Speaker 1 (00:00):
Nat king Cole on New York's Christmas Station one oh
six point seven November twenty fifth, one month from Christmas. Cubby, Christine,
producer Kristin. We are all here gathered together. Uh. Now,
I wonder who is gonna have the worst neck all
day today, my son Miles or you, Christine. Because I
came in the studio first of all, and I look
at you, and you gingerly look towards me to say

(00:23):
good morning. I'm like, what happened? And I'm gonna tell
you about my son Miles in a second. But what
happened with your neck?

Speaker 2 (00:29):
I don't know exactly. I woke up this way. I
was born this way. Yeah, I went to bed, okay,
so I know sometimes you sleep funky and you wake
up with the stiff neck. But this is like, this
is bad. I was like, yeah, like I couldn't. I'm sorry.
I apologize to everybody on the roads. I did make
it here safely. I felt like I could even turn

(00:51):
to look. This is crazy.

Speaker 1 (00:52):
You can look straight, which is great.

Speaker 2 (00:54):
Oh I can look straight, That's it.

Speaker 1 (00:55):
But Robby was no problem.

Speaker 2 (00:57):
You can't look towards Kristen h.

Speaker 1 (00:59):
The TV in here.

Speaker 2 (01:00):
I can't sorry, this is crazy. How long is this
going to last?

Speaker 1 (01:04):
I don't know. Did you take an avil?

Speaker 2 (01:06):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (01:06):
I just took out all right, good, okay, thank you.
So my son, Miles, I don't I don't remember this happening.
But last night I guess he got out of bed
and and Coco, my wife dealt with it because I
was asleep. But I woke up this morning I almost
tripped over Miles on the floor. He slept on the floor,
and I think what happened was because mommy has a policy.
If you get out of bed, you want to stay

(01:27):
in mommy and Daddy's room, you got to sleep on
the floor. We do that because it's uncomfortable. It'll get
the point across your bed's so much more comfortable. Stay
in your bed. If you want to sleep in our room,
sleep on the floor. So he was on the floor
with a small little pillow. So I'm guessing he's not
going to be in the best shape this morning.

Speaker 2 (01:47):
I hope you.

Speaker 1 (01:47):
I hope he is. I guess we'll know in an
hour or so when he wakes up.

Speaker 2 (01:51):
To ask him. We can exchange notes. Miles and I
maybe we need some bengayh there you go.

Speaker 1 (01:57):
You know what, that's a little warmth there.

Speaker 2 (02:00):
Yeah something.

Speaker 1 (02:01):
Look, I want to real quick talk about yesterday because
if you weren't tuned in around eight ten yesterday morning,
we had quite the moment here at LIGHTFM. We surprised Christine.
I say, we the people from Luftanza came yes, and
you're going to Germany.

Speaker 2 (02:16):
Oh my gosh, it's incredible.

Speaker 1 (02:18):
What was the reaction because you got kind of emotional
on the air.

Speaker 2 (02:21):
I know, I'm a little embarrassed because I got really emotional.
I think I just wear my heart on my sleeve.
And this was so so generous of Luftanza. They have
worked with us since the summer we met them. They
knew that I had family in Germany that haven't seen
in twenty years.

Speaker 1 (02:36):
They've been doing commercials forum.

Speaker 2 (02:38):
Yeah, they don't know that this year has been difficult
for me. They don't know that at all. But of
all years to offer me something like this, it's just
it's just really hitting my heart, like it's incredible and
I'm just so grateful. So they are sending Eric and
me to Germany. We've got round trip tickets on Luftanza

(02:59):
to Germany to reunite with my family and to see
the Christmas markets.

Speaker 1 (03:03):
You're flying into Munich right, yes, yea love it.

Speaker 2 (03:06):
And we're also going to Cologne because they have beautiful
Christmas markets as well. It's like a dream come true.
I've always wanted to see the Christmas markets, see my family.
I know how beautiful it is there. I want to
share the journey with everybody. We're going fast, Ubb, it's
coming of fast. We're going December.

