It already started, It already started, Okay, didn't waste any time.
Oh Tom Russell's gonna kill me. Okay, that's horrible.

going to be called.
Speaker 6 (01:11):
Er what do we say? Prosecco and postmenopause?
Speaker 3 (01:14):
Postmenopause? Actually, you know what?
Speaker 2 (01:17):
Listening out there, anybody can come up with a name
for our show? Oh my goodness, I would love this. Okay, anyway,
we don't even care.

my name is Nadia, I'm the only trim line, and
there's Steph.
Speaker 3 (01:41):
Steph, what do you do?
Speaker 5 (01:42):
I'm a nurse practitioner for Your Best Life MD.
Speaker 2 (01:45):
YEP, and I had to put our jobs in there. No,
I want you to come up with something. You've been
listening to us for a couple of times. Come up
with a clever name for us.
Speaker 5 (01:53):
Spicy yes, spicy.
Speaker 3 (01:55):
S I sy yeah, nothing boring. We don't want to
be boring.
Speaker 2 (01:57):
So if you can come up with that, you can
email tell me at Nadia at my trimline dot com.
You can go to my trimline dot com and there's
a phone number under seven eight eight eighty one O five.
You can text it, which is awesome. They can go
to your website.
Speaker 3 (02:12):
Can they do anything like that to give you information
about it? Now? Okay, I didn't think so.
Speaker 2 (02:16):
So so you can go to my Facebook and message me,
you know, just go to yep. So we want ideas. Honestly,
we're about to create a podcast. We're about to go national.
I don't know about that, but we're going to aim
for it.
Speaker 5 (02:30):
We're gonna go local.
Speaker 2 (02:31):
We're gonna way local, like beyond beyond Central PA. Okay,
we might go to Scrington, who knows, but definitely come
up with names. We're very interested. Now today we're going
to talk about everything. Honestly, we're gonna talk about everything
in anything. And we love that you're tuning in. And
it is March already, isn't that crazy?
Speaker 3 (02:50):
March?
Speaker 5 (02:51):
March?
Speaker 3 (02:51):
We are in March these days coming up two weeks
from now.
Speaker 2 (02:55):
I know you and I think about ALCOHOLA and Advance,
which is my good things.
Speaker 6 (03:00):
And we started thinking about skinny drinks. We did, So
you can stay on.
Speaker 2 (03:05):
Plan absolutely that you can drink alcohol or mocktails. If
not a drinker, there's a lot of great mocktails out there.
So we will talk about some really healthy alcohol that
you can drink and still have fun and still keep
it skinnier lean that I like to say lean. I
like lean better than skinny, you know what I mean.
Lean is so awesome. But it is march ladies and
(03:26):
gentlemen out there listening. So today, as soon as I'm
done with the radio show, I am going to jump
in my car, well truck, and then drive not too
fast the speed limit and go to Cross Point Church.
Speaker 3 (03:38):
Please come and join me.
Speaker 2 (03:40):
We're doing a seminar with Coach Brex and Pastor Dave
at twelve o'clock. Lunch will be provided. Come and just
stop in. I don't even care if it's twelve twenty,
if it's twelve fifteen, come on in.
Speaker 3 (03:50):
We're going to have it to a segment.
Speaker 2 (03:52):
We're doing body, Mind and Soul for your whole three
parts of your life, for your wellness. It's a free
seminar from twelve to one, but the last fifteen minutes
we want to open up to questions. Come and have
lunch with me, you can meet myself, you can meet
Coach Brax and obviously Pastor Dave. This is not about
you joining a church or joining Trimline or joining joining
(04:13):
coach Bras. This is just about knowledge. Okay, We're going
to talk about some really great stuff for you to
learn and utilize during your day and for the rest
of your life. So against a Crossbowne Church off a
Colonia Park, come and join me today and Steph, why
don't we did? We're about to do Good Day Pa,
that's going to be coming up. It's going to air
March eleventh, right, which is right before Saint Patti's Day.
(04:36):
So tell us like some of the things that you've
been thinking about when it comes to health, nutrition and
if people are on weight loss shots out there, like
with alcohol and eating. So some of your thoughts, what
are some of your thought process on that.
Speaker 6 (04:51):
Well, when you go back to semi glue tide, we
always talk about it does not affect the metabolism. So
that misconception is that that GLP wants affect your metabolism,
where in reality it does absolutely nothing. The only thing
the golp ones do are they kill that food noise,
(05:12):
they curb your cravings and they make you feel full.
So you still need to adapt healthy eating and change
your habits or else you're just going to gain the
weight back again. So one of the things about going
out for Saint Patti's Day or thing is protein. And
we talk about protein every time I'm one with you.
(05:34):
So protein is the most important thing. So you want
to load up on your protein during the day and
then before you go out and limit your drinks to
one to two. Avoid those sugary shots, those sugary drinks
because we know that all that sugar and those liquors
and cream liquors and heavier bases, they just add all
(05:56):
the calories. So you want to avoid that. But most important,
stay hydrated. Yes, so have your cocktail and drink a
bottle of water. Have a cocktail and a bottle of water.
So as long as you alternate, you should be fine.
Because we know GLP once the alcohol hits you much
harder and then you need to pace yourself. So you know,
(06:17):
me and a GLP one yeah alcohol, my gosh, oh yeah,
two martinis?
Speaker 3 (06:22):
Oh you have gone one?
Speaker 6 (06:23):
Two?
Speaker 3 (06:23):
Okay, on one all right.
Speaker 5 (06:25):
But two I am woof feeling really really good.
Speaker 3 (06:29):
Then you become as your nickname, a dancing queen.
Speaker 5 (06:32):
Okay quean.
Speaker 3 (06:34):
Yeah, I can't sing. I don't know why I try it.
Speaker 6 (06:36):
So we're gonna we're gonna talk about our skinny drinks today,
you guys.
Speaker 2 (06:40):
Yeah, we'll have some skinny drinks going on. And then
you know, the main thing is And I love how
you say that because you know you're on it under
GLP one and I've never done it. So you're coming
from two people that can experience all aspects of it.
