Speaker 2 (00:24):
Hello everyone in Happy Sunday to you, and thank you
so much for listening. I always appreciate it. It means
a lot. And hopefully you're having a fantastic weekend. Well,
you know, we're in May. May is here and happy
May to you, and a lot of big things happen
to May in about a couple of weeks. So I'm
going to be celebrating gosh, almost seventeen years of business.

Speaker 3 (00:47):
In a couple of weeks. So we'll talk about that.

Speaker 2 (00:49):
We'll run a wonderful specials for it from now until
I'm going to say the second week of May.

Speaker 3 (00:56):
So this is the time to really take the opportunity.

Speaker 2 (00:59):
We're thinking about, you know, doing something about your health
or getting you know, nutrition more under control, or learning
about nutrition, whether you're doing into shots or not. Whatever
you're doing, this is the time to do it. We're
absolutely running the biggest special possible because of our seventeenth anniversary,
so you will get I'm going to say at least

(01:19):
sixty percent off. Well, I individualize all the programs. I'm
not part of a franchise or corporation, so we could
do monthly payments. We can start with a small program
or a larger program, but this is absolutely the time
to do and you can help us celebrate our seventeenth anniversary.
Today's program is really going to be really informative. I've been,
you know, as I'm getting older, as we're all getting older,

(01:41):
I guess you know, some things in our life are
very very important and some of the research that I've done,
it's really important for your minerals, your trace minerals.

Speaker 3 (01:51):
We're going to talk about them and if you don't
know what they are.

Speaker 2 (01:53):
Honestly, this is probably the most important show you can
listen to in a sense of how to truly increase
your metabolism, your health, your energy. I mean, you name it,
you're gonna be able to do it. And again go
to mytrim line dot com. You are not honestly, it's
just a booking free It's a fifteen minute call or

(02:15):
twenty minutes that we can talk on the phone. I
can give you information about the program, what we do,
how we do it, what have you been doing, what
are you looking for? You can take the information and go.
You can take the information and then we set up
the actual consult So even after the phone call, we
can still decide which step we're going to take if
any together, and you can go to my trim line

(02:37):
dot com and book that free chat to celebrate our
seventeen year anniversary coming up in a couple of weeks.

Speaker 3 (02:43):
So you know, when it comes to trace.

Speaker 2 (02:46):
Minerals, which is like one of the most important things,
you're not tired or really slowing down, you're just really
missing your minerals. And today we're talking about the real
reason you're tired or foggy or craving sugar and blaming
your age or your hormones, or your spouse and maybe

(03:06):
even your dog on everything. So at Trendline, where you
know we're about to celebrate seventeen years, we've helped thousands
of people lose weight, keep muscle, and actually enjoy their
life while doing it, because let's be honest. If plain,
if a plan doesn't work in real life, it doesn't work.

(03:27):
It has to happen in real life. You can't do
something to lose your weight, meaning you know, do a
keto or the shots or inimit fasting, and if you're
not going to do that for the rest of your life,
it's not going to stick. Okay, So we actually teach
you everything as you lose your weight that you're going
to continue to do them even after you reach your goal,

(03:48):
because it has to be real life. Because if it's
not real life, it does not work. And today I'm
going to be talking about something that might be missing.
We're talking about the missing link for so many of
you listen. I mean so many, so many, so many,
and honestly I was one of them. Okay, so it's
not just you, it's me. So if you're eating well,

(04:08):
you know, you're trying to stay active, whether you're walking
or going to the gym, you're going to be swimming
coming around the corner, or you you know, you just
kind of do yard work anything any kind of activity,
or you're and you're watching your portions.

Speaker 3 (04:21):
Let's say you're watching what you're eating.

Speaker 2 (04:23):
You're trying to be a little bit healthier, but your
energy is off, your body feels a little softer, or
your metabolism just isn't responding the way it used to.

Speaker 3 (04:34):
And you know, I know that I don't know.

Speaker 2 (04:36):
Probably a lot of people are under shots out there,
and you know, the side effects are getting to be
known can still be worse and worse. And you've seen
all the oh my gosh, the actors and actresses in
Hollywood that they look absolutely horrible.

Speaker 3 (04:50):
And it's just research it, please.

Speaker 2 (04:52):
And if you're going to be on it for the
rest of your life, which I hope you don't, I
really do hope that you put nutrition with it. This
is one of the most important things that you're absolutely
can do when it comes to the weight loss shots
is to put nutrition with it. Okay, so and again,
even if you lost weight, to get a bit with
the shots or whatever you're doing, and your body the
evil feels a little bit softer and you're like, okay, well,

(05:14):
and you know, steph hush brother. Nourspectation has been on
with me many many times. She tells you a million times.
Even when we're on good day, Pa and we're gonna
be on Good Day Pa. By the way, this Tuesday,
so her and I will be on Good Day Pa,
which is Cinco.

