a lot of spots here. Golf Freeway, we're picking up
some roadwork between Edgebrook and Fuquay that was on the
outbound side up. My work wife, Christina Cruz, just picked
that up. And also East Freeway. We had some kind
of smush here right outside the butt plant out that's
going to be outbound from six ' ten to Federal.
That's going away quickly and go ahead and stay the

(01:07):

six more injured after that shooting at the Abundant Life
Christian School in Madison, Wisconsin on Monday. Madison Police Chief
Sean Barnes says that the shooter has been positively ided.

Speaker 6 (01:55):
The shooter has now been identified as fifteen year old.
She was a student at the school, and evidence suggests
she died from a self inflicted gunshot one now.

Speaker 7 (02:07):
The director of the elementary school side of Abundant Life
Christian School, Barbara Weirs, praising her younger students' actions during
the shooting.

well our students did.

Monday evening. No motive has been established for the shooting
as of yet. President elect Donald Trump says Mexico and
Canada are on notice over the border crisis. Speaking from
mar A Lago on Monday, and Trump criticized the Biden
administration over reports its auctioning off pieces of the border wall.

Speaker 8 (02:41):
And what they're doing is really an act.

Speaker 9 (02:43):
It's almost it's almost a criminal act. They know we're
going to use it, and if we don't have it,
we're going to have to rebuild it.

Speaker 7 (02:52):
Trump also spoke about international issues, warning Hamas's all hell
will break loose if it doesn't release the hostages before
he takes office, and pledging to work with Russia Ukraine
to end their nearly three year war. Trump also suggesting
he would end birthright citizenship, the law that anyone born
in America as a citizen Democratic lawmakers are claiming it
would require a constitutional amendment. Utah Senator Mike Lee says

(03:15):
people are misreading the Constitution.

Speaker 10 (03:18):
But the fourteenth Amendment says is that all persons born
of the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof,
are citizens of the United States and of the state
wherein they shall reside. Now, subject to the jurisdiction thereof
is something that can and should be defined by Congress.

Speaker 7 (03:33):
The President elect called the practice ridiculous and said quotes,
we have to end it well. Trump's nominee for Health
and Human Services, Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Junior, will meet
with Senator Mark Waiams did meet with Mark Wayne Mullins

Mullins confirming that Kennedy's support of the polio vaccine.

Speaker 11 (03:52):
He said, I one hundred percent supports polio vaccinations.

Speaker 5 (03:56):
That's different.

Speaker 11 (03:58):
You go to the base of where the vaccination vaccination
starter firm was, where you know polio was one of them.

Speaker 5 (04:03):
The base is the issue.

Speaker 11 (04:05):
It's why are we giving our kids seventy two shots ound.

Speaker 7 (04:08):
Kennedy has also faced pushed back on some of his
stances in regards to pharmaceuticals and fluoride in drinking water.

Speaker 5 (04:15):
KTRH news time is five h four.

Speaker 7 (04:18):
The FBI reportedly warning some US lawmakers that the Chinese
Communist Party is working to create bogus stories to portray
them in negative light. NBC News reporting the CCP is
doing this because of those lawmakers' support for Taiwan. Oh,
there's a growing trend that actually started in California, ruled
towns trying to separate from big blue cities.

Speaker 5 (04:40):
Basically, it's a rural town divorce. Our end goal in all.

Speaker 12 (04:45):
Of this is to make California great again and also
to make the New California state at the same time.

Speaker 13 (04:51):
That is Paul Preston who founded the New California State
and is still working to make it happen.

Speaker 12 (04:58):
We won't get this opportunity, but once in American history.
If we don't succeed, you will have America anymore. It'll
be gone.

Speaker 5 (05:05):
He says.

Speaker 13 (05:05):
They've already spoken with Trump, who had massive wins in
rural areas. Jeff Biggs News Radio seven forty ktr.

Speaker 7 (05:14):
I'll the second attempt by Lena Hidalgo and the Harris
County Democrats to create the Uplift Harris Guaranteed Income program
has been stopped.

Speaker 14 (05:23):
I'm just so thankful we have Attorney General Paxton who's
willing to engage on these kinds of activities. So as
long as we have Attorney General Paxston, we're fine.

Speaker 7 (05:33):
Harris County Precinct three Commissioner Tom Ramsey told KTRH it's
nothing more than an attempt by local Democrats to win
over voters with handouts, and it's illegal. All The FED
is gearing up for another rate cut, but it may
not be a good idea.

Speaker 15 (05:48):
The Federal Reserve is expected to cut the base interest
rate by another quarter point this week, even though last
week's inflation readings came in hotter than expected. Financial planner
Richard Rosso says the economy is sending out mixed signals.

Speaker 16 (06:00):
Get bick a coin, Look at stocks, look at small
business sentiments. Everything is red hot when it comes to
animal spirits. Yet their inflation number is higher than it
should be. Yet they're going to cut rates again. If
it were me, I wouldn't do it.

Speaker 15 (06:13):
Most analysts predict the Fed will halt rate cuts in
the new year in order to gauge the impact of
President Trump's policies. Coreyolson News Radio seven forty KTRH.

Speaker 7 (06:21):
As the cost of groceries goes up with the Biden inflation,
it's getting harder to make ends meat, especially for younger
people or so. A recent survey said a majority of
those in the US workforce between eighteen and twenty nine
so that they're very dissatisfied with their pay. Just look
at fifteen dollars or fifteen hundred dollars apartments, lungs lone
Star College economist SEPT Professor Hank Lewis.

Speaker 17 (06:43):
Says, combine that with also the cost of cell phone,
internet and so forth. A lot of these things add up,
and when you crunch the numbers, it's like you're not
going to have any money left to save or do
much else beyond just eat, sleep and go to work
and pay your bills. And for a lot of people
that's not living. That's just basically existing.

Speaker 7 (07:02):
Part of the problem shifting job demand. Some college graduates
are finding their more specialized degrees or not in demand
as much as they were just a few years ago. Well,
TikTok is going to the Supreme Court to stop a
law that could ban the video app in the US TikTok,
arguing that the law requiring the Chinese own platform to
be sold or shut down violates the company's First Amendment

(07:23):
free speech right. The law is sent to go into
effect on January nineteenth, and the Rockets they are out
of the NBA Cup. They will be back in action
this Thursday night when they host the Pelicans at Toyota Center.
I'm Eric Sharp on Houston's News Weather in Traffic station
News Radio seven forty KTRH.

