Speaker 2 (00:02):
Now, Hey, everybody, powered by Carter subru Today will be
the warmest day of the week, temperatures climbing into the eighties,
nearing the nineties. Woah, and then tomorrow a little bit
of rain. So get out and enjoy it if you can. Today,
Melinda French Gates joining the ownership group of the Seattle
Kraken and one roof Sports and Entertainment as a minority investor.
This is her first toe dip into sports. Six states

(00:25):
will hold primaries today California, Iowa, Montana, New Jersey, New Mexico,
and South Dakota. Some of the most high profile races
include California's Governor's contest and the wild West Battle for
La Mayor. A rush of AI related IPOs heading to
Wall Street, Anthropic, Open AI, and SpaceX all making moves

(00:46):
towards going public.

Speaker 1 (00:47):
How can we make money off of this? Is there
a way that the regular guy can make money off
of this? Wow? You have to know somebody, damn I mean,
will be to buy stocks after it goes public to
everybody else?

Speaker 2 (01:04):
Can't we like jump on the ipo? I've watched a
lot of Wall Street movies Yeah, we gotta jump on
that ip, jump on that ip.

Speaker 1 (01:11):
Yeah, all right, let's do that.

Speaker 2 (01:13):
Tennis legends Serena Williams will return to the sport nearly
four years after her last professional match. The forty four
year old mom of two revealed yesterday she's gonna play
with her nineteen year old doubles partner Victoria in next
week's HSBC Championship at the Queen's Club in London. A
new battery case against Dinny is being investigated. Sabrina Carpenter

(01:33):
filed documents in court to get a restraining order against
the stalker and Sports Mariners beat the Mets. They go
again tonight, Storm loss to Dallas. They have the Mercury Tomorrow.
Game one of the Stanley Cup Finals is tonight, the
Hurricanes hosting the Vegas Golden Knights.

Speaker 1 (01:46):
So let's see, let's see. Today the Tournament of champions begins.
We have twenty Puget Sound Showdown Hall of Famers.

Speaker 2 (01:59):
There's a funny story. We thought we had nineteen, but twenty. Yeah,
we'll get to that.

Speaker 1 (02:03):
And today the first matchup is a rematch from yesterday.
If you missed yesterday's Puget Sound Showdown, you'll hear that next,
and you'll hear the setup for today's Tournament of Champions,
the second annual. We'll see if Craig it's the Homers.
You can hang on to that title for another year.

Speaker 2 (02:25):
Flies coming up now, though, Grab your box of popcorn
and come along.

Speaker 1 (02:30):
It's a Jody movie review.

Speaker 3 (02:33):
No, no, that doesn't sound right. Hold on, come on along.

Speaker 1 (02:50):
It's the Jon movie review. It's a little bit better,
a little more pizzazed. We'll keep working on Jody's review
of the worst movie ever.

Speaker 2 (03:00):
So I had an hour before I was going to
bed last night, and I didn't have anything specific teaed
up to watch. So I'm on Netflix and I see
If I Can't Have You thriller from twenty twenty three.
A radio DJ's life has turned upside down when a
stalker begins to terrorize her with threatening phone calls, a
break in, and a murder.

Speaker 1 (03:24):
Isn't this play misty for me? Yes?

Speaker 2 (03:27):
But I was like the Oldwood movie. Yes, okay, but
I was like, oh that sounds good. I'm in, I in,
I know what it's like. I'm like, I click on
it and I see that it's a lifetime movie. Oh
and it's somehow on Netflix now, and I was like,
I'll give it a chance anyway.

Speaker 1 (03:45):
Oh that good? Huh. Bender.

Speaker 2 (03:51):
So, because we're radio insiders, sure it first of all
started off and it was absolute trash with this radio
DJ in a booth, do it all wrong?

Speaker 1 (04:00):
She's not even near the microphone.