Speaker 3 (05:29):
De Mayo, is it this Tuesday? Yeah?

Speaker 2 (05:31):
Yeah, it is my Goodness that's coming around, So Her
and I will be on there.

Speaker 3 (05:36):
You know, go to Good Day Pa.

Speaker 2 (05:37):
It starts at ten to eleven and we're gonna be
making it, makeing some global drinks out there and talking
about everything. So tune in this Tuesday at Good Day Pa.
You'll see Steph and I on there. And that way, sh'l.
The even tell you that the shots don't increase your metabolism,
they don't change your habits toward food. None of that happens, okay,
So it's very important for you to learn nutrition, increase

(06:01):
your metabolism and be healthy and you know, provide your
body the nutrients that it needs.

Speaker 3 (06:08):
And here's the truth.

Speaker 2 (06:09):
It may not be your age, and it may not
even be your hormones. You might just be missing something
very very fundamental, and that's your minerals. If you're like,
wait a minute, I've heard of minerals and trace minerals.
So there's Mariizona trace minerals and you're like, and honestly,
you can't really get it through food one hundred percent
by any means, So you know, it's it might be

(06:31):
your minerals that are ghosting you.

Speaker 3 (06:34):
I mean, I know there's men.

Speaker 2 (06:35):
Out there that ghost you, but there's really your minerals
are absolutely the most important thing. And if you're like, oh,
I don't even know what the heck they are, and
I don't know if I've eve been getting them in,
you really need to focus on getting your minerals in. So,
you know, we obsess over protein. I do anyways, and
a lot of people obsess over calories, which is almost

(06:56):
ridiculous thing in the world. And I've been saying this
a million Timescounting is awful for you. And you should
never ever, ever, ever be in a calorie deficit. Never
ever calorie deficit. Those two words are the worst. I
hate those two words. It's like so bad for you,
especially if you're working out a lot. You absolutely should
not be in any form of deficit, let her one

(07:17):
a calorie deficit. So you know, you should obsess definitely
more with protein. That's really the main thing you want
to do. But we do talk about proteins and calories
of course, and carbs, but ignore the tiny nutrients running
the entire show, and that's your trace minerals. That is
really what's gonna make it or break it for you.
I mean, you could be working so hard and doing

(07:39):
things so much, but in reality you really are not
doing what you need to be doing to get everything
under control, and that is really taking care of your
trace minerals. So they're absolutely the most important thing, Okay.
And you're like, okay, well, what the heck are the
trace minerals and what are you talking about? And that's
exactly what we're talking abot at this show, you know.

(08:01):
So the key players, which is really and why trace
mintals also important, are like magnesium the chill pill you
wish your you know, sometimes your partner would take, honestly,
but magnesium is definitely amazing, and I know, probably in
the last five six months, magnesium has become this big,
big thing for sleeping and resting, and that's why it's

(08:23):
called the chill pill, right.

Speaker 3 (08:25):
But there's different magnesiums.

Speaker 2 (08:27):
You can't you can't just go get them and get
them off of your CBS or actually anywhere for that matter,
because you know the kind and the potency and that
those are really really important when it comes to your magnesium. Obviously,
zinc it's your immunity for your hormones and skin repair.
You know, part of problem is is how we are

(08:49):
cultivating and doing our land and our food here in America. Unfortunately,
we just deplete it of everything. It's all about money
making and nobody cans and you know, it doesn't matter
how bad or grains are, or our flower is and
every single freaking fruit or vegetable, we just deplete it.
So it's really important for you to be like, hey,

(09:12):
I'm not I'm most likely not getting this through my food,
So what do I need to do to stay healthy
and all of these Like, imagine the way we're aging,
how sick we're going to get our bone density, you know,
our muscle, So zinc is for your immunity, for hormones
and skin repair. You don't want to get rid of
those fine lines and wrinkles.

Speaker 3 (09:31):
Zinc is it.

Speaker 2 (09:31):
Selenium for your thyroid and anti aging support. Selenium is
absolutely incredible. You know what one of the greatest things
that ties selenium in it is Brazilian nuts. Brazilian nuts
are absolutely wonderful and you only need one or two
a day. That's it no more than that one or
two a day, So you're talking about just adding that

(09:54):
to your daily routine. It really balances your thyroid and
it's a huge ti aging support, but it has so
many benefits it's absolutely unbelievable. Then there's iron energy, especially
for women, potassium, heart and hydration. Trace minerals tiny but mighty.

