MD and Campill.
Speaker 2 (01:05):
Do you know I don't think anybody wants to be
what's the it's not so there's Batman and Robin. I
don't think anybody wants to be Robin. From what I hear,
I don't know mine. Maybe men say that. Okay, we're women.
Speaker 3 (01:16):
We don't care.
Speaker 2 (01:17):
So we're like we're a ticketack, we're taken attack. Yeah,
you know we are ying and yang. One of us
is peanut buttered, the don't is jelly, you know, all
that kind of good stuff. So we're just gonna have
some fun today and I and thank you so much
for tuning in.
Speaker 3 (01:30):
And let me tell you the responses that we're getting.
We just love it.
Speaker 2 (01:34):
We Steph and I were definitely going to start a podcast.
I know this is a podcast, but look a true podcast.
And maybe we'll put some videos on it, because you know,
we're not on our pajamas.
Speaker 3 (01:45):
That's the thing.
Speaker 2 (01:46):
We can be on pajamas sometimes, but we're not on
pajamas today. No, we actually look pretty put it on good,
you know, not so bad and that so bad for
a Sunday.
Speaker 3 (01:54):
And I hope you're enjoying your weekend so far.
Speaker 2 (01:56):
And we are going to talk about well spring, you know,
the spring glow the spring cleanings around the corner. Well,
it is already here, so glow from the inside out.
That's what we're going to talk about, how we can
do that, And we're really going to talk about after spring,
we all those summer's coming, so we got to get
our we got to get our bodies in condition.
Speaker 5 (02:17):
And summer body ready.
Speaker 1 (02:19):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (02:20):
Skin, skin, skin, We have it all over us, and
the most place people see it is.
Speaker 5 (02:25):
Where the biggest organ our face. Exactly, all the biggest
organ is skin. But everybody sees our face, that's true.
I mean unless you're walking around in a bikini all day,
then that's a different story.
Speaker 2 (02:37):
Or unless you're from my country and to cover your
face anyways, then they say nothing on your hands. I know,
we don't want talk about that. That's not what we're
going to talk about, but it's always on my mind.
So we're going to talk about obviously what we can
do to get ready for our body inside and for
our skin on the outside to just look fantastical in summer.
Speaker 3 (02:58):
I don't even know why I say Italian. I'm not
even partially.
Speaker 5 (03:01):
We were at Alvero's.
Speaker 2 (03:03):
That's what it don't tell the Italians in US don't
tell what we bought from there.
Speaker 3 (03:08):
Oh my gosh, you know what. I teach people to
eat things like that.
Speaker 2 (03:13):
But I shouldn't have bought like five different things because
since you had to. Oh, it was no way the
Little Claire's and we celebrated. And it wasn't it awesome
that we celebrated your birthday.
Speaker 4 (03:25):
Yeah, it's very nice stuff you brought in. Oh. I
love the packaging more than the food.
Speaker 2 (03:31):
That's because stuff has a wonderful handwriting. If I would
have wrote on it, do you would have been able
to read a darn thing on there. You were like,
what the heck does I say, Naudio, we didn't have
a candle.
Speaker 3 (03:38):
I know I was going to.
Speaker 2 (03:39):
Get one, and we're gonna like sticking in the cybrophone
when we didn't do it.
Speaker 4 (03:43):
And you both came in here and sang happy birthday.
It was so nice. Thank you so much.
Speaker 3 (03:47):
You're so weak.
Speaker 5 (03:48):
Can we quit our day job now?
Speaker 2 (03:50):
Let's not And by the way, you're like sing happy birthday,
like happy, happy, happy birthday, said, can we just.
Speaker 3 (03:55):
Not do the normal one because I don't know what
the one you were doing?
Speaker 5 (03:58):
And Chee Cheese, yeah, was from che cheese years ago.
Happy happy, happy birthday, Happy happy happy birthday, Happy happy
happy birthday to you, to you o le.
Speaker 4 (04:11):
Then they go boom boom boom or something too.
Speaker 5 (04:13):
Yeah, it's like, whoo, happy birthday.
Speaker 2 (04:16):
Are Anybody that's less than forty years old or maybe
even thirty, has no clue what che cheese is?
Speaker 3 (04:21):
No clue what we're talking about.
Speaker 2 (04:23):
Anybody around our age or older don't know exactly what
chiche is.
Speaker 5 (04:26):
They closed down. They all closed ye.
Speaker 3 (04:28):
All of them, they said at one point they were
going to open up again.
Speaker 5 (04:31):
It was especially the one in Lancaster or was that
wasn't it Salamonilla?
Speaker 4 (04:36):
Yeah, the onions, yeah.
Speaker 5 (04:37):
The onions. And it shut them.
Speaker 4 (04:39):
All down supposedly though they did open a few of
them this past year, but not not around here, but
throughout the country.
Speaker 3 (04:46):
That's what I heard. That's what I heard.
Speaker 5 (04:48):
I liked it. They had fried ice cream, you know.
Speaker 2 (04:50):
And I love I never liked fried ice cream. You know,
what what are you doing? You'll fry your freaking ice cream,
just like you don't fry your freaking Snickers bars.
Speaker 3 (04:57):
Okay, I don't like that. Oh good lord, Now you
can fry creek. It's that's chocolate cook it's you know,
it just sounds gross. How about chocolate cockroaches? Have you
ever had that?
Speaker 5 (05:06):
No, No, a chocolate oreo.
Speaker 3 (05:09):
Of course you would say that.
Speaker 2 (05:11):
Of course you would say that. Now, the fastest way,
I guess what we want to do?
Speaker 5 (05:16):
What would you say, Nadia, what is the fastest way
to reset after winter?
