Salutations my friend, Salutations to you as well.

Speaker 2 (00:51):
I'm gonna be quite fancy from now on.

Speaker 1 (00:53):
I like that, and it's cool.

Speaker 2 (00:54):
I'm gonna change my life be real fancy.

Speaker 1 (00:56):
Pants or it suits. Now that's you.

Speaker 2 (00:58):
No, no, just to pants. Okay, fancy pants.

Speaker 4 (01:01):
Like suit pants, or like khaki like nice kakis maybe
depending whatever you see being nice kakis could be parachute
pants in the right.

Speaker 1 (01:10):
Khaki parachute pants, hot dude.

Speaker 2 (01:17):
So they look like they're dress pants, but they're still jeans.

Speaker 1 (01:19):
I like that a lot.

Speaker 2 (01:21):
I should that's what I should do instead of just
every drying buying dress pants again. I should just get
black jeans.

Speaker 1 (01:27):
You could do that. You should do that.

Speaker 2 (01:31):
Maybe I'll go buy Walmart after this. Yeah, I didn't
see any black jeans out last time I was there, though.
Oh we'll find out.

Speaker 1 (01:39):
I got I got a jeans place that you could,
like use.

Speaker 2 (01:44):
Just a jeans store, like it's good.

Speaker 4 (01:47):
But they don't advertise on the podcast. Yeah, you advertise
on the podcast.

Speaker 1 (01:50):
You get to do that.

Speaker 2 (01:51):
Online, like that like a shirt. You're like, yeah, I
can guess how big of his pants, pants fit wrong.

Speaker 1 (01:56):
But you can get they see you. You're a tailor guy, exactly.

Speaker 4 (02:00):
I'm not going a tailor guy, especially being a bigger
guy like you can make sure everything fits perfect.

Speaker 2 (02:04):
Really don't need to be a tailor.

Speaker 1 (02:05):
Everything will fit perfect.

Speaker 2 (02:07):
I just buy the same pants from Walmart.

Speaker 4 (02:09):
Yeah, I guess you got a system. Dude, you got
a system. I'm not knocking your system.

Speaker 1 (02:14):
It's obviously working for dude. You're stylish as fuck. You
got what is this? Fableticx bleep that out.

Speaker 4 (02:21):
Wheezy reality to get wheezy Wheezy apologies for her not
bleeping at anything last week.

Speaker 1 (02:26):
She leaved out absolutely nothing. She doesn't really have thumbs it.

Speaker 4 (02:31):
She's struggling with a lot of stuff, but we're working on.

Speaker 1 (02:35):
Her production work.

Speaker 2 (02:35):
Yeah, right now. I put her production level at let's say,
boxer okay, which is low. She's got room to improve,
not exactly, but but they're just happy to be there,
right and willing to help. And that's where she's at
right now.

Speaker 1 (02:50):
Very willing to help, and that's important.

Speaker 2 (02:52):
It's only up from here.

Speaker 4 (02:52):
We need that, we need that in them. Well, yeah,
happy gravy to everybody. It's episode six seventy four, and
fourth of July came and went, and just like that,
America is two hundred and fifty years old.

Speaker 2 (03:05):
Old as fuck boy.

Speaker 1 (03:06):
We can celebrate two fifty all year though.

Speaker 2 (03:08):
Right, Yeah, that's what I was planning. I'm doing centennials
for the whole year.

Speaker 1 (03:13):
And so on the two hundred and fiftieth year of
our Lord. And by our Lord I mean America, I
mean Lady Liberty. Lady Liberty, absolutely get it.

Speaker 4 (03:23):
And on the two hundred and fiftieth year of Our Lord,
I noticed that there's a thing called flock cameras that
the Internet was mad about.

Speaker 2 (03:31):
Yeah, who the fuck voted and this shit?

Speaker 1 (03:33):
I didn't know what they were. I was like, oh,
people are a bird watching.

Speaker 2 (03:36):
It's fucking government spying, is what it.

Speaker 4 (03:38):
Is, right, I thought it was not not bird watchers, No,
not at all. Flock That's what I thought, Like, there
are flock cameras are like what you don't like birds?
I was like, are you just tracking like the migration
patterns of the fucking golden goose or whatever the.

Speaker 1 (03:52):
Fuck it is that flies. I don't know.

Speaker 2 (03:53):
I know the government thinks it's God and the thinks
of us as it's flock. We are the flock, Yeah
we are not.

Speaker 1 (04:01):
So they're just these cameras that they post up. I've
seen them.

Speaker 4 (04:03):
I didn't realize what they were until I looked them up.
But they're those like solar powered things. They're just like
up in the middle of parking lots and stuff, and
I guess they grab all the data.

Speaker 1 (04:15):
On you when you go by. Wait a minute, they
get like your license plate on roads.

Speaker 2 (04:20):
Now that you say parking lot, I.

Speaker 1 (04:22):
Think there's one, like any empty parking lot.

Speaker 2 (04:24):
I think I think there's one in my apartment complex.

Speaker 4 (04:26):
But like, I can see why that would make sense,
but also I could see why people have problems with
it where it's like if you're not doing anything, why
should you be worried? But also like you're getting a
lot of information on the make and model of my
car and if I have a Bluetooth connection and all
this other stuff that you can see, and I don't
know if I can.

Speaker 2 (04:42):
Send to that.

Speaker 4 (04:42):
I do get where like bars and restaurants have them,
But that's also because that like, all right, there was
a robbery every body again and like okay.

Speaker 2 (04:50):
Private proper property, cool, public property? Well, actually no, I
guess that's backwards. Public does not have the right, dam
public doesn't, right, we never but yeah, no, fuck that.
Stop adding more government cameras. Like we've been making fun
of England for eight years for this, and the English
finally started just like spread pay spreading uh spray, painting

(05:13):
them and cutting them down. I am happy to say
that the first news I saw about flop cameras was
people cutting them down. So it's like, good, we're doing
it right away, there you go. But yeah, I don't
know what.

Speaker 1 (05:23):
People people are really mad about them online.

Speaker 2 (05:26):
I'm mad now that I know they are. I personally
am going to do nothing.

Speaker 4 (05:29):
That's kind of where I got too on it, where
I was like this you know what, it's kind of
fucked up. Like also, this is nice that like if
somebody were like cause any damage or something like, you
could probably find them from this or oh no, if
there's a missing child or something that you could do that.

Speaker 1 (05:43):
But then yeah, like but like.

Speaker 2 (05:45):
We're not getting access to any of that camera photos
or information.

Speaker 1 (05:48):
And then people can hack it and then you can
go to.

Speaker 2 (05:50):
The government due there's no way they would actually turn
it over to.

Speaker 4 (05:53):
Us or people that like, yeah, and then you sell
your information like, oh, you want to know what Alex drives?

Speaker 1 (05:57):
He drives this? Oh hear most time this day.

Speaker 2 (06:00):
I was carjacked right here. Well, we don't have any cameras.
There's a camera right there that's just for the government.

Speaker 1 (06:05):
We just don't know how many times you drive by
it and six kids.

Speaker 2 (06:08):
Yeah, I I seriously, I don't know who the fuck
would have voted them in that.

Speaker 1 (06:12):
I don't think.

Speaker 4 (06:13):
I don't know if they were voted in any I've
just been like, hey, here's this thing.

Speaker 2 (06:16):
Oh there's more cameras that were putting up to spot
we got this new thing. Yeah, I think we need
to vote them out now.

Speaker 4 (06:21):
Like red light cameras. I don't think we ever voted
them in. I think people would just say, hey.

Speaker 2 (06:25):
I don't think they were like activated though, because they
like made them all and put them in and then
the courts were like, wait, that's not legal. Well it
was at least for.

Speaker 1 (06:33):
A while, and then they they outlawed it or whatever
those way.

Speaker 2 (06:38):
By the time it had all been handled, I wasn't
even driving yet, so I wasn't too invested in.

Speaker 1 (06:43):
I got a red light ticket in college station one time.

Speaker 2 (06:45):
I don't get my LICENSELL is nineteen.

Speaker 1 (06:47):
Okay, that's different.

Speaker 2 (06:48):
Yeah, I wasn't doing a lot of driving.

Speaker 1 (06:51):
Yeah, you as you shouldn't.

Speaker 2 (06:53):
I was doing a lot of drinking.

Speaker 1 (06:55):
So that's why it's smart. It's smart. What else should
I have? Do you think grass and hay tastes different
for cows and horses?

Speaker 2 (07:06):
For sure? They have to like I'd say the grass
closer to jerky because it's got some moisture in it. Right, Hey,
is just like uh like eating ramen. Yeah you can
do it, but it's better if you put a little
flavor in there. You have to pill like like I'm
talking about uncooked ramen. Oh yeah, yeah, oh yeah, or
maybe you know what it is hey is probably more

(07:27):
like chips. It's got a little crunch to.

Speaker 1 (07:29):
It, but it's gotta be like what's something that we
eat all Yeah, chips. Chips is a good example.

Speaker 2 (07:35):
Like it's just for pips, but they're in straw form,
so like that, grass is more of a fuck. I
really don't know what to make grass in the scenario
like a salad.

Speaker 1 (07:47):
Is that like them eating salad? Yeah, but salad to us.
I don't think so'll taste that good unless you put
cool stuff on it.

Speaker 2 (07:53):
But they don't know any better. Like I can see
you if I dumped ranch dressing on the ground on
top of grass, cows would eat shit out of it.
But in lou So they don't. They don't have thumbs,
they don't have means of production. They can't make anything
to flavor it. So other than shit, I don't know
if cow's eat their own poop.

Speaker 1 (08:08):
I know, doctor, I don't think so, and I hope
most dogs do.

Speaker 4 (08:12):
I think some dogs do, but I don't think it's
like a quality that you want your dog doing, you know.

Speaker 2 (08:16):
Someday I do hope to be able to, like you
know how kowski I want to light a cow patty
on fire.

Speaker 1 (08:22):
Oh really, Yeah, I.

Speaker 2 (08:24):
Think it's like like if it's a fresh one steam cut,
I think you can light those on fire, just because
the amount of methan.

Speaker 1 (08:30):
Yeah, like a cow fart too, that'd be saying, well.

Speaker 2 (08:33):
I don't want to light the fart because I don't
want to go inside and kill the cow and cook it, unless.

Speaker 1 (08:37):
I think, yeah, maybe be far enough away. Probably not.

Speaker 2 (08:42):
Can you reverse here from the inside.

Speaker 4 (08:45):
We have to ask a Gordon Ramsay. Yeah, I don't
know what he's up to. I don't think he's listening
to us right now, though he's probably busy.

Speaker 2 (08:53):
He's probably not big into cooking things with cow farts.

Speaker 1 (08:56):
Yeah, it's probably frowned upon.

Speaker 4 (08:57):
I would assume most like public health inspectors and stuff
are like, no, the hell the cow fart steaks, We're
gonna pass on those.

Speaker 2 (09:05):
Maybe grass is more like oatmeal for them. It's just
like it's what they eat.

Speaker 4 (09:09):
It's good, it's every day, because I think that, like
I thought the same thing with dog food because initially
always like all animals just have to have different taste
buds than us, because like you, yeah, i'd go crazy,
like I get it. They don't have another option.

Speaker 2 (09:21):
I never thought about that, but.

Speaker 4 (09:22):
Like dogs are always on like, yo, what you got, dude?
Like that your mouth's dope?

Speaker 2 (09:27):
You have? It's like to us, is not what chicken
tastes like the dogs.

Speaker 1 (09:29):
It just tastes way better, but or just different.

Speaker 2 (09:32):
Maybe to them, chicken tastes like I don't know, salt
and vinegar chips. No.

Speaker 4 (09:37):
I also think that dogs have more similar taste buds
to us than probably that cows are like bigger animals
like that.

Speaker 2 (09:43):
Right, just because we shared food sources for thousands of years.

Speaker 4 (09:45):
Now, because dogs are on your ass when you're like, yo,
I'm eating, I've got a sandwich, They're like, hey, can
I have some?

Speaker 1 (09:51):
Can I have some sandwich? Can I just have a
piece of sandwich? Can I have a piece of sandwich?

Speaker 2 (09:53):
Area?

Speaker 1 (09:53):
Drop anything? Can I have some?

Speaker 4 (09:55):
They just want food or do you think they know that?
Like this is delicious? What they are eating is delis But.

Speaker 2 (10:01):
You see your dog differentiate between foods you give it, well,
only get's like lettuce.

Speaker 1 (10:06):
She gets a strict diet of Yeah, she gets lettuce
on the best.

Speaker 2 (10:08):
Dogs are not fucking they're not meant to eat that ship. Yeah,
their carnivores.

Speaker 4 (10:12):
And when she does eat the lettuce. She does eat
it just because it's like a snack.

Speaker 2 (10:16):
The only time is regulate their stomach to like help
them poop or throw up or throw They're like, yeah,
it's fucking lettuce. That's rabbit food. I'm a dog. I
need meat, not Yeah, we got here.

Speaker 1 (10:30):
It's gotta taste different, though, Like I don't.

Speaker 4 (10:31):
I think when a cow or a horse eat and
hay and grass, like I mean, we've all tasted grass,
it's like taste it doesn't.

Speaker 1 (10:39):
It doesn't taste the same to them as it does.

Speaker 2 (10:40):
That's another one. It's difference between chowdmne and lowmane. Chowmane's
got the cruntry noodles.

Speaker 1 (10:48):
Boom and they thought about that, but that actually makes
perfect sense.

Speaker 2 (10:51):
Yeah, see, I can relate anything back.

Speaker 1 (10:54):
You go there, you go. I like that. You need
to start relating everything to Chinese food. Don't do that.

Speaker 2 (10:59):
At the restaurant and someone's like, how's this, says, I'm like, well,
have you ever had a kungbow chicken?

Speaker 1 (11:02):
It's like a Chinese horse, nothing like the.

Speaker 2 (11:04):
Kung pow chicken, but it is spicy. Do you guys
have kungbow chicken? No? Making a very bad analogy.

Speaker 1 (11:13):
Absolutely, not not even close.

Speaker 2 (11:16):
Trust me. If we did, I'd be fatter.

Speaker 4 (11:18):
Not even close to anything like the kungcot chicken. But
if you'd like something, I can recommend you something different.
It also has chicken or the word ca, the letter can.

Speaker 2 (11:27):
It's similar to fried rie or it was a child
mane with chicken, except it's chicken Alfredo.

Speaker 4 (11:34):
Actually, everything sauce, noodle, everything that you serve at a
restaurant is probably you could say, based off of a
random Chinese dish because like it's different sauces.

Speaker 1 (11:45):
It has rice in it.

Speaker 4 (11:47):
They're like, what do you mean, Well, a lot of
kunguecat chicken comes with rice, So what's.

Speaker 2 (11:54):
The Mexican rice? Like, have you ever had fried rice?

Speaker 4 (11:56):
It's like that but Mexican, same thing but different. It's
like the Mexican version of fried For this, I would.

Speaker 2 (12:02):
Say, yeah, just without a egg.

Speaker 1 (12:07):
Why don't them why don't it Mexico fry run everybody
eggs put eggs into right, probably like more resource same
Mexican people don't have chickens with I don't know, I
don't know. I was like Mexican.

Speaker 4 (12:22):
Mexican people have like bigger families. But then also Chinese
people have very big families. Everybody kind of has big
families when you think about it, Irish so walking on
my takes back.

Speaker 2 (12:31):
It's really just until recently, everybody had big families, until
like it was the industry spread and we were like, well,
we don't need you to work.

Speaker 4 (12:38):
Well, and then like it got too expensive to live
and we were like, I can't pro create as much.

Speaker 1 (12:42):
But except for me, who's like I'll just be poor
and have two kids.

Speaker 2 (12:45):
I mean, we probably have more kids if we could
still let kids work child labor laws.

Speaker 4 (12:49):
Really, when we had barmed, I'd like, get hey, girls,
get out on the farm.

Speaker 1 (12:53):
What you two now? Pick up a rake?

Speaker 2 (12:55):
Al. I had six daughters, so I could sell four
of them.

Speaker 1 (12:58):
We're planting corn tomorrow, right, get up bright and early.

Speaker 2 (13:01):
Are you milking enough cow? Thank god we're still not
doing that. Like I've I think I'm actually built for
farm life.

Speaker 1 (13:09):
You are not.

Speaker 2 (13:09):
But I do not have the temperament for farm life.

Speaker 1 (13:12):
You're not built for farm life at all body wise.

Speaker 2 (13:14):
Yeah, I would have been a great farm worker growing
up on a farm, but I like to drink and
not exercise, and I have the most laid back temperament
of anyone I know.

Speaker 1 (13:24):
It turns out a lot of farm working is not
drinking and exercise.

Speaker 2 (13:27):
Well, if I had grown up with it. Actually, I
think it's a lot of drinking, a fair amount of drinking.
You put in a hard day work at the farm,
You've earned.