(10:16):
You're absolutely help you with your mood, your metabolism, your hydration,
and your aging. You can eat all the kill or
all the salads in the world, but if your minerals
are low, your body is basically like thanks, I'll just
you know, go into picnic mode and it's going to
absolutely totally, you know, defeat the whole purpose of it. Okay,

(10:37):
And these are easy things that you can add to
your routine on a daily basis to be able to
be anti aging, sleep better, not get sick, your immunity,
your hormones, skin repair, thyroid energy, metabolism, I mean, you
name it, heart, hydration. It's just a few things that
you're going to add to your daily routine that's going

(10:57):
to help you with all of these. So go to
my trimline dot com. Help us celebrate us seventeenth year
seventeen years. Listen, seventeen years. We must be doing something right, Okay,
and I have a small staff they've been with me
for fifteen years and longer. Will help you to get
your goal, but most more importantly, for you to look good,
feel good, not just for summer, but for your entire life.

(11:18):
Go to my trim line dot com and book that
free chat.

Speaker 4 (11:22):
Now back to my Trimline radio show with Nadia here
on NewsRadio WHB five eighty hell and we'll.

Speaker 2 (11:29):
Come back and thank you so much for listening. And
I really appreciate when people reach out or they go
to my trimline dot com and book that fifteen minute
free chat.

Speaker 3 (11:38):
Nothing's more important than your nutrition. Nothing.

Speaker 2 (11:41):
I don't care if you lost way through the weight
loss shots and you're thinking, Na'm of my diabetes medication
blah plash or whatever. But that does not fix your nutrients.
That does not fix your muscle mass, your bone density,
your long term health. If you've been doing the shots,
I don't know whether it be a couple of months
or over a year or longer.

Speaker 3 (12:02):
And you know the health, your your health is the
most important thing.

Speaker 2 (12:05):
Without that, honestly, you're going to find out that life
is going to get really, really much harder to live
if your health is not good and you're you know,
the way you want to age, the way you want
to be around for your children, your grandchildren, those are
all the most important things. And right now, you know,
we're going to be seventeen years with Trimline, which is
absolutely insane. In a couple of weeks we're going to

(12:25):
have a huge, huge, huge sale. That's that's in play.
So go to my trim line dot com and book
that free chat. You're gonna get sixty percent, if not more,
off of everything. Obviously you're counseling. We do everything one
on one. It's you know, we'd be virtual or personal,
So it's really anything that you want because I personalize

(12:46):
everything because I'm not part of a franchise or corporation,
so I can do monthly plans and see if you
want to do a smaller program or a bigger program,
and really have knowledge of what you do to not
only lose the weight, keep your muscle mass, look fit,
be strong boned. I mean really and asn't matter how
old you are, you can actually get stronger the older

(13:06):
you get. Okay, I'm considering more stronger than I was
when I was in my forties. Okay, so there is
no you know, it's not too late ever, So this
is really the perfect time to do it. So go
to mytrim line dot com. It's a fifteen minute chat,
no obligation. We can talk on the bone. Then if
we decide, then we can set up the console. So
this is not the console. This is just a conversation

(13:26):
on the phone. So take advantage, you know, lose as
much as you want, especially for the summertime. It will
be here and we'll all know it's going to come here,
but honestly for life, you know, for the fall, for
the for the winner, for you to be able to
be healthy for life, not just for a season, but
for life.

Speaker 3 (13:45):
And right now are we really.

Speaker 2 (13:46):
Are talking about something that's extremely important which most places
and more people miss, which is your minerals and your
trace minerals. And they're really important things to put into
your body. And we talked about that. It's going to
affect your sleep, your immunity, your harm, your skin, repair,
your thyroid, it's anti aging support and metabolism boosting for

(14:07):
your heart, for hydration and totally for mood and aging.
Those are all is what your trace minerals and your
minerals do, okay, And why are we so deficient? Well
I did touch based on it a little bit, but
the real reasons is soil depletion. You know, our broccoli
isn't what our grandma used to have, right, so our
food has just been so horribly processed. I mean, processed

(14:30):
foods are the worst. Okay, And we do it and
they have it, and sometimes it's okay because we need to,
you know, maybe for convenience, but not all the time.
And stress stress burns through minerals fast, really fast. It
really you know, burns to your minerals. And coffee alcohol
you know, they deplete your magnesium and your zinc. And

(14:53):
I'm a huge coffee drinker. Oh my goodness, I absolutely
love coffee. I love to go to bed to wake
up in the morning have coffee. And you know, if
you listen to any of my shows and Step, especially
when you step the Nurse Practitioner at Your Best Life
MD is on with me, you're gonna obviously you're gonna know,
and you're gonna even look at this Tuesday We're gonna
be on good day, Pa. So from ten to eleven,

(15:16):
check us out. We're gonna be talking about obviously sink
of demayo. And you know, my point is we do
drink alcohol, so that way you're gonna see. But those
are two things that deplete your magnesium and your zinc.
And aging, just good old aging, okay. Nobody goes backwards.
We all age, So aging reduced absorption, okay, because the

(15:39):
more the older we get, the less we can observe
our minerals and trace minerals.

