Speaker 2 (00:23):
Hell everyone, and I hope you're enjoying your Sunday. What
a beautiful weekend it has been. We finally are feeling summertime.
I can't believe it. It was like, I don't know,
so cold last week and I had my heavy coat
on one day.
Speaker 3 (00:36):
I don't even I.
Speaker 2 (00:36):
Don't understand that, okay. And then it's very bipolar. The
weather is very the same. Modern nature is very bipolar
this year, which is okay. And of course I have
to make a woman be bipolar. Honestly, I mean, I
guess they always say mother nature. And who you're hearing
here with this beautiful laugh, I have Aril here from Crunch.
She's gonna truce herself and tell you what we're gonna
(00:58):
kind of you know, what she does and what we're
gonna talk about it. It's going to be about summer.
It's going to be about working out, not just in
the gym even outside because the weather, but also how
we can make our summer body, not so much summer body,
but lifetime body. Right, So please introduce yourself and you
know what you do and how you do it.
Speaker 4 (01:17):
Hello. Hello, My name is Ariel I Powerlift.
Speaker 5 (01:20):
I'm a mother of three and I'm a fitness professional
as a personal training manager over at Crunch Fitness Mechanicsburg.
I love to get people feeling like they're best and
finding the most confident version of themselves.
Speaker 3 (01:31):
I love that.
Speaker 2 (01:31):
And you know you are like and I know people
can't see you, but I'm going to post pictures up
later on this time. Hopefully you'll send me some so
I can do it. I throw you under thee and
I didn't, but but you know, you're just absolutely a stunning,
gorgeous young lady.
Speaker 3 (01:48):
But you know, I'm not really an Instagram person. There's
like a huge age gap between you and I. Okay,
like this a little bit, just a tiny bit. What
is it like thirty years maybe?
Speaker 2 (01:59):
No, maybe twenty, yeah, at least twenty, maybe twenty five.
That's pretty crazy. Yeah, it could be. I'm junior, thirties, yes,
thirty two, thirty one, thirty one, oh yeah, so twenty
four yeah close enough. Okay, I'm going to be fifty
six this year, so it is twenty five.
Speaker 4 (02:13):
I would have never guessed honestly.
Speaker 3 (02:15):
Yeah, that's what people say.
Speaker 2 (02:16):
I'm going to keep I'm going to keep begging people
to think that way.
Speaker 4 (02:19):
I really thought you were in your mid forties. Yeay,
ten years younger.
Speaker 2 (02:23):
I'm okay, I'm okay, but I want to That's really
what I want to talk to people about. You know,
no matter what age you are, to start getting healthy,
it doesn't matter if your twenties, thirties, forties, fifties, sixties.
I actually last week I talked to I have a client.
She's been with me for a long time because I
do a monthly membership. So people when they reached their goal,
(02:43):
they pay like fourteen dollars a month. It's like like
so little amount a month to make sure they still
get accountability that they don't, you know, gain the weight back.
And I was talking to her and she's just amazing.
I said, hey, how old are you now? Because she
was when I when she was with me, she was
like eighty'sage was like eighty six, okay, I know. And
I'm like, are you still working? She goes, oh, yeah,
(03:05):
I'm still working. And she goes, I'm ninety now, okay,
I know incredible.
Speaker 3 (03:09):
Isn't that crazy. She's sitting there and she sounded great.
Speaker 2 (03:11):
She still has kept her weight off and you know,
like she has she has a little bit of a
fib believe it or not. But she's like, I'm going
to go in. I'm like getting a Blasian and but
I'm okay with it, like very confident. And she's still working.
And I'm like, and I said to her, and she
has a very original name. That's why I'm not saying it.
You know, I don't want to. Maybe she doesn't want
me to talk about it because she lives in the area.
And and I'm like, i want, I'm going to be you.
(03:32):
I want to be you, you know, really I want
Are you kidding me?
Speaker 3 (03:36):
Yeah? It's still working.
Speaker 2 (03:37):
I would I'll probably be working until I die, being
that I own a small business. For me, it's not
a choice she cooses to work for me, I'm going
to probably have to do it.
Speaker 3 (03:45):
Are and I were going to be here.
Speaker 2 (03:46):
Can you imagine if you're in ninety Actually, if you're ninety,
I'm older. So let's say if you're eighty and you
know I'm eighty five, and you and I are still
working and doing.
Speaker 4 (03:55):
This, I can see it happening.
Speaker 2 (03:57):
Yeah, Oh my god, I'm gonna talk a little old
or that's for sure. Maybe that's when flying cars will
come into place. You know.
Speaker 5 (04:05):
I think we said that about like twenty twenty, twenty
thirty or something like back in the day.
Speaker 4 (04:10):
It was like, I think in twenty thirty, we're gonna
have flying cars.
Speaker 2 (04:12):
I want to be I just I mean to me,
I just told you I I touched her a Tesla
last week, and I'm like, it's self.
Speaker 4 (04:17):
And it's getting close.
Speaker 3 (04:18):
I was.
Speaker 4 (04:19):
I was really.
Speaker 2 (04:19):
Scared when I first got into it. I know, I
sound like I'm, you know, so old. But when it
was the guys like you're comfortable, let itself drive, I'm like,
I don't.
Speaker 3 (04:28):
Know, is it gonna be do okay? And it did.
It was pretty.
Speaker 2 (04:30):
It was really really freaking cool. But I no, no,
we'll see, We'll see how that happens.
Speaker 3 (04:35):
Now.
Speaker 2 (04:36):
Obviously, you know, summer is here. It took a bit
for it to be here. Like I said last week,
I had a really heavy coat on in your mind?
Is it any any difference, like do you think is it?
Is it ever too late for anybody to start like
working out? You know, I don't think it's ever too
late to people focus on nutrition and get their nutrition
(04:56):
under control. But how about like working out? What what
do you think, fel because I see a lot of
actually older people at the gym.
Speaker 4 (05:03):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (05:03):
Absolutely, And this is a question I get, honestly time
and time again. Is it ever too late or is
it too late to start? The answer is always no,
It's never too late to start.
Speaker 4 (05:14):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (05:15):
A lot of people come in and they're like, you know,
I was in the best shape of my life ten, fifteen,
twenty years ago, and I don't think I'll ever get
to that point again.
Speaker 4 (05:23):
And while the.
Speaker 5 (05:24):
Truth is, I'll be honest with you, maybe not, but
we can hopefully get you close again, at least in
this season of your life. Things look different, but we
can maybe get you, hopefully get you into the best
shape of your life in this season.
