Speaker 1 (00:00):
Bravy Gang Gang Gang.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
Baby, powder top and lead spread as were listen, it's
a past the grave Grave. We're going fishing for your
bitch today with Chunk and Houston Houston Baby. Now we
go ahead and lick and we'll get rich today.

Speaker 3 (00:22):
Ni's bitch, baby, Gravy Gravy game. What is going on?

Speaker 1 (00:33):
Everybody?

Speaker 3 (00:34):
Happy gravy Day. I am your good buddy, Alex the
Moondog Middleton joined this week by my friend Pat the
SunDog Dion. What's going on?

Speaker 1 (00:46):
Pat? Just fucking living life, baby, just.

Speaker 3 (00:50):
Living life, living life. You look like you're stilling his
ship right now, you guys do.

Speaker 1 (00:57):
I'm actually not. I didn't have time to smoke because
we were rushing to get going.

Speaker 3 (01:01):
Yeah, no, you're I think you have. We're gonna get
into penia coladas here and a little bit. Oh my god,
we got a Penia colada happening going down that we're
gonna be telling. Yeah, this is the this is the six,
episode six and seventy two Past the Gravy. Harley is

(01:25):
not with us today. He's he's dealing with some other
stuff right now. He'll be with us next week hopefully.
And yeah, just just checking on him again. Oh my
god at the lead at Underscore, hru are you okay? OMG,
are you doing all right? And like you can exactly
he died again. He's gonna love that. Right, every time
Harley's on the show, you get that actly he died

(01:47):
and and dask if he's okay? OMG, do I need
to call nine on one or whatever? Hit him up
on X. I had a bunch of birthday party stuff
going down. My daughter turned too earlier this week and
over the weekend we had a birthday party for her.
Was doing a lot of cake action. We were practicing
singing Happy Birthday. Last year she cried for her first

(02:10):
birthday when we sang Happy Birthday, so I was like,
we're not going to do that this year. Let's work
on that. Last couple of weeks we have been we'd
light the candle, she'd work on blowing it out. She
was two for two blowing out the candles. It was great.
But then I got to thinking, like, what is the
average lifespan of a birthday candle, because it can't be
very high.

Speaker 1 (02:31):
Yeah, most of them you get lit once and then
you're thrown out. Like not many people are hanging on
to the candles for the next go round.

Speaker 3 (02:38):
I was thinking to myself because I was like, we
used this same pack of candles. We use like the
same like six or seven or eight candles for like
three weeks, basically two three weeks. That got its money
is worth. Like I don't even know how much those
candles were. I didn't buy them, but like, whatever the
price of those candles were, we got our money as

(03:00):
with because I burned the fuck out of those candles.
All right, let's try it again. Let's do a happy
birthday to you. Well, Matt, all right, good again. All right,
let's try it again. Let's do it. And we did
that over and over again, absolutely crush. It paid off.
But those birthday candles had to be on the longer
end of life than a lot of other birthday candles

(03:22):
of them.

Speaker 1 (03:23):
Yeah, candles have to be birthday candles, regular candles, you know,
they get reused. Birthday candles have to be the most
disposed item in the world. Like after one use, nobody
ever hangs onto a candle, even though you could probably
use the same candles eight years in a row. Nobody
thinks about that.

Speaker 3 (03:40):
And you buy the pack that comes with like twelve
because like they don't know, they just make the pack
that comes with however many and you're like, well, we
needed like for five year old's birthday, paraty cool, we
only need five and then you just throw the rest
away and then guess what you do with the other
ones once you take them out, You throw them away.

Speaker 1 (03:56):
I mean, what you could use candles for is lights
lighting pre rolls that have gotten down to the nub
and you don't want to burn your nose on them anymore.
Was an actual lighter that could be helpful you could
do that still needs to be up. Yeah, candles are
a racket.

Speaker 3 (04:15):
They are a racket. But like like cake candles are nice,
oh cool, Like I get it, I get the appeal.
It's like fireworks, like they're a waste. Fireworks are absolutely
a waste. Are they bad ass? Yes, because it's fire
and they explode.

Speaker 1 (04:33):
Yeah, sparkler can or the candles that won't stay lit,
the joke candles.

Speaker 3 (04:37):
But at the end of it, it's all just trash.
The joke candles are hilarious.

Speaker 1 (04:43):
But yeah, it's it's also you. You are definitely the
only person I've ever heard of running their child through
drills for their birthday. You don't know that many people. Yeah,
but I've never heard of that before. I can't tell
if that's brilliant or just insane.

Speaker 3 (04:59):
I know, oh, I got you know, I see I
saw something in the tape last year that I thought
maybe we could fix. And she was turning one. I
get it. You know, You've had a whole year to
work on this. And it wasn't like I was like,
you better learn this now. I was like, wait, do
you want to do you? Are you excited about your birthday?

Speaker 1 (05:17):
Party?

Speaker 3 (05:17):
Were getting her hyped up and I was like, well,
everybody's using Hawy birthday. Do you were ready for that?
And she seemed ready for it. And I was like,
let's do some trial runs and then she liked blowing
out the candles. She wasn't great at it, but we
got good at it.

Speaker 1 (05:30):
Because as far as she's concerned too, this is her
first birthday. She doesn't remember the last one.

Speaker 3 (05:34):
She will remember this one either, but like.

Speaker 1 (05:37):
Next year she might remember this one. Like she's like, oh,
I've done this before. She has no recollection of that.
This is pretty brand new to her. Again.

Speaker 3 (05:45):
Yeah, she was bopping her head to happy birthday too.
It was it went well like it was finally if
I feel, I felt like a proud coach. I was like,
we put in the work, we looked at the tape,
we saw what we did wrong, we made corrections, and
we fixed those things. And now look at us two
for two of them blowing out the two candles.

Speaker 1 (06:03):
There's a natural ability and there's coaching, and that right
there is coaching.

Speaker 3 (06:06):
It was. That was really what it was. And I'd like,
I mean, I got to credit my daughter. She did
a great job. She was the one blowing the candles out.
It wasn't me. I could just put her in the
position to win, and she did the succe. She did
the succeeding that needed to be done. I knew she
had that enter the whole time. She made me proud
out there, and I'm really excited to see where she
goes from here. Birthday number three is looking promising going forward.

Speaker 1 (06:27):
You're the Tom Coughlin of children's birthday party.

Speaker 3 (06:29):
I try I try to be. I try to be. Yeah,
birthday birthday candles not a long lifespan. I wouldn't imagine
other things that I had. I guess specifically from the
birthday party. My daughter goes I'm gonna show about kids
after this, but like my daughter goes to a little
like it's a kid's gym thing where they run through

(06:51):
like not full on gymnastics, but it's kind of like, hey,
these are how you do rolls and hold on to
these bars and it's kind of like just working on
their fine motor skills and stuff like that, and they're
their strength, I guess, but also being fun. And there's
a couple of moms. My mom takes my daughter to
that while I'm at work, and there's a couple of
moms that she's made friends with. They're kind of our age,

(07:11):
and they we invited it in the birthday party because
they're like, those are the people she hangs out with,
we should invite you to the birthday party. And like
we were really hitting it off with one of the couples,
and it felt like like I've never had a just
parent friends. Like I've had friends of mine that were
already my friends that have kids that are also parents now,
so like we hang out, we can have our kids together,

(07:32):
but I've never had like our kids do this. We
have never met. Now we know each other, we should
hang out like with our kids and each other. And
I was telling my wife. I was like, hey, hey,
so and so and so and so yo, we should
we should try and follow up with them. They seem cool,
we should get we should get tired with them. And
then there was a whole like one of them followed

(07:53):
us on Instagram. I was like, oh my god, so
and so followed me on Instagram. We DM we were
diving back and forth. I was like, am I coming
on too strong?

Speaker 1 (08:01):
I don't want them to think of cool.

Speaker 3 (08:02):
I don't want to think of trying too hard? Is
that Is that more like, yeah, you know, whatever, are they.

Speaker 1 (08:07):
Gonna be the first time you've courted anybody in like
fourteen Oh yeah.

Speaker 3 (08:10):
I'm not. I'm not in the mindset of it. And
it's like I'm like texting, I'm like talking to the dude,
like do I give my number? Like, hey, dude, here's
here's coming on too strong if I do that. So
I was just kind of like I was played by air.
But I'm getting nervous. I'm like, I hope they don't
think I'm a weirdo, because then they're like, don't fucking
take our kid to that gym? Class. We want to
see Alex's daughter because he's a weirdo.

Speaker 1 (08:33):
My dad was real fucking chatty.

Speaker 3 (08:35):
I don't yeah, I was trying not to be too chatty.
I don't want to be an only thumbs up guy,
because sometimes you don't know if the thumbs up is
just the k. So it's like thumbs up, but then
also respond I'm overthinking text now, like I'm not this
is I'm not trained for this.