Speaker 3 (15:43):
So if you're over fifty and.

Speaker 2 (15:45):
Wondering why your body suddenly has new rules, okay, congratulations,
your mineral reserves have entered a retirement. Honestly, So I'm
hoping one day and am I hopefully sooner than later,
I can retire or probably won't happen for a very
long time. When you own a small business, you're gonna
have to work probably until you die. I think large,

(16:07):
but they might have to happen.

Speaker 3 (16:08):
I don't know. I don't know how that's gonna work.

Speaker 2 (16:10):
You know, when you own a small business, you know
you don't You don't be like, hey, you know what,
I reached sixty five and I'm retiring.

Speaker 3 (16:16):
You do it until you do it.

Speaker 2 (16:18):
So but honestly, your trace minerals are over fifty my goodness,
they're pretty much they're on retirement.

Speaker 3 (16:26):
Maybe you're not, but they are.

Speaker 2 (16:27):
So these are like some really important things for you
to be able to incorporate, and so you're like crace
minerals and minerals look it up. It's amazing. It's what
tiny little things that really are so important for your
body to be able to put together. You know, everyday
foods that actually help. No extreme diets, oh gosh, I
absolutely hate extreme diets. I'm so against them. We're just

(16:51):
like real life at Trimline, right. No, extreme diets, just
don't do it. Don't do it. And I know, you
know with people with the shots on them or they
do keto or whatever, or just don't do anything extreme
and don't go not eating all day long. Oh my god,
I cannot tell you how many clients I have now
I have over thirty dogs are refer their patience to
me because of these weight loss shots. I've had them

(17:13):
refer it for many reasons, but now it's mainly because
of these weight loss shots and have people are just
totally depleting their body of everything, and people just don't
eat all day long. I mean, and it's really one
of the worst things you could do for your body.
So you need to absolutely eat. You need to eat
to lose weight, you need to eat to be healthy.

(17:34):
And I'm not talking all day long. There's definitely different
foods that give you the right nutrients and obviously the
right minerals and the right trace minerals. So some things
that you can put into your day. And like I said,
this is just everyday real life stuff. Is sea salt,
you know, real salt, not table salt. They have a
lot of trace minerals.

Speaker 3 (17:54):
Sea salt.

Speaker 2 (17:55):
Now you're like, oh my bloo, pressure is high or
my doctor told me that time too much. Sea salt
is great and you can use at least I don't know,
have a teaspoon a teaspoon, you could use it.

Speaker 3 (18:06):
You can crack it on pretty much.

Speaker 2 (18:08):
You know, whether you want your protein or your salad,
you can use it. It has a lot of trace minerals
in that leafy greens has a massive amount of magnesiums
Any leafy green that you like, put it into your
daily routine.

Speaker 3 (18:21):
Pumpkin seeds. Pumpkin seeds are wow.

Speaker 2 (18:24):
There are a zinc powerhouse and remember what zinc is
good for, okay, zinc immunity, your hormones, skin repair. So
pumpkin seeds are great. And if I'm not saying, do
a pound of pumpkin seeds, okay, I know people get
really crazy with nuts and seeds. Just portion control it,
put in it like a little I don't know, ramacan

(18:45):
or whatever, and have some. And actually I bought pumpkin
seeds from Costco. I know, I'm a Costco addict, so
they really have some awesome, really nice size lightly with
sea salt. So imagine you're getting your tracee minerals with
the sea salt and your zinc powerhouse with the pumpkin seeds.

Speaker 3 (19:02):
Eggs.

Speaker 2 (19:03):
Eggs have selenium and eye dying in it. And you
know one thing that we have so many people have
massive thyroid issues is because of the eye dying, Okay,
And that is part of the problem, because again we're
depleting everything that we're putting into our body, and one
of the one things that we're depleting is the eye
dying unfortunately.