Speaker 1 (07:43):
What happened, Why it happened, the information you need to
start the day. Now back to Houston's Morning News. I
believe it's our time here on Houston's Morning News. All right,
this Wisconsin school shooting at a Christian school. This we've
been down this road before, haven't we? And not that

(08:04):
long ago. See if there doesn't seem to be some
eerie parallels between what happened in Nashville, Tennessee, with the
transgender's shooting there the female who identified as a boy,
and what happened here at Abundant Life Christian Academy in Wisconsin.
First of all, to in both cases we have a
female shooter. Now, the female shooter in Nashville went back,

(08:28):
and by the way, I don't use shooters names when
it comes to school shootings. I'm sorry, I just don't.
I refused.

Speaker 2 (08:35):
If part of what that motivates them is infamy, I
don't want to add to the infamy. But we have
a fifteen year old female who did the shooting in Wisconsin.
That is highly unusual. It's highly unusual for female to
shoot to begin with, to be a shooter, to be
a fifteen year old female and be a shooter even

(08:56):
more rare. The one in Nashville had gone to the
school in the past and went back as as an
older young woman. This is a fifteen year old kid
the year old. Fifteen year old kids have issues, but
rarely do they act out in this way, especially if
they're female. This is just highly unusual. Don't know anything

(09:20):
about her sexual orientation. I don't know if that's a
factor or not. They've may very well the benefactor in Nashville.
You know, we never really got to look at the
manifesto of the Nashville shooter. There is a manifesto evidently
that's been discovered for this fifteen year old. Will we
find out what's in that manifesto. Will we find out
what the motivation was there or not? The thing that

(09:42):
really kind of sticks out to me in this story though,
that's really very, very sad. At the same time, you've
got to admire the fact that this young kid knew
what to do. A second grader was the first one
to call nine to one one and they interviewed her.

(10:04):
Would you if you're the parents of a second grader
who has just been a part of a school shooting incident,
would you want them on TV doing an interview? Doesn't
strike me as something I'd want to Mike, a second
grader to be doing five ten time for traffic and
weather together Sky Mike, what's going on? We could barely

(10:24):
see involved. I could barely see what's happening, Jimmy. We're
looking now on the East Freeway. Put your hard hats.
We're going to the working side of town, right over
by the bud Plant.

Speaker 5 (10:33):
On the outbound.

Speaker 4 (10:34):
They've got to pick up this little bit of smushery
here from six to ten. It's outbound, not inbound at Federal,
and that would be gone any minute now. And besides that,
when you come up on them, you see all these
crazy lights, So no big thing there on the inbound
we look good rocking on from the Chevron Phillips Plan.
How you doing there, Baytown, We're looking at twenty four
minutes into downtown. Other side, advisors, you're also foggy to

(10:56):
Grant Parkway.

Speaker 5 (10:56):
Let's go all the way.

Speaker 4 (10:57):
Out to Pinoak Road and we'll be about a twenty
six minutes scooch In and our scoot rather not a scoot.

Speaker 3 (11:03):
That's it for Southwest Freeway.

Speaker 4 (11:05):
Rocking along from the fountain, Let's go back further there
Brass River. Who can't see there very well? Coming up now?
Twenty five minutes. Oh, I've got a tip line call.
Let's see who in the world. Oh, it's way out
to ninety Steve from Burton.

Speaker 18 (11:17):

Tax Defenders twenty four hour Weather Senner Terry Smithu's here
feels like the FOG's a little more widespread this morning, Terry.

Speaker 21 (11:45):
Oh, yeah, it's definitely more widespread. Yesterday we had a
little bit of fog initially near the coast, and then
it kind of made its presence more apparent as we
went through the morning hours.

Speaker 5 (11:56):
But looking out there this morning.

Speaker 13 (11:59):
Just about it.

Speaker 21 (12:00):
Everybody has visibility less than a mile. A lot of
places sing quarter mile visibility. So we do have that
dense fog advisory and it's going to hang around until
about nine am. At that point the visibility should begin
to improve. We also have a little bit of rain
today and one more day of warm temperatures. Twenty percent
chance of a shower thunderstorm this afternoon.

Speaker 5 (12:21):
That is it.

Speaker 21 (12:23):
It is warm, folks. This does not feel like December.
Temperatures in the mid seventies to low eighties today. Tomorrow
the coldfront begins to make its way into southeast Texas.
There's a thirty percent chance of thunder showers tomorrow. We're
going to be just a little bit cooler in the
upper sixties to mid seventies. We've got sunshine the rest
of the week and it starts to feel like December again.

(12:45):
Temperatures in the mid upper sixties Thursday and Friday.

Speaker 2 (12:49):
All right, let me double check the temperaturey it is

It was a Christian school in Madison, Wisconsin.

Speaker 5 (13:15):

Speaker 2 (13:17):
I assume it was like a kindergarten all the way
through high school kind of thing, or at least all
the way through middle school. I'm not sure what years
they covered. The shooter only fifteen years old in the female.
But again, we have an ABC News report out of
Chicago on that coming up next. First, though, traffic and

Here's Eric Sharp, Good morning. It is five twenty one
on news Radio seven forty KTRH. Your headline is brought
to you buying Texas Mutual Insurance in battle. New York
City Mayor Eric Adams might get some legal help from
President elect Donald Trump. At a press conference yesterday from
mar A Lago, Trump said that he would look at
potentially pardoning Adams, who's facing federal fraud and corruption charges.

(14:52):
A Manhattan grand jury could return a murder indictment this
week against Luigi Mangionti Angioni, arrested last week in Pennsylvania
in connection with the shoot death of United Healthcare CEO
Brian Thompson. And Texas lawmakers have already filed about two
thousand bills ahead of the twenty twenty five legislative session.

Speaker 2 (15:36):
KTRH five twenty two is time here in Houston's borning news.

Speaker 5 (15:41):
You know I uh.

Speaker 2 (15:44):
My problem, one of my many problems, but one of
my problems in life is I tried to make sense
out of something that doesn't make sense. And I'm guessing
you probably do the same thing. And it's frustrating sometimes
because you you take a look at a situation like
a school shooting, and you wonder, and ultimately, at the

(16:06):
end of the day, you know, you find out that
there were people who should have known that this individual
was a potential problem. Probably were people at the school.
The new probably were a parent or parents the new
We know that there's a manifesto this fifteen year old
left behind all. The other difference is that this shooter,

(16:28):
unlike the Nashville shooter, was not taken down by police.
She took her own life. So let's take a listen
to the ABC news reports see if there's anything else
new we can share with you there.