Speaker 2 (04:02):
She's like, all there, she had them. Yeah, she had
ridiculous headphones on her and her producer and then this
other guy are all producing this show that's sort of
like a call in show where people call in and
talk to her, and she's like, what would you like
to hear? And then they do some sort of dedication
and and she like quoted Tennyson and all this stuff,

(04:24):
and she it is the worst acting I've ever seen,
so to start, Then we find out that they want
to take the show, which runs from seven to eleven PM,
and they want to move it to mornings because that's
where the real money is. Sure, but they're not sure
if the show, you know, would be good in the mornings.
And he's like, crap, let's give it a shot. And
guess who the station manager is, Eric Roberts. Okay, so

(04:47):
he's adding a layer of crazy onto it. Then this
woman goes home the boy The guy who plays the
boyfriend is just awful. Apparently her neighbor is stalking her,
and then she also has a call in person call
John Doe, of course, and he begins to stalk her,
putting roses outside her house. The acting is so bad.

(05:07):
The woman because she's so tired from her late night show.
She's like a narcoleptic. So she goes home and like
falls asleep on her face all the time because she's
so tired. And it is the worst acted show. It's
called If I Can't Have You. It's literally the worst
thing I've ever seen. And it also involves Jack Kaye
from two two seven. She plays the police officer. The

(05:32):
radio DJ and her producer go to report the stalker
and the police officer is very bad and doesn't do
a good job. And she's like, what, I'm just asking.

Speaker 1 (05:42):
Questions, girl, I'm just trying to figure out what the
problem is.

Speaker 2 (05:45):
And she's like, this guy called and he sounded weird,
and Jack kay is the police officers like, well, I
bet you get a lot of weird callers, right, every
one of them can't be normal. And she's like, I
don't know how to explain it.

Speaker 1 (05:57):
He's just weird. And that's where I stopped thirty eight
minutes in.

Speaker 2 (06:02):
It's the worst piece of garbage I've ever seen, and
not even it being about a radio DJ.

Speaker 1 (06:09):
Can make it better. To finish it.

Speaker 2 (06:11):
Yeah, I'm gonna finish it. I want to see what
happens and hopefully someone will try.

Speaker 1 (06:14):
And get if I can't have you. Yeah, is this
the no? Are you sure? I'm sure?

Speaker 2 (06:29):
The eighties potentially nearing the nineties some rain tomorrow. Former
Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson finalizing a deal to join
CBS Sports as an analyst for their Sunday pregame show
and other programming.

Speaker 1 (06:41):
Bender you excited? No, I mean good on him. He's
got a gig. Keep that thing going.

Speaker 2 (06:48):
But really, most of the comments that I was reading,
not from Seattle but from around the nation, people were
saying he's too cheesy for that. Well, because everything he
does is very manicured. Everything he does is very it's
not real, it's manipulative.

Speaker 1 (07:06):
It's very and that's a very negative derogatory ward. It's cheesy.
He's just but like there's no edge. It's like, how
are you going to analyze sports without some sort of
being negative and calling people out.

Speaker 2 (07:20):
And but then again, maybe this will be the thing
that opens his true personality up. Maybe we'll see, like
you know, an edgy, hey, an edgy wrestle never questioned
mister unlimited, right question.

Speaker 1 (07:33):
We're back. Let's ride brown of this country? What was it?

Speaker 4 (07:38):
That's it?

Speaker 1 (07:38):
That was it? Right? That's right right.

Speaker 2 (07:40):
Melinda French Gates joining the ownership group of the sale
Kraken and One roof Sports and Entertainment as a minority investor.

Speaker 1 (07:47):
Let's go girl. Six States will hold primaries. Won't turn off?

Speaker 2 (07:51):
Well, you have to turn it off. Throw your phone
against the wall. For God's sakes. It's nice that you're
listening to the show while the show's going on.

Speaker 1 (07:57):
I know it weird. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (07:58):
Six states will hold primary is today California, Iowa, Montana,
New Jersey, New Mexico, and South Dakota.

Speaker 1 (08:04):
There's a recall of.