Speaker 3 (19:24):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (19:24):
So eggs have selenium for your brain, for function, for
your metabolism, and avocados are amazing. Avocados are absolutely wonderful,
and I feel like I hate avocados because I know
people that do. You can really honestly blend it into
an amazing smoothie. You won't even taste the difference. You're like,
why blend the avocado? Trust me, I mean put it

(19:46):
into a nice protein shake. You really will not even
It actually adds a lot of creaminess to it with
your massive good good fats. So avocados have massive potassium,
and it's even better for you not to get Charlie
horses or aches and pains. Avocados are the key bone broth.
I can't talk enough about bone broth. It is probably

(20:07):
the best thing that you could put into your body
on a daily basis. It gives your minerals and it's
awesome for your gut support.

Speaker 3 (20:15):
You know.

Speaker 2 (20:15):
The gut support is crucial for your digestion of your food,
for you to get your nutrients, for you to actually
get all your vitamins improperly. So bone broth. Go get
it from wherever you like, Get a little saty or
no salt added. I get like cases of it, Oh
my goodness. I think probably every other week, two weeks
or three weeks at a time. Yes, from Costco. It's organic,
it's salt free. I actually a little bit of salt,

(20:38):
well not that much, but it's absolutely amazing. Okay, So
I saute with it, I cook with it. I make
stews and stews with it, and honestly, sometimes I make
it over stove and I put a little.

Speaker 3 (20:49):
Bit turmeric, pepper, ginger.

Speaker 2 (20:52):
I put a little bit of basil last time in it,
and a fresh lemon juice. I just take a lemon
cut in a half and put it in a mug
and I drank it and it was absolutely delicious. As protein,
it's great for your skin. It's collagen, you know the
collagen powders that you guys put into your coffee in
the morning. And collagen is like one of the most
important things for you for your skin, for your hair,

(21:14):
for your nails. It's pure collagen and it's giving you
like sixteen to eighteen grams of protein. And you can
just drink that anytime during the day or just have
it after dinner, and it will really help you to
be able to not snack on things either. So chicken
bone broth is absolutely amazing, and put it into your
daily routine and you can do a million things with it.

(21:35):
So this is these are tiny things that we teach
our clients at trim Line that really changes their entire
life within not just the number changing on the scale,
which in you know, seventeen years, I haven't had one
person that has not lost weight with me. But this
is something that you learn to put into your body
to be able to be healthy for life. Go to

(21:57):
mytrim line dot com book that fifteen minute chat.

Speaker 3 (22:00):
That's where it starts.

Speaker 2 (22:01):
See if we're a good fit and if then if
you want, we will set up the consolet so you
can go to my trim line dot com and book
that fifteen minute chat.

Speaker 3 (22:09):
I'll take a break and I'll be right back.

Speaker 4 (22:12):
Welcome back. This is the my trim Line Radio show
with Nadia here on NewsRadio WHB five eighty.

Speaker 3 (22:20):
Welcome back, and thank you so much for listening.

Speaker 2 (22:21):
If you're just tuning in and we are talking about
one of the most important things that you can put
into your body, and that's your minerals and trace minerals.

Speaker 3 (22:29):
And you know, soon right around the corner.

Speaker 2 (22:30):
In a couple of weeks, it's going to be Trimline
seventeen year anniversary, which I cannot believe. You know, we've
been together that long art I think pretty much like
a year after.

Speaker 3 (22:39):
I opened up. That's crazy, I know.

Speaker 2 (22:41):
So we've been we've been together for like sixteen years
with this radio show.

Speaker 3 (22:45):
Lord. We were young all about that. We were young.
I still feel we're young. I don't think we're old
by any means. We're still young yet. I know it's
all in.

Speaker 2 (22:55):
It's all in the head, that's what I say. And
I don't feel my age whatsoever. I mean, I probably good,
but I should probably grow up a little bit, but
not doing it. And if you're listening out there, you're like,
I don't want to grow up.

Speaker 3 (23:05):
Don't do it. Do not grow up. It's not fun.

Speaker 2 (23:08):
Okay, we have too much on our plates anyways, there's
too much happening in this world.

Speaker 3 (23:11):
There's enough stress happening. You should not grow up.

Speaker 2 (23:15):
Partially enjoy it, have fun, and you know, keep your
body strong and keep yourself. You know, really your body,
your muscle, your bones, your mind, your.

Speaker 3 (23:25):
Mind is really important.

Speaker 2 (23:27):
You really want to be able to take care of yourself,
not just from the outside but also from the inside.
And that's what we're talking about. You know, I trendline
that I can't believe again seventeen years. This is the
time to do it. You're getting huge discounts for our anniversary.
And the fifteen minute chat is a phone call and
to see you know, whether you're on the weight loss
shots or whatever, even if you lost weight. To tell

(23:47):
you the truth, I have over thirty docs or for
their patients to me, even though their patients have lost weight,
they are begging them to really learn about nutrition and
be able to put nutrition with it so they can
eventually even come off the medication. A lot of doctors
do not want you to be on them for the
rest of your life.