Speaker 1 (08:53):
It's your first time actually meeting friends through your children.

Speaker 3 (08:57):
It's a new experience, absolutely absolutely, Like you get like like, oh,
they they go back, they row back, they message back,
they message back, would love to get together? Oh yes, yes, okay,
we're in. We're in. It's like girls say, should go
on a date with you? Like I feel like that, Like, well,
do I flip the number now? Or is this coming
on too strong? I don't want to be a weird.

Speaker 1 (09:18):
The worst is gonna be in a couple of years
when you've made say one or two other parent friends,
and then your other daughter starts getting out of that
age and you're like, I'm full up on parent friends. Now.
We're not gonna be friends with any of your friends parents,
only your sister's friends' parents, Well, you.

Speaker 3 (09:35):
Have You're obviously gonna have favorites. You obviously have fairites.
You don't tell them that, but then you just there's
parents that you hang out with. When you hang out with,
like my youngest daughter's stuff, when she's doing things, that
group of parents will be there. When my older daughter's
doing shit, that group parents. So it's like at least
I'm be tight with them. And then you want to
make sort of friends. I don't need like pals to

(09:55):
hang out with all the time. That would be tight
to find a couple like that, Like we have a
few people like, Hey, you guys, wanna if we go
out of town, you gonna take the kids do this?
Like that'd be fun, but just.

Speaker 1 (10:05):
Somebody so when you're at child events, you have somebody
else that you know you can rely on to just
stand next to.

Speaker 3 (10:11):
Yeah, so so how about how about those Nicks? Huh.

Speaker 1 (10:17):
I'm gonna need to make one more couple friend though,
one more couple group friends though, because statistically one of
them will get divorced, and then when that happens, you
go be like, hey, when you're ready to get back
out there, Yeah, friend, Pat, what.

Speaker 3 (10:31):
If I'm tighter with the guy, then I am the
girl though, Okay, I'll have Emma.

Speaker 1 (10:37):
Well it comes down to Emma anyway. I'm like, Yo,
this is my brother closer with is the friend that
you guys keep and the other one goes away. That's
how it works. You don't get to make that call.
It's the mom's call.

Speaker 3 (10:48):
Oh, I'll make that call.

Speaker 1 (10:52):
You can hang out with the dad, but only behind
your wife's back at the bar.

Speaker 3 (10:56):
Was it knocked up when she thinks he's cheating and
he's just doing a fantasy base well draft, yep, like
I'd be doing like that. Why are you hanging out
with Steve? Uh uh? We just ran into each other, Honey,
Steers a Giants fan.

Speaker 1 (11:09):
There's so few of them around.

Speaker 3 (11:10):
No, he's not. He's not a Giants fan. Well, cook,
we just happened to be in the same bar at
the same time. So we watched all of the Sunday
Slady games.

Speaker 1 (11:17):
Okay, I didn't mean to it to happen, but.

Speaker 3 (11:20):
It happens all time. He was He's a nice guy.
He never did anything to me. All right, I enjoy
his company.

Speaker 1 (11:28):
You think I chose this. I can't help all I feel.

Speaker 3 (11:31):
Yeah, so I'm like, it's like it feels like dating again.
But I'm really just I'm not like actively looking. But
sometimes you come across somebody and you're like, hey, that
gotta be cool to chill.

Speaker 1 (11:39):
With, especially when like a lot of times the friends
come through the moms and you just end up standing
next to another dude. If you can find a dude
that you can stand being around. Yeah, and you like
this guy's chill, that's very big. I'm happy for you, buddy.

Speaker 3 (11:54):
Thanks man. Well, it will see how it goes.

Speaker 1 (11:56):
Well, we'll see. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (11:57):
See, I'm just dipping my toe into the parent dating pool,
but not dating pool, but like you know what I mean, parent.

Speaker 1 (12:05):
Friends, another couple. It's cool, it's cute.

Speaker 3 (12:08):
We're not though, we're just kind of seeing how it goes.

Speaker 1 (12:10):
But yeah, anyways, you're talking to another couple right now.

Speaker 3 (12:13):
Yeah, I guess we're just in the beginning stages and
maybe getting coffee maybe, you know, maybe maybe maybe a
lunch brunch something.

Speaker 1 (12:20):
Coffee sounds like that.

Speaker 3 (12:23):
What do you got for us? I got a couple
more things, but I had a let's hear it.

Speaker 1 (12:28):
It's called the rumbrella. Oh and it is exactly what
you think it is. It is a hollow tube of
an umbrella that you can just fill rum with because
what's worse than standing in the rain sober like, no,
if I'm gonna stand in the rain, you put a
little nozzle at the bottom of it, maybe maybe just
a port right out of there, or even a little
tube that comes off like the little football helmets. Uhh,

(12:49):
and you just fill it up with rum.

Speaker 3 (12:51):
Yeah. I think there could be a lot of different
variations of this for sure, Like you do start with
just the like screwable thing, unscrewable top or I guess
bottom of the umbrella. It's just it looks like a
cup and then you just unscrew that it's a flask.
But you could also I don't want to flash though.

Speaker 1 (13:08):
I don't want it to be a flask. I don't
want to have to unscrew. I want it to be
either a little nozzle on the side or a tube
with a little spout on it to where you can
still use the umbrella. You don't have to disassemble the umbrella.
You can just get a little rum when you need
a hit while you're standing in the ring.

Speaker 3 (13:22):
It's actually I mean think about that, because if you
did the flask thing, it's like, oh, well, then I'm
not kidding any rain coverage. Now whatever I'm drinking is
also wet too.

Speaker 1 (13:32):
And a couple of years you're gonna be standing at
your daughter's soccer game and it might be a light
drizzle and you're gonna be like, wish there was some
rum in this umbrella.

Speaker 3 (13:39):
Right now, that's not a bad ue. And now could
you you could maybe like work some sort of extraw
situation up like through the middle of it and then
like you know where they have the little rungs that
you have up to unfold, like it just comes down.

Speaker 1 (13:52):
That, yeah, or even like the party umbrella where it's
got a bunch of straws that come out all the
little things on the so other parents standing around you
they can get some too.

Speaker 3 (14:03):
Is this a party rumbrella that's more of like a
beach umbrella?

Speaker 1 (14:07):
Oh, I wasn't even think about that, But the beach
rumbrella you could.

Speaker 3 (14:10):
Fit like start out there and then you know how
they have like the tents, like the covered areas, just
basically do that instead of it being a full on tent,
just kind of a covered tarpie thing, but like instead
of it just being a tent that you'd put over
your Crawford stuff, it happens to have straws that you
could maybe grab communally, a couple of shots here and there.

Speaker 1 (14:32):
Like a like a or rum Zebo, like a gazebo,
but with rum in it.

Speaker 3 (14:37):
Rum Zebo rum Zebo trademark that all right, rum Zebo
is pat This might be the best thing you've ever
thought of.

Speaker 1 (14:48):
I am very proud of my idea. This is while
sitting in my dad's pool this weekend. You know, like
a big umbrella sunshade that you could unfurl over the
top of it, and I was just staring at it
having a beer, and I was like, you know what
to put rum in there?

Speaker 3 (15:02):
You could that's a This is a great idea. And
I think that, like, I mean, I know that a
shot or whatever, like an ice sculpture shot luge, I
know that that's like that can also go in warm
weather it just melts. But like this would be like
the warm weather ice sculpture louge without really having to

(15:22):
be a luge or an ice sculpture. You're like, yeah,
it doesn't matter. I get a big fucking block of ice.
We just got these cool little crazy straws. You want
to shot rum go.

Speaker 1 (15:30):
You build. You just build the base of it or
the stick of it out of like the same stuff
that yeties are made out of, and boom, your drink
stays nice and cool on the inside. Even if it's
just a sunbrella that you're using. You're like, oh, it's
it's really sunny today. We need an umbrella while we're
standing out here. Boom, nice cold whatever drink of choice
right inside the staff.

Speaker 3 (15:50):
So like this the sun umbrella style one would that have?
Like you know where you if you open up a
bottle of champagne at the at the tell or whatever,
they'll give you a little like chilled container to put
it in while it's while you're waiting to drink more
of it. Like do you just have that attached to
the umbrella and then you put the straw in that

(16:11):
that feeds to the other straws. Why not? So then
you just like you want a piece, But because that
would be kind of vibes to get going, You're like, hey, Pat,
you want to get the uh I just where we're
setting up the canopy, you want to get the the
umbrella straws going, You're oh, fuck yeah, and you cause
you got to kind of siphon it at first, just
to get it ready to go, and then you're, oh, yeah,
come on out, you got that'd be great for tailgates. Hey,

(16:31):
get a get a umbrella shot.

Speaker 1 (16:33):
It'd be beautiful on the tailgate. Englinn takes the lead.

Speaker 3 (16:38):
This is one of those podcasts we're watching a game
as we're doing it.