And that's why we call STEP and I call ourselves
the one stop Wellness.
Speaker 3 (06:59):
That's what we are.
Speaker 2 (07:00):
So she can you know if you're looking for education
or knowledge or wanting to do the shots, She's definitely
the one you want to put nutrition with it. I'm
definitely to one you want to do both of them together.
We're definitely.
Speaker 5 (07:13):
Is the most important.
Speaker 3 (07:15):
It really is.
Speaker 2 (07:16):
It is most effective, I would say, especially if you
have a lot of food noise going on, like I
really don't have that. Remember we talked about this, Yeah,
like that wasn't really my thing. My thing wasn't the
food noise or the fact that I was over eating massively.
Speaker 3 (07:29):
I was just you know, eating because I really love
to eat.
Speaker 2 (07:33):
I do, and even now I still do. The differences
is when metabism's higher. The protein is a factor. We've
talked about this over and over, like if you're like
a naughtiu in protein, because protein is what's going to
keep your muscle mass, proteins, what's going to make your
skin look great and taunt proteins, what's going to help
you to absolutely speed up your metabolism. I mean, I've
been known to people make fun of me, and I
(07:55):
think you heard it that They're like, you know, if
I'm going to go to dinner at seven thirty and
it's five o'clock, I'm making myself a nice piece of
chicken a pork chop, and people make fun of me.
They're like, you're having dinner before dinner, and I'm like, yeah,
that's me.
Speaker 3 (08:08):
I really do. I do have dinner before dinner. It's
like gay, we told and a half hours later I'd
be famished. You know.
Speaker 2 (08:13):
Then that's when I'm really making bad decisions and I
really don't. But you know, French fise calls my name sometimes,
so that always comes with my meal if I'm starving
and going somewhere now, so you can whether it's Saint
Patti's Day or Easter or you know, Valentine's whatever holiday,
even summer. When summer comes around, people go camping over
(08:35):
the weekend. They like to have a few drinks, you know,
buy the pool vacation. So it's not about a season
or an event. It's really about if you're going to
drink alcohol, which you can. I plan it on people's
programs all the time, and I like to drink myself. Again,
I am not an alcoholic. I do not drink for
(08:55):
during a week or ten days at a time, but
I do like it over the weekends. You can drink
and still be healthy, skinny and lean and so on
March eleventh, put that on your calendars. We're going to
do good day, Pa. Watch the drinks that we're going
to make. Okay, they're gonna what we're gonna talk to
you about. We're actually going to show you on air
(09:16):
that we're going to make them.
Speaker 3 (09:17):
So recorded. Do people still DVR? Is that old school?
Speaker 5 (09:20):
I think you can on my Exfinity I can VVR
hit recording.
Speaker 3 (09:26):
It's not VHS anymore right that much?
Speaker 5 (09:28):
No tapes, No tapes.
Speaker 3 (09:30):
I missed that.
Speaker 2 (09:30):
Just push it in and you know, you'd be like,
I miss Blakbuster, I miss Blockbuster.
Speaker 3 (09:36):
You know that. It was like such a fun time
you walked around you look at it.
Speaker 5 (09:39):
Even know what Blockbuster is?
Speaker 3 (09:40):
I know what? Kids? Okay, kids really, they don't know.
Speaker 6 (09:45):
Never heard of you're kidding me. No, he sent me
this thing. I'll have to pull it up. Then on
on TikTok or something. He says about growing up in
the seventies. He said, Mom, you had this stuff? What
is that? And it was block Buster? And then a
telephone with a cord and I said, oh, yeah, I
used to take the phone. We didn't have phones in
(10:06):
all of our bedrooms. Well, no, we had one phone
in the direction.
Speaker 5 (10:08):
Yeah, and that chord was so so long.
Speaker 6 (10:11):
We'd go the whole way back the hallway into my
bedroom and I'd shut the door.
Speaker 3 (10:16):
They have no clue those were Those were like so
much freak. You can't even. The big part is you
can't even slam a phone these days, you know how
you like, I am done with you. You slam a phone?
Speaker 5 (10:26):
Who can slam? You can't? You have to?
Speaker 3 (10:28):
I mean that's so that's the lame.
Speaker 2 (10:30):
But yeah, listen, we've talked about our age all the time.
So if you like to meet stuff, please go to
your best left MD. You want to get to be like, hey,
what are they doing? I want to meet these two knuckleheads,
you know, the fun fun girls. Go to my trow
mine dot com and book a free chat. We're gonna
take a break and we'll be right back.
Speaker 7 (10:48):
Now back to the My Trimline Radio show with Nadia
here on news radio w HV five eighty.
Speaker 2 (10:55):
Tell them we'll come back and thank you so much
for listening. If you're tuning in, one thing I really
would love to ask you, and I'm going to ask
this every segment is please think about Steph and I
are about.
Speaker 3 (11:07):
To do a podcast.
Speaker 2 (11:09):
Okay, so this is actually obviously we have a podcast
on WAH but we're gonna actually do a podcast.
Speaker 3 (11:13):
So if you come up with a clever.
Speaker 2 (11:14):
Name for her and I, please email it to me.
You can go to Michumlin dot com. There's a phone
number you can text it to me. We will absolutely
give you a prize. We'll give you a gift card
for the best name that comes up for the Steph
and I podcast show. We've been thinking about it.
Speaker 5 (11:30):
But remember we're older we're fifty five.
Speaker 4 (11:33):
Yes, what double nickels or double nickels, double nickels menopausele
very so something fun I know that relates to both
men and women, but something catchy and spicy.
Speaker 2 (11:44):
Yeah, because we not only I mean, obviously we'd love
to talk about things that women go through, but we
do talk about things that men go through. I mean,
Art really finds us to be very entertaining.
Speaker 5 (11:52):
He does, he does, you are.
Speaker 3 (11:56):
He can't even keep me straight face back there.
Speaker 6 (11:58):
But Art really loves us right now because as we
brought him Long Island iced tea.
