fool Believes by the Doobie brothers
Andy Dwyer from Parks and Rec, Dennis Rodman, Jargear Binks.

(01:04:45):
I also then had next to them were question marks
because it was like, are they really fools or not?
Chris Farley, I feel like it's more in the full
more in the full category category, I said, correct, I
don't know what the fox wrong. Maybes figure that out.
And then I had Adam Sandler with a bunch of
question mark something like he's like a genius, but like
he's plays THEO happened, it happened, and what's happening?

Speaker 1 (01:05:07):
That's why, Like I almost had, but I left you
off the Lisk Court jesters because.

Speaker 3 (01:05:11):
They were known as they were literally fools.

Speaker 1 (01:05:14):
So yeah, I also thought about saying just being a
down ass foo fooling around like that one's a little
too in there.

Speaker 3 (01:05:21):
Fooling around would have been a good one.

Speaker 1 (01:05:23):
Fooling around would have been a good one sex.

Speaker 3 (01:05:25):
You just picked sex. I surprised we didn't even say
like April fools.

Speaker 1 (01:05:30):
Well yeah that's true. Yeah, I forgot to put that
one on the list.

Speaker 3 (01:05:33):
It's always April fools. Yes, So, like you know, we
just treatreated like it's every day. It's like Shark week.
I live every day like it's Shark week.

Speaker 1 (01:05:42):
All right, you should.

Speaker 3 (01:05:43):
Yeah, there's a Tracy Morgan quote. Moving on, let's get
to the not cool segment, where we get to bitch
about what happened to us this past week. We encourage
you to weigh in with your not cools as well.
It's a fun little therapy session for everybody. You know,
you stub your toe not cool. You get hit by
a bus also not cool. There's varying degrees. Just hit
us up on X We're at pass Gray Pod. Use

(01:06:03):
the hashtag PTG not cool, and we're gonna do the
We're gonna read yours every couple of weeks, at least
every month, and this week we're gonna read a lot
of yours that we have stockpiled of the last month
or so at Pass Gray Pod. Hashtag PGG not cool.
Share what you're nut cools and like maybe four sentences
or so, and we will pick the best ones and
share them on the show. This is the not cool segment.

Speaker 4 (01:06:25):
Not cool Man, all right?

Speaker 3 (01:06:38):
Our first not cools from Abbi Givens. She's at Abigail
Gibbings on X and Abigail Givens says her not cool
is a dead rat is stuck somewhere in the walls
in my office. It's gonna stink for at least another
week or so. Motherfucker. Also ate through a bunch of
bottles of printer ink in my desk before he died.
What a fool, What a fool?

Speaker 1 (01:07:00):
What the hell's wrong with it? You're eating ink?

Speaker 3 (01:07:01):
What a fool?

Speaker 1 (01:07:02):
I don't ratual eat like anything but its ink.

Speaker 3 (01:07:06):
Yeah, dude, maybe that's why he died. Idiot, Probably don't
eat ink. Stupid poisonous years.

Speaker 1 (01:07:13):
That really sucks. Testavon is at test agree Ants on
X and she says her not cool is driving two
hours to San Antonio for a concert, getting to my
hotel for them.

Speaker 3 (01:07:27):
To tell me that they canceled my room.

Speaker 1 (01:07:29):
What the fuck?

Speaker 3 (01:07:30):
Yeah, I would lose it. I would lose it. I
would Why have you ever gone?

Speaker 1 (01:07:37):
And you guys really got to give us an answer
to why when you send these ones.

Speaker 3 (01:07:40):
And like this, yeah, just know our follow up right now,
read our minds. Have you ever gone? And you made
a reservation a long time before and they're like, we
don't have it on the record, and then you're like,
here's a confirmation number and they look it up and like, oh, yeah,
no we got it. Like yeah, bitch, tap top of
your head. You're like, uh, let's check that again, confirmation number.

(01:08:01):
Uh huh, that's what thought, so upgrade me into a suite.

Speaker 1 (01:08:03):
Now I didn't.

Speaker 3 (01:08:05):
I didn't do that, but it is like, yeah, I
was in the system, wasn't You thought it was just
crazy coming in here? Lying No, you call me, you're wrong,
not me, your fancy little systems. Wrong tap, head tap,
all right.

Speaker 1 (01:08:19):
I hope they at least had some other room for you, Tessa.
That I hope so as well. I hope so as well.
That's fucked up. It's fucked up, shit, Tessa. Not okay,
not okay, head tap the fuck out of those mofos.

Speaker 3 (01:08:31):
All right, Moving up, we got Melissa hide at mel
hide myself. She says, this is gonna be a tough
one to follow, but her not cool is having to
put down our dog Charlie and losing my dad all
within a couple of days. Yeah, mel I. I saw
Melissa at Saint Patrick's Day for the morning show and
I gave her a hug. I was like, I don't

(01:08:51):
really know what to say it. I didn't really know
how to say any to you yet. But we love you.
We're all on your side, and I hope that. I
hope everything's going well for you right now. We uh,
we're We're with you. Gravy Gang is with you. We
love you, mal we love you. And Charlie was a
very good boy. We remember we hung out with Charlie
at the at the pool one time.

Speaker 1 (01:09:09):
Tarlie was great.

Speaker 3 (01:09:10):
Oh shit, you weren't well, I didn't try it. Was
a very good boy. I was clearly his favorite. On
past Gravy still Robert but not least. Probably Robert would
have hated him, so really who knows. Uh, Last, but
not least, we got Ashley wilk at that Buster Healer
mix on X and she says in visile line is
her not cool? It sucks having to take it out
before I eat every time, and it also sucks having

(01:09:32):
debrush and floss after every meal or snack. Yeah, no,
I remember doing that before I got married. I got
in visil line, and I still like every night I
sleep with the envisild in and I'm really annoying about like, op,
gotta do all this, like it really makes you floss.
Your floss game is never gonna better than if you
get in visil line you actually take it seriously, and
then you just feel like a dick if you're doing
it because you also had braces as a kid and

(01:09:53):
just didn't take that seriously, and you realize how expensive
it was for your parents, Like fuck, I was the worst.
That's really what it taught me.

