Thank you, Bob. Good morning everyone. It is five oh

Speaker 7 (01:41):
Every boat we knock out. We saved twenty five thousand
American lives. Thanks right and kay, if you look at
our if.
Speaker 8 (01:48):
You look at our numbers, the drugs coming in through
the c are down.
Speaker 6 (01:53):
Ninety one percent. President Trump doubling down on those strikes
against drug smugglers in the Caribbean, adding that land operations
could be coming very soon as well. Trump protecting Americans
from threats already here. Also, a third Afghan allowed here
by Joe Biden is arrested this one is charged with
providing support to isis K.
Speaker 9 (02:16):
We're certainly looking at the data and analysis, looking at
the leading indicators of what makes someone a public charge,
a public safety threat, potentially terrorism as well, and where
these individuals are located in our country.
Speaker 6 (02:28):
Tricia McLaughlin with DHS telling Fox Business the list of
nineteen countries where immigration has already been paused could be expanded. Meantime,
ICE begins operations in New Orleans called Operation Catahula Crunch.
Speaker 10 (02:42):
Democrats always want to want to scream that you know
we're we're anti immigrant.
Speaker 6 (02:46):
We're not anti immigrant.
Speaker 10 (02:47):
In fact, we want immigrants to come over here in
a lawful way.
Speaker 6 (02:51):
Oklahoma Senator Mark Wayne Mullen ICE agents made several arrests yesterday.
A snunter from one of the top Democrats in the country,
House Minority Hakeem Jeffries reluctantly, I should add, gives Trump
credit from closing the border down. You will hear that
at six am after what comes next beyond enforcement. While
(03:11):
there's one Republican senator talking about tackling another immigration issue.
Speaker 11 (03:17):
Ohio Senator Bernie Moreno says it's time to end dual citizenship.
Speaker 12 (03:22):
Utle citizenship is absurd. Of course we should end it.
Speaker 11 (03:26):
That's Mark Grekorian, executive director at the Center for Immigration Studies.
Speaker 12 (03:30):
The real reason this is a problem is mass immigration.
This happens because we're letting in more than a million
people every year without end.
Speaker 11 (03:39):
The legislation calls for exclusive allegiance to the US. Jeff

Speaker 6 (03:50):
The President issues a pardon to South Texas Democrat Henry Quaar,
who was facing charges of bribery and money laundering.
Speaker 13 (03:57):
I'm not going to second guess the president except to
say to the President, President Trump, thank you.
Speaker 6 (04:02):
Trump sent on truth Social that Crayar was unfairly targeted
by the Biden administration for speaking out against illegal immigration.
Now Quayar has filed to run for reelection as a Democrat.
Expert say, the pardon hurts Republican chances of flipping that seat, unless,
of course, Quaar changes parties.
Speaker 14 (04:23):
All of a sudden, you've got a situation where you've
got Henry Kuahar, who can sleep well at night, according
to President Trump, because the nightmare is over.
Speaker 6 (04:30):
That's political scientist John Taylor. There the web County Judge.
Republican tno Te Arena has filed to challenge Quaar from
the Republican side of things, coming up on five to
ZHO five. The left's anti gun crusade continues now. Andrew
ross Sorkin with The New York Times. The liberal New
York Times tried to say that gun violence was the
(04:52):
root problem that led to Charlie Kirk's assassination. Kirk's widow
didn't take that very well.
Speaker 15 (04:59):
You're living in a day and age where they think
violence is the solution to them, not wanting to hear
a different point of view. That's not a gun problem,
that's a human, deeply human problem.
Speaker 6 (05:16):
And that was a mic drop moment from Erica Kirk
at the New York Times Deal Book Summit. Meantime, in
the city Houston has debuted a new gun injury and
death dashboard. It tracks information that includes exactly where gun
crimes are taking place.
Speaker 16 (05:31):
This has immediately thrown up red flags from Second Amendment supporters.
Speaker 17 (05:35):
The problem is calling it a public health initiative.
Speaker 3 (05:39):
Guns are not public health.
Speaker 18 (05:40):
Guns are form of safety, a tool to be used
by a person.
Speaker 16 (05:44):
Attorney Michelle Maple says despite that concern. There is an
upside to tracking and publishing this data.
Speaker 3 (05:49):
You will know where to stay.
Speaker 18 (05:51):
Away from, and if you do have to go into
those neighborhoods, maybe you'll think, well, maybe I should carry
my firearm into this neighborhood.
Speaker 16 (05:57):
She added that gun right supporters will need to remain
vigilant to make sure this isn't the start of a
slippery slope. Ethan Buchanan News Radio seven forty KTR.
Speaker 6 (06:05):
By the way, if you look at that dashboard, many
of these crimes are taking place in the neighborhoods that
we already know are violent. Looking at your money. Democrats
are still complaining about Obamacare subsidies. A Senate hearing yesterday
continues to expose those subsidies for being exactly what you
thought they were.
Speaker 19 (06:23):
By using these subsidies, they were hiding the true costs
of the premiums. Now, this doesn't actually lower the cost
of healthcare, it.
Speaker 6 (06:32):
Masked Louisiana Senator doctor Bill Cassidy. The subsidies expire at
the end of the month. A huge deadline is coming
up if you're one of the millions of Americans on Medicare.
Sunday is the last day of Open Enrollment, Medicare and
Medicaid Services administrator doctor memt Oz telling Bright part many
folks just missed out by not signing up.
Speaker 20 (06:52):
I think part of the reason people don't sign up
and they don't realize how much power they have, and
they also don't appreciate how improved these sites are. But
it makes it really easy for you to pretty Seenlessy's