Speaker 4 (05:21):
Well?
Speaker 2 (05:21):
Fast as always, you know, gimme and key, But there
are I mean, this isn't even fast because we're kind
of still have the cold weather going on and all
of that, so we have some time. So think of spring,
honest as the reset button for your both your skin
and your metabolism. If you want brighter skin and more energy,
which I don't know who doesn't want that, and to
shed those winter pounds.
Speaker 3 (05:42):
I mean some people do get winter pounds.
Speaker 5 (05:45):
Absolutely, you're not as active. It's too cold to go outside.
Speaker 1 (05:48):
I know.
Speaker 3 (05:48):
And your skin really really takes a toll. My hair
takes a toll in the winter time.
Speaker 2 (05:53):
So the secret is combining what you do on your
plate with what you do for your face. Your spring
body and glow starts now, honestly, not in June. You
have trying to like and you know, June tried to
be like, oh, I want to give my summer body.
I want to give my summer Golal, you shouldn't do that,
but you know, Steph, you, I mean obviously I know
what to do on the inside. How can we get
it like a good spring skin reset well.
Speaker 5 (06:16):
Winter leaves our skin dull, pigmented and dehydrated, so spring
is the perfect time to refresh with IPLs and chemical peels.
And chemical peels they just gently remove that top layer
of tired skin so fresh, brighter skin can come through.
And my favorite peels are vipils. So we carry it
(06:36):
our office. Precision plus that helps with pigmentation, Purify plus
helps with acne, and Advanced is what we need. That's
for the aging skin helps with fine lines, wrinkles, and
that creepiness underneath your eyes and then they all get corsized.
Speaker 3 (06:53):
I love those verbiage.
Speaker 5 (06:54):
Yeah, we crepy, creepy.
Speaker 3 (06:59):
And what do you say old older or just say
old aging?
Speaker 5 (07:03):
Are shag sure skin.
Speaker 2 (07:07):
I don't like aging. I feel like I'm aging. I
think I'm going backwards. Yes, since January and art agree
ites like you got to grow up at some point.
Speaker 3 (07:15):
Audio, you just you gotta do it.
Speaker 4 (07:18):
Now you don't.
Speaker 3 (07:20):
I'm not.
Speaker 2 (07:20):
There's something you know, even when we go to Good
Day Pa. We're gonna be on Good Day Pa this Wednesday, okay,
which is a twenty fifth, right, yeah, the twenty fifth.
We're going to be on tune in on Good Day Pa.
And obviously Amy came. I think I said, say her name.
She's just fantastic. But we're gonna be talking about this also,
we're going to be talking about you get to see us,
you get to see Steph and I on air and
(07:41):
you know, still being goofy and you know all that
good stuff about it.
Speaker 3 (07:45):
But tune in.
Speaker 2 (07:47):
They come on at eleven to twelve and we'll be
on there and I'll pull it.
Speaker 3 (07:51):
Is that what it is?
Speaker 2 (07:52):
They used to be eleven to twelve? Oh my goodness,
I'm like all over the place, so ten to eleven
and Amy. Amy's like, you know what, she thinks, I'm
never going to grow up.
Speaker 5 (08:01):
But I don't.
Speaker 3 (08:01):
I don't want to.
Speaker 5 (08:02):
She likes you.
Speaker 3 (08:03):
You pretty. You're pretty much that way too.
Speaker 2 (08:05):
You know that you get nutty in the evening. You're
like a dancing queen. And what calls you a dancing queen?
Speaker 5 (08:09):
Like a gremlin right that they come out at night.
Speaker 3 (08:12):
Give you some food or cookie. It's a done deal.
It's like it's a done deal. Absolutely. But we the
IPLs you were talking.
Speaker 5 (08:19):
About and the chemical PILs. But then the two things
that you do the chemical piels and i PL So IPLs.
I love an IPL treatment, so they target sun damage,
redness and brown spots. But they're great for those stubborn sunspots,
evening out your skin tone and reducing redness and broken capillaries.
(08:40):
So a lot of people like myself, I have roseaesia,
so I have that redness of my cheeks and you know,
people think that, oh where were you? Yeah, not, it's
just roseesia. But you can also get the little broken
capillaries they're called telancha tasias. And IPL is really the
best thing that helps with roseesia. So if you combine
(09:00):
chemical peals with IPL treatments, it's like spring cleaning for
your face.
Speaker 3 (09:06):
So you can do both of them on your face.
Speaker 2 (09:07):
Absolutely, And I do want to do a chemical peel,
but you sit like you know, for two days your
face will be peeling.
Speaker 5 (09:12):
You will be peeling. So if you had it today
tomorrow you're gonna look fabulous Sunday, you'll look fabulous Monday
and Tuesday you'll appeel.
Speaker 3 (09:21):
Got it and you peel.
Speaker 2 (09:22):
Yeah, so if you if we have today Monday, so
I can't do it on a Sunday like today, I
would have to do it probably on a Wednesday. Then Thursday, Friday,
you tell me I'm good, and then Saturday Sunday, I
know you're gonna peel.
Speaker 3 (09:35):
Nobody should look at me.
Speaker 2 (09:36):
Okay, So that's really And I saw some of the
pictures you showed of the pealing.
Speaker 3 (09:41):
Your sister did it right? Oh, then you did it
and let me tell you.
Speaker 5 (09:45):
Oh, Val was sloffing off like a lizard.
Speaker 2 (09:47):
Yeah, I'm sure your sister loves hearing that.
Speaker 3 (09:51):
That's gonna be like fantastic.
Speaker 5 (09:52):
She loves a VI I peel, that's her favorite.