Speaker 3 (05:35):
That's really nice. I like that. I like the way
you say that. And you know, if I look back,
and I guess depending on how much they did.
Speaker 2 (05:42):
I mean, I know people who work out five six
out five five six days a week, you know, six
seven hours a week, and when they're let's say in
their twenties or thirties. But now let's say they're in
their fifties and sixties. It's not so much that we
can't get into that shape. It's because our body changes,
you know, a whole body and a sense of hormones,
especially for us women. But we aged, if we just aged,
(06:05):
it's just it's just.
Speaker 3 (06:06):
What it is.
Speaker 2 (06:06):
So we're not We're never going to look like we're
in our twenties or you know, but we can, like
you said, you can get somebody healthy into that season
of whatever age they're in, and I don't. I think
the other part that I think most people really misconstrued
is you're not looking to bring people on to like
real left heavy or work out you know constantly.
Speaker 3 (06:26):
You know, like vigorous.
Speaker 2 (06:28):
You know, like go take a had class now or
you know, go lift you know, thirty pounds or something
like that.
Speaker 3 (06:33):
People.
Speaker 2 (06:34):
You would really ease in people into it, right, Like
if somebody wants to start an activity, like I always
tell people the first thing to do is walk, okay,
because honestly, I think walking is wonderful. But you know,
then it gets too hot out and we're like, I'm
not going to walk in this weather, which I think
the gym would be then really good because it's air conditioned.
You do, what are some ideas you can give the
(06:56):
listeners out there, whether men or women that are older,
let's say fifty and old, right that you would think
this is the way for them to kind of start
into it and then and then how would they progress?
Speaker 4 (07:05):
Okay?
Speaker 5 (07:06):
Yeah, because a lot of people have this misconception that
the gym is all about pushing really hard or a
let's say you get a trainer. You think that they're
going to be telling you, hey, drop down, give me
fifty push ups right now.
Speaker 4 (07:15):
Like you think that it's going to be this crazy intense.
Speaker 5 (07:18):
Thing and you're like, I am not even close to that,
and that's why I don't even want to start. But
the thing is, as trainers, our job is to meet
you where you are. So we're not going to make
someone who's, hey, maybe sixty five years old, hasn't worked
out in the past fifteen years. We're not going to
make them, you know, do crazy things in the gym.
We're going to see if they have any limitations where
(07:38):
their body's at, kind of figure out the baseline for them.
Speaker 4 (07:40):
And then go from there.
Speaker 5 (07:42):
So when it comes to like, let's say, like everyday things,
just getting those steps in, start with something as small
as hey, if you are blessed enough and you can
walk nice, start with something as simple as parking a
little further back in the parking lot. You know you're
going grocery shopping, Try not to, you know, fight someone
over the closest parking spot in the front. Park a
little further back. Take that extra thirty to sixty seconds
(08:03):
just to get a few more steps. And maybe you're
in a big building, maybe you're traveling, maybe you're going
to the mall. Maybe instead of opting for the escalator
or the elevator, do the stairs instead. It's simple little
movements like that, in small doses, actually add up and
make a big difference.
Speaker 3 (08:17):
Absolutely. I say that about nutrition all the time.
Speaker 2 (08:20):
If you're constantly making tiny little changes in a week,
there's seven days in a week, right, and you make
a decision that's not so great, tiny, but you're doing it.
Six days a week. Those six days a week really
add up. Now, yes, then if you make those you
change them, those tiny little things, you're making better decisions
and you're just making them tiny. Those changes five six
(08:42):
days a week, those add up for you to lose weight,
get lean, have more energy. And I think what you
say absolutely, Like, you know, I think I was maybe
three four weeks ago.
Speaker 3 (08:52):
I was going to park at the gym and you.
Speaker 2 (08:54):
Know, I'm parking and I'm about to park and this person,
a woman, it was a woman. She like comes, cuts
me off, goes and I'm like, you're going to the gym,
Like you know why, Like you're fighting me on this spot.
You're going to the gym, Like what are you doing
at the gym? Are you gonna go sit in a
sauna and do nothing? You know, I'm not really understanding,
like this is me. I'm like ticket tickets, I'm like
(09:16):
and I just wanted to get out and be like
what is going on with this woman?
Speaker 3 (09:20):
And then I did.
Speaker 2 (09:21):
I saw her actually in the locker room and the
way I am you know me or you know me,
I'm not gonna let that go. And not that I
wanted to fight her. I just went up to her.
I said, I said, I'm sorry. I mean, I'm the
one in the truck because I drive a truck. I'm like,
was there a reason that you kind of acted that way?
I really did, I said it, and she goes, I'm
really sorry.
Speaker 3 (09:40):
I didn't know. I'm much definite confrontation and I was
kind and sweet.
Speaker 2 (09:45):
I'm like, I'm just curious. I said, it was something
going on. Is your leg in pain? You know, it's
like something like something going on that you had to
like kind of cut in front of me, like I
couldn't even move. She caught in front of me, and
she's like, I'm really sorry. I didn't even realize I
did that. I'm like, okay, well, you know I said
a big truck as yeah, my big truck, and like
I said, well, I hope you have a really good workout, Like,
(10:05):
you know, why would you even do something like that?
But I do it kindly. You'll go to people and
do anything. So so I think the you know, parking
somewhere and walking, and I know summer's coming, so a
lot of times people either feel like they're going to
do more outside or sometimes outside gets really hot that.
Speaker 3 (10:22):
They don't want to do anything right.
Speaker 2 (10:23):
So we're going to come back and talk about summer,
some things that people can do outside that you feel
it's really great, and then something that maybe they can
do inside that still would be fun and not feel
like they're stuck inside. So you're listening obviously to the
My Trimline Show. You can go to my trimline dot com.
The other wonderful thing that's happening this week and I
can't believe I almost forgot about it. I'm actually going
(10:43):
to be celebrating seventeen years of Trimline. Did you know
that seventeen years is this week?
Speaker 4 (10:50):
Unbelievable?
Speaker 2 (10:51):
I know, I wish I was like ten when I
started this, but unfortunately that was not the case.
Speaker 3 (10:56):
But they cannot believe it.
Speaker 2 (10:57):
So if you ever thought, hey, let me see what
Trim's about, this is the time to do it. The
specials are massive on the program, on everything you can
possibly imagine. We have short term program long term programs.