Speaker 3 (24:06):
They don't.

Speaker 2 (24:07):
That's the right doctor that tells you that, okay, even
if you're doing like a you know, maintenance aspect of it,
you eventually want to come off of it. And how
you treat your body, it's going to be the case.
You know your muscle, your bones, your strength, and you
don't want to totally damage yourself that oh yeah, I
lost the weight, I'm off my diabetes medication, blood pressure, cholesterol, whatever.

(24:27):
But then now you have bone issues, you have skin issues,
you have muscle issues. That really is going to deteriorate
over time. So the healthier you put things into your
body and learn about nutrition, the more you're going to
have a type of body that you're going to keep
healthy for the rest of your life, not just right
now just to lose the weight and look skinny or
whatever you're trying to look, but really for you to

(24:50):
be able to health manage it and be healthy for life,
so you can feel good, you can have energy you
you know you can. It's pretty much anti aging on
top of it when you put the right nutral in
your body.

Speaker 3 (25:01):
And that's exactly what we're talking about.

Speaker 2 (25:03):
It's your minerals and you and your you know, trace minerals,
and I feel like I really do need to know
about nutrition. I mean, most people think they're eating healthy,
but they're not. Believe me, and you're like, you know,
let me look into this. Maybe this is something I
really want to check into. It's a fifteen minute free chat,
that's all it is. When you go to my trimline
dot com and book it, we talk on the phone

(25:25):
and if we're like, hey, we're a good fit, then
we set the consolet so there's no even nothing otter
than that phone call to give information. I'll take some information,
you know, see what you're looking for, and then then
we can take the next step together if we choose
to do so.

Speaker 3 (25:40):
So it's simple as that.

Speaker 2 (25:41):
That's all you need to do and go to my
trimline dot com and book that free chat. So, you know,
we've been talking about minerals and trace minerals and people
are wondering what the heck are they, but they are
the most important thing that you could imagine. You know,
we talked about when it comes to getting more minerals
through food. This is where we keep it simple and
really listic. Think everyday options you can actually stick with,

(26:03):
like leafy greens, avocados, eggs, and we talked about this,
and even a pinch of high quality sea salt on
your meals. Add in a handful of nuts and seeds,
especially pumpkin seeds, almonds and walnuts. They're the best, and
you're naturally boosting zinc, magnesium and healthy fats that support
metabolism and your muscle metabolism and your muscle foods like salmon,

(26:27):
grass fed beef, bone broth. We talked about that. Also
bringing a key minerals that help with recovery, energy and
keeping your body strong as you lose fat. This isn't
about overhauling your diet. It's about making small, consistent upgrades
that add up.

Speaker 3 (26:46):
They absolutely add up.

Speaker 2 (26:48):
You put it in a couple of days a week,
they're going to add up. Right, a couple days a
week turns into a couple of you know, bunch of
days a month, and they're going to start to add up.
So this is really you being consistent and adding upgrades
to your daily eating and your routine. And for those
of you who want an extra edge, especially if you're busy, active,
or over fifty, clean supplemental can make a real difference.

(27:12):
Look for high quality magnesium glyconate to support your sleep
and recovery balance, zinc supplement for hormones and immune health,
and a liquid trace mineral blend that your body can
easily observe. I mean it's like a little liquid. It
comes in a dropper, it's you can't get any easy
and it's not even that expensive. It could be like

(27:33):
anywhere from eight to ten bucks. People think you have
to spend massive amount of money on massive amount of supplements.

Speaker 3 (27:39):
That is not the truth whatsoever.

Speaker 2 (27:42):
You can also add a clean electrolyte powder without added
sugars to support your hydration, especially if you're working out
or trying to lean out. The key puffiness right. The
key here is quality over quantity. Always remember quality over quantity.
No longer ingredients lists, no fillers, just targeted support that

(28:06):
helps your body function better, so fat loss, energy, and
overall wellness become easier to maintain. It's really what that is.
The trim Line approach, honestly, is a real life first.
That is my motto, Real life first. At Trimline, We're
never believed in extremes. Never ever, For seventeen years, never

(28:29):
have you believed in extremes. We don't cut out entire
food grooves. We don't tell you that you can't have
a glass of wine. We don't pretend you're never going
to eat carbs or sugar again, because you are. That's
real life and the goal is to teach your body
how to work with that, not against it. That is

(28:49):
all we do. We teach your body to work with it,
not against it. Fat loss isn't about punishment. I am
so into fat loss and then keeping your muscle. That's
like the greatest thing in the world. That's what you
look good in your clothes, and I know the shots
people lose weight, but honestly, and then your fat loss,
that's a totally different look. It's a totally different look