Speaker 1 (03:21):
Eighth, oh like two and a half weeks.

Speaker 2 (03:23):
Yeah, like see yeah, wow, we're going really soon. But
you know, I'll be in touch the whole time. But
also Luftanza is so generous, so they want to make
sure that you get to experience this as well. So
they are giving away round trip tickets to Germany from Luftanza.
They'll take care of your flight. They've got those beautiful
new planes. Oh yeah, no, you just go to iHeartRadio

(03:45):
dot com slash yes list. iHeartRadio dot com slash yes
list for a chance to win round trip tickets to
Germany from Luftanza. I'll post everything on my social I
know light willed as well, and we'll make sure you
get all the information.

Speaker 1 (04:00):
Yeah, and you're not kidding about their aircrafts. They have
the newest, leakest aircraft. I've flown liftons a few times. Yes,
and you're flying, aren't you find business? Yeah?

Speaker 2 (04:07):
Yeah, never life.

Speaker 1 (04:09):
You're gonna wish the flight was longer.

Speaker 2 (04:10):
Oh, this is incredible, Eric, and I was just so
excited and again so greatful. Thank you, Luftanza, thank you.

Speaker 1 (04:16):
All Right, coming up, we got two pretty cool things.
It's Light FM, Happy Tuesday.

Speaker 3 (04:21):
More Covey and Christine and the great music variety you
expect next on light at them.

Speaker 2 (04:27):
I need to tell you two things, Christine's two pretty
cool things.

Speaker 1 (04:33):
Wait, how many Americans will be spending Thanksgiving in space?
There's a website called Who's in Space dot com and
NASA also confirmed how many do you think, Christine?

Speaker 2 (04:43):
How many? Five?

Speaker 1 (04:45):
Not bad? Three? Three Americans in space at the moment,
and they'll be in the ISS during Thanksgiving. There are
four space travelers from other countries also on the ISS.
And in case you're wondering, there's ten total humans in
space for Thanksgiving, although some don't celebrate Thanksgiving. Three people
from China on the China Space Station and there's a

(05:06):
grand total of ten humans in space as of right now, so.

Speaker 2 (05:09):
There you go, we gets turkey to them.

Speaker 1 (05:11):
You got to send it now. We'll get there by Tuesday.
No Thursday, today's Tuesday.

Speaker 2 (05:16):
Take it there by Thursday.

Speaker 1 (05:17):
They send it now. Okay, what's your cool thing?

Speaker 2 (05:19):
A little more down to earth right here on Fifth Avenue,
it's going to smell pretty. You can walk along Fifth
Avenue because the Fifth Avenue Association has partnered with fragrance
brand Nest. They do the beautiful candles and diffusers, and
they have turned Fifth Avenue into a sweet smelling shopping experience.
They are piping their popular holiday fragrance into the air.

(05:42):
So there's beautiful trees and displays set up along Fifth
Ave in front of the gorgeous stores. And as you
go by, they are diffusing seasonal sense. It's on Fifth
Ave from forty sixth Street to sixty first Street throughout
the month of December.

Speaker 1 (05:58):
I know they're seasonal, but how cool if it was
all year round?

Speaker 2 (06:02):
Yeah, you keep it going. We could use it, especially
in the summer.

Speaker 3 (06:06):
More Covey and Christine and the great music variety you
expect next on Light out.

Speaker 1 (06:11):
Them Kristin and I and you Christine. We're all talking
off the air about buying a pie today. Mainly Christian
wants to know if, yes, if you can buy a
pie today, will it be good on Thursday?

Speaker 2 (06:21):
Yes? So a freshly baked pie, like you know, going
to like an orchard and a place where they do
the freshly baked pies should be good. Right Kristin gets
it this afternoon. My belief is it'll be good for
a Thursday. Okay, but she doesn't want it to be
stale obviously does she need to go like line up
first thing tomorrow morning, which you know how that feels
right and get one? Well, I think there's I think

(06:44):
I think you're good, aren't.

