KTRH and our top story this hour. Never in my wildest imagination could I
(01:53):
have believed that I'd be standing heretonight. Ohio Senator JD. Vans,
at the Republican Convention in Milwalk lastnight, officially accepted the nomination to be
Trump's VP. I will give youeverything I have to serve you and to
make this country a place where everydream you have for yourself, your family,
(02:15):
and your country will be possible onceagain. Last night's theme make America
Strong Again. One of the otherspeakers was a teenager as well, who
stole the hearts of the show whenwe played golf together. If I'm not
his team, he'll try to getinside of my head, I know,
(02:35):
and he's always surprised that I don'tlet him get to me. That is
Trump's seventeen year old golf playing granddaughter, Kai forty five, nominated to be
forty seven. Trump will be speakingtonight live coverage on KTRHKTRH dot com in
the iHeartRadio app. It all beginsat seven pm for US Trump advisor Peter
(02:57):
Navarro, released from prison yesterday aftersir a four month sentence for defying a
Jay six Committee subpoena. Also addressthe delegates, if they can come for
me, and if they can comefor Donald Trump, be careful, they
will come for you. Yeah.He got a lot of applause to that
(03:20):
the illegal Special Council. Meantime,Jack Smith is officially appealing that ruling by
federal Judge eilenc Annon, which dismissedthe mar A Lago document's case against Trump
and co defendants. It is nowfive h Three US senators reportedly told during
an intelligence briefing that the dead wouldbe assassin and murderer Thomas Matthew Crooks posted
(03:44):
on a gaming platform that quote,July thirteen will be my premier. The
total intelligence and security failures of theSecret Service in that attempt at assassination have
more Republicans now calling for the agency'sdirector, Kimberly Cheatle, to resign.
If you know there are things thatwe need to change about our policies,
(04:04):
or our procedures or our methods,we are certainly going to do so.
She also said unequivocally she will notresign. Cheadle testifying for two House committees
next week, though. How muchresponsibility overall for this attempted assassination actually lies
with Hollywood and Sharon How much ofTrump's blood does Hollywood have on its hands.
(04:28):
If you've got so many people, with so many followers, speaking from
so many gargantuan pulpits saying that Trumpis evil, that he'th Hitler, It's
going to have some kind of consequence. That's Christian Toto, host of the
Hollywood in Toto podcast. So whydo conservatives still give their hard earned money
to Hollywood? It's a valid question, but it is surprising that we have
(04:50):
such collective power and we did seeyou what But like Jeff Biggs News Radio
seven forty, Katie r h it'sfive oh five now. Joe Biden canceled
speech in Nevada yesterday after allegedly testingpositive for COVID nineteen. According to the
White House, he has mild symptoms. It was one hundred and eleven degrees
in Nevada yesterday. He didn't lookgood climbing the short steps into air Force
(05:15):
one. Two thirds of Democrats wantBiden to drop out of the twenty twenty
four race. Oh really, andanother key Democrat now saying Joe must go.
This is not just about whether hegave it the best college try,
but rather whether he made the rightdecision to run or to pass the torch.
California Congressman Adam Schiff, who wasrunning for the Senate in that state
(05:39):
in November, his opponent, RepublicanSteve Garvey. As we told you yesterday,
Biden supporting the Democrat attack on ourseparate branch of government. The US
Supreme Court promising to pack the courtand add term limits to those lifetime of
appointments, only getting the judges hewon at now five oh six. Congressional
(06:02):
Budget Office says President Biden's proposed healthinsurance plans would grow the deficit by over
three hundred and thirty billion dollars overthe next ten years. That initiative and
that proposal really has tone deaf becauseit does more than just raise the deficit.
It benefits the insurance companies, andit continues to hamper the ability for
(06:24):
patients to get the health care thatthey need. Healthcare expert David Billott there
he says dedugibles have increased by asmuch as eight thousand dollars for people who
are on this government subsidized insurance.Today, latest estimate of social securities costs
of living adjustment has dropped a twopoint seven percent. That's the raise that
seniors would get next year. BrentSmith with a Heartland Institute says it only
(06:48):
adds more economic pressure to many seniors. Inflation is the pressure for the seniors.
The inflation that you feel today isn'tgoing to show up in your check
until January. You have in questionshigher than it has been probably in a
decade or two that they're going toset it lower. Nearly ninety percent of
retired Americans say inflation is really theirtop concern. Five oh seven is our
(07:11):
time day eleven for twenty one thousandCenter Point customers without electricity. Lieutenant Governor