Speaker 23 (16:38):
Rob Tonight, law enforcement of sources here in medicine say
that police were able to clear that school in a
matter of minutes. Firefighters say they were able to get
the injured students to hospitals in fifteen minutes. But now tonight,
nearly seven hours after that shooting, there are parents who
are still reuniting with their children for the first time.
Ambulances screamed through the streets of Wisconsin's capital city. Once again,

(17:02):
gunshots had echoed through another American classroom, this time inside
a small Christian school.

Speaker 24 (17:08):
This is not a place that any fire chief or
any one of us would ever want to be.

Speaker 13 (17:13):
And I can't believe I'm standing here today talking about
this incident.

Speaker 23 (17:17):
Moments before eleven am, police say, a teenage student armed
with a handgun to a game at fellow classmates and
teachers at Abundant Life Christian School. Hundreds of students inside
the school ducked for safety.

Speaker 5 (17:30):
We went out the side of the building to the church.
Did you have any idea what was going on? Did
you know it was a shooting? I guess so because
I saw.

Speaker 25 (17:41):
When we went outside there's a cop with a.

Speaker 26 (17:44):
Massive gun, So I guess I kind of knew it
was a shooting.

Speaker 23 (17:47):
All two familiar images of panicked parents racing to their
children's school, desperate to hold them, played out outside the
K through twelve Academy. Freshly trained police officers and firefighters
raced into the school knowing exactly what they might encounter.

Speaker 26 (18:02):
It's hard for me to place into words what they
ran into.

Speaker 6 (18:04):
Our commanders, including the fire chief, And I was in
a commander's training less than two weeks ago going over
this exact same scenario for another fictional location, and so
all of that came into play today. Stop the threat,
stop the killing, find the threat.

Speaker 23 (18:22):
By the time they got there, police say the shooter
was already dead.

Speaker 2 (18:27):
Yeah, shooter committed suicide. The nine on one call was
reported by a second grader, that's the one who phoned
it in. I think I'll have a cut a little
bit later where she actually did. They actually had her
doing in a television interview. I thought, you know, again
that that's not what I would be doing if if
that was my daughter. But okay, you know, she's actually,

(18:48):
you know, very bright, very sharp, very well trained. I
don't know how much training they did that school for
these types of scenarios, but she certainly seemed to know
what it is she needed to do in order to
report what was going on at the school. It was
a teacher who was killed and another student. Two other
students actually were treated, Yeah, two were killed. Two students

(19:11):
also got to life threatening injuries. But it was a
teacher who was shot and killed. Five, twenty six. Now
time to take a look at your money. Jeff Bellinger
is here, Deboni, and good morning to you.

Speaker 27 (19:21):
Jimmy of Wall Street started the trading week with a
mixed session that now fell a quarter percent in yesterday's trading,
but the S and P five hundred closed to quarter
percent higher and the Nasdaq rallied for a one and
a quarter percent advance. The government's report on November retail
sales will be out this morning, and the Federal Reserve
opens its final two day policy meeting of the year today.

Amazon dot Com may have been a bit too hasty
when it ordered remote workers to return to offices full
time starting January second. The company no longer has space
for everyone. Business insider says Amazon is telling some employees
to continue working as they have been until workspaces are ready.

It is now five point thirty one on News Radio

capital city, Madison, still in shock after that deadly shooting
Monday at a Christian school went out from Fox's Cornel Scott.

Speaker 30 (21:54):
I hope that this day would never come.

Speaker 26 (21:55):
In that Mayer Sacho Rhodes Conway talked about the shooting
at Abundant Life Christian School that killed a teacher and student.
The shooter also died. Mayor Rhodes Conway said a whole

led to this tragedy, hoping it prevents the next one.

Speaker 6 (22:17):

Speaker 7 (22:32):
A Pasadena man facing charges for selling a handgun to
a Deer Park High School student who then brought that
weapon to school. A student was found with the gun
December eleventh, three days after buying it. His phone records
showed that he paid twenty year old Jesus Emilio Rodriguez
four hundred dollars on an app for the gun. Rodriguez's

(22:52):
charged with unlawful transfer of a weapon to a child.
A student also facing charges. All mainstream media outlets are
now raising question about how Trump's deportation plan might hurt
the restaurant industry.

Speaker 5 (23:04):
But should we be worried?

Speaker 31 (23:06):
The reality is American industries can and will survive without
illegal alien labor.

Speaker 32 (23:11):
America got all of the cabbages picked and all the
streets sweeped and all of the hamburgers cooked before there
were twenty to thirty million illegal aliens brought into this country.

Speaker 31 (23:20):
William Dean with Alipex says these illegal aliens shouldn't have
been given jobs in the first place.

Speaker 33 (23:24):
It's against the law to hire illegal immigrants. It's against
the law to be an illegal immigrant, and we need
to start applying those laws across the board.

Speaker 31 (23:32):
Dean says that we have more than enough American citizens
and legal immigrants to fill any jobs left open. Eathan
Buchanan News Radio seven forty KTRH. A Houston couple shot
Monday afternoon after being followed from their apartment in Northwest Houston.

Speaker 34 (24:03):
We are assuring the public that we are going to

(32:05):
not until next month. And he had his first official
press conference yesterday, and he talked about a couple of things.
He talked about a measure that evidently the bite administration
has enacted that would prevent forty nine thousand federal employees
from having to report to work would allow them to
continue to work from home. And that's just part of
what's going on the border wall. Two more in that

Your reliable forecast next on the ten on seven forty KTRH.

Speaker 2 (34:31):
One of the things that President Trump has said that
he intends to do when he takes office is to
require federal employees to come to work. There are tens
of thousands of federal employees who'd never come to work.
They all quote unquote work from home if they're indeed working,
but they don't bother to come into the office. So
evidently the Biden administration, and a kiss to some of

(34:51):
these unions, has written a piece of executive order. I
guess that would mean that forty nine thousand federal workers
would not have to come to work. They wouldn't have
to show up at work. So here's President trumpet and
his press conferencation. They're talking about that and about the
border wall.

Speaker 9 (35:09):
One of the things I'd like to ask the Biden administration,
as you probably heard, there are two events that took place.

Speaker 8 (35:15):
We're talking about.

Speaker 9 (35:17):
A friendly takeover, a friendly transition, as they like to
say this is a friendly transition, and it is, but
there are two events that took place that I think
are very terrible. One is that if people don't come
back to work, come back into the office, they're.