Speaker 1 (06:45):
The store is going to be crazy today, Like if
you're going food shopping today, God bless you.

Speaker 2 (06:49):
Considered the worst day ever to go food shopping, like
worst meaning you're going to have the most company. It's
going to be super super crowded, be a madhouse, right, Yeah,
Today's considered the tough stay to go grocery shopping, like
go now, run tell others exactly go now? And did
you want to just go? Also because we want to

(07:10):
get some advice for Kristen four four three sixty three, Okay,
to buy a fresh pie today? Will it be good
for Thursday.

Speaker 1 (07:16):
Yes.

Speaker 2 (07:16):
Do you also want to know what stores are closed?

Speaker 1 (07:19):
Actually, I am very curious about this because you know,
years ago stores were open on Thanksgiving and then we
hit like a backlash. Yeah, it kind of reversed and
people are like be home with the family.

Speaker 2 (07:30):
To be with their family, which I agree.

Speaker 1 (07:32):
Now a lot of companies pride themselves on hey we're closed.

Speaker 2 (07:34):
Right, So most major retailers will be closed all day.
That includes Target. Remember these to open.

Speaker 1 (07:40):
All day Thanksgiving.

Speaker 2 (07:41):
All day Thanksgiving, Walmart, Target, Costco, Sam's Club, Cole's Home Depot, Low's, Staples.
They will all be closing, but of course they will
have their Black Friday deals. Some of the fast food restaurants, however,
are going to be open, so you're okay if you
don't have Thanksgiving dinner. Chick fil a, Chipotle, Taco Bell

(08:02):
looks like they're going to be open. So no Taco
Bell and Pizza Hut will be closed, it says real,
but yeah, all right.

Speaker 1 (08:10):
Well, you know what, It's funny you think who's in
the mood for fast food on Thanksgiving? But keep in
mind you eat so early if you have a two
or three o'clock big turkey dinner and then it's nine o'clock.
I'm hungry again. I'm hitting the bell man.

Speaker 2 (08:24):
That could happen. And we talked about like, you know,
Popeyes that looked really good. They had the Cajun turkey.
There you go, there's like there's NKFC had some deals.
There's some deals. So yeah, you're still able to get
your food.

Speaker 1 (08:35):
Well, pack your patients. If you're going grocery shopping today,
we'll tell you that and hit us up on text
at four four three six three. If producer Kristen buys
a pie today, is she okay on Thursday?

Speaker 2 (08:46):
Yes? And you just want to rescind something because this
was hard. Some including Chick fil A, Chipotle, Taco Bell,
Pizza Hut will be closed. Sorry, Chick fil A, Chipotle,
Pizza Bell, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell will be closed.

Speaker 1 (08:57):
All right. But if you're unsure of the other guy
a rope, just call give me a call and when
they say hello, when they say hello, just hang up.
Then you know they're open.

Speaker 3 (09:06):
More Covey and Christine and the great music variety you
expect next on light at them one o six.

Speaker 1 (09:11):
Point seven, light f them, Good morning, Cubby and Christine
producer Kristen on this Tuesday, November twenty fifth, one month
from Christmas. H Your weather today cloudy until about four o'clock.
Then we got rain moving in. It could be heavy
for the commute going home. High fifty six, so temperature's
not too bad, but rain is on the way either way, Christine,

(09:31):
you need a jacket. We're gonna have a little jacket
discussion right now. Yes, for a couple of reasons. Right,
aren't you due for one? Anyway?

Speaker 2 (09:39):
I'm due for one. So I was starting to look
for one, and you know winters here can be very harsh. Yeah,
so I said, I wanted the biggest, puffiest coat, the
one that goes from your head down to your toe
woes right. And then I found out, thank you Luftanza,
that Eric and I are going to Germany the Christmas markets,
so we're going to be out there. So I had

(10:00):
already ordered a couple of puffy coats. I figured, let
me try a couple, eliminate the ones we don't like.
I tried them on for Eric yesterday. First one I
put on no oh.