Speaker 6 (07:06):
And he warns that if you missopen enrollment, you'll need

Speaker 21 (07:24):
The plot of the stories of the day will thinking
as you go about your day.
Speaker 1 (07:28):
Bad afternoon News and talks for easy Consumption, News Radio
seven forty KTRH.
Speaker 2 (07:35):
All right, and a good morning to you, thanks so
much for being with us. I'm Bob Franz sitting in
for Jimmy Barrett this Thursday morning. It is seven minutes
after the hour, and wow, how about it? Senator Bernie
Moreno from Ohio new he's the senior senator there even
though he's only been on the job for about ten months.
He was started at the start of this year. But
(07:56):
of course with Vice President JD. Vance being elevated from
previously Ohio Senator the replacement John Houstead, there is the
uh is the junior senator. So Bernie with his seniority
making news yesterday dropping a bill you heard Cliff talk
about it, dropping a bill in the United States Senate
(08:16):
that would end dual citizenship. That if you want to
come to the United States, as he Bernie Moreno and
his family did his first generation in the United States
from Columbia, if you want to come to the United
States and be an American citizen, you must formally do
what he did, which is renounce your citizenship from the
(08:37):
country uh that you that you left. So in his case,
he's no longer a you know, has not been for
some time, a dual American Colombian citizen. He is just
an American, he says. The Exclusive Citizenship Citizenship Act is
a bill that would force Americans to holding dual citizenship
to renounce one passport within one year or lose their
(09:00):
citizenship outright here for in the United States, according to reports,
and I don't know who gathers, but this measure, if
it were to pass, would affect at least twenty seven
current members of Congress. And I have to tell you
that makes that alone makes this a mandatory bill that
(09:23):
needs to pass. How can you represent the United States
in Congress, represent the people in Congress if you do
not exclusively love the people and the country that you
are supposedly serving, if you have split loyalties. In other words,
what Bernie Moreno is saying, you don't get to get
married to your wife and keep the ex girlfriend. You
(09:46):
don't get to have her on speed dial and say,
you know, at any time I can leave you and
go and visit and spend time with my ex girlfriend.
Your wife demands loyalty. And that's exactly what Bernie Moreno
is talking about.
Speaker 3 (09:58):
Here.
Speaker 2 (10:00):
Members of Congress, five senators, and roughly twenty two House members,
according to the report, were either born abroad or retain
birthright citizenship in countries including Canada, India, Mexico, Somalia, and
Somalia is a big news story this morning for a
lot of other reasons, Taiwan, Thailand, and Guatemala, according to
biographical records and public disclosures. If enacted, the legislation would
(10:24):
mark the first federal ban on dual nationality since the
nineteen sixty seven Supreme Court ruling that protected it as.
Speaker 3 (10:31):
A constitutional right. So this is a big statement, and.
Speaker 2 (10:34):
I'll be honest with you, I think it's absolutely necessary.
He is exactly right. The scandal up in Minnesota over
Somali nationals fleecing and frauding, defrauding the American people.
Speaker 3 (10:46):
Absolutely right.
Speaker 2 (10:47):
You cannot come here, particularly from countries like that, and
share loyalties. And guess what that would mean somebody like
ilhan Omar, oftentimes referred to by me as jihad O.
She would have to absolutely either renounce her long standing
and ever loving loyalty for Somalia and embrace America or
(11:11):
go back.
Speaker 3 (11:12):
You will no longer be a citizen, all right.
Speaker 2 (11:15):
It is five to eleven. A lot more to get
into on that as we go. As we get going
this morning, time to check traffic and weather though, and
good morning, Garry met.
Speaker 5 (11:24):
Good morning now to accidents and a vance likely to
grow right, we already know. Okay, let's revisit including this
new one sixty nine east x free west south found
before greens over on the outside shoulder.
Speaker 4 (11:36):
I'm not seeing much of a backup yet.
Speaker 5 (11:38):
Then on the sixth Hentnies Loop the crash northbound on
the eastbound.
Speaker 4 (11:42):
Connect or that one continues. It's stop and.
Speaker 5 (11:45):
Go from market and here I suggest giving yourself a
few minutes cushion. I'm Gary Mack in the Ability treat
Experts Traffic Center.
Speaker 2 (11:51):
All right, thank you very much, and time for our
first check in with Terry Smith at the Weather Channel.
Speaker 3 (11:55):
Hello Terry, hey, good morning.
Speaker 22 (11:58):
Well, we've got ourselves a soggy stretch of weather around
here starting today and continuing through the rest of the week. Now,
the good news is it's going to be all gone
by early Saturday, so actually the weekend's not shaping up
too bad.
Speaker 6 (12:14):
Right now, things are fairly quiet.
Speaker 22 (12:15):
The bulk of the wet weather showers and storms off
to the east and south, but the clouds hang around
and we've got more rain over the course of the day,
a fifty percent chance of mainly showers, but occasionally you'll
hear some thunder as well. The other big change for
us today. It is much cooler. Our temperatures in the fifties.
(12:36):
These are our high temperatures this afternoon Tomorrow, fifty percent
chance of more rain. Saturday, We've got a slight chance
of twenty percent chance of wet weather early and then
we'll turn out partly cloudy and Sunday Monday, the sunshine's
back and once we start to get the sunshine showing
up over the weekend, the temperatures will start to warm
back up.
Speaker 2 (12:57):
All right, Terry, thank you so much. Right now said
in the mid fifties, fifty five degrees at your official
severe weather station, News Radio seven forty KTRH.
Speaker 3 (13:07):
I live in Katie, I live in Ito. You're reliable forecast.
Speaker 21 (13:10):
Next on the ten on seven forty KTRH.
Speaker 2 (13:15):
Okay, we continue now. It is five eighteen. I'm Bob
Frands sitting in for Jimmy Barrett. Good morning to you,
Thanks for being with us. Senator Bernie Marino. We were
just discussing earlier introducing a bill in the Senate saying, look,
one or the other, you cannot be an American citizen
and a citizen of another country. That is something that
is going to change if this law passes. He spoke
to US Steve Bannon's war room. It's very, very straightforward.
Speaker 23 (13:38):
You're either an American citizen or you're a citizen of
another country. You can't have dual alliances. You can't have
dual allegiances. We pledge allegiance to the flag every day,
every morning in the.
Speaker 3 (13:49):
United States Senate. It's crystal clear.
Speaker 23 (13:51):
I think most Americans are surprised to learn that you
can't even have dual citizenship. When I became a US citizen, Steve,
by the way, one of the greatest honors and privilege
of my life, I swore legions the United States of
America and not to the country where I was born.
It's pretty straightforward. It's common sense. Should have been done
a long time ago.
Speaker 2 (14:12):
It is all of those things. It is straightforward, and
it is common sense. And what he said is I
think resonating with a lot of patriots around the country,
and that is it.
Speaker 3 (14:20):
Is a privilege to live here.
Speaker 2 (14:22):
You know, the Left likes to divide people in any
number of ways through critical theory, but they really do
that when it comes to white privilege. They'll say that
there is white privilege in America, or there is male privilege,
part of the patriarchy, and so on and so forth.
That's just insane, intentional Marxist division. But there is privilege
(14:46):
in this country. And the privilege in this country is
that we all were born here, those of us who
were born here. We have to recognize, Yes, we do
have that privilege. But guess what, we didn't choose it.
We lucked into it. That is reality. And if you
I want to come here and join us because you
recognize how amazing we have made it, then you have
to join us in that loyalty to country first. And
(15:09):
that's it this country if you want to, And I'll
make the comparison again.
Speaker 3 (15:14):
I think it's a fair metaphor.
Speaker 2 (15:17):
It's getting married and telling the new wife, by the way,
I get to keep my ex girlfriend as the side piece.
Speaker 3 (15:24):
No, you don't.
Speaker 2 (15:25):
You're the loyal to me and you are renouncing all
others or you are not marrying me. That's all we're
that's all Bernie Marinos saying.
Speaker 20 (15:32):
Here.
Speaker 2 (15:33):
Be interesting to see what the rest of the Senate
thinks about this when this gets its way into and
through committees. All right, five twenty, Now, let's do traffic
and weather. We're gonna check in here with Gary Mack
and first Sky Mike this morning.
Speaker 5 (15:44):
Hey Gary, Yeah, Hey, good morning.
Speaker 4 (15:48):
Let's hit the roads.
Speaker 5 (15:48):
First forty five North three Way south bound and we'll
take the entrance rant from Louetta to the North Loop.
Speaker 4 (15:54):
That's running US fifteen minute.
Speaker 5 (15:55):
It's sixteen it ten the Beetown East free Way west
bound for Baytown show Lander to the East Loop. In
sixty ninety Southwest Freeway northbound between ninety nine to Grand
Priis Parkway to the West Loop that weight people seventeen minutes.
Speaker 4 (16:08):
Also a new we'll call this an incident.
Speaker 5 (16:10):
Ronie off the tip Line says the vehicles lost a
wheel one forty six south bound on the connector to
Highway two twenty five.
Speaker 4 (16:17):
Watch out for that causing quite the backup.
Speaker 5 (16:20):
I'm Gary Mack and the Generator Supercenter dot Com Traffic SEC.
Speaker 2 (16:23):
All right, thanks, sir, and Terry's forecast calling for some
showers today, occasional showers high of around fifty four or
so overnight down to about forty three. Showers expected tomorrow too,
high of around fifty and then mostly Sunday, Saturday and
Sunday with attempts warming drastically. Back up into normal ranges
with highs in the mid sixties. And right now we
(16:44):
have fifty four at your official severe weather station. News
radio seven forty k TRH headline time. Now here's Cliff,
Thank you, Bob.
Speaker 6 (16:52):
Congress will haul Jack Smith into answer for spying on Republicans.
The Kremlin says Vladimir Putin has accepted some US proposals
aimed at ending the war with Ukraine. At Killin's is
closing its Woodlands location on Sunday. The location will now
become a what a burger at the latest news anytime

