A commutation says you can reduce the sentence. In this case,
they will be released and their sentence will be ended.
It will be as if they have paid their debt.
Those are the cases where the case would be made

I'm going to take the word of the people who
are investigating. They did not give a pardon to each
and every person in cases where a strong argument was

full parden. There are prison officials who are dragging their
feet to get these hostages removed from the prison the

them now, period. But these sorts of people, and we
know what kind of people they are there. There are
claims of abuse against the January sixth hostages. It's all

and people are going to have to pay one way

that will be arrested because of sanctuary cities. We're not

of departments and agencies this evening that all DEI offices
will be closing by five pm tomorrow, and that was
just put out by the White House, so no later
than five pm Wednesday Tomorrow, January twenty second. Heads of
departments and agencies must send an agency wide notice to

employees informing them of the closure and asking employees if
they know of any efforts to disguise these programs by
using coded or in precise language. To send a notification
to all employees of DEIA offices that they are being
placed on paid administrative leave, effective immediately, as the agency
takes steps to close and end all DEIA initiatives, offices

and programs. To take down all outward facing media of
DEIA offices like websites and social media.

any DEIA related contractors. So the news coming in right now,
all DEI offices in the federal government to begin closing

January sixth, defendants hostages have had their case either dismissed
or been released from custody. Federal Bureau of Prisons said
two hundred and eleven people had been released from federal

facilities following Trump's order. He also commuted the sentence for
six for fourteen defendants. Now you understand that a commutation
is basically saying we're shortening your sentence. The difference between
a commutation and a pardon is a pardon wipes it
from your record, It makes it go away. You are

released from prison. You are no longer considered a convict.
A commutation says you can reduce the sentence. In this case,
they will be released and their sentence will be ended.
It will be as if they have paid their debt.
Those are the cases where the case would be made
(31:25):
that they had actually done something more than be in
the wrong place at the wrong time. They are case
by case, so I'm not going to speak about them individually.
I'm going to take the word of the people who
are investigating. They did not give a pardon to each
and every person in cases where a strong argument was

made that that person did something more than just stroll
through the White House and whether or not that was
the right thing to do or not, at a minimum,
a commutation was but almost sixteen hundred have received a
full parden. There are prison officials who are dragging their
feet to get these hostages removed from the prison the

minute the order went through, which was the order release
them now, period. But these sorts of people, and we
know what kind of people they are there. There are
claims of abuse against the January sixth hostages. It's all
going to come out. It's all going to come out,

and people are going to have to pay one way
or another. They're going to have to pay