Dan Patrick creating a special Senate committeeto look into the response to this storm,
and state leaders threatening action against CenterPoint, But what can they actually
do? They can break up thecompany in theory, there's a lot of
questions about whether or not they're justnot capable of handling the territory that they
(07:33):
have. Maybe some of that territorywould be given to some other provider.
Ollie Hanson of the Texan says theycould also deny rate hike proposals, but
more than likely it just ends withhot Air and Austin whether or not there
will be penalties that we do notyet know. Andre Parard, News Radio
seven forty KTRH, I'm Shever Fryerand News Radio seven forty KTRH. Houston's
(07:58):
Morning News continues with Jimmy Barrett andSheriff Fryar. The current President of the
United States has tested positive. Weare told for COVID nineteen. Is it
still COVID nineteen. I thought weleft COVID nineteen. The announcement was he
has COVID nineteen, because that's whatthe test tests for. Okay, even
(08:18):
though that's not the strain that's goingon rightest, If we don't know when
or where he had the PCR tests, they say he had it, he
has COVID nineteen. Okay, Butif COVID nineteen he's evolved into something else,
Well, we've had all these mutations, We've got all these other COVID
things. Then how do you testpositive for COVID nineteen If it's no longer
COVID nineteen, that's what the testtests for. Yeah, But what I'm
(08:39):
saying is is that they don't havetests for the other branch. Okay,
I don't know, yeah, butI'm just saying, if it's evolved,
it is no longer the COVID nineteenstrain, it's a COVID something else.
How do you test positive for COVIDnineteen if COVID nineteen no longer exists,
it's evolved into something else. Well, that's what I'm asking it from.
(09:01):
Yeah, And why wasn't he wearinga mask. I mean, who'd he
catch it from? Is what youwant to know? Yeah, I saw
I'm stumbling up the plane steps. He wasn't trying to push. You know,
the COVID nineteen jabs they basically Imean the jabs are for COVID nineteen
allegedly. Well, maybe haven't beenable to keep up with the mutations they've
happened, so maybe he's got todeal with visor that every now and again
he has to get take us backin down. Yeah. Now, hey,
(09:24):
listen, we're still trying to sellthis vaccine. So every time and
again, would you test positive forCOVID nineteen. Well, this happened shortly
after he said if there's a medicalreason why a doctor tells him he should
resign, then he would do that. I don't think this is now they
come up with COVID nineteen. Idon't believe it at all. No.
I think this is more more aboutmore about not giving a speech. I
think is what this was, especiallyafter yesterday, the one speech he gave
(09:46):
in Las Vegas where he's trying toexplain uh rent and how you know he
got he's going to cap rents, you go the cap rents. He instead
of saying it five percent, hesaid a fifty five dollars because he couldn't
read the telepropter. So we've gottento the point now where he can't even
(10:07):
read the telepropters, so that that'smaybe what we're we're facing here. And
and I find it very interesting thathe did bring up that your medical condition
could be a cause for him notto run for another term. That's the
first time we've heard him do that. And I think he's hearing, of
course, all the plotting going onin the background. Maybe you're very good
at this. You know, thisis a big week for the Republicans,
(10:28):
right, and you see how it'sgoing. And there was too much focus
on an attempted assassination. For heaven, we got to shift the focus now
and wait too many a week?Yeah, wait, too many pictures of
stuff looking around a week? No, it hasn't all right. Five eleven,
Time for traffic and weather together andright up, more balance to mail
in sky. Mike is here.Let's see so far we need it like
(10:52):
this, We need it nice andquiet and sleeky times. So far was
we check your north side here?I forty five? There is peace in
your valley from Conro all the waydown. We're looking at just a twenty
eight minute drive. Easy going hereif you coming down from the Sticks East
Texas Freeway. Looking good from Porterall the way down and that's a twenty
nine minute drive. Here. Lookat the Beltway. Oh, the Beltway
(11:13):
hasn't started to smutch up the NorthBelt. So if you're trying to catch
a plane, you have that roadworkat Aldane Westfield and you also have to
work at Imperial Valley. Now givethat about thirty minutes and I'll start to
get a little ugly. Also, the toll bridge Sucache hasn't started yet,
so jump on the toll bridge whileyou can't. Hey, I want to
hear from Exxon Mobile people that roadworkthey have on Spur three thirty that it's
(11:35):
supposed to be over Baker Road.Is that causing you any kind of spackle
at all? Or are they justputting you off on the feeder? Is
it still easy to get to ExxonMobile? Also is their stake night tonight?
Because I need to get over thereand take a look at it.
Sky Mike here, let me yieldto the lady from Georgia and the Generator