Speaker 1 (17:15):
What started in your guard now works on your phone
with the new iHeartRadio apps.
Speaker 3 (17:20):
The new precepts are fantastic. At Houston's News, Weather and Traffic.
How I listened to ktr chanstead later. All right, little
update on the coke boats.
Speaker 2 (17:31):
Yeah, the cocaine boats, you know the ones that are
just vaporizing in record time in the Caribbean as they
steam drugs to the United States. Yeah, the update ABC
News helped. This was on Waters last night with Jesse
Waters and he was speaking with with our I'm trying
(17:51):
to think of Stephen Miller, deputy director, I'm sorry, not
deputy director, Deputy chief of staff in charge of policy.
And they were talking about the double tapp or the
double tap hoax that was invented by the media to
try to make it make it look as though somehow
the United States was committing in the Trump administration was
committing war crimes by shooting not only or missiling the
(18:14):
drug boat, but then firing a second time to kill
stragglers who were hanging on to some of the wreckage.
Here's what ABC News broadcasts tonight.
Speaker 3 (18:23):
New information.
Speaker 24 (18:24):
According to a source familiar with the incident, the two
survivors climbed back onto the boat after the initial strike.
They were believed to be potentially in communication with others
and salvaging some of the drugs. Because of that, it
was determined they were still in the fight and valid targets.
A JAG officer was also giving legal advice.
Speaker 2 (18:45):
That changes everything everything about the narrative. They were not
trying to save their lives, they were trying to salvage
the coke, because we're talking about millions of dollars with
the coke that they were speeding to the United States. So,
as mentioned, the aforementioned Deputy Chief of Staff in charge
of Policy, Stephen Miller, had this to say, I think get.
Speaker 3 (19:08):
More crystal clear than that.
Speaker 25 (19:10):
The mission is take out the boat, stop the drugs,
keep this vessel and its cargo from reaching our shore
using lethal means and our amazing military. The heroes of
the United States Armedforces did exactly that. President Trump, Secretary Haigseth,
and this entire government are committed to finally using our
(19:33):
military to defend our people, our borders, our family, our culture,
our history, our heritage.
Speaker 3 (19:39):
To defend the United States.
Speaker 25 (19:40):
We're not going off running around the Middle East trying
to build the democracies in caves and deserts and in
distant sands.
Speaker 3 (19:48):
That have never known democracy.
Speaker 25 (19:49):
We're using the military to protect American security, American prosperity,
American lives right here, where we live, where our children live.
Speaker 2 (20:00):
One ambiguous message from the Deputy Chief of Staff there,
and I'm trying to find somebody who can possibly disagree
with this.
Speaker 3 (20:07):
It is remarkable to me that.
Speaker 2 (20:08):
The Democrats in Congress and end of the media, they're
pretty much one and the same anyway, but they literally
care more about the drug cartel members and their safety
than they do about the victims of the drugs that
are on their way here. President Trump said it very
very clearly when he was asked about this, said, look,
(20:30):
every single drug boat that we knock out, we save
thousands of American lives.
Speaker 6 (20:36):
Emily's video of.
Speaker 26 (20:37):
That first boat strike on September second, but not the
second video.
Speaker 17 (20:41):
Will you release video of that strike so that the
American people can see for themselves.
Speaker 3 (20:46):
Well, I don't know what they have.
Speaker 7 (20:47):
But whatever they have, we certainly release.
Speaker 27 (20:49):
No problem.
Speaker 7 (20:50):
You know, we stopped every boat we knock out. We
saved twenty five thousand American last night.
Speaker 8 (20:56):
And if you look at our if you look at
our numbers, the drugs coming in through CEA are down
ninety I'm surprised, as nine percent you are.
Speaker 3 (21:07):
I don't know who's doing the nine percent.
Speaker 8 (21:10):
But it's sound ninety one.
Speaker 3 (21:11):
And we're going to start very soon on land.
Speaker 7 (21:13):
And I'm sure you're thrilled to hear that.
Speaker 2 (21:14):
Way, ninety one percent of the drugs being brought to
the US by sea gone gone. The fentadol that was
being funneled into this country across the poorest southern border
during the Biden Red Carpet years gone, zero crossings over
the course of the last three months. It is a
remarkable decision. President Trump said, American lives first, and that
(21:37):
includes those taken by by drugs imported from other countries.
Stopping those terrorists and that's what they are, Narco terrorists
has been a priority for President Trump and it is
saving American lives.
Speaker 3 (21:50):
And I hope everybody understands that. It is five twenty six.
Speaker 2 (21:53):
We're going to check in on a Bloomberg Business report
now and say good morning to John Tucker.
Speaker 3 (21:59):
Good morning.
Speaker 28 (22:00):
US companies fired employees or otherwise reduced payrolls last month
by the most since early twenty twenty three. It's a
further accelerating trend of job losses that's plagued the Trump
administration for much of its second term. Unemployment currently sits
at four point four percent. Private sector payrolls decreased in
November by thirty two thousand, according to ADP Research. I'm
(22:22):
John Zucker Bloomberg Business on News Radio seven forty KTRH.

Speaker 2 (22:47):
Getting hauled in front of Congress for spying on Republicans,
and the Texas Women's Privacy Act officially goes.
Speaker 3 (22:54):
On the books today.
Speaker 2 (22:55):
Good morning, I'm about France and for Jimmy Barrett, this
is your five thirty report, we'll call it. Cliff Sunders
has the details on those stories and more coming up.
The first, we're going to check the traffic, and that
means here's Gary mick.
Speaker 30 (23:08):
Hey.
Speaker 5 (23:08):
Couple of accidents. They continue to work the sixty nineties
text rack. Wait times, you're minimal at southbound before Green's
Road and now includes a right lane and a left
lane down on the frontage Road, and it's southbound on
I forty five. Look out for this one before airline.
Another collision in a couple of right lanes that's now
up to a ten minute delay from Tidwell.
Speaker 4 (23:27):
Also, the slower speeds on the sixteenth east loop northbound
at I ten.
Speaker 5 (23:31):
We'll move that over to the road where column blocks
the westbound ramp, so everyone is bunched up as you're
diverted eastbound. And I found out for us this one's scheduled.
Oh boy, through Monday the twenty second, at five am.
I'm Gary Mack at the Ability Tree Experts Traffic Center.
Speaker 3 (23:47):
All right, thank you sir.
Speaker 2 (23:48):
And we've got overcast guys today with some occasional showers
coming in. I have about fifty four overnight down to
forty three more showers on Friday warming.
Speaker 3 (23:57):
Over the weekend.
Speaker 2 (23:57):
I'll let Terry Smith give you the specifics when she
checked with us at five forty. Right now, we check
in at fifty four degrees at your official severe weather station,
News Radio seven forty kt RH No.
Speaker 3 (24:09):
It's time for the morning news, Cliff.
Speaker 6 (24:10):
Sawners, thank you, good Sarah. It is five point thirty
one on KTRH our top story. Former Special Council Jack
Smith has been subpoenaed for a deposition with Congress about
spying on Republican lawmakers.
Speaker 31 (24:23):
Some people like myself up to two and a half
years of their phone records, who they called, who called them,
when they called them, how long the call lasted, and
if you initiated that call, they knew you where you
were at when you made the call.
Speaker 6 (24:35):
House Judiciary Committee Chair Jim Jordan on Fox. Smith will
be deposed behind closed doors December seventeenth. In the meantime,
federal Judge James Boseberg orders two j six defendants pardoned
by President Trump to be refunded in full for restitution
payments made and for fines incurred as part of their
criminal cases. By the way, Boseburg's the same judge that
(24:58):
ruled against Trump on deporting Illaly aliens. And speaking of
immigration enforcement, Minneapolis officials are crying about new operations on
the Somali population in the city. Orders. Our Tom Holman says, eh,
so cool.
Speaker 32 (25:13):
So what, there's gonna be an increase of activity up there,
and we're going to hold people accountable.
Speaker 3 (25:17):
We're going to enforce the law with all apology.
Speaker 6 (25:20):
Local officials of course, they they won't cooperate with ICE.
And then there's this from the left. If you're Hispanic,
you shouldn't be working for ICE.
Speaker 30 (25:30):
Not only do you have no moral compasses? And how
many times have you seen these guys. They've got their
masks on, they can't see their whole face, but what
you can see, it's like a brown skin tone and
a dude who looks like his last name is probably
like Lopezer Hernandez.
Speaker 6 (25:43):
That is Crystal Ball. She used to be on MSNBC.
She was on the I've Headed podcast. She said, those
agents are quoch betraying their own community. It's now five
point thirty three the Texas Women's Privacy Act officially takes
effect to that means across Texas men are banned from
in women's private spaces. Another thing for the radical left
(26:06):
to complain about.
Speaker 33 (26:08):
This was a bipartisan bill. It was voted on and
even had co authors from both parties, Democrat and Republican.
Speaker 34 (26:14):
So this is just a.
Speaker 33 (26:15):
Common sense piece of legislation, and the polling continues to
prove that.
Speaker 6 (26:19):
Mary Elizabeth Castle with Texas Value says this will help
protect women in government buildings, public schools, and facilities in
higher education. The state's new law prohibiting sexually explicit books
in school libraries is also in effect, but the Texas
Library Association is telling schools that they don't have to
remove books that are already on the shelves. Here's the
(26:41):
only problem that's not true.
Speaker 35 (26:44):
This is like telling a kid that has a gun
in his locker, it's okay, you can keep the gun
in your locker because this law was passed after you
had the gun in your locker.
Speaker 6 (26:52):
It's ridiculous. State Rep. Steve Tilt says the law is
one hundred percent retroactive in parents who discover that their
children's school aren't following the law should take legal action. Well,
if you want to end woke teacher training, well, rather,
if you want to end woke teachers, you might want
to talk about the training and end the wokeness there.
Speaker 36 (27:12):
Despite laws banning wokeness in schools, the serpent keeps slithering along.
Speaker 37 (27:16):
Public school administrators are admitting to these investigative journalists undercover,
saying that they're still teaching critical race theory if they're
just calling it something else.
Speaker 36 (27:26):
Cordyangelis of the American Culture Projects says school choice is
one way to fix the problem, but really we need
to cut the serpent off at the head.
Speaker 37 (27:34):
We need better teacher training programs, alternatives to the current
woke colleges of education that we have today.
Speaker 36 (27:41):
He says, we need more regulations and to get back
to an ideological balance. On Ray Brard News Radio, se KTRH.
Speaker 6 (27:48):
Stealing a page from China, the Left has started a
pilot program in Utah which will give students their social
credit scores based on their speech. Ron Thomas with Truth
and Education says it's another tool for indoctrination.
Speaker 38 (28:04):
The real goal and motive behind this is to further
produce compliant, obedient children, because we are creating global citizens.
This is and create censorship. It's a grooming process.
Speaker 6 (28:17):
It's the Dignity Index program in school. Officials who supported
claim it will reduce contempt in students five point thirty five.
The beanstream media wants to kill President Trump on the economy,
but they won't give him credit on lowering gasoline prices
the way he has now three dollars a gallon or less.
Speaker 39 (28:37):
Nationwide energy analyst Phil Flynn says, you have to give
President Trump the credit he has due. His diplomacy is
paying off.
Speaker 40 (28:44):
We're going to work with Saudi Arabia, We're going to
work with OPEK.
Speaker 39 (28:48):
Flynn says. The Biden administration was quite the opposite.
Speaker 40 (28:51):
In fact, President Biden called OPEK to raise production and
they didn't take the phone call.
Speaker 39 (28:56):
He says, Ultimately, Trump speaks to America's needs, bolences, oil independence,
and geopolitical risks keeping prices down at the pump. I'm