Speaker 2 (08:06):
A brand of pizza and cheese bread that is phenomenal.

Speaker 1 (08:12):
So this is it.

Speaker 2 (08:14):
I'm both endorsing it and suggesting that you don't eat it.
You put it right in the garbage. A recall of
Motor City Pizza's cheese bread. You may have bought it
at Costco or Walmart. It's so good well, due to
a seasoning blend, it may contain salmonilla. They are the
ones who triggered the recall. Nobody was injured at all.

Speaker 1 (08:36):
But you ate it two days ago and you're fine,
so you can either throw it away or bring it here.

Speaker 2 (08:41):
And the cheese bread is so good. It cooks up
so crispy around the edges. And then you can put
some chicken, some arugula on it, some artichoke cards.

Speaker 1 (08:49):
It''s Jody's cooking corner.

Speaker 2 (08:51):
Taylor Swift is releasing a song on Friday for the
Toy Story five soundtrack called I Knew It, I Knew You.
It'll be a return to Taylor's country roots and sports.
It's Mariners beat the Mets. They go again Tonight Storm
lost to Dallas Mercury Tomorrow for Game one of the
Stanley Cup Finals is tonight on ABC.

Speaker 1 (09:06):
Hurricanes and then first round of the second annual Jody
and Bender Pewget Sound Showdown Tournament of Champions. We thought
everything was cool. We have all of our Hall of
Famers coming back, nineteen of them. And I get an
email yesterday going, hey, you actually have twenty I mean twenty,

(09:35):
remember Gilligan, Mark from Federal Way, Mark from Federal Way.

Speaker 2 (09:39):
His nickname that we gave him was Gilligan. I don't
remember why anymore because it was so long ago. We
haven't heard from him since twenty twenty two.

Speaker 1 (09:48):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (09:48):
Was he our second Hall of Famer Arthur he was
one of the first five. Yeah, and he was Mark
from Federal Way. I don't remember anything about him again.

Speaker 1 (09:59):
Nickname him Gilligan. I don't remember why. I remember why.

Speaker 2 (10:01):
We've been trying to reach him ever since then, every
time we do anything that has.

Speaker 1 (10:05):
To do with the Hall of Famers. According to him,
I lost his phone number like four times, Like yeah,
but I have everybody else's phone numbers, so I just
lose yours. Okay, So he emailed yesterday and so you
don't have nineteen, you have twenty, and I'm ready to
go for the tournament, right. So that means that he

(10:27):
still listens to.

Speaker 2 (10:27):
The show, yes, which is crazy because we have put
up multiple messages. We've brought him up a million times,
going what are happening to that dude, because like two
or three of these guys went into the wind just
ghosted us completely, like Nate.

Speaker 1 (10:41):
From Mount Vernon, Ver. Yeah, and Mark from Federal Away. Yeah.
We had a couple of Hall of famers just ghost us.
We've mentioned you a million times? Where have you been?
So we're just And then I responded and I said, okay, okay,
send me a phone number, a good phone number that
we can get ahold of you with, and you're in
the tournament, and he hasn't responded. That was yesterday morning.

(11:04):
So if you're if you know the tournament is starting today,
not that you're gonna be playing today, but if you
know that, you're you're you're trying to get into What
are you doing? Why are you waiting to respond?

Speaker 2 (11:15):
So we haven't We have a good email address him,
but we're not one hundred percent sure of the phone.

Speaker 1 (11:21):
That is correct because the phone number I do have,
we called it rang forever and he never picked up,
and we wound up having to leave a message.

Speaker 5 (11:34):
M please read your message for okay.

Speaker 1 (11:37):
Well, we're not gonna give his phone We should just
give the phone number out there, right, And then we
left the message, sure, where have you been? That's too aggressive? Now? Okay, hello, Mark,
where have you been? That was that? Sandy says.

Speaker 2 (11:53):
He was the second Hall of Famer Okay, and he
was Gilligan because he just stumbled into winning.