Speaker 1 (10:10):
He said no wow, but it was one of those.

Speaker 2 (10:12):
I was like, did you did you look at the
puff and no, don't like it. No, And it was
like a knockoff covey of what's the real expensive guy
the one.

Speaker 1 (10:24):
I have Canada Goose. Yes, that's the one I recommend,
by the way, and I'll have a little discussion with
you for second about that.

Speaker 2 (10:29):
This is like have you heard of the company Quins.
They're really cool. They they'll look like luxury, but they're
from so they're affordable. So it's supposed to look like
one of those and be as warm as one of those,
not the type you have, like a long puffy one.
They said, like the movie stars wear a movie sets.
So I like that one. Hello wrap waste. He said
it looked like a big bathrobe because it had a tie.

Speaker 1 (10:50):
All right, more about the look or being warm.

Speaker 2 (10:54):
Warren exactly. Then I put on the next one, which
was like super super warm, and I thought it was great.
This one was a Columbia one and he went, oh no,
really that like that.

Speaker 1 (11:04):
Wasn't even bet on.

Speaker 2 (11:06):
The jacket very harsh. He only gives it like a
second and it gets a no. And then he finally
said he's like, look, there's gonna be no puffy coat
that you can get that I'm gonna like. So he's like,
you just have to get what do you like that?

Speaker 1 (11:19):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (11:20):
Exactly, he said, you just have to get what you like,
what you feel warmest in. I'm like, okay, but I
kind of like I don't want to look like Mitchell
entire man, like I wanted to look.

Speaker 1 (11:30):
When it's really cold, though, I don't care what I
look like as long as I'm warm. And and those
Canada goose jackets that I have, I told you, well,
you remember the rule that my wife had.

Speaker 2 (11:39):
Yeah, we've got to share this story.

Speaker 1 (11:40):
It's the warmest jacket I've ever had, and it's very expensive.
You're right, you talked about the price. I think there
they might be what fifteen hundred dollars.

Speaker 2 (11:46):
Now fifteen hundred coming.

Speaker 1 (11:48):
So my wife said, you can have one, honey, but
you better wear this jacket for ten years. Right. I'm
at year number eight. This season will be year number eight.
It's in good shape, yes, and you know what, it's
gonna go way past ten. I don't plan on getting
another jacket. It pays for itself over time.

Speaker 2 (12:03):
Well, see, that's the thing orsement I understand. I think
Coco did the girl math and I think it worked
out really well, but you've got to make that initial investment,
so that's like a lot upfront. So I'm trying to
find one Like these guys were like two hundred and
now there's gonna be Black Friday sales. They might be
even better.

Speaker 1 (12:22):
The higher the price, the warmer you'll get.

Speaker 2 (12:24):
Really, that's what I feel. I don't know, but it's
now I'm stuck because I want to feel good about it,
but I just keep getting numb.

Speaker 1 (12:32):
Well, Texas, right now at four four three six three,
what is the warmest jacket you believe in? Hit us
up right now, help Christine four four three six three.

Speaker 2 (12:40):
Do you care? Like, honestly, do you care about your
pictures and all that kind of stuff? If it's cold
out there and you're in the biggest puff on the planet,
does it even does it even change what you're shopping for?

Speaker 1 (12:51):
All right? Hit us up coming up, Debbie Gibson, She'll
be here just after eight o'clock and your chance to win.
It involves Wicked coming up next on LNEFM.

Speaker 3 (13:00):
And Christine and the great music variety you expect next
on light FM, New.

Speaker 1 (13:04):
York's Christmas station, one of six point seven m All
right time. Now for a little trivia battle with Cubby
and Christine. And on Team Cubby, Christine is Michelle from Yonkers,
and she's gonna take your team down. Michelle, good morning
to you, Good morning. Are you ready to represent Team
Cubby and win this?

Speaker 2 (13:23):
I'm gonna try, all right.