Go to my trimline dot com book that free chat
and I will give you information huge specials like big
Big it's the biggest of the year for seventeen years
(11:17):
that we've been open. And I'm blessed and very grateful.
I always thank God for that. So go to my
trim Line and book that free chat. We're going to
take a break and be right back.
Speaker 6 (11:28):
Now back to the My trim Line Radio show with
Nadia here on NewsRadio WHV five eighty hell.
Speaker 2 (11:34):
And welcome back, and thank you so much for listening.
We are talking about obviously the gorgeous weather and summer
here and what can we do to be a little
bit more active.
Speaker 3 (11:43):
I think that's very important.
Speaker 2 (11:45):
One of the things that really helps you to live
longer and mentally, meaning you know, not be for dementia
or Alzheimer's, is actually to be really active. You know
that has like so so related. Introduce yourself again, are y'all?
I have oil here and then that way we'll talk about,
you know, all these specials that are coming up too,
you guess have some really great things happening in grunge.
Speaker 4 (12:06):
We do so. Hi there.
Speaker 5 (12:07):
My name is Ariel I Powerlift. I'm a mother of
three and a fitness professional over at Crunch Fitness and Mechanicsburg.
I am the personal training manager over there. I love
to get people feeling like they're best and finding the
most confident version of themselves. This month at Crunch, we
do have a promotion going on. Join for five dollars
and get the rest of the month free. We also
have something called a student membership for this summer. It's
(12:29):
only one hundred and nineteen dollars. It's four months with
no commitment. We just need a student ID. And that's
going on until May eighteenth, so it's ending pretty soon.
Speaker 2 (12:36):
That is ending pretty soon. That's actually Monday tomorrow tomorrow. Yeah,
that's tomorrow. So that'n till tomorrow quick.
Speaker 4 (12:43):
I does go back very quick.
Speaker 2 (12:44):
Before you know it, it's going to be September again,
and then winter is going to be her Ian.
Speaker 4 (12:49):
And I can't I can't look at it.
Speaker 3 (12:50):
We finally got warm by the rock.
Speaker 2 (12:52):
We have some spice and the weather coming up, I know,
my goodness, I know, really really spicy and sweaty.
Speaker 3 (12:57):
I think it's going to be that way in a
big way night. Can you imagine? What are you gonna
do anything?
Speaker 4 (13:03):
Just be here, enjoy the air conditioning.
Speaker 5 (13:07):
I know.
Speaker 4 (13:08):
Right.
Speaker 2 (13:08):
But so now five dollars and they get the rest
of the month free, yep, and that's gonna happen.
Speaker 3 (13:14):
Well, how long is that special going on that.
Speaker 4 (13:16):
Is going on until.
Speaker 3 (13:18):
Because that's pretty good. I mean typically.
Speaker 4 (13:21):
Today it really is the last day for that special.
You might want to stop in.
Speaker 2 (13:24):
Yeah, that would be good, and you can call in. Yeah,
you know, now if they call in and set an
appointment to meet with somebody, would you guys still honor
that special this week?
Speaker 3 (13:33):
Maybe it's a question. You don't know yet.
Speaker 4 (13:35):
I think we may be able to.
Speaker 2 (13:36):
Yeah, I think that'd be so. So you know, call
in five dollars your first month. Actually it's a great
opportunity to check out the gym that way for a
whole entire month. Yes, I mean five bucks. Who who
can't handle that for entire month? And then for any
student are you talking like younger students or college students?
Speaker 5 (13:53):
Any student, as long as you have a student ID,
you're welcome to get that four month membership for only
one hundred and nineteen dollars.
Speaker 3 (13:58):
That's really good.
Speaker 2 (13:59):
So I'm trying to divide one hundred and nineteen in
my head by four. Come on, or don't look at
me like how can I candle it? And you looking
at me like you can't even you know you're looking
at me.
Speaker 5 (14:10):
But again, this is no commitment so there's no cancelation fee, nothing,
no enrollment nothing, just want nineteen flat.
Speaker 2 (14:16):
Yeah, and then the students are going to be out
right so pretty soon so they they can.
Speaker 4 (14:20):
Get keep them out of trouble.
Speaker 2 (14:22):
June, July, August, September, so just just enough time for
them to go back to school. So the four months
that they're going to get will be really nice for
only one hundred and nineteen dollars.
Speaker 4 (14:31):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (14:32):
Yeah, I put them somewhereere.
Speaker 2 (14:33):
You know, they can get away from from you, the parents,
for like maybe an hour at least.
Speaker 4 (14:38):
You know, it's beneficial to them and will beneficial to
both of you guys.
Speaker 3 (14:41):
That's right. I think there will.
Speaker 2 (14:42):
Honestly, I have I have nieces in their views that
one of them is really well, two of them are
really involved in lifting, and that that really changed your
entire life.
Speaker 4 (14:51):
They're absolutely wish I got into lifting when I was
that age. That would have been amazing.
Speaker 3 (14:55):
Yeah, but you do.
Speaker 2 (14:56):
I saw you on Instagram, girl, Oh my gosh, if
you watched what she did. I think she picked up well,
you did a deadlift, that was how much was on there?
Speaker 4 (15:06):
I was I think like three and sixty pounds.
Speaker 3 (15:08):
She did a deadlift, you did it more than once?
Speaker 4 (15:11):
Oh that was my max? So that was just once? Okay, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 2 (15:14):
So she did a deadlift and there was like I
don't know how many plates I lost count after I
start looking at it and she just picked it up
put it down.
Speaker 3 (15:21):
Like it was you know.
Speaker 2 (15:23):
I was like, oh my god, if I tried that,
my my arms would just come out of the socket
and you know that that just would be it.
Speaker 3 (15:29):
That's pretty amazing. Like I lift a little seriously three
on in.
Speaker 2 (15:33):
Sixty like, wow, and you're and you're really you're not
a big girl, like you're very fit, You're you know,
it's not like you're six foot tall or something like that.
Speaker 3 (15:41):
But that's pretty impressive. So how long you've been like
powerlifting powerlifting?
Speaker 4 (15:46):
I would say just over two years, so not too.
Speaker 5 (15:49):
Long, but i've kind of I started my fitness journey
after my second child, so it's been about i'd say
eight years in total, but there was a lot of
on and off. The first i'd say year, maybe two years.
I really just didn't know what I was doing. I
wish I had a personal trainer, to be honest at
that time, so I didn't have the guess work for
how do I structure things, what do I do? How
(16:10):
often should I exercise? You know, I didn't know all
of those things in the beginning, So if I had
a trainer in the beginning, I would have shaved off
maybe like good one to two years of my fitness
journey there alone.