(29:11):
when you put nutrition into with the shots or keyt
or whatever else you're doing. It's about balance, consistency and
giving your body what it actually needs. And one of
the biggest things we see, especially in clients over forty
or fifty and beyond, is that they're doing a lot
of things right when we teach them, when they do it,

(29:33):
and then now they're doing a lot of things right,
but their body is still struggling. And that's where minerals
come in. Honestly, we just put everything tuned in and
hone in on everything. So even though when people lose
a lot of weight, oh my goodness, you're losing a
lot of your minerals and your trace minerals, and those
are the things that you cannot deplete yourself up. So

(29:53):
think of your vitamins as your construction crew minerals. There
are the elect atritions. Nothing works without them. Okay, so
nothing works without them, or at least properly nothing works
without them. So why minerals matter for fat loss and energy?
Think of your body like a system. You can eat clean,

(30:16):
you can exercise, you can do all the right things
that you think basically are right. But if your minerals
are low, the system doesn't run efficiently, pure and simple.
And when that happens, your metabolism slows down, your body
holds onto fat, your sleep gets disrupted, your cravings increase,

(30:37):
your stress tolerance drops. And here's the key. That's when
people start blaming themselves. I must not be trying hard enough.
But that's not it at all. Your body's trying to
protect you because without the right nutrients, especially minerals, it
shifts into survival mode. And we know when our body

(30:59):
goes into survival mode, oh my goodness, we'll hold on
to the fat. It just really works against us because
it is just trying to survive. It doesn't care. It's
just trying to survive. And survival mode does not burn fat. Okay,
it just doesn't.

Speaker 3 (31:15):
So, key players, we talked about.

Speaker 2 (31:17):
This is your magnesium, your zinc, your selenium, iron I dine, potassium,
and your trace minerals.

Speaker 3 (31:25):
Okay, you're like, wow, this sounds like a lot of supplements.
Really it isn't.

Speaker 2 (31:29):
Okay, you can get a good bit of them through
food that we already talked about, and some of them
are very easy to take through supplements. So that's really
what we're looking at to kind of balance it out.
So what minerals really actually do, well, let's make this simple.
Vitamins get all the attention, but minerals are what activate everything.

(31:52):
They're like your little switch, they're your little fire. Minerals
activate everything. Think of your body like a luxury home. Okay,
we all want to think of our body as a
luxury home. We want to be nice. That'd be pretty awesome, right,
a luxury home or really awesome.

Speaker 3 (32:09):
For you men.

Speaker 2 (32:09):
I should probably compare it more to like a car,
you know, like a luxury car or a very what's
like a really good car out there that you men
love a lot?

Speaker 3 (32:19):
Art? Oh, I don't know transnd Oh there you go
go old school. I like that.

Speaker 2 (32:25):
That's why something my brother would say. So, you know,
if you look at a luxury home or a car
that's like runs efficiently and sounds amazing, probably Italian made
or something. But you know, protein builds it, carbs and
fats fuel it, and vitamins decorate it.

Speaker 3 (32:46):
Okay, that's really.

Speaker 2 (32:48):
How if you look at your body, honestly, and you
want to be like I want to be in a
luxury home, which is your body. You live in your body.
I don't know if you get that or you don't
get it. You know, you live in two places. I've
been saying this for decades, your body and your mind. Okay,
you need to take care of your body. So if

(33:08):
your body is your luxury home, your protein builds it,
your carbs and fats fuel it, your vitamins decorated. It
is the whole foundation of how your body can turn
into like this fat burning machine. And you're gonna look lean,
and you're gonna be strong, and you're gonna be able
to pick up your grandchildren and carry it a case

(33:30):
of water, or be able to open up a jar,
or you know, just basically getting out of a chair,
getting into a car, getting into an amusement bark chair.
I mean, these are everyday life things that you're gonna
be able to do once you take care of your home,
your body, your body that you live in and all

(33:52):
of this. We've made it easy at Trimline for over
like a decade and a half now, we've made it easy.

Speaker 3 (33:57):
If you're like that doesn't sound easy. We make it easy.

Speaker 2 (34:00):
It is as easy as again, we have most of
our clients like, if they knew it was going to
be this easy, they would have done it a long
time ago. But you know what, the information is free.
It's a fifteen minute chat. You can go to my
trimline dot com book it. You can ask any questions.
I love to talk to you. You don't have to
book the consult even you really don't need to because
once we talk on the phone and if you're like, listen,
I really want to get to know more. I really

(34:21):
want to know what this is even really about deeper,
then we set the consult. But the fifteen minute chat,
even the consult's free.