Speaker 1 (01:09:59):
I was like, I was a dickhead.

Speaker 3 (01:10:00):
I'm so sorry mom my dad that you spent that
much money. And then I still ended up having to
do it out of my my own pocket.

Speaker 1 (01:10:05):
But yeah, you gave them a grandchild, so even two
grand two grand kits.

Speaker 3 (01:10:09):
But yeah, now that's it is the worst. You're and
like when you're in a setting where like you're out
of like out of your house or whatever, like at work,
you're like hold on a good run in the bathroom,
and then you got to put it down a little continent.
You gotta brush your teeth, and you gotta clean the
little thing out to make sure it's not dirty. It's
a whole fucking thing, and it, uh, it is annoying.
It's good for your teeth, like your teeth are gonna
look better, but the process is annoying until you get

(01:10:32):
used to it. So t's and piece. Actually that is
paying the ass. Who else you go first? Out of us?

Speaker 1 (01:10:36):
Oh well, I got two just quick ones. One is
uh a bit not even the inside of my lip,
but they're like inside of my mouth, but it's not
even on the lip. It's like above the lip, inside
of my mouth. The other day, suck. It's like it's
finally just starting to go away, like it's not protruding anymore,
but I still have like that tough like rock of
muscle in my lip right there, and I keep like

(01:10:58):
tongueing at it.

Speaker 3 (01:10:58):
Yeah, it's like it's like.

Speaker 1 (01:11:00):
Healed now, but it's still there.

Speaker 3 (01:11:00):
And it really fucked your tongue up after a while,
because then your tongue is just like why you keep
touching it?

Speaker 1 (01:11:04):
No, I've avoided that, but it's you know, just like
I fucking missed my lip and I bit the inside
of my mouth.

Speaker 3 (01:11:11):
How you even that's wild right there? You ever eaten before?

Speaker 1 (01:11:15):
Apparently not as you do it. Aside from evidence that
you should be good at it, I should be great
at it.

Speaker 3 (01:11:23):
Yeah, maybe check the tape.

Speaker 1 (01:11:24):
Hey, everyone makes an error every once in a while.

Speaker 3 (01:11:26):
Abs was that a that a mayor now?

Speaker 1 (01:11:29):
And then the other day a great man came into
work Mark Middleton stop by. He had lunch with somebody
and uh, some people might know Miss Alex's father, and uh,
I got to say hi to in the beginning, but
then we got really busy and I didn't get to
say bye before he left. I turned around, he was gone.
So he told me that you said that, You're like, yeah,
there was nobody in here yesterday and that's crazy. It

(01:11:50):
was dead the day before. And then of course, and
also that night, like I went to bed at like
one and then just stared at everything in my room
for the next three and a half hours in a
sleep till four thirty. So I was on like three
hours of sleep. I was exhausted running around. It's tired.
And then I just say, by my buddy, yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:12:10):
He said, the service is like mad as hell.

Speaker 1 (01:12:12):
I'm blame the bar tunder and he didn't really say
that at all. I got to say, Hi, I like
dropped today.

Speaker 3 (01:12:19):
I was like, oh really yeah, and you already texted
me you saw. I was like, that's crazy. Yeah, that's cool.
Small world. Although I think he probably knew you worked
there when he went that.

Speaker 1 (01:12:27):
I would assume so. I think we've talked about it before, yeah,
me and him. But but yeah, cool. I got to
see your dad.

Speaker 3 (01:12:33):
Do you have anything free?

Speaker 1 (01:12:35):
I didn't eve get a chance for I was run
around so busy. I was going to discount, like I
was going to discount his discotch. I turned around, he
was gone, and I was like, shit, he probably texted it.

Speaker 3 (01:12:46):
Anyways. Next time it was a company, company car. All right, Bobby,
what you got? I have a loose side mirror on
my car that will just like start flapping and like
like the whole mirror or just the glass, just the glass.

Speaker 1 (01:13:03):
Okay, oh that's I was gonna say, just glue the
something hit it.

Speaker 3 (01:13:08):
I have been like I have no it's it's been
going on for a while now, but like I've just
been putting it off. I would just like push the
glass back into the the frame, I guess, and it'll
it'll stay like that for a while, but like if
I'm driving like on the freeway, the wind will like
loosen it, or if I it'll just get loose over
time after I don't. I don't because like it's still

(01:13:30):
in there, like fine, like it like loosen, it'll flap
a little bit. And that's what happened on the way here.
Uh like maybe once or twice a week. I got
to like push it back in so it doesn't do that.
And I forgot to do that. And I just looked
at my side mirror on my way here and like, oh,
it's really flapping, like with the point where it looks
like it could fall off. So I had to. I
had to pull over at a shopping center and like

(01:13:52):
just like push it back in. But yeah, I don't know.
I don't know if I need to like replace the
hole mirror, if there's something I could just like do,
like just replace the glass. I was like I was
gonna say, you maybe glue it, but if you glue it,
then you can't adjust it if you ever have to. Yeah, yeah,
and if I glue it, like I feel like I
need to like take it out in order to like yeah,

(01:14:15):
and then it's still get it back in like that. Yeah,
Yeah that sucks because I don't want to have to
replace the whole thing that's really good, not cool because
I don't I don't know, like you know, it's got
like blinds pum honitoring, So I don't know if I
need to if I would need to like adjust cables
and reconnect stuff, like I don't know how any of
that electrical work.