Speaker 4 (12:03):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (12:03):
If you go to any of our social pages at
Jody and Bender, the bracket is up and he's in
the bracket. He's in there. Gilligan's in the bracket.

Speaker 2 (12:14):
Better respond, he better responds. Have to do the bracket
all over again.

Speaker 1 (12:19):
From talk Back Tuesday. Send us your messages, Jody, you'll
love this.

Speaker 6 (12:24):
Yesterday I was walking two of my dogs by the
military based and I just happened to find on the
ground during our walk a gallon.

Speaker 1 (12:35):
Sized zip locked Dad, there was half full of weed. Like,
who loses that much pot? Oh my goodness. What would
you do if you were walking your dogs in West
Seattle and came across that.

Speaker 2 (12:50):
I would definitely not smoke it. I would dispose of
it because you don't know about any stranger's weed. But
I doubt anybody lost it. It was probably thrown in
some sort of chase scenario. You think somebody was being
pursued and they were like, I gotta get rid of this. Yeah,
Like if you were at home in the movies, you
flush it down the toilet, right, That's what happens.

Speaker 1 (13:11):
When the cops rade your playing. Sure, exactly.

Speaker 2 (13:13):
The only time anybody loses any drug paraphernalia is when
it's very small, you know.

Speaker 1 (13:18):
But she's talking about a gallon bag. A gallon bag.
That's this Oh it's a ziplock ballon bag.

Speaker 2 (13:25):
That's this big. Okay, with my hands, I'm showing you.
So that's no good for the radio, but I'm showing bender.
That's a lot. So somebody was on the move. Throw
it away. You don't know what that you don't know
what that is. It's like when somebody gives you an
apple on Halloween.

Speaker 1 (13:39):
Don't eat it.

Speaker 7 (13:40):
Oh hey, guys, this is Michael from fredro Away. I
love listening to your show. I listened to it every
day all day, actually on the radio station that I
listened to you. Keep up the good work. I'm glad
you guys are on the air for all these years
that you have been. And have a great day.

Speaker 1 (13:57):
Keep up the good work, he says, thank you very
very much. Maybe we will maybe. First match, first round
of the Puget Sound Showdown Tournament of Champions is a
rematch from yesterday. Brand new Hall of Famer Marcy and Kirkland,

reigning Tournament of Champions champion. But more people have been
added since the last tournament, so it's a new group

will be no rematches after this. It's single elimination, win
or go home, win and you advance. Are you guys
ready you're gonna buzz in with your name when you
know the answer? First person of five wins. It's the

It's Jody and Bender.

Speaker 1 (25:43):
Text. Marcy killed me all last week. I never beat
her once and I only got one in this first
round of the tournament. Those were some hard questions. Yes, text,
James sounded so confident when he said his name and
then he had nothing. Wow, Okay, well he get he
moved on.

Speaker 2 (26:02):
Timing is part of the gamble you take when you
jump a question. If you jump a question, we stop
asking the question. You have to take it upon yourself.

Speaker 1 (26:14):
I'm we asked twenty three questions. Yeah, I'm gonna have
to write some more tonite, that's for sure, because we
typically top out even on a hard hard game at
like fourteen or fifteen. Yeah, twenty three questions. I believe
is the record because I asked at one point, I

(26:35):
asked twenty two questions one day when you were out
and there was nobody there to clean up the message.
I just kept asking, asking twenty two. So twenty three
is now the new record, and that would be now
during a tournament champions game.

Speaker 2 (26:48):
It is funny though, because depending on which one of
us you get as asking the questions. You know, you
never ask any questions about like cocktails or food. I
asked very few sports questions, so it is a bit
of a gamble on whether you get me or you
Bender asking questions. So if you're somebody who has a
lot of like entertainment trivia, then you'll probably be a

(27:11):
lot happier with my questions. If you're somebody who knows
a lot about sports, then you'll be happy with Benders questions.

Speaker 1 (27:18):
Text, those were some random sports questions. Only guys would
know those.