And gasoline prices keep ticking down across uset at two
fifty one eight gallon This morning, Houston's housing market had
an unusual October prices dropping for the first time since
twenty seventeen. Is fresh inventory poured.
Speaker 41 (29:21):
In at Houston's media and prices around three hundred and
thirty thousand dollars and the small one point five percent
dip is just a normalization that we're experiencing after years
of raphid growth.
Speaker 6 (29:32):

We'll check it out every day the radio KTRH.
Speaker 3 (30:03):
Yeah, that's a big deal.
Speaker 2 (30:04):
This story about gas prices and the story about oil,
and the story about President Trump announcing yesterday the reset
of federal field standards.
Speaker 3 (30:12):
This is exactly what we voted for. Good morning.
Speaker 2 (30:17):
I'm Bob France and for Jimmy Barrett, this is It's
five point thirty seven.
Speaker 3 (30:21):
This is the affordability thing.
Speaker 2 (30:22):
It's kind of funny how the Democrats have tried really,
really hard to turn everything into it's the affordability crisis,
the affordability crisis that Americans are enduring right now. And
I'm looking high and low, far and wide for the crisis.
Prices are down on almost everything, not everything. There are
(30:43):
certain things coffee people know about this put coffee impacted
by tariffs, Beef is impacted by a number of things,
but overwhelmingly there is no quote unquote gas prices. As
Cliff just said during the story, prices are down. There
is no affordability crisis. But it's what the it's what
the Left has to gaslight the American people into believing.
(31:05):
And it should be pointed out that it is just
all hogwash.
Speaker 3 (31:10):
And what I mean by that is here are the numbers.
Speaker 2 (31:12):
During the first four years of President Trump's term, obviously
his Trump forty five, the average annual inflation over those
four years was one point nine percent. During Joe Biden's
four years, the average inflation was five percent. And that
includes a peak of nine point one percent here during
(31:36):
Trump forty seven, it's two point seven. Now is that
as good as one point nine that he had in
his first term?
Speaker 3 (31:43):
No? Is it a damn.
Speaker 2 (31:45):
Site better than the five percent average over the five
four years of Joe Biden. You better believe it is.
And the media is it's an affordability crisis. Wait a minute,
it takes a while. While it didn't take Biden long
to ramp up inflation in the United States to nine
point one percent, all he had to do was what
he did, and that's the clear war on the fossil
(32:07):
fuel industry. Energy costs affect everything. But he spiked it
up pretty quickly. It takes a lot longer to get
it down to where it was before, but it is
still already only at two point seven compared to five.
So no, there's not an affordability crisis. And yes, fuel
gasoline is going to be much, much less expensive for
us because of what President Trump announced yesterday. Quote again,
(32:31):
we are officially terminating Joe Biden's ridiculously burdens some horrible
actually CAFE standards, the AFE standards that imposed expensive restrictions
and all sorts of problems gave all sorts of problems
to automakers. We're not only talking about outside of our country,
because nobody could do it, nobody wanted to do it,
and it was ridiculous and very expensive. It caused the
(32:53):
price of cars to soll more than twenty five percent
and in one case up eighteen percent in one year.
All of these things are are gone now with this reset.
It's gonna save according to the President, one hundred and
nine billion dollars in total for American families. That reset
of federal fuel standard's gonna save us collectively one hundred
(33:14):
and nine billion dollars. And I'm not ashamed to say it.
That's what I voted for five forty Now time for
traffic and weather. Let's get you move in and see
where we are on this Thursday morning. Gary Mack is

Speaker 2 (40:36):
Okay, it is five forty seven coming up in just
a few after we check traffic and weather. Den, we're
going to get into a chat with Markokrean from CIS
that's a Center for Immigration Studies. A little bit more
on Senator Bernie Marino's proposal yesterday, a proposed piece of
legislation to bar dual citizenship, to end it, to scrap
it to the point.
Speaker 3 (40:57):
Where Americans must choose.
Speaker 2 (40:58):
And I don't think he's concerned as much about just
all Americans or all individuals who are here in this
situation with dual citizenship. I think what Senator Marino is
concerned about is those who become elected officials. How can
you effectively represent the people as an elected member of Congress,
particularly if you're a lawmaker in the House or the
Senate side. How can you do that when you don't
(41:20):
even have undivided loyalties to the United States. If you've
got dual citizenship, by the very nature of it, you
have dual loyalties. That's the bottom line. You don't have
a singular, devoted love for the United States. And I
think that's the biggest concern here because you have a
lot of people, including Ilan Omar, the representative of Minnesota,
(41:43):
who has made no bones about it. She has talked
about how she is here to help advance Somali causes
while she is living and working in the United States
as a representative. So if she has divided loyalties much
less stronger loyalties toward her former country in our present one,
we need to do something about that. And Bernie Moreno
(42:04):
thinks this law is the way, very very straightforward.
Speaker 23 (42:07):
You're either an American citizen or you're a citizen of
another country. You can't have dual alliances. You can't have
dual allegiances. We've pledged allegiance to the flag every day,
every morning in the United States Senate.
Speaker 3 (42:19):
It's crystal clear.
Speaker 23 (42:20):
I think most Americans are surprised to learn that you
can't even have dual citizenship. When I became a US citizen,
Steve by the way, one of the greatest honors and
privilege of my life. I swore allegiance to the United
States of America and not to the country where I
was born. It's pretty straightforward. It's common sense. Should have
been done a long time ago.
Speaker 2 (42:41):
Bernie Marino, of course, was born in excuse me, Colombia,
and he did indeed exactly that, he renounced his citizenship
of Columbia when he became an American, and of course
has become an extraordinary American success story. We'll talk more
about this with Marco Corey and after we check this drive.
Gary Mack has our traffic for us this morning.
Speaker 5 (42:58):