Speaker 1 (16:42):
Basically any podcast on oversea.

Speaker 3 (16:45):
Kind of yeah. I usually have my TV on it
here because it's distracting. And guess what, it's very distracting.

Speaker 1 (16:52):
That's okay. I mean think about how nice it would
be on a nice hot day you're standing there with
an umbrella, your colada in there.

Speaker 3 (16:58):
Really, what I've now just want wanted to do that,
Like what you've givens me now is just like it's
just like a soda line for rum.

Speaker 1 (17:06):
Yeah, which is it's just a rumbrella for branding purposes
and put whatever you want in there.

Speaker 3 (17:15):
And well, now we got to think of the offset
after that, Like we have verbal trademark by the way
on all of this stuff for pat but like now
I just kind of want to run soda lines with
rumming them up to like my office to them and
right now, like from the if you could just put
that in the kitchen, get all lined up ready to go,
and you know what I could go for, like something
bad happens. I could take a shot right now, just

(17:35):
fucking just one shot, just a nip, just a little nit.
You put it back there, close a little like close
little thing.

Speaker 1 (17:43):
When you send something when you get a house, maybe
instead of having them put a dumb waiter in there,
you haven't put a rumwaiter in there, honey, send up.
What do you think? I guess it's just a rumwaiter.

Speaker 3 (17:55):
Yeah, yeah, you wouldn't tell anybody to get it to
you would just you would just do yourself.

Speaker 1 (18:01):
So many possibilities for the alcoholics on the go. So yeah,
this is marketed at me perfectly, and I've been dum lately.
I like it, hence the blendor that allowed me to
make this delicious paniccolata.

Speaker 3 (18:18):
See you're already using it, so it works perfectly. It's
worth all of the money perfectly.

Speaker 1 (18:25):
Is debatable. We'll get into that later.

Speaker 3 (18:26):
But okay, well I'm looking forward to that part because
I know exactly where you're going with this. I think
everybody watching and listening. By the way, don't forget. You
can watch us on YouTube, YouTube dot com, slash apast
your podcast. You can also listen to us whether you're
getting your podcast. If you're watching us and you need
to step out for a second, go go just listen
to us anywhere you get your podcasts, and make sure
you hit play on both this week. Give us a
little help on that. Come give us your rumbrella ideas,

(18:49):
any other ways that we could we could change this?
Let us know. Do you want a movie review?

Speaker 1 (18:58):
Hell? Yes, all right, I.

Speaker 3 (19:00):
I disclosure day. Steven Spielberg's Alien movie.

Speaker 1 (19:05):
Has anybody made more alien movies than him?

Speaker 3 (19:08):
Mmmm?

Speaker 1 (19:09):
Well, I don't know made alien? Ser who made Alien? No,
I'd say more independent, more, more solo alien movies. That
dude loves aliens.

Speaker 3 (19:21):
Guy loves aliens.

Speaker 1 (19:22):
He put him into fucking Indiana Jones, he did.

Speaker 3 (19:25):
That's true.

Speaker 1 (19:28):
Everybody loves aliens. Oh so it's smart. Run.

Speaker 3 (19:32):
I mean Star Wars was all aliens technically, not all,
but mostly nobody from Earth.

Speaker 1 (19:40):
That's true.

Speaker 3 (19:41):
If you're not on Earth, would you be an alien
to me? Exactly?

Speaker 1 (19:47):
And I'm all that matters. That's what I've learned in life.

Speaker 3 (19:49):
Maybe the aliens were just the friends that he made
along the way watching these movies.

Speaker 1 (19:53):
So how was the movie.

Speaker 3 (19:54):
Disclosure to day? Solid movie? I like the premise of it.
Oh no, somebody found out how to communicate with the aliens.
This shit's going down, like then people trying to get
the technology that the aliens have. There's a whole thing
ending fucking sucked, dude. I don't want to spoil the ending,
but it's one of those things where it's like it
starts a thing and then it ends the movie and

(20:15):
you're like, what.

Speaker 1 (20:18):
Is it? What?

Speaker 3 (20:19):
What happened?

Speaker 1 (20:21):
Better or worse ending than the Tom Cruise? The fuck
was that one? Where like at the end they're like, oh,
water killed the aliens or birds or disease or something.

Speaker 3 (20:33):
Well, that gave you an ending. That get that gave
you an explanation. I want to know what comes next
or are they setting it up for a sequel if there?
If so, that's fine, but this is the whole Lord
of the Rings situation. They get to fucking rocks in
the end of the cliff and then it's like end
of movie one. I was like, fuck you, this is

(20:53):
three three hours three hours and you didn't fucking wrap
it up at all.

Speaker 1 (21:01):
At the end of the movie that said potential sequel.

Speaker 3 (21:04):
No, but it made a fuck load of money, so
it's very possible they're going to do another one. But
if they do, then okay, I will revise this. But
right now I'm going to give it two and a
half latles of gravy out of four now two and
a half hour.

Speaker 1 (21:19):
Actually did he direct this one? Or was he just
producer and they put his name on it because it sells.

Speaker 3 (21:23):
Look, man, I read the Wikipedia synopsis of this, like
all of my reviews.

Speaker 1 (21:28):
I don't know, didn't say directed by right now.

Speaker 3 (21:33):
I read the plot synopsis. I wanted to go into
this fresh. I do a lot of research. I knew
was about aliens, and it was Steven Spielberg. I had
high expectations, and because then live all the way up
to my high expectations of reading seven to ten paragraphs
two and a half out of five stars.

Speaker 1 (21:53):
Hey, that's watchable.

Speaker 3 (21:54):
Now we'll clip that and then I'll post online that
I thought that it was terrible in the end, he sucks,
and then we'll get we'll get people on TikTok mad.

Speaker 1 (22:03):
You just didn't get it. Man, you're not a cinophile
like me.

Speaker 3 (22:07):
You're right, I'm not, No, not at all. Would I
sit through that movie?

Speaker 1 (22:14):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (22:14):
Probably on streaming.

Speaker 1 (22:16):
Yeah, I mean I watched That's what two am. Anyway,
I might as well just put on a movie.

Speaker 3 (22:22):
That's what Wikipedia does. I remember reading the book No
Country for Oldmen and not the actual book, the Wikipedia
plot and synopsis again, and that was a movie. I
was I need to watch this movie now. He had
been a couple of years after it was out, and
I was like, this movie fucking rocks. This seems like
a scared rock. Guess what it did?

Speaker 1 (22:39):
Rock. Now you can actually say if you do watch
the movie, you can be like, you know what, this
is one of those movies even better the second time through.

Speaker 3 (22:46):
It's not it's better than the book.

Speaker 1 (22:47):
Actually yeah, because it definitely will be better the second
time through, because watching is better than reading.

Speaker 3 (22:53):
You know. Rotten Tomatoes has the like critics review and
then the audience score. I actually have like Alex Tomatoes,
and it's just it's like what I thought of the
Wikipedia review, and then after I watched the movie, if
I do, it's like, ah, yeah, it was better than
I thought my bad. I was wrong.

Speaker 1 (23:08):
Alex Tomatoes could just be your alter ego for reviewing movies.

Speaker 3 (23:12):
Did you need anything? Did you need to actually watch
it instead of just reading the Wikipedia Sono's this, Nah,
probably not. That's a pretty good deternive, Like should I
watch this movie? I mean, I got to know he wouldn't.
He would just read it.

Speaker 1 (23:24):
I've definitely done it before where I was just like, well,
let me just read what happens and see if I
want to if I feel like watching it, And then
usually you don't because you're like, well, I know what happens. Now.

Speaker 3 (23:34):
Do you ever do that with a show you miss
or you like fall asleep drough it? And like if
I'm watching shit with with my wife and like I
fall asleep on the couch, I'm like, fuck, I missed
three episodes and should like do you want to go
rewatch those? And if I fall as sleep multiple nights,
We've missed the same episodes over and over, I'm like, nah,
I just go Wikipedia and look at like the episode
synopsis is or just like the quick run thing. But okay,

(23:56):
I think I'm pretty caught up.

Speaker 1 (23:57):
I've for sure done that. I mean, usually I just
do the watch. But sometimes there's definitely been times when
I rewatched the same episode like three or four times
because either I'm sleepy or I'm drunk during it, and
I'm like, I know I watched it. I remember seeing
this part. I still don't remember what happened afterwards.

Speaker 3 (24:14):
Am I gonna burn the hour, the second or third
hour and a half on the same three episodes, or
am I gonna watch something new? And especially if like
Emma hasn't fallen asleep during those so she's watched those
six episodes or those three episodes two times already in
the last two nights, it's like you just stick can
wikipedia that one.

Speaker 1 (24:35):
I mean, I've been watching The Boys and I'm fin
I'm on the final season now, but the whole fourth
season there was one character where I was like, fuck,
did they kill him or did he just walk away
or what? And I couldn't remember until finally I just
looked it up online. I was like, oh, yeah, that's
what happened to him.