Speaker 2 (09:54):
So so anyway, if you so we know that step
is at your best left m D.
Speaker 3 (10:00):
She's there. She's amazing.
Speaker 2 (10:02):
She does all of this, and you're like, you know what,
there's so much I don't want all of them. What's
best for me, Steph. They can do a free console
with free console, and you know, even you're like, you
know what, I don't know if I want to do.
But I'm just going to meet these girls once. You
just do that too, that's not an issue. But it's
a free consult. You can go to your Best Life MD.
Book it with Steph. You can go to my trendline
(10:22):
dot com. It's a fifteen minute free chat with me
just to see if you're a good fit. We want
to get you healthy, not only on the outside, but
definitely on the inside. And that's where like Yin and Yang,
that's where Steph and I come into play.
Speaker 3 (10:34):
We do both. We're going to take a break and
we'll be right back now.
Speaker 6 (10:38):
Back to the My trim Line Radio show with Nadia
here on NewsRadio WHB five eighty.
Speaker 2 (10:44):
Hell and welcome back, and thank you so much for listening.
We are talking about obviously spring spring close, spring into fitness,
bring into your healthy body, just sprink. I mean that's
really the beauty of it that this is the perfect
time for you to focus on yourself, not only on
the inside, which obviously that's important. Which we feed our body,
how we eat, how we nourish it, and how we
look on the outside, which I have the wonderful, beautiful
(11:08):
Steph Harshberger here, and she is definitely very knowledgeable because
you do this, right.
Speaker 5 (11:14):
I do. I do. I'm a nurse practitioner with your
best life, and we do chemical PILs, IPLs, Morpheus treatments,
which we love them. And then of course I do
the botox and the fillers.
Speaker 3 (11:26):
Yeah, and you do weight loss shots too.
Speaker 5 (11:28):
Weight loss injections, and then in collaboration with Nadia, so
I give you your injections and Nadia is going to
teach you how to eat right for the rest of
your life.
Speaker 2 (11:38):
Oh yeah, because you don't want to be forever. But
you know what, if you need a jumpstart, that's not
an issue. We'll talk about that shortly too. But you
know what, I do love this spring reset. And this
is not just for women. So we talked about IPLs
right right, but you know I always mess it up.
And then chemical peels and this is not just for women.
Speaker 3 (11:58):
Men can do it.
Speaker 5 (11:59):
And a lot of men do not want to do
chemical peels because they don't want that two days of peeling.
But an ipl is fabulous and now's the time to
do it because you can't really do this in the
summertime because you can't have sun. So there's a lot
of men that golf I mean, my dad, he needs
an IPL desperately. I need to bring him in before
(12:20):
season starts. I think he did golf the other day. Okay,
But IPL is great, especially for all those brown spots, redness,
sun damage. It evens out your skin tone, it reduces
the redness, It helps with broken capillary So it does
so many things, and it's not just for your face.
(12:40):
So IPL last week I did my chest and my
neck and my back, and now this coming week, you know,
little body parts at a time. So this week I'm
going to do my arms and then I'll probably do
my legs and you can do IPL anywhere. And it
takes that age age spots, right, So it's not going
(13:02):
to get rid of moles. It's not going to get
rid of Some people have true freckles, it's not going
to get rid of that. This is mainly for brown
spots that are caused by the sun, and then it
helps with redness.
Speaker 3 (13:14):
Yeah, bound spots make you look old, they do, you know, especially.
Speaker 2 (13:17):
On your face. But even honestly, even if your face
looks really good. A lot of times when you look
at a woman's hand or a man's hand.
Speaker 5 (13:23):
For hands as well, yeah, hands a lot, Yeah.
Speaker 3 (13:26):
You can.
Speaker 2 (13:26):
When you look at the hand, you're like, there's so
much age spots on it and it looks. So that's
really good for that and very affordable. And you guys
have monthly payments.
Speaker 5 (13:33):
On top, and it's so on sale right now. It's
two hundred and fifty dollars for an IPL of the face.
Speaker 4 (13:39):
That's awesome.
Speaker 2 (13:39):
Yeah, I mean typically they're like four or five hundred
dollars in the places, so two fifty is really nice.
And you guys have monthly payments on anything, right, Yeah, right,
So the IPLs and obviously the peals are amazing.
Speaker 5 (13:50):
So think appeals exfoliate what win are left behind, and
ipo erases the Sun's little souvenirs.
Speaker 3 (13:58):
I don't want those souvenir now. I love sou.
Speaker 5 (14:00):
Little brown souvenirs.
Speaker 3 (14:03):
I definitely one.
Speaker 2 (14:04):
I love souvenirs, but not that, but not the sunset
I And you know I have a like a I
do have them on my face. Anybody has them. It's
called age spots. You know, I need to do love
of God.
Speaker 3 (14:15):
You know you don't peel? You know how much I
love like peeling because you know I don't sit still.
Speaker 2 (14:21):
I go out all the time, and my my, my
question with you always is when you I evern't want
to do anything to me and it never happens, then
it's because can I work out the next day exact
because I can't.
Speaker 3 (14:31):
I can'tnot.
Speaker 5 (14:32):
I mean, I work, I have to take a day off.
Speaker 2 (14:34):
I do.
Speaker 3 (14:35):
I take it.
Speaker 2 (14:35):
I take two days off honestly, but but I do it,
like you know, in a minutely. So I work at
two days and I work at three days. I work
out anywhere from three to four.
Speaker 3 (14:43):
Days a week.
