It's been going on for years, people trying to get
Doomed to run on different computers. The game has been
played on smart refrigerators, thermostats, calculators, and now a space satellite.
The European Space Agency put out an open hacking challenge
to programmers to see what they could do with the system.
One group got Doomed to run and even put the
satellite's photos of Earth in the background of the game.

I don't know if anyone now could top Doom in Space.