Speaker 1 (01:14:34):
Have you tried like pulling it out just a little
bit to see behind if there's like little screws or
something like I have it.

Speaker 3 (01:14:39):
No, I'm nervous, like if I touched it at all
as it well, I mean.

Speaker 1 (01:14:42):
If you touch it all and it falls out and
you're like, all right, well I'm just gonna glue it
in place for now, or duct tape it looks shitty,
but like duct tape's awesome. Duck tape fixes that.

Speaker 3 (01:14:51):
It works until you get your fixed. But yeah, that sucks.
I always have the constantly wear like it is today
the day is it going to happen now?

Speaker 1 (01:14:59):
Especially because it it's one of those things where like
I could probably watch a video. I just don't want
to deal with this. Yeah, those are the worst hug shot.
I just don't want to deal with this, all right,
my not cools.

Speaker 3 (01:15:11):
I had Friday night, I eat somebody's trying to charge
like five hundred dollars in my card and I got
the bank notification.

Speaker 1 (01:15:16):
I was like, this is you.

Speaker 3 (01:15:17):
It wasn't. So I had to cancel the card and
then do the whole thing where now I've got to
re enter all my new stuff, like everything that I
auto paid to. I'm like, fuck, is this okay? Let
me update this, let me update this, let me update this,
and let's pay in the ass. So that that was
one of them. And then my dryer went out again,

(01:15:40):
and I've been talking with my landlord about like just
let's just get a new one. Huh, let me just
get a new one. And so they're going to get
a new one, but they had to shop for a
new one, and they're not in any hurry to shop
for a new one, So that part sucks. Just kind
of having a cold dry stuff, which just takes like
two hours to dry stuff instead of forty minutes to

(01:16:01):
dry stuff. Paying the ass, and like when you don't
have the heated dry you don't get the like this
shirt's wrinkled let me throw it in the dry for
five minutes and then it's fine. Now I have to
iron shit, Like, what is this the eighties when I'm
in an eighties house, I have no thanks, Oh, iron shit,
but uh but those are my not cools.

Speaker 1 (01:16:20):
I did have one more I just remembered, so like
I think I had maybe said this either than you
or somebody last week out like I don't get spam
calls anymore. Yeah, I just get like the occasional spam
text about a ticket that is non existent. Then Thursday
I got well four five, six spam calls. Friday I

(01:16:41):
got three of them. Monday I got ten fucking spam calls.
I heard you calling them out, dud dude, and then
like yesterday seven, I've had another five today. Like I
was on such a generational run of spam calls at all,
and then I had to put it out there in
the universe and I jinxed myself at all. But yeah,
I've had something like since last Wednesday's episode, I've had

(01:17:03):
twenty something spam calls.

Speaker 3 (01:17:06):
That's annoying as fun, almost thirty.

Speaker 1 (01:17:08):
Now. Yeah, it's it's driving me because for a while there,
it would just say like Chase. Oh yeah, and then
like the other day, I finally got one that said
JP Morgan and Chase. I'm like, it's not you're not.
I don't use that bank. You're not those guys lying
or just just like Washington, DC, or like today was
the first time there was actually four of them from
the same number. Normally it's like, you know, either a

(01:17:30):
little bit different or just completely different numbers. That's say Chase,
and I'm like, he's been driving me absolutely insane. That's
the worst. I wish it was the text messages again,
those are so much. It was yesterday when I was
driving into work. I'm just trying to listen to a
podcast and like back to back because sometimes they'll do that,
they'll call like either back to back or four times consecutively. Yeah,

(01:17:51):
and I keep having to exit the fucking phone call
in my car as I'm trying to listen. Uh.

Speaker 3 (01:17:56):
That sucks, thank you. It sucks, all right. So those
are not cools for the week. If you want to

Speaker 1 (01:18:52):
Don't do just answer the question.

Speaker 4 (01:18:54):
Answer the question, answer, don't.

Speaker 1 (01:18:58):
Thanks the subjects on so kept.

Speaker 3 (01:19:05):
As any questions, all right. Our first question is from
Cody Ordish, and Cody says, why does everything flash white
when you get hit? I've been involved in martial arts
for years and I have gotten hit over and over
no problem, but without gear. I've been hit on a

(01:19:28):
number of occasions, most recently a hook that's given me
a black guy. And I noticed that certain hits cause
a white flash that only lasts about a moment. It's
happened many times, so I'm curious as to why and
what exactly causes this.

Speaker 1 (01:19:44):
So I was thinking about it, and I was like,
well maybe, I was like, why wouldn't it just flash black?
Everything go black? But it's probably your brain's way of saying, like,
you got hit, but oh no, no, you're still here. You
didn't lose your sight, We're not fading.

Speaker 3 (01:19:57):
You're not blind.

Speaker 1 (01:19:57):
Yeah, yeah, Because I was like, if everything went black
for a minute every time you got hit and you're like,
oh my god, am I? Am I dad?

Speaker 3 (01:20:03):
Or am I blinking? Like you wouldn't be any different
from getting punched to blinking.

Speaker 1 (01:20:07):
So the flat because like if you think about if
you like rub your eyes hard enough, sometimes it kind
of does that I think way of being like danger,
but you're still here.

Speaker 3 (01:20:16):
Yeah, And like sometimes like is it seeing stars? Kind
of like you're just seeing like little like white shimmers
or like white flickers. They're just like your eyes are,
Like I'm trying to make out whatever this is, Like
I think it's sometimes you just get a little trauma
to the face, to the head or whatever, and it
flashes real fast because it's like pushing in on it.

Speaker 1 (01:20:33):
Also, this made me realize that, like, I'm such a
pussy because I forgot about this. So I haven't done
anything physical that would cause this.