Speaker 3 (24:51):
I better costs saw and now I'm like down on
a better cross saw Rabbit all again.

Speaker 1 (24:57):
I mean, especially with shows like that, when you're like, fuck,
did he here or is that later in the other show,
and you're trying to remember characters from multiple shows. That's
when I get that's what like House of the Dragon.
Oh yeah, characters nine times it's the same people. They've
got four different husbands. I can't track these characters anymore.
You almost need to have the Wikipedia pulled up next

(25:17):
to it for references.

Speaker 3 (25:21):
I agree.

Speaker 1 (25:22):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (25:24):
What did I have also for pre com segment before
we move on? Oh? I have some the new remember
the segment sick Threads? I was gonna try it every
now and then. Fuck yeah, got back on Threads this week.
Was gonna go check it out the Freedom to fifty
UFC fights. I was like, you know, who's probably fucking
furious about this threads?

Speaker 1 (25:44):
Oh my god?

Speaker 3 (25:46):
Boy? Was I right?

Speaker 1 (25:47):
Are they so? They're not big fans of Josh hokit Um?

Speaker 3 (25:51):
Yeah? No really no no no no no no no.
They don't like that guy at all.

Speaker 1 (25:54):
I don't like that guy at all.

Speaker 3 (25:55):
Know, But what I learned this week on Threads the
Nate Barghetti got canceled so late BARGHETSI.

Speaker 1 (26:05):
We don't watch. How was that possible?

Speaker 3 (26:08):
Well he went to the White House UFC Freedom to fifty.

Speaker 1 (26:12):
Oh my, God, he didn't.

Speaker 3 (26:14):
Speak or sing or perform. He was in the crowd
watching it, but it was like invite only. And because
he associates with the president, he's the worst person ever,
and everybody's canceling him by everybody, I mean everybody on threats. Also,
fun fact, did you know that Mark Zuckerberg was there
at the UFC two fifty event with Nate Barghesti, not together,

(26:37):
but like at the same event. Guess who owns Threads
the Zuckman. Oh yeah, fuck, so he must be. He
must be all the things that Nate barghetsi. So yeah,
they're canceling Nate Barghetzi. He still sold out his entire tour,
I'm pretty sure. So I don't. I don't know if
he's the cancelations started yet or if it's coming. But yeah,

(27:01):
that's what I learned from from Threads. And then also
they're really happy Carter Hart lost the Stanley Cup, which fair, fair, fair.

Speaker 1 (27:11):
I mean I was I was happy to see Carolina
win it. You know, see that they would knocking on
the door finally got over the Robrindamore is awesome.

Speaker 3 (27:18):
Would be a fucking just did you realize he was
that jacked.

Speaker 1 (27:23):
Yeah, because that's like the one thing I knew about
Rob brandermore or two things former player.

Speaker 3 (27:29):
Well, I knew that he wanted he won a Cup
as a player, and coach was the captain of the Hurricanes,
so it was very it was a very big deal
to like win another Cup with him. He's been part
of both of their Cups. But like he always was
just like a stocky guy. I didn't think he was
ever like a fat guy, but he just kind of
looked like a big, bulky hockey player, dude.

Speaker 1 (27:49):
Because you see him in the suits behind the bench. Yeah,
hell rip the guys in a in a suit.

Speaker 3 (27:55):
In a jersey when he was playing, and then he
fucking yanks the fucking heard off. He's like, we're lifting
the fucking cup, let's go, and just.

Speaker 1 (28:04):
Jacked dude. It made me think, like, is he the
last coach you would want to fight like this? This
the conversation always happens with football coaches because, like even
basketball coaches, they're massive guys when they're former players. But
like basketball players don't move so well when they get
older because you're so big that your joints breakdown. Football
players when their former coaches like Vrable or or a

(28:26):
lot of the other guys, you're just like, well, they're
huge guys. But Brenda Moore is just he's still ripped.
He's still an absolute monster. I would not want to
fuck with that guy.

Speaker 3 (28:36):
Yeah, yeah, meither Man, he's uh.

Speaker 1 (28:41):
Sounds tough. Brenda Moore. You don't want to fuck with
the Brenda moo.

Speaker 3 (28:44):
Yeah, fucking dude. Brenda Moore's see you outside, You're like,
oh god, damn it. Whether that be a teacher or
a bully, I'm fucked. I know news. If it's Brenda Moore, yeah, hey,
Brenda Moore needs you, she said to stay after second period.
If it's miss Brendan.

Speaker 1 (28:59):
Moore, damn hey, Brenda Moore's looking for you.

Speaker 3 (29:04):
Nobody wants to hear that.

Speaker 1 (29:05):
Not good, that's not.

Speaker 3 (29:07):
I'm scared, but yeah, shout out to the Caroline Hurricanes.
Sick Threads also sick threads also like just it's fun
to just tap into threads every now and then because
it's all hate.

Speaker 1 (29:19):
I feel like threads is like if Reddit was Twitter.
There's never any positivity.

Speaker 3 (29:24):
Very much so, very much so. But I feel like
threads isn't even as enjoyable as Reddit, because it's just hate.
Reddit at least is like discussions about TV shows sometimes
some funny memes. Reddit is we hate this thing, and
I don't like this, and this thing is awesome, and
I'm a person likes to hate. I am a hater.
I absolutely. I got so much joy watching the San

(29:45):
Antonio Spurs lose and watch them be my meltdown and
all of that. I got so much pleasure with that.
But like just you just hating everything and trying to
make everything about other stuff too, Like it's like, all right,
what are we doing here? What are we doing here?

Speaker 1 (30:02):
There's just a bunch of Reddit mods using threads. That's all.
It is, just unhappy people.

Speaker 3 (30:09):
Threads is also the number one social media place for
like I am canceling insert subscription or service or not
going to store, or like Neighborraghetti canceling this. That's how
I like to go there to see like what we're
what we're canceling and we're mad at?

Speaker 1 (30:24):
Not what we're mad at?

Speaker 3 (30:26):
Well what the threads? The threads the threaders are threader.

Speaker 1 (30:31):
I like that. I don't know if that's what you're called,
but that's so what they shouldn't be called threaders. Oh yeah, all.

Speaker 3 (30:36):
Right, but yeah, sick threads. Sick threads. Let's move on
to the Comeback Kid segment, where we tell you what's
back in the news according to us, this week is
brought to you by the Past the Gravy Merch Store.

They got the Past the Gravy flag available in the
Merch store. They were rocking the pass gay flag all
over Green Bay with the Super Bowl. They were doing
the Lambeau Leap with it. They were outside the stadium,
looked fucking awesome. And then shout out to uh, didn't
know listener Josh that got the orange Netherlands bus saw

(31:26):
them at Bucky's. Fucking was like, can you guys take
a picture of this? They fucking did it with the
beaver and all. So shout out to Josh and Mike
and mel We appreciate you guys. Passing gray flags available

(32:08):
always April Fools Somewhere. And we've also got the the
Tida hats, the sticker set, and much much more. Past
the Gravy. Merch dot Com the official sponsor of the
Comeback Kid segment. Let's just get right into it. We
are going to give you your first comeback kid is Ducks.

(32:30):
Ducks are back?

Speaker 1 (32:31):
Dude? It does Chryser's daughters going to Oregon? Is that
what it is?

Speaker 3 (32:38):
Bird Crusher?

Speaker 1 (32:40):
Yeah, I saw him posted that his daughter's going to Oregon.

Speaker 3 (32:42):
Oh no, that is not why I did not know that.
I think it was Isler or Georgia, one of them.
Good good for them.

Speaker 1 (32:53):
What Seiser at the autsin zoo. You know he's gonna
go with Ham at some sort of Oregon event. That's
gonna be great. While why are ducks back?

Speaker 3 (33:01):
Ducks, You're back because of the Mexico duck. Tell me
you saw this dude. They had the Mexico opening World
Cup game and there's a bunch of people party in
the streets. There's this guy just walking by and he
had a duck behind him, and the duck was wearing
Mexico jersey.

Speaker 1 (33:15):
It was just rally duck.

Speaker 3 (33:17):
It wasn't even round games had and he started. But
he's just waddling down baby jersey. He's wearing it.

Speaker 1 (33:23):
So sick animal involved in sports as a rally animal,
oh okay, okay, And as far as rally animals go,
ducks have got to be very high up on the list.
Like rally monkeys are awesome. But a rally duck who
done like a duck that's so like a rally monkey.
It could freak out, throw poop at you, rip your

(33:45):
face up. Rally duck. You're like, what's he doing? He's
in a jersey?

Speaker 3 (33:47):
A yeah, an animal in a jersey. Like, come on,
this guy's getting down and I'm not I'm not a
Mexico fan, but like, let's go, let's go. I don't
really care who is playing that table. I was like, hell, yeah,
let's do this. He doesn't even have arms. We did that.
I like that bar because he's got a little he's
got a little wings. It's just the arms were just flapping.