Speaker 1 (13:34):
Those drinks afterwards, and then you go to also.

Speaker 2 (13:36):
Kind of go to bed at like eight pm and
wake up at three, going to.

Speaker 1 (13:40):
Bed to three a waking up at eight What tiny
roosters wake up at three.

Speaker 2 (13:44):
Times the sun? You tell me what time the sun
comes up? Motherfucker? That work?

Speaker 4 (13:48):
By then I get, I go, I don't have a
I don't have a window in my studio at work.

Speaker 1 (13:53):
You've seen it. Both studios I work and do not
have windows.

Speaker 2 (13:55):
I should have said it this way. Genetically, I'm built
for farm work. In every other aspect of me, I
am not. Okay, evolution built me for for farm work.
And then modern modernity, modernity, yeah, turn me into a
three pound of chewed bubblegum, one white guy doing a podcast.

(14:20):
I'm not big on the farm work.

Speaker 1 (14:22):
Yeah, that's fair, that's fair, that's fair. Okay.

Speaker 2 (14:28):
I had yeah, was oh you had a question.

Speaker 1 (14:33):
Wait, wait, let me do it.

Speaker 2 (14:34):
Let me know you don't want me to read your.

Speaker 1 (14:36):
We have a different setup now, and so like I
used to just look at my computer, and now I'm
having to like scroll on my phone and make sure
I know what I'm doing everywhere.

Speaker 4 (14:43):
I apologize, but we're working out some kinks. Okay, I
think I think we're figuring things out. All right, it's
getting better.

Speaker 1 (14:51):
The World Cup's going on, and everybody's talking about how
US is bad at soccer now, and like then we
have to argue and cope. So I'm saying, when we
have hockey, so fuck you, and then.

Speaker 2 (15:02):
We've legitimately got four better sports.

Speaker 1 (15:04):
It's basically like, what is the US better than everybody at?

Speaker 4 (15:07):
And I was running through like we're pretty much better
than everybody at like all the sports that matter.

Speaker 1 (15:10):
Besides like cricket, and cricket doesn't matter, and soccer.

Speaker 2 (15:13):
There's two places in the world that like cricket.

Speaker 4 (15:15):
And yeah, and like highlight, you can have highlight. I
don't care high We might be decent at highlight, we
should be good. At handball, we're not. But then I
just got the thing. If every sport in the world
had to use the same exact ball, but they all
had to like agree on which sports ball to use.
Which one would they pick? Because I feel like it's
got to be soccer ball.

Speaker 2 (15:37):
I don't go to say basketball.

Speaker 1 (15:39):
Soccer ball is more like.

Speaker 2 (15:42):
But it is grippier for football.

Speaker 1 (15:44):
You can do I think you can.

Speaker 2 (15:45):
It's more.

Speaker 4 (15:45):
I know basketball is bouncyier, but like I feel like
about basketball was like heavier than a soccer ball, like
you can do more with it, so you could like
do volleyball with a soccer ball. You could throw the
football like you could you could still like kick off
with a soccer ball in football, and then you could
also throw it to a receiver or hand it off.

Speaker 2 (16:03):
I just wanted to have fifty yard ball. I'll tell
you what the wing team formation would.

Speaker 1 (16:07):
Still be around wing t would be a hell of
a thing.

Speaker 2 (16:09):
Wouldn't be a lot of passing more than fifteen yards downfield.

Speaker 4 (16:12):
Because I was trying to think, like soccer ball seems
the most universal of all of the sports balls.

Speaker 1 (16:16):
But then I did a power ranking, just because you know,
I got into this end of this.

Speaker 4 (16:20):
So if I was looking at the top five, I
would go soccer ball, then tennis ball, because then you
could use hockey, you could also use baseball. It would
just be like dingers on Dingers and like poor guy hockey,
like like driveway hockey.

Speaker 1 (16:35):
But baseball. I have soccer ball, tennis ball, softball.

Speaker 4 (16:39):
Third, because I think if you're only agreeing that everybody
plays with one ball, baseball is going to have to
go softball in that want.

Speaker 2 (16:45):
To softball too hard? No other sport's gonna go with it.
You think soccer players are going to kick a softball.

Speaker 1 (16:50):
I think it's easier to kick a soccer ball. That
would be a baseball.

Speaker 2 (16:52):
You know what it could be? Could be The answer
could be a dodgeball because you could still hit that
pretty well baseball.

Speaker 1 (16:59):
I was thinking, like with professor sports and like what
they use.

Speaker 2 (17:01):
You know the big whole movie about dodgeball.

Speaker 1 (17:03):
Dude, Yeah, I don't think it's real. There's a real
dodgeball leagues. Okay, racquetball.

Speaker 4 (17:09):
But if you're doing basketball, like you're not getting enough.
Like when you throw a dodgeball, you got to really
put something on there, and you can't wait two hand
shot that in basketball, So it's gonna make it difficult
a smaller room. True, but imagine I'm just thinking playing
the same sport the exact same way, but you have
to have it like whatever, this universe of ball is.

Speaker 2 (17:27):
A dodgeball that could throw down even nasty or dunks.

Speaker 1 (17:31):
Yeah, but you'd also just.

Speaker 2 (17:33):
Dodgeball could work in bowling.

Speaker 4 (17:34):
Shooting would be tough. Dodgeball would be like dodge was
not knocking any pins over.

Speaker 2 (17:38):
You just make the pens a little light.

Speaker 1 (17:39):
No, you don't change anything about the sport.

Speaker 2 (17:41):
You have to regardless.

Speaker 1 (17:43):
No, you just gotta be better. That's why I think
dodgeball is a bad pick.

Speaker 4 (17:46):
I would go soccer ball, tennis ball, softball, basketball, then volleyball.
I think volleyball maybe even over basketball because volleyball, like
soccer ball, you can bounce a little bit better.

Speaker 2 (17:57):
I mean, I know there are professional volleyball leagues, and
I know it's in a a big sport, but like
they don't get to say this.

Speaker 1 (18:02):
I was thinking cricket, and I also include Softball's going.

Speaker 2 (18:04):
To say now, the more I think about it, it
might be a baseball because you can kick a baseball.

Speaker 4 (18:09):
I think softball goes over it because everybody it's easier
to like basketball, would want a softball over a baseball
soccer would want a softball over a base football.

Speaker 2 (18:17):
When we're gonna let women win, it.

Speaker 1 (18:19):
Doesn't have to be women. I'm saying every sport would
have to play.

Speaker 2 (18:23):
It, and softball barely has.

Speaker 1 (18:25):
But you're throwing, you're playing football, and you're you're running
a steam route. You're just chucking baseball or you would
you rather check a softball.

Speaker 2 (18:33):
Football with a baseball though you could legitimately throw that
thing one hundred yards. Yeah, but it would turn it
into the arena football league. It would be so much fun.

Speaker 1 (18:41):
It's gonna be harder to break up.

Speaker 2 (18:42):
I imagine, dude, a play action like an option route. Yeah,
be impossible to tell who you're supposed to hit. Quarterbacks
would get murdered.

Speaker 4 (18:50):
Yeah, but softball would be the one you get to
go with because it's a better grip on a on
a football throw like that. Basketball would have to go
softball because softball is bigger than a baseball. Soccer bigger
in a baseball. I think baseball is too small. I
was looking at cricket ball or whatever.

Speaker 2 (19:02):
Soccer would be more geared towards going so the baseball
instead of the softball though, because the softble is bigger,
and it's going to hurt more to kick.

Speaker 1 (19:08):
No, you just get strong. Your foot would just adapt you.

Speaker 2 (19:11):
You would need to still the baseball be if soccer
would want to use the baseball.

Speaker 1 (19:16):
Goalies would want to do that because they would have
to keep the same.

Speaker 2 (19:19):
They always are gonna have to get new cleats or
else they're breaking their foot on every kick.

Speaker 1 (19:22):
Collies would be doing a lot of people would be
doing that. The would just have steeled.

Speaker 2 (19:24):
Toad choosing ridiculous question. I love it.

Speaker 1 (19:27):
I think soccer, though, is the coketball.

Speaker 2 (19:30):
Because anything that requires kicking. You really can't kick a
baseball or a softball.

Speaker 1 (19:35):
No, listen, you could.

Speaker 2 (19:37):
The soccer ball you can throw.

Speaker 1 (19:38):
I see.

Speaker 2 (19:39):
The way I thought about every ball was how does
it fit to the rest of the American sports? Because
I don't care about the other ones. The soccer ball
actually does go best across all.

Speaker 1 (19:47):
Soccer ball does.

Speaker 2 (19:50):
So soccer ball is the answers lacrosse with the fucking
soccer ball size. How big those nets would be.

Speaker 1 (19:56):
I was thinking the crossball would go over baseball too.

Speaker 2 (19:59):
I think lacrosse at that when they get rid of
the sticks and they just combined la crosse in rugby,
like it's rugby, but there's a net to throw it into. Yeah,
is that just handball? That's just hand I.

Speaker 1 (20:10):
Don't really know what handball is one hundred percent, but.

Speaker 2 (20:13):
It's like handball on a field instead of on a court.

Speaker 1 (20:16):
Field handball, field, hand hockey. Yeah, that works that.

Speaker 2 (20:22):
I would actually watch the shoot out of that sport.
That sounds fun.

Speaker 1 (20:25):
I would check it out for a second.

Speaker 2 (20:27):
Wait, I think we just described football without pads nobody,
which is why it's called it's cool. I would check
that out for how long do the Olympics last?

Speaker 1 (20:37):
I would do the ESPN eight oh day.

Speaker 2 (20:38):
I'd watch it like I would like that was on
all the time. I would have it on my third TV.

Speaker 4 (20:43):
I watched Slippery Stairs whenever that's on it on the
eight eight eight day or whatever it is eight eight
day the ojo.

Speaker 2 (20:49):
I forgot about slippery Stairs. I don't know who invented
that sport, but they're fucking genie. I feel you got
that from the Japanese.

Speaker 1 (20:57):
Would you have for the picking segment.

Speaker 2 (21:00):
Where the fuck? I think I wrote it down in
the wrong thing.

Speaker 1 (21:03):
Oops? Maybe not? Oh no, it's just I'd buy our
phones now.

Speaker 2 (21:08):
No, I've just been absolutely distraw. We're just bad at soccer.

Speaker 1 (21:12):
We'll get to that.

Speaker 2 (21:14):
It's all I've been able to think about.

Speaker 1 (21:15):
I think, just keep moving then let's get to that.
We're gonna move on to the comeback.

Speaker 4 (21:20):
Kids say, we tell you what's back in the news
according to us this week, And obviously the first thing
that's back this week is class because I think it's
actually very classy of the United States to realize.

Speaker 1 (21:33):
That we already took hockey. We like, that was this
point we weren't the.

Speaker 4 (21:38):
Greatest in the world at and then we were like, hey, bitches,
guess what we're here now, Jack Hughes and co.

Speaker 1 (21:43):
We're fucking shit up, all right.

Speaker 4 (21:46):
It would have been very rude and greedy, a little
greedy to go into the World Cup in our own
home and then be like, what's.

Speaker 1 (21:54):
Up, bitches, we're also the best soccer now.

Speaker 4 (21:57):
Like, like, I think it was real class move by
the United States to be like, you know what, you
guys can have this one.

Speaker 1 (22:04):
That's fine.

Speaker 4 (22:05):
Hey, hey, we don't even care. We don't even really care.
We know fifty five days of football now.

Speaker 2 (22:09):
See. That's the thing is like they had the rest
of worlds had twenty four hours to give us shit.
I'm already back to not caring, like.

Speaker 1 (22:17):
You know, you know, you can be mean about it,
but we I'm not fucking cad.

Speaker 2 (22:21):
I'm back to just like, oh, yeah, it's soccer.

Speaker 1 (22:24):
Would I like to be the best at it? Absolutely?

Speaker 2 (22:27):
I have football, college football, I've got baseball or those
are coming up. I've got baseball, I've got what basketball offseason,
hockey off season, which then those will be rolling around
before you think about it. Yeah, that's five sports better.
And I didn't even talk about.

Speaker 4 (22:45):
College basketall Sommer Olympics coming up, Oh yeah, big older, yeah,
all the other.

Speaker 2 (22:51):
Countries trying to give us shit. It just goes back to,
oh yeah, I don't care about this. Also, it's impossible
for us to be good the way our youth setup
is compared to theirs. They do it smart and we
do it more on well.

Speaker 1 (23:01):
And also that our best athletes don't play soccer.

Speaker 2 (23:03):
But yeah, also, I just say four or five different.

Speaker 1 (23:06):
Sports, okay, sorry, we have better sports than you.

Speaker 2 (23:09):
And then we also have other sports like lacrosse and
shit that are niche, but.

Speaker 1 (23:12):
They all just still get them out the niche athletes.

Speaker 2 (23:15):
It's like, if you're really tall, if you're like six two,
then you don't play soccer in America.

Speaker 1 (23:20):
If you're playing soccer for the US, then you probably
go do that.

Speaker 2 (23:25):
I mean that's.

Speaker 1 (23:26):
Pretty much how it works basically. Or if like you were.

Speaker 4 (23:30):
Somehow, if your mom could not get on a plane
to go to England because she was too pregnant, like
and you would have played soccer anyways because your parents
are English, then you probably would have been fine.

Speaker 1 (23:40):
Like you would have still played anyways.

Speaker 2 (23:43):
Also, fuck you Belgium given us all that ship and
then when you got out there and here was that
much better than us? Yeh, what the fuck was that?

Speaker 1 (23:49):
It was deserved? I it was what it was.

Speaker 2 (23:53):
Correct call in the first place.

Speaker 1 (23:54):
I agree.

Speaker 4 (23:55):
It was one of those things though, where like if
they had done the same thing, we would have lost
our minds.

Speaker 1 (23:59):
We'd done same shit.

Speaker 4 (24:00):
Oh, I would have been so and then we were
talked a lot of shit when our team beat them decisively.
So I get it. Also, I don't care, dude. You're Belgium, dude,
and at the end of the day, a year's still Belgian,
like not American, and we're the best.

Speaker 2 (24:15):
I don't have to care about soccer for four more years.

Speaker 1 (24:18):
No, we care about west Ham. We care about west Ham.

Speaker 2 (24:21):
Hello, that's true.

Speaker 1 (24:23):
This is a big year.

Speaker 2 (24:23):
That's right. I set up on a bet on all
the games this year because they're down a league and
they're gonna kill everyone.

Speaker 4 (24:27):
See, this is a huge year for west Ham. We're
trying to win the championship.

Speaker 2 (24:30):
I don't have to care about American soccer for four years.

Speaker 1 (24:33):
Well, west Ham from the occasional west Ham is American Soccer.

Speaker 2 (24:36):
Game was the next you know what, Hey, when do
we play matches?

Speaker 4 (24:39):
Go?

Speaker 2 (24:40):
I don't care about soccer till.

Speaker 4 (24:41):
We play Mexico again next summer. Women's World Cup next summer.

Speaker 1 (24:44):
Huh.

Speaker 2 (24:45):
I actually said this at work, what we should do
because baseball's getting locked out next years?

Speaker 1 (24:49):
Oh yeah, happening. We were trying to tell guys that
that we watched the.

Speaker 2 (24:53):
Have weekly US versus Mexico soccer matches. Just go back
and forth between the two.

Speaker 1 (24:56):
It's like every couple, I think every one in.

Speaker 2 (24:58):
Houston one and a one in like Ohio, one in
another Mexican city, and we just keep bouncing back and
forth every week. Just have the US versus Mexico summer
of Soccer.

Speaker 1 (25:09):
I don't hate that, dude.

Speaker 2 (25:10):
It would like you keep moving around so everyone has
a chance to see the games. It's not like the
tickets wouldn't be absurd because it's not like, oh, you're
not gonna get to see them, They're gonna be all
around the country. Get you'll have a chance to see
it in Mexico if you're making a trip down there,
it would be fucking massive. I don't know how that
works with leagues.

Speaker 4 (25:28):
Yeah, I think I was gonna say that might be
a problem if like your league is, I don't really
want you to play fifteen games that anybody else is also.

Speaker 2 (25:35):
Playing junior teams.

Speaker 1 (25:37):
Then I watched it.

Speaker 4 (25:40):
No, we went in because of the Olympics. We don't
watch the Olympics when like the men are like it's
eighteen and under, big tournament.

Speaker 2 (25:46):
But if it's on, I'll watch it. I just need
we're gonna need more sports because there's gonna be no baseball.
We're yeah, they're legitimately might be a week at a
time where there's not a game worth watching of any sport.
What other sports are going on right now? College baseball ended?
College baseball is gonna have a next year. Oh my god,

(26:11):
we're gonna watch so much women's basketball year.

Speaker 1 (26:13):
The comments will be back.

Speaker 2 (26:14):
I'm just dude, we're gonna bet so many unders.

Speaker 4 (26:16):
Our girls are gonna be here, like we talk, we
go to a college game.