around Spring where I am didn't geta rock rifts today. So is it
our turn today? Do you think, Terry Smith? Well, listen,
the way I'm looking at it isevery day is your turn? Yeah,
I saw that we had some ofthose stronger storms down to the south,
and looking at radar this morning,we've got a line of showers and storms
(12:18):
to the north approaching College Station andthey are moving in our direction, so
we're going to see some of thatrain today. The front hangs around,
so we're going to continue to seesome rain through the weekend. Today it's
a fifty percent chance so showers andstorms. Not everybody gets wet, but
a few of us do, andit just might be your turn. Jimmy

You are cheaper commute coming up everyten minutes on the tens. We're getting
to know jd Vance. He gavehis speech last night a little over a
half an hour. Of course,he needed to start with saying a few
words and then accepting the nomination. Now, I think our disagreements actually make
us stronger. That's what I've learnedin my time in the United States Senate,
(15:37):
where sometimes I persuade my colleagues andsometimes they persuade me. And my
message to my fellow Americans those watchingfrom across the country is shouldn't we be
governed by a party that is unafraidto debate ideas and come to the best
solution. That's the Republican Party ofthe next four years, united in our
(16:06):
love for this country and committed tofree speech and the open exchange of ideas,
and so tonight, mister Chairman,I stand here humbled, and I'm
overwhelmed with gratitude to say I officiallyaccept your nomination to be Vice President of
(16:29):
the United States of America. Now. As enjoyable as that was, he
(16:52):
did show a sense of humor, which I can appreciate. I do like
a good sense of humor. Topicof his military duty and his college affiliation
came up last night after nine toeleven. I did what thousands of other
young men my age did in thattime of soaring patriotism and love of country.
(17:14):
I enlisted in the United States Marines, simver five of my fellow Marines.
I loved the Marines after four yearsand went to the Ohio State University.
(17:42):
I'm sorry, Michigan, I hadto get that in there. Come
on, come on, in caseyou could make out the chant Let's go
blue. You know I've forgotten, you know, if we've done the drinking
(18:04):
game. The numbers of times hementioned Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania,
there's no doubt that he's on thatticket because he is going to break
the blue wall. That's it,that's what he's there for. Break the
blue wall. I mean I andI think it's fine, and I think
the audience responded to it. ButI'm sitting there. He keeps talking about
(18:25):
energy and he never mentioned the nameTexas. You know, we're going to
make American We're going to do Americanenergy and it's going to come from Pennsylvania
and Ohio. And I'm thinking,Okay, well he'll get around to us.
No, Trump will do it.That's Trump will do it. I
mean, so I would just Iwould hope, you know, talk about
unity. You know, don't forgetabout the rest of the country while you're
(18:48):
you're breaking the blue wall. Asyou said, he's got that's his that's
his focus. You know, Kamalawas supposed to be the borders are his
and she never did anything. Hisfocus is to break the blue wall in
and he's going to do it.Oh, I think you will. Five
ony six, Now already could betime to take a look at your money.