Speaker 8 (35:32):
Going to be dismissed.

Speaker 9 (35:33):
And somebody in the Biden administration gave a five year
waiver of that so that for five years people don't
have to come back into the office. That involved forty
nine thousand people for five years, they don't have to go.
They just signed this thing. It's ridiculous. So it was
like a gift to a union and we're going to

(35:53):
obviously be in court to stop. And the other thing
is really terrible. We spent a tremendous amount of money
in building the wall. The wall was designed specifically by
the Border Patrol because it's very hard to climb.

Speaker 8 (36:06):
They need to have see through They needed.

Speaker 9 (36:09):
To be steeled because you can't cut it's very powerful steel.

Speaker 8 (36:12):
It's very hard steel.

Speaker 9 (36:13):
It's special type of steel, but very very hard to cut.
Inside the steel, as you know, we pour concrete and
that's a grete ten concrete, which is a very strong concrete.
Very as though you were building about a sixty story building.

Speaker 8 (36:29):
It's very powerful concrete.

Speaker 9 (36:31):
They've made tremendous technology advances in the word concrete. Who
would think that, but I know that from the construction
industry today. What you can do with concrete is incredible.
So we have a very strong concrete and then we
have a rebar, but rebar inside the concrete, and the rebar, likewise, is.

Speaker 8 (36:50):
Very hard to cut.

Speaker 9 (36:51):
So it's a very expensive process, very expensive wall. And
then we put a anti climplate on the top.

Speaker 8 (36:58):
You saw that. I built much more than I said
I was going to build.

Speaker 9 (37:02):
But then after it was built, I said, you know,
we can do some more because it's sort of like
water people flow through.

Speaker 8 (37:09):
And that will pretty much really take care of it.

Speaker 9 (37:12):
And what happened is they just as you see, they're
trying to sell it for five cents in the dollar.
And that's really that has nothing to do with a
smooth transition. That has to do with people really trying
to stop our nation.

Speaker 2 (37:28):
In other words, they're being punck asses. I guess that
would be the term you would use. Right, they're being
punk ass selling the border wall for you know, pennies
on the dollar, ridiculous, just so Trump can't have it
just so Trump has to go out and spend more
money to buy more material, because you're always going to
do it anyway. It's five p fifty six here on

Speaker 9 (40:23):

what it would have been six years ago. And the
administration is trying to sell it for five cents under dollar, knowing.

Whatever price tag and the billions of dollars, well, it's

Speaker 16 (43:36):
Could be a big disappointment for many investors if their
focus is solely on the FED, because you might find
they're not going to go forward as quickly as possible
next year, especially depending on President elect Trump's growth agenda.

Speaker 7 (43:50):
This will be the third consecutive rate cut after the
FED raised interest rates to historic levels during the inflation crisis.

but one of the long term trends are shift in

then it feels like December Thursday, Friday and Saturday sunny,

Cooler temperatures, but a little more in line with where
we should be with highs in the sixties. Thursday, and
Friday and Saturday upper fifties to low sixties in the afternoon.

up being ruled as illegal, so that went away, and
now we have Harris County's Uplift two point zero income
scheme and the Attorney General Ken Pax has won a
second stay on that one. So how many times are
they going to try this? We'll talk to Precinctree Commissioner
Tom Ramsey about that coming up next. First, though, it's

It is now six twenty one on News Radio seven

Police have identified the shooter who opened fire at a

fifteen year old girl. A teacher and a student at
Abundant Life Christian School were killed. The shooter dined from
a self inflicted gunshot wound. Goose Creek, ID and Baytown

The board of trustees voted in favor of the closure

Speaker 2 (52:47):
Something tells me in their minds, that's what Harris County
officials think that a five hundred dollars a month free
money stipend is going to do.

Speaker 5 (52:55):
But I think we know that that's not the case.

Speaker 2 (52:58):
And more importantly, the Attorney General of the Great State
of texasan packs has already ruled twice now that this
is not legal, But they keep trying to make it happen.
Precing three Commissioner Tom Ramsey joins us. Of course, he's
the loan descending vote against all this. Mischer, welcome back,
Marry Christmas, sir. How many times are they going to
try that?

Speaker 14 (53:19):
Well, I guess until they run out of money. And
they have spent millions of dollars in terms of paying
lawyers outside lawyers inside lawyers, and this is the type
of stuff that drives I think people crazy. This is
what I think the election three weeks ago was about

(53:43):
that people are tired of wasteful spending. Uplift two point
zero defined wasteful spending.

Speaker 2 (53:52):
What was the difference between two point zero and one
point oh or was there really any difference?

Speaker 14 (53:57):
Well, they their scheme, I'm going to use that word.
Their scheme this time was to rather than give you
a five hundred dollars checked, they're going to give you
a five hundred dollars credit card debit card, so you
can take this debit gift card out and spend it
on anything you want to spend it on. And they

(54:21):
think that that's going to be helpful to people, but
it really really isn't. What the whole basis of this
was to, in my opinion, gather the mailing address, the
emails of phone numbers for over seventy thousand people. It's
not the eighteen hundred people that quote unquote won the lottery.

(54:45):
It's the seventy plus thousand people that they got names,
addresses and phone.

Speaker 2 (54:50):
Numbers on all right, it's for all the people who
applied for something they can use to reach out next
election time.

Speaker 14 (54:58):
Yeah, and how cruel is that? No getting seventy thousand
people's hopes up.

Speaker 5 (55:02):
That's horrible. I don't think they really care about that aspect.

Speaker 14 (55:05):
Do you probably don't. I mean, one other requirement is
you could not live in Precinct three and apply. There
was no zip codes in Precinct three. And believe me,
we have underserved neighborhoods in Precinct three, Jimmy, as you
well know.

Speaker 2 (55:22):
Now, just out curiousity you bring that up, Commissioner Ramsey,
Are there any other things right now that the other
county commissioners in the Harris County Judge are doing to
try to punish you and the people of Precinct three.

Speaker 14 (55:34):
Well, we continue to focus on infrastructure, public safety, to
the constables. I'm still not funded to the degree I
need to. I have three hundred percent more roads and
Precinct one three hundred percent, yet I get to save
them out in some cases less than less than Precinct one.

(55:57):
That's simply not fair.

Speaker 2 (56:00):
Well again, you know, Precinct three is pretty overwhelmingly Republican.
That's the problem, right, It's not just that you're a Republican.
Most of us who live in Precinct three are Republicans.