Speaker 2 (14:44):
But it's seratic and and I don't want to not
be I'm such a control freak. Like if somebody says
you can't work out tomorrow two days, I'm like, I'm
like Jones in you know, like like I'm like, I'm okay,
now you told me I can't, and I'll take two
days off anytime on my own. But somebody says you
can't do it, then you went to Then I'm like,
that's that's why, you know, honest side trimline and like
whatever you want to do, I'm going to you do
it because that's that's how I am.
Speaker 3 (15:06):
And like you want to eat something, I'll plant it.
You want to drink something, I'll plan it. You want to,
you know, do whatever I said do it, because if you.
Speaker 5 (15:12):
Tell on your plane, I mean everything you incorporate life
the plan because.
Speaker 2 (15:18):
If you tell somebody not to do it, first of all,
it's not realistic. Second of all, just like you're telling me,
you know, you can't go work out, I want to
go work out, right, it's like a almost like a
five year old.
Speaker 3 (15:27):
You're tell me not to do something.
Speaker 2 (15:28):
But most people are that way, that they do it
that way, so you know, yeah, But we are going
to also talk about, you know, the I guess the
eating is pretty important.
Speaker 5 (15:38):
So what should we actually be eating if we want
glowing skin?
Speaker 2 (15:43):
You know, in the last two years, I think you
and I we're talking about this. A lot of people
tell me how my skin looks really good, you know,
and I haven't really done much to begin with, but
I'm going to start. I've always been telling you that
forever you know this, the skin really reflects what's happening
in side your body. If your nutrition is off, your
skin will show it. It's just pure and simple on that. Now,
(16:06):
everything that you do, it doesn't mean nutrition has to
be one hundred percent. My nutrition is one hundred percent.
There's a lot of things that you do at your
best left empty that really does help tremendously quickly great results,
whether it be the botox, whether be the chemel peel,
whether it be whatever. And I know that nutrition inside
takes it maybe a little longer. Okay, I get it,
But if you're consistent with it, you will naturally even
(16:30):
enhance what you do at your best life empty. But
then you can then in between, let's say the two
months you're taken off or four months you're taken off
from botox or whatever people do, your nutrition is going
to really be able to take care of that for you,
because honestly that what we eat, what we are on
the inside absolutely shows on the inside. So foods that
really help your skin glow include protein. I mean, come on,
(16:51):
if I honestly, I should probably like have a stamp
on my forehead that says protein mean vita, it says
I eat protein. Protein is the most important. And you
should buy me a T shirt. That'd be awesome.
Speaker 3 (17:02):
T shirt.
Speaker 5 (17:02):
It has to be sleeveless because she's hot all the time.
Speaker 2 (17:05):
But yes, what thinks I wear sleeveless because of like,
oh your arms, No, I'm honestly hying if I wear
long sleeves. I don't know why my menopause kicked my
butt so much.
Speaker 5 (17:15):
When arms like yours, I'd wear sleeveless all.
Speaker 2 (17:18):
No, it says nothing with the arms. I swear if
tota has to do that. If I wear sleeves, it's like,
you know, you will Thank god I were black. But
if I were like anything beige or whatever color, you're
gonna see that circle how men have it.
Speaker 3 (17:30):
I don't want that.
Speaker 5 (17:32):
That's right.
Speaker 2 (17:32):
So you are ridiculous thin. Okay, So you have a
long sleeve underneath and you have a thin leather jacket
on top.
Speaker 3 (17:43):
I may take I have a sheer like sleeveless on.
Speaker 2 (17:46):
You know, I don't even know how you and I
are like going through menopause the same way. But so
protein is everything people. And if you're like I don't
like chicken, I don't like it doesn't matter a trimline.
Speaker 3 (17:57):
We make it easy for you.
Speaker 2 (17:59):
I will plan anything personally you like, you don't like,
you want liquid, non liquid, you can't eat, you can eat.
I will plan it for you one on one. Everything's personalized.
I mean a fifteen minute chat. I mean this is
what I tell people. You are better than Guico.
Speaker 3 (18:12):
Fifteen minutes.
Speaker 2 (18:14):
Okay, Guico people fifteen minutes, Okay, you're it's worth it.
It's worth your time to talk to me. I mean,
if you're like I just want to talk to this
crazy lady, I'm happy you talk to me. I would
love to see what you're doing, how you're doing it.
We can chat. If you don't want to do anything,
don't do it. We don't steph and I don't force
you to do anything. We educate you, we meet you,
(18:36):
We put a plan for you. If you want to
do it, do it. If you don't want to do it,
go think about it, go think about it.
Speaker 3 (18:40):
Okay. And leafy greens are awesome. Healthy fats.
Speaker 2 (18:44):
Healthy fats are very important. Get some grass fat butter.
I've been talking about that, avocado oil. I love avocados
to begin with oil instead of butter. Yeah, I mean,
but if you're going to do butter, get grass cuts butter, right,
that's actually really good. Andes and hydration. Hydration is one
of the most important things. And a lot of minerals
that you get in your food also, So the key
(19:07):
is especially in the summer coming around the summertime, hydration
is very very important.
Speaker 5 (19:12):
And protein, I mean supports your collagen, so you need
the collagen.
Speaker 2 (19:16):
Yeah, I mean that's why. I think, that's why why
I eat a lot of protein. Number one, I love
a lot of protein, okay. And number two, it keeps
your muscle mass, which that's what puts your skin together.
It gives you strength, it's great for your bones and collagen.
Like you said, I want collagen. I want to keep
my collagen as.
Speaker 5 (19:33):
Long as I and after thirty it's a tea spoon.
I mean, every years, do we have any left in there?
Speaker 3 (19:39):
I know, so why I like, we get wrinkled, like, oh,
I just don't.
Speaker 5 (19:44):
Like that crapy skin creepy again, I told you creepy, creepy.