the Dow hit a new record highyesterday. And forget about beanie babies.
Here comes the beanie Bouncer. No, it doesn't stand outside of bar keeping

for the news. Here's Sheriff Ryer. It is now five point thirty two
on news Radio seven forty ktr rageand our tough story this hour. The
(22:08):
Republican Party is more unified now thanwe've seen in generations. RNC CO chair
Laura Trump on Fox as Ohio Senatorjd Vance as his coming out party at
the RNC in Milwaukee tonight, MisterChairman, I stand here humbled, and
I'm overwhelmed with gratitude to say Iofficially accept your nomination to be Vice President
(22:30):
of the United States of America.Vance talked about his family life, specifically
how his mother beat drug addiction andhas remained sober for ten years. He
introduced her there. His stories abouthis late grandmother, Mamma, were incredible
and actually just brought down the house. Several Texas lawmakers were featured last night,
including Congressman doctor Ronnie Jackson, whosays Trump is more fit to serve
(22:56):
than Joe. When the phone rang, He's in the middle of the night.
The president must be ready. Unfortunately, our current president is not ready
for that call. White House saysBiden has tested positive for COVID nineteen yesterday
in Las Vegas. It's the thirdtime he's had the virus since twenty twenty
two. He is going into selfisolation now. Last night's RNC theme was
(23:22):
make America Strong Again. In Texas, Governor Greg Abbatol delegates that begins with
Trump securing the border. He willenforce the immigration laws. He will fight
the Mexican drug cartels, and hewill arrest the criminal illegal immigrants and put
(23:42):
them behind bars. And he pointedout illegal immigration has skyrocketed under Joe Biden,
as has violent crime. Democrats tryingto hide that fat though the mainstream
media this does not fit their narrative. Up again, orm and many people
will say that for the Democratic Partyand the radical left, and they don't
(24:03):
want to state the facts of what'shappening in this country. Yeah, they
just fudged the numbers, retired HPDchief Greg Freeman. He told kt or
H. Mainstream media twists the datain order to fit their narrative. Trump's
legal calendar cleared up a lot thisweek, the dismissal of the mar A
Lago documents case as well as thestalled Fanny Willis Georgia case. Now that's
(24:27):
because the Atlantic cases in limbo overthe funny Willis controversy. The Court of
Appeals won't even hear the issue ofwhether to disqualify prosecutor Willis until December.
That's attorney done in miles. Andif Jack Smith's appointment was unconstitutional in Florida,
could the same thing happen with theDC case? Maybe? Maybe not.
(24:47):
You could have different rules the judgein DC might disagree. I think
to judge and Florida got it right. Cliff Saunders, News Radio seven forty
k TRH Yeah, Jack Smith. The illegally appointed Special Council officially appealed the
Florida ruling yesterday. Meantime, theDOJ has quietly been dropping some of the
J six cases because of the prosecutionthat they were using. After the Supreme
(25:12):
Court ruling, it's now five pointthirty five US senators. They were briefed
in an intelligence meeting quietly and toldbasically that that would be assassin of Trump.
The murderer, Thomas Matthew Crooks hadbeen idd as a person of interest
an hour before the attack. Allegedly, secret Service agents were looking for him
(25:37):
for nineteen minutes before the shooting. In other words, they put him in
the bullseye, didn't they. Theydidn't stop Trump from taking this stage,
in spite of knowing that there wassomeone that they should be stopping. Vice
President Kamala Harris tried to act asif the left many years of vicious rhetoric
have had nothing to do with thisattempt on Trump's life. President Joe Biden
(26:02):
issue to call for unity and theremust be unity. Harris was in Michigan
and then went on to call Trumpand Republicans extremist. Okay, more bad
news for Biden. David Patten ofNewsmax says the Democrat blue wall in the
Midwest is collapsing because of the deterioratingposition of Biden in the polls. Biden
(26:26):
sort of has to draw to aninside straight here, and the odd of
doing that not so much. Yeah, pretty much, the polls are showing