Speaker 3 (16:20):
Yeah, I'm personal training.
Speaker 2 (16:21):
I know a lot of people feel I don't know,
maybe it's too expensive or whatever, but they can just
do it for a month and really get a program together.
Or is it they're not committed to anything right?
Speaker 5 (16:31):
Well, we actually have something called a trainer Day coming
up May thirtieth, So from eight am to two pm
we are offering thirty minute sessions and we will focus
We have four different focus points here. We can focus
on either just structuring a program for you. We can
focus on nutrition. We can focus on your numbers, so
we could do something called a body scan where we
figure out your body composition exactly how much fat mass
(16:53):
and muscle mass you have, and then kind of go
from there. So it's a really good time to come
check us out again. That's Trainer Day on May thirtieth.
You can call in to grab your spots, or you
can go and stop in at the front desk and
let them know you're here for trainer.
Speaker 2 (17:09):
Day so you can kind of book. So on May
thirtieth you can book. Can you book a time to
go in?
Speaker 4 (17:14):
Yeah or okay?
Speaker 2 (17:15):
And it's thirty minutes of are you showing them anything
or just trying to put a program and do the composition?
Speaker 4 (17:20):
So again it's it's one of those four focused areas.
We also have.
Speaker 5 (17:23):
One of the focus areas is kind of like mastering
the machines. So if you have you know, questions on
machines or exercises, we can definitely help without a stay.
Speaker 2 (17:31):
That's not that's a nice for you thirty minute that
somebody can get in, you.
Speaker 5 (17:34):
Know, absolutely, And that way you can kind of get
a taste of, you know, what it feels like to
have you know, some guidance and maybe working with a
trainer there as well.
Speaker 2 (17:40):
And the buddy composition is really nice. It's the one
that you stand on right Yeah. I mean most people
are like, I don't want, I don't want, I don't want.
Speaker 4 (17:46):
To they don't want to see their numbers.
Speaker 5 (17:47):
Yeah, but it is really important to know and that
way you have that baseline for hey, what areas do
I need to improve and how much how much muscle
should I be building on?
Speaker 3 (17:56):
That's right?
Speaker 2 (17:57):
And you know, the thing is, it's not so much
about weight loss that I always tell people, right, I mean,
obviously losing weight is fine, but it's really about you
gaining more muscle and losing your body fat. So that
would be like a really nice thing to just at
least see for yourself where you're gonna be at, you know,
how much muscle do you have to how much body
fat you have? Because even if you don't want to
go to a gym or workout or whatever, but you're
(18:17):
nutrition even if you're going to want to get your
nutrition under control, that will really show you that, you know,
they can come back I don't know, and then decide
to lift, you know, like right now. It's something that's
been so obviously extremely popular with a lot of people
being on the weight loss shots and and you know,
we've seen how much damage that does in the sense
of their muscle mass, right they just the you know,
(18:38):
the eyes and the cheeks and the way that people look.
I mean, do you do you feel like so if
somebody is on the weight loss shot and they've lost
a lot of weight, and they kind of looking a
little frail. Again, do you think that the damage is
already done or is this something that they can really
kind of if the skin's hanging and it's too much,
I think so. I mean, if it's a lot of skin,
I would say.
Speaker 4 (18:58):
Yeah, it is. It is a lot little subjective.
Speaker 5 (19:00):
I can't really give a definite answer on that, but
you can absolutely still regardless.
Speaker 4 (19:05):
Of whether you think it's too late or not, I
don't think.
Speaker 5 (19:08):
So, it's still important to you know, continually try to
build that muscle on, especially if you're on that shot.
Speaker 3 (19:14):
Yeah, for men and women, yeah, honestly.
Speaker 2 (19:17):
I mean, I know we feel like men are the
ones to be lifting and you know, getting muscly or whatever,
but we women need to just get fit like it.
You know, we talk about soft skinny. That's what they're
saying about the weight lost shots. It's called the soft skinny.
But to you known, I don't you don't want to
be a bodybuilder. We're not looking. We're talking about you
getting a little bit lean and for you to get fit.
(19:38):
And I think that's like the mentality of most women
that should be there. I know some men have it,
but I think women should really start getting into into
that aspect of it. And I think so the May thirtieth, which.
Speaker 4 (19:51):
What is that is that it that's a Saturday, that's.
Speaker 2 (19:53):
A Saturday nice, Okay from eight to two would be
a great opportunity for you go in and get that
half an hour you know, free session with with any
of you. Right, that's wonderful. Now when you think about
obviously the summer coming here and I we talk about
this because summer people want to be more outside and
a lot of people don't really focus on their nutrition,
which they should, or working out at a gym, right,
(20:15):
because they think they're gonna be outside swimming and they're
gonna be walking more, and they're gonna be camping, and
you know, they're gonna be grilling more.
Speaker 3 (20:22):
I hear that a lot.
Speaker 2 (20:22):
I'm gonna be grilling and it's gonna be yummy food and
it's not gonna be I'm like, did you forget about
the picnics? You know that, you know, the brownie's gonna
be there, the potato salad, the macaroni salad, like all
potato chips, Like there's gonna be like a million things
at these picnic places too. But what is your thought
on a sense of summer to doing. I mean you're
gonna you're gonna go kayaking pretty much later on today yourself.
Speaker 5 (20:45):
Yep, it's I mean, staying active in the summer is important,
and I know you want to be outdoors more.
Speaker 4 (20:50):
But the thing is, you gotta think, when it's like
ninety ninety.
Speaker 5 (20:53):
Five degrees out and it's like in the middle of
the day, are you really out there moving around that much?
Speaker 4 (21:00):
Think about it. Probably not. You're probably trying to escape
to some air conditioning.
Speaker 5 (21:03):
So in the summertime, when you were trying to stay
active and you're saying, hey, I'm not gonna be in
the gym as much, are you really? Are you really
gonna actually be moving that much? And if you do
decide you want to do that, focus on trying to
you know, be outside for some walks during you know,
sunrise sunset times where it's not as hot, so you
can actually move for a longer period of time than
you would you know, towards the middle of the day
(21:25):
where you just want to escape to the air conditioning.
Speaker 2 (21:27):
That makes sense to do it in the morning, you know,
get it because it're early or maybe later in the Evening's.
Speaker 4 (21:31):
Also a great way to get that blood flowing.