Speaker 3 (01:20:39):
I got punched in a while, Like I don't know,
you're how old thirty five?

Speaker 1 (01:20:42):
Yeah, but I mean also, like you know, even just
people that play like pickup basketball, you might get banged
into something like that or like for me it was basketball. No,
I don't That's what I'm saying, Like that last time
this probably happened to me must have been high school
playing football. Yeah, so this hasn't happened to me and
nineteen years.

Speaker 3 (01:21:01):
I bet most people probably don't have the white flashes
on their eyes a lot from getting hit. They're in
their thirties or older.

Speaker 1 (01:21:06):
Yeah, but I'm just saying, like makes me feel like good. Yeah,
He's like, yeah, you know, I just get punched sometimes
and this happens.

Speaker 3 (01:21:12):
And I'm like, well, I mean, Cody's obviously a badass.
You don't happened to me because people know not just to
fuck with me. Yeah, I think about Pat Power fuck
kill guy.

Speaker 1 (01:21:21):
Yeah, it's like when I get angry, like I don't
have any training, but like I just see red dude.

Speaker 3 (01:21:26):
That's why, like Pat couldn't go in the military because
Power are just gone, like, fuck you, sergeant, I'm better
than you, and like they probably put him in charge
of the military after the first day. Think about Pat
is the leadership guy. No, he's not a fighter, he's
a leader. I should I would have done so good
in the Oh you're telling me what to do. Yes, yeah,
I don't have to. I don't have to really think

(01:21:46):
I can just.

Speaker 1 (01:21:47):
I don't want to be the guy. I want to
be the guy behind him to do this. I want
to be the guy that helps out the guy.

Speaker 3 (01:21:51):
There's an episode of uh Not Come in the Middle.
You've been watching Malcolm No Reese does this?

Speaker 1 (01:21:57):
I need to rewatch it, man, I'm so ready for
the new season.

Speaker 3 (01:22:01):
Yeah, it's coming out like next month, right, Yeah? No, no,
April tenth.

Speaker 1 (01:22:04):
Oh oh shit, so damn. I gotta finished Lord.

Speaker 3 (01:22:09):
Of the Lord the Flies.

Speaker 1 (01:22:12):
Dragons, Game of Thrones. I was going to watch both
of the the fucking prequel Dragon read the Read the
synopsis on Wikipedia.

Speaker 3 (01:22:22):
We actually just watched that episode like two three days
ago when Reese joins the army. Yeah, yeah, yeah, he's
exactly like that. I love not having to think.

Speaker 1 (01:22:30):
You want a little behind the scenes on that too.
The reason they had Reese away in military school. I
saw an interview Francis Francis, it's because, you know, they
were all kids, so they could only shoot for like
three to five hours a day with them because they
had them for eight but they had to go through schooling,
so they had such limited time, and most of the
parent scenes are with the kids, Like, we have to

(01:22:51):
have other stuff to film to fill up the rest
of these episodes. So that's why they had Francis away
at military school so they could actually fill up full episode.

Speaker 3 (01:22:58):
That's why Lois was get their groceries door for so
many episodes. I don't really care about.

Speaker 1 (01:23:02):
You and your boss.

Speaker 3 (01:23:04):
I don't care about this dynamic. IM like, look, there's
labor laws, all right, dude.

Speaker 1 (01:23:07):
That's how you get around labor laws. More kids filmed
at different times.

Speaker 3 (01:23:11):
Range of Brian Krantzton Rocks, Yeah, no, I definitely like,
I really don't have any argument with what Pat said, Like,
I think it's probably.

Speaker 1 (01:23:19):
Just your brains own you. You're still alive.

Speaker 3 (01:23:21):
Friends like, no, no, you're here.

Speaker 1 (01:23:22):
You're hey danger whatever that was, look out for it.

Speaker 3 (01:23:24):
Hey you survived.

Speaker 1 (01:23:26):
Also next time, maybe duck.

Speaker 3 (01:23:29):
Cody, if you want to be our bodyguard, you can
come to any pass you gave you event ever and
we're gonna just we'll have you there on the spot.

Speaker 1 (01:23:35):
You have PTG security and we can drunk wrestle. I
like doing that sometimes.

Speaker 3 (01:23:40):
Like, yeah, I want to see you drunk wrestl. Pat,
just don't choke me. I don't like being choked. That's
why I'll tap out immediately. I'll look like a bitch. Yeah,
you do a little crab mcgad with him.

Speaker 1 (01:23:51):
No, no, no, no nuts or eyes all nuts and not.

Speaker 3 (01:23:55):
Pat calls a crab maga, So he calls it and.

Speaker 1 (01:23:58):
I swear you just lie about what they said.

Speaker 3 (01:24:00):
That's the only way he goes. So, yeah, you just
make up anything you didn't say. That it's American taekwondo,
not Japanese.

Speaker 1 (01:24:08):
You're a loser.

Speaker 3 (01:24:10):
It's gay the smartest guy in the class.

Speaker 1 (01:24:12):
This guy can't even hit a drive.

Speaker 3 (01:24:14):
I saw that punch. I said, that was the worst
punch I've ever seen. I punch way better than they
tried to punch me.

Speaker 1 (01:24:19):
I ducked. That's the decad anyone's ever seen. It's just
in a black eye.

Speaker 3 (01:24:25):
All right. Next question is from Alex mc thunder one
on exaus alex Oh, and he's alex O. Says, what
is the closest animal we have to a real Pokemon?
There's two answers they couldn't mind first, and it's chicken
or dog?

Speaker 1 (01:24:44):
Or could you say like parrot or parakeet because they're
the only ones that can talk, so you can actually
teach them to say their own name, and that's pretty
Pokemon you can.