Speaker 1 (13:25):
He who's she playing against?

Speaker 2 (13:27):
This is Shirley from Farallahan and Shirley, welcome to Team Christine.
How are you feeling this morning? Bye?

Speaker 3 (13:33):
Feeling good? Taking my sense to school and ready to win?

Speaker 2 (13:36):
Okay, all right, and the kids can help us too.

Speaker 1 (13:38):
Yeah, anybody can help. If you're the that's fine, that's fine.
So it really comes down to common knowledge of pop
culture things. And uh, we're gonna ask you guys three
questions and the best out of three will win. So
here we go. Michelle representing Team Cubby. Singer actress Hailey
Steinfeld is married to. Which NFL quarterback Is it a

(13:59):
Joe Burrow, B Josh Allen or see Patrick Mahomes. I'm
gonna say B B Josh Allen is correct? All right,
and you're on the board, Michelle.

Speaker 2 (14:08):
One nothing, okay, Shirley, we can do this. Which pop
star had a roll in the twenty nineteen big screen
reboot of the musical Cats. Was it a Mariah Carey,
b Ariana Grande or c. Taylor Swift?

Speaker 1 (14:26):
Basically, you got the buzz.

Speaker 2 (14:27):
It not allowed to coach. No, it was Taylor Swift.
Ariana is wicked.

Speaker 1 (14:33):
All right, Michelle, We're going to the gym since I
haven't been to one in years. In the gym, the
trap bar is also known as what name A the
quad bar, B, the hex bar, or C the try bar. Hey, A,
the quad bar is incorrect. Actually it is the hex bar.
All right, one, nothing, Michelle. All right, here we go

(14:55):
back to Shirley.

Speaker 2 (14:56):
Shirley, We're gonna make our comeback here. Okay, we'll get
this one. Carratin is the key structural material for Which
of these A hare b spandex cee laundry, detergent hair. Yes, boom,
we're there.

Speaker 1 (15:12):
We're all tied up. Yeah, all right, Michelle. Which of
these action series has actor and rapper Ludacrous starring in them?
Is it A The Expendables, be The Fast and the Furious,
or see the Purge. Ludacrous was in a lot of
The Fast and Furious movies.

Speaker 2 (15:31):
Goodness, I was gonna be my second choice.

Speaker 1 (15:34):
Of course they always say that. So here's a DL team.
Christine surely can win it with this question. If not,
we go to a tie breaker.

Speaker 2 (15:42):
All right, okay, Sureley, it's okay, it's okay, we'll do it.
Which of these NBA teams never had Lebron James on
their roster? Was it A the Cleveland Cavaliers, B, the
Miami Heat or C the Phoenix Suns.

Speaker 4 (15:58):
Uh with Phoenix Sun.

Speaker 1 (16:01):
Yes, sure, we just won just one.

Speaker 2 (16:08):
Congratulations.

Speaker 1 (16:09):
Hey, Michelle, thank you for playing. You were amazing.

Speaker 2 (16:12):
Sorry Michelle, congratulations, Ah, thank you so Shirley, You've got
a beautiful prize here. You're going to see Wicked the
musical on Broadway at the Gershwin Theater. Oh my god,
I'm so excited.

Speaker 1 (16:27):
My son wanted to see it and we were actually
thinking of getting him for sat for Christmas.

Speaker 2 (16:31):
Oh well, beautiful. Well you've got a pair of tickets.
You're in. Congratulations, Thank you so much.

Speaker 1 (16:36):
All right, we're coming right back. Debbie Gibson live in
studio Next on.

Speaker 3 (16:39):
LIGHTFM, more Covey and Christine and the great music variety
you expect next on Light.

Speaker 1 (16:45):
At that everything you need to know with Christine, Good
morning Christine, and good morning Cobby, and we keep talking
about how busy it is out there.

