Speaker 1 (00:00):
The Michael Berry Show. Joe Biden wants to pack the court.
Barack Obama wanted to pack the court. Pete, but a
gig wants to pack the Well, let's just say this.
The Democrats want to do away with the Supreme Court
today because the Supreme Court today is not ruling in

(00:23):
their favor. Why. Because the openings on the Supreme Court
occurred while Republican presidents were in office, and they managed
to nominate and then confirm Supreme Court justices for life.
As the Constitution made clear, It's really not that complicated.

(00:46):
That's how it's always worked. We had the activist Warren
Berger Earl Warren Court appointed by Eisenhower. We thought he'd
be a good conservative judge. He ended up wanting to
be a member of the ACLU on the court. In
his rules, it was awful. He ended up being actually
acl you wouldn't even be fair. He ended up being

(01:09):
a left wing nut job activist judged how disappointing former
Attorney General of California. I guess he felt bad because
during World War Two he had interned Japanese families who
had done nothing wrong. And I guess this was his
way of trying to save his legacy, and it turned
out it worked. Who knew Lyndon Johnson an avowed racist,

(01:32):
a frequent dropper of the inward r on the end
of the word no a, he wasn't a rapper. He
spent his presidency the very end of his career, going
against everything he had done early in his career so
that he would have this legacy as some sort of
a civil rights activist. And look, the left loved it.

(01:54):
But packing the Supreme Court, well, that's uh, that is
a threat to democracy. There you have it. It's also
the very sort of thing that tyrants and dictators do.
In twenty fifteen, the Venezuelan Party, the Chavista party, remember

(02:20):
Ugo Chavez. They packed the Supreme Court. You know why
because when you pack the Supreme Court, then whatever you do,
there's nobody there to oversee it and make sure we
the hey, you're getting out of hand. This is exactly
what Hitler did when he took over his chancellor. Now
there was no check, there was no balance. So the

(02:44):
Chavistas in Venezuela a country, a once great country that
has fallen into the throes of starvation, the throes of
dysfunctional and it turns out socialism didn't work. Yet again,
the left will tell you, oh, socialists work, socialism work.
They just didn't try it, right, they didn't. That wasn't

(03:07):
the right socialist. It never is, because there isn't one.
So thirteen judges were appointed by the ruling party in
order to hold on to the National Assembly. This is
in Venezuela. I remember when UGO's Chavez was first elected,
he appointed his judges to the Supreme Court so that
it could ratify the socialist changes to the Venezuelan constitution. Essentially,

(03:32):
Chavez got puppet judges who would do what he told
them to, and the legislators wrote a new socialist constitution
that kept him and his party in power for life.
And that's how you become a dictator. Why do I
tell you that because that is exactly what Joe Biden

(03:54):
He's going to die soon enough, but that's exactly what
the Democrats want, that their party will control this country
for life. And where have we seen this level of tyranny?
Joe Biden and her tyranny. And now Kamala Harrison hearst, Well,
it reminds me of Ava Perune, and it reminds me

(04:17):
of Argentina and Argentina's tyranny was brought to the American
masses by Andrew Lloyd Weber and Sir Timothy Rice. Sir
Anthony Lloyd Webber and Sir Timothy Rice. I haven't really
liked their work in the Ivida Musical, and so our

(04:38):
crack team of Chance McLean and his very talented daughter
Gunn took a shot some time ago. Turns out it
works today at a new Venezuela. So in the spirit
of the tyranny of Argentina was brought to Venezuela and

(05:00):
destroyed that country and is now being brought to this
country with the court packing. Here is our version of
a new Venezuela.