Speaker 1 (26:21):
I was looking at some season, I.

Speaker 2 (26:23):
Mean, if we got some what was it, like?

Speaker 1 (26:25):
How many gets games they're not available yet?

Speaker 2 (26:27):
How many home games? How many games do they play
in the w NBA forty two something like that. You
don't play like half a season of the NBA. Yeah,
at least something games or season tickets like six hundred
bucks that threty bucks a game.

Speaker 1 (26:44):
A little more than that was like the quote that
I got when I reached out. I'm on a mailing
list for good tickets.

Speaker 4 (26:52):
Everything you know of my ticket. Elite teams all right,
like the rough Necks.

Speaker 2 (26:58):
But if we get upper deck one hundred and fifty
bucks and we're like the only two dudes up in
the in the upper deck every game?

Speaker 1 (27:04):
Oh no, these were upper deck seats, dude.

Speaker 2 (27:06):
You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 1 (27:06):
See tickets like.

Speaker 2 (27:08):
Eight eight bucks game? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (27:09):
I know we could. Also it'd be funny to have
like real tickets if we had the but what.

Speaker 2 (27:13):
If we had the farthest away season tickets? Like how
how far back can you give me season tickets for you?

Speaker 4 (27:20):
Just my acheamer just buy the games you'd go to
at that point, because then you're not gonna be able
to flip them ourselves.

Speaker 2 (27:25):
Because if it guarantees money for every single game, like
one hundred bucks of the year, there you go five
bucks a ticket.

Speaker 4 (27:29):
Because my whole thing is if I buy season tickets
to the Commets, I can take my girls obviously because
girl dad.

Speaker 1 (27:35):
And then you can't ever say I'm not a support
of women.

Speaker 4 (27:39):
And if anybody ever says like I'm like, I have
season tickets to a WNBA team, what have you done?

Speaker 1 (27:45):
I get to play that card.

Speaker 4 (27:46):
And I'm really selfishly that's the only reason I'm probably
doing it.

Speaker 2 (27:51):
Realistically though, like that like what like what I flex
that tickets are the comments and say, it is twenty
one games? How many games are you making it till
as many as I can realistically, even during the summer
when there's no I mean, you make it too well.

Speaker 4 (28:05):
I gotta sell the Wings tickets because you know when
when Paige and Ozzie fucking Fudd come in town. We
gotta sell those. Those are the big games. So we're
gonna try and sell out two games. Caitlyn Clark over under.
I sell the Kaitlynd two.

Speaker 2 (28:19):
Point five games. You make it too with if you
own the season tickets.

Speaker 1 (28:22):
I sell the Caitlin Clark games. Do I make half
the money back?

Speaker 2 (28:28):
We might make all of it back, depending on where,
depending on where the tickets are, how close there. That's
why the closer you get to the court, you're more
likely to make your money back, because if you're if
you buy far away like I am, someone's gonna be like,
I can still get a ticket.

Speaker 1 (28:41):
That's the investment.

Speaker 4 (28:44):
But really the flex though again, I get to talk
ship to anybody who's trying to be like, all right,
I'm a famous Like really, do you did you buy
a WNBA Like.

Speaker 2 (28:55):
You get thrown out the first game you went without
your daughters? You get thrown out. No, they can hear you.

Speaker 1 (29:00):
I gass up our girls.

Speaker 2 (29:01):
Dude, you're trying to tell me you wouldn't talk some
ship to Angel Reese.

Speaker 1 (29:04):
I would not.

Speaker 2 (29:06):
She won me a title opposing players, you'd be talking that.

Speaker 1 (29:09):
You won me a title.

Speaker 2 (29:09):
I have no ill will toys and you would yell
you suck, and they'd be like seat four. That would
not I heard him very clearly.

Speaker 1 (29:16):
I would elevate women in every opportunity that I had.

Speaker 4 (29:19):
I would make positive signs about women, like, yes, we're
all thinking girls.

Speaker 2 (29:23):
We're gonna suck.

Speaker 1 (29:25):
So there's not a we're gonna be dominant.

Speaker 2 (29:27):
We're getting the Connecticut Son. They're awful.

Speaker 1 (29:29):
Uh no, they're not not the worst team.

Speaker 2 (29:31):
Who's in the draft. Who are we getting in the draft?

Speaker 1 (29:33):
That's question? Uh from USC juju? Did you Watkins? Did
you not at her? Yeah, she got her.

Speaker 2 (29:42):
They have a draft in w NBA or is it
just the order?

Speaker 1 (29:45):
I think it's just the order.

Speaker 2 (29:46):
Oh, so we're probably not getting her. Then you said
we're not the worst.

Speaker 1 (29:49):
Well, she had an a cl injury, so maybe she isn't.
Maybe she didn't go one.

Speaker 4 (29:52):
You know what the Son should do whoever you, whoever
you kind of has, that's who's number one again.

Speaker 2 (29:56):
One game before the season is over, the Son should
wear a throwback Rockets or a Comets jersey.

Speaker 1 (30:01):
No, they're going to represent to the Suns fans.

Speaker 2 (30:04):
No, but like just say, hey, here's a nod to
what's coming. Stick with us when we move over there,
stay fans, So then we have a two to two
city supporting our rom were give be the.

Speaker 4 (30:13):
Houston slash Connecticut sense comments No, but like we just.

Speaker 2 (30:19):
Like, hey, don't move over to the New York team,
stay supporting us from Connecticut. And then they just how
sick would that be if they came out wearing Comets jerseys?

Speaker 1 (30:27):
That would be sick. But I don't think they've had
the redesign yet.

Speaker 2 (30:29):
No, That's why I said you were the old school.

Speaker 4 (30:31):
They would have to then make the jerseys, and the
WNBA is not really operating at a profit.

Speaker 2 (30:37):
We could probably scrape together enough jerseys that we could
send up to the girls. It's like where somebody's wearing
Lisa Leslie.

Speaker 4 (30:44):
They're making equality jerseys for the Atlanta Dream and they're right,
they're not focused on throwback jerseys.

Speaker 1 (30:51):
They aren't going to be worn next year.

Speaker 2 (30:53):
I was just saying it was an idea, man.

Speaker 1 (30:55):
I'm just I appreciate your cooping on my idea. I
appreciate your idea. I think it'd be a sick as
a future season ticket holder.

Speaker 2 (31:02):
Like when you're like to a and recreate an old
team there should be one game of year that you
have to wear the throwback jersey to like garner interest
and get it going.

Speaker 4 (31:12):
I do since I have, I've reached out like my
email and those like I'm interested, and I keep getting
the advertisement for the like Houston b A right, the
w n B A.

Speaker 1 (31:22):
Yeah, they're believe me.

Speaker 4 (31:23):
If you hit the w NBA up, they are like, yo,
you wanna buy some merch.

Speaker 2 (31:31):
I do next year?

Speaker 1 (31:32):
Well, now they don't have the like the new logo
or anything yet I have to buy it.

Speaker 4 (31:36):
But it just it's just got the w NBA logo
and it has h O U on it and it's
like an orange shirt or a white shirt with orange lettering.

Speaker 1 (31:43):
And I was like, that's such a basic shirt, but
I kind of love it.

Speaker 2 (31:46):
Are they just gonna do the Rockets? But the Comets
just red and white and it's just like a comment
with like white streaks to see fading up. I kind
of feel like they should do that, just copy the
Rockets jerseys. Fuck it.

Speaker 4 (32:01):
Honest, Like, and I'm not trying to minimize women's sports
or anything like, wouldn't it make more sense where like
I think it's cool and Europe does everything different but
like I think it's cool when like FC Barcelona and
then there's b C Barcelona where the basketball club at
Barcelona is also the same.

Speaker 1 (32:15):
Like if you root for that, you root for all
those teams.

Speaker 4 (32:18):
Like the women's Barcelona soccer team wears the same shit
as the men's Barcelona. They don't have to be the
Houston Rockets or the Lady Rockets or anything like that.

Speaker 1 (32:28):
But it would be cool. But it would be cool.
Rockets would not be but Comets we already have a diet.

Speaker 4 (32:33):
You can't you can't be different, but like having some
sort of cohesion with the two teams, and I know
that they've done that in the past. Think the Links
and the Tea Wolves at one point where like they
had similar colors.

Speaker 1 (32:44):
And all that.

Speaker 4 (32:44):
I think the the Mavericks and the Wings kind of
did that. The the Silver Stars, I think was that
the Spurs or the San Antonio team before they went
away and they moved.

Speaker 2 (32:55):
I did not know there was a San Antonio team. Well,
it would make sense because that's Vegas.

Speaker 1 (32:58):
Is colle like.

Speaker 4 (32:59):
But I think it makes sense to have cohesion where
they I get there's like the Sparks do have basically
Lakers colors, so they just having some sort of.

Speaker 1 (33:06):
The situation of it. It adds It allows you to
make oh yeah, like I love the Rockets. Yeah, let's
go the.

Speaker 2 (33:12):
Old red, white and blue like they used to because
then you still have Texans and like the Rockets, and I.

Speaker 1 (33:18):
Can always buy gear for stuff.

Speaker 4 (33:19):
But like, I think Pittsburgh does it perfectly where every
single team.

Speaker 1 (33:23):
Is black and yellow, and you're like, oh, I.

Speaker 4 (33:25):
Don't have my I don't have my Penguin's ship right now,
I'm going to Penguins yet, but I can wear my
Steelers hat and I'm still gonna just blend in as
part of that. Oh I'm going a Pirates game. I
can still wear my Sidney Crosby jersey and leverybody know
that I'm an idiot that supports canned instead.

Speaker 2 (33:41):
Yeah, the Rockets and the ass really that up for
the red, white and blue.

Speaker 1 (33:45):
But then there's times where like the Astros have sick colors.
I don't. It doesn't which we talk too much about
sports fashion. I know people are gonna get sick of.

Speaker 4 (33:54):
That, but like, yeah, I know the Rockets have cool colors.
They don't have cool jerseys, but they have cool colors.
The textans cool colors. The Ashers have really cool colors
and uniforms, like we don't need to change it.

Speaker 1 (34:04):
But for like teams that are trying to like rebrand
or do anything like try and kind of like you
gotta mix it go and be cohesive with other teams,
and then that makes just like more of a hometown
field to it. I think I feel like nothing.

Speaker 2 (34:16):
What I'm saying is just the fear of not having
baseball next summer. Let us into ten minutes of talking
about it.

Speaker 1 (34:21):
It's not fear of no baseball.

Speaker 4 (34:23):
It's the fact that we know there is a two
percent chance we have.

Speaker 2 (34:26):
We are watching the train come down the tracks and
we're just staring at it and not moving.

Speaker 1 (34:31):
We know there's no baseball.

Speaker 2 (34:33):
God, it's gonna suck, hey, but at least we're getting
rid of Seemy Buckner and all the other shitty umpires.
Seven of them announce that they're gonna retire after the year.
Seemi Buckner. If you don't know it's an umpire who
I know his name, that should tell you how bad here,
very good, really bad at the job. But there's also
six other ones that now have been like, yeah, abs
makes me look like a fucking moron every single night.

(34:55):
I'm retiring after this year, I'm out. Plus the not
gonna be getting a paycheck next year, they're probably fuck
it now. It's a good time.

Speaker 1 (35:03):
Yeah, that's true.

Speaker 2 (35:03):
So another w.

Speaker 1 (35:07):
Like it is, I don't know.

Speaker 2 (35:09):
I don't want to go full time ABS. I don't
want to go computer because inevitably computers do fuck up
sometimes sometimes a one data point is entered wrong and
the server you gotta have the physical umpires there. I
like having the system in place to check them.

Speaker 4 (35:22):
And I like having somebody to look at me like
you're a fucking loser. Yeah, that's the added part to it,
because we need somebody to blame.

Speaker 2 (35:29):
We still have the Field on and you're like blamed. Say,
if he was obviously.

Speaker 1 (35:32):
Out, you can blame the computer.

Speaker 4 (35:34):
But it's not fun when it's like, yeah, well the
computer still said you're out.

Speaker 2 (35:38):
You know, the computer doesn't feel the hate. You know,
the umpires feel the hate, and you want them to
be like Field disliked.

Speaker 1 (35:45):
Like the Docker has taught us that, Like we can
hate VAR even though they're like no VAR, they review
it because of this. You're like, yeah, but fuck that
guy for going to var.

Speaker 2 (35:52):
He didn't need to go over there. We're improperly using
the var and trying to fuck America.

Speaker 1 (35:56):
Just because we could. Yeah, Americas, because we didn't.

Speaker 2 (35:59):
Get a week of practicing in the way we needed
to because we thought he wasnt gonna be out there.
Probably it was probably what it was, just fucking America.

Speaker 4 (36:07):
That was a really fun time, like like we had
Fourth of July and then like literally the next morning
we woke up still free as fuck, and then they're by.

Speaker 1 (36:15):
The way flow baggains for you to play a Trump
called he made some phone calls and there was a
car and you got the you got the political takes
from it.

Speaker 2 (36:24):
Then to sorry that your president isn't important enough to
fucking make.

Speaker 1 (36:28):
That call, which they are, Like Guitar's president was was
important enough to get a World Cup and kill slaves
that build stadiums, but we don't talk about that.

Speaker 2 (36:38):
Just saying this was Belgium and Belgium's president called president
of Belgium doesn't exactly have the.

Speaker 1 (36:44):
Swing Gnym Fantino that had FIFA's like, who fox this?
What do you what? King?

Speaker 2 (36:49):
Do you be honest? Yeah, I don't know if you
have a president or you.

Speaker 1 (36:51):
Have a prime minister.

Speaker 4 (36:53):
Do you even take the call a mayor of Belgium?

Speaker 2 (36:56):
A governor?

Speaker 1 (36:57):
At most you're like the size of Wisconsin. What do
you got there?

Speaker 2 (37:00):
Which makes it hurting?

Speaker 1 (37:03):
No, it doesn't, It doesn't hurt. It does, it does,
But it's all they know. They only know that, They
only know that.

Speaker 2 (37:12):
We couldn't possibly beat France. Now it's anybody but France.

Speaker 1 (37:16):
We could beat France.

Speaker 2 (37:18):
As much as I hate France, I do think it
would be funnier though, if France want and not England.
Really it's anybody but England. I also don't want France
to win. Anybody else I'm cool with. Yeah, it's just
if England loses again, it's just funny. Just keep the
streak alive.

Speaker 1 (37:36):
France.

Speaker 2 (37:38):
Yeah, and fu France. That's the other side.

Speaker 1 (37:40):
France is a pretty solid Spain, which seems Spain. Let's
go with Bana.

Speaker 2 (37:44):
I'm all about a spond.

Speaker 4 (37:47):
So yeah, shout out to USA for picking class and
then wherever else we got you from that.

Speaker 1 (37:56):
Running the bulls is also back this week.

Speaker 2 (37:58):
That's this week.

Speaker 1 (37:59):
That's this week in pampal Spania. Even as a younger lad,
it's somewhere over in Spain Spain.

Speaker 2 (38:08):
If it's in Spain, or if we say Spain and
the Spanish adjacent, you're the same thing to us.

Speaker 1 (38:13):
Major language, all right, Like I think.

Speaker 2 (38:15):
It's it's Pamplona Spain. But even as a younger lad
who was in shape and round, no, no, I would
never want to.

Speaker 1 (38:28):
It's the classic case of like, just I can guarantee
you I'm not the slowest guy there. True, but there's
a jobbing might be the slowest guy. Yeah, you might be.

Speaker 2 (38:35):
Even when I was in shape, I was not a
fast person.

Speaker 1 (38:37):
Like would have rushed when you get through it.

Speaker 2 (38:39):
I could have knocked people down. You get worried about
like taking a horn to the face and gassing my face,
or a horn of the stomach or the back. What
if the horn catches you right in the asshole and
rips your asshole open. That's worst case scenario. I'd rather
get stuck in the neck than have a torn asshole.

Speaker 4 (38:57):
But again, it's like when the US beats Bosni and
we get to talk shit and be like fuck you bitches.
He's like, yeah, the odds that I get run over
and gored by a bull high probably not. But do
I get to then turn around and talk. Shit, they're
not zero, They're not zero, but that adds allow a danger.
Give me that gets the adrenaline going.

Speaker 2 (39:16):
Bro, I don't need the danger. I'm good without the danger.
That's what I say.

Speaker 1 (39:20):
I'd run it every day, Bro. If I could not
a farm boy, if I could me just me talking,
I would run in that thing every day.

Speaker 4 (39:27):
If someone wants to send me to Spain next year,
I'll go all the days.

Speaker 2 (39:30):
You know what? Fuck it? You know what I would do.
Everyone would take off running. I'd run the other direction.
I'd charge the bulls.

Speaker 4 (39:35):
I'd take out the bull I'd be like, hey, you're
gonna get the horns now, I'd be.

Speaker 2 (39:38):
I'd be fucking punching those bulls in the my rock
and roll hands.