Speaker 3 (01:24:54):
But I thought like chicken or dog because like we
frowned upon it, like you can fight him, and like
that's like fight the Pokemon. No I have. I have
this one. I bet this thing could beat up your thing,
and like I think that's how Pokemon probably started, Like
I bet your caterpillar can't beat up my fucking caterpillar.
And then they did that, and then you're like, all right,

(01:25:15):
let's go. I was thinking it's a it's a boring answer.
I was thinking like rad it's a tata rated just
because it's a rat, because normal you guys are think
about it wrong.

Speaker 1 (01:25:28):
It's either going to be something that can speak so
it can say it's own name, or it's just gonna
be the most ridiculous looking at it. It's a platypus,
because like that, you look at a platypus, that could
be a fucking pokemon, like what do you most of
your body looks like a rodent, and then you have
a duck bill. You're just throwing a ship together to
make an animal. So it's gonna be an animal that
just looks absolutely ridiculous.

Speaker 3 (01:25:49):
But a dog would be perfect. I don't fight my dog,
but like you can just have Pokemon. You don't fight,
and like Wheezy just follows me around all the time.
Weeze's like where are we going? Let's go here? And
like that's a Pokemon. Do people ash like.

Speaker 1 (01:26:02):
Some parakeets you keep them in a cage. It's kind
of like a.

Speaker 3 (01:26:04):
Pokemon pokey ball with like that you can see out of.
So can we narrow it down to like birds? I
mean the capa bara could be oh, the blobfish that
looks like I just like you're not like hanging with
a blobfish.

Speaker 1 (01:26:18):
That's true, although.

Speaker 3 (01:26:21):
Fish like you get some beta fish, you throw them
into a thing like that's kind of like a poke ball.
You'd fight a beta fish. All right, So fish, birds
and dogs they think, let's keep fish out of it,
all right, all right, I'm down with that. Fuck fish,
fuck fish. Not the band though, I.

Speaker 1 (01:26:37):
Mean the bad boon is the really answering a lot.

Speaker 3 (01:26:41):
Don't say words.

Speaker 1 (01:26:42):
I don't know. Yeah, I think it's either acx lott
or platypus. That's a lot of nothing like a new Yeah,
but it's got like those weird spiking things, head sound everything.

Speaker 3 (01:26:55):
That's like the dinosaur that killed newman on U.

Speaker 1 (01:27:00):
On Jurassic Park. I think people will know what an
ax Lotte is.

Speaker 3 (01:27:05):
I had no idea what we were saying.

Speaker 1 (01:27:07):
Your uncultured swine.

Speaker 3 (01:27:08):
I'm very cultured. Actually, I'm a man of many cultures.
I don't know. I think that. I feel like my
dog is a Pokemon that just follows me around. Like
that's as pokemon as you can be, right hanging out.
She does trying like we're walking by the dog park
and she's like trying to fight the other dog as
a dog like mcdon't mek no, no, we're not ready to
get into battle yet.

Speaker 1 (01:27:27):
CAP giving me a few choices.

Speaker 3 (01:27:33):
I think I think birds and dogs are our two
answers we should go with.

Speaker 1 (01:27:38):
I mean, yeah, because Firo is basically just like it's
just a big fucking bird, birds and dogs, sea lions,
it's basically Narwal. It's not around anymore, right, they're still around, dude,
I don't know. I hope you find her dead. I'm
gonna go. I'm gonna go. Birds and dogs, I'm saying platypus.

Speaker 3 (01:27:57):
I'm going as well.

Speaker 1 (01:27:59):
I like that one. I don't even know what they are.
How have you never heard of an axe Lottle?

Speaker 3 (01:28:05):
I don't fucking talk about axe lottles.

Speaker 1 (01:28:07):
Man, I don't either, but I know what it is.

Speaker 3 (01:28:10):
Not on my radar.

Speaker 1 (01:28:11):
Fucking get some culture, dude.

Speaker 3 (01:28:14):
Ax a lot of culture that'd be appropriating.

Speaker 1 (01:28:16):
It's got a whole song, the Drunken axe Lottle.

Speaker 3 (01:28:19):
Never heard of that.

Speaker 1 (01:28:19):
Now the guy's selling merch. It's got a sick ass
never logo to it.

Speaker 3 (01:28:24):
Good question, Alex so uh Todd Voss is at as
Underscore seen Underscore by Underscore TV on eggs, and todd
says power rank eggs for Easter. He gives us hard boiled, scrambled,
deviled over easy, and poached.

Speaker 1 (01:28:40):
I'll go first, all right, hard boiled is last, it's fifth.
I just it's unseasoned. You're like, fuck that, ship, man,
I don't want that. Uh four, We're gonna go poached, good,
but pain in the ass to make. Okay. Uh three,
we're gonna go scram two over easy. And I know

(01:29:01):
I'll get a lot of hate for this. I don't care.
I fucking love devil eggs. Devil eggs are the best,
even though there are a lot more. They're the hardest
eggs to cook here, they take more time than any
of them, but they're so goddamn good.

Speaker 3 (01:29:15):
All right, whatever you say, dude, Robert, what you got,
I'm gonna go number five deviled eggs, nice uncultured swine,
Number four poached three. I'm going hard boiled two over

(01:29:36):
easy and one scrambled. I like two rankings. I had
very similar rankings. I'm gonna go five deviled four. Poached
three is hard boiled, only ahead of poached. I don't
really like poached eggs at all, but only ahead of
poach because you can hard boil eggs and then paint
them like Easter eggs. And this is for Easter, so
that's really the only purpose of a hard boiled.

Speaker 1 (01:29:56):
Egg for me.

Speaker 3 (01:29:57):
And then I'm gonna go scramble too and over East,
over easy. He's like sunny side up.

Speaker 1 (01:30:02):
But you gotta have the running yoke.