I know, crap creepy, craepy. It is kind of creepy.
Speaker 3 (19:52):
It is creepy, creepy skin.
Speaker 2 (19:54):
We don't we don't want either one of them. So,
you know, I know the summer is coming around, but
we definitely want to make sure that we do this
the smart way, and a smart way is that spring
is the perfect time to reset your metabolism.
Speaker 3 (20:07):
Honestly, it truly is.
Speaker 2 (20:09):
It's before summer events start because you think summer is
going to be a time that you know how some
people think I'm gonna work out, I'm gonna be that'd sun,
I'm gonna do whatever in the summer. But you know
what happens in the summer. There's way too many hot days.
Nobody wants to do anything, okay inside in the air correct.
And then on top of it, there's a lot of gatherings,
a lot of parties, a lot of drinking, a lot
of you know what I mean, a lot of camping
over the weekend, a lot of vacations. What people think
(20:33):
they're going to do in a summertime, and a sense
of active goes right outside the windows. Now the time,
Now is the time, and you can definitely go to
your best left MD, you know, book a free consulet
with staff. We can go to my trim line dot
com and book a fifteen minute chat with me and
we'll go from there. We're gonna take a break and
be right back.
Speaker 5 (20:51):
Welcome back.
Speaker 6 (20:52):
This is the my trim Line Radio Show with Nadia
here on news radio tou w UHB five eighty hell and.
Speaker 2 (20:58):
We'll come back and thank you so much for listening.
If you're just tuning in. You missed a fun half.
Let me tell you that the fun first half. But
we still are full of fun for the second fun half.
I guess second half. I have the beautiful, wonderful, amazing
Steph Harshberger here. Thank you so much for being on
with me again. And you know we're gonna start a
podcast together.
Speaker 5 (21:16):
Yes, yeah, hi everyone, it's me.
Speaker 3 (21:21):
That's all you got.
Speaker 5 (21:21):
That's it.
Speaker 2 (21:25):
But we're talking about spring obviously, and you know, going
into the summer, So this is the perfect time to.
Speaker 3 (21:31):
Really reset your body, get your glow. This is the time.
Speaker 2 (21:34):
You can't wait till June do its a little too late, people,
This is the time that you want to really focus
on things we've been talking about. You know, obviously I
help you with everything on the inside and stuff really
can get your glow going on and your skin and
your body also on the outside.
Speaker 5 (21:49):
So what's the smartest way to approach weight loss? Right now?
Well before summer?
Speaker 2 (21:56):
Honestly, right now is the smartest way because this is
the time to do it, and spring is truly the
most perfect time to do it. The biggest mistake people
make is starving themselves, which I don't even understand. That
or chasing quick fixes instead of focusing on nutrition. And
if I've said this, and I said it before in
the last segment A hundred times protein is the building
(22:16):
block of muscle. Without proper nutrition, people lose muscle, kill
their metabolism, and regain the weight even with the weight
loss shots.
Speaker 5 (22:25):
Yeah, the weight loss injections don't teach you nutrition. They
do nothing at all to your metabolism. They kill the
food noise, they curb the cravings. And that's why at
your Best Life we incorporate those weight loss injections with you.
So we're in collaboration with Nadia, so that way she
will teach you lifelong nutritional habits.
Speaker 2 (22:48):
And you know, I'm not I mean, I don't do
weight loss shots, but I'm not against it because sometimes
people struggle. There's a lot a lot of struggle with
the food noise. And honestly, we've got to be honest.
Some of us are lazy. Okay, Well, I don't want
to put the work in if I can just put
a shot and be done with it, right.
Speaker 5 (23:06):
Yeah, I mean, I mean micro dos. So I'm micro dose.
I lost my weight doing the injections and then now
I'm micro dos. But I eat healthy.
Speaker 3 (23:19):
Yeah, because we really, I mean, you do eat healthy.
We have a good plan for you.
Speaker 2 (23:23):
I do want you to put some strength training in there.
I'm trying to get that.
Speaker 5 (23:26):
I have to wait, I have another four weeks.
Speaker 2 (23:29):
Okay, okay, yeah, then you're gonna start right, Yeah, your guy, Yeah,
that'd be great because that really does help.
Speaker 3 (23:37):
But your nutrition is very much a key.
Speaker 2 (23:39):
And you know, your metabolism doesn't want less food. Oh
my god, if I say this, this is another one
that I say to you. If I ever hear calary,
if I say calori deficit, it just like you know me,
it just burns me, right, I think that's like the
worst two words put together. Ever, So, your metabolism does
not want less food. It wants the right to food
(24:00):
that is.
Speaker 5 (24:01):
Not five hundred calories a day.
Speaker 3 (24:03):
Oh my god, I think I do five hrunand calories
and a meal. I mean that, And I don't even honestly,
you know me, I don't.
Speaker 2 (24:10):
I don't do calories. I don't count calories. As a scientists,
calories are the most ridiculous thing in the world. There's
no calorie and calorie out and listen, if you're doing
a program that's micros and macros tho that.
Speaker 5 (24:22):
Was built for That's a lot of work, Oh, a.
Speaker 3 (24:24):
Lot of work.
Speaker 2 (24:24):
And that was built for bodybuilders. Honestly, even if you're
active you want to look good, you still don't shouldn't
be doing micros and macros.
Speaker 3 (24:31):
Your nutrition does not need to be that hard. It
really doesn't.
Speaker 5 (24:36):
And that's one thing on semi glue tide. So you're
not hungry. So people think, oh, I'm not hungry, I'm
not going to eat, but I always say it is
so important that you eat. I don't care if you
have a protein shake for breakfast, protein bar. You need
to get your protein in. You can't eat once a
day and think you're going to lose weight because our
(24:56):
bodies going to starvation mode and then they're not going
to lose weight. You're going to hold onto that sword fat.