Speaker 2 (16:51):
So Triple A is saying the rush is on for
a travel, for holiday travel. They expect to see us
on the roads this afternoon tomorrow, and of course at
the airports. Tomorrow is actually today, they say, is the
busiest day for the airports.

Speaker 1 (17:06):
Oh, because maybe people have shifted over the Yeah, from
Wednesday to Tuesday, right.

Speaker 2 (17:10):
So you'll have company. But says things are going well
so far. Also the busiest day of the year at
the Hunts Point produce market, in the Bronx and in
general at the grocery stores. Again, we're just going by
some stats that we're getting. A federal judge has tossed
out criminal indictments of former FBI Director James Comey and
New York Attorney General Letitia James. The oldest survivor of

(17:34):
the nineteen twenty one Tulsa Race massacre, has died. Viola
Fletcher passed away Monday at the age of one hundred
and eleven, and former President Barack Obama was among the
many to pay tribute to Fletcher, posting nonex that he
and former First Lady Michelle Obama were sending their love
to the family A pair of turkeys waiting to be
pardoned by the President today. The turkeys, named Gobble and Waddle,

(17:57):
are staying at the Willard Hotel in Washington, d See
ahead of the ceremony, you know, primping, getting ready for
their big moments.

Speaker 1 (18:04):
Are they high fiving each other right now?

Speaker 2 (18:06):
They should be? Yes, they only knew. In sports basketball,
the Knicks beat the Nets one thirteen, one hundred hockey
Devils lost to the Red Wings four to three, Rangers
beat the Blues three two. Monday night football, forty nine
Ers beat the Panthers twenty to nine. And do you
and your partner, I know, like you're sleeping in the
same bed, but do you make sure that you're touching

(18:27):
each other all night long?

Speaker 1 (18:29):
Not all night long?

Speaker 2 (18:31):
No, I know we don't either, right, and that doesn't
bode well for us. Apparently, researchers found could be that
couples who maintained physical contact while they slept are reportedly
happier in their relationship than those of us who say,
to the other side of.

Speaker 1 (18:44):
The bed, I'm very happy. I know I'm a fish.

Speaker 2 (18:48):
Me better that way exactly. Ninety four percent of couples
who touch while sleeping said they're happy. There's some hope
for us. Sixty eight percent of couples who didn't touch
while snoozing also said they're happy. The most popular sleeping
positions for couples who touch is back to back, followed
by facing the same direction and then facing one another.

Speaker 1 (19:07):
He really does the research on which you never want.

Speaker 2 (19:10):
To do the facing one another because well, in my case,
Eric has a snore and it's like a Popeye snore
where it's like, yeah, there's like a little like you know,
my hair is blowing back right right.

Speaker 1 (19:25):
Oh boy. Now I'm gonna be analyzing how I get
in bed tonight. Where's Coco positioned?

Speaker 2 (19:30):
I think you guys are good.

Speaker 3 (19:31):
The more Covey and Christine and the great music variety
you expect next on light.

Speaker 1 (19:36):
At that one light at m Covey and Christine in
the morning and a couple of days from now, Christine Thanksgiving.
But we give thanks right now to our very own
Debbie Gibson, who's in the building right now.

Speaker 4 (19:47):
Hello, take a selfie video and you don't want to
actually see what your hair a little a little wind blown.

Speaker 1 (19:55):
Rock and Roll wind Blown on Thursday.

Speaker 4 (19:58):
By the way, I know, it's always interesting doing like
parade fashion because you want it's like how to make
your hair, especially have like kind of like a bangy
look right now, Like you've got to like figure out
the hair with the wind, with the all of it.

Speaker 2 (20:12):
But you always have cute outfits. I notice everybody in
the parade usually thank you, Yeah, like the cutest codes.

Speaker 4 (20:18):
Can I tell you? It's always like this. I was
just saying to my manager Heather, like, I have my
outfit all picked out, and I'm already changing my mind
like two days before, so I will be literally eleventh
hour like just trying to top what I have already,
and it always comes together.

Speaker 1 (20:34):
How many times total have you done the parade? Because
you did it back in the day.