Speaker 14 (56:09):
Do that's right, And it punishes everybody, all one point
two million people that live in Precinct three, underserved neighborhoods,
other neighborhoods. It's not just Republicans, it's everybody that lives
in Precinct three. They're choosing to punish because of politics.

Speaker 2 (56:26):
And of all the precincts, which is Precinct three. Do
you think the top revenue producer as far as property
taxes for hairs counting?

Speaker 32 (56:34):
Oh?

Speaker 14 (56:34):
Oh, absolutely, I mean more than thirty percent, thirty five
percent of all the rest of oters live in Precinct three.
It's the only part of the county that's growing. There's
more people live in the unincorporated area of Harris County
than live in the city of Houston. The fifteen. School

(56:54):
districts are the leading school districts in the county. Tomball Humble.
So people move to where there are school district safe
neighborhoods where people take care of the basics of parks
and other things. So yeah, and it's the only part
of the county that's growing. People are moving out of
Houston into unincorporated Harris County, which is Precinct three.

Speaker 2 (57:18):
I guess this is the very definition of redistribution of wealth,
isn't it. Thank you, sir, appreciate it. Precinctree Commissioner Tom
Ramsey six twenty seven. Time to take a look at
your money. Let's take a listen to what mister Bellinger

Speaker 7 (59:35):
It's now six thirty one on news radio seven forty
k TRH. Our top story this hour. More details emerging
about the shooting at the Abundant Live Christian School in Madison, Wisconsin.
Three people, including the shooter, are dead and six more
are injured. Madison Police Chief Sean Barnes says that the
nine one one call came in from a student during
study hall.

Speaker 6 (59:56):
A second grade student called nine to one one to
report a shoot in how to occurred at school. Don't
let that soak in for a minute.

Speaker 7 (01:00:04):
The shooter was identified as a fifteen year old female
student who used a handgun. Police still investigating a motive
and believe the suspect to did work alone well. Deer
Park police trying to find a pass the data man
accused of selling a handgun to a teenager who brought
it to school three days later. Acting on a tip,
a school resource officer found a nine millimeter handgun inside

(01:00:24):
the student's backpack last Wednesday at Deer Park High School.
The seventeen year old was arrested on charges of carrying
a gun in a prohibited place. Investigators found evidence that
the teen had paid Heyeseus Rodriganz four hundred bucks for
the gun. Rodriguez now wanted a charge of unlawful transfer
of a weapon to a child. All mainstream media outlets
are now claiming that Trump's mass deportation plan could ruin

(01:00:48):
the restaurant industry with labor shortages.

Speaker 5 (01:00:50):
The truth is, it's not very likely at all.

Speaker 33 (01:00:53):
We have plenty of Americans and plenty of legal immigrants,
and a legal immigration system that already admits more than
every other nation on the planet combined. That's not going
to be any shortages.

Speaker 7 (01:01:05):
William Gain with Ali Pact told ktr Range at people
who don't respect our country's immigration laws shouldn't be working

United Healthcare CEO Brian.

Speaker 38 (01:02:21):
Thompson, Senators like Elizabeth Warren, people in Congress like Alexandria
Coffio Court has basically justifying it to saying, well, murder's wrong,
but and then run through all the reasons why they
actually think it was so bad.

Speaker 13 (01:02:32):
That's Nathaniel Blake, senior contributor with The Federalist.

Speaker 35 (01:02:37):
That tells me that the Democrats are starting to think
that political violence is justifiable.

Speaker 7 (01:02:52):
On a new review by the UT system to get
in line with state law banning DEI initiatives at school,
found thousands of mention across their website. Robert Montoya of
Texas Scorecard says this led to mandatory compliance training, which
is good, but there's still a problem.

Speaker 20 (01:03:09):
Earlier this week we had to report on a UT
Austin course that promoted the LGBTQ agenda and one of
the required textbooks appeared to be encouraging the sexualization of minors.
While this is a very good move, there's still a

to reform our higher education.

Now, you're probably wonder why in the world is he
playing the theme from Rawhide.

Speaker 5 (01:04:57):
Good.

Speaker 2 (01:04:58):
Here's here's my It's not great logic, but here's my logic.
I've got a story here about whether or not those drones,
those New Jersey drones. Could they be connected to United
States government for some reason? Could the drones be operated
by Homeland Security or the CIA? No, I know, I
know the CIA is not supposed to operate in the

(01:05:21):
United States, but don't you think they might probably do that?
By the way, that's the number one torture song that
the CIA has actually admitted they've used in the past.
Imagine playing that full blast over and over and over again.
You're trying to get some terrorists or somebody to give
up information that's what they used or that's what they
used to use. All right, Gordon Shang, he's the one

(01:05:42):
that's kind of throwing this theory out here that it
might have something to do with some sort of foreign
government activity in the United States and the United States
response to it. So let's get the theory of one
Gordon Shang.

Speaker 39 (01:05:55):
One thing we know, and that is, for more than
a decade, US officials had been worried about the North
Koreans taking apart a device, smuggling the parts into the
United States and reassembling it in the location of their choice.
So this is not something which is just wild speculation.

(01:06:16):
And when you talk about radiation, clearly this could be
one of the things that the drones are doing, and
that will explain while they're over residential areas because the
device could be planted in one of those places. Now,
the reason why this speculation has gained some currency is
because the Pentagon has said these are not military drones

(01:06:39):
and that sort of and they say it's not foreign.
So if you put those two things together, it means
they're domestic. These are obviously not drones operated by individuals
and that leads you to believe maybe Department of Homeland Security,
maybe FBI, maybe even the CIA, even though they're not.

Speaker 5 (01:06:58):
Allowed to operate on America soil.

Speaker 39 (01:07:01):
So if the danger is serious enough, you know, we
could see the US taking emergency action like that. So
until we hear from the President, until we get more information,
until we get more consistent information, and we have to
plan for the worst.

Speaker 2 (01:07:21):
I'm not saying he's right by an you stretch of
the imagination, but it would explain a lot, right about
keeping things secret. If if you believe North Korea or
some other foreign entity has been able to get materials
in to build some sort of a big bomb, nuclear device,
or something along those lines for some sort of a

(01:07:42):
terrorist attack at their pleasure, and you have gotten tips
that this is happening, and now's the time it may
be getting ready to happen, it would certainly explain a
lot about why you'd have all these drones flying and
nobody messing up to exactly who they are and what
it is they're doing. Again, I'm not saying he's right.
I'm just saying there's theory, all right, Diaper, Driffic and

(01:08:03):
weather together, we're checking out the drive again. Here's sky Mike.

