28 ноября Балашихинский городской суд в Подмосковье приговорил четверых фигурантов дела о мошенничестве с квартирой певицы Ларисы Долиной к срокам от четырех до семи лет лишения свободы.
В 2024 году Лариса Долина стала жертвой мошенников, которые похитили у нее деньги и вынудили продать квартиру в Москве. Жилье Долина продала за 112 миллионов. Покупательницей стала 34-летняя мать-одиночка Полина Лурье, которая ничего не подозревала об афере.
По решению суда Долиной вернули квартиру. Кроме того, певице не нужно возвращать покупательнице деньги, поскольку, по мнению суда, Лурье способна сама судиться за компенсацию с мошенниками. В итоге Полина Лурье осталась и без жилья, и без денег.
В ответ на решение суда в России стали «отменять» Ларису Долину и публично ее критиковать. А в Госдуму внесли законопроект о защите покупателей от мошенничества по «бабушкиной схеме».