Speaker 2 (25:02):
And yeah, this is somebody that I've been preaching this
for like almost twenty years. You know, I'm going to
own Trimline almost twenty years. It's like crazy life span
of mine of this small business. And everybody that's part
of Trimline has come to Trimline. You book a consult
you talk to me, whether you do the program or
not do the program.
Speaker 3 (25:22):
I just want to.
Speaker 2 (25:23):
Say thank you so much. I appreciate you to even
reach out. It means a world to me because you know,
as a small business owner, it just it just means
everything when you when you book that fifteen minute chat,
when you give me an opportunity to talk to you,
even if you're like see ya, bye bye, I just
want to say thank you so much for even doing that,
because that means that something I said somewhere, you heard
something somewhere, you saw something made you want to book
(25:46):
that call with me, And you know that's that's huge pride.
That's your time that you're giving me. And I just
want to say I appreciate that more than anything in
the world. So and I appreciate your time. So even
if you book the fifteen minute chat and you decide
not to do anything after the words don't do it,
it's okay. I don't want to ever force you to
do anything. And that's really why Steph and I work
(26:06):
together because we truly, truly, truly love what we do
and care about people. So when they come to you
stuff like let's say, if I want to come to
you and get some stuff done, I mean, in my mind,
I'm a I'm a woman, you know, aging woman, Thank
you very much.
Speaker 3 (26:19):
Okay, I don't like that verb, that that word. What
do we say mature? Mature? Sure, I'm a very mature
woman on.
Speaker 2 (26:26):
The outside face, I'm not very mature and mentally, but
that's against a separate thing.
Speaker 3 (26:32):
But I'm mature on the outside.
Speaker 5 (26:34):
Let's just say that our skin.
Speaker 3 (26:36):
Our skin is mature. So if I and you know,
in my mind, they all sounds great.
Speaker 2 (26:40):
I mean themorpheous, the botox, the feel, the chemical you know,
put an ivy in me.
Speaker 3 (26:45):
I mean, the way just all great.
Speaker 2 (26:47):
So but I know that financially, possibly I can't do it,
and maybe I just don't want to do that much
to myself. So tell me if I come to you,
So whoever listening out there, what's the process?
Speaker 5 (26:59):
How can they make an appointment for a consult with me?
And honestly, it's about what you want. I mean, what
what bothers you the most? And then start with that
one thing and we can progress. But I always want
the person to tell me what bothers them. I'm not
going to sit there and point things out because in
(27:20):
my job, my my education, I mean, we analyze the face.
We're looking at the face, we're looking at the structure.
We're looking at deficiencies and wrinkles and some you may
have a ton of forehead wrinkles, but guess what, they
don't bother you. But it's your crow's feet that bothers you,
or it's this one brown spot on your cheek that
bothers you. You pointed what I.
Speaker 3 (27:42):
Have I've told you about because that's what you did.
Speaker 5 (27:44):
That I can't see that. So it's it's really about
what bothers the person and what is bringing them in
to see me, and then we'll develop a plan, an
individualized plan. Obviously it's this is not a cookie cutter business,
and it should be. So it's all in what the
(28:05):
person needs.
Speaker 3 (28:06):
An you guys not, I mean, it's all over the body.
Speaker 2 (28:08):
You work with the belly like belly fat maybe I
don't know. Do you work with like people's skin to
tighten you know, there's just like there's a.
Speaker 5 (28:15):
Lot of we have Morpheus, which I love. Morpheus is
laser resurfacing with radio frequency, so the radio frequency actually
tightens up the skin. So we've done Morpheus on well
above the knees to help that creepy skin on the
arms that when you when you bend your arm, and
(28:36):
I mean the younger people don't have to worry about this,
but when we bend our arm and then we see
that creepy right, there's that word again, that creepy. So
it's gonna haunt it's gonna haunt you, and you're gonna
be like creepy, creepy skin. But the Morpheus will help
tighten that up. But Morpheus is great. Jawline your neck,
(28:56):
it's amazing.
Speaker 3 (28:57):
So the neck is like a big thing.
Speaker 5 (28:58):
The neck is huge. That's what shows age hands neck,
because you can kill all kinds of stuff.
Speaker 2 (29:04):
This is what you said. I don't care about my hands,
you know. I look my hands. I very manly hands
to begin with. They're tiny, but there's still brown spots.
Speaker 5 (29:11):
We would sap them, I know. But if you did, you.
Speaker 3 (29:14):
Would want to men and very vainy. But I don't know.
Speaker 2 (29:17):
I don't. I don't have very nice I don't care
about my hands. But what I do care about, like honestly,
it's for women. Like I noticed that. And I don't
judge women. I love women, I love I love people
in general. But what women really tell me is their neck?
I mean, the face is the face, right, the crows
and the lemons or what I wouldn't call them, but
I think the neck is the one that while there's
(29:38):
a lot of people too, And thank you so much,
you just pointed out that, you know, the little saga
thing above the knee, right above the knee, you get
that little liquor like a curtain thing and hanging.
Speaker 5 (29:49):
Yeah, yeah, fun.
Speaker 2 (29:50):
I don't think you even know what you were talking about, right,
so you you men don't even care.
Speaker 5 (29:55):
No, No, their wrinkles are distinguished.
Speaker 2 (30:00):
They're gray hair, silver fox. I mean, when am I
going to be a silver when I? When I when
I turned gray? There's no silver fox here, lady. Look
at that, old lady.