Speaker 4 (01:08:06):

we got Gordon Chang's idea, and you know he's got this, Uh,
maybe a foreign power is building a nuclear device here
and maybe that's homeland security running the drones trying to
find the device, you know, something something like that. Here's

(01:12:51):
what we do know, and that is that we really
don't trust our United States government that tell us what
in the world is going on. Most people in Congress
don't trust the government, including Senator Lindsey Graham.

Speaker 30 (01:13:05):
Your problem is, how do you know when they're lying
versus when they're incompetent?

Speaker 5 (01:13:08):
They say they well, is that a ques.

Speaker 30 (01:13:13):
Whether they let open up their mouth or they incompetent
when they open up their mouth. I mean they told
us the border we're secure. That's clearly that that's a lie.
Their policies don't work, and they try to tell you
things that are not credible.

Speaker 5 (01:13:27):
Why is this going on now?

Speaker 30 (01:13:29):
The people telling us about the drones recording this information
have lived there for years.

This is something new.

Something the size of a bus or an suv is
not something you buy off the shelf. It's not a hobby.
So I don't want to alarm anybody. I just don't

about drones today. What about terrorist on the watch list

I got a broken border where.

Speaker 30 (01:14:01):
Thirteen million people have come into our country. What about
lack of bedspace to keep them in custody, having to
turn them loose? What about the lack of agents to
deport them? What about building the wall? The number one
priority of the Republican Party should be to secure your border.
You had a piece right before I came on saying
people trust Trump. World leaders are rallying around him. He

(01:14:22):
has credibility. Let me tell you this to the Republicans.
If we don't deliver on the border, we're going to
lose that credibility. It was the number one position of
President Trump to secure our border on day one. If
we don't do that on day one, we're making a
huge mistake.

Our top story this hour a fifteen year old student
in Madison, Wisconsin open at Abundant Life Christian School, killing
two people before taking your own life.

Speaker 41 (01:18:04):
This is a small private K through twelve Christian school,
just a four hundred and twenty students, including some students
as young as three year old kindergarteners. This is where
police say a fifteen year old girl who was a student,
armed with a handgun open fire, started shooting in a
study hall, killing a teacher and a student and injuring

(01:18:26):
six others before turning the gun on herself. Two students
remained in life threatening critical condition. Police were inside the
school within three minutes of the first nine to one

Trump says Mexico and Canada are on notice over the
border crisis. Speaking from mar A Lango Monday, Trump criticized
the Biden administration over reports its auctioning off pieces of
the border wall.

Speaker 9 (01:18:56):
And what they're doing is really an act. It's almost
it's almost a criminal act. They know we're going to
use it, and if we don't have it, we're going
to have to rebuild it.

Speaker 7 (01:19:06):
Trump also spoke about international issues, warning Hamash that all
hell will break loose if it does not release the
hostages before he takes office, and pledging to work with
Russia and Ukraine in their nearly three year war. Trump
also suggesting that he would end birthright citizenship, the law
that anyone born in America as a citizen. Democratic lawmakers
are claiming that it would require a constitutional amendment. Utah

(01:19:29):
Senator Mike Lee says people are misreading the Constitution.

Speaker 10 (01:19:32):
But the Fourteenth Amendment sas is that all persons born
in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof
are citizens of the United States and of the state
wherein they shall reside. Now subject to the jurisdiction thereof
is something that can and should be defined by Congress.

Speaker 5 (01:19:47):
The President.

Speaker 7 (01:19:48):
Eleank called the practice ridiculous and said that we have
to end it. Trump's nominee for Health and Human Services
Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Junior, who I met with Senator
Mark Wayne Mullen a head of his confirmation hearing, speak
to reporters. Senator Mullins confirming Kennedy's support of the polio vaccine, he.

Speaker 11 (01:20:05):
Said, I one hundred percent supports polio vaccination.

Speaker 5 (01:20:08):
That's one that's that's different.

Speaker 11 (01:20:10):
You go at the base of where the vaccination, vaccination
started firm was where you know, polio was one of them.
The base sin is the issue. It's why are we
giving our kids seventy two shots out.

Speaker 7 (01:20:20):
Kennedy is also face pushed back on some of his
stances in regards to the pharmaceuticals and fluoride in drinking water.
KTRH News Time seven oh four. There's a growing trend

Basically it's a rural town divorce. Our end goal in all.

Speaker 12 (01:20:42):
Of this is to make California great again and also
to make the New California state at the same time.

Speaker 13 (01:20:48):
That is Paul Preston, who founded the New California State
and is still working to make it happen.

Speaker 12 (01:20:55):
We won't get this opportunity, but once in American history,
if we don't see you will have America anymore will

Gearing up for another rate cut, but it may not
be a good idea. The Federal Reserve is expected to
cut the base interest rate by another quarter point this week,
even though last week's inflation readings came in hotter than expected.
Financial planner Richard Rosso says, the economy is sending out
mixed signals.

Speaker 16 (01:21:55):
Look at Big acoin, look at stocks, look at small
business sentiments. Everything is hot when it comes to animal spirits.
Yet their inflation number is higher than it should be.
Yet they're going to cut rates again. If it were me,
I wouldn't do it.

Speaker 15 (01:22:08):
Most analysts predict that will halt rate cuts in the
new year. In order to gauge the impact of President
Trump's policies, Coreyolson, He's Radio seven forty KTRH.

Speaker 7 (01:22:17):
As the cost of groceries goes up with Biden inflation,
it's getting harder to make ends meet, especially for younger
people or so. A recent survey set a majority of
those of the US workforce between eighteen and twenty nine
years old said that they're very dissatisfying with their pain.
Just look at the fifteen hundred dollars apartments. Sloane Star
College economists economic professor Hank Lewis says.

Speaker 17 (01:22:39):
Combine that with also the cost of cell phone, internet
and so forth. A lot of these things add up,
and when you crunch the numbers, it's like you're not
going to have any money left to save or do
much else beyond just eat, sleep and.

Speaker 5 (01:22:50):
Go to work and pay your bills.

Speaker 17 (01:22:52):
And for a lot of people that's not living, that's
just basically existing.

Speaker 7 (01:22:57):
Part of the problem is shifting job demand. Some college
graduates are finding their more specialized degrees or not in
demand as much as they were just a few years ago. Well,
SpaceX is looking at a seven nineteen a m launch

Speaker 21 (01:27:13):
Okay, yeah, I mean because FOG's like, there's not much
going on except you can't see. That's the drag. So no,
I'm not a big fan of fog. Give me some
other topics, maybe I'd get a little more excited.