Speaker 5 (21:33):
Or if it's in the evening, Hey, after dinner, you're
getting you're getting your your digestive system moving. You know,
you're helping digest that food after dinner.
Speaker 3 (21:39):
So that's great today, that's like the best part, honestly.
Speaker 2 (21:42):
And now that it probably won't even someone go down
till nine o'clock, Like sometimes it's going to be bright
out and light out. I should say by nine o'clock.
This will be like a perfect time to really do
something after dinner. Especially people's dinners are so heavy, they're
so heavy in carb and they're snacking after dinner. So
you have to take this opportunity to really be able
to focus on yourself.
Speaker 3 (22:02):
And you know, this week.
Speaker 2 (22:03):
Coming and we're going to be Tremline's going to be

Speaker 3 (22:49):
The heat is on.
Speaker 2 (22:51):
Oh remember you used to play like songs in between
when I would you know, used to play songs in between.
I don't know if you still do. You should like
today make the put the heat is on. The heat
is I can't.
Speaker 3 (23:02):
Now that copyright stuff came into play. Oh really, I
didn't know that.
Speaker 2 (23:05):
So me sing and it really doesn't matter because I
don't even sound anything like them. They can't copyright me
because I just say I'll botch it up anyways, and
I don't even sound that good.
Speaker 4 (23:17):
Yeah, we're not gonna worry about her.
Speaker 2 (23:20):
She's she's just kind of shooting herself in the foot
good with this, And I don't I think I'm constantly
saying your name wrong. By the way, every time I
say it, I have an accent, just so you know
I'm a foreigner.
Speaker 3 (23:32):
I'm gonna blame it on that art or it's like, uh,
shake in his head.
Speaker 2 (23:36):
He's like, the thing's not He says, please introduce yourself
and we're gonna talk about some I love this topic
that we're about to bring up.
Speaker 5 (23:43):
Hi, my name is Ariel I Powerlift. I'm a mother
of three in a fitness professional as the personal training
manager over at Crunch Fitness and Mechanicsburg. I love to
get people feeling like they're best and finding the most
confident version of themselves.
Speaker 3 (23:53):
I love that we want confidence.
Speaker 2 (23:55):
We want to feel good if we don't want need
to be like, you know, musclely or you know, lean
too much, you're skinny.
Speaker 3 (24:01):
We want to be fit at.
Speaker 4 (24:02):
Any pok see on how we feel rather than how
we look.
Speaker 2 (24:06):
But honestly, the way you feel is how you portray yourself, right.
And you know what we're talking on the break and
this is really something important to me because like last
week at the gym, I was talking to a woman
which probably she's out of my age.
Speaker 3 (24:19):
It doesn't look like my age. But anyways, but I
think she's age.
Speaker 2 (24:23):
But we'll talking about nutrition, right, So there's a lot
of people that cut at carbs one day, especially if
they're working out. Yeah, and then then we talk about
like micros and macros, which by the way, that kind
of goes through through me for normal everyday people. And
then then we also talked about calorie counting. Okay, so
those are the three things. So let's start off with
car cutting carbs out.
Speaker 4 (24:45):
A car don't cut your carbs, don't do it?
Speaker 5 (24:48):
Do it?
Speaker 4 (24:49):
You need those carbs. That's what's giving you that energy.
You know.
Speaker 5 (24:52):
Do you ever have those days where it's like it
hits two three o'clock and you.
Speaker 4 (24:56):
Just hit this crash.
Speaker 5 (24:57):
You're like, I'm so tired throughout my day. Well, guess
what ask yourself this question? Do you skip breakfast?
Speaker 4 (25:02):
What do you eat in the morning?
Speaker 5 (25:04):
Is that makes a huge difference in how your energy
levels are throughout the day.
Speaker 3 (25:08):
That's I can't even explain.
Speaker 2 (25:10):
People are like, well, why when I read inter minute
fast and that, they're saying, you know, you get up
and you don't eat something till whatever, right, Like, because
people can skip breakfast to say probably till till even dinner. Honestly, Like,
if they're innimnute fasting and they're getting up in the
morning not eating anything till say four.
Speaker 3 (25:26):
O'clock, I'm like, well, that's.
Speaker 2 (25:28):
Not a feat because I think pretty much anybody can
do that. Most people can do that right now. If
you're not supposed to eat from say six PM till
say you know what I mean, Like.
Speaker 4 (25:38):
They're eating one giant meal at the end of the day.
That's really not great for your tality.
Speaker 2 (25:43):
Yeah, like you're supposed to cut it off at six,
but most people don't do the six o'clock to you know,
let's say at six am or eight am the next morning.
Speaker 3 (25:50):
They're doing the morning to the evening and then then they're.
Speaker 2 (25:53):
Like overeating in the evening so to breakfast and everybody,
and I've been doing this for seventeen years. We're about
to sell a d seventeen years of trimline come this week,
which this is the greatest time to really go to
my trimline and book that free chat. But honestly, I
can't tell how many people tell me they know how
important breakfast is and they still skip it.
Speaker 3 (26:12):
Yeah, Okay, see they tell me.
Speaker 2 (26:15):
They're like, I know it's important, Nadia, but you know
when I get up that if I get up at
four thirty in the morning, I'm on a gag if
I eat something or so getting up or they're not hungry.
Now when I get up in the morning, within the hour,
if I don't eat something, you know I'm starving.
Speaker 3 (26:28):
It's pretty bad.
Speaker 2 (26:29):
It's because working, Yes, Metaal's working. So I say, you
don't have to like make yourself eggs and have a
big meal. You can actually, let's say, if twenty grapes
is a portion, okay, you literally can just have five
grapes in the morning and then finish something else later on.
Just putting that pivotal, like you know, twig on your fireplace,
which is your metabolism to get it started.
Speaker 5 (26:50):
That's what I tell people all the time, because if
you are not waking up and within the next hour
or two you're not feeling hungry, you got to ask
yourself what's going on. That's about time something's wrong, because
you should be hungry. You were sleeping for six, seven,
eight hours, your body didn't get anything, and you're not hungry.
Speaker 3 (27:06):
That's that's a bad sign.
Speaker 2 (27:08):
Yeah, And I always tell people sleep is the most
important thing, and it's working on your you know, your organs,
your liver, your kidney, your neurons in your brain, and
then like it's putting so much energy at night time.
Speaker 3 (27:18):
People don't understand. I just don't even get how people don't.
Speaker 2 (27:20):
Get it that that it does that so when you
get up in the morning, your body is looking to
be fed.