it. Biden's chances of sweeping allthose key blue states is now very slim.
Five point thirty six is our time. Still twenty one thousand Center Point
customers with no electricity, and nowyou've got lawsuits coming from three of those
(26:48):
customers civilians. The lawsuit says Centerpointfailed to prepare the grid against a predictable
weather event and has refused to takeaccountability for their incompetencies and systems failure.
The plaintive suing Center Point say thatthey were without power for eighty hours or
more, causing them to suffer invarious ways, including losing everything in their
(27:08):
refrigerators and freezers. They're wanting tohold Center Point accountable by demanding reimbursement.
Devin Clark with our TV partner,Channel two. It's five point thirty seven.
Well get this, Jimmy. Afterone hundred and fifty years now,
an injunctions been placed on the federallaw that bars home distilleries distilleries. I
(27:30):
wonder if that means hard spirits too, me and I can make my own
hooch. Now. I don't know, because they call it a huge win
for fans of home brewing. Youknow, that's brewing, brewing that's not
distilled. Yeah, beer's a littlebit different than distilling alcohol. Yes,
spirits, So I don't really understand. I don't know. We'll find out.
The Hobby Distillers Association told kg RH. Yeah, I better not start
(27:53):
brewing yet because it could be appealed. The injunction. You know, it's
just an injunction. Yeah, we'llfind it out. I'm surebre Fryar on
News Radio seven KRH made some erosioncontrol Daniel Deane land clearing in dirt work
two eight, one, three, five six dirt keeping you in the know
all the information in real time andagain the now right now News Radio seven
(28:18):
KTRH. I mean, if youhaven't been down to the Gulf since Beryl
came through. Take a little drivethrough Jamaica Beach when you can. Yeah,
well, when I was down thereto check on our place in Treasure
Island, we had we could gothrough Jamaica Beach fine, but when we
got to surfside, we had toexplain ourselves. In other words, where
are you coming from? Where areyou going? Why are you here?
(28:41):
Kind of a thing, because theythere's so much devastation in there. They
don't want people going through and pickingthrough homes and in sanding. Yeah,
yeah, that's part of it too, that is true. So hot on
the heels of that, you know, some of those places don't even have
power yet. And we're already findingout that the Texas Windstorm Insurance Association is
weighing a ten percent rate increase. They're already talking about a ten percent rate
(29:03):
increase. The average policy through TexasWindstorm Insurance is about twenty three hundred bucks
a year. Mine's three thousand,So for me, that'd be a raise
of three hundred bucks with a tenpercent raise, which is pretty expensive.
But they're one of the few peoplein the Gulf Coast who will ensure you
go home for wind and storm damage. You know, if the wind blows
(29:27):
the roof off your home and allthat kind of stuff, A traditional homeowners
policy won't do it. The onlyother thing you can get is a flood
insurance policy that will cover you forfloods. But this is what would cover
you for wind damage and that typeof thing. So get prepared to pay
more. It's going to get moreexpensive. Five forty time for traffic and
weather together. We're checking out thedrive once again. Here's Skyline Nord Freeway.
(29:48):
We're having our accent, but it'sthe other way. Normally we have
that one at the Shepherd Curve onthe inbound, but this time it's on
forty five Nord found at Parker. You got a back order slip from Tippull
northbound. That'll take you an extratwo or three minutes to get up toward
the beltway. Yeah, two leftlanes here, looks like everybody's okay.
Southbound we're actually not bad. Littlereverendecking right there, I understand, And
(30:08):
southbound we're looking twenty four minutes in. Let's look over at two ninety see
if i've got something for real.Jones Road the exit they've closed that off.
Not sure what's going on. Thatmight be police activity, not an
accident. Whatever it is, they'vegot the flashy lights, they've shut down
the exit. The feeders still gettingby. Main lanes are just reberendecking.