Speaker 5 (01:27:28):
So what I.

Speaker 21 (01:27:29):
Do like is that we have some cooler weather on

All right.

Speaker 2 (01:28:27):
I can't believe we're still going to be talking about this,
because I would have thought this would have resolved itself
by now. You may recall about it, Wizard. About a
week or so ago, we talked to Texas State Representative
Steve Toath about Dustin Burroughs, who decided he was going
to go ahead and call himself speaker elect even though
nobody has elected him speaker, and at this point last

(01:28:49):
I heard, he still doesn't have enough votes in order
to become elected speaker. So, I mean, is this just
a matter of semantics? Why is it that we're actually
requesting an official from the Attorney General Ken Paxton regarding
the legality of calling yourself speaker elect without having been
elected speaker or of that story coming up next. First, though,

(01:29:09):

Speaker 5 (01:30:09):
Here's Eric.

Speaker 7 (01:30:10):
Good morning. It is seven twenty one on news Radio

Eric Adams Mike get some legal help from President elect
Donald Trump. At a press conference yesterday from mar Alago,
Trump said that he would look at potentially pardoning Adams,
who's facing federal fraud and corruption charges. A Russian general

Speaker 2 (01:31:14):
Well, I guess we aren't going to talk about don't
have to worry about repeating myself because we couldn't find
the representative. That's okay, I have other things to discuss.
The Speaker of the House. Thing will take care of
itself one way or another. What I'm more interested in
when it comes to the Texas State House and next
time I talked to State Rep. Steve Toave will be

(01:31:36):
are we finally going to get school choice passed? Are
the votes going to be there? Or is the governor
going to become majorly disappointed again. In the meantime, let's
go back to a more of a national scale, because
right now it's it's it's interesting. It's fascinating to me anyway,
to watch all these business leaders and world leaders come

(01:32:00):
hat in hand to President Trump. They all want a meeting,
they all want to sit down and talk with him.
As part of his press conference yesterday, the CEO of
what is the name of that company, soft so I'll
get the name of the soft bank.

Speaker 5 (01:32:14):
That's it.

Speaker 2 (01:32:14):
SoftBank pledged one hundred billion dollars in US investment YEP.
One hundred billion over the next four years, and the
President said he's doing this because he feels very optimistic
about our country since the election. So you've got business
people who are looking to invest in the United States.

(01:32:36):
All it took was all it took was that economic
jump start of knowing what the policies are going to
be come January. Here's economist deed More. He says, expect
to see a lot more of this, not just here,
but all over the world because he believes that more
Trump like politicians are going to end up getting elected
in England and France and other countries.

Speaker 42 (01:32:57):
I just can't stop smiling because this is an amazing story.
One hundred billion dollars of new investment in.

Speaker 8 (01:33:03):
The United States.

Speaker 42 (01:33:04):
I think you said one hundred thousand jobs.

Speaker 8 (01:33:07):
Oh my god.

Speaker 42 (01:33:07):
We've been waiting for this for a long time, haven't we.
In In fact, under Biden, we've seen a lot of
disinvestment in the United States and factories and businesses moving out.
They're moving back in right now. And Trump isn't even
president yet. That's the most amazing thing. You know, he
doesn't actually take take office, he doesn't move into the
old office for another month, but does it seem like
Stuart he's almost like the acting president right now? In

(01:33:30):
terms of the way he's conducting himself and the way
all the foreign leaders are coming to meet with him.

Speaker 8 (01:33:34):
So it's exciting.

Speaker 42 (01:33:36):
And by the way, you guys put it very well,
this didn't happen by accident. It's the lower energy costs,
it's the lower tax rates, it's the deregulation of the economy.
All of these things paint a very rosy scenario. But no,
the economy today is not good. I mean, as you said,
the average inflation of goods and services is up twenty

(01:33:58):
one percent since Biden came into office, and incomes are
only up by about eighteen percent. So no, the average
family does not feel like they're better off than they
were four years ago.

Speaker 5 (01:34:08):
And that's what the election was all about. The son
he was.

Speaker 1 (01:34:11):
In your new article, you're saying that Trump is igniting
a worldwide revolt against the elites.

Speaker 5 (01:34:19):
Sounds good to me. Tell me more.

Speaker 42 (01:34:22):
Yeah, no, it is happening all over and by the way,
you know, Britain I think will be one of the
first dominos to fall. You've got an incompetent a labor
government there, or the Conservative Party screwed up. I think
people around the world in Britain and Europe, in many
of the South American countries and Asian countries. You saw
what happened in Korea where they ousted their prime minister.

(01:34:42):
You're seeing it in France or seeing it all over
the world. And you know, Trump isn't just popular here
in the United States. Everybody in the world is looking
at what's happening in America with this kind of populist
power to the people movement, and people are saying, hey,
we want that here in our country. So yes, I'm
predicting within the next day team months, you're going to
see major government's topple bringing in populous Trumpian candidates, and

(01:35:06):
I think is a great thing because it'll bring prosperity.

Speaker 8 (01:35:08):
To the whole world.

Speaker 2 (01:35:09):
There you go, We'll see if that happens. It's hard
to manage some of those countries that are so socialists, though,
like France, are going to be able to pivot and
go in that direction, but they might seven twenty six.
Time to take a look at your money. Jeff Bellinger
is here.

Speaker 27 (01:35:24):
And Jimmy the advisory firm TENNIOHS surveyed chief executives from
some of the top global companies and as your guest

You know that kind of kind of sounds like a databris,
doesn't it? Seven thirty seven? Is there taught me? Or
in Houston's morning news?

Speaker 9 (01:42:55):
You know?

Speaker 5 (01:42:55):
What are the great fears?

