It's March tenth, Mario Day. First, let's talk about Nintendo
and how they're suing the government. They filed a suit
with the United States Court of International Trade after the
Supreme Court said that Donald Trump's tariffs under the International
Emergency Economic Powers Act was illegal. This had caused Nintendo
to have to move things around and delay pre orders

last year for the Switch too. Now, since it was
deemed ilegal, they're demanding a refund of the unlawful tariffs
with interest. And now to the fun side of things
for Mario Day. They're good deals to be had on
Mario games on the Nintendo E Shop and with different retailers.
Plus there's the racing events going on in Mario Kart World.