Speaker 1 (34:07):
I mean, if we find a duck, I'm sure it
could fit into the little jersey that you bought your daughter.

Speaker 3 (34:11):
I could, I could do that, but we don't want.

Speaker 1 (34:14):
To copy there. We know we'll have a rally swan.

Speaker 3 (34:17):
We actually are better the next year because we won
four one. They only went to so.

Speaker 4 (34:21):
Rally Goose Canadian okay, the American Goose, great Goose rally eagle.

Speaker 3 (34:33):
Yeah, we had to catch an eagle. I don't know
how easy that'd be. It's just an idea, no, not
a bad idea, idea, But shout out to the Ducks
because their back. Jameis Winston also back. I'm realizing I
think all of this stuff is what World Cup related,
But Jamis Winston's back. He's been all over the coverage
of the World Cup.

Speaker 1 (34:55):
He rocks just all time. Great guy and I love
Alvin like so so people that don't know Jameis Winston
was helped cleaning up the stands. He was with the
japan fans, and you know the Japanese, they're very courteous,
thoughtful people. So after they finished their game, they're cleaning
up their area of the stands, being very conscious of
other people's culture and not want to be seen bad

(35:17):
while they're here for the World Cup and Jameis Winston
just right alongside him cleaning up the area. Alvin Kamara
comes in with a tweet and goes Most people don't
even realize. This isn't performative, that's just who he is.
He's just a good dude. I love Jameis Winston so much.
I still hold a little bit of a grudge against
the Giants because he's just no, no, I'm not really
but gets sad that we're going into year two of

(35:39):
where Jamison isn't going to be a starter, and it
just sucks because you just want to see Jamis on
the field.

Speaker 3 (35:44):
He's gonna mold a championship quarterback in Jackson Dart and
that's the best kind of leadership you could ask for.

Speaker 1 (35:49):
I just I every time Jamis is in the news,
you're like, what awesome thing did he do? Now? I
love that guy.

Speaker 3 (35:55):
And like he yesterday as they're recording this, he had
a go with a messy jersey on speaking of animals
wearing jerseys, Guess what Messi did scored a hat trick?

Speaker 1 (36:07):
What did pinaldo do today?

Speaker 3 (36:09):
I don't think he did anything.

Speaker 1 (36:11):
Yeah, Messi goat, MESSI goat.

Speaker 3 (36:15):
Yeah, Messi's absolutely good. He's thirty eight again, So we've
talked about this already, or I guess I talked about
this the More Show. But thirty eight MVP of the NFL,
Matt Stafford Leo Messi goat of soccer, still thirty eight
years old, thirty seven Jordan Stahl, Stanley Cup MVP. Your

(36:37):
late thirties are your prime years, all right, And there's
nobody that can tell me that I'm not in my prime.

Speaker 1 (36:43):
Now, which means I'm entering my prime.

Speaker 3 (36:46):
You're getting ready for it, like thirty seven, thirty eight,
that's the sweet spot I have thirty seven. Who knows, dude,
who knows? Man? I might be fucking scoring in the
World Cup, the Women's World Cup next year, maybe I
guess this will have one.

Speaker 1 (36:58):
Then it's really really good to know though I really
thought that I peaked twenty years ago at sixteen. Right.

Speaker 3 (37:05):
They always say you're going too old. No you're not.
He's getting to old. What is he thirty nine? Oh yeah,
if he's at thirty nine, what do you mean. Yeah, No,
he's just peaking. He's getting ready to peak. Give me
a couple of years.

Speaker 1 (37:18):
I'm getting there. I'm about to come into the best
years of pat that you guys have seen.

Speaker 3 (37:23):
Yeah, thirty seven, thirty eight, it's the new twenty two
to twenty three. All right, So let's start changing that
narrative a little bit. Okay, start changing that narrative. Uh,
what else we got for? Comeback?

Speaker 1 (37:36):
Kid?

Speaker 3 (37:37):
Let me see hold on.

Speaker 1 (37:38):
Sorry, I wish I could help you, but I'm.

Speaker 3 (37:41):
Cleaning up trash was back because the jameis Winston and
then partying is back. Partying is back?

Speaker 1 (37:48):
What is back? Sorry?

Speaker 3 (37:49):
Partying? Oh fuck yeah, dude already said cleaning up trash.

Speaker 1 (37:53):
Never thought I'd be happy for a New York team,
but when it's at the expense of the San Antonio Spurs,
I'm very happy for the Knicks, and boy.

Speaker 3 (38:01):
They were partying like motherfuckers. We're not cool with the
violent ship. But like all the other stuff was sick.

Speaker 1 (38:06):
It's just it, just the added goodness of it of
it being Jalen Brunson being their best player, being the MVP,
scoring almost half of his team's points in the closeout game,
and Dallas didn't want him.

Speaker 5 (38:18):
Can you imagine We've got Luca probably the best European
player up and coming, and then we've got Jalen Brunson
who in a few years will be the finals MVP
bring the first title to New York for the Knicks
in fifty three years.

Speaker 1 (38:33):
They got both of those guys.

Speaker 3 (38:35):
Wait, they got real Luka too.

Speaker 1 (38:38):
Jalen They didn't want to pay what he went to
New York all time good guy moved to not taking
the max contract so that his team could sign other
players to help him around him. Huh. Tom Brady did
that for fifteen years and kind of helped him become
the greatest quarterback of all time. Crazy that other players
don't ever want to do it.

Speaker 3 (38:56):
Interesting, it's all about.

Speaker 1 (38:58):
Me, me, me, me, not the yeah yep, and is
just a little bitch, won't shake hands, acts like a
little poopy pants in the press conference, won't even show
up on the court for the national anthem, un American,
find him, kick him out of the league.

Speaker 3 (39:18):
He's French, so he's that American.

Speaker 1 (39:23):
I mean, I don't give it my friend French when
he didn't put his listen. I don't care if you
put your hand over your heart. I don't care if
you sing along show up on the court. Can you
imagine all every player that wasn't from America didn't show
up for the national anthem. I'm sorry, our country only
gave you every dream that you've ever fucking wanted in
your life. Maybe have a little respect. You're gonna be

(39:46):
a bitch forever. The Spurs are never gonna get rid
of dearon Fox's max contract when he's the worst fucking
player in the finals. Spurs were fucked forever. Wemby's a
little bitch. He's a bust of all time, great player
of all time. Oh in one of the finals, don't
think so?

Speaker 3 (40:02):
Three or fourteen from the field when it mattered.

Speaker 1 (40:05):
Can't even score twenty points in the closeout game. Wow,
you're seven foot fucking fifty feet tall?

Speaker 3 (40:11):
Is walk to the basket? You fot? You're fine, dude, You're.

Speaker 1 (40:14):
You're the tallest guy in the game. What should I
do stand farther away from the basket than everybody else
in jack threes? Yeah, that seems like a good move. Yeah,
that seems like a good move.

Speaker 3 (40:23):
Okay, dude, Okay, dude, Yeah, fuck you Wimby. Partying is back.
New York is partying pretty hard after winning the NBA title. Also,
partying is back because I will be partying at the
World Cup fan fest this weekend with Neutral. I'm gonna
partying Friday night. This is the seventeenth, So Friday, the nineteenth,

(40:44):
I'm gonna be partying from seven to nine. They're at
I'll be at Chapman and Kirby on Lamar Street Saturday night.
That's all downtown Houston. Then uh ear no Friday Night,
I'll be on at Chapman and Kirbby on Lamar Street
from seven to nine, and then Saturday night, I'm gonna
be at Sunset Rooftop from eight to ten. That will
be on Dallas Street, downtown. Just they're all kind of

(41:08):
in the same fan fest area downtown. You'll be able
to walk around there, find me, come hang out. It's
gonna be a lot of fun. There were some Germans
for you're partying with after they blew out Curasau. I
learned a little Curousau and apparently it's a mixture of
Portuguese and Spanish. And I was like, I thought Portuguese
is already a mixture of Portuguese is Spanish. And he
was like, no, but we do the same thing. I
was like, all right, I got you. The DJ there

(41:30):
was like, what do you want me to play? You should?
You should give me a couple of tracks play. I
was like, all right, do host fucking killed? Oh fucking killed?

Speaker 1 (41:40):
Or you should be like what's the Ramstein song where
they just say you gotta have big tits. That's a
great song.

Speaker 3 (41:46):
I said, Ramstein And then I said ninety nine left
Red Balloons and he thought that was funny and did
not play that.

Speaker 1 (41:52):
Oh god, you know what you have totally play ninety
nine looft balloons. That's the German Well that's what I said.