Speaker 3 (12:02):
Yeah, yes, thank you. Oh oh you're so welcome. We're
not going to go back to what right now?
Speaker 6 (12:07):
Not for a while, Yeah, a month, keep it a month,
and then we're going to celebrate.
Speaker 2 (12:11):
Yeah, absolutely absolutely, But you know we you brought him
Long on a stick because he told you there is
one of his favorite drinks.
Speaker 3 (12:17):
Very thoughtful of you, you know, very nice. So Steph,
tell everybody what you do.
Speaker 2 (12:21):
And then also we are going to be on March
eleventh market on your calendar. We're going to be on
Good Day, Pa. You're going to see us in our
Quto adorable Shamrock Saint Patti's stuff, and thank you Amazon,
I know, right, And we're going to also make some
really skinny drinks. It could be with or without alcohol.
So if you don't drink alcohol, obviously you can make
(12:43):
it without and stuff that we can actually eat while
we're drinking. Okay, And remember it's not just alcohol. A
lot of people do drink sodas or things like that.
Speaker 6 (12:54):
You know.
Speaker 3 (12:54):
We we want to kind of keep in mind that.
Speaker 2 (12:56):
Even if you do a mock cocktail, you still want
to keep your food with it very clean.
Speaker 6 (13:01):
And you were educating me earlier because you said about tonic.
Is it tonic water? Yes, so tonic water. I had
no idea. I thought tonic water.
Speaker 3 (13:10):
Was water water. Yeah. Yeah, Now it's awful.
Speaker 1 (13:14):
You know.
Speaker 2 (13:14):
I tell people that my one of my really good
friends loves to drink gin and tonic because that's the thing,
gin and tonic, right, But tonic has more sugar than
regular soday and it's awful. Actually, So there is a
diet yeah, but no, when you go out, nobody's going
to give you gin and diet tonic.
Speaker 3 (13:30):
Actually, dietonic does not. There's diet soda.
Speaker 2 (13:33):
But when you go to get go out to a
bar or wherever they don't have dietonic that doesn't so
you typically have the one take it with you. I
know it's a crappy thing, but just don't do tonic clubs,
you know, club soda, seltzer, water, all of those better.
Speaker 3 (13:45):
You're getting a lot of sugar in your drink.
Speaker 2 (13:48):
You know, I I socially really like to drink over
the weekend specially and maybe once in a bloom when
I might have a glass of wine during a week.
But you know, when you think about you know, I don't.
I haven't gained weight. I really maintained my way. I'm
pretty lean, and the reason being is the choices that
I'm making in my alcohol. And you want to make
sure that your alcohol does not have high content of sugar.
So you put juices with it, You put sodas with it,
(14:11):
You put sugary like liqueurge with it, like full bloom.
Speaker 5 (14:14):
Bailey water with crystal light.
Speaker 2 (14:17):
Yes, oh yeah, you do like that. That's actually with
vodka and water and crystal light.
Speaker 3 (14:21):
I tasted that. That actually tastes pretty good.
Speaker 2 (14:23):
But you're actually on good day, Pa, You're gonna talk
about that today and you're actually gonna make it in
the studio now, which I love it.
Speaker 6 (14:30):
So we have to test it, you guys, so that
way we know if it's any good because when we
have our Saint Patti's Day party, we want everybody to
love it. But I am going to make it's called
a green skinny sprits.
Speaker 5 (14:46):
So it's three ounces of.
Speaker 6 (14:47):
Prosecco, a splash of club soda, and Nadia and I
found club soda at the Fine Wine and Spirits and
it actually has electrolytes in it.
Speaker 5 (14:57):
You can find anyway I have never seen that.
Speaker 6 (14:59):
Yeah, was club soda with electrolytes. So you have your
three ounces of prosecco, a splash of club soda, a
squeeze of lime, and then for festivities, you can add
a drop of green food coloring. So I was messing
with the food coloring. And we'll just say that I
(15:20):
literally have a green thumb right now and a green
index finger.
Speaker 5 (15:23):
It's not a pretty sight.
Speaker 1 (15:25):
Thanks, you know what.
Speaker 2 (15:26):
We're talking about that with Art before we get started,
and You're like, I have a green thumb and then
Art's like it's okay.
Speaker 3 (15:31):
That means you're very good with plants, right, And you said, Art,
that's it. Yeah, yeah, and then an.
Speaker 6 (15:37):
I art kills everything I know? Oh yeah, so do
I Nadia kills I kill.
Speaker 2 (15:42):
Long time ago, ten like ten years ago, somebody was like,
I have a green thumb, just like you. And I said,
oh my gosh, I have a brown thumb. I do
I really have because I kill every plant that's And
then my girlfriend's like, don't say that, don't say don't
say that, but I meant it. I'm a foreigner to me,
my mind does not go dirty like that. When I
say have a brown thumb, it just means a green
(16:04):
What does even green thumb means? Right, there's slangs that
you guys have that I've lived here forever, like most
of my life. I am full blown you know, American honestly,
even though I wasn't born here.
Speaker 3 (16:15):
But the slangs still get me. They get me.
Speaker 2 (16:18):
So when somebody says I have a green thumb, well,
I'm like, that doesn't make any sense that green you know,
I know, green plants. Then you have a brown thumb
because you're killing the plants.
Speaker 3 (16:26):
That just makes sense to me.
Speaker 2 (16:28):
And there was like, no, don't say that, Okay, I'm like,
and they had to explain to me why then I'm like, oh,
you guys have just bad minds. My mind doesn't. I'm
so innocent, A little halo around my head. Just I
couldn't even think of that.
Speaker 3 (16:41):
Anyways. I kill plants. That's the bottom line.
Speaker 2 (16:43):
Okay, So go ahead, we're going to make your drink
and oh, there we go.
Speaker 3 (16:47):
I know, look at drink. Oh my gosh, it's gonna
be okay, you're gonna wonder what you're doing.
Speaker 5 (16:57):
Okay, this is why I need.
Speaker 3 (17:00):
You're trying to open up the pro give it to me,
give it, like, okay, why don't we just talk about
what the drink is?