Speaker 2 (01:42:56):
I had when when we decide that we were going
to put all medical records online. You know, when the
government dictated that was okay. You know, at least when
my medical records were in a file in a file
cabinet in a doctor's office, unless somebody broke in and

(01:43:17):
burglarized the office and stole all the files, they didn't
have access to all my personal information. But no, no,
no no, we had to in a lot of states
made a mandatory. We had to put this stuff online. Right,
and now we have over nine hundred thousand Americans who
have just had their personal and health information exposed in
a medical data breach that includes names, phone numbers, treatments,

(01:43:41):
and social security numbers. The worst part of course being
social security numbers. Do you ever get asked, like from
your doctor's office for your social Security number? I never
fill that in. And if they asked me to go, why
do you need my social Security number? And they never

(01:44:01):
have an answer. They never have an answer for me
why they needed it. You've got my you've got my
health information. As far as you know who my health
insurance is with. They have my social Security number. I
had no choice about that one. But here's the thing,
this is just going to continue to happen. More and more, because,

(01:44:25):
to be quite frank about it, the people who hack
into these systems, these data breachers, they're smarter than the
people who are trying to protect the systems. They're always
one step ahead. Now, if you're wondering who got broken into,
it's telehealth telehealth platform systems accessed by an unknown third party.

(01:44:48):
You know, if you use telehealth instead of going to
a regular doctor, those are the people who are impacted.
And again, over nine hundred thousand Americans and their information
in here data breach with all that personal information exposed
online reported by Bleeping Computer. The servicing question is Connect
on Call and it's a subsidiary of the healthcare software

(01:45:11):
as a service company Freesia. In addition to Telehealth, Connect
on Call provides after hours on call answering services for
doctors' offices, hospitals, and other healthcare businesses. They revealed now
that between February and May of this year, a third
party had access to its service app data and some
provider patient communications and a lot of information has been lost.

Speaker 21 (01:47:08):
Okay, good for you. Well, okay, here's some a way
to talk about fog that we kind of forget about
now and then, which is fog is basically a cloud
hanging out on the ground. Probably got tired just hovering
it around and decided to take a break. All right,
So this FOG's a problem, and I should start to
thin out by about mid morning. Folks, it's another warm,

(01:47:30):
buggy day. I can't believe we're still talking temperatures today
mid seventies to low eighties in December. We do have
a little bit of rain, twenty percent chance of a shower,
so not a big deal.

Speaker 2 (01:48:21):
So our Texas University's got a pretty you know, pretty
emphatic marching order from the state. You will not be woke.
You will not We are not doing DEI initiatives. So
the question becomes, Okay, are they still doing these initiatives?
Are they still using DEI terms? And sort of an

(01:48:42):
internal review, if you will, of the University of Texas
and their website found that there were something like thirteen
thousand DEI related terms on University of Texas websites. So
are they if they if they just not cleaned up
the website, or are they still follow the DEI mandate.
Robert Montoya wrote a story about it for the Texas Scorecard.

(01:49:04):
We'll talk to him next. First, though, Traffic and Whether

Next on the ten time saving traffic on seven forty KTRH.

Speaker 2 (01:50:40):
Yeah, what does BOK mean these days? Seven to fifty
two is their time here in Houston's sporning news. All right,
Texas scorecards. Robert Montoyo joins us to ensure compliance with
the statewide ban of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. University of
Texas staff now mandated to undergo regular training, but an
audit of their website shows something like thirteen thousand take
references to DEI related terms. Join us to talk about

(01:51:04):
it is Robert Boyntoya. So I guess the question is
are they complying or not complying?

Speaker 20 (01:51:09):
Robert Well, this move by the University of Texas system
is part of a pattern of very positive moves they've
shown where there looks like they're trying to come in
compliance with the law. I mean, earlier they shut down
their division of Campus Community Engagement, their Multicultural Engagement Center,
so it appears at administrative level they're trying to come

(01:51:32):
to compliance with the law. And they've also said that look,
there should be every college, school or unit of the
university text system should finish their own review of their
websites by December thirty first for DEI related terms.

Speaker 2 (01:51:47):
Okay, so they might just be a little bit behind
the times when it comes to gain those websites cleaned up.
I did know that Senate Bill seventeen, which is the
law that prohibits universities from establishing a DEI office or
to use DI criteria. They're hiring practices. They made it
mandatory for everybody. But academic instruction isn't that where most

(01:52:07):
of the DEI problems occur is in the classrooms.

Speaker 20 (01:52:12):
That is that is true. There are limits to Bill seventeen.
And what people should take away is, look, the Universe
Text system is making a very positive move, but DEI
is still in your Texas universities. Like, for example, earlier
we report that UT Austin has a LGBT course that
promotes LGBT values and has a required textbook that appears

(01:52:33):
to promote the sexualization of minors. We've also reported that
Texas A and M has an educational foundation course that's
just chocked full of DEI. So DEI is still alive
and well unfortunately in our education system. But you know,
what the University of Text system is doing is a
very positive move, but there's still a lot of work

(01:52:53):
remaining to do.

Speaker 2 (01:52:54):
I would I would think you know, part of when
you have a DEI office, when you have people whose
main function is to incorporate these programs, when that no
longer exists that certainly helps, but when you have people
who have been trained in that, the question I would
ask Robert is how many of those people who are
working specifically in DEI programs at Texas universities are now

(01:53:16):
just employed in some other department and maybe doing many
of the same things. They just don't have the same
title or or or the same you know, the same
sort of.

Speaker 5 (01:53:29):
Mission.

Speaker 2 (01:53:30):
They don't necessarily have a DEI mission, but that's what
they were trained in. They have another job at the university.

Speaker 20 (01:53:36):
Well, that was a concern. What is going to happen
with these individuals who used to be staffed in DEI.
Are they just going be moved around? That's something that
we've been listening for. I think that's something that's been discussed.
But another core problem is that in too many of
our texts universities like the University of Texas system, like
text A and M, there is this concept of shared governments,

(01:53:58):
and it's this idea that the faculty member should share
governing power with the board of regents. And as you know,
we just have way too many faculty that are woke
and really shared governments should not be a thing. It's
the boards of regents that are appointed by the governor,
that are approved by the Senate, the State Senate, that
have the responsibility for running these universities. They should not

(01:54:18):
be sharing power with faculty, especially when many of these
faculty members are woken are against Texas values.

Speaker 2 (01:54:25):
Quickly because we're almost out of time, But is the
state of Texas itself, is there enough oversight on these
universities to see if they're complying.

Speaker 14 (01:54:34):
Well?

Speaker 20 (01:54:34):
State Center Brandon Crichton is indicated that he is intense
on ensuring there is compliance, that he's going to be
following up with them. And in regards to Senate Bill seventeen,
as regards to eradicating di I completely, we'll have to
see what else the legislature does in the upcoming session.

Speaker 2 (01:54:49):
All right, Robert Montoya, thank you, sir, appreciate it from
Texas Scorecard, Robert montoyan all right, y'all, have a great day.
We'll see tomorrow morning, bright and early five. I'll see