Speaker 3 (01:30:05):
I can't ever fucking like I had to do a Friday.
I have to flip it once because I can't ever
keep it runny enough to where it like it rocks.
But when somebody else does it, that's the best kind
of egg that rocks. You get all over your ship
when you cut it.

Speaker 1 (01:30:16):
Up on a burder. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:30:19):
Yeah, So those are power rankings of eggs for Easter.
Look at us scrambled our season all we're doing April
fools and Easter guys.

Speaker 1 (01:30:27):
Good eggs. Benedict Man post egg push egg guy, just
push a different way to get the running egg, all right.

Speaker 3 (01:30:35):
This is from Josh Treecoddle at Joshua Tree seven one
three on X and Josh says, if you were a
baseball closer, what song would you come out to? I
think this is because Mason Miller has come out to
the Corn song and we fucking lost their mind about it.
Was it as cool as like people made it? I
didn't think it was that cool. It was really tight.

(01:30:55):
I got running out to a song Josh had. Josh
Hayter has a way cooler, like the Lil Wayne song
with everything like every little like led turning into fire,
and it's like, that's so fucking bad.

Speaker 1 (01:31:07):
I still think the coolest one of the majors right
now is Edwin Diaz with Tommy Trumpets. That was such
a super I mean like Mariano's was great with Enter Sandman,
it was like, you're going to sleep night get.

Speaker 3 (01:31:24):
Und So if you were a closer, what song would
you come out to?

Speaker 1 (01:31:28):
I don't know. If Josh this about me high school,
I was a closed.

Speaker 3 (01:31:32):
All right, would you come out?

Speaker 1 (01:31:33):
Yeah? Well what I was supposed to come out to
was shipping up to Boston because that's also what Jonathan
Papavant used back there. Somehow, the assistant coach that ran
the thing could never find it on the CD that
I made. I know it was on there. I think
I would go thunderstruck though, to get you just fucking
jacked up as you're taking the mound because you're just

(01:31:55):
gonna have all adrenaline going. You're in there just to
throw as hard as you can, hopefully the ordest amount
of time that you can thunderstruck. Dude, something that gets
you jacked up?

Speaker 3 (01:32:05):
Robert, what would you go with? You look at a playlist,
I have nothing good?

Speaker 1 (01:32:11):
What song gets you jacked up? Like you just listened
to you, I've got your.

Speaker 3 (01:32:14):
Picture, I'm coming with me, hep me.

Speaker 1 (01:32:18):
Yeah, that would be a sick one.

Speaker 3 (01:32:21):
That'd be so funny. That would be a really hard
So it's pretty really funny. I was looking at Lincoln
Park songs link Park's parent song, but I don't know
if it really going is there I came across in
the end would be I'm gonna go with a because
it is in the end. Yeah, yeah, I'm gonna go
with a numb on numb encore though the jay z one, Okay,

(01:32:42):
the jay z on you get your un cool dude,
you want, well, that's cool.

Speaker 1 (01:32:46):
So I was talking to somebody the other days, like
I always listening to the radio, and they've got this
jay z Lincoln Park mashup for me and my buddy
like that.

Speaker 3 (01:32:52):
Alos twenty years old in two thousand and six. I
had no idea that's a good one. Though, that's a
good one. I would like my at Bad song would
be the same as my closer song, and it would
just be pretty flat for a white guy from Offspring
and urban. Yeah, And then when they said all the
girl said pretty flat for white guys when you came

(01:33:13):
out of the pen, so you came out of that
like that guy.

Speaker 1 (01:33:15):
Rocks, but also like that, don't get me wrong, that's
great because I always lean comedy, but like, you don't
want to be laughing on the mound and you can
get a little chuckle there.

Speaker 3 (01:33:22):
He gonna be focused, no, But what I do is
I get them laughing like this guy's not serious, and
then I kind of throw heat and I like, fuck,
that's a guy. I was focused on the song this
idiot he.

Speaker 1 (01:33:31):
Played you're used to it and they don't know. I
gave me a rope. My pants that I wore were
like smaller than they should be. I was like, listen,
if it's super tight, and it's weird to look at
the batteries focused on that or high socks with really
tight pants. I looked ridiculous. It was hilarious that'd be saying. Also,
another good one would be Blood Hume Gang all of
a sudden the bad I'd appreciate you, but boom, the

(01:33:54):
batter is just confused at that point.

Speaker 3 (01:33:57):
M Yeah, that's pretty sick.

Speaker 1 (01:34:00):
There's a lot of ways you can take it. I
go with the jacked up approach, but I like, I
like trying to get the batter's head with some comedy
little old town road. What if you just put in
like a clip from a podcast or.

Speaker 3 (01:34:10):
Like a like a stripper song, like a the Sugar one,
some sugar about closing time, that would be a good one.
D It's like not at all like a like a vibe.
It's just like, what the fuck's going on?

Speaker 1 (01:34:24):
I walk out to just a random Joe Rogan clip,
Jamie pull that up.

Speaker 3 (01:34:30):
Just at the turn on the frogs K.

Speaker 1 (01:34:34):
What It's just a compilation of random sayings from THEO
Vaughn make you want to kick a fat kid at kmart?