Speaker 5 (17:08):
Because your face so I'm freight right.
Speaker 3 (17:11):
Oh there you go, that's what you do.
Speaker 5 (17:14):
Okay. I wish you guys could see me.
Speaker 6 (17:19):
So I have prosecco, three ounces of prosecco, my splash
of Navy Club soda with the electrolytes.
Speaker 3 (17:28):
Yeah, which hydrates you.
Speaker 6 (17:30):
And it hydrates you, yes, because we need hydration as
we're drinking.
Speaker 5 (17:33):
And a squeeze of lime.
Speaker 6 (17:35):
And I I've already spilled the green food coloring all
over me and on my little Amazon shirt, so I
think I'm gonna skip that. Plus I don't like staining
of my teeth, I know. But if you had food coloring, it's.
Speaker 3 (17:53):
A distant drop. And if you don't want to put
that put people.
Speaker 6 (17:56):
Oh yeah, what is that midori green? As long as
it doesn't change the taste of.
Speaker 3 (18:04):
It's a melon liqueur.
Speaker 2 (18:05):
But you're talking about a drop just to make it green,
unless you could do the green food coloring, which is
I love how your point drink. If people could just
see this, I'm going to church after this, you know that,
I know.
Speaker 3 (18:17):
I mean one drink.
Speaker 5 (18:18):
Doesn't anyone give a lecture.
Speaker 3 (18:24):
Yeah, I'm gonna get lecture.
Speaker 2 (18:25):
I'm gonna get married, that's for sure, but I'm definitely
giving a lecture. So again, twelve o'clock just come after.
If you're tuning in and you're like, what is this
not job about, it's I'm going to be at cross
Point Church today at twelve o'clock. Food's going to be there.
We're gonna have a seminar with Coach Brex and Pasture Dave.
And this isn't about church. This isn't about you joining Trimline,
(18:46):
This isn't about anything like that. It's honestly, it's education
for free to prevent or treat it like if you
had like an injury, coach bre is gonna talk about
that nice. I know, it's just amazing. And then pastor
Days is going to talk about it's i know, free
advice and pastrags to talk about the spiritual. Our spiritual
side is so important. It is, and I've become very,
very spiritual. I've always been spiritual, but I'm definitely becoming
(19:10):
more closer to God, you know, in religion. The older
I'm getting, I guess it's part of our mortality. I'm
not really sure.
Speaker 6 (19:16):
And we're older now, so it's almost that you want
that relationship versus just going to church and not really
learning about it. But you have a more relationship with
God and with yourself, I know.
Speaker 2 (19:29):
And if you're not that type of person, I'm not
saying that's what you need to be. I think everybody
has their own or what and there's nothing wrong with that.
So there's no right and wrong as long as you
are spiritual within yourself that you want to do right
by the world.
Speaker 3 (19:41):
That's really how I think.
Speaker 5 (19:42):
And like you're sitting on so it's really good.
Speaker 3 (19:48):
It is green. I love that.
Speaker 2 (19:51):
I know you have a hint of I'm not going
to church afterwards. I am, I am, and I'm I'm
only going to do. You've poured me a tiny little cup.
I love tiny little green cup. Maybe we'll take a
picture afterwards and show people. Go to Facebook, Nadia SHREFI
is my Facebook.
Speaker 3 (20:06):
It's open.
Speaker 2 (20:06):
You can send me a friend request, and there's trim
Tribe Wellness.
Speaker 3 (20:10):
Also, it's a free group that you.
Speaker 5 (20:15):
A challenge going on right now, I do.
Speaker 2 (20:16):
It's going to happen in two weeks March a week,
two weeks from tomorrow, say one week from tomorrow, so
March ninth, I'm doing a five week challenge.
Speaker 3 (20:25):
That's what I'm gonna doing.
Speaker 6 (20:26):
So are are people excluded if they're taking the GLP one?
Speaker 3 (20:29):
No, anybody can do it.
Speaker 2 (20:31):
It's just it's a matter of learning nutrition, being able
to understand nutrition and if you want to lose more
weight you can and a lot of body fat, you know,
how mean? I focus on body fat. Body fat is
like the most important to me. I really want to
keep my muscle mass. I'm really into being defined, you know,
And that's what's important to me.
Speaker 3 (20:49):
Not that I need to have like you know, jacked
up arms or anything. That's not what I'm looking for.
Speaker 5 (20:53):
You're a buff.
Speaker 6 (20:54):
You have guns, and it's okay to have guns because
they look nice.
Speaker 3 (20:58):
And I got you have to work out a bout.
Your nutrition's everything.
Speaker 6 (21:01):
So that's why I did not and then creepy and
I couldn't even have prosecco.
Speaker 3 (21:08):
Yeah. Come, that's like opening a jar. So your protein
is very very important, So come and please come and visit.
Say hello.
Speaker 2 (21:15):
So you listen to the radio at cross Point Church
today off a Colonial park. It starts at twelve o'clock.
Lunch is going to be free, the seminar is free.
We're going to take a break and we'll be right back.
Speaker 5 (21:27):
Welcome back.
Speaker 7 (21:28):
This is the my trim Line Radio show with Nadia
here on news radio w HP five eighty.
Speaker 3 (21:35):
Well, come back and thank you so much for listening.
Speaker 5 (21:38):
I just took a sip with that freaking drink and
choked on it.
Speaker 3 (21:41):
I couldn't even say hello everybody.
Speaker 2 (21:43):
Ah, thank you so much. It's a beautiful Sunday. And
let me tell you I have here the wonderful, amazing
norse practition or staff stuff.
Speaker 3 (21:52):
Where do you work, what do you do? What's exactly
what's going on with you?
Speaker 6 (21:55):
Kate, your Best Life MD in Campbell, Pennsylvania. We are
two of five Grand View Avenue behind kind of behind
Holy Spirit Hospital on off Popular Church Road. But we
do a lot of fun things at our office. So
we do botox fillers, lasers, peals, micro needling, IV therapy,
(22:23):
bioidentical hormones and the semi glue tide enters up aetide injections.
