Speaker 1 (00:00):
Yeah, some of those greyhounds might be headed for Texas
after today, after the election today in New York City.
Do you see, by the way, it's funny because the
news media is treating is serious. I think that the
Governor Abby was just trying to make a point about
putting up one hundred percent tariff and anybody who moves
here from New York City, because I don't think you
technically can put a tariff on a human being, but

(00:21):
you know, maybe you could on their moving truck. Right now,
though there's not a whole lot of media help when
it comes to Attaki Mandami. In fact, they're attacking the
rivals ninety five percent of the time. NewsBusters did a
story on this. We have the executive editor of MRC NewsBusters,
Tim Graham, joining us. So the media has pretty much

(00:43):
been all in for Mondami since the beginning, haven't they?

Speaker 2 (00:48):
Yeah, pretty much. You know, it's pretty funny when the
so called mainstream media has a Democrat primary and chooses
the most extreme candidate, which they clearly have in Mandani.
They are all down with the AOC energy in this
particular thing.

Speaker 1 (01:03):
We were looking at.

Speaker 2 (01:04):
The late night comedians who told sixty three jokes about
the New York mayoral race, and only three of them
were about Mom Donnie. They were mostly attacking Mom Donnie's opponents. Now,
the jokes about Mom Donnie two of the three where
Jimmy fell and just making fond that he's thirty three, Like, oh,
it's seven roommates are excited for him. You know this

(01:26):
was you know, it wasn't even making fun of his
positions or anything. Yeah, So, I mean, look, Satay Night
Live had a skit the other night about the New
York mayoral debate, and yeah, Mom Donnie was the sympathetic figure.
I mean, it's just it really is amazing. And obviously

(01:47):
the conservative media is going to have a plaything now
if he wins.

Speaker 1 (01:51):
Well in New York City's going to have a whole
world of herd. Evidently nobody has bothered to think this out.
What would Mandamie's policies mean for New York City? What
is likely to happen to New York City if he's
elected mayor?

Speaker 2 (02:04):
Well, I think the first problem he's going to have, though,
is a lot of his campaign promise he doesn't have
the money for, and he's going to be go begging
the Governor Hokeel because he really can't come to Congress
and beg for more socialism. That's not going to happen,
at least in the next year or two. So I
think that people are going to find that they're going
to be disappointed he can't do the things he promised

(02:27):
he was going to do. So it's more likely that
you'll have lefties that are upset. Linda sire Sewer was
suggesting that she wants to make sure he's enough of
an anti Semitic Muslim Muslim extremist, so she'll be watching
for that. You know, he's going to try to prevent
Mitt and Yahoo from coming to New York City or
if chap Hill arrest him when he arrives. I mean,

(02:49):
it's clearly going to be a show.

Speaker 1 (02:52):
You know.

Speaker 2 (02:52):
Some could say, well, Bill Deblasi was a socialition, what's
the big deal? But I think we'll find out, and yeah,
I think that it's not a good thing for yeah,
the health and vigor of New York City. But this
is the electorate they have.

Speaker 1 (03:08):
Yes, I guess it is, and it's likely to be
the only electorate that they are going to have left
because anybody who can afford to get out of New
York City. And I know at this point, I don't
know who could afford to stay. Anybody who can get
out of New York City is likely to get out
of New York City and many of them are heading
to Florida and headed right here. To Texas's Governor Abbott's
joke about putting.

Speaker 2 (03:26):
A terriff on people who move here from New York, well,
I just you know, I do find it amazing that
the Democrats keep moving farther and farther to the left,
and the news media never they don't even use labels,
you know. Standing there right behind Mom Donnie. The other
day was Letitia James, And the whole time she was

(03:48):
trying to ruin President Trump as Attorney General of New
York City, they would or New York State. They wouldn't
even call her a Democrat in their stories. You know,
now she's a Trump of opponent. Uh you know, there
was I guess it was a week ago Friday, ABC
News head back to back a gushy story about Letitia

(04:10):
James which never mentioned she was a Democrat. She's just
a victim of Trump. And right after that was a
story on Trump abusing Mom Donnie, and it was just
a press release for Mom Donnie, and it let him
make a whole bunch of speeches about he's going to
be a good Muslim now and forever. It's just amazing
that they call this a news product.

Speaker 1 (04:28):
Yeah, well they thought Bill Deblasio was back. Wait till
they get to Mondamie. A few years of mon Dommi.
It make Bill Deblasia look like one of the greatest
mayors of all time in New York City. Thank you
for your time, sir, appreciate it very much. That's Tim Graham,
executive editor of MRC NewsBusters. It's five fifty seven.