Speaker 3 (41:56):
I said, lovet balloons. Well, yeah, so come in with
me again. That's Friday night, seven to nine pm. I'm
gonna be a Chapman and Kirby on Lamar Street Saturday
night sunset Rooftop from eight to ten with Neutral partying
celebrating the World Cup it's a good time. I'm gonna
probably go. We watched the USA game there Friday, and

(42:19):
then we could just hang all night. Let's do that.
It'll be that'll be a hell of party because USA
is gonna beat Australia's ass on our Friday night or
our Friday afternoon game. And then we'll just keep the
party going from there.

Speaker 1 (42:31):
Just keep the party going. Baby, we're winning it all.
We're gonna be as bad as everyone says Americans are.
We're gonna be so much worse when we win the
World Cup.

Speaker 3 (42:40):
Oh and Harley says tomorrow he'll be at the Dutch
Orange party bus in hat Creek Burger in Fullshire, Texas
where orange and get a free burger with peeps from Holland.
Fuck yeah, So shout out to Harley. Everybody's doing gigs.
Everybody's doing gigs. Let's move on to the not cool segment,
where we tell you what happened to us this week.

(43:02):
It was not cool something that we gets the way
we can vent and this is initially how we burn time.
It's kind of a fun, little uh way for us
to bitch about shit. If you like to participate, are
you gonna do hit us up on Twitter x at
Pass gay Pod use the hashtag PTG not cool. We'll
pick some of the best ones each month and do
a round of those, and I guess maybe next next,

(43:23):
next week, let's do some listener viewers submitted not Cool's
all right at Pass three pod hashtag PTG not cool.
This is the not cool segment, Pat, you wanna start
us off?

Speaker 1 (43:35):
Yeah, I've got a few of them. We'll just start
off right away. First one, I'm pulling back into my
apartment right now. Or before we started, some assholes parked
my spot. Uh oh, so then I had to park
farther away. I left him a note. It wasn't the
car that had done this in the past, it was
a new one, probably my new upstairs neighbors. I saw
some people moving in yesterday. They're like, I was carrying

(43:56):
a TV in from my car because I brought it
up to my parents this weekend. Lots of sports need
the extra TV.

Speaker 3 (44:01):
Yeah, Like, oh, are you.

Speaker 1 (44:02):
Just moving into cause the fire? And I was like,
uh no, I've been here. Also side not cool. Apparently
there was a fire somewhere in my apartment complex. I
don't know where, but there was a fire.

Speaker 3 (44:13):
Not your apartment, what not your place?

Speaker 1 (44:16):
That's good, got in my place? Uh so, yeah, I
left them a little note, just please don't park my spot.
Put it underneath their windshield. Hopefully I'll check after we're
done here. Hopefully they're gone. That would happen other one
at like fifteen minutes after that. Twenty minutes after that.
We're sitting. Now we're about to start. I'm about to
join the zoom. I had a whole picture of pina coladas.

Speaker 3 (44:40):
You're gonna make this a Penia colada summer. Remember we
talked about this a couple of weeks ago.

Speaker 1 (44:43):
Yeah, and I was ready to do it. I poured
into my cup. So the lid on top of my
blender it's got, you know, locked all the way open
all the way and then if it's just in the
center of it is when you can take the top off.
I guess I had it in there because when I
poured it, I poured pina colada all over my lap.
I had the coldest dick I've had since I was

(45:03):
in Green Bay, and it was minus twenty three degrees.
I'm sticky. I like I had to change everything. My
cooling blanket that I keep on the seat to stop
my legs from getting hot on the weather. Now that's
all fucking messed up. I'd like try to towel off
real quick and like use a wet rag back of
my legs are still sticky. This sucks. I'm gonna have
to shower when we're done. That was horrible And my

(45:26):
last not cool is the British. Why because everybody else,
the Japanese come to America, they're all talking about how
great this place is. We love it. The Scottish they're
in Boston taking over drinking all of the beers. You know,
you drink a lot of beers when Boston's running out
of fucking beers. Yeah, they're a great time. They're cleaning

(45:47):
up public parks that they're partying in. But you got
Freddy the German traveling across America becoming America's sweetheart with
everybody is having the best time of their lives. And
all England can do is well, Yo stadium's all as
good as we back in One Boy One were so
much betre It's got ninety thousand seats, like all of
our seats have one hundred thousand. All of our stadiums

(46:07):
are better. They have roofs, so rain doesn't cancel fucking games.
Everybody's having an amazing time, and the British are still
pissed off about US dumping some t two hundred and fifty
years ago.

Speaker 3 (46:17):
Yeah, everybody else does seem to be like the Rocks.
I do see people mad about the hydration stuff's trying
to say it's an American thing, and I was like,
did you think America set up the World Cup? Because
it's also in Canada and Mexico and FIFA does that
and they run the ads, not America only.

Speaker 1 (46:35):
So yeah, and it was supposed to be I guess
they set it up a few years ago. They started
the hydration breaks.

Speaker 3 (46:41):
For when it's really hot, when they did it in Katar.

Speaker 1 (46:43):
Yeah, for when it was really hot, to give players
a break. I'm sorry they're doing it at games that
are seventy five inside of a stadium. It's just because
they figured out, well, we can get four hundred million
dollars in ad revenue if we just split this game
into quarters now, which one of the announcers did.

Speaker 3 (46:59):
He doesn't split it in quarters, like the half is
an actual half. The quarter is like it's literally just
like three minutes it's.

Speaker 1 (47:06):
Like halfway of every thing, and then you're keeping of
course the clock runs, because that's what we do in soccer.
It's fucking both. Then I've seen fucking British people online like, well,
Americans don't even know soccer, and everyone's like, oh, you
said soccer. Though you said soccer. Yes, we're all admitting
that we're only caring about soccer for the next month,

(47:26):
but you might care about But so, yeah, everybody in
the world's having a great time except for the British,
and I guess probably the Italians because they didn't make.

Speaker 3 (47:34):
It trying to say the like the British stadiums are
better than American stadiums, even if you're thinking unless you're
just going on like history and how old they are. Like, okay,
you can, I'll let you argue that, but like I'm
not saying you're right, and like, no, who fucking cares you.
You have like nine thousand people to go to your
games to be right on the fucking pitch, all right,

(47:57):
we have one hundred thousand people in all of these
and this is for better sport than that you're talking about.
All right, this was for a real we play We
played the real sports here.

Speaker 1 (48:04):
Well, Wembley's got more comfortable Saints. All right, Well all
you say is how fat Americans are? You can fit
in our seats just as comfortably. How about that then?

Speaker 3 (48:13):
Yeah, shouldn't you fucking stop bitching about hydration breaks if
you can't fucking take the Tampa Bay hete man.

Speaker 1 (48:19):
Yeah, don't get mad at us because you've got bigger seats.
I'm sorry that you don't know how to maximize profit
for your fucking team. Put in smaller seats, pack more
people in there, more money to spend on your team.

Speaker 3 (48:31):
Yeah, so you're wrong, Britain, you're wrong.

Speaker 1 (48:36):
Just you know, you suck as a people. When everybody
in the world's having a good time except for you,
you're the one dickhead at the party that has to
point out everything that's fucking wrong. Yeah, it's none of
if it's even wrong. They're just jealous that we're the
best and we do what they do better than they
do and we don't even care about it.

Speaker 3 (48:54):
Yeah, oh you think that same is cool? All right,
Well it's not so done. Like again, the when Lowton
Town was up in the Premier League a couple of
years ago, like you had to walk through people's backyards
to get into the stadium. It was like, yeah, it's
sick ass stadium. We got there. This is these operating

(49:15):
statium's got gout for someone's basement and see that grand
real fast ask if show and a lot of the
doors you can go through a window.

Speaker 1 (49:22):
Oh, Austin, he's able to be walked through the whole thing.
Your entire country is the size of Wisconsin. Shut up. Yeah,
nobody cared.

Speaker 3 (49:30):
Chill out mine not cool? Is it's pretty dumb. But
you ever had when you like your door, your drawer brakes.
I have my dresser drawer. I opened it the other
day get some pants out, and all of them had
fallen through. And then I noticed that the drawer below
it had fallen through because of the stuff that fell

(49:52):
through that. So now I had to fix those. I
found these little brackets that you can put in. But
because it's like condenned the middle, like I go get
the goal support system or not really supports is like
I do get a piece of wood that I would
now glue and then it'll be fine. But it's just
a pain in the ass. Because I ordered a part
thought it was fixed. It was like there's a hundred
of these brackets. I'm gonna fucking make sure that this

(50:13):
bitch is fixed. And then it was like, well, actually,
if you want to stop bending, you probably should put this.
Others like, okay, cool, So.

Speaker 1 (50:21):
I've got a two by four in my back seat.

Speaker 3 (50:23):
You can have I might see if that works. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (50:27):
Actually I think it's a one by four too, so
it's not even as Yeah, it probably worked better for you.