Speaker 1 (39:42):
I'm like, here's some horns for you, motherfuckers. And then
I'd die.

Speaker 2 (39:44):
I'd players. They'd run over their bulls and I'd run
through them. Bull could have shot me.

Speaker 4 (39:48):
I played raging and the machine bulls on parade and
they'd be like, what the fuck is this guy on
our side or not?

Speaker 2 (39:52):
I'd do that sick thing that Mattadors do, where like
I front flip and roll over the bulls back, and
then I'd be so gassed and dizzy the next bowl
would kill me.

Speaker 1 (39:59):
But it look really cool the first one. Yeah, I
just he's the frame. Right.

Speaker 2 (40:03):
Maybe if I charge them and jump in the air,
the first one bucks me in the air. Maybe I
flip over all of the bulls, so I really only
got hit by one.

Speaker 1 (40:09):
Maybe that bull that's trying to hit you, like you.

Speaker 2 (40:11):
Even get me a bunch of bulls in the way,
he can't get to me.

Speaker 4 (40:14):
Yeah, Well, he hits you and then he gets hit
by another bull that's trying to gore you, so then
he gets goored, and then he accidentally gours somebody else,
So then you have like a domino effect of other
bulls goring everybody, and you actually defeat the bulls, and
then you're like, that's Pat the guy that defeated the bulls.

Speaker 2 (40:27):
Okay, I think I'm in on this now, right, I
think I could defeat the bulls.

Speaker 1 (40:30):
Then you're like a legend.

Speaker 4 (40:32):
They just make a big Buddhist statue of you, but
they're like a Matador statue too, so they can rub
your belly for good life before the next running of
the bulls.

Speaker 2 (40:38):
Well, actually, but if I defeated their bulls. Would they
hate me? Oh?

Speaker 1 (40:42):
Yeah they would.

Speaker 2 (40:42):
Yeah, So I might have to like give Trump a
heads up on the way, like, hey, I'm gonna need
Seal Team six come get me out, because they're definitely
gonna throw me in jail for this. But like you said,
I'd be an American hero and I don't give a
fuck about Spain.

Speaker 4 (40:55):
You'd also be a Spanish here. I think like that
would be impressive.

Speaker 2 (40:59):
I feel like the people with Spain would hate me.
I defeated their bulls. Like you guys, all you do
is be it was an American that, not just one
defeated the bulls, so then everyone else won and nobody
got hit.

Speaker 1 (41:10):
Pat He's great, I always said, fantastic. I said, I
don't ever run from the bulls. They ran to the booths,
and Pat did that. And now they're gonna give them
this good boots statute. Belly.

Speaker 2 (41:21):
I would hope I would have such a rubbable bellies.

Speaker 4 (41:23):
I think that how you would become a legend in
Spain because then they make the gold statue of you,
and that's just the good luck.

Speaker 1 (41:27):
It's like the rock at VT that they got attached
the field.

Speaker 2 (41:31):
Maybe if I defeat the bulls, I am then king
of Spain.

Speaker 1 (41:35):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (41:36):
It's like they don't have an excalbor. They have bulls.

Speaker 1 (41:38):
And if you kill all the bulls.

Speaker 2 (41:40):
Or just defeat them, I don't think I need to
kill them. I think I think I would put a
bowl on my sigil, my coat of arms. It's like
the coat of arms. Okay, you know what the coach fields. Yeah. Yeah,
because if I'm a king, I have to have a
coat of arms. I think i'd put a bowl right
on it. My nickname was Bowl growing up. Really, I
was a big kid, not fat big. I didn't get

(42:03):
fat told junior year because.

Speaker 1 (42:05):
He had a noice piercing except in piercing.

Speaker 2 (42:07):
No, it's because I was like a bowl in a
china shop. M crashed into a lot of shit. Wasn't exactly.
I was graceful though. I just I was a young boy.
We bump into shit.

Speaker 1 (42:17):
When the last time you ever went to a china shop?
Because I only have ever been to one.

Speaker 2 (42:22):
Do they exist anymore? No? Just you order it from Amazon.
So is the Amazon factory of the china shop.

Speaker 1 (42:29):
Now it's gotta be.

Speaker 2 (42:33):
Yeah. I mean you listen to some people online they're
getting paid slave wages, so it makes sense it'd be Chinese.

Speaker 1 (42:38):
True or cat Cat Katarian.

Speaker 2 (42:41):
Yeah, Quitar does love slaves.

Speaker 1 (42:44):
I learned that from FIFA only.

Speaker 2 (42:47):
Yeah. I didn't know it made sense when I heard
it though.

Speaker 1 (42:49):
But well yeah, see, so what you have to do
is like and that's what I thought was hilarious, where
like people like you guys are just being one sided
because it's your two thing. That's absolutely what I'm doing.

Speaker 4 (42:57):
If this had happened to Goods in America, you guys
to be throwing a one hundred percent yes.

Speaker 2 (43:02):
Yeah, have you ever watched the American sports before? It's
what we all do.

Speaker 1 (43:04):
Am I ever saying that I'm not one hundred percent biased?

Speaker 4 (43:07):
I might lie to you that I didn't say that,
but you know that I'm I'm a million percent biased.

Speaker 2 (43:11):
I mean I've had this argument a million times in
my life where my friends willa like, yeah, but Dez
caught it, and I'm like, well, actually, by the rules
of the day, he did not.

Speaker 1 (43:18):
So according to that outcome of that game, it was
not a catch.

Speaker 2 (43:21):
If I was a Cowboys fan, I would like, yes,
that's a catch. I mean, always says the Megatron one
where he caught it one hand in the end zone
and like put his hand down and then that's not
a catch. That's a catch DEAs is by the rule.
I mean, Megatron's by the rules was not right.

Speaker 1 (43:35):
Right.

Speaker 2 (43:35):
If I was the referee, I would have allowed it
to happen.

Speaker 4 (43:37):
I was not, though, And that's the best part about
being an American is that we just have no shame
about doing that. And then people like do that and
so okay, Misty, I flop on the ground and pretend
that I'm hurt, Like why don't we act like lying
and being not Like they don't.

Speaker 2 (43:50):
Do the same thing for their local Wickerhams Shire.

Speaker 4 (43:54):
If I were a fuleryanbog and I'd do the right
thing and I would tell my coach that I'm going
to say. I was like, yeah, I would just jeopardize
my career because this lady online was like because Marjorie
was fucking pissed off, because Marjorie learned what soccer was
a day ago and wanted to make it political.

Speaker 2 (44:07):
Listen to the European fans and be more like them.
Let's not just be openly biased towards our teams and instead,
let's all just hurle racist insults at the other team
like they do. I think maybe we should try the
European system. Europe, what do you think about that? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (44:22):
Europe m your sports. So not a lot coming from me. Now.

Speaker 2 (44:26):
Is there think about how boring soccer is in Europe
that they're trying to get an NFL team? Why do
you want a team?

Speaker 1 (44:33):
Can have teams, you can have it.

Speaker 2 (44:35):
Why would you want an NFL team London? And if
you want it, because you can't bring it home because
they can't.

Speaker 4 (44:41):
And if you if you want one, then you have
to call it soccer. You have to call football like
your football soccer now, okay.

Speaker 2 (44:48):
Or you have to just admit that you guys invented soccer.
The word soccer, Yeah, it's their word. We just ran
with it. And now they're like, that's all. You can't
use that word. We're gonna use it. You just got
correct You can tell me not to use that word.
I'm gonna use that word.

Speaker 1 (45:02):
I've been on a thread's tear bro just correcting people.

Speaker 2 (45:05):
Oh, you're threading it up.

Speaker 4 (45:06):
I've been threading threading the needle dude, hashtag hashtag USMNT.
Hey did you know that people's saying that this is
one of the best performances by the United States and
the World Cup. I'm they're forgetting it that women won
four World Cups right. No, like they're not saying fuck
the women. They're just they're talking about, like the men's
World Cup, that it's actually going on.

Speaker 1 (45:24):
They're not trying to slay women.

Speaker 2 (45:25):
For years, the only time any American would mention soccer
was the women's team. Be used were like, yeah, well
we win.

Speaker 1 (45:30):
We're very well, they're good.

Speaker 2 (45:31):
We like that.

Speaker 1 (45:32):
How would I say? We were at the bar watching
the game the other night, I was like.

Speaker 2 (45:35):
The women of one. I'm sorry, we're watching the men's
World Cup right now, that's the one that we're talking about.

Speaker 1 (45:39):
Guys, Yeah, but look at me.

Speaker 4 (45:40):
But how what did I say when they were at
halftime at the bar we were at, I was like, hey,
Megan Repino, I went walking through that door.

Speaker 1 (45:47):
If boys all right, if Megan Repoina was then maybe
maybe it'd be a different story. But now you guys
are on your own, and they obviously did not take
my advice.

Speaker 2 (45:58):
Thank god, she's not walking through those doors.

Speaker 4 (46:00):
Who knows could have been a different story. Alex Morgan
Megan re Peena out there.

Speaker 2 (46:03):
That did make me laugh really hard at the ball
or machine when they flashed to the TV and I go,
who the fuck is that? And every single one of
you guys just turned to me and it was like,
that's Alex Morton. Tax Market completely forgot what she looks like.

Speaker 4 (46:16):
Sexist much Clearly this guy is not trying to put
the NBA season tickets.

Speaker 2 (46:20):
Yeah, I mean, I'll admit it, I'm a little sexist.

Speaker 1 (46:24):
Don't worry.

Speaker 4 (46:24):
You can go to a Comets game with me next
year and you'll look less sexist.

Speaker 1 (46:28):
We'll just make sure we take a bunch of pictures.

Speaker 4 (46:30):
Like all we do is like influencerr style, Like here's
that's that that comments game?

Speaker 2 (46:33):
Maybe I should do like that picture that was going
viral today. It was a good dude at a Pride
parade with a rainbow flag that said reformed big at
free hugs. Maybe I go to the Comets game and
I'm like reformed sexist free hugs. Yeah, I think the
women will be down for that.

Speaker 1 (46:50):
I think you'd get attention. I think you get attention.
We're bad. I don't know.

Speaker 2 (46:55):
Sophie Cunningham is still on the fucking fever next game.
I'll do it at that game.

Speaker 1 (46:59):
No, because we're selling tho to it.

Speaker 2 (47:01):
So yours, I'm gonna keep mine.

Speaker 1 (47:03):
Sophie, you're not buying tickets. You're just going to the
games with me.

Speaker 2 (47:06):
Because my tickets to that game to shoot my shot
with Sophie Cunningham.

Speaker 4 (47:10):
Because we've already I've already sold my tickets and I
made my money back. So then I'm like, okay, you
know what, I will go see Sophie Cunningham.

Speaker 1 (47:15):
Yeah, and Kaylyn. I love Sophie and Aalia Boston.

Speaker 2 (47:18):
Yeah, all of them. They're all amazing. I love the
Lee Bustin is also the Nineteenth Amendment line. But like,
Sophie's kind of mean and I dig that. Yeah, I'm
very famously shout out to Sophie a van of what
women are mean to me.

Speaker 1 (47:32):
But you won't buy your.

Speaker 4 (47:33):
Jersey though, Oh yet, just get a customized comments Sophie
Cunningham jersey, even if she doesn't.

Speaker 1 (47:40):
Ever play for him she shows up. I'm like, I
just I'm ready for.

Speaker 2 (47:46):
I had to buy my team's gear, but you're my favorite.

Speaker 1 (47:48):
I'll just get a Brittany grinder one. Oh, we just
get let's just.

Speaker 2 (47:55):
Order a Russian Britney grinder jersey.

Speaker 4 (47:59):
No, Brittany, whatever it is in Russian grinder is in
Russan that just put that on the back.

Speaker 2 (48:04):
Just whatever they whatever Moscow team is over there, griner jersey?

Speaker 1 (48:09):
How are a month she was in?

Speaker 2 (48:11):
Fuck? You probably can't order any Russian team's gear, though.

Speaker 1 (48:14):
Can you get a Merchant of Death custom jersey traded
her for us?

Speaker 2 (48:19):
You gotta find like it's gonna be a knockoff from
like a Chinese company, because I don't think we can
buy a thing from her.

Speaker 4 (48:24):
Fight to buy like a Russia basketball jersey but have
Merchant of Death on the back. And but yeah, I
know they got it in the Brittany trade.

Speaker 2 (48:30):
I'm gonna be honest with you. There's probably Russian fans
that wear that jersey of the game.

Speaker 1 (48:33):
We just don't know what it says.

Speaker 2 (48:34):
They're probably fucking proud of shit of that because it's
like it looks like we traded player for an arms dealer.
I should not be proud of ship of that.

Speaker 1 (48:45):
Well, how many WNBA titles does he have?

Speaker 2 (48:47):
None?

Speaker 1 (48:48):
Yeah, so I thought.

Speaker 4 (48:50):
I can't remember how many Brittany has, but she has
national title, so he also has no national titles.

Speaker 2 (48:54):
Where does she Where does she go to school?

Speaker 1 (48:56):
We went to Baylor, That's right, it was Baylor went
to Baylor. Kim Mulky, Oh, that's right, it was Kim
Kim Milky.

Speaker 2 (49:05):
Outland his suits. I like, you don't.

Speaker 1 (49:07):
Really know about women's sports. I think I just dropped
a little bit of knowledge on you.

Speaker 2 (49:11):
I mean, honestly, I think you do know more than
ninety nine percent of the public.

Speaker 4 (49:15):
If you act like you ironically know about women's sports
but also know about women's sports, I think it makes
because then you.

Speaker 1 (49:21):
Just play like you know it ironically.

Speaker 4 (49:22):
But then you're like Alex just broke down the college worlds,
like the Women's College World Series with me pretty in depth,
like he knew that he knew the third picture on UCLA.

Speaker 2 (49:32):
Shit, well, when you can gamble on everything, Yeah, with the.

Speaker 4 (49:36):
Red shirt last year at Miami, I really didn't like
her as much as when she transferred.

Speaker 1 (49:39):
But now I think she's really having a turn around season.

Speaker 2 (49:41):
Like, are you related to her?

Speaker 1 (49:43):
I'm like, no, never met her.

Speaker 2 (49:44):
No, I just love gambling.

Speaker 1 (49:46):
I just I follow.

Speaker 4 (49:47):
I'm passionate about women's sports. Okay, as a hashtag girl Dad.
I'm I'm big about women's sports and elevating women.

Speaker 1 (49:54):
Monster Energy is are our final comeback kid this week.

Speaker 2 (49:58):
This is so ridiculous and I love it.

Speaker 1 (50:00):
The Big Twelve Conference, the Collegiate Sports Conference, the Big
Twelve formerly that had ut there.

Speaker 4 (50:07):
Now they have Texas Tech. I've always had Texas Tech.
They have Baylor U of H's in the Big Twelve.
It is now the Monster Energy Big Twelve Conference.

Speaker 2 (50:18):
A little more money for recruiting. I guess.

Speaker 4 (50:22):
Kind of a cool sponsor like whenever, Like I don't
I don't know if that's how everybody picked NASCAR drivers
as a kid. I think a lot of people just
picked like who was good, which I get that, but
like you're like a Mark Martin's driving the Viagaracar. I
want that, that's my car. Let's good to that. Let's
good at that one. That's cool? I thought home, Like
Tony Stewart driving the home Depot car was cool looking,

(50:42):
Let's do that. Dale Junior was very easy, like because
his dad was Dale and then he was the Bludweiser car.

Speaker 2 (50:47):
Got a Home Depot sponsorship. The colors match are perfect close.
I don't know if they match perfectly. But that would
be like having a.

Speaker 1 (50:53):
Big Monster Energy has all the different colors of Monster Energy,
so like every school can have var own im that
kind of rocks.

Speaker 2 (51:02):
I really really wish the Pac twelve had thought about
this so Texas State had some more money for recruiting.
Now they just got to get on it. I want
there to be the Sun twelve conference, the suncific Life.

Speaker 1 (51:15):
The Sun Chip pac Son or pac ten.

Speaker 2 (51:20):
Is pac Son even still a company.

Speaker 1 (51:21):
Pack Son is a.

Speaker 2 (51:23):
Photo nobody, right, yeah, are they still around? Probably they
could work. So it's got to be a California company.

Speaker 4 (51:29):
It'll probably be like uh but like like Rakatan or
one of those like tech companies probably do it.

Speaker 2 (51:36):
Oh yeah, they got so many tech billionaires. Dude, Yeah,
be a tech billionaire and just be like the sponsor
of the conference and get it back to its glory
day starts when in Natties.

Speaker 4 (51:45):
So Nike could just be like the Nike Big ten Conference. Yeah,
the Nike Big ten Conference. And he just is like,
we're gonna rig it for organ.

Speaker 2 (51:54):
I don't think they have to rig it. They're already better.

Speaker 1 (51:56):
I know. Then just say hey, we're just gonna we're
gonna make more of it in our favor.