I don't know why that Bob was inserted into there.
Why are you gonna split it with me?
Speaker 3 (44:29):
Thank you? Cliff? All right?
Speaker 2 (44:31):
As mentioned Bernie Marino opening a lot of eyes and
are dropping a lot of jaws by saying no more
dual citizenship in the United States if his bill were
to become law. Mark Grecory and executive director of CIS
Center for Immigration Studies, with reaction to that, Good morning, Mark,
Good morning. Okay, So what are your thoughts? What was
your first reaction to what the senator offered.
Speaker 12 (44:53):
Well, it's kind of an obvious thing. In other words,
dual citizenship isn't even technically allowed under US law. It's
just that nobody does anything about it. Because when a citizen,
when an immigrant liked Santa Marino or Congressman Omar, when
they became a citizen, they had to take an oath.
(45:14):
You can just look it up Google Oath of Citizenship
and it says, I hereby renounce and abjure all allegiances
to any state or sovereignty or prince or potentates. It's
sort of old timey language, but it's already there. The
question is what do you do about it? And it
used to be before the nineteen sixties that if you
(45:36):
did a series of certain things, like if you ran
for office in a foreign country or voted in a
foreign election, you automatically lost your citizenship. Supreme Court in
the sixties says no, you couldn't do that. And what
Congress needs to do, and this bill doesn't really do
that is make those kind of acts crimes. In other words,
(46:01):
if you vote in a foreign election, you get you know,
a ticket on the first offense, and you know, six
months in jail on the second or something like that.
This legislation may not actually even if it passes, which
it won't the Democrats will never vote for it might
not pass judicial a muster because it says you automatically
(46:22):
lose your citizenship if you don't renounce your other dual citizenship.
Speaker 3 (46:28):
So within a year important.
Speaker 12 (46:29):
Thing to get discussion launched. I'm just not sure it's
going to go anywhere.
Speaker 3 (46:33):
Yeah, and I think that's a very good point.
Speaker 2 (46:35):
It probably will not, especially with a divide of Congress
and not by by by by chamber, but just the
slim majorities. Obviously you're not going to have that anybody
on the Democrats side going forward. This, But what what
should be what should be more passable if you could
if you could draw it up yourself, mark something that
would at least take somebody like illin Omar, who has
(46:56):
said in public speeches that she is supportive of Somalia first,
not the United States first. That's not even dual citizenship.
In my regard and my way of viewing it, that's
one A and one B, and one A for her
is Somalia, one B is the United States. At least
when somebody is as brazen as that, there has to
be something that can be done or could there.
Speaker 12 (47:18):
Rever be Yeah, I'm not sure there is a legal
solution to that. That's a political question. In other words,
if she were to run for office in Somalia, that's
the kind of thing you could prohibit legally. There was
actually a guy from Columbia in New Jersey a number
of years ago. He ran for office in Colombia and
(47:38):
in New Jersey at the same time. Now he lost
one election and one the other. But that kind of
thing you can criminalize. What Ilhan Omar is talking about
is the kind of thing that unfortunately is mainly going
to be susceptible to political solutions. The problem is her district.
A lot of the people who live there a lot
(47:59):
of our America and fellow citizens are okay with that
sort of thing. So I think we have a kind
of a teaching job to do before we can, you know,
curb this kind of thing. And that's where I point
to this bill by Senator Moreno as you know, a
useful participation, a useful start of that discussion.
Speaker 3 (48:21):
Yeah, that's that's what I said.
Speaker 2 (48:23):
We're talking to Marco Corey and CIS Center for Immigration Studies.
Mark just briefly impacts that you guys and your team
at CIS have noticed over the course of the last
well we'll just say the first ten eleven months of
the Trump presidency, but specifically over the last three months,
if I understand it correctly, zero point zero illegal border.
Speaker 3 (48:41):
Crossings at our southern border. What impact is that having.
Speaker 12 (48:46):
Well, it's huge. I mean, there's still some people trying
to get across. It's small number, but none of them
are let go. That's the thing. Nobody's let go, and
that was what was driving the crisis last time. But yeah,
the crossings are the lowest probably they've ever been. They
say it's the lowest since the sixties, but back then
we didn't know when people were sneaking by at night.
(49:08):
You know that there were a lot of people who
got by without being noticed. That doesn't happen much anymore
with cameras all over the border, So it's a huge difference.
It's the problem is what do you do about all
the illegal immigrants that Biden led in over the past
four years, in other words, the immigrants who were the
illegals who were already here. And that's a harder nut
(49:29):
to crack. But the first thing you have to do
if your tub is overflown, you turn the faucet off.
And the Trump administration has pretty effectively done.
Speaker 2 (49:37):
That, spot on, spot on, And you're right though. Now
it is about cleaning up the mess that overflowed that tub,
and that's exactly what ICE's job is. Mark Acrey and
Executive Director, Center for Immigration Studies.
Speaker 3 (49:50):
Mark, thank you, always appreciate the chat.
Speaker 12 (49:53):
Happy to do it. Thanks all right.
Speaker 3 (49:54):

K and a Democrat actually praises Donald Trump for closing
the border.
Speaker 3 (50:27):
You won't believe which one. Good morning. I'm Bob Fransen
for Jimmy Barrett.
Speaker 2 (50:30):

Speaker 3 (50:36):
But first we've got the traffic. Here's Gary Mack.
Speaker 6 (50:40):

Speaker 5 (51:04):
Yeahn Classic to downtown and seventeen more minutes two nighties