Speaker 3 (22:30):
Nice.
Speaker 2 (22:31):
And you know, we had such a beautiful weather this
weekend and yesterday felt amazing.
Speaker 3 (22:37):
Okay.
Speaker 2 (22:37):
So and like I said, most of us don't know
what the weather is going to pertain, what it's going
to do. But one thing we know, and even weather
men know this that summer will come.
Speaker 3 (22:48):
At some point. Summer will come, Spring will be here.
Speaker 2 (22:51):
Actually officially spring is March twenty second, okay. And then
now that's when hopefully the weather might be get. It
might get a snowstorm one time in there. That's just
something that's happens.
Speaker 5 (23:00):
I'll take a blizzard one hour.
Speaker 3 (23:02):
One more, but we're done. Then you know, it's just done.
Speaker 2 (23:05):
So this is actually the most perfect time to focus
on if you want to get a little leaner skin leaning,
Actually you gotta become I like when I like losing weight.
Don't get me wrong, and I like when people lose weight.
But I think you're being lean, meaning like not flabby
skin and not looking like you're gaunt. Yeah, and you
(23:29):
don't have to be at a gym looking fit. I'm
not talking about that either. I'm just talking about looking healthy.
That's what I'm like, lean, fit, healthy.
Speaker 3 (23:37):
But you don't have to be a size two or
a ford. We're not talking about that.
Speaker 2 (23:40):
We're talking about however you are, that you're not like
walking around giggly wiggly all over the place, and you
can if you're like I'm just this age, I will
never get taunt again.
Speaker 3 (23:50):
I don't want to.
Speaker 2 (23:50):
We're not talking about a six pack ab. We're not
talking about you becoming buff. We're talking about you becoming
to a point that you're going to look good in
your clothes, that you're gonna look lean, You're gonna look healthy.
Even if you're one fifty one, sixty one, seventy, there's
a huge just a number.
Speaker 3 (24:05):
It's just a number. It's how you feel in your
own skin.
Speaker 2 (24:09):
Where Stephani, I really want to make sure that on
the inside, in the outside, you feel amazing. She works
on the outside and I work on the inside. That's
really what we do.
Speaker 5 (24:21):
And we're all different.
Speaker 6 (24:22):
I mean, everybody's a different height, different weight, different builds.
Some people have wider shoulders, some people have wider hips.
So you can't look at a number. Some people when
they will come into my office and I always put
a goal weight, and yeah, that gives you a range.
But a lot of people it's just, oh, you know what,
(24:42):
I'm good. I feel good in my skin. Then you
have some patients that are so focused on a number,
Well I need to wait one fifteen. Well why you've
liked one fifteen when you were in high school? But
guess what, we're fifty years old now. So the difference
our bodies are different everything, it's different at that.
Speaker 3 (25:00):
Especially if you have children and menopause.
Speaker 6 (25:02):
Right, Like, how you feel, don't look at the number
on the scale. How you feel exactly what you say.
Speaker 2 (25:09):
And you know, I always tell women and men, you
really have to feel comfortable in your own skin, right,
And I think that's what's really important. Doesn't matter what
the way it is, doesn't matter what size you're wearing,
but how comfortable and be healthy you can you can
fool anybody around you.
Speaker 1 (25:27):
Right.
Speaker 2 (25:27):
You can be happy on the outside, you can do whatever,
but the one person you can never fool is yourself.
Speaker 3 (25:33):
And what goes into your own head. If you're not
comfortable in your own skin and in your own mind.
Speaker 2 (25:41):
It doesn't matter you will. That rippling effect goes to
everybody around you. You feel like you're always happy, but
people can tell. I always can tell when somebody is
not themselves and you don't put a.
Speaker 5 (25:51):
Game face on, yeah, and it doesn't show.
Speaker 6 (25:54):
I mean, I think when you're truly happy where I
notice that in people? It shows in their eyes like
your eyes sparkle. You just you can tell that they
feel good. But when you fake it, I mean, what
do they say, fake it till you make it? While
you don't it does you don't make it too far
because fake and it's just not doing it for it?
Speaker 2 (26:11):
And why do you want to go through life feeling
that way? Like I mean, part of you is going
to feel I don't know, just not genuine. I think
eventually you're going to lose yourself and don't so don't
worry about the number, don't worry about anything like that.
And even for you men out there, honestly, and I
know most of you don't even think about the number
or the belly fat you have, but the fact you
go gray, you wear glasses because we women worry about
(26:32):
things like that. But men do have pride. I mean,
you guys, confidence is extremely sexy.
Speaker 3 (26:38):
That's what I.
Speaker 6 (26:39):
Ask absolutely, Like you can weigh five hundred pounds and
you can be sexy.
Speaker 3 (26:43):
That's actually R. J. Harris says that all the time.
Speaker 2 (26:46):
I mean you said when he was four hundred and
twenty pounds, I mean, like, you know, he said he
was so common.
Speaker 3 (26:52):
I don't know if did you ever know that art?
Did you have ever heard that story?
Speaker 5 (26:55):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (26:55):
I know, like he was like three hundred and eighty whatever,
and he was very confident, and you know, I mean
I should not, but you know women found them attractive,
not that he was married, but because it was confidence.
But his confidence, Yeah, that makes it attractive. Now again,
he wanted to be healthy. He wanted his mind and
how he is his inside to match his outside. So
he lost like close to two hundred pounds. But but
(27:17):
you know, confidence is very sexy. There are some people
out there that are not very good looking. They're not
massively fit, they're not overly like perfectly body, which who
cares about that?
Speaker 3 (27:27):
But confidence? You and I When I talk to those
and they're menful I know, men or women.
Speaker 2 (27:32):
I found them to be very sexy, and I'm like,
I want to hang out, hang out with this person,
right right. I mean a lot of times that people
people want to hang out with people that make them happy,
that are positive, and I really love you want hype girls.
Speaker 6 (27:45):
You want hype girls around you. You want people around
you that bring you up. You don't want people around
you that put you down or say, oh, you lost
too much weight, or what should you do? Or why
are you on the shots, or why are you doing this?