Speaker 2 (27:22):
Well, No, I wouldn't say that because a lot of
women have a lot of sports knowledge. Sexist, extremely sexist, Yeah,
although I.

Speaker 1 (27:30):
Do agree one of those was super random. What was it?
Who's the mascot for? What? Facocta team that nobody's ever
heard of. They're in the Stanley Cup Finals right now.
It wasn't like I pulled a random team name. They
were in the They were in the Stanley Cup Finals,
Hurricanes girls. The only random sports question I asked was

(27:53):
who's the quarterback for the Tennessee Titans.

Speaker 2 (27:55):
I should have known everything else was relevant. Yeah, I
should have known that one text.

Speaker 1 (28:00):
To five two, three oh nine. Who the hell knew
that Rick Riz was a play by play guy for
another team?

Speaker 4 (28:05):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (28:06):
See, these are the things you learn. Yeah, you knew that.
Tomorrow which Rob and Edmonds going up against Taylor and
pulls bow all of the Hall of Famers facing off
win or go home. Nice. Marcy has now gone home,
but she's gone home on all of her prizes and
her brand.

Speaker 2 (28:23):
New I'm gonna miss her, though. I wanted her to
go a little bit further, just you know, the storyline
and all. So she went ahead and ruined the storyline today.
But it'll be nice for her to relax production.

Speaker 1 (28:34):
Had I not seen the face to face tour with Billie,
Joel and Elton John, maybe I wouldn't have been as
let down. But it was like Sting would come out
sing a few songs and he'd walk off stage. Paul
sim would walk out, sing a few songs, walk off stage,
Sting would come back. There was no interaction.

Speaker 2 (28:52):
It was it was just the last time I saw
Sting he was with the police for the police reunion.
I believe that was at Kirina. I saw it with
my old morning show partner.

Speaker 1 (29:01):
You jealous? Me and Marty went we had the best time. Jealous?
Am I jealous? Jealous of me and Marty having fun together?
Which I was gonna say? Which? Which partner were we
talking about? There are so many men before you. What
a flut?

Speaker 2 (29:19):
I hear you? Go ahead, Andy, Bob, Marty.

Speaker 1 (29:26):
When's it gonna end? My goodness, disgusting. I just run
through all these men. Go on. You're gonna say, of
course I've raised the standard, but it's fine. What is
the song of the day again? Fortes around your art?
I saw this this morning. What are the age groups

(29:47):
for gen X forty six to sixty one? So if
you're forty six to sixty one, Jody and I both
gen xers, yep, the greatest age group of them all.
Can't bother us? No, we don't care. We don't care.
We were raised on hose watering.

Speaker 2 (30:03):
To collect that's right out on our bikes all day long.

Speaker 1 (30:07):
Nobody knew where we were. Anybody under the age of
forty six. Nobody's gonna understand this, Nope, because this was
nine ways gen X entertained ourselves as kids when parrots
weren't around and we were bored. Yes, uh, reading print magazines,

(30:28):
lip syncing to the mirror in the bedroom. Of course.
I had a dance routine for every single song. Talking
to their friends on the phone, yeah, playing Solitaire with
actual cars, actual cards, yeah, making mixtapes for friends, wishing
the DJ would shut.

Speaker 2 (30:45):
Up, absolutely, and making the cassette tape the outer layer
like look all pretty and stuff.

Speaker 1 (30:51):
Watching TV and having to watch what's actually on because
you couldn't stream. Nope, very few choices. Going back to that,
I know, well, I couldn't tell you what's on when now, Yeah,
except for eleven o'clock when Studio thirteen live on Fox.

Speaker 2 (31:08):
I mean, I do love the choices. But there was
also something really beautiful and it is about like running
downstairs because fantasy Allen was about to start.

Speaker 1 (31:16):
Watching actual music videos on MTV, asking to be dropped
off at the mall. Yeah, walking and or riding our
bikes too, our friends house, the arcade or the arcade.