Speaker 3 (01:34:46):
All right, that was a great question, Josh, great question,
great question. I love in the YouTube comments. Tell us
your your closure song. That's what we gotta get you
do you don't forget YouTube dot com, slash pass, a
podcast or just search pass your podcast on YouTube. If
you watched this in YouTube, you can listen to us
wherever you get your podcast. If you're listening to us,
check out the YouTube version. Please give us clicks on
both of them and then go and uh. If you're

(01:35:06):
listening to comment on the YouTube channel right now, comment
on this week's video. What your closer song? We're very
interested to find out, Robert, Why don't you like if
we can get we get fifty bro, if we get
a hundred coments, we get to one hundred comments, and
I will pick that, or I will let Robert pick
the best closer song that he can find, not just

(01:35:27):
Lincoln Park, not just Lincoln Park, but like you get
to find either the funniest or the best, and then
we're gonna give them one of the new teachers or
the new tank tops that we do. I'll get you
one of the new tank tops. All right, comment, All right,
let's pull up the comments, wrap it up with one
last question. We got Anthony Rowe righting in, and Anthony says,
ninety percent of the people that are talking about being

(01:35:48):
in the Mile High Club er lying right.

Speaker 1 (01:35:50):
Yeah, especially, oh yeah, I think anyone. I'd say it's
like ninety nine percent of people under the age. If
I'd say like seventy two is probably lying back because
think about how long air travel has been like super
regiment and restricted. Like nowadays you can't get away with
that shit unless you're on a project way. But like

(01:36:11):
maybe back in like the right if you were flying
in the seventies and you were in your twenties or thirties,
then it.

Speaker 3 (01:36:17):
Was like mad men, you must do whatever you want.

Speaker 1 (01:36:19):
Sixties, seventies, back to the fifties, you could probably get
away with them.

Speaker 3 (01:36:23):
And they took away because there was so much smoking
on planes.

Speaker 1 (01:36:25):
You couldn't even see them coming out of the bathroom together, Like,
I don't know what's that. People were just chill back then.

Speaker 3 (01:36:30):
Also, I feel like the older you get, the grosser
the Myleie club seems.

Speaker 1 (01:36:36):
You're fucking in a tiny toilet.

Speaker 3 (01:36:37):
You're like, oh sick, you're an adult and you had
to go fucking a bathroom and on an airplane because
you can't just wait now. Having said that, if my
wife and I were ever on a flight and she
was like you wanna, I was like, yeah, let's fucking go,
just so I could say I did. But I probably
wouldn't be bragging noses back because you seem like a
tool bragging about fucking late in your thirties.

Speaker 1 (01:36:56):
It's like, just at your wife. People don't want to
hear about you having sex with your like wife or husband.

Speaker 3 (01:37:00):
That's true thing, I know them.

Speaker 1 (01:37:02):
Who were you telling your friends? Be like, I know
your wife, dude, dinner.

Speaker 3 (01:37:07):
For us like two days?

Speaker 1 (01:37:08):
No, when did you do this? And did she wash
her hand? Was it today? Did you wash her hands? Wait?
Were you flying today? But like if my wife was like,
y wanna, I'd be like, yeah, let's go.

Speaker 3 (01:37:19):
Like I would feel weird about it, but we would
do it just for the story.

Speaker 1 (01:37:22):
Are you cool with never flying anywhere again? Because that's
what's gonna happen. We're gonna be putting on a list.

Speaker 3 (01:37:26):
But yeah, if anybody the next time somebody's like, yeah,
I'm part of the myle high club, just tap the
head to the abs because they're probably lying.

Speaker 1 (01:37:33):
Yeah, they are definitely full of shit.

Speaker 3 (01:37:35):
Looking back to it. No they did not, No, they
did not.

Speaker 1 (01:37:38):
But if they're above the age of like seventy, you're like,
I don't know what you could get away with on planes.

Speaker 3 (01:37:43):
But could you smoke on a plane then, and if
they say no, they'd be like.

Speaker 1 (01:37:47):
That's why people smoked on planes, because they all needed
a cigarette after having sex.

Speaker 3 (01:37:51):
And to block out all of the other people that
are also having sex to like kind of like create
like a smokehouse.

Speaker 1 (01:37:56):
You were either doing blow on the toilet seat in
the plane or you were having set and you come
back out and you have a cigarette.

Speaker 3 (01:38:01):
Smokehouse effect is a new thing. I'm gonna start saying.
I think it's green ass effect is what I was
going for. Not at all the same thing. But you know,
smokehouts when it's so smoky, it blacks out a bunch
of other stuff. You can't see stuff. You just see smoke.
I want to go to a bar that allows smoke,
which's also fog. I also just invented fog, so that's
the smoke cass effect.

Speaker 1 (01:38:21):
How do I google what bars allow me at uh
or allow you to smoke?

Speaker 3 (01:38:25):
I would imagine you do exactly what you just said.
You type into Google what bars in my city can
I smoke in.

Speaker 1 (01:38:32):
There? That's probably I overthought it a little too much, Okay,
fair enough.

Speaker 3 (01:38:38):
I love people like I feel like that's one of
my biggest pet peeves on Facebook is when people I
don't know. Facebook made me seem old. But like, does
anybody know a good plumber in this area I don't know,
Google Google and look at reviews. Yeah fucking well, I
had this guy one time and he was okay, but
I'm not in your area. Like, dude, just fucking do

(01:38:58):
one thing for yourself. You can type on here.

Speaker 1 (01:39:01):
You don't trust Google reviews, but you'll trust the reviews
of random people you don't know in your neighborhood.

Speaker 3 (01:39:06):
That's why I always just give the worst advice. I
won't I will comment on all most all of them,
and I will give you what I'm telling you is
not true at all. I'll go look up like worst
reviewed plum everybody this place.

Speaker 1 (01:39:18):
I want to. I wish you could filter reviews by
like if they wrote something in the review, take that
review out. I only trust reviews where you put the
rating on there and you say nothing. If you had
to tell a whole fucking story about this was my experience.
You sound like a bitch already, and I don't trust
your one star review.

Speaker 3 (01:39:34):
When I get to that, I'm not reading all that
portion of it, which is like line three. I'm not
I don't take anything.

Speaker 1 (01:39:40):
You're saying, oh yeah, like anything over a sentence.