Or why are you doing that? You just want people
to make you feel good and bring you up.
Speaker 3 (28:01):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (28:01):
No, I have clients that come to me and let's
say they weigh like one hundred and forty seven pounds
or one hundred and thirty two pounds, and they want
to get down and like lose ten or twelve pounds.
They tell me, these are and these are women in
their sixties and seventies. Okay, so I've been a little
bit older than us, and they're like, you know, my
friends are saying to me, They're like don't worry about it.
It's only fifteen pounds. Like, what are you so crazy?
Speaker 3 (28:21):
You know?
Speaker 2 (28:22):
I'm like, listen, the person that comes to me that
weighs one hundred and eighty pounds, because they're all overweight
more than her, she was called a bunch of them.
I can't tell you how many I have seen that.
They're like one seventy one eighty. I'm like, yeah, they're
telling you that because number one, they're one hundred and
seventye hundred and eighty pounds. They're like, well, don't worry
about it. You want thirty seven. They would probably give a
left arm.
Speaker 3 (28:40):
To be one thirty seven, right.
Speaker 2 (28:42):
But the other thing is they let you let yourself
get there. Nobody's born being one seventy one eighty. At
one point there were one thirty seven. They only needed
to lose ten pounds.
Speaker 3 (28:52):
Right now they're one seventy one eighty.
Speaker 2 (28:54):
And they're like, oh, what are you worrying about it?
You know what you need to worry about it. You
need to worry about it when it's seven pounds, ten pounds,
whatever it is. When your size keeps going up.
Speaker 3 (29:03):
Oh, yeah, you need to worry about it.
Speaker 5 (29:04):
Oh. I used to see that.
Speaker 3 (29:05):
Yeah, I don't even care about weight.
Speaker 2 (29:07):
But when you're buying bigger and bigger clothes, that's when
you're like, okay, there's all.
Speaker 6 (29:11):
It's pretty bad when you have in your closet certain
sections of closing. Oh yeah, I got a size fourteen,
size twelve, Size ten.
Speaker 3 (29:20):
I had that.
Speaker 2 (29:20):
I mean I honestly for a long time. You know,
I lost fifty seven pounds and you lost forty forty
seven forty seven. Yeah, I can't believe we're like ten
exactly ten pounds apart.
Speaker 6 (29:29):
But I did something before. That's on the GLP ones.
I lost forty seven, but then I had lost about
twenty pounds before that, so I was I was quite
the chunker five to two chunker.
Speaker 3 (29:41):
Are you saying you lost totally of sixty seven.
Speaker 6 (29:43):
Yeah, pretty much, because I lost forty seven on the
GLP ones, but I lost twenty before that.
Speaker 2 (29:51):
Yeah, you lost twenty pounds. You lost more than that
when you did trimline like I did a while ago.
Speaker 3 (29:56):
I did, and that was good, and.
Speaker 5 (29:57):
Then I was horrible, and then I just didn't care.
Speaker 2 (30:00):
And I always care. The problem is just our food.
Sometimes women always care. When women say to me, I
just did not care.
Speaker 3 (30:08):
Yeah, honestly, we always care.
Speaker 2 (30:10):
The problem is just because you get into a funk. Yeah,
it's a silent care. You know, it bothers us silently.
Speaker 5 (30:16):
Absolutely, it's a very we We.
Speaker 2 (30:18):
Women might portray that it doesn't bother us, but oh,
I know, no.
Speaker 6 (30:22):
I would always worry about anytime I'd go out, I
would think, am I going to be the biggest person?
That was the first thing I would think of, Am
I going to be the biggest person?
Speaker 2 (30:32):
I know how many women have said that to me,
especially to social adding. Yeah, but also when they're hanging
around because you have children, so when they're around their children,
they're doing something or regarding like their children activity with
other mothers or parents are going to be there. That's
something I really hate that I always hear about, is
am I going to be the biggest?
Speaker 5 (30:50):
Am I going to be the biggest one?
Speaker 6 (30:51):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (30:52):
Yeah, I mean I was the biggest person for the
longest time and everywhere I went, and now it seems
like I'm the oldest person no matter what a.
Speaker 5 (30:57):
Fun feeling though it really was not a fun.
Speaker 3 (31:00):
Although it's not.
Speaker 2 (31:01):
And then I told you any social outing that I
go to because I think you know at my age,
and I don't know.
Speaker 3 (31:06):
It's not I'm not you know, I'm double nickel, you
know that.
Speaker 2 (31:08):
But I'm just saying I don't feel I don't feel
my age at all now, Like I might as well
be like freaking twenty in my head. But whenever I
go anywhere, I'm honestly either the oldest or the second oldest.
Because I think people my own age, other than you,
you're pretty awesome, they can't hang with me, okay they can't.
Speaker 1 (31:27):
You know.
Speaker 2 (31:27):
I hung out with my twenty four year old niece.
She's amazing. She lives in Northern Virginia. She went to
Korea for school blah blah blah, and she would drink suji.
And if you ever heard of that's Korean drink, it's
called suji.
Speaker 5 (31:38):
No suky no suji.
Speaker 2 (31:41):
It's like the cheapest alcohol, Korean alcohol you can buy
for students.
Speaker 4 (31:44):
Right.
Speaker 3 (31:45):
So, you know, her and I were hanging out.
Speaker 2 (31:48):
We were in Nord d you know, in DC, hanging
out and we did like bottomless mimosas. This is on
a weekend, people, And she's twenty four. She was of age, Okay.
I didn't take like an underage with me, and we drank,
you know, women bar hop being and by like three
in the after she goes and Nadia I can't.
Speaker 3 (32:04):
I can't Nadia and Naudio. I'm just like, she goes,
I don't know if I want to. I'm like, you
don't have to drink anymore. I want I was just
gonna wat.
Speaker 2 (32:12):
We were drinking like one an hour. It's not like
I was like pouring in her mouth or anything. So
but I mean by that time, by three or four,
she goes and Naudio, I just you know, when a
twenty four year old says that to you, I don't
know if you like, I don't know if I should
cry or I should be a little bit disappointed.