Speaker 2 (31:29):
I was trying to explain to Josh the other day
that none of us had cell phones, and so when
we wanted to meet up, if we were going to
see an eight o'clock movie, he'd say, we'll meet you
at the movie theater at seven forty five. And he
was like, well, what if somebody didn't show up? I'm like,
then you just went into the movies without them, basically
and hoped for the best. Like it just was what
it was.

Speaker 1 (31:48):
You knew where everybody was because everybody's bikes were outside
that one persons.

Speaker 2 (31:52):
There was no snapchat, there was no text messaging. You
met up when you were meeting up, and you didn't
know what everybody else was doing, and it was an
innocence that is, it's.

Speaker 1 (32:00):
Very difficult to wrap your head around that. Like people,
would you want to go back in time? I don't
know if I want to go back in time.

Speaker 2 (32:07):
I could definitely the social media, yes I could, yeah,
but what about the connection. I like that having lived
in three places, I get to talk to friends from
Ohio and New Jersey and see what everybody's up with.
But also, man who cares man, I'd give it all up.

Speaker 1 (32:24):
Who cares in a second? I'm forty four and that
was my childhood. Okay, well you can join us then text.
The only answers I got from Showdown were Ring around
the Collar, Christopher Pike and Theodore Cleaver. That's good. I
didn't know Theodore Cleaver or Christopher Pike.

Speaker 2 (32:41):
Talkback, Start toot the Holiday Championship Game as well as
Talk Back Tuesday.

Speaker 1 (32:51):
Where were you doing this message from hey, press start
on my phone. I'm going to run ten feet away
where there is so much going on, and then off
the air, we're getting emails, and don't forget about the
iHeart Festival. We just announced that we got one thousand
dollars and that thousand dollars keyword for tickets to the

(33:11):
iHeart Festival in Vegas in September before they go on sale,
and one thousand dollars spending money that's coming up in
five minutes. That'd be a sweet trip to win. Taking
a breather, I'm just taking a breather.

Speaker 2 (33:29):
Yeah, you deserve it, You've earned it. We've made videos,
we're being friendly with people.

Speaker 1 (33:36):
By the way, editing go to I don't know if
The captioning is the same across all platforms. So go
to our Instagram at Jody and Bender at ninety five
to seven the Jet. The intro it says, Hey, it's
us Jody and Bender. The iHeart Festival's back and blah
blah blah blah blah. The captioning re it's it's Shelby

(34:01):
and Bender. That's new.

Speaker 2 (34:10):
AI my ass does it sound like Shelby? I don't believe,
so he said, Jody, very thank you. I am a
broadcast profession.

Speaker 1 (34:18):
That's funny. It's Shelby and Jody. So when I check
into no hotels or Shelby and Bender. Yeah, if I.

Speaker 2 (34:26):
Want to be if I want to be hidden, I'm
going to change my name from Bernadette Peters. That's my
secret name that I use, and I'm going to be Shelby.

Speaker 5 (34:35):
Standing the globe to find the noos. You didn't know
you needed to know. You know that Daily Bender Gazette.
Now here's Bender and really.

Speaker 1 (34:45):
It's the stuff that you didn't know you needed to know.

Speaker 2 (34:48):
But then you know it and you're like, oh, I'm
glad I know that. Is that brought to you by
Olympic hot tob better you better residents in Florida, California,
specifically around the Hollywood Sign. Apparently, residents living in the

(35:11):
Hollywood Hills near around the Hollywood Sign are mad. Why
because of tourists that come to town to take pictures
of said sign.

Speaker 1 (35:27):
You gotta be kidding me before even we even get
into details, what say.

Speaker 2 (35:37):
You, Well, as a nimbi, myself a not in my
backyard kind of person, I say.

Speaker 1 (35:48):
Not a nimbi. Yeah, not in my backyard.

Speaker 2 (35:52):
I'm a nimbi. I want my house and my neighborhood
to be what it's supposed to.