but you know, he certainly doesn'tget up in the middle of the

(35:21):
Here is a little bit of hisspeech. The President's most sacred duty
is to secure our country. DonaldTrump fulfilled that duty by eliminating illegal immigration.
Under President of Trump, we hadthe lowest illegal border crossings in about
(35:43):
four decades. My contrast, however, Joe Biden deserted his duty on his
first day in office. He guttedPresident Trump's policies, and the result has
been catastrophic. Under Joe Biden, illegal immigration has skyrocketed. Under his watch,
(36:10):
Around eleven million immigrants have crossed ourborder illegally. That's more. That's
more than the entire population of Michiganis twice the population of Wisconsin. Biden
has welcomed into our country rapists, murders, even terrorists, and the price
(36:38):
that we have paid has been deadly. Among the many victims was twelve year
old Jostler from Houston, Texas, great and murdered by two illegal immigrants.
(37:02):
She's one of thousands whose lives havebeen destroyed by Joe Biden's open border policies.
To make it matters even worse,Biden is even fighting tooth and nail
to stop Texas and other Republican statesfrom securing our own borders. I deployed
(37:30):
thousands of National Guard soldiers to buildhundreds of miles of razor wire barriers.
Give it up for our national Guard. They built those barriers to stop illegal
crossings. When Joe Biden ordered tocut that razor wire, I ordered the
(37:55):
National Guard to triple the razor wireon the board. Now, one of
the things I found interesting is didyou notice that when he was talking about
the number of illegal immigrants who've comeinto this country, he's mentioning a little
over ten million. He compared itto the populations of what two states?
(38:15):
Wisconsin and what was the other one? It was Wisconsin and both battleground states,
let's put it that way. Yeah, So I mean in Ohio.
I believe it was Wisconsin. Ohio. It's the quivalent to the populations of
Wisconsin in Ohio, the entire state. So I think it's to get the
message. Obviously. Part of thisis get the message across. Yeah,

holly about how this whole thing hasbeen handled. They're talking tough,
but talking tough and doing something aboutit or two different things, aren't they,
Yes, they are. You're right, Jimmy. You know there's a
lot of concerned about what's actually goingto happen here. There are a few
(54:07):
possibilities. The biggest one is probablythe request that's pending before the Texas Public
Utilities Commission seeking about six billion dollarsin recovery through rate hikes to customers.
The PUC could deny that request, but only if they find that the company
has been negligent in managing their resources. There may be a good case for
(54:31):
that is I'm sure you guys havebeen talking about. We just see center
Points market shares tumble significantly over thepast week. The market does seem to
think that there's going to be asevere financial penalty to Central Point, But
we'll have to wait and see whatthe PUC does in the fall. What
the state lawmakers can do is alittle bit more nebulous. They could possibly
(54:57):
try to reduce the territory that Centerpointmanages, but that carries a lot of
costs and a bit of a transmissionheadache for all of the providers. Well,
you bring down the company, whatdo we have in response? I
mean, who's the next man up? So to speak? And now we
have potential, we have lawsuits beingfiled. How does that get paid for?
(55:22):
Does it come from the company? There? Insurance company? Does it
come? How does this work exactly? That's a great point, Sharah.
And we do know that Tony Busbyhas filed a class action lawsuit on behalf
of more than one hundred restaurant ownersin both Harris County and Galveston County.
We don't yet know what they're seekingor what a possible award may be,
(55:45):
but that would have to be borneby the company. Would they try to
pass that on to consumers? Idon't think there would be stomach for that
from the PUC. But it lookslike ultimately the penalties are going to be
finding anchel. But as you say, then what happens who takes over who've
runs providing power to more than twomillion, almost three million Houstonian area customers.
(56:14):
So a lot of questions on thetable a lot of concerns. We
do have another larger provider in thestate of Texas, Encore, which seems
to be doing a much better jobof managing its territory. Granted they don't
have this very fraud Houston area tocover, but it does look like Centerpoint
could have done a lot more priorto the landfall of Hurricane Barrel to prevent
(56:39):
some of this. Well, Ithink one of the biggest arguments, and
there's a real case to be madefor it, is their quote unquote vegetation
management program and how much money theyactually put into trying to prevent trees from
growing on power lines and interfering withtransformers and some of the other problems that
we saw. If the stake canbuild a case against Center Point that they
(57:00):
didn't maintain those things property, whatcan they do to Centerpoint is are we
talking penalties, are we talking fines? Are we talking about the Public Utilities
Commission, you know, putting somesort of restrictions on them? What can
they really do? Absolutely? Yeah, And that is the question I think
it really always is going to goback to that request for the h to
(57:21):
pass along those costs. You canlook at that as sort of an inverse
financial penalty on the company, Andyou're right, Jimmy, it does look
like the company neglected to clear thatvegetation. There has been some discussion about,
you know, whether or not thestate allows them to clear enough,
but even in what they're allowed todo, it's looking like they didn't do
(57:42):
that. The other question is whetheror not they have been properly upgrading equipment
that they claim that they needed financialto do. You know, there's some
question about whether or not they wereupgrading their transmission line, polls and so
forth prior to hurricane season, andit seems like they were waiting for some
other grant money and that kind ofthing. They were denied a grant from
(58:06):
the federal government, so that's aninteresting aspect to this too. They thought
about one hundred million dollars last yearfrom the Biden administration to harden the grid,
and that was denied. It's unclearas to why that was denied,
whether or not, you know,it was a week plan or what have
you. But I'm sure we'll belearning a lot more about what happened in
(58:28):
the season before hurricane season by theend of this year. All right,
Ollie, thanks as always. Iwould just question that be careful what we
wish for, because virtually every electricutility company in the country has the same
sort of complaints against it. Thereare Houston's News. Why there are Traffic