Speaker 3 (32:28):
Yeah, I know if I should cry, but like, dang,
I still have it. But you know, I'm an eighties girl,
right gen X. So when I don't know if she's
a millennial on what she is, she's twenty four. What
is that? When that when something when it one says
to me, I can't hang with.
Speaker 2 (32:43):
You, and not about alcohol. We were like drinking, I
was pawing, We're dancing. I mean, there's a little bit
of pride in there. There's a little tear in my eyes.
Speaker 5 (32:49):
That doesn't fit enough after twenty years.
Speaker 2 (32:54):
That's a twenty one year old. That's with a twenty
four year old at that point. So we're gonna come
back and talk about another skinny drinks, and we're gonna
talk about obviously Sat Patty's Day being around. I know
some people don't even care about Saint Patty's Day. I
just love the little shamrock, the little luck. We want
you to have more luck in this world than ever.
That's what Steph and I really wish for you. So
if you want to again, they want Today twelve o'clock
(33:16):
come to Crosspon Church.
Speaker 3 (33:17):
We're doing a free seminar. It's free people.
Speaker 2 (33:20):
Lunch is there free free at cross Point Church off
a Colonia Park Road.
Speaker 5 (33:25):
They will not have prosecco.
Speaker 3 (33:27):
Yes, free by no, but you know I'm mean if film,
I'll bring it.
Speaker 2 (33:29):
But the point being is it can't be there, but
come join us and on March eleventh, Her and I
will be on Good Day.
Speaker 1 (33:36):
Pa.
Speaker 3 (33:37):
Please mark that.
Speaker 2 (33:37):
We're going to do a lot of fun things and
we're gonna be dressed up in shamrock stuff.
Speaker 3 (33:41):
We're gonna take a break and we'll be right back.
Speaker 7 (33:44):
Let's get back to the My trim Line Radio show
with Nadia on US radio doub HP five eighty.
Speaker 2 (33:51):

we can do it.
Speaker 3 (34:17):
So if you come up with the name a name
for help.
Speaker 5 (34:20):
Us out, help us, help us out, help some girls out, because.
Speaker 3 (34:23):
You know, Steph came up with prosecco and what.
Speaker 5 (34:25):
Post ponseco and postmenopause.
Speaker 2 (34:28):
I know, I just I like, I love prosecco. I
just don't like the postmenopause part.
Speaker 5 (34:33):
I mean if that doesn't include men.
Speaker 3 (34:36):
Well not well that will that they had didn't say
something that meant that's a good time.
Speaker 6 (34:39):
We're going to talk about testoster and and sex that'll
get them.
Speaker 3 (34:44):
Yeah, I just.
Speaker 6 (34:48):
So, just I mean, why don't you guys tell us
what you want us to talk about?
Speaker 5 (34:53):
Can you give us some ideas?
Speaker 3 (34:55):
Okay?
Speaker 5 (34:55):
Men?
Speaker 2 (34:56):
Men, men listening out their arts like shaking his head
even more now, men listening out there?
Speaker 5 (35:01):
Please? Do we have any Yeah.
Speaker 3 (35:03):
Of course you have any. Do you have any men listening?
Speaker 1 (35:06):
Yeah?
Speaker 5 (35:06):
Of course I hope we have some guys listening.
Speaker 3 (35:08):
Of course we have men listening. Of course we do.
They're human too.
Speaker 2 (35:11):
So the main thing is is that send us an email,
go to Nadia at my trim line dot com or
go on my website at seven seven eight eight eight
one oh five.
Speaker 3 (35:21):
Text it. You can text me.
Speaker 2 (35:22):
I love it. I love for you to say. I
want you men to say, hey, could you women stop
cackling and laughing and talk about this?
Speaker 3 (35:29):
I praise you. Will do it.
Speaker 5 (35:30):
We'll do it.
Speaker 3 (35:31):
We'll do it. Whatever you want to talk about.
Speaker 2 (35:33):
You're like anything anything, and you know, by the way,
nobody's going to know it's you. So if it's anything
about anything, we will never mention your name, like not
even say a word. But if you're like mention my name,
we will mention your name.
Speaker 3 (35:45):
We're easypasy on.
Speaker 2 (35:46):
What we want to say and how we can say it.
So absolutely again, Nadia on my trim line that's my email,
or go to the website. You're going to see seven
one seven seven eight eight eight one zero five. It's
on the website my trimline dot com and text it.
Text some names that you can think of, some ideas,
and you know, I really want you men to reach out.
I absolutely do in a very nice, positive way. I'm
(36:09):
going to add that in there because in the past
art remember what happened. Oh I remember, No, nobody wants
to nobody wants to that.
Speaker 5 (36:16):
No, we don't want to.
Speaker 3 (36:17):
We don't. We don't want people to like say other
stuff to me.
Speaker 2 (36:20):
But anyway, good stuff, send the ideas, everything like that.
So we know summer is around a corner. We felt
it this weekend. I wonder how your summer clods fill
your little short sleeves. What can we do stuff for
summer coming up?
Speaker 6 (36:32):
Well, as you all know, Number one, my favorite favorite
thing in the entire world is botox. It is my
drug of choice, my love. I love botox. So if
you want it, I know you.
Speaker 5 (36:46):
Don't, I love botox.
Speaker 6 (36:48):
But if you want to just smooth out those fine lines.
And you have the lines above lines above your head,
so you have your forehead wrinkles, you have your crows feed,
you had the elevens between your eyes.
Speaker 5 (37:00):
Come see me, Come see me. I do botox all
day long. Well, And the funny thing is, I like natural.
Speaker 6 (37:09):
Do not come to me. I don't like big lips.
I don't like big cheeks. I don't like a frozen face.
I am a more natural injector. But it's so funny
to me because men, so men get crows feet and
they're distinguished. Men get four head wrinkles, they're distinguished. We
get crows feet, we get forehead wrinkles.
Speaker 5 (37:28):
Oh no, we just look old.