Speaker 1 (35:57):
Do you have a landmark around your place?

Speaker 2 (36:01):
No, but you know, when the West Seattle Bridge was closed,
they funneled traffic through my neighborhood and we were like, oh,
I'm a nimby, But how dare you buy a property
near the Hollywood Sign and have the nerve to complain
about anything that is arguably one of the country's biggest
tourist spots. It's like top three, what's bigger than that

(36:22):
Statue of Liberty and what else?

Speaker 1 (36:24):
Maybe space needle? Statue of Liberty Hollywood.

Speaker 2 (36:28):
Signed Space Needle, Alamo got s Lewis Arch Say Lewis
Arch sure, so top five, right, that's top five right there, Hoover,
damn it. Oh Green Canyon. Sure, put the canyon in there.
Hollywood sign, space, needle, statue, liberty. But not many are residential, right,
So that's a choice. You don't have to live there.

(36:50):
Nobody's forcing you to live there. You know, the sign
is there. How dumb can you be?

Speaker 1 (36:54):
According to statistics from traffic cameras, showed more than thirty
two thousand cars in the area during a two week stretch.

Speaker 2 (37:03):
Yes, that's a lot of cars, and probably more because
of influencers. Now, so like more people trying to like
do the thing.

Speaker 1 (37:10):
Neighbors are saying, people are driving to take pictures and
video for social media with the side of the background,
tourists are clogging up their streets, walking through their yards
and even relieving themselves in said bushes of yards of
somebody's house.

Speaker 2 (37:29):
I mean, that's not okay, And maybe the city can
do something to put in some fancy toilets like we
have now for FIFA, we put in those fancy solar toilets.

Speaker 1 (37:38):
But like you know, there's people who buy houses.

Speaker 2 (37:40):
Near parks and schools and then get mad because people
are at the parks and schools, and it's like, bro,
you don't get to have both proximity towards this awesome
thing and then get mad when other people are there.
Please go move somewhere else that isn't right in there,
shout of the Hollywood side. That's so stupid that the
thist thing I've heard they're mad. Really, you can't keep

(38:02):
that all by yourself, relieving themselves and that's not cool. Yeah,
and that's.

Speaker 1 (38:09):
Not just limited to the Hollywood Sign. My mom. My
mom lives in Myrtle Beach on a golf course, right,
and we're sitting there last time I was visiting, Uh
huh dudes hitting through stops and I'm like, yeah, what
the hell is he doing? My mom goes, you know,
he's like, open up the door. Yeah, he goes those Sorry, yeah.

Speaker 2 (38:30):
People be paying It happens. But that's ridiculous. You know,
you you choose to live right by the Hollywood Sign.

Speaker 1 (38:38):
So the Nimby thing, yeah, so this doesn't apply.

Speaker 2 (38:42):
This this they're Nimby's. Yeah they're saying not in my backyard, right,
But if you're saying they don't have a they don't
have a No, they have no case It's not like
it's so surprise and they just put the sign there.
Sign was there first. Uh.

Speaker 1 (38:55):
Program is done. We have our first winner in the
Tournament of Champions Forputer Sounds Showdown. James in Seattle, knocked
off Marcy and Kirkland. James move on, moves on to
the next round. Tomorrow it's Taylor and pulls bow against
Robin Edmunds. That's gonna be a good one. Twenty Hall
of Famers going head to head to head to head
to head until we get our big Grand champion tomorrow.

(39:19):
More tickets to see sting More winning before you can
buy him. Tickets to the iHeartRadio Music Festival that was
announced today. More money on the line, More two point
fifty k USA giveaway, Merca thing on the line. It's
pet Peeve Wednesday tomorrow. There's just a lot. Wrap the
show with you. Oh, don't forget. Jody and I are

(39:40):
going to be on TV at eleven o'clock on Studio
thirteen Live on Fox. Now we're done.

Speaker 2 (39:46):
I bet everybody on the planet right now is just
dying to hear Duran Duran
