План Трампа разрабатывался без участия Европы и Украины. Он предусматривает, что Украина должна сдать Донбасс, сократить численность ВСУ и отказаться от вступления в НАТО.
Президент Украины Владимир Зеленский заявил, что готов «работать» над соглашением. Владимир Путин сказал, что план Трампа «может быть положен в основу окончательного мирного урегулирования».
В Европе новый мирный план вызвал тревогу: прежде всего европейские лидеры опасаются, что Украину вынудят принять соглашение, которое завершит войну на выгодных для России условиях.