Speaker 6 (37:30):
But I do have a lot of men that are clients,
and I don't try to erase the wrinkles.
Speaker 5 (37:35):
I just want to soften them.
Speaker 3 (37:37):
Right, But you're right about that.
Speaker 2 (37:39):
Like men look rugged, they do, they're distinguished, you know
what I mean?
Speaker 5 (37:44):
No, we look old. It's old.
Speaker 6 (37:47):
And then all the lines. Like my boyfriend, he has
the best crows feet. I would never botox his crows feet.
He's the best crows feed. His laugh line, Yeah, he's adorable.
But another thing that I love. Actually, my sister loves
this more than I do. And I don't know if
you've ever had one. Is a vipeel. So, vipioles are amazing.
(38:10):
They're powerful, medical grade chemical peels and they're designed to
rejuvenate the skin by reducing acne, fine lines, wrinkles, and hyperpigmentation.
So they have several different types of vipeels. So you
have a precision plus with peptides, so that is more
for brown spots. You have a purify, which is more
(38:32):
for acne. You have an advance for us older people
that just you know, want those fine lines.
Speaker 5 (38:38):
And clear skin.
Speaker 3 (38:42):
Glow.
Speaker 5 (38:43):
Yes, you get a glow.
Speaker 6 (38:44):
And when we do a vipel we start from your
forehead and go the whole way down to your chest.
Speaker 5 (38:48):
Nice. They also have body peels as well, which are
really nice.
Speaker 3 (38:52):
Now this isn't This isn't Amphius.
Speaker 6 (38:54):
This is not the Morpheus. I love Morphius. I'm actually
due for my next Morpheus. But this is a vipeel.
So with a vi peel, say you wanted to peel
on the weekend.
Speaker 3 (39:07):
Because it is didn't.
Speaker 2 (39:08):
We were talking about this a little bit and you said,
it's like a two to four peal, Right, yeah.
Speaker 6 (39:13):
So if you want to peel during the weekend, then
you should probably have your peel on a Wednesday because
when you leave the office you still have the peel on,
so you look like Donald. No, I shouldn't say, don't No,
you're a little orange looking, you know, you like like
you look like an oompah lumpa, So you're a little orange.
And that lasts for about four hours and then you
(39:36):
wash your peel off, then you do your peel pads.
But so say you did this was Wednesday, then Thursday
and Friday you look amazing. Your skin looks so good.
And then Saturday and Sunday you'll peel. Yeah, so you
will peel. I mean your skin is peeling.
Speaker 2 (39:52):
No, I'm curious about it because you know I like
that and not more natural stuff like oh you would
love a v I It sounds amazing to me. But
I'm I can stay. I'm wondering if like.
Speaker 5 (40:01):
No, you will be fine.
Speaker 6 (40:02):
So you know my sister she that's her favorite thing
is a vipl I mean other than.
Speaker 3 (40:07):
Both people see me every day and I go to the.
Speaker 6 (40:09):
But you look like I give you creams so you
will leave with the whole king.
Speaker 3 (40:15):
Men can do this too.
Speaker 5 (40:16):
Right, Oh my gosh, absolutely, men can do this. Men
can do this.
Speaker 3 (40:19):
Are you guys going to have this? Like awesome? Your
skin looks like good skin, like I can still look
rugged for men, right, not us.
Speaker 6 (40:27):
But if you have a lot of the hyper pigmentation,
you're a golfer, You're you're a boater, you're a fisherman.
I mean, you have a lot of chronic sun damage.
This solar lenti goes from the sun.
Speaker 5 (40:39):
And if you just want to even out your skin.
Speaker 6 (40:41):
Tone, it's not I mean, I'm not telling you to
do botox or fillers. This is appeal just to even
out your skin tone.
Speaker 5 (40:49):
Or you could also do a laser.
Speaker 6 (40:50):
You can do an IPL, which means intense pulse light.
So an IPL will also hit your reds and your browns.
So if you have a lot of red from roseationha
like me, or you have little vessels to landcitatious on
your face or the brown.
Speaker 5 (41:07):
Spots, you can do a right, we do. I like
the peel.
Speaker 6 (41:12):
I actually like both, so I will do them intermittently.
Speaker 3 (41:16):
We talked about this. I want to do this in
a couple of weeks.
Speaker 6 (41:19):
Yeah, now, and then we could take pictures every day
and post them.
Speaker 3 (41:22):

put me up to I'm I'm happy to share it
with you.
Speaker 2 (41:30):
I know, maybe I'll just put you up because me
peeling is a totally different thing. You know, when I
was talking to I was talking to Amy, Hemmy went,
you know, for a good apa. Yeah, and so you know,
I'm from Iran and we're and Floor Pressure is going
to do a story of me being back home. And
then we're talking about Amy and because do you have
a picture of you, you know, with the back home?
And I said, I only have one and it's just
(41:52):
a job. It's because you know, we were dirt poor.
Its a camera when you're you know, thirty years four
years ago, it looks horrible. So I'm not going to
post that one. I'm not going to post a picture
of me peeling either, Okay.
Speaker 3 (42:03):
Because all peeling, I don't care because you have it,
I don't know, it's different. I'm like dark skin and
I have like you know, so.
Speaker 6 (42:11):
You we've talked about I mean, we didn't talk about
the Morpheus. So we've talked about the peels and I
p L which is good for brown spots and broken capillaries.
Speaker 5 (42:20):
But you've had the Morpheus. I love Morpheus.
Speaker 6 (42:23):
One time, but you've only had it once. You need
to do a series. That's right, you do one a
month for three.
Speaker 7 (42:30):
Off.
Speaker 6 (42:30):
It's fractionated, but it's it stimulates your collagen and it
has radio frequency so it tightens up. Yeah, but I noticed,
I totally noticed a difference in my jaw line when
I did Morpheus.
Speaker 5 (42:45):
Yeah, and these smile lines right here, see.
Speaker 3 (42:47):
Them smiled too much. I have to stop smiling.
Speaker 5 (42:49):
But it's been a year, so I'm overdue.