Speaker 3 (50:32):
Yeah, my am. I all right, I'll check that out.
I'll check that out. But yeah, just I thought I
was gonna go like full on handyman, and I did
the thing and then it's still like popped back out
just because the middle of it broke, but slowly having
to figure out. But when you go in, I was
going home, I'm gonna knock this out. It's gonna be awesome.
It was like, didn't knock it out, only did something.
Now I have to do another part of it. Yeah,

(50:54):
not really great, No cool.

Speaker 1 (50:55):
Unfortunately, I'm sorry that happened.

Speaker 3 (50:57):
Really great, no cool. Moving on to the answer segment,
Harley says flooding is his is not cool. That's one
of the reasons he's not here cool flooding because it
rained a lot so teas and ps to carls Oh,
all right, next up, we gotta keep opening the wrong

(51:18):
fucking tap. Half we got the answer segment. We always
start with the pre come segment. You got a drunk idea? Hi,
I thought a business idea? You want to run a
rumbrella idea style thing around to us? Hit us up.
Let us know what you got. You want parenting advice,
relationship advice. You gotta know what color different letters or
numbers are, what they smell like, anything like that. Hit

(51:41):
us up. Whatever you need to know the answer to.
We can answer things for you. We can also power
ranks stuff better than abaels. Give us five similarly related
things that we will power rank the fuck out of
them better than anybody else. This is the answers segment,
and we'll start with Josh Tree Coddle at Joshua Tree

(52:01):
seven to one three on X, Josh says, what flavor
would the number seven be?

Speaker 1 (52:11):
I mean, my brain goes right to lemon lime, thinking
seven up.

Speaker 3 (52:17):
I'm thinking peanut butter. Oh, I don't know why peanut
butter came out?

Speaker 1 (52:24):
Feel peanut butter? I don't feel peanut butter. Maybe banana seven?
Because seven feels yellow to me.

Speaker 3 (52:38):
Now that you're saying it, it kind of does. But
initially when I thought, when I just I can I
can see peanut butter, I feel like it's peanut butter.
And now I just see a seven covered in peanut butter.
I don't think I can see anything else.

Speaker 1 (52:53):
Yeah, lemon lime is not it. It could be, but
it's not.

Speaker 3 (52:59):
I think it's too simple.

Speaker 1 (53:06):
I think I can't get pass banana in my head.
Is it just maybe seven is just it's just Elvis's number.
So we got peanut butter and banana in there.

Speaker 3 (53:18):
All right, I'm fined with peanut butter.

Speaker 1 (53:21):
I got banana.

Speaker 3 (53:22):
Yeah, peanut butter or banana.

Speaker 1 (53:24):
We'll have to put that to a pole later. Yeah,
that's that's what the people should be voting on peanut butter,
banana or other.

Speaker 3 (53:32):
No, just peanut butter or banana, and there's no other one.
In the naval comment like, no, it tastes it, you
taste the No, no, no, that doesn't don't be.

Speaker 1 (53:41):
It tastes like wax because I ate my seven on
my birthday cake and the candle tasted like wax.

Speaker 3 (53:47):
And candles have short livespans. We all know this.

Speaker 1 (53:50):
That's true.

Speaker 3 (53:51):
Uha, bananas, Yeah, they do, they do. Great question, Josh,
that's a good one. Donovan says, what birds would make
the best and worst tippers?

Speaker 1 (54:07):
Hm, flamingo bad Flamingo is not gonna be a good tipper.
Seem uppity, really does? It seem pretentious? Like a flamingo
is the Sunday brunch crowd after church that is a
pain in the ass and doesn't tip well. Ducks tip grate,

(54:27):
They're very happy for the bread.

Speaker 3 (54:34):
I initially I thought the worst tippers were probably seagulls.
It's like they always want something free. They're probably bitching
about whatever they got. Hey, I ordered this that's not
cooked all the way through and you get it, and
I'm the customer. I'm always like siagus, just mine, mine, mine,
mine mind Siegulls are always fucking they want everything for free.

(54:56):
They want to contribute. And then I was like, seagull
it makes sense. But also falcons seem like they wouldn't
tip at all. Like falcons seem like they would be
way above you. They would talk down. They would probably
fucking be like, uh yeah, please, we're talking right now. Hey,
can I get you guys anything?

Speaker 1 (55:12):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (55:12):
No, Actually, we're busy right now. Okay, my bad dude,
fucking falcon guy, what are you doing. Hawks also seem
like bad tippers.

Speaker 1 (55:20):
They're too fast, They're trying to get in and out,
and they're like, well, I was only here for twenty minutes.
I'm not gonna tip twenty percent that I was barely here.
They didn't have to do anything.

Speaker 3 (55:28):
Grabbed a mouse from the field on my way here.
I basically came with food.

Speaker 1 (55:32):
I bet, I bet a goose would be a good tipper,
because like, they're cranky, but they're probably like that that
regular at the bar who's kind of cranky, but like
he takes care of the bartenders because he knows he's
a bit of a dick. He's like, listen, I understand
I'm not the easiest to deal with. I'm not gonna change,
but I'm gonna make sure I take care of you.

Speaker 3 (55:53):
That's that actually makes sense. Yeah, and then best for me.
I thought crows because I think crows people might people
might be like crows are bad because they they're like
a bad omen, But crows leave little like presents for

(56:13):
other birds that they like and even people that they like. Sometimes, Hey,
I found this button, have this, and like if they
didn't have cash and you gave a crow like a cracker,
He's like, yo, dude, I found this paper clip outside.
Check this out. I got it for you. You're like, hey,
appreciate that, man, So it's all I got. But like,
here you go.

Speaker 1 (56:30):
The smartest birds, so they understand if they tip, well
they're gonna get taken care of.

Speaker 3 (56:34):
Yeah, and like they don't forget your face, so like
they'd be more likely. That was my way to that
guy that kept coming and serving me.

Speaker 1 (56:41):
And parrots over tip. They're really good tippers too, because
all they have is treasure and they don't understand how
much gold is worth.

Speaker 3 (56:50):
Oh okay, yeah, so parrots, geese, geese, and crows and ducks. Parrots, geese, ducks,
and crows are the best tippers. And we're gonna go seagulls, flamingos,
falcons and hawks for worst.

Speaker 1 (57:12):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (57:13):
That was killing. That was kille diavond. That was a great, great.

Speaker 1 (57:16):
Question, one of the best ones we've had in weeks.

Speaker 3 (57:19):
I really enjoyed that one. All Right, moving on, I
don't think this is the last one. No, this is
not the last one. Second, that was the second one,
this is from Ray Mundo b navidaz at K Mundo
be on X and Mundo says, rank or power rank
these evil things. He gives us a monkey paw, a
Ouiji board, a summoning circle, a voodoo doll, and bloody

(57:43):
Mary mirror summoning All right, I'll go, I'll go. I
had to look up some of these. That's why I
know my rankings without having to think of him. Really,
but Ouiji board, that's bullshit. We're going five fuck Ouiji
board for is bloody Mary. It's just to say it
a bunch of times. And then she shows up on

(58:04):
bloody with a with a dead baby in your hand.
But she's just in the mirror. It's like, yeah, that's scary,
but like she she's hurt me. Guess what, I can't
see it, you know, close your.

Speaker 1 (58:17):
Eyes after a British queen like eh.

Speaker 3 (58:21):
Not scary and a delicious drink. That's true, I'd be
down for. But you got a bloody Mary. Yeah, and
they go to the mirror. I'm like that that you
fucking idionom want to drink.

Speaker 1 (58:31):
I had a bloody marry this weekend. It was delightful.

Speaker 3 (58:33):
Yeah, they always are always are. Number three is a
monkey paw, so you get a wish. It's granted, I think,
but then something really bad happens because you gotta wish.
So at least like that's three, but it's not higher
up because you at least get something okay, like do
you went the Giants to it in the Super Bowl? Cool?

(58:54):
Well you're gonna die after that, Like you know what,
whatever as appens, gotta have it. I gotta have it
as a soupy. Then two is summoning circle, summoning a demon,
but you're protected by the circle, so like I can't
really get hurt, but like you're something a demon, so
there's obviously a bad, a bad thing about that. And
then demons your evil as fuck, so that's very evil.

(59:16):
And then voodoo doll that's evil as shit, Like you mean,
tell me you just poked me and hurt me from wherever?
No thanks, So I go Voodoo Doll summoning circle, monkey pop,
Bloody Mary and Wiji board one.

Speaker 1 (59:31):
All right, uh are four? Pretty? So I'm going to
Bloody Mary five just because it did give us the
cocktail cool and Wigi bird four. Yeah, it's complete bullshit,
but you know if there's three hands on the board
and two people are in agreement, they can really fuck
with the other person.

Speaker 3 (59:48):
Good point. Okay, yeah, no, you got me there.

Speaker 1 (59:52):
I am going at number three. Shit, what is it?
What was the one that you just said? At number one?