the Generator Supercenter dot Com traffick.
Speaker 2 (51:13):
Center, Love super Friends, Love super Friends, I don't remember
El Dorado though, all right, we'll check in on that.
Speaker 3 (51:20):
What have we got here?
Speaker 2 (51:21):
Overcast, guys, occasional showers today? Hi, I'm about fifty four
down to about forty three overnight tonight showers on Friday
with a high of fifty What about the weekend to come? Well,
Terry Smith, that's what her job is. She'll tell us
in about eight and a half minutes. So stick around
for that right now, fifty four at your official severe
weather stations Radio seven forty KTRH.
Speaker 3 (51:41):
Le do you say we get some news?
Speaker 6 (51:42):
Cliff s owners, thank you, Bob will do that for you.
Speaker 4 (51:44):
It's eight.
Speaker 6 (51:45):
It's six oh two on KTRH. Shower chops story.
Speaker 3 (51:47):
The border is secure. That's a good thing. It's happened
on his watch.
Speaker 6 (51:53):
He wants to claim credit for it, of course. Hat's
House Minori leader Hakeem Jeffries begrudgingly giving President Trump credit
for closing the border on CNN. Since returning to the
White House, he heard how painful it was for him.
Trump is still cleaning up Biden's mess, though, launching Operation
Catahula Crunch in New Orleans.
Speaker 40 (52:12):
We're just doubling down and make it in New Orleans safe.
Speaker 3 (52:14):
We're going to be bringing the guard in.
Speaker 45 (52:17):
We've got ice going in there taking the violet illegal
immigrants off of our streets.
Speaker 6 (52:22):
Louisiana Governor Jeff Landry on nine to fifty KPRC several
arrests made on day one of that operation. But what
comes after deportations? Well, Ohio Republican Senator Bernie moreno Is
introduced a bill that would end dual citizenship. It would
require citizens to pledge exclusive allegiance to America. Mark Recoryon
(52:43):
with the Center for Immigration Studies says this should have
been done long time ago.
Speaker 12 (52:48):
It's absolutely overdue. Dual citizenship is a self evident absurdity.
I'd love to ban it, but realistically, why don't we
just reduce immigrations so it kind of shrinks over time
and isn't all that big a price.
Speaker 6 (53:00):
The proposal is not expected to pass six ZHO three.
Democrats continue their temper tantrum over a September strike on
a Venezuelan drug boat in the Caribbean, specifically that second
strike that eliminated any alleged survivors. White House Deputy Chief
of Staff Stephen Miller says the Democrats have simply lost
their minds.
Speaker 25 (53:20):
Is the first time I could ever think where a
major political party has sided with NARCO trafficking, murdering terrorist.
Speaker 6 (53:29):
Scun Congress will be briefed on that attack today. Meantime,
another Afghan from the Biden refugee program finds himself behind bars.
Speaker 48 (53:37):
This morning, DHS Secretary Christy Noms said ICE has arrested
John Shaw Safie, saying he's a supporter of ISIS and
that he commanded an Afghan militia group. Secretary Noome also
said Safi entered the US under Operation Allies Welcome, which
brought Afghan nationals who supported American forces in Afghanistan to
(53:58):
the US to resettle.
Speaker 49 (54:00):
That is.
Speaker 6 (54:00):
Gorenal Scott reporting at six ZHO four to Washington Now
where President Trump issued a pardon to South Texas Democrat
Congressman Henry Quayar.
Speaker 7 (54:09):
He was treated very badly because he said that people
should not be allowed to pour into our country and he.
Speaker 49 (54:14):
Saw what was happening, and as soon as he made
that statement, I then said, I'll bet.
Speaker 3 (54:18):
He gets indicted.
Speaker 6 (54:20):
Quaar was facing bribery and money laundering charges. He has
filed to run for reelection as a Democrat. There was
some speculation that he could potentially switch parties. The anti
law enforcement rhetoric from the left, well, it's had real
impact on the streets. Cops have become targets. Here are
the numbers.
Speaker 3 (54:39):
In the past five years. They've been six hundred.
Speaker 19 (54:41):
They have been six hundred and twenty officers shot in
four hundred and eighty three separate ambush attacks, killing one
hundred and thirty five officers.
Speaker 6 (54:49):
National president of the Fraternal Order of Police, Jordan Yoe's
at a house hearing yesterday. Closer to us. The city
has launched a website as to where to track gun violence,
and some have concerns about it.
Speaker 18 (55:01):
We do just have to be careful with the gun
control advocates. This could be a slippery slope into another
sort of registration.
Speaker 6 (55:07):
There's good ideas.
Speaker 18 (55:08):
We just got to make sure that this sort of
thing is implemented the way that it's supposed to be implemented.
Speaker 6 (55:13):
Gun writs attorney Michelle Maples. There the dashboard also highlights
where these crimes are taking place, and as you'd expect,
these are the same neighborhoods that have been problematic for years.
Six ZHO five. This weekend is an important deadline if
you're on Medicare.
Speaker 50 (55:28):
Sunday, December seventh is the final day of open enrollment
for the sixty nine million American seniors on Medicare. Medicare
and Medicaid Services administrator doctor Ross tells Breitbart, this is
your chance to take control of your coverage.
Speaker 20 (55:40):
Unfortunately, if you don't go to these sites and figure
out the best place you can get your health coverage
and customize it to your needs based on medications you're
on and where your doctors are practicing, then you have
to wait another year, which means you're giving up all
those savings for the next twelve months.
Speaker 3 (55:53):
He says.
Speaker 50 (55:53):
The medicare dot gov website has been redesigned to make
it easier to use, and they will soon have a
new site called trump are rex to display the best
prices for medications. Coreyolson News Radio seven forty KTRH.
Speaker 6 (56:05):
Democrats haven't backed off their demands for Obamacare subsidies to
be extended, But as we found out in a Senate
hearing yesterday, those subsidies don't lower costs.
Speaker 19 (56:14):
It papers over it. It puts a band aid on
a broken bone.
Speaker 6 (56:18):
Louisiana Senator Bill Cassidy six zero six Camp Mystic, damaged
by the Hill Country flooding in July, has announced that
will reopen next summer, but some Texas Hill Country camps won't.
It's because of the cost of new safety requirements. They
include a hardwired fire optic internet line to a remote
section of the state.
Speaker 51 (56:37):
Government did what it often does and overreacts to a
tragedy and makes things worse.
Speaker 4 (56:42):
State Rep.
Speaker 6 (56:42):
West Verdell says this is proving to be more expensive

Speaker 3 (56:57):
It's one policy going to.
Speaker 32 (56:58):
Take our capital back.
Speaker 3 (57:00):
We're taking it back after another. You burn a flag,
you get one year.
Speaker 2 (57:04):
On news radio k t r H. All right, it
is six oh seven. Good morning to you once again.
Pop France sitting in for Jimmy Barrett. I was just
struck by a story, uh and and it made me
think of a different story. The story is it's if
your driver, if you drive a super maybe you're already
experiencing this.
Speaker 3 (57:22):
It's a Breitbart story.
Speaker 2 (57:24):
Super drivers are saying that ads are taking over their
cars screens, you know which, and how could they not?
This had to have been something that they anticipated when
they put a screen and everybody's dashboard. But even at
highway speeds, ads are are taking over. And of course
it's like watching TV instead of watching the road. And
the ads copy are for things like serious XM and
(57:48):
all kinds of other things, and uh, there's obviously a
safety concern here, and that's a story, and maybe you've
got an experience with that, but but it's not the story.
When I saw car and ad, it reminded me of this,
and I wanted to share this. I don't know if
Jimmy has talked about this over the you know, last
week or two, but right before Thanksgiving, Chevrolet and I
(58:13):
no affiliation whatsoever with Chevy, but but Chevrolet released an
ad that got so much attention. It's one of these
kind of like short film ads. It's about three minutes
and ten seconds long, so it's not like a typical
thirty or sixty second commercial. It's about a three minute,
ten second video that has just it touched me, and
(58:36):
it touched a whole lot of people in a certain
kind of way. Because it was a movie. It's a
Christmas you know, commercial for Christmas season, and it followed
a couple and their young children through their lives in
their truck, in their Chevy truck, all the way up
until their children had children, and it reminisced it was
(59:00):
such an amazing embrace of Americana and American tradition and
American traditional families. That's what made it stand out, because
it has been noted far and wide that really, ever
since about twenty twenty, the demographic portrayal of in commercials,
(59:24):
in advertising campaigns has shifted so dramatically due to well
what some people would call social justice, in other words,
just call popular culture shifts and so on and so forth.
But the traditional family of a husband and a wife
and their children doing something just traditionally and extraordinarily American
(59:45):
has been lacking. It's been missing from so many ad
campaigns which are all about kind of diversity and inclusion.
And Chevy hit a grand Slam times ten on this
and the online reactions to it are simply extraordinary. People
are just so touched by it, the fact we don't
see commercials like this anymore. I've got it up on
(01:00:07):
my personal web page and if you're interested in viewing it,
when you get up at about this morning, take a
look at it. It's at strictly speaking dot org. That's
my website and it's about the third or fourth story down.
But watch the three minute video and if you've got reactions,
you can send an email to me from that site
as well, and I'll read good reactions on the radio
if you got them. So just give me your thoughts
(01:00:30):
on it. And like I said, this is not a
Paige Chevy commercial. This is just what Chevy did and
I think Americans loved it. In fact, I know they
did this one especially all right, six'. Ten now let's
do traffic and. Weather i'm gonna check, now not with
ky my fuck with Mister Gary.
Speaker 5 (01:00:43):