Speaker 5 (30:12):
There's beautiful gray hair. There's beautiful white hair. But I
mind's coming through and mine is not.
Speaker 2 (30:17):
So I am really jealous of women that can carry that,
you know, the gray and the silver hair. And then
but the problem is, at this point, I'm either going
to have to color a silver or you know, they
will coloring it.
Speaker 3 (30:29):
It just it won't work. And I don't even know.
Speaker 5 (30:31):
They have a lot of money.
Speaker 3 (30:33):
Yeah, but you know, and look at you have you
seen me. I mean, if I go silver in my
whole entire hair of the bushiest eyebrows in the world,
that's gonna look two caterpillars. You know, it's just gonna be.
Speaker 4 (30:42):
I don't know how.
Speaker 3 (30:43):
I don't know how that's gonna look. So I'm I'm
in a con conundrum. I said it, right, a conundrum.
Speaker 2 (30:48):
Okay, So inside and out spring is here, Summer's gonna
be right around the corner. Steph can absolutely help you
from the inside, I mean outside, So she's gonna take
care of everything, give you the glow, the beauty, and
I can help you on the inside. Are nutrient. Nutrition
is everything which you feed. Your body is what you are.
You cannot get away from it no matter what you do,
(31:09):
how you do it. You're gonna have to eat food
for the rest of your life. And your nutrition is
the key. So you can go get a free consult.
Go to your Best Life MD ask for Steph, or
go to mytrimline dot com and book a free chat
with me.
Speaker 3 (31:21):
We're gonna take a break and we'll be right back.
Speaker 6 (31:24):
Let's get back to the My trim Line Radio show
with Nadia on Usradio doub HP five eighty.
Speaker 2 (31:31):
Hell and welcome back, and thank you so much for listening.
I hope, I hope, and I I really do think
you're enjoying the show so far. Tonight I have the
wonderful step here from your best life MD. Thank you
so much for always being you know, my other half.
Speaker 5 (31:46):
You're so welcome and I'm not saying the word in
every other sentence, aren't you glad?
Speaker 3 (31:53):
I know that that bothered you on our first radio
bothered me.
Speaker 5 (31:56):
I told you they could have a drinking game and
they would have been trashed if they try every time.
Speaker 3 (32:00):
I said, you know, I love we did it.
Speaker 2 (32:03):
We just did you and I did a Saint Patti's
thing with Good Day Pa, and now I'll post it again.
Speaker 3 (32:08):
I'm talking.
Speaker 2 (32:10):
I'm talking about that. I'm talking about how so now you.
Speaker 3 (32:14):
Made me even think about my metopause brain. I didn't
know what I was going.
Speaker 2 (32:17):
To say about that, that we had a lot of fun.
Yeah you look, you looked amazing and you you do
so well and I think you're just really hard on yourself.
Speaker 5 (32:26):
We were on Good Day Pa, and I don't know
if anybody saw us on Good Day Pa, but I
was making my skinny green spritzer and I'm shaking up
the shaker and I went to dump it into my
cute little shamrock Martini glass and the whole shaker top
goes plink right in the Martini glass. Oh, is that
(32:48):
it's every time? Can I just have something just go flawlessly? No? No, no, no.
Speaker 3 (32:55):
The best part I was in the middle. Amy was
on the other side. I'll post it again. I'll post
it on.
Speaker 2 (33:02):
Because I'll post it again. I posted it in a
many many times, but I'm going to post it again.
You want to look at it. So I'm talking to
Amy because my back was to you, and then I
and then I finally look over because you were going
to say something, And I'm like, I see this, this
drink all over the counter.
Speaker 5 (33:18):
Check out the counter. The counter is all green because
I spelled my spirits are all over the counter.
Speaker 2 (33:24):
Then when I looked at the you know the videos,
it's not that long. Then when I looked at the segment,
your face is so cute. You look like you just
looked at Amy like you're in trouble, like a little
kids side.
Speaker 5 (33:34):
You got nobody.
Speaker 2 (33:35):
I guarantee you if you would, if we would never
say anything to anybody. Most people probably woudn't even notice it.
Speaker 3 (33:40):
They really wouldn't.
Speaker 2 (33:41):
But they're also going to be on good Day PA
this Wednesday, So you want to check us out, and
you know, be like, who is to say a prayer?
Speaker 5 (33:48):
Say a prayer? You guys say a prayer?
Speaker 3 (33:52):
I know if it was Leaperer all the time. But
I mean, you do well. I think you're just too
hard on yourself. You are, you really are. But you know,
I know a lot of people are talking about obviously
the weight loss shots.
Speaker 2 (34:01):
We know that it's been around and every every Tom
everybody is on it, Tom not everybody. Yeah, guarantee you
know someone close to you that's on it. Yeah I'm
not on it, you know, but I'm never been you
know someone close to me? Yeah, that's right you But
I mean you're right if I think pretty much a
lot of people are on it. Yeah yeah, and if
they're telling you. You know, there was somebody saying that
(34:24):
they someone's telling somebody say, hey lost a lot of weight,
and the person was like, yeah, I don't think so.
I look, but they were kind of denying that they're
on a weight loss shots. Like getting really mad at
this one girlfriend of mine, And then my girlfriend's like,
why do you get so angry when I know for
a fact you're doing weight loss shots, but you're trying
to lie to me and you're doing the weight loss
shots right, So I mean, if you're doing it, it's
(34:45):
your decision. It's not I mean, it's nothing to be
embarrassed about. But I mean I beg you and plead
with you to put the nutrition with it, because it
is not a long term thing, you know, because a
lot of people are talking about that and stuff.
Speaker 3 (34:56):
What does what? How does nutrition fit into this?