Speaker 3 (59:57):
I'm blank summoning circle and the voodoo.

Speaker 1 (01:00:00):
Doll is three? Because yes, all we know about is
what people using them for. Bad. You could jerk somebody
off with a with a voodoo doll, so that.

Speaker 3 (01:00:09):
Could be sexual assault, brother, not if it's like.

Speaker 1 (01:00:13):
You're your partner and it's like instead of wearing vibrating panties,
you just go about your day and I'm gonna I'm
gonna carry the voodoo doll. Could be consensual, could be Okay,
I gotta get the consent. Two was the uh damn,
I'm drawing a blank on it.

Speaker 3 (01:00:30):
Same one as you summoning circles.

Speaker 1 (01:00:32):
Sumbing circle. Yeah, because demons. You're not summoning anything good,
you're summoning demons bad. Historically, worst one is the monkey
pop and it's not even close because you're not even
you said you're getting something out, You're not getting what
you wanted. That's the whole nature.

Speaker 3 (01:00:48):
Of well, I thought you get what you wanted, but
then something bad happens to you because you got something
that you want.

Speaker 1 (01:00:53):
But the whole nature of the monkey pap is that
it turns you getting what you wanted into a bad thing.
It's like that. Yeah, so it's like I on a
million dollars. Okay, you get a million dollars. Instantly the
IRS comes after you for tax evation, so you actually
end up owing more than a million dollars. The monkey
pa always turns what you're asking for into something bad.

(01:01:14):
You never can get to enjoy anything of the goodness.
That's why the monkey pause the most evil out of
all of that.

Speaker 3 (01:01:20):
I feel like if I had known that, it would
have been number one in mind.

Speaker 1 (01:01:24):
And also I think there might be something with monkey
pause about like you can't get rid of it until
you convince somebody else to take it, so then like
you're just put also then putting on somebody else.

Speaker 3 (01:01:35):
Yeah. I don't want that at all.

Speaker 1 (01:01:36):
Yeah, the monkey pause the worst one.

Speaker 3 (01:01:40):
All right? Does a good good power question? This is
show me Adrian Alatto and Adrian says, if sports were alcohol,
what would the five major sports be? No repeats. I'm
a sume being by fit major five we go football, basketball, baseball, hockey,

(01:02:03):
and soccer. Right, yeah, all right.

Speaker 1 (01:02:07):
I think we can both agree Soccer is vodka because
it's the worst. And who gives a shit?

Speaker 3 (01:02:12):
Yeah you go, you run down the sports and give
me yours, and I want to quant you reasoning why.

Speaker 1 (01:02:17):
Okay, So soccer, yeah, you get vodka. It gets the
job done. If there's nothing else on, I'll watch them soccer.
I'm watching it right now. But if I have a
choice of the other ones, I'm taking the other ones
every single time. Okay, Uh four or not? Four? Basketball? Wine.

(01:02:37):
Basketball players love wine now. I don't know how twenty
years ago out of giving me a different answer, but
basketball now it's wine. They're all about the veno, taking
bass in it, drinking it, collecting it. They just love
that shit. Baseball's beer. Gotta have a cold one at
the ballpark. It's it's nature's pastime, sitting there, just a

(01:03:00):
cold beer to sip and enjoy your day and just
have a good afternoon watching some baseball. Uh. Let's see.
Football is whiskey. It's tough, it's gritty, it hits you,
but damn it makes you feel good.

Speaker 3 (01:03:16):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (01:03:17):
And hockey see this is where I'm torn between a
few different ones.

Speaker 3 (01:03:24):
Yeah, I got down to like my last two, and
I was really having to try and fight with myself
to put one into one because you could pay like beer,
could be like three of them too.

Speaker 1 (01:03:35):
I thought, Yeah, hockey, I wanted to say, was rum
because you're having a good time, it's fun. Hockey's tequila.
You're probably gonna have a fight in there somewhere, but
you're gonna be hugging your boys. Okay, all about having
a good time with the boys, but you're pretty sure
there's gonna be a fight in there somewhere along the way.

Speaker 3 (01:03:56):
All right, So just run through them real fast then.

Speaker 1 (01:03:58):
So you got vodka for soccer, you got wine for basketball,
you got beer for baseball, whiskey for football, and hockey
is tequila.

Speaker 3 (01:04:10):
All right? All right? Mine mine were significantly different than that.
I'm gonna go. Beer was the hardest one to play,
because beer, to me fit either football or baseball. But
I was torn. I put football gets beer, So football
is beer because it's the best and just crushing beers.

(01:04:34):
I got basketball whiskey. It's good, but I don't want
to consume it as much as football. Akaa beer.

Speaker 1 (01:04:44):
See we are very different men.

Speaker 3 (01:04:46):
Baseball is tequila. Really, I wanted baseball to be beer,
but I already picked beer, and I feel like tequila.
There's there's a lot of baseball, sometimes too much, and
and sometimes it just doesn't put you in a good mood.

Speaker 1 (01:05:03):
Guys.

Speaker 3 (01:05:04):
Also a lot of Latin guys can play into that too,
so that adds to it. You can enjoy tequila with
a lot of Latin guys playing baseball. But yeah, I
think tequila would go baseball. Hockey is vodka because it
is either vodka or whiskey, and I said, fuck Canada,

(01:05:25):
So I'm gonna go vodka, but I'm gonna go an
American Vika like Tito's and not a Russian vodka. And then,
last but not least, it's soccer, and I'm gonna go
Soccer is wine because it's it can be good, but
it's also like an acquired taste maybe for people, and

(01:05:46):
people are gonna think you're like really pretentious if you're
into it.

Speaker 1 (01:05:50):
See. I could have also went with soccer being socky,
because like I understand the appeal, this is not for me.

Speaker 3 (01:05:59):
Yeah, yeah, okay, yeah, I just know wine because I
feel like you looked at it as like you're trying
to be classy, and it's like, I I hate the
people who are like soccer is a classy spots. Yeah right, dude,
fucking who cares. We're watching people try and score put
them on net. Like, let's not try and make it
classy and not classy. You know.

Speaker 1 (01:06:17):
I guess that wine could also work for soccer for me,
but I guess it also doubly works for basketball for me,
and that Yeah, I'll drink it and I'll enjoy it,
but it's not really my thing.

Speaker 3 (01:06:29):
Fair fair, So yeah, I'm gonna go beer is football
or football is beer? No, Yeah, my lists are football
is beer, basketball is whiskey, baseball tequila, hockey is vodka,
and soccer's wine a little bit different than yours for sure,
a little bit different.

Speaker 1 (01:06:49):
All right's great question. I love that.

Speaker 3 (01:06:51):
I really like that. Maybe I had to text Pat.
I was like, hey, there's a question. You should probably
think of it because it'll be really hard to do
in the fly, I bet, And I was just glad
because that would have been really alread do in the fly.
That was hard to do, even kind of prepping for
it all right, last, but not least, we got Carlos,
And Carlos says, do fish get itchy? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (01:07:16):
Right, I don't know. I don't do the scales have.

Speaker 3 (01:07:23):
They gotta get itchy.

Speaker 1 (01:07:25):
They're in water, they're clean all the time.

Speaker 3 (01:07:28):
When you're like the itchiest, it's when you're got like
scaley skin. If you get like after your sunburn's going
away and your your skin's peeling, it's all scally like.
I don't know, I feel like I feel like i'd
be itchy as shit if I was scaley.

Speaker 1 (01:07:41):
Yeah, but they're clean. They're in water. Like maybe if
you're like Galveston or the water is off of like
China or India where it's really polluted, maybe those fish
get itchy. But I think for the most part, man,
they're just they're swimming through. They're constantly cleaning themselves. They're
moving through water.

Speaker 3 (01:07:58):
Yeah. But if you go through like some some coral
or algae and it rushes up against you, not like
a little like, oh, oh itchy.

Speaker 1 (01:08:04):
Itchy, you know what they've gotta be Because I have
seen videos of like seals and stuff rolling over and
getting their belly scratched. Dolphins like that too, and that's
not necessarily itchy. But like, if they enjoy a scratch,
that means they probably understand the need.

Speaker 3 (01:08:18):
For a sensation of an inch.

Speaker 1 (01:08:21):
Yeah, so yeah, I guess they do get it.

Speaker 3 (01:08:23):
Yeah, fish after in itchy.

Speaker 1 (01:08:26):

Speaker 3 (01:08:27):
Oh yeah, definitely. Yeah. If you got a fish with
a with a worm problem, that thing's itchy as fuck.

Speaker 1 (01:08:33):
And they can't scratch it. They got nothing to rub up? Ye, No,
what are they rubbing up against the ground?

Speaker 3 (01:08:37):
Mm hmmm, not gonna work it? Maybe a rock coral
tough mm hm. Yeah, So I would say fish do
get itchy. That's a good question. They get outside the
box there. All right, let's wrap it up. Let's do