Speaker 2 (52:00):
Now it's like, you know, SEC fans are gonna shoot
on this all year long and top crap until that
year a SEC is gonna have a sponsor.

Speaker 1 (52:08):
When the Copenhagen SEC is next year, we're gonna be like,
all right, who's big in the Southeast.

Speaker 2 (52:15):
What company is huge? The Cracker Bigley SEC, Cracker barrel, whole,
Cracker Barrel, SEC showdown of the week, that'd be.

Speaker 4 (52:25):
Yeah, I remember shows used to be a big SEC.

Speaker 2 (52:29):
I feel like the sponsor spot it wasn't that much
money though. I remember looking at the number and being like,
it's a lot of money. But like I feel like
next year, when another conference does this, they're gonna do
it for all more.

Speaker 4 (52:43):
But also I really hope that like Tampac sponsored somebody
like that'd be that like the the Tampax Mountain West.

Speaker 2 (52:53):
The Tampax w n B w n B a Eastern
conference sponsor are a conference? I mean, that's what they're doing.

Speaker 1 (53:03):
The o Zimpic I hope ACC.

Speaker 2 (53:06):
I hope every team has like it, not necessarily one.

Speaker 1 (53:09):
That they wear at and t ACC would be sick.

Speaker 2 (53:11):
An alternate jersey or logo and all of them have
to incorporate the Monster logo into it.

Speaker 1 (53:16):
Their helmet is just the M just different color.

Speaker 2 (53:19):
Yeah, it's just different color.

Speaker 1 (53:22):
Everybody just just white out so they can have the
white Monster.

Speaker 2 (53:27):
Working man would love that that was the official.

Speaker 1 (53:33):
But yeah, so shout out to Monster Energy. No free ads.
But I don't know that was funny, Like that's when like.

Speaker 4 (53:38):
The the we're at it's an interesting time in college
athletics where just like what was it four years ago,
five years ago.

Speaker 2 (53:47):
Then wanted any outside logos on drell. Yeah, like it's
going to turn into Nascar, it's turning.

Speaker 4 (53:53):
Into Remember when we when we did the endorsements with
Sam Houston, we for no big goggains first U athletic
sponsors for An and Samuelson history and a big deal.
But when we did that, I remember we were not
allowed to use like the like logos of the conferences
or anything like that. We had to like photoshop all
that out, and I was like, well, we were getting

(54:15):
to sit there like a so and so athlete, we
just can't like use the branding and that's like.

Speaker 2 (54:19):
Nope, you can do it all, do everything.

Speaker 4 (54:21):
Like there's probably more stuff like I literally just emailed
like I was like dm us and then I was like,
what's your email?

Speaker 1 (54:27):
And I was emailing students and be like, all.

Speaker 4 (54:29):
Right, I need you to give me this, like type
out this and say like I will be a past
Gaby athlete and I'll give you all this type that thing.
And that's the official you can say it to whoever
you gotta say it to. Like that was it, Venmo
and the money that was that was that was how
we did it.

Speaker 1 (54:44):
It was the wild West. But like now, there's obviously
a way you.

Speaker 2 (54:48):
Can legitimately say you've participated in.

Speaker 4 (54:50):
And I was not only did I participate that, I
was the like I started it. I was like I
walked in day one.

Speaker 2 (54:59):
I hope you get to give a speech at fucking
Sam Houston some day.

Speaker 1 (55:02):
It wasn't a lot of money, all right.

Speaker 4 (55:03):
Shout out to Ryan Humphries and Cody Krest though those
guys were real and they had they they didn't have
to come on this podcast at all.

Speaker 1 (55:09):
But dudes, I mean, we have practice. I was like,
you guys want to come on the podject? Yeah, what
do we do? Y'all talk about?

Speaker 2 (55:18):
Okay bullshit?

Speaker 4 (55:20):
Yeah, but that was it was like one of those
like this. There's time so you can make a You
can make a moment in history, and I did.

Speaker 2 (55:26):
When you have a chance to be a part of history.

Speaker 1 (55:28):
Does anybody they know it? No, but I'm shotting it
from the mountaintop.

Speaker 2 (55:31):
So you gotta capture it and don't let us slip.

Speaker 1 (55:33):
The Gravy Bowl we started that.

Speaker 4 (55:36):
Fuck Jacksonville State every year when we played Jacksonville State.
The one guy then it was like the Sam Houston
guy was like, yo, never forget and he plays that clip.

Speaker 1 (55:46):
I'm like, hell yeah, one guy remembered it.

Speaker 2 (55:48):
I think we had more people.

Speaker 4 (55:49):
Tell us if you not the Gravy Bowl, then what
was the Yukon?

Speaker 2 (55:53):
Was it Yukon in South Florida? The civil conflict or
Yukon and U c F it's not my civil conflict.
I think we had more support than the Gravy Bowl
and that one that nobody players.

Speaker 4 (56:01):
A lot of people saying that it's not a rivalry,
but then we're like that you saying it's not a
rivalry is showing us that it's such a rivalry.

Speaker 1 (56:08):
You don't even want to admit how much of a
rivalry it is. We just spend that but secret rivalries
are great, but.

Speaker 4 (56:13):
Yeah, we're seeing like just like the sponsorship of a conference.

Speaker 1 (56:17):
Now, that's the first Domino.

Speaker 4 (56:19):
That's about the thought out of a lot of Dominoes
and very very rich Domino.

Speaker 2 (56:23):
There's so many companies that woke up that day and
saw the news like, wait, we can do.

Speaker 1 (56:26):
That, Like you think Amazon's not like you get a
conference now.

Speaker 2 (56:31):
The Amazon Pack twelve conference. If Amazon's giving money to
over the pac twelve, Texas would be so fucking rich,
so quick. Yeah, Bezos is from out there, right, Uh,
I assume all tech guys are California.

Speaker 1 (56:46):
I think he lives there. He bought Italy though I
don't know. It might be Italian.

Speaker 2 (56:50):
Now does he eat a lot of chicken parm? Does
it call it or does it Bravi or.

Speaker 1 (56:56):
Sauce us looks like the FIFA president.

Speaker 2 (57:00):
And yeah, yeah and taking a hit all FIFA.

Speaker 4 (57:03):
His name is Johnny Infantino, so I think he probably
does eat a lot of chicken parms. So then I
would guess it.

Speaker 2 (57:08):
Real fucking name. There's no way that's his name. You
can tell me it's his name, and you can show
me documentary name.

Speaker 1 (57:13):
It's a perfect not a real name. It's a perfect
name for like a corrupt guy. You're like, oh, can
you guys believe the few?

Speaker 4 (57:19):
I was like, Gianni Infantino, Yeah, I can't believe that
guy took a bribe. That's just like I sounds like
if you were like, make up a name of a
guy that took a bribe, I would be like, it's
Johnny Infantino.

Speaker 1 (57:29):
Yeah, that's right.

Speaker 2 (57:30):
That like sounds something like something I would say if
you were like, who's the FIFA president they're corrupt of ship.
That sounds like the name I would.

Speaker 4 (57:36):
Make like Steely mc theft face, if you were like,
that's somebody that stole like Irish okay, yeah, probably, yeah, okay,
I can see that Johnny Infantina And you're trying to
be like, no, he didn't do mm hmmm.

Speaker 1 (57:50):
I don't want to judge a book by his name,
but it's.

Speaker 2 (57:52):
Like it sounds like a bad mafia nickname.

Speaker 4 (57:55):
Yeah, Infantino is what they'd call you because you cried.
They caught you crying. It like a hit you're supposed
to go hit. You were on your first hit. You
cried and they're like in Fantino.

Speaker 2 (58:07):
I didn't want to be called Johnny the babe. So
they called me Johnny and Fantine.

Speaker 1 (58:10):
He had Johnny Infantine, So.

Speaker 2 (58:14):
Yeah, monster energy, big time back.

Speaker 1 (58:17):
I thought Dylan Maark and got traded. Dylan c says,
no hitter going.

Speaker 2 (58:21):
Also, you know what, comeback kid as a goodbye kid
shout out. Justin Verlander announced today that he's gonna be
retiring after the year. All time legend, one of the
great work horses of all time.

Speaker 1 (58:34):
Kind of fell off at the end.

Speaker 2 (58:37):
Yeah, he's old. Everybody falls off at the end, except
for like Nolan Ryan. But he still has the fastball.

Speaker 4 (58:44):
Okay, Captain, He's got Kate Apton too. That's always gonna
have a fastball.

Speaker 2 (58:48):
The stat I saw it was only four guys ever
have won the cy Young and MVP in the same
year while having three thousand career strikeouts. It was Bob Gibson, Uh,
Nolan Ryan, Roger Clemens, and Verlander. Four man list.

Speaker 1 (59:06):
He's gonna say no, Roger Clemins had to.

Speaker 2 (59:08):
Be Yeah, and Roger is gonna be the only one
not in the Hall of Fame.

Speaker 1 (59:11):
Well have but he did steroids you can't be good.
And then also the steroids.

Speaker 2 (59:15):
I think he could. I think ninety percent of the
League was on steroids and it's fucking bullshit. You can't
tell the story of major League Baseball without Roger Clemens.
I agree, I agree, But yeah, shout out Verlander, Houston
legend for fucking ever. We love you, and I'm happy
he gets to retire at home. Yeah, like where it
all started, great full circle moment and he gets to

(59:35):
go home and his wife is fucking kate up. Yeah,
that's so sad.

Speaker 1 (59:39):
I want to stay on a little.

Speaker 2 (59:40):
Bit more too.

Speaker 1 (59:41):
Probably, let's move on to the not cool segment where

an alcohol sponsor. And we're drinking on the podcast because
now we're doing it a different location and we need
to have our logo on it instead of a different logo,
and then somebody will be like, no, put our logo
on it, and I'll say, okay, So we need to
do that. But then also people can buy Past the

(01:02:03):
of your not cools.

Speaker 1 (01:02:04):
We share ours every single week. It's a little Vince
sash when I started the podcast. It's how we could
get to an hour from just bitching about stuff that
happened to us in the last week that makes you say, hey, man,
that's not cool. You stub your toe not cool. You
get run over by a bus also not cool. There's
varying degrees, but if you can make it funny, give us,
like a couple of sentences on which you're not cool
is and we will share it with you at or
we'll share it with the gang every couple of weeks

(01:02:25):
at Pass Gray Pod. Use the ashtag PTG not cool.
That's how we'll search for them. Our first one this
week is from Josh Tree Coddle at Joshua Tree seven
Went three and Josh says, I've had some.

Speaker 4 (01:02:36):
Great not cools over the last few weeks. You guys
need to do not cool. I totally totaled my truck.

Speaker 1 (01:02:44):
I have broken fingertips because of a slab of metal
that fell on me. And the start of my vacation
with my son was ruined when the apartment next to
me flooded into mind due to maintenance and ruined a
bunch of stuff. You know what, Josh, that was. You're right, Yeah,
you have had a lot of not cool. That was
a lot of not cools.

Speaker 2 (01:03:04):
I saw the flooding. I remember when he posted that one.
I did not know about the truck and the fingers.
That sucks. Yeah, brother, I hope it's not on your
wiping hand. That would be awful. That would be awful. God,
what if it's both hands.

Speaker 1 (01:03:20):
There's no way to be able to type it.

Speaker 2 (01:03:23):
You use your nose. I've nosed type before, have you? Yeah,
you've never nosed typed? No as you do voice like
you got something in your hand, like you're eating something
you're doing and you're just like, uh, nose type.

Speaker 4 (01:03:33):
Like the side of a finger. Maybe sometimes it's never
even occurred to me. Yeah, I was doing I was
eating wings today. I'm not like my pinky was didn't
have wing stuff on it, so it's.

Speaker 2 (01:03:43):
Like smart, Oh, but yeah, I think you're gonna win
this week.

Speaker 1 (01:03:48):
I would say you might win as well.

Speaker 4 (01:03:49):
Let's see what else we got teas and piece bro Like,
I hope your vacation was salvaged at all.

Speaker 1 (01:03:55):
Belove you man, Hope that turned out all right.

Speaker 4 (01:03:58):
Ashley Wilkins rights In her next one, she's at Buster
Healy Mix and she says, he're not cool? Is the
AC in my house going out at the hottest part
of the summer.

Speaker 2 (01:04:07):
Our friend just went through the exact same thing.

Speaker 1 (01:04:09):
M hmm.

Speaker 2 (01:04:10):
Missed not the final game, so actually could be another
not cool Josh showing up to the USA game and
that's losing, but he missed the one before because his
AC went out and he had a wife and small
child he had to take care of. Fucking loser. But yeah, no,
anytime you lose, it's the worst reason. Yeah. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:04:30):
And then they're just like, hey, well we'll be out
there in a couple of hours, Like I don't want
it to be a couple of hours because I'm gonna
have like one hour and then it's gonna be ninety
five in here and I don't want to do that.

Speaker 2 (01:04:38):
I had that happen a couple of times at the
last house I lived at, and yeah, it's all never
goes out in the winter.

Speaker 1 (01:04:43):
It does, and then it does like the freeze. Mine
is that Like that's the worst.

Speaker 2 (01:04:48):
But I think like it never. It's like that hit
everybody that's different talking about like the winter and you're like,
oh my heats out, Okay, I'll wear more blankets. It's
always summer. There's nothing you can do. That's the worst thing,
sleeping in a house with no ac in the summer.
You're just like, I can't even imagine it for you
having somebody else in the bed, because it's bad enough
when I've got the full king sized bed and no

(01:05:11):
blankets on top of me and I'm sprawled out and
you're just wet.

Speaker 1 (01:05:16):
Yeah, no matter where you go.

Speaker 2 (01:05:18):
Oh you're rolling over on your pillow from just wet
off of your head.

Speaker 1 (01:05:22):
You think every single time you wake up going out,
and I pissed myself. No, it's just sweat.

Speaker 2 (01:05:26):
Yeah, you look forward to getting in this sweating all
up my leg, take a cold shower afterwards, and you
get out and you're already sweat like by the time
you towel off, you need to towel again because you're
just sweating again into a hall. Yeah. Actually that actually
gives you a run for the money with Josh You. Actually,
I think you tie not having air conditioning.

Speaker 1 (01:05:44):
That's right up there, right up there in small Timers.

Speaker 4 (01:05:48):
And then our last but not least one from you,
guys and gals this week, this is Todd Boss. He's
at as underscore seen underscored by Underscore TV and different
kaya not cool, but he says car horn sounds in
radio ads.

Speaker 1 (01:06:01):
Yeah, it's like police sirens when you listen to.

Speaker 2 (01:06:03):
A rap song, like how dare That's just as bad
as doorbells and TV commercials. Yeah, because you're like what
immediately you go where who the fuck is ringing my doorbell?
And two, your dog starts losing their mind?

Speaker 1 (01:06:14):
When did I get at doorbells? What I always said?

Speaker 4 (01:06:18):
And my dog is still losing I'm like, We've never
had a doorbell in this whole house.

Speaker 1 (01:06:21):
What did you think?

Speaker 2 (01:06:22):
What are you doing?

Speaker 1 (01:06:23):
We've never lived in a place with a doorbell. Why are
you barking?

Speaker 2 (01:06:27):
Especially if you're driving in Houston. Good chance you're already
pissed off. You hear a car horn, You're like, who
the fuck honked at me? Yeah, I know I'm driving good.
That's a good one. I'm surprised. I've never actually that's
never come up before. But that's a damn good one.

Speaker 1 (01:06:40):
It's a really, really good one.

Speaker 2 (01:06:41):
Dude. All right, umm w don't you go first, because
I got you got a lot of them. I got
a bunch.

Speaker 1 (01:06:48):
Okay, My first one is I think I jinxed myself
because I was really harping on the fact that, like,
your late thirties is the prime of your athletic I
talked to you guys about high bought like old billboards,
like the vinyls from old billboards that were taken down,

(01:07:08):
and we was gonna make a giant slipping slide. I
did do that for Fourth of July weekend.

Speaker 4 (01:07:13):
It was a lot of fun. The kids had a
great time. It fucked my shit up, dude, Like apparently,
in your late thirties, if you aren't a professional athlete
and you're just running and throwing yourself down onto the
ground and sliding and then doing it on your back.
Because the baseball slide was almost more fun because we

(01:07:34):
would do it where you'd go halfway, Like we realized
we didn't have enough baby shampoo to like make it
slippery like the whole way and keep it consistent, because
every time you hose it back down, it was like so.

Speaker 1 (01:07:44):
You'd lose a little.

Speaker 4 (01:07:45):
We put all the slippery stuff at that like the
halfway mark. Then it's still longer than a big like
a regular slipping side, and we could just do that
and then we just do races and you just do
baseball slides and all that shit into another little tarpay
we had. It was filled with water. It's just bodysurfing,
but instead of waves, it's the ground. And I pulled
my hamstring in my right leg, like I felt like, one, no,

(01:08:09):
it's fine now, but like the day after my like
I could feel my hamstring in like my right.