Speaker 5 (34:59):
I mean, the tools help people, but they only work
long term when nutrition is foundation. So without the proper nutrition,
people lose muscle, their metabolism slows down, and they regain
the weight because like I've said before, the semi glue
tide does nothing to your metabolism. It doesn't do anything.
It just kills that food noise, curbs your cravings and
(35:22):
makes you feel full. So without that proper nutrition and
you go off of it, you've been want to, oh
guess what, I hit my goal weight? Boom, I'm going
off the shots. You go off the shots, but you
continue to eat your McDonald's or your wings and this
and that, not saying that you can't have that, which
you can. But if the reason why you gain weight
in the first place, then you go off of this
(35:45):
and eat the exact same way. What is the definition
of insanity doing the same thing over and over and
expecting a different result.
Speaker 3 (35:53):
I mean, that's to me, you nailed it number one.
And you know, maybe people out there because people say.
Speaker 2 (35:59):
I don't do a McDonald eat junk, I actually eat
really healthy and I don't know why I gain weight
so much, right because to tell you the truth, most
people are really do not know had to put nutrition
together and had to put combination of food together. Combination
of food is so so important. And if you go
to a nutritions or dietitian in almost twenty years, the
reason I did not hire a nutrition or dietitian because
(36:21):
there are black and white, you know what, and the
world is gray, you know, black and white meaning you know,
chicken is the size of your fist. If I ate
a chicken size on my fist, I seriously would be
starving ten minutes later, because that's my body. My body
needs a twelve ounce pork chop. My body needs an
eight ounce chicken you know, like nine forget it, four
(36:44):
ounced chicken breast. I'd be like, what am I gonna
do it with this?
Speaker 5 (36:46):
You know it?
Speaker 3 (36:47):
Just so everybody's very.
Speaker 2 (36:49):
Very different, and you're like, well I can't eat like
a ten ounce chicken or eight ounce chicken.
Speaker 3 (36:53):
Then you don't.
Speaker 2 (36:54):
Everything has to be individualized to you, and that's what's
going to make it work. So even if before the
weight loss shots or whatever, you gained weight for whatever reason,
whether you ate junk a lot, whether you didn't eat anything,
whether you gorged in the evening because that's what people do.
They don't eat all day and you eat everything for
before dinner, with dinner, after dinner, whether your alcohol consumption
(37:17):
was so high but it's not that high anymore because
of the weight loss shots, whatever the reason it was
that you gained it. And people who do MacDonald's and
eat massive carbs and sugar and eat drink soda, I mean,
they know why they gain their weight. And there's the
rest of people that they have zero clue while they're
gaining weight. It's menopause, it's whatever, thyroid. You know, I'm
(37:39):
getting older, I mean I'm aging my muscles. Whatever that
reason was that you gained your weight. You stop the
weight loss shots without nutrition, you're going to gain your
weight back again.
Speaker 5 (37:48):
I mean the shots may start your journey, but nutrition
will sustain the results.
Speaker 3 (37:53):
That it's and now what it's a win win.
Speaker 2 (37:56):
I don't even understand why you wouldn't you wouldn't put
that together because it's a win win situation. You start it,
you finish it strong. And who wants to gain their
weight back?
Speaker 5 (38:05):
I mean, and I think once you start losing the weight,
then you want to meet with you to be able
to sustain the results.
Speaker 3 (38:15):
Why not, I mean why you want to work all
that time and not want to.
Speaker 5 (38:19):
Then go off the injections and then you gain all
your weight back. I mean, that's just stupid.
Speaker 2 (38:23):
And I really don't want anybody to be on any
medication that you don't have to be for the rest
of your life. Like you know, maybe third medication, Yes,
maybe blood thinner because you had a blood clot. Yes,
there's certain things that you have to be on, but
your cholesterol, blood pressure, diabetes. There are a lot of
things out there that you do not need to be on.
Speaker 5 (38:43):
And a lot has to do with weight. That's all about.
Speaker 2 (38:46):
But that's why they say this, I started weight los shots,
I was able to come off my this and this
and that. Yes, that's the positive of the weight loss shots,
but there is a negative of the weight loss shots too, Right,
if you don't do it properly, and not doing it
properly is you not doing it with your nutrition. And
that's the really the big thing because because when you
nourish your body and you care for your skin, because
(39:07):
that's really what Steph and I are about, confidence becomes
your best beauty treatment.
Speaker 3 (39:13):
I think. So, I think that's everything.
Speaker 5 (39:14):
Confidence, right, Confidence is beautiful.
Speaker 2 (39:18):
I mean I'm not I'm not overly like, I'm not
a you know, some people are. There's a huge difference
between egotistic, right and having confidence. Be kind still, I
think I have confidence, but honestly it's confidence within me, right, And.
Speaker 5 (39:31):
We talked about that how attractive confidence.
Speaker 2 (39:33):
Is very you know, there's there's like, you know, when
I was single long time ago and I was dating men,
they didn't have to be that you know, it wasn't
their look. It's how they were confident and how they
came across and how they how they treated you.
Speaker 3 (39:45):
Like that's really but.
Speaker 2 (39:46):
That comes from inside and and you know the inside
is how you treat your body. So if you if
you want to really and the love your self aspect whatever,
but honestly you want to respect your body.
Speaker 3 (39:58):
Loving yourself is great. I mean I know that was
the whole thing.
Speaker 2 (40:00):
Love yourself, yeah, love yourselfsels us forever, right, yeah, I mean,
remember the whole thing was about love yourself, love yourself.
But honestly, I say, respect your body.
Speaker 5 (40:10):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (40:11):
I think if you respect your body is better than