Maybe he just got hit by glassfrom the teleprompter, to which I
(01:24:23):
would have to say if even ifthat were the case, what difference would
it make The damage was caused bya bullet, he was shot at,
it was an assassination attempt. Doesit matter if his ear got cut by

his life is the same amount ofdanger. Come on, man, you
(01:24:45):
know you won't have to wonder if, as apparently he is going to take
the bandage off his ear, Tony, how tight will the tight shots be

a different feel about it. Ithas been inspirational, it has been entertaining,
it has been positive and uplifting.I think a lot of people are
surprised they took that tone, especiallyafter what happened to the President on Saturday.
(01:31:25):
Absolutely true. Good morning, Jimmyand Sarah. You know it's amazing.
Every word you just said was onmy list of adjectives I was going

And President Trump showed up. Heactually has been at the convention about halfway

I've covered a lot of presidential conventionsand I have just never seen anything

like this in terms of real peoplehaving a voice and the personalities that the

that the president has gone back andhe has completely rewritten a whole new speech
with a whole different tone to it. What are you expecting here tonight?
What do you want to hear tonight? I want to say one thing about
(01:33:15):
that. Even the look in hisface when he first walked out the first
time that people at the Commission sawhim coming on camera, he looked emotional.
He looked and you know, I'msure obviously he has been in pain
because of his ear being hit,and so he looked like tender. He
looked a tender person who was comingout grateful for to be alive. And
(01:33:38):
what I really think I hear tonightis the man who just loves this country.
That stort, that message comes outfrom so many speakers. He just
loves America and he wants America tobe so much better than it is right
now. Whner Joe Biden's presidency, and he's going to tell us life doesn't

be a better America. I thinkit's going to feel very unifying to the
American people. Well, he's beendemonized for seven years by the left,
by the media, by Hollywood,by the Democrats every chance I have,
he's been totally humanized. Now thatis a great word, humanized. And
(01:34:23):
you know who else said that Hisgranddaughter, his oldest granddaughter, Kai who
is the daughter of Don Junior, spoke last night. And honestly, any
parent, grandparent in America would bethrilled to have a fourteen year old granddaughter
talk about her grandfather that way.It came across. It's so genuine.
She just loves her grandfather. Wasvery, very humanizing. He's a great
(01:34:45):
words here. And the look onhis face, the bride on his face
while he listened to her. Imean, I get thinking, I wonder
if Joe Biden's going to have Huntercome out and speak for him. I
don't know, so go so well, yeah, maybe his granddaughter will come
out while we're at it. Allright, Thank you, Debbie, good