Speaker 1 (01:08:17):
Ass cheek at the top of my right ass cheek,
and it was just like it was the worst.

Speaker 2 (01:08:23):
Every step every I found like I was.

Speaker 1 (01:08:25):
I wanted to like limp the entire time. Yeah, it was,
it was, But then the kids wanted to go back
out on it the second day. So I mean, I'm
not a pussy. I had to. I had to pull
it together. I got I put my babysit on, and
I was like, Alex, to do it for the kids,
all right, to do it for the kids. It's a
blinkly two said sort of, except did.

Speaker 2 (01:08:47):
You get you and another dad on either side and
like sling the kids at any point give them some
real speed? No?

Speaker 1 (01:08:53):
Oh, you know, no, but I would. I would.

Speaker 4 (01:08:56):
They would lay down at the beginning, and then I
would just run and I'd pull them because they would
slide and that was hilarious. And then you could slide
them into the water. That was pretty good. And then
my oldest daughter liked it when I ran and like
held her in my arms and then I would go
like backwards, and she thought that was fun. She had
an alligator to squared water around. That was really was

(01:09:16):
occupying most of her time.

Speaker 2 (01:09:18):
But sounds like a great alligator. It was.

Speaker 1 (01:09:20):
It was pretty sick.

Speaker 4 (01:09:21):
It was pretty sick crocodile excuse me, that's what we
called it the whole week. But yeah, I got sucked
up by a slip in side. Great idea. I just
I got to be a better athlete. And honestly, that
was a wake up call that like maybe, like you know,
sometimes sometimes did you stretch I did. I didn't think
I was gonna have to stretch. You anything and anything.

(01:09:44):
I was gonna have to stretch.

Speaker 2 (01:09:46):
I'm surprised you don't stretch before you like pick your
daughter up. I would need to do that, ship.

Speaker 1 (01:09:50):
No, And I'm a I'm when I work out or anything,
stretch real light. But I need to. I think this
is me. This is the wake up call that I got.

Speaker 4 (01:09:57):
This is where I'm like, I go and I hit
the weight in the off season now, and so the
next time I do that slip inside, I'm gonna be
in the prime.

Speaker 1 (01:10:04):
Of my game right then, and I'm be ready to go.

Speaker 4 (01:10:07):
I'm I'm stretching ham strings every day now, I'm gonna
have I'm gonna have ham strings that steal.

Speaker 2 (01:10:11):
Dude. At any point, did you accidentally not slide enough
and did more.

Speaker 1 (01:10:15):
Of a flop?

Speaker 2 (01:10:17):
Oh yeah, yeah, that's the one that would kill me.
Is well.

Speaker 1 (01:10:19):
We had been drinking too, so it's like it and.

Speaker 2 (01:10:21):
I'd be like, Okay, I gotta slide because I got
a lot of flop energy to hit that ground. I'll
fuck myself up and break a rib. And eventually I
would just accidentally like try and jump into it.

Speaker 4 (01:10:29):
That sudden way back from like sliding on it.

Speaker 1 (01:10:32):
It's just like it.

Speaker 4 (01:10:34):
Was a good idea, really good idea. We didn't even
use both of the banners that you bought. We only
used one of them because it wasn't downhill. If we
had downhill, then it would made sense to add the
other one.

Speaker 2 (01:10:44):
It would be so dope.

Speaker 4 (01:10:45):
It's still like forty eight feet. It was like that's
how long the billboard was, so it's still like that.

Speaker 1 (01:10:52):
We didn't need a fucking redneck engine.

Speaker 4 (01:10:55):
We needed my buddy Tyler he goes. He was the
one that came up with the idea and it worked.

Speaker 2 (01:11:00):
I'm not gonna buy multiple slipping slides. I'll buy vinyl banners.

Speaker 4 (01:11:04):
Yeah, we all just threw eighty dollars down. We could
get two of them and they could have like seventy
feet of this.

Speaker 2 (01:11:12):
That sounds like the ultimate Like, yeah, you did it
for kids. That sounds like some shit we would do
for a bachelor party.

Speaker 1 (01:11:18):
Yeah. Well, it was one of those like the kids
are gonna love this.

Speaker 4 (01:11:20):
Also, we can justify like three guys in the thirties,
you can't really justify buying a slipping side.

Speaker 1 (01:11:26):
I mean you can't. It doesn't really matter if it's
a freewhere.

Speaker 2 (01:11:28):
Like right next to a fucking boat ramp and you
lead it into there with a boogiey board. Oh I rocked,
that would.

Speaker 1 (01:11:35):
Be shock nobody had brought.

Speaker 4 (01:11:36):
They had brought like pool like uh, they just like
the little like floating the things you lay back on,
like the little bad things that you blow up, and
they're the really cheap ones.

Speaker 1 (01:11:44):
Two of them popped. But like you'd run slide on
that bad boy that rocked.

Speaker 4 (01:11:48):
But I can't tell me how many times i'd like
the wind out of myself just trying to like slide and.

Speaker 1 (01:11:53):
Just like I was running with my kid on my back.

Speaker 4 (01:11:55):
At one point, she's like cold, like piggybacking on me,
and I'm trying to make sure, like you know, she
doesn't getting whip flash, she doesn't hit me, so I've
got to like have my belly.

Speaker 1 (01:12:04):
It's fine, it's fine.

Speaker 4 (01:12:05):
It was but fun time. It was just the afterwards
where you're like I felt like I was.

Speaker 2 (01:12:11):
Like like, oh yeah, I'm almost forty.

Speaker 1 (01:12:15):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:12:15):
I felt like Vince McMahon just in the wheelchair afterwards,
just like I'll like.

Speaker 1 (01:12:20):
My power through it.

Speaker 4 (01:12:21):
Because I went back for another day and I'm not
no bitch.

Speaker 2 (01:12:24):
Or walked out for day two, like the situation with
the fucking neck brace on mom didn't raise no bitch right,
and then my other not cool.

Speaker 1 (01:12:33):
I didn't realize this until right before you came over here, Mike. Uh.

Speaker 4 (01:12:38):
The townhouse community i'm in here sends a like a
like a community email every day and hey, blah blah
blah blah blah, you know, make sure that you clean
up up your pets, do this, do this. I'm trying
to find the one from today. But this morning, I
was walking my dog and it was like three am.

(01:13:00):
Had the dog, she was using the bathroom and there's
a there's a fence over here that separates like another
apartment complex from my ten houses, and I was just
hanging out there the middle of the night.

Speaker 1 (01:13:12):
Nobody's doing anything.

Speaker 4 (01:13:13):
There's nobody else out there, and this dude just jumps
the fence and I get startled me because I wasn't
expecting that, and he starts walking past me.

Speaker 1 (01:13:22):
I didn't say anything. He's like, oh, I was just
always visiting a friend and I just please don't report
me for hopping the fence. And I was like, I
didn't say anything, man, and he was like, I just
it's I was visiting a friend and just there was
like do you know why there's a hole in that like,
and I was like, I, man, I didn't say it.
You know, you don't got to explain yoursel and like
I finally just cut him off, like he wouldn't shut

(01:13:42):
the with the goose peel.

Speaker 2 (01:13:43):
Like a long day.

Speaker 1 (01:13:44):
I was just visiting my friend and just like there
was that whole so I wanted to see, Like I figured,
I didn't want to break it. I just wanted to
jump over. It's like, hey, man, I didn't say it word.
You don't have to explain yourself to me. Bro, Like
I'm not a cop.

Speaker 2 (01:13:54):
It's three am, buddy, I'm oh, well.

Speaker 1 (01:13:57):
You know, it's just it's just been a long time.
I'm sorry ha ha walked off and I was like
that was weird.

Speaker 4 (01:14:02):
It almost makes me feel like he was up to
something because he was so like he tried like four
different times to explain No I was doing that.

Speaker 1 (01:14:09):
I was just you know, I was I was like
I don't care, dude, they just walk on, bro, like,
don't bother me.

Speaker 4 (01:14:16):
And then I got an email from my place, and
they were like, the safetyreic community is shared responsibility to
recent increase in criminal activity affecting our neighborhood. Encourage everyone
to remain vigilant by removing valuables.

Speaker 1 (01:14:31):
Blah blah blah. We'd also like to extend our sinceerious
thoughts to those.

Speaker 4 (01:14:35):
And support those and owners who have had homes or
vehicles that have been affected by recent criminal incidents in
the past several days and weeks. We understand how satting
it is. If you observe anyone climbing or jumping over
the perimeter fans, they're engaging in suspicious behavior, please notify
the courtesy patrol immediately.

Speaker 1 (01:14:52):
And I was like, oh no.

Speaker 2 (01:14:57):
Oops, that dude was stealing.

Speaker 1 (01:15:00):
I mean he was, he was young, and I was
just like, I'm not gonna fucking bother this guy.

Speaker 4 (01:15:06):
It was weird, but I've also like forgotten my keys
and had to like scale up a fucking balcony to
like get into my place before, So I was like,
I'm not gonna hassle this guy.

Speaker 1 (01:15:14):
He wasn't bothering me. If I had seen that guy
didn't go walk around cars and ship, I was like,
that's suspicious.

Speaker 4 (01:15:20):
But it was weird, and now looking back at that
seems kind of like maybe he was trying to do
some shit because of the way he was like, oh,
please don't report me. I was like, why would I
report you? Why would you think that would be the
first thing I would do? So I might have let
like a criminal in.

Speaker 2 (01:15:34):
Oops, Hey, it happens.

Speaker 1 (01:15:36):
Hopefully I don't get any like karma on my end.

Speaker 2 (01:15:39):
Sounds like the patrol should be patrolling more often. Also
that there's always a way.

Speaker 1 (01:15:45):
To assume a phone call and be like, hey, I
saw a guy, but I did tell me.

Speaker 4 (01:15:50):
I did tell him I wasn't gonna report him. I
was like, I didn't say I was gonna report you.

Speaker 2 (01:15:53):
I didn't say word a liar, Yeah, your girl dad exactly.

Speaker 1 (01:15:57):
If I don't have my word, what do I have nothing?

Speaker 4 (01:16:00):
But then again, there's no honor among thieves, so I'm
kind of in the middle.

Speaker 2 (01:16:04):
That's good point that that is the loophole. No, no,
but are you a thief?

Speaker 1 (01:16:08):
Am I a n arc? Also?

Speaker 2 (01:16:12):
I think that's a good time to be an arc.
It would be, But I was also a darking for
no reason. You're darking because you're like, I live here,
I don't want you stealing my ship.

Speaker 4 (01:16:21):
Yeah, but you have kind of a cool move where
I had like my hand behind me, like it looked
like I might have had a piece on me.

Speaker 1 (01:16:28):
Oh so I think that was also why he was
kind of like very explanatory.

Speaker 2 (01:16:32):
But I was I was just scratched.

Speaker 4 (01:16:33):
He starled me and then he started talking to me.
So I reached behind and was like, I don't I
didn't do it intentionally. It was just like a like, oh,
I bet he thought I had a gun.

Speaker 1 (01:16:41):
That's cool.

Speaker 2 (01:16:41):
Probably that's what That's what I would have assumed. I'm like,
this guy is a gun. He saw me.

Speaker 4 (01:16:45):
But I didn't never say anything. And then I was
just acting. I acted like he was annoying me.

Speaker 2 (01:16:50):
I mean he was talking to you at three.

Speaker 4 (01:16:52):
Hey, man, I you've said eight thousand words to me
in the last in the last thirty seconds, I have
not asked one question or said anything except yeah, man.

Speaker 2 (01:17:01):
Okay, that's like a phone call with my brother.

Speaker 1 (01:17:03):
Yeah. But like I was, I didn't think anything of
it extent, like that's kind of weird that he was
really chatty.

Speaker 2 (01:17:10):
And hey, now you know, going forward, you get you
talk to a chatty dude jump on the fence at
three a m. Maybe said a t. I don't know,
maybe just shot a quick call, will be like, hey, what.

Speaker 1 (01:17:20):
You I didn't see it happen today? Maybe it did.

Speaker 4 (01:17:23):
I hope nobody got broken into a rob today. But yeah,
so those are.

Speaker 1 (01:17:28):
My not cools, Okay, I got a few, Yeah, rail
them off.

Speaker 2 (01:17:32):
Monday was a bit of a day, of course, us loss.
That sucked.

Speaker 1 (01:17:36):
That was the worst.

Speaker 2 (01:17:37):
And I go home and uh where did I write it?

Speaker 1 (01:17:43):
Uh?

Speaker 2 (01:17:44):
Yeah? I go home and a little bit later, I'm like, oh,
I got a piss. I'm walking into my bathroom and
it's literally like wall and then toilet, and I had
the phone in his hand and my elbow hit the wall.
Phone straight in the toilet. No, I immediately reached. I hadn't
peeede or anything yet. It wasn't piss or shit water

(01:18:04):
or anything like that, but phone went in the toilet.
Immediately take it out, grab an old towel. I'm drying
it all off. I had to fucking get soap, scrub
everything down and everything. But also the back of my phone.

Speaker 1 (01:18:13):
Has been broken a case.

Speaker 2 (01:18:14):
Oh yeah, everything okay, but that's the thing. So the
back of my phone is just super I cracked it
two weeks into getting it. I fixed the front and
never fixed the back, so it's in the case. The
case was arriving that.

Speaker 1 (01:18:24):
Day, the case sitting in water, so yeah, and I've.

Speaker 2 (01:18:27):
Never replaced it. But as I did it, the back
it's just all cracked glass. So as I'm drying it off,
I like, I'm patting it down the towel and I
flip it over and a piece of the glass comes
off of it, like a little triangle piece, and I
could see the internals of the phone. Now. I dried
it off and it's worked perfectly ever since.

Speaker 4 (01:18:46):
But I was like I had anything like dip and
is it been a little slow at all?

Speaker 2 (01:18:49):
Nothing, It's perfectly fine, because like I said, it was
in the water. I mean, this thing is seals are
pretty good. Really. The only spot water could get in
was on the the ports of the speakers, and like
I immediately turned off some sound and it was a
little garbled, but like I cleaned it. I blew all
the water out of there. We've been good. But I was,
I was like, damn it, that sucked.

Speaker 4 (01:19:09):
And you don't charge with the cord anyways, because you
just haven't been able to nan.

Speaker 2 (01:19:12):
But that was you know, that's sealed up pretty well.

Speaker 4 (01:19:15):
That's the worst though, when you get like the water detected,
can't trudge it.

Speaker 1 (01:19:18):
Oh no, that's the only drudger I have.

Speaker 2 (01:19:20):
So that happened. And then later that night, I'm taking
a dump and I just hear dripping the back like
where the line goes into the tank. It was leaking
from there. There's a bunch of water behind the toilet,
and I was drunk and pissed off. That night. I
was like, I'm not doing this tonight. So I was
just turning off the water. And then yesterday, okay, two

(01:19:43):
nights in a row, I went to sleep at five am.
Was dog as tired. So last night when I got home,
I just went straight to bed and I so I've
literally for the last two days just been turning the
water on and off every time I have to poop.

Speaker 1 (01:19:55):
I mean, it seems like you found a solution, but.

Speaker 2 (01:19:58):
I don't want to keep doing it. Right, But so
the problem is is it's just such a small area.
I can't see back there. I have to just tighten
my hand. And the last time I opened it this morning,
I was like Okay, it doesn't seem like it's dripping,
but I'm gonna I have a tail back there. I
gotta see if it's still dripping. And I'm just if
it's an actual problem I have to deal with or
if I can just ignore it.

Speaker 1 (01:20:17):
They can't make you have to live in a different
unit again.

Speaker 2 (01:20:21):
No, it's literally I probably just need to reach back
there and tighten the thing. That's all it is.

Speaker 1 (01:20:24):
You wrench, wrench you do.

Speaker 2 (01:20:26):
I do have okay, But like I reached back there
and my hand tighten it, it seemed like it's okay.
But there was a couple of days where I did
that it wasn't working. I've just been trying to put
it in minimal effort. If I put in real effort,
I can fix it in too many Yeah, but.

Speaker 4 (01:20:39):
Also just just tell your apartments and be like, hey,
you know, I can probably do that.

Speaker 1 (01:20:43):
That's the other one, like if you can look at
it and tell me this is good.

Speaker 2 (01:20:46):
I'm gonna look at it later. If I can't fix
it today real quickly, I'm just gonna put the maintenance
still come and fix it in two minutes. I'm not
worried about it.

Speaker 1 (01:20:53):
That's good, But uh, but yeah, that does.