Morning this new online dashboard that is being set up
to track firearm injuries and deaths In. Houston The Houston
Health department launched this interactive database On. Tuesday it's called
safe Watch. Houston the first to combine multiple, sources says
the kron of data on firearm, injuries pulling From level
(01:06:12):
one trauma, centers The Medical Examiner's, Office Texas Medical, center
and of course The Houston Police.
Speaker 3 (01:06:17):
Department what's this?
Speaker 2 (01:06:18):
For joining us? Now Is Michelle. Maple she is a
gun rights. Attorney michelle good, Morning good.
Speaker 6 (01:06:24):
Morning so what do you make of.
Speaker 2 (01:06:26):
The dashboard here and the, intention according to those behind,
it to simply increase education and. Awareness this is not
a fight over, guns they, say this is about common
sense safety and each of us can do our.
Speaker 3 (01:06:40):
Part what's your reaction to.
Speaker 26 (01:06:41):
That i'm not totally offended by the, dashboard but this
is something that we're going to have to watch because
it could turn into a slippery. SLOPE i like, TRANSPARENCY
i like, DATA i like, statistics and what this dashboard
will show is that the majority of gun injuries and
(01:07:02):
gun deaths come from a, consolidated consolidated areas In.
Speaker 3 (01:07:07):
Houston they're typically.
Speaker 26 (01:07:08):
Isolated they're related to, drugs they're related to other violent
crimes like, robbery, burglary or they're related to individuals who
should have never had a gun in the first place
because they're. Felons so what that means is that this
dashboard will show that lawful gun, owners people who have their,
(01:07:29):
permits are the most unlikely people to commit crimes with the,
gun the most unlikely people to get injured or kill
somebody with a. Firearm, now with that, said we've got
to watch this because they also are saying that this
is a public health, issue and we know from our
(01:07:49):
past couple of years when they use the word public,
health you need to, think uh, oh how are they
going to want to take control on this? Issue and
that's the, problem.
Speaker 3 (01:08:00):
No question about. It that is exactly what they.
Speaker 2 (01:08:02):
Mean anytime they talk about guns being a health, concern
they you, know they're they're set to do some sort
of regulating and and and institute some sort of radical
policy to take guns out of. Play you, mentioned you,
know what some of the you, know specifics are about
a lot of the shootings and what you think they'll.
FIND i don't understand how specific the dashboard. Is how
specific will that reporting, be because it's unlikely to, say, okay,
(01:08:25):
gang this was a gang, shooting or this was you
know WHAT i, mean and this was from an unlawful
gun owner and so. Forth Are are they going to
allow for all of that data to be entered into
this so that we can find those things.
Speaker 3 (01:08:37):
Out, well if.
Speaker 26 (01:08:38):
They want this dashboard to have any sort of, validity
and they want, to you, know hang their hat on this,
dashboard they better be as transparent as, possible with the
most detailed statistics as, possible because if, not then anybody
can poke holes through, it and then and then what
good is?
Speaker 3 (01:08:55):
It then it loses all.
Speaker 26 (01:08:57):
Credibility and so it's actually in the city of hues
and interest to make sure that this thing is as
detailed as.
Speaker 3 (01:09:02):
POSSIBLE i totally agree with.
Speaker 2 (01:09:04):
That and you know the REASON i GUESS i Have
i'm skeptical in somewhat about all of this is simply
because of you, know the way what their agenda. Is
when they call it a public health, crisis you know
they're going to list the number OF i, Mean i'm
looking at Safe watch data right, now eighteen three and
forty nine firearm related emergency room, visits seven thousand trauma center,
visits and on down the. Line and if they just
(01:09:24):
collect those in generalities like that to, say see see
how to see how much of a public health crisis this,
is then it's going to be used perhaps for you,
know more nefarious purposes again to crack down on people's
second AM i.
Speaker 26 (01:09:37):
Rights that's exactly, right and that's why we've got to
stay vigilant with this sort of. Stuff is if we're
going to have this sort of, database and every gun
owner out there does not, want you, know their firearm
on some registry and some. DATABASE i, MEAN i don't
want the government know knowing how many firearms are in my.
House it's the last THING i want them to.
Speaker 4 (01:09:55):
Know and so.
Speaker 26 (01:09:56):
Anytime that we gun owners here registreet or, database our
little spidey senses need to go, up and we need
to make sure that Our Second amendment rights are where
they remain intact and they do not dig the sort
of information.
Speaker 2 (01:10:09):
Out it's sad that we have to question the motives
of anything having to do with The Second, amendment BUT
i DO i question the motives of The Health department
and their intent on all of.
Speaker 3 (01:10:18):
This SO i agree with.
Speaker 2 (01:10:19):
You they better be, very very, specific and people better
make sure that the truth is gleaned from whatever statistics
they report, there because they can use them to take away.
Rights Michelle Maple's Second amendment specialist, attorney thank you so
much for the.
Speaker 3 (01:10:33):

Speaker 2 (01:39:47):
Jackpot AND i just jokingly referred to it and, said you,
know Asked cliff if he was going to split it with,
me And cliff, said, no, no let's keep it at.
ALL i think he was. Joking but it's not easy
when you think about. It if you were to have
that kind of money to whom or with whom you
(01:40:08):
would share. It if you try to think about, that
you probably want to do good for a lot of,
people and you probably want to do good for a
lot of. Causes but if you're not, careful you can
give it all, away and you can give it away
to places that you really wish you hadn't given it
to because they're not doing real.
Speaker 3 (01:40:25):
Good i'm bringing this up for a.
Speaker 2 (01:40:27):
Reason Elon musk obviously one of the wealthiest men in the,
world certainly the wealthiest man in The United, states who is,
worth you, know hundreds of billions of. Dollars he's on
his way if he keeps doing things right to being a,
trillionaire which is just hard to. Fathom but he's got
hundreds of billions of. Dollars and he was talking about
philanthropy in a recent podcast, interview and he was talking
(01:40:50):
about the difficulty of figuring out who to give money
to because he wants to do real good and not
just superficial good with his.
Speaker 3 (01:40:59):
Money, LISTEN i think this is. Fascinating what do you
think of.
Speaker 54 (01:41:01):
Philanthropy, YEAH i think we should, WELL i, MEAN i
agree with love of humanity AND i think we should.
Speaker 3 (01:41:11):
Try to do things that help out for the human.
Speaker 54 (01:41:13):
Beings but it's very, Hard like if you care about
the reality of goodness rather than simply.
Speaker 3 (01:41:20):
The perception of, it it's very difficult to give away. Money, well.
Speaker 54 (01:41:26):
SO i have a lot of, foundation BUT i don't
put my name on, it AND i don't you, know in,
FACT i SAID i don't want my name on. Anything
but the biggest CHALLENGE i find with my foundation is
try to give money away in a way that is
that is truly beneficial to. People it's very easy to
give money away to get the appearance of. Goodness it
is very difficult to give money away for the reality of.
Speaker 2 (01:41:46):
GOODNESS i think that is just an astoundingly deep philosophical.
Statement it is very difficult to give money away For i'm,
sorry let me back it. Up it's very easy to
give money away in a way that creates the appearance of,
goodness i.
Speaker 54 (01:42:06):
E the.
Speaker 2 (01:42:06):
Superficiality it's very difficult to give money away for the
reality of, goodness not just the, appearance but actually doing
good with the. Money that's really beneficial to. People because
when you have as much money as he, does and
of course you're going to create a, foundation of course
you're gonna give a lot of it, away and you're
gonna be, very very philanthropic at LEAST i would imagine anybody.
(01:42:26):
Would ELON i think is a decent. PERSON i really.
DO i think he's got an intention and he wants
to make sure that every nickel he gives to charity
or gives, to you, know whatever philanthropic causes he, chooses
is really truly going to help people and not just
make it appear that way and not be something that
can be just pittled away in short order and no
(01:42:49):
real goodness has been. DONE i kind OF i would
love to find out how that. Feels obviously to have
that kind of money to be able to do such a.
Speaker 3 (01:42:56):
Thing we all.
Speaker 2 (01:42:57):
Would BUT i just think it's worth even thinking. ABOUT
i think it's worth even just talking, about because that's
a deep statement there About Elon. Musk AND i will
tell you, THIS i haven't always been the most Massive
Elon musk. FAN i was a huge fan when he
was working With President trump On, doge less so when
he came out and made some crazy statements after his
breakup With President trump for whatever reason that. Was BUT
(01:43:17):
i think when you listen to him and talk about
talking about things like, this there's a pretty there's a
pretty deep newfound respect there for him BECAUSE i think
he means. It he wants to do good with his.
Money All, right it is seven. Eleven let's do trafficking,

Speaker 22 (01:44:14):

are fairly quiet at the.
Speaker 6 (01:44:27):