Speaker 3 (27:25):
It's looking to get to nutrients.
Speaker 2 (27:27):
And don't think as food as oh, well, you know
me having eggs or your grot or whatever, a pop tart.
I'm not telling you to do a pop tart, Okay, please,
that's not what I'm saying. Or oat meal. It was like,
I love oatmeal. I said this all the time. Whoever
whoever did the marketing for oatmeal did an amazing job
because honestly, it is not the best thing for you.
I mean, they should like pay that person over time
(27:49):
or whatever. Same as somebody that did marketing for orange juice,
Florida orange juice. That's a That's another one. I can
go on about alcohol, but I won't bring that one up.
Speaker 3 (27:58):
That's like Gray Goose. Gray Gris is not a good
vat guy.
Speaker 2 (28:01):
Everybody thinks it is but it isn't because why we
did the marketing on them. They did a great job too.
They were for a while, but somebody else bought them.
But anyways, so the key is is that you don't
research for yourself. I mean you should want to. You
want to start both protein in the morning. That's typically
what I tell people. You know, like if you're starting
with oatmeal some mornings, there's seven mornings again, right, if
(28:21):
you're doing oatmeal five mornings, or you're doing like bread
five you know, six seven, that that doesn't you want
what you want to start off with either.
Speaker 5 (28:29):
So spiking your blood sugar as well, if you're just
having like let's say, a bagel first in the morning
every single day.
Speaker 3 (28:35):
Oh, bagels are so bad.
Speaker 2 (28:36):
People have no idea how bad bagels are, especially if
you're diabetic.
Speaker 3 (28:40):
Don't do a bagel, Okay.
Speaker 2 (28:42):
The amount that it spikes your insulin is absolutely crazy.
Speaker 3 (28:45):
What what bagel does? I don't know what they put
in there? Well, yeah I do. It's like condensed.
Speaker 2 (28:49):
Mass, yeah, massive, And it's for whatever reason, it spikes
your insulin really really high, which makes you to really
obviously eventually become insulin resistance.
Speaker 3 (29:00):
And if your diabetes. Forget it.
Speaker 2 (29:02):
You're just pretty much you know, I mean, it's like
the worst thing you can probably have first thing in
the morning. So breakfast is important. Putting carbs into your
day is important. I think people cut their carbs out
because they over carb so much, you know, like like
they have carbs with breakfast, with lunch as a snack.
And when I go through somebody's there, they're like, oh,
you know, I have oatmeal in the morning that I
(29:22):
have a few crackers and pretzels between you know, breakfast
and lunch. That's if they even snack, by the way,
then you know, lunch on making a sandwich, maybe just
half a sandwich and maybe two more pretzels, you know,
and then then between lunch and dinner, well that's really
when I'm kind of crashing a little bit. So this
is when I do my nuts and then you know,
I put you know, maybe some crackers. You know, they're
just a peanut butter and crackers. Peanut peanut butter is
(29:45):
like the one of people's favorite snacks to have. And
of course dinner is a carb. They put potato or
whatever with it, and then then after dinner they're like,
and I really love popcorn.
Speaker 3 (29:54):
I'm like, yeah, I get you. Okay.
Speaker 2 (29:56):
It's like so basically the amount of carbs that they're
doing in their day.
Speaker 3 (29:59):
So one not saying you and I aren't saying to
do that.
Speaker 2 (30:02):
We're saying don't cut your carbs fully out, you know,
whether you're working out or not working out.
Speaker 4 (30:07):
Yeah, right now, you have to find a healthy balance.
Speaker 2 (30:10):
Yeah, and how do you and we talk now. I've
been against calorie counting since you know, I probably in
the womb, I was against it. I'm not really sure,
but that's how bad I'm against it. So especially when
somebody says calorie deficit, Oh lord, art knows this, that
goes through me like like I just want to be like, oh.
Speaker 3 (30:26):
Dodor this. I want to know my trainer.
Speaker 2 (30:29):
Told me, you know, go into calorie deficit that I said,
if your trainer travels you that you need to run
away from that trainer.
Speaker 3 (30:35):
Now I can see a doctor saying that.
Speaker 2 (30:37):
That's the sad part because doctor doctors have said that.
But you know, they are absolutely and I don't meant
to be rude, they're absolutely clueless about how to lose
weight in that I mean they I met a woman
that a doctor introduced me because I have three dogs
for their patience to me. She was a little over
three hundred pounds and the doctor told her to totally
go into a calorie deficit.
Speaker 4 (30:58):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (30:59):
I see people like that and they're like, yo, my
doctor told me to only eat, you know, twelve hundred calories.
And my mouth just drops and I'm like what, because
you know, we do these body skins at crunch and
it shows us. You know, you're rusting energy expenditure, which
is how much how many calories your body's naturally burning
at rust. So you know, someone could be naturally burning
around like maybe nineteen hundred calories at rust and their
(31:20):
doctors telling them to eat like twelve hundred calories. I'm like,
you're gonna gain Wait, yeah, you're gonna give me weight
because whenever you do eat, your body's in this preservation
mode right now.
Speaker 4 (31:29):
So yeah, whenever you eat, it's just storing everything as fat.
Speaker 2 (31:31):
It's gonna be it's gonna protect itself. You're starving it,
it's gonna protect it. You're gonna lose your muscle mass,
especially if you're working out and you're doing that, you're
burning your muscle mass and then you're keeping your fat.
That's why people wonder I'm working at five six hours
a week, why am I not looking leaner?
Speaker 3 (31:45):
Right?
Speaker 2 (31:46):
Or why am I That's the reason. So just do
not do a calorie deficit by any means, which is
I think is the worst thing. And again, the main
thing is is understanding nutrition. So to get your protein,
your vegetable, your fruit, your fat, your start, your dairy.
I mean that's what you go by at the grocery
store to begin with, you know. So for me, it's
about learning about nutrition. Everybody's bodies different. That's why when
(32:07):
they come to you, you're going to look at them individually,
where they are, where they've been, where they want to go,
whether they want to go like with the speed of
you know, five hundred, or they want to go like
they ease me into it. You're going to individualize everything, right,
And that's exactly what we do at Trimline. We individualize everything.
Somebody's like, listen, I got a message last week that
somebody honestly, they send me a text they go, can
(32:27):
you help somebody?
Speaker 3 (32:28):
That? Can you help me?
Speaker 2 (32:29):
But because I'd like to have a wine or cocktail
every day, and I'm like, oh, okay, well, you know
I can.