Speaker 4 (20:37):
Too, right, Yes, I did it in ninety seven. Yeah,
when the Backstreet Boys were just starting and we shared
a trailer, and this is my third time.

Speaker 1 (20:46):
We got the parade in two days and we have
a book to talk about. Yes, yes, this is a
fun book and it gets pretty deep too.

Speaker 4 (20:54):
Yes, that is a good way of putting it. Just
like life itself for all us. Right, it's fun, it's deep,
there's challenges. It's a rollercoaster.

Speaker 2 (21:02):
I think, you know, people are inspired by your story too,
you know the fact that you do go a little
bit deeper and you share that you had health issues,
you had financial issues, you had challenges.

Speaker 1 (21:13):
Like anxiety, depression, yes, all of it.

Speaker 2 (21:15):
Yeah, and we're working through. I mean to live a
public life with all of that going on and not
show it.

Speaker 4 (21:22):
Is a lot, yeah, and well, and that's the thing
that causes more anxiety. So what I've learned as I've
gotten older is it's okay to be like, hey, I'm
feeling kind of off today, Like what is the shame
in not being perfect and not feeling perfect? It's so
hard to keep up, like to sustain the standards you
set for yourself. For performers, it's like people are expected

(21:46):
to like pop out sounding perfect, looking perfect, all that
at any given moment, and it's not really sustainable. And
I think it's why a lot of women like and listen,
I'm not above like doing a refresher at some point
in the future. Like, but it's why female entertainers feel
the need to like, you know, Okay, I need to
make sure I have certain things in place, so that people,

(22:08):
because people are kind of looking to take you down
or to go, oh, she's getting worn out or not,
you know, not keeping up, and so there's a lot
of pressure. But then there's a lot of pressure we
put on ourselves. So I've taken the pressure off of
myself in this chapter of my life. I let myself
off the hook now more often than not, and it's freeing.

(22:28):
And now the work I'm doing is better because of that,
because I'm not like eating myself alive with self imposed stress.

Speaker 1 (22:34):
What act are we in right now? For Debbie Gibson,
I know you kind of describe your second act it's.

Speaker 4 (22:39):
You know, interestingly like right Depending on how you look
at it, it's either like the sixteenth act or a
true second act. And I do feel like it's a
true second act, and I think I'm really enjoying it
even more than the first.

Speaker 1 (22:53):
Where are you going to be spending time for the holidays?
After the parade's over Thursday? Yeah, we're doing after that
and what's for Christmas?

Speaker 2 (22:59):
And all?

Speaker 4 (22:59):
Well, my family's in Jersey at one of my niece's houses,
and uh yeah, if I'm like awake enough to.

Speaker 2 (23:06):
Rally to get out there, I will, yeah, I will.

Speaker 4 (23:11):
I'll probably take a big power nap and then and
then head out.

Speaker 1 (23:14):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (23:14):
All my sisters now are here, like ones in Jersey
and tour in Manhattan, one of my sisters moved into
the building that my late mom lived in for many
many years. So like when I was on Broadway and
Beauty and the Beast, I have these memories of going
to this particular apartment on Christmas, like I would do
a show Christmas even in the you know, the matinee,
and then go to to this building and now one

(23:37):
of my sisters is there.

Speaker 1 (23:38):
Well before we let you go, is there anything we
haven't touched on?

Speaker 4 (23:41):
If people out there have not heard my holiday album
Winter Delicious, which you guys helped launch, which was so
epic that radio I know that was so much fun
just to be like a part of that Rockets show
like I used to go as a kid.

Speaker 2 (23:56):
Well, yeah, thank you.

Speaker 1 (23:58):
I think you're a Rocket on Thursday.

Speaker 2 (24:00):
Thank you.

Speaker 1 (24:01):
I'm so excited.

Speaker 2 (24:02):
We'll be watching all right.

Speaker 1 (24:03):
Debbie Gibson, everybody, thank you for stopping taking