Elizabeth castle Of Texas values about the new bathroom. Bill
STARTING awe, Today texas implements The Senate, billy also known
as The Texas Women's Privacy, act more commonly known as
(01:45:45):
The Bathroom, bill and the Way Texas tribune reports, it of,
course is it restricts transgender people's access to certain, restrooms
rather than providing a more clear statement which it protects
women from men in their. Privates they want to make
it restrictive of trans. People but, nonetheless what it's going
to do is it's going to use sex based restrictions
(01:46:09):
on restrooms and changing rooms and public, buildings schools and.
Universities also implements restrictions in prison housing as well as
family violence. Shelters so, again any place and every place
where women should have the expectation of privacy and not
the fear of being in the same space with men
in those, places that's what it's going to. Do it's
(01:46:31):
been working on. This according To The, Tribune republicans in
the state have been working on this for more than
a decade to pass this, bill and now it.
Speaker 3 (01:46:38):
Is now it's in.
Speaker 2 (01:46:39):
Play city and county, buildings agency, buildings public, schools open and,
rollment charter, schools public universities all covered in this. Bill,
so in other, words women go in the one with
the little stick figure with the, skirt and men go
into the one with the stick. Figure that's just the stick.
Figure it's not that hard to figure. Out we'll figure
(01:46:59):
out what it. Means With Mary elizabeth coming up here

Speaker 2 (01:48:39):
Ktrh, Okay so what does this mean In texas facilities and?
Buildings Mary Elizabeth castle From Texas vallees JOINS us not
to talk About Senate bill eight taking. Effect, mary good,
morning good, morning how are? You we are, Wonderful thank.
YOU i appreciate you spending some time with us. Today
so this has been a long battled issue in not Just,
(01:49:00):
texas but a lot of, states and now it's finally
going to take.
Speaker 3 (01:49:02):
Effect, here what does this mean and what is your
reaction to?
Speaker 34 (01:49:06):
It, well, today The Texas Women's Privacy act going into
effect is a huge victory for women and girls In.
Texas they no longer have to go into the restroom
or locker room and look over the shoulder and fear
that a male who's not supposed to be there is.
There and so this makes sure that we have clear
guidelines on setting policies that men go into men's, reshrooms
(01:49:28):
women's go into women's, restrooms and also that women have
some sort of reprieve and justice if this ever happens to.
Speaker 2 (01:49:35):
Them, yeah and you, know is this let me, rephrase
should this be as controversial as it is when we're
talking about protecting vulnerable? Women this has been a battle
line for a very very long, time AND i don't
understand how and why it. Is what do you you,
know what do you attribute the controversy here about something
(01:49:56):
as common sensible as, This.
Speaker 34 (01:49:59):
This polization not be controversial at. ALL i, mean for
thousands and hundreds of, years we have a society have
understood and know the truth of what is a man
and what is a? Woman you, know recently there have
just been incidents of men identifying as women with the
recent just phenomenon of gender, identity and unfortunately the victims
of gender identity have been. Women you, know we have
(01:50:22):
schools Like Round ROCK isd where there have been males
who went into the girls walker room after band practice
without the girls even knowing that this kid was, transitioning
and he just dropped his clothes and the girls had
to run. Out this is not a controversial. Policy we
know the, dangers the, threats we know even some of
(01:50:43):
the experiences women have had when they've been assaulted or,
threatened and this is just common sense safety.
Speaker 2 (01:50:50):
Policy you, Know i'm reading some of the exceptions as
outlined by The Texas. Tribune those entering to render emergency
medical assistance to, someone they're allowed to go into the wrong,
bathroom or private facility workers or custodial staff cleaning law enforcement,
purposes people who need assistance using the. Facilities in other, words.
(01:51:11):
Normalcy if you're a, male you can go into the
women's spaces to provide, aid et, cetera et. Cetera but beyond,
that obviously common sense has to, prevail right.
Speaker 34 (01:51:23):
Absolutely and you know what's interesting about that, is you,
know anytime that there's been a male. Cleaner he always
knocks and asks if someone is in the restroom before he,
enters because even with, that you, know necessity to clean the,
restroom he understands the privacy right of the women in that.
Restroom so, yeah there are these common sense, exceptions but
(01:51:44):
at the end of the, day we know that there
have been people who have misused this concept of gender
identity to gain access to women's, spaces walker, rooms even dressing.
Rooms you, know several years ago we all heard about
The target incident where a guy claiming that he was,
transgender claiming he was a, woman was actually videotaping an
(01:52:04):
eighteen year old girl in The target changing. Room so
we know that women can be harmed if we don't
stand up and take these. Protections and that's why The
Texas Wan's Privacy act is. Essential, yeah you, know and
there are a.
Speaker 2 (01:52:17):
Couple of other ones since, then maybe not with the,
recording but certainly being. Watched Golds jim recently had an
incident like, this AND i think there was A Planet
fitness AND i can't recall which state it was, in Not,
texas but the point is there was somebody who was
in one of the, stalls a male very clearly, male
who barely had any like attempt to conceal his maleness
in other, words you, know dressing up almost in. Drag
(01:52:39):
but who was caught in the bathroom stall of a
women's locker, room let's just, say with items in his
possession that indicated what he was doing in there was
not being, female but he was, watching, staring and doing
things LIKE i said that we can't talk about on the.
Radio you understand my, point, Though these allowances to allow
(01:52:59):
males who quote unquote have a gender identity, disorder to
allow them to have access to women's facilities if they
do it in an unchecked bait on an unchecked, basis
is going to put scores of women in very dangerous.
Speaker 3 (01:53:11):
Positions absolutely.
Speaker 34 (01:53:14):
Right and one key story we had during the session
was A texas female, Athlete Brooks, lesser born and raised
in good Old, Ditton, texas went off to get a you,
know volleyball scholarship In, california and not only did she
have to share a locker room compete on a volleyball,
team but she also shared a hotel room in even
(01:53:34):
student housing with this guy who concealed that he was a.
Guy he had a device that he would hide his guy,
parts and he played this part of that he was a.
Woman it's almost the entire. Semester and so When brooks
found this, out it totally shook her and she tried
to speak up against. It the university punished her and
(01:53:56):
she wasn't able to go, back and she was one
of our key witnesses during the. Session you, know think
about just the horror of finding out you've been living,
with sharing a hotel room, with in a locker room,
with you, know all these private spaces over the course
of six, months and this person is actually a Mail
so The Texas Women's Privacy act will.
Speaker 13 (01:54:17):
Not let that.
Speaker 2 (01:54:17):
Happen, yeah you can't even imagine what we'd be like
to realize how much you've been violated when you finally found.
Out so, yeah completely Concur so glad this is going into.
Effect no matter how many people are going to try
to dismiss it as discriminatory and, bigoted it is not
as common, sensible and it is. Protection Mary Elizabeth, Castle Texas. Values,
mary thanks for the time this. MORNING i appreciate, it all,

Know and WHEN i think of, cookies the first THING
i think of as An, oreo and that means they've
done a phenomenal job of marketing through the, years through the,

over there and just about anything, Else i'm probably. Great
i'm reaching For oreos, first.
Speaker 6 (02:03:41):
You know, What you're probably. Right but here's the only
FAULT i have with The oreo, okay is it was

The oreo. Things you've got The oreoles and all these crazy. Flavors,
no like you would never, that you would never ever
think of so and you know what's really. Weird AND
i might Be communist for, this BUT i did not
like the double. STUFF i just like the Regular oreo
(02:04:03):
the double because the cream in the middle is, like you,
know it's part of, it, obviously BUT i think the real,
flavor particularly when you don't get.
Speaker 3 (02:04:08):
In the, milk is in the chocolate. Wafers hang on a,
SECOND i didn't like the double.
Speaker 6 (02:04:12):
Stuff hang on and. See now you've got an entirely
new debate with the best part of THE. Oreo, well,
yeah you're.

would eat them if they didn't have, milk but the
double stuff was just too much of, that and it
took away from the from the chocolate.

phenomenal commercial that is just getting so widely praised from
truly Traditional americans who are so sick and tired of
(02:08:40):
woke advertising since twenty, twenty largely when social justice, became you,
know the rally and, cry you really can't find traditional
families in commercials. Anymore it's been widely. Noted there have
been many articles done about, it many podcasts done about.
It it's been discussed to ad nauseum the fact that
you cannot find traditional. Families everything is, diverse everything is,
(02:09:02):
inclusive and so on and so forth in. Commercials chevy