Speaker 3 (32:35):
We've done it a million times. Is it healthy?
Speaker 2 (32:38):
No, But if you're trying to then put something else
with it that's going to make you healthy. Combinations of
food are so important. So yeah, you can still drink
if you're doing a lot of junk and drinking, but
now you're going to cut that down and eat more nutritiously.
Is that going to help you.
Speaker 3 (32:51):
Absolutely. So it's you know, degrees of how.
Speaker 2 (32:54):
What we can do to individualized very and then it
was like I'm like, well, yeah, okay, if you want
to do every day, I can help you still lose weight.
Speaker 3 (33:02):
I can.
Speaker 2 (33:03):
You know that's not going to be We do it
all the time, so that's not going to be an issue.
And you know, I want to come back and talk
about because I did, Like I told you, the lady
I was talking to, she was talking about micros and macros,
which again that's another thing that goes through.
Speaker 3 (33:14):
Me a little bit. And it's because I'm the average
I'm an average woman.
Speaker 2 (33:19):
I do work out. I've gone into it for that.
I've been really very good with it for the last
three years. Okay, and since pass off and on like
massively like off for three months sometimes one time a year,
but in the last three years I've done really well
with it. So but micros and macros to me, is
very tedious. So we're going to come back and talk
about you know, some are how we can gear it
(33:40):
in the specials that are coming up a crunch and
this week we're doing seventeen years of trim Line celebrating
I can't believe it's seventeen years. I put up in
two thousand and nine, I know. So this is a
time that you can totally get massive amount of specials
free consult Go to my trim line dot com. Let's

Speaker 2 (34:05):
Hell and welcome back, and thank you so much for listening.
I have a wonderful guest here, and we've been having
fun even on the breaks, and I promise people will
actually aren't you that I'm not gonna say what I
said on the break, so I'm not going to say
word about it, So we're talking about what you're saying.
Speaker 4 (34:21):
Yes, it's sorry, guys, it.
Speaker 2 (34:23):
Was what I get talking about. It's about food. It's
a it's always about food and how much I'm eating. Okay,
it's always about that, So please introduce yourself and then
we're going to talk about what we're finish up. The
second half that we're talking about.
Speaker 5 (34:35):
Well, hi there, my name is Ariel I Powerlift. I'm
a mother of three. I'm a fitness professional as the
personal training manager over our Crunch Fitness and Mechanic Expert.
I love getting people feeling like they're best and finding
the most confident version of themselves.
Speaker 2 (34:46):
Yeah, especially for women because we sometimes don't feel confident,
and not that we men do all the time, but
you know this is for women and men, and you
know for us, we have seventeen years of celebration coming
for Trimline this week, both seventeen years. We must be
doing something right if we've been doing for seventeen years.
My staff's been with me for fifteen years and longer,
(35:08):
so this is the perfect time. You're like, you know,
what is this about?
Speaker 3 (35:11):
This is it?
Speaker 2 (35:11):
You get the biggest specials, the biggest savings. It all

Speaker 2 (35:31):
So go to michra mine dot com and help me
celebrate seventeen years and then I'll help you to have
the best savings possible. Now, when you and I were talking,
see this is something that's really interesting because you're very
You're very fit, okay, and but you're definitely tolertan me like,
how tall are you?
Speaker 4 (35:48):
I am a whole five to one and three quarters?
Speaker 3 (35:51):
Stop it?
Speaker 2 (35:52):
Okay, okay, I've lord art. That kind of backfired on
me because that's what she was. What'd you say, really,
did I'm five?
Speaker 3 (36:02):
I'm five?
Speaker 2 (36:02):
Two?
Speaker 1 (36:03):
Are you?
Speaker 3 (36:04):
Do you have heels on? Okay? Lord? Why do you
look so tolered in me? Okay? Maybe I'm shrinking and
I don't know. It's hard.
Speaker 4 (36:13):
People see me online and they see me in person,
they're like, oh, you actually are sure? I don't.
Speaker 6 (36:19):
I know.
Speaker 2 (36:21):
When we're met in the lot and I hugged you,
do I feel you're so much chartered in me. There's
something going on with me, aren't mentally? I think I'm
just losing it.
Speaker 3 (36:28):
Okay, so we're basically the same height. My goodness. Okay,
that's I don't know why I thought you were doing.
Speaker 2 (36:37):
You have to have heels on or something like a
little bit, that's what it was. Okay, thank god, I'm
not losing my mind.
Speaker 3 (36:43):
But but so two really tiny.
Speaker 2 (36:46):
People, and I would definitely build differently, you know, because
you're young and I'm not.
Speaker 4 (36:50):
That's part of it.
Speaker 2 (36:51):
But you really we're talking about this on the break
of how much we eat. Like I need to cut
down on my protein. I need to because I just
love everything about protein. Like I just love to eat.
But you eat a lot in your day too.
Speaker 4 (37:04):
I do.
Speaker 5 (37:04):
I do eat quite a bit. I actually had to
cut down my protein because it.
Speaker 6 (37:08):
Was too much.
Speaker 3 (37:10):
Wow, we have that in common too.
Speaker 5 (37:11):
Now, this isn't the average person's experience, so don't listen
to that's when it comes down too much to eat
more protein?
Speaker 4 (37:16):
Please? Yes, but I eat. I would say my goal
is to eat five times a day.
Speaker 5 (37:21):
You know, I am very busy, but I try to
stay at a minimum four and then if I have
to all supplement with you know, like a smoothie or
a shakee or something. But for the most part, I
do try to eat five times a day every three
to four hours, three hours ideally.
Speaker 3 (37:33):
And that's me. That's exactly what I do.
Speaker 2 (37:35):
I don't want to I tell everybody that you know,
as long as they've been listening to me, to don't
go over three hours without eating. So when you kind
of push three, that's where your body starts to really
get into that hunger mode. So you have a trigger
in your body that then is like to go into
you know, flight, flight or fight, right, So it kind
of that's when your body starts holding onto the fat
and starts burning your muscle.
Speaker 3 (37:56):
It's really at that three three hour.
Speaker 2 (37:58):
Mark, right, something about three hours it is it is
it's the body, because the body is I mean, you know,
I have a degree in food science and a degree
master's in psychology of weight loss and weight management. But
the food science part of it, it's very The anatomy
is very very interesting. I'm not a doctor, okay, so
that's that's not the case. I don't want to be
a doctor, but you know, the the anatomy aspect of
it is that your body knows or trigger right around
(38:20):
that three o'clock mark.