Speaker 2 (01:20:57):
My other one was trying to my someday. Last week,
I'm driving home, stop by Sam's Club. I get to
Sam's Club and I'm like, well, I got a poop.
I've never used Sam's Club bathrooms. I'm sure they're pretty clean,
so I was like, I'm just gonna poop here I go.
First of all, the first one I opened looked like
a high school bathroom that had not been checked in sometime.
But it wasn't like poop was everywhere. But there was

(01:21:18):
an unflushed shit in there and a lot of toilet paper,
and I was like, damn it. So I go to
the next stall. No problems to that one. It's clean.
I go to wipe. There's enough toilet paper in the
stall for one wipe. That's not enough for me.

Speaker 1 (01:21:32):
No, no, that's not.

Speaker 2 (01:21:33):
Luckily, for many people, I didn't want that to take
off sock. Luckily, there was the toilet seat covers on
the wall behind me. I had to rip up a
toilet seat cover and use that.

Speaker 1 (01:21:44):
You gotta do what you had to do sometimes, and.

Speaker 2 (01:21:46):
You know what, and it was fine, It worked well enough.
I didn't feel great about it as soon as I
got home. First thing I did was go straight to
my midday.

Speaker 4 (01:21:53):
Is that just like you feel like just dirty outside
of your house.

Speaker 2 (01:21:57):
Do you feel like they're still I've used to regular
wipe my whole life.

Speaker 1 (01:22:00):
I know, but I feel like eventually you feel spoiled.

Speaker 2 (01:22:02):
You're wiping with toilet paper. I was wiping with a
toilet seat cover, which is like if you mix shitty
toilet paper and wax paper.

Speaker 1 (01:22:09):
Yeah, no, that's a good description.

Speaker 2 (01:22:11):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:22:12):
Do you ever use the toilet seat covers?

Speaker 2 (01:22:15):
No? Never once in my life.

Speaker 1 (01:22:16):
I've never ever scared as it's a butzer for Yeah, it's.

Speaker 2 (01:22:21):
Like, I'm not if there's poop on the seat, I'm
not using the seat. Like, if it looks like I'm not,
I can hover if I gotta hover, if it looks dodgy,
I'm not.

Speaker 1 (01:22:31):
But I wiped.

Speaker 4 (01:22:32):
I wiped down most seats with toilet paper before I
sit down anyways, just to make sure, you know, I give.

Speaker 2 (01:22:36):
It an ocular pat down and then I poop. Yeah,
it's very simple. But yeah, having to wipe with that
it was not ideal.

Speaker 1 (01:22:43):
And they are they're fleshable. They're all fleshable.

Speaker 4 (01:22:46):
Yeah, dude, Like I said, it's amazing, like toilet This
is y'all's fault. There's not toilet paper here. I don't
care if it if it sucks it up.

Speaker 2 (01:22:52):
Now now I think about it, I do feel bad
that I didn't find an employing You know, hey, the
middle stall has no toilet paper.

Speaker 1 (01:22:57):
Probably should have you shouldn't. I might have ruined somebody
else this day. You don't work at Costco.

Speaker 2 (01:23:01):
It's true, I would you know you toilet paper at
the restaurant. I appreciate someone giving us a heads up.

Speaker 1 (01:23:07):
That's true. That's true.

Speaker 2 (01:23:08):
I didn't think about it. Sorry, I was in that
state of mind of I don't know if I'm clean
right now.

Speaker 1 (01:23:12):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:23:12):
No, that's you can wipe with it, but that's not
an ideal.

Speaker 1 (01:23:16):
I don't think this is on you.

Speaker 2 (01:23:17):
There's no absorbency to that paper.

Speaker 1 (01:23:19):
This is not you at all.

Speaker 2 (01:23:20):
Yeah, but that was just a quick way to ruin.
Luckily I was only getting like a case of like tease.
That's all I had to get, so I was in
and out quickly. But I was like, man, if I
had some actual shopping to do, this would be a
real fucking problem.

Speaker 1 (01:23:34):
You had to sneak into women's.

Speaker 2 (01:23:37):
Well there was another stall, but somebody was in it.
So there's three stalls. One of them is just you
can't use.

Speaker 1 (01:23:42):
And you're not gonna ask the person for toilet.

Speaker 2 (01:23:44):
I'm not gonna walk out of one stall and wait
outside of another one.

Speaker 1 (01:23:47):
Yeah, no for that, Like, I.

Speaker 2 (01:23:49):
Don't want someone to be like, did he just shiit
so hard in that one that he has to go
to another? Gross? Yeah, but yeah, that was a It
was not cool.

Speaker 1 (01:24:00):
It sucked.

Speaker 4 (01:24:01):
It's good all around, solid crops and this week, sorry everybody,
hopefully it's a better week for you guys.

Speaker 1 (01:24:09):
Let's move on, wrap this bad boy up with the
Answers segment.

Speaker 4 (01:24:13):
We do the pre comesday where we bring up our ideas,
try and figure out what is the universal ball that
we're gonna use for all sports going forward. You got
a question like that, you want to tell you what
what the most patriotic letter is or number whatever.

Speaker 1 (01:24:26):
The one we did last week was we can help
you out with that. You want us to give you
a celebrity, what dinosaur they would be? Somebody asks us
that again today this week, so we're gonna do that.

Speaker 4 (01:24:34):
You want to medical advice, relationship advice, parenting advice, anything,
at all that you want, you has to powering things
five similarly related things.

Speaker 1 (01:24:42):
We'll powering the fuck out of them better than anyone else.

Speaker 4 (01:24:44):
Hit us up at pass grape Pod, use the hashtag
ptg answers that's we'll search for them. You can also
email us pass grape Pod at gmail dot com and
put answers in the subject that's at Pass Gaypod on
Twitter hashtag ptg answers or on email email us at
Pass Greypie at gmail dot com. And then also if
you are listening to usn't forget, you can watch us

(01:25:05):
on YouTube YouTube dot com slash at Pass Grey Podcast.
This week, go answer the soccer ball or the ball question?
What would be the best universal ball to use for
all sports?

Speaker 1 (01:25:18):
Yeah, that's a good one. That's a good one. Whose
balls do you want to use? Whose balls do you
want to use? All right? And then uh yeah, so
let's get right into it. This is the answer segment.
All right. Our first question this week comes from Conrad,
and I think Conrad may have been the person who
asks this last week, but Conrad says, what kind of

(01:25:40):
dinosaur would Taylor Swift be? I'm skinny, so I initially was.

Speaker 4 (01:25:47):
Thinking raptor, because one I could absolutely like I can
hear her being like.

Speaker 1 (01:25:52):
Mess with me, you'll get the claw, Like I can.

Speaker 4 (01:25:55):
Hear like her like writing songs like you don't want
to get the claw because when you get the raptor
picked up rid dies, he's got her like she can
communicate with your friends because she's got ride or die friends.

Speaker 1 (01:26:04):
And if you want to ride or die, her team's.

Speaker 2 (01:26:06):
Gonna you could be face to face with her and
she's not gonna touch you. Someone's gonna come from the side.

Speaker 4 (01:26:10):
It's the one that you're looking at that you don't
even know that's her coming up and sneaking up from
behind you.

Speaker 1 (01:26:15):
But I don't think. I don't think that it's raptor because.

Speaker 4 (01:26:18):
I immediately when I thought, uh, like after raptors, like
like what the raptor is an obvious dinosaur. Everybody can't
be a t rex and a stegosaurus and a raptor, right,
you know, somebody's got to be the patiosaurus, like Will
Pharaoh was last week. The dinosaur that stands on two legs,
but it's got a really long head. I looked it up.

(01:26:41):
It's called a parissoral office. I have a picture for you,
I will show it to the viewer to paras.

Speaker 2 (01:26:48):
Which one you're talking about. Yep, that's exactly what. That's
a great one.

Speaker 1 (01:26:51):
That's it because like tell me Parasoral Office.

Speaker 2 (01:26:54):
Look at that kind of like long hair right there.

Speaker 1 (01:26:57):
If that's exactly who I think it is.

Speaker 4 (01:26:58):
So if you're not watching us, go pause, pause the
podcast and go look at Paristoral.

Speaker 1 (01:27:05):
Office and tell me you don't see T Swift when
you do that, because that is that is T Swift.
If I've ever seen T Swift, that parastoral office just
got married.

Speaker 4 (01:27:14):
If like I don't know what Travis Kelsey would be,
he would Travis Kelsey would be the short, little armored
one with like the armor retail and the big like he's.

Speaker 1 (01:27:22):
Alternle with the sharp stuff.

Speaker 2 (01:27:23):
For different reasons, though he might be the same one
as Wolfarrell last week. He's a football player. He's just
gonna crash head for it. They can't all be that, though,
but some of them can be for a different reason.

Speaker 1 (01:27:32):
Have curly hair as much.

Speaker 2 (01:27:34):
Yeah, but that thing is basically a helmet. Mcam Scattaby
Jam Scataby was definitely one of those. Yeah, Travis was
a little more shifty.

Speaker 1 (01:27:40):
Yeah, he's a little bit more.

Speaker 4 (01:27:41):
That's why he's the guy for like four legs on
the ground. He's got the little spiky tail, but then
he's got the armor.

Speaker 1 (01:27:46):
On on the bat's more.

Speaker 2 (01:27:47):
Jason Kelsey, they could both be.

Speaker 1 (01:27:49):
That because they're brothers.

Speaker 4 (01:27:50):
True, right, So, uh, I think if you're if you're
just going with what Taylor Swift is, there's no way
after looking at it that you can convince me that
she's not a parastoral office. So Taylor Swift parastar of office.
Nailed it, nailed it all right.

Speaker 1 (01:28:05):
I think I'm actually maybe.

Speaker 4 (01:28:06):
The best in the world at telling you what what
dinosaurs whatever you would be.

Speaker 2 (01:28:10):
I think you're right on that.

Speaker 1 (01:28:11):
Like, I'm pretty I was pretty impressed. Well, how quick
the Will Farrell one came.

Speaker 2 (01:28:15):
To me last ye're the best. I know. There's probably
some like six year old out there at this that's
super into dinosaurs right now, so he knows everything about
all the dinosaurs. But you know, he also has an iPhone,
so he's up on pop culture and famous.

Speaker 1 (01:28:28):
People, right. But I'm basically a six year old brain.

Speaker 2 (01:28:34):
Or like an autistic, like twenty eight year old dude
that like all he likes is the E Channel and dinosaurs.

Speaker 1 (01:28:41):
Yeah, that's true.

Speaker 4 (01:28:44):
My niece teaches my daughter about dinosaurs sometimes and like
that's the best.

Speaker 1 (01:28:47):
We're like, yeah, no, that's a brachios It's not Brachtyosaurus. Basically, like,
you fucking idiot, you think that's a practice.

Speaker 2 (01:28:53):
You're old. How do you not know this? They're so old?
What do they not teach you.

Speaker 4 (01:28:57):
They were in the Cretaceous period and everybody knows they
went extinct with the dial ofphicsauruses.

Speaker 2 (01:29:03):
Did you say he's from the Crtaceans. He's from the Paleolithic.
They're like four million years apart. Dummy. Yeah, I'm sorry,
my bad.

Speaker 1 (01:29:09):
You can't. I'm not gonna argue dino facts as a kid.

Speaker 2 (01:29:12):
You can't. They know so much.

Speaker 1 (01:29:13):
You better be ready to go.

Speaker 2 (01:29:14):
The dynatics one of like twelve topics that kids even
know are a.

Speaker 1 (01:29:18):
Thing dinosaurs and random animals and.

Speaker 2 (01:29:21):
Then quicksand quicksand's like a twelfth of a child's knowledge.

Speaker 1 (01:29:25):
And you never it's most of what you think you're
gonna have to deal with.

Speaker 2 (01:29:28):
Never once volcano, Never once in my life of come
across quicksands.

Speaker 1 (01:29:32):
That I was gonna run the volcanos left and right. Dude,
vampires never thought about vampires.

Speaker 2 (01:29:39):
When I was a real little kid, I thought Transylvania
was where California is.

Speaker 1 (01:29:44):
You don't think Pennsylvania.

Speaker 2 (01:29:46):
No, I didn't know my maps. I didn't know. I
knew that the world was bigger than the US. Yeah,
but I'm talking like really, I was probably like five, okay,
but I didn't know. I just thought Transylvania was. I
saw a map of the US without the states on it,
and I don't know why I thought Transylvania was over there,
but I thought vampires are from the West coast. Turns
out I was rat fuck A bunch of energy vampires

(01:30:08):
out the vampires. Maybe.

Speaker 4 (01:30:10):
Our next question is from Quentin us at qbace on X,
and Quentin says, is acid rain a thing? Or was
it another one of those childhood lies that we heard
in the school.

Speaker 2 (01:30:20):
It's like quick saying, man, like, I'm sure it exists
somewhere out there.

Speaker 1 (01:30:24):
It's a thing, but like it's not in America. I
think it is in America.

Speaker 2 (01:30:30):
I don't think it is, dude. It never how many
news stories go viral? Was the last time you saw
a new story that said acid rain destroy the town.

Speaker 1 (01:30:37):
I don't think acid rain ever destroyed a town. Acid rain, Well,
I thought it was when I was a kid, So
I'm gonna agree with well, yeah, no when you're a
kid again, sounds way worse than it really is.

Speaker 2 (01:30:45):
That can burn you, right, like maybe not like burn
through you like acid, but like like ow ow.

Speaker 4 (01:30:50):
Yeah, Like it's like, ah, I was walking, it was
eating through the umbre.

Speaker 2 (01:30:55):
What is acid rain supposed to be?

Speaker 4 (01:30:58):
Again, this is me saying what I think it is.
I think that it's when there's pollution in the air
and it rains, and so there's all like the acidity
from like smog and all that stuff, and it just.

Speaker 1 (01:31:09):
Erodes like land and tough more So, I think like Hong.

Speaker 2 (01:31:14):
Kong or like Bombay probably have it, like really polluted.

Speaker 4 (01:31:17):
Cities probably, But I think it's like where you'll see
like statues have like little marks on the top of it,
where like it sort of like sort of eats away
the top of it, or like a building will kind
of like wither away over time. It's the acid rain
is just more like it's not just straight water. It's
stuff that's not necessarily oxidizing oxidized probably not that, but

(01:31:38):
it's got some acidity to it, like the pH is off,
and so it fucks up and deteriorates stuff.

Speaker 1 (01:31:45):
More rapidly than just regular rain wood. But it doesn't
it doesn't just melt shit. So I think that that.

Speaker 2 (01:31:52):
Yeah, I didn't think it was like that.

Speaker 1 (01:31:54):
I think it was when they were trying to like
scare people. They were like global warming.

Speaker 2 (01:31:57):
Huh. I mean, I've never heard a acid rain warning
in Houston.

Speaker 4 (01:32:02):
I don't know if they give warnings for it, but
it's like I think they used to be like global warming,
it's bad.

Speaker 1 (01:32:06):
Well have you ever heard about acid rain?

Speaker 4 (01:32:07):
And we were like, oh, acid rain, like we did, Like,
I don't want any part of that.

Speaker 1 (01:32:13):
When you're a kid. Now, I feel like it's just
you could probably walk through acid, right, no problem, it's
just spicy rain.

Speaker 2 (01:32:20):
It's jelopeno rain, Halpinia rain.

Speaker 1 (01:32:22):
Yeah, yeah, helpina rain.

Speaker 4 (01:32:24):
So I think acid rain is a thing. But again,
if they tie it to you in school, we can
run with it all.

Speaker 1 (01:32:29):
Right now.

Speaker 2 (01:32:30):
I really want a fucking or Tennia band to remake
purple rain, but jlopeno rain that'd be sick with the accordion,
that would not suck. That would be a fucking awesome song.
Somebody get on that or get Ai to get on that.

Speaker 1 (01:32:45):
There you go, all right. Our next one is from
Jordan Welch.

Speaker 4 (01:32:49):
He's at j Underscore Welch two seven nine five and
Jordan says, power rank these Mexican foods and he gives
us tacos, enchiladas, Tamali's fajitas.

Speaker 1 (01:32:59):
And the chips and salsa. You go first.

Speaker 2 (01:33:02):
Okay, some people are gonna hate me for this. I'm
going chips and salsa five. It's elite. It's an appetizer
though the rest of these are more entrees. It's hard
to beat an entree. So I'm gonna go chips and.

Speaker 1 (01:33:17):
Salsa five, four.

Speaker 2 (01:33:22):
Enchiladas, and then I don't want to hear anybody talking
about these rankings. These are all elite.

Speaker 1 (01:33:27):
Okay, yeah, it's MAXI.

Speaker 2 (01:33:29):
This is all great.

Speaker 1 (01:33:30):
This is I had like three different rankings that I rearranged.

Speaker 2 (01:33:32):
Yeah, because I love enchiladas, but like they're you know,
cenceiladasas' great, but like these are the others are just better. Uh.
I'm gonna put fajidas at three and not higher, just
because the price of fijidas has gotten ridiculous.

Speaker 1 (01:33:52):
Okay, I'll go into that in my part.

Speaker 2 (01:33:54):
But heat is a Remember when you used to go
in somewhere and they're like the figetas are for two.
It's like they're like, okay, yeah, I'm getting it anyway.
Now if a hetas for two, chicken is like thirty.