Speaker 3 (01:39:42):
We ordered it medium rare and it came out medium
rare plus. Now what that as a shut up?

Speaker 1 (01:39:48):
Service was a little slow, but food was great and
I could tell they were busy. Okay, I'll trust that review.

Speaker 3 (01:39:53):
Cool staff, fairly decent service. It's hit or miss sometimes
if you go on a weekend, but all overall decent.
Like all right, that seems like they know at the
if you're.

Speaker 1 (01:40:02):
Writing fucking paragraphs or a story, you're you don't work
for the chronicle.

Speaker 3 (01:40:06):
You're not a food reviewer. Shut the fuck up. Well,
I don't anybody works to the chronicle. I think they
just AI right now.

Speaker 1 (01:40:11):
There's still a couple of people hanging around. Well, they
got to fix the AI. Yeah, they gotta turn on
the machines turning on and turn it off. And did
the food reviewers. That's still people. Hey, I can't taste.

Speaker 3 (01:40:20):
Something your food movie?

Speaker 1 (01:40:21):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (01:40:22):
Is it Chris?

Speaker 1 (01:40:23):
I don't know's that fat guy they got rocks? Yeah?
What a fucking sweet job. Except like I would just
be like, I'll be the food reviewer. I'm not gonna
write reviews about food. I don't like Robert.

Speaker 3 (01:40:34):
Find a guy that does their views. I want to
give him a shout out because I feel like I'm
shitting on him. Who I don't like is the Texas
Bucket List show. That's that's weird.

Speaker 1 (01:40:45):
I don't know why.

Speaker 3 (01:40:45):
Whenever I wake up on the couch and I'm like,
I've been drinking and like like, it's usually after college
football is over, Like.

Speaker 1 (01:40:51):
Oh, this barbecue place still looks great. It's six and
a half hours.

Speaker 3 (01:40:54):
Also, wait is seven hours that side of Waco, Texas,
and then our headquarters are college's station.

Speaker 1 (01:41:00):
Takes this If you ever find yourself bucket forty five
minutes northwest of El Paso. I'm never gonna find myself there.

Speaker 3 (01:41:06):
Do you know whe Amarillo is? Because this is nowhere
near that. Did you mean that he's a Chronicle guy? Uh?
His name is Chris Right food review food dude, Chris.
Not that I see here?

Speaker 1 (01:41:19):
Who listens the Chronicle Food Reviewer.

Speaker 3 (01:41:21):
It keeps making me I have to like go back
to it because it keeps making me want to subscribe.
I see ever subscribe to the Chronicle bow Jody uh
A via Sonia and j C. Chase Shawse, Chris Shepherd,
Chris Shepherd. His name is Chris Shepherd.

Speaker 1 (01:41:41):
Oh, there's also a guy Baoong who I've seen.

Speaker 3 (01:41:43):
He's really cool at see Shepherd thirteen hit him up
on on ig restaurant critic. I think is the word
words we were looking restaurant critic. Yeah, Chris Shepherd Fox, Dude,
that guy rocks at whatever he does. Like, I'm like,
I would go try that. That looks cool and he's
not like going to the boogiest place. I guess bucket
list isn't that bad. I'm usually just like sort of
drunk when I'm watching it. I'm like this, I don't

(01:42:05):
want this at all. But Chris Shepherd will like go
like this taco place is over here. I'm like, I
would try that. And it's not like the fancy like
a five star dining taco place. It's like five star
dining quality probably, but like he just finds like little
holes in the wall. But uh yeah, if anybody runs through.
Chris Shevard, Tom Passer GAVI's huge fans, huge fans, huge, huge,

(01:42:25):
biggest fans. About the time he saw the food review,
they said, greatest feud review I've ever seen. Ever never
been a food review is good? All right? And on
that note, on that note, yeah, everybody's lying about the
Mile High Club. Okay, Anthony. If they tell you they've
been on the Mile High Club again, ask if they
could smoke on planes. Then if they say yes, believe that.
If not, you give me the all head tap. Okay, shit,
we missed the launch, like just happened. I don't care

(01:42:48):
what the launch launch. That launch can fuck off, dude,
I don't care. No no, no, no, no, no, no no no no.
That's not what I want to see. I'm boycotting, boycotting
all launches from now on. I'm boycotting all all the moon.
Not looking at the moon ever again, not until we
go back. I doubt that.

Speaker 1 (01:43:07):
Not intentionally. They were like, oh there's a pink moon.
I was like, fuck you, I'm not looking. If you're
outside with your daughter and she's like, dad to moon
and you just like, I'm not looking.

Speaker 3 (01:43:15):
Only if she says it, but I'll be like, we
don't look at that.

Speaker 1 (01:43:17):
We wait.

Speaker 3 (01:43:18):
I'm gonna show you a picture on my phone. Moon
bad until we go back. Moon is actually good, but
they bad because they know go to moon. That's what
I will say, talk to your daughter like the bad
they know, go to moon sometimes you have to. She
got very limit of vocabulary. Sure, she likes the cruise.
This is cool, Like, I'm like learning language with this kid.
Like she can also say stuff that like I understand

(01:43:40):
and I can translate. My wife doesn't understand, Like ha ha,
I know her language now what.

Speaker 1 (01:43:45):
It is funny when you see like kids talking to
like parents' friends and then they just look at the
parent like.

Speaker 3 (01:43:50):
Oh no, she went to your French fries. Yet she
wants your French fries. You didn't give your French fries.
That's what she wants you any catch up you didn't
understand she says you want. She clearly said it is
dip it in ketchup spots up.

Speaker 1 (01:44:05):
Yeah, ketchup. What the fun?

Speaker 3 (01:44:08):
Yeah, it's it's a fun experience. Man, it's fun. It's fun.

Speaker 1 (01:44:12):