Speaker 5 (38:21):
Right.
Speaker 2 (38:22):
So for me, if I'm going to go into a
meeting and I'm going to be there for let's say
over to it, I'll eat right before I go, right now.
If that's if I can't eat during it. You know,
there's a doctor's surgeons they're like, well, I can't come
out and eat something, Naudia, I said, I get it.
I get you can't come out and be like you
in the middle of your surgery and be like nadiato
man in a snack, Okay, And then I get that,
I said, But mainly and maybe that kind of day
(38:44):
for somebody like that might be twice a week, right,
So there are days that I sometimes go over three hours,
but I try not to, and so I get up
in the morning. I always tell people to eat within
the hour that you wake up, because again, after an
hour is where my body goes to you know, kill.
It's metabolism again, and it's go to to protect in itself.
So and you're right, I mean, we're two people that
(39:04):
you know we have to cut our proteins down. But
normally people really don't eat that much. Protein, and it's
really important. I think part of it is when the
people that are doing the weight lost shots because they
don't eat that much in the day and they really
don't eat that much protein. I think we're talking more
about that to get the protein in to be able
to get your muscle right, because you don't really have
(39:25):
to lift weights to keep your muscle.
Speaker 3 (39:27):
That's what I believe. Anyways, do you believe that.
Speaker 5 (39:30):
I'm going to disagree with you. Yeah, do you believe
you need to lift some weights? And I'm not saying
it has to be crazy. You're trying to lift like
one hundred pounds or so. It's just at least putting
some stress on those bones there. So some form of
resistance training.
Speaker 2 (39:42):
I love when women do it. I stress for women
do it, but there's a lot of people out there
that physically or mentally, you know, they just don't want
to lift right. So now for seventeen years that I've
seventeen years that I've been doing this, because I do
have you know, fifty sixty, seventy eighty have twenty three
or four years too, But even seventy eight eighty year
olds or sixty year olds, they have lost weight with me,
(40:03):
but the skins not hanging and they're really are still
like their muscle tone is there, but even they have
not worked out at all, not because I don't want
them to, but they're just hated or they can't. But
I think the nutrition and the protein makes a huge difference.
Speaker 5 (40:17):
That is definitely, honestly a bigger portion of the results
that they see is the nutrinutrition inspect.
Speaker 2 (40:22):
Yeah, I mean, I think every trainer I ever worked
with an eighty percent nutrition. Twenty percent is your workout.
So it doesn't mean you have to work out to
you know, now if you want to go to really
be toned and be stronger, you know, I think weight
training needs to be part of a routine, and I
don't I'm honest like listening out there, people listening, I
(40:42):
don't know if they're afraid of weight training or they
feel like they're going to get you know, I'm kind
of wondering what's going on with that aspect of it.
Speaker 5 (40:49):
A lot of people are definitely scared of it. But
I you know a lot of people are scared because
they're just they don't know where to start, or they
feel like they're even in shape enough to start and
I'm like, that's what the gym is exactly for. You know,
everyone is starting somewhere. You don't need to wait till
you're in, you know, a specific shape to start the gym.
(41:12):
You're pretty much giving up before you even start by
doing that.
Speaker 2 (41:15):
Yeah, and then maybe I've reid even hurt themselves. So
that's a real clue, like you said, on what everything works.
So that means the other part is like, if anybody's
my age, let's say maybe a little bit older, you
know the gym's in the eighties.
Speaker 3 (41:27):
I know you weren't even born.
Speaker 2 (41:28):
But the thing is, the gyms in the eighties were very,
very scary, okay because those days, like like if you
go to the gym now, you'll see a seventy year old.
You'll you'll see somebody bigger, smaller, older. I mean there
was like a like all shape, size, ages. Everything is
right now. So if you're out there listening, you're like,
you remember the eighties gym or the early nineties gym,
(41:49):
This is nothing like that because those days, let me
tell you, people were makeup. They had like, you know,
these jumpsuits on there.
Speaker 3 (41:55):
Everybody looked fit.
Speaker 2 (41:57):
There was a lot of makeup involved, by the way,
and I'm like, who's that much makeup coming to the gym?
But it was like a lot of buff you know really,
you know, Arno Schrosenegger kind of guys. You know so so,
but the gym is not like that anymore. And a
couple of things that's coming up, please talk about them
again because one of them is really great for them
to come for thirty minutes for free.
Speaker 5 (42:17):
Yeah, the gym is for everyone, guys, remember that. So
at Crunch Mechanics Bag on May thirtieth, that is a Saturday,
from eight am to two pm, we have something called
Trainer Day coming up, and that is a way where
you can get a free thirty minute session with one
of our trainers. And we have four focus areas for that.
So one of them is fueling your body. Another one
(42:37):
is knowing your numbers, so we could do body scan
kind of see your body composition, see where your fat
and muscle is at. Another one is master the machines,
so we can you know, if you have questions about
the machines or exercises, we can absolutely help you with that.
And the fourth one is training with the plan, So
if you have questions about how to structure your training,
what to do. This is the perfect time to go
and try out one of our free thirty minute sessions
(42:59):
on Trainer May thirtieth, from eight am to two pm.
Speaker 3 (43:02):
I love that.
Speaker 2 (43:03):
I think that would be really wonderful for people to
come and check it out. It's free. You don't not
obligated to anything, okay, and I always thank God.
Speaker 4 (43:10):
Nothing to lose, Yeah, nothing to lose.
Speaker 2 (43:11):
Honestly, you can just come and at least find out
what your body composition is. You know, it's your muscle,
your body fat. That's that's just to know that, you guys,
give a print out that can take it home and
take a look at it and then go from there.
Even that's worth it, honestly because a lot of places,
like there's places out there that charge like one hundred,
two hundred dollars to do that. I know places that
do not so but I want to thank you so
much for the time that you came in.
Speaker 4 (43:32):
Yeah, no, you has so much for having it here.
Speaker 3 (43:34):
But we laugh. I loved it.
Speaker 2 (43:36):
We have a good time, and you know out there,
go to you know, May thirtieth, eight to eight to
two thirty minutes free check out and please ask for her,
you know, Ariel, I say right, yeah, okay, And then
this week seventeen years of trim Line, this is the
perfect time to do it. Go to my trimline dot
com book, that free chat and seventeen years. We're doing
(43:56):
something right. We can talk on the phone. Then if
we feel like we're a good fit, then we can
set up the consult.
Speaker 3 (44:01):
Happy Sunday, every one