Speaker 1 (01:34:03):
Three, Hey, did you want to spend fifty bucks for yourself?

Speaker 2 (01:34:06):
No? I came to get Mexican food so I could
eat cheap. Why, like steak, you can kind of swing it.
Chicken fajitas are out of this fucking world too, and so.

Speaker 1 (01:34:15):
That's the only reason that drop more expensive steak.

Speaker 2 (01:34:17):
I don't I don't get it, dude, They're three fucking
you got Tomali's two tacos have to be one. Tacos
are the most versatile food on the fucking planets, but
Tamali's need to get their shine as well. Tomali's fuck
so incredibly hard. Like if you like growing up with
a woman that worked with my mom used to make

(01:34:37):
tomali so my mom would like, bring o lady, or
like being at the bar growing up and the Tamali
lady comes around at like one thirty am and you're like,
I'm about to get forty Tmali's for whatever change is
left in my pocket for like eight bucks.

Speaker 4 (01:34:52):
Tomali's at the bar, or the lady at the bar
when you're drunk, yeah, and goes around like.

Speaker 2 (01:34:57):
That woman had to have made one hundred thousand dollars
a year probably just selling Tomali's at the and they
let her inside the bar and.

Speaker 4 (01:35:04):
It was kind of just like I don't even remember
that lady having she would walk in with just like
I think it was brave.

Speaker 1 (01:35:10):
And it was like, I don't even remember what price was.

Speaker 4 (01:35:13):
I think we just gave her whatever we had and
she was like, yeah, you can get this many.

Speaker 2 (01:35:16):
For that Iron Steign's. That was the best part.

Speaker 1 (01:35:19):
Here's here's fifty dollars what I get? She's like, yeah,
you have like twenty five.

Speaker 2 (01:35:22):
I don't care. You go to Einstein so that you
could go to a bar that had smoking and it
even though I didn't smoke. Sometimes you just want to
be able to want to be in.

Speaker 1 (01:35:29):
I want the atmosphere and I want.

Speaker 2 (01:35:30):
Some Tomaly's at one third. But then but tacos number one.

Speaker 1 (01:35:34):
Tacos, so you have tacos, your tacos.

Speaker 2 (01:35:38):
Tomalley's in Chilada. But he.

Speaker 1 (01:35:43):
All right, we have vastly different rankings again, which is fair.

Speaker 2 (01:35:47):
It's very easy to have very different ones.

Speaker 1 (01:35:48):
This is Mexican food. There's not a loser in the bunch.

Speaker 4 (01:35:51):
Okay, I'm not hating on anything, no matter where it is.
Five is Tomali's, though I like Tomais, I love Tomais.
I will fuck up some to mys.

Speaker 1 (01:36:00):
It's it's so much work compared to the rest of them.
It's a lot of work. Like you gotta like to
flip unwrapped, to make, to make them, to make them
and to eat. Just I don't know.

Speaker 2 (01:36:10):
You sound like the people who are like I don't
like crawfish because it's too much work, scrub, I'm not.

Speaker 1 (01:36:16):
I'm not hating on Tomali's. I love Tomaly's.

Speaker 4 (01:36:21):
Out of these five I was given, I say Tomali's, sorry,
and I said five for me. Four beheatas, could have
been five, could have switched them with Tomali's fatas exactly
what you said. Just they're so expensive, they're delicious. I'm
gonna eat them every time. I'm gonna get them at
a lot of restaurants I go to.

Speaker 2 (01:36:39):
But I shouldn't have to spend fifty dollars to eat
at the Mexican restaurant? Am I gonna?

Speaker 4 (01:36:42):
But then like they've also done the thing where they
make it feel like it's like there's certain places you
go and they give you that little platter where it's
like at the little sterno, the little heat thing under.

Speaker 2 (01:36:50):
It, it's hot like a thing.

Speaker 1 (01:36:53):
I'm like, yeah, dude.

Speaker 4 (01:36:54):
But then also they give you like three tortillas, like, hey,
we know you just ordered twelve pounds of dude, here's
three tortillas.

Speaker 1 (01:37:01):
You can make that work, right.

Speaker 2 (01:37:02):
You get vegtas. It should be like fok to chao.
We're like, when I need more tortillas, I'm just gonna
put up a flag.

Speaker 4 (01:37:08):
You're gona bring me in, which they do they do,
but if you get to go, you get fijitas to go,
and then they throw three tortillas in you.

Speaker 2 (01:37:13):
What am I?

Speaker 4 (01:37:13):
What did you think I was gonna do with this?
What's going on here? This is fajitas for two and
you gave us?

Speaker 1 (01:37:19):
What's the deal? Tapping?

Speaker 2 (01:37:21):
What's going on? You give me three tortillas? What's the
goal here?

Speaker 1 (01:37:25):
That's the rule. That's the goal.

Speaker 2 (01:37:28):
All three tortillas is the rule.

Speaker 1 (01:37:30):
We're all buying vedidas for three.

Speaker 2 (01:37:33):
Colin, give me three tortillas for my fidas, and I'm
supposed to be attracted to that.

Speaker 1 (01:37:38):
What's going on?

Speaker 2 (01:37:41):
What's the deal? All right?

Speaker 4 (01:37:43):
So yeah, I got fajitas four three is injulyes so fajidas,
Like they charge you all that and you have to
do all the work, Like, hey, hey, here's the meat, bitch,
like again, fun, it's sizzling, it's it's exciting when it
comes out. And then you're making the meal. You're like, hey,
here you make the tacos. Here you go, here's the stuff.

Speaker 1 (01:38:03):
Also, it's fifty dollars enchiladas. That's the exact opposite that.
It's like, here's a.

Speaker 4 (01:38:09):
Warm, big, old, cheesy, meaty blanket and all you gotta
do is just sticking del rio.

Speaker 2 (01:38:16):
Or enchilada del mar all fucking Historically, when I go
to eat at Meskan restaurants, I would say ninety percent
of my life I have gotten enchiladas as my chelis
verde is my my chladas verade or seafood.

Speaker 1 (01:38:29):
Enchilada verde, and then faetas.

Speaker 2 (01:38:32):
If you're going with the group, dude, enchiladas del rio,
you bring me a side of the verdet sauce toucause
I'm pouring that on top balls.

Speaker 1 (01:38:39):
Certain Mexican places I go to have specialty stuff like
I'm gonna get that, like the stuffed avocado at certain
places that rocks.

Speaker 2 (01:38:46):
But I've never gotten tacos. I'm gonna sit down Mexican place.
If I'm getting tacos, I want it from a truck.

Speaker 1 (01:38:50):
I want it from a truck.

Speaker 4 (01:38:52):
And I don't want I want I want the little
purple onion looking thing on there. I want the the radish,
is that what it is? I want the cilantro. I
want the onion and the meat and that's it. I
don't want cheese, I don't want anything.

Speaker 1 (01:39:05):
And I want the sauce to be in bags that
you have ripped apart and then just tie it off
at the end.

Speaker 2 (01:39:11):
Acceptable, but also do that.

Speaker 1 (01:39:13):
That's how you know it's gonna be good. And don't
touch the green sauce with the bags like that, because just.

Speaker 2 (01:39:19):
To get that beat on your tongue and then eat
your talking.

Speaker 4 (01:39:21):
So Enchiladas are the exact opposite of feet is where
you're doing all the work. Chuldies are typically more of
the cheapest, the cheapest stuffs, and it's like and yeah,
here's four just ballats of cheese and beans and meat
and goodness, and you don't got to do any.

Speaker 1 (01:39:35):
Other work besides just scoop it right in your fuss, right.
I don't think you're hating on enchilize. I just think
chilada is.

Speaker 2 (01:39:44):
It's a very low ranking for someone who gets them ninety.

Speaker 4 (01:39:47):
Yeah again, heat is a lot too, and I eat
tomorize whatever they're offered to be so like, I'm not
hating on them.

Speaker 1 (01:39:54):
It's Mexican f This is very hard to wrent. So
to his chips and sausa. I get what chips and
sauce is. Five F. I absolutely understand what chips and
sauce will be five.

Speaker 2 (01:40:02):
It's the got of apps.

Speaker 4 (01:40:03):
When we go to a Mexican restaurant, what is the
thing you eat the most? It's the chips and the salsa.
And it's just like, how many times are you, oh, crap,
I filled up on chips and sauca.

Speaker 1 (01:40:10):
It's just there and it's like it's welcoming.

Speaker 2 (01:40:13):
It is.

Speaker 1 (01:40:13):
It's the beacon that gets you like, hey, hey, Pat,
you want Mexican food. Huh, you want some Mexican food?

Speaker 4 (01:40:19):
And then you can spice it up to by Hey,
we'll take some queso mm hmm yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:40:24):
And then it goes super elite and you're like, hey,
by the way, throw some ground beef in that queso.
Yeah maybe some hotpani is too better already be in
the case.

Speaker 4 (01:40:31):
Chips and salsa though on their own, not even including
the chips and queso.

Speaker 1 (01:40:36):
Chips and sausa. Just that's what we consume the most
of at the restaurant, and I feel like it's we
all love it. It's it deserves too.

Speaker 2 (01:40:44):
And they have the green salsa.

Speaker 4 (01:40:47):
When you get multiple, and then they have the little
was the bean dip stuff. It's like the watery.

Speaker 2 (01:40:51):
Bean almost on the table. I will use precisely one
chip for red salsa, and I'm solo green salsa. Tell
machino salsa is like.

Speaker 1 (01:40:58):
I'll go both.

Speaker 4 (01:40:58):
I like to like change and sometimes I like to
go double on a chip where you don't double dip,
but you just do one edge one side and then
you do one edge and the other one.

Speaker 1 (01:41:05):
You just like, let's have a little party.

Speaker 2 (01:41:07):
I'll fucking drink yeah tomatio sauce if you have it
to me.

Speaker 1 (01:41:10):
And then yeah, last time I did tacos, tacos, every
kind of tacos, Mexican tacos, lobster tacos, choco tacos, Mexican food,
the best tacos.

Speaker 2 (01:41:20):
Granted we are talking about Mexican tacos here Mexican tacos
on the shell or the two little flour tortillas or
corn tortillas on top of each other, because they're so
small and I want to eat seventeen of those tacos.
It's either tacos or enchiladas for dinner tonight. I got
a side, which one.

Speaker 4 (01:41:39):
I'm gonna go tacos, chips and salsa, enchiladas, fajitas and
Tamali's Good Power Rankings, Jordan, Great Power Rankings, buddy. All right,
Next up, we've got Eric Olnik, and Eric says, have
people ever had to actually wash dishes at a restaurant
because they couldn't pay their bill?

Speaker 1 (01:41:59):
Or is that just in the movie?

Speaker 2 (01:42:01):
I'm sure it happened back in the day. Nowadays, they're
probably like, well, this per's probably not gonna have nonslopse
shoes on. It's a hazard. They slip and fall somebody probably,
you know, the last time it happened, somebody in California,
probably suit a restaurant. Now, I think you would just
get a photo copy of their ID and like call

(01:42:23):
the police.

Speaker 1 (01:42:23):
And you're like, well, somebody would come pay.

Speaker 2 (01:42:25):
Yeah, there's somebody you can call. Nowadays you can call
on the phone, get a card number, plug it in.

Speaker 1 (01:42:29):
Over or hey, yeah, my friend's coming up, he'll pay.

Speaker 4 (01:42:32):
But like, if you go there enough, like at the
bar we were at Monday shat makes place, Like I
was like, hey, my card doesn't work right now, I'm
pretty sure they'd be like, you're good, dude.

Speaker 2 (01:42:43):
Yeah, well, if it's like a twenty dollars lunch, you
can probably get away with Dude, I'll come back and pay.
I left it.

Speaker 4 (01:42:50):
Yeah, if you haven't, if you have anything five hundred
dollars tab, they're not going it's.

Speaker 2 (01:42:53):
Gonna be like, well, you either need to find a
way to pay for this now or we're gonna have
to call the police for theft of service.

Speaker 4 (01:42:59):
But I bet somebody in time has had to wash dishes.

Speaker 2 (01:43:03):
But I also think you got many years.

Speaker 4 (01:43:05):
I also think you're probably thinking of D three The
Mighty Ducks, where the varsity tricks the JV team and
then leaves them with the bill and they.

Speaker 2 (01:43:14):
Had to come from somewhere.

Speaker 1 (01:43:15):
They have to wash all the dishes.

Speaker 4 (01:43:17):
They they oh, thanks for dinner, losers, and then Goldberg's.

Speaker 1 (01:43:21):
Like, oh, we gotta wash dishes, and the catcher come
on and the cowboy guys like, oh hell gee, whill
a curse?

Speaker 2 (01:43:28):
I don't do this in Texas.

Speaker 1 (01:43:30):
Yeah. I don't think that that's really a thing anymore.

Speaker 2 (01:43:33):
It can't be.

Speaker 1 (01:43:34):
Yeah, I didn't even think about the liability.

Speaker 2 (01:43:37):
There's way too much.

Speaker 4 (01:43:38):
Because then you can back, Well, I didn't pay my bill,
but if I fall, slip and fall, then I could
sue them.

Speaker 2 (01:43:43):
Come back the next day. And because I got burned
because the water is so hot, and you're.

Speaker 4 (01:43:47):
Like, they get used to it. Yep, that was a
good question, though, great question. I think you're thinking you
mighty ducks. So and then last but not least, our
boy alex O at alex under one on x as
if something is delayed until it's early, is it ever
actually on time?

Speaker 2 (01:44:07):
Something? He means like if a flight is delayed until
the next day and then it's earlier the next day,
but then it's not early.

Speaker 4 (01:44:12):
It can't be delay if it's delayed, And if you
had moved like if there was lightning that was going
to delay a game, like the Mexico England game always
got delayed like that. But they're like, hey, what if
we moved it up, and then they decided not to
do that. So if you had moved up a kickoff,
if you had moved up the start of something because.

Speaker 2 (01:44:31):
Of weathers seven o'clock kickoff, you move it to three
point thirty, but then until six, so it's still early.

Speaker 1 (01:44:38):
But it is delayed. And then is anything actually on time?

Speaker 4 (01:44:43):
Yes, things are actually on time, But I don't think
you can be delayed and be early unless it is.

Speaker 2 (01:44:49):
How will we be talking? Is it still only fifteen
minutes early? Because uh, but I tell you fifteen minutes
early is on time.

Speaker 1 (01:44:57):
You're ten minutes early, you're late, Tom Coffin head.

Speaker 2 (01:45:01):
If you're on time, You're like, that's Coffin time. Cofflin time.
It's very important in sports real life not really.

Speaker 4 (01:45:07):
So A lot of people say that was like a
they met. They act like that was a detriment to
Tom Coffin lobby. Don't remember that that was the year
before Michael Strahan and the Giants win the Super Bowl.

Speaker 1 (01:45:16):
So actually top coffin time locked.

Speaker 2 (01:45:19):
They weren't trying to tell you to be early to
your restaurant job, be fifteen minutes early. No, they were
trying to win a Super Bowl.

Speaker 1 (01:45:25):
And they did.

Speaker 2 (01:45:26):
They did.

Speaker 1 (01:45:26):
They beat the greatest team ever.

Speaker 4 (01:45:31):
At that point, maybe we're saying, well, they also beat
them too, but then they beat the end defeated Patriots.

Speaker 1 (01:45:35):
Oh yeah, and the number one seed Cowboys.

Speaker 2 (01:45:39):
Yeah, bragging about being the Cowboys in the playoffs isn't
really when you look at Eli mannings two super Bowl runs,
the toughest strength of schedule one and two in Super
Bowl runs. A lot of heavy lifting, probably by the
Patriots on those too, up those strength of schedules.

Speaker 1 (01:45:56):
One seed Rogers, I'm just saying to get you to
two seed forty.

Speaker 4 (01:45:59):
Nine ers cap you had the one seed Cowboys the
far last year of five Packers.

Speaker 2 (01:46:05):
Lose me one seed Cowboys.

Speaker 1 (01:46:07):
They're thirteen and three the Cowboys.

Speaker 2 (01:46:10):
Okay, how was their defense that year?

Speaker 1 (01:46:14):
Good? They lost three games.

Speaker 2 (01:46:18):
Cowboys have never had a good defense and a good
offense at the same time an.

Speaker 1 (01:46:22):
Tony Romas, So the offense wasn't great. Antio Romo was good.

Speaker 2 (01:46:27):
They played for a bad team, not that good overcome
that star on the helmet.

Speaker 1 (01:46:33):
So if something's delayed until it's early, it is not
on time.

Speaker 2 (01:46:37):
Yeah, I'm gonna be honest. I still don't understand.

Speaker 1 (01:46:39):
I'm confused, but I appreciate that question.

Speaker 2 (01:46:41):
My brain's in a blender again, makes it a great question. Yeah.