The mainstream media, this does notfit their narrative. It's a propagin orm

and they don't want to stay thefacts of what's happening in this country.
Retired HPD Captain Greg Freeman. Hetold KTRH mainstream media keeps twisting the data

in order to fit their own narrative. A lot of times they're just outright
lying. Trump's legal calendar has clearedup a lot this week, the dismissal

Mariorchis, is desperately trying to preventher from having to testify him from the
Congress, But ultimately I think shewill, although Ted Cruise I think would
prefer that she just gets fired rightnow. Well, it was utterly maddening.
We had a briefing with all onehundred senators and with the head of
the Secret Service and also the headof the FBI. He was a forty
five minute briefing. They spent thirtyminutes just filibustering, walking through all the
(01:44:47):
different things they did that day, walking through a detailed timeline of every other
factor of what they did in thefield, what they did on the stage,
what they did backstage, everything excepthow they didn't stop a man with
a rifle from shooting the president, and that detail they just omitted. And
what's frustrating, you know, youjust played the head of the Secret Service.
Let me be clear, she shouldresign today, and to be honest,
(01:45:11):
Joe Biden should fire her yesterday. What does it take to get fired
by Joe Biden. It was anabsolute security catastrophe. And after this briefing,
we had a chance for questions, but they only allowed a handful of
questions. I tried immediately to aska question but you had to hit a
number on your phone. They nevergot to me, They never got to
the conservatives on the phone. I'lltell you here the questions I would have
(01:45:33):
asked her if they would have givenme a chance. Number one, Why
were more officers not assigned? Whywas there not adequate protection there? Number
two? Why was that rooftop notsecured? Why was there not an agent
on that rooftop? Number three? Why were there no aerial assets? Why
was there no drones, no helicopters? Number four, when you spotted the
shooter, by the way, Iwill not use his name. That bastard's
(01:45:55):
name should be forgotten by history. When you spotted the shooter, why was
he not detained? Number five? Why did you let Trump go on stage
when you knew you had that risk? She wouldn't answer any of this,
and bizarrely enough, she continues toclaim everything was just fine. It is
a complete lack of accountability, andit is utterly disgraceful. I will say
(01:46:16):
the same thing about this that I'vesaid about the border. I have to
believe one or two things. Eitherthey really are that incompetent, or it
is purposeful. Once again, eitherthey are really that incompetent or it was
purposeful? Are they really that incompetent? Seven forty time for traffic and mother

Yes, indeed, this morning Idid walk out of the federal prison
in Miami. Joe Biden and hisDepartment of Injustice put me there tonight.
(01:51:51):
I'm here with you in this beautifulcity in Milwaukee. I got a very
simple message for you. They cancome for me if they can come for
Donald Trump, and careful if theywill come for you. If we don't
(01:52:11):
control our government, their government willcontrol us. If we don't control all
three branches of our government, legislative, executive, judicial, their government will
put some of us like me asSteve Bannon, in prison and control the
(01:52:36):
rest of us. Here's how itwent. Here's how I got in prison.
The legislative branch came for me.First, your favorite Democrat, Nancy
Pelosi, created your favorite committee, the sham January sixth Committee, which demanded
(01:53:02):
that I violate executive privilege. Whatdid I do? I refused. The
Jay sixth Committee demanded that I betrayDonald John Trump to say my own skin.
I refused. Here's the thing aboutthe constitution. They demanded that I
(01:53:33):
break the law because they have norespect for it. I refused, and
a Democrat majority in the House thenvoted the whole need in contempt. And
unless you not think that's a prettybig deal, how many of us are
(01:53:53):
willing to go to prison for ourbeliefs, how many of us would be
able to endure what the January sixthprisoners are enduring right now, still in
jail, still awaiting trial, stillawaiting some form of justice. Homiffs could
even last in federal prison, evenif it was a white collar prison,
(01:54:14):
for four months. Not many, but he did. That's the welcome last
night at the RNC. President Trumpwill speak tonight. It's a big night
tonight. We'll have all the informationfor you about that tomorrow morning. We'll
see you bright and early tomorrow morning, starting at five am.