Speaker 3 (34:29):
Okay, so book a fifteen minute chat.

Speaker 2 (34:32):
Let's talk about celebrate our decade and a half, if
not longer than that celebration, this is a great time
to do it. But you can talk on the phone
and we can give you information. We can go from there,
go to my trim line dot com book that free chat.

Speaker 4 (34:46):
Let's get back to the My trim Line radio show
with Nadia on Usradio doubled HP five eighty.

Speaker 2 (34:52):
Welcome back and thank you so much for listening and
tuning in. I hope you're learning something amazing about your
minerals and trace minerals. And if you're like, I don't
know what the heck that is and I don't know
if that's very important, it is one of the most
important things you can do.

Speaker 3 (35:05):
So you could do it through food.

Speaker 2 (35:07):
There's actually a trace mineral liquid that comes in drops.
It's really not expected. I don't know, it's like maybe
eight ten bucks. It's pretty amazing that you could put
that into your daily routine. And if you're worry about
anything like that, check with your doctor. You know it's
something that it's nothing weird or something that's you know,
medicated or anything like that. But you can absolutely can
do that. But it's really important for your body. And

(35:29):
I said it before the break that you know, if
you look at your your you know you're being a
luxury home because I really hope you want to look
at your body that way. Because we do live in
our body and we do live in our mind. Those
are two places that we live. And I always tell
people you need to make sure that you're healthy. Your
body's healthy because you're going to grow old in it.
Your mind needs to be at peace. Because you can't

(35:50):
be constantly in stress mode. Even though I don't know,
stress is part of life. I have that probably every day.
But you really want to be at a point where
you are, you know, healthy, you on your own body
and skin, and be at a place where your mind
is you're not going to lose your mind, you know,
whether it be Alzheimer's or you know.

Speaker 3 (36:08):
Just dementia. I mean, you know everything you can.

Speaker 2 (36:12):
There's like a million things that if you eat healthy,
your body's going to age better and your mind's going
to really persevere better. It's going to grow with you
in a sense of your strength and focus. And it
all belongs in your food that you're putting into it.
And your minerals and trace minerals are extremely crucial. And
I told your protein is what builds it. So if

(36:34):
you're your home, your body is a home, protein is
what builds it.

Speaker 3 (36:37):
Carbs and fats.

Speaker 2 (36:38):
Don't stay away from carbs all the time, goshketle people.
Carbs and fats fuel it, and vitamins really decorated. They
really make it beautiful, they make it amazing. But minerals
they run the electricity, okay, they fire and ignite everything
without them lights flicker, system glitch and things start breaking down.

(37:01):
That is how important your minerals are all to you. Okay, absolutely,
So imagine having your home and there's no electricity there,
really come on. So we're not going to go back
to the stone ages. Your minerals are extremely important. And
here's where it matters for you. If your minerals are low,
your metabolism slows down. Your body holds onto weight, your

(37:24):
skin looks dull and saggy and wrinkly. Your sleep gets lighter,
meaning you don't go into deep sleep even if you
think you're sleeping, well, there is your rem and there
is your light sleep. Okay, your sleep gets lighter. And
remember if you don't get enough sleep with a right
amount of sleep, this is where dimension Alzheimers come into play.

Speaker 3 (37:44):
Your sleep is very, very crucial.

Speaker 2 (37:46):
Your stress tolerance drops sounds similar, you know, familiar in
a sense of a metabolism. Your body holds onto weight
sometimes you know, like I couldn't get it off, and
you know skin, your sleep's not that great, and your
stress tolerance is you know, not that great either. So
if that sounds familiar, that's not aging, that's imbalance. Okay,

(38:08):
don't think because you age, you have to feel those things. Please,
don't have seven sixty year olds, seventy year olds, eighty
year olds on the plan that they've lost it. They
look amazing, they feel, they're sharp as attack, they're absolutely incredible.

Speaker 3 (38:20):
So it's not aging.

Speaker 2 (38:22):
It's imbalanced imbalance of what you're putting into your body, okay,
and imbalance of your minerals and trace minerals. And we
talked about where we're deficient. Honestly, we talked about it
the soil, our process, food, our stress, are you know,
alcohol possibly aging. Aging in itself is a big, huge factor.
And if you're you know, it's like all of a sudden,

(38:43):
especially if you're over fifty and wondering, you know what,
It's like.

Speaker 3 (38:46):
Our body creates like new rules.

Speaker 2 (38:48):
You know, It's like, why is it all sudden creating
like new rules for us? Anytime we get over fifty,
then over sixty, our body constantly changes over and over again.
And why does it get worse over fifty? Oh my gosh, yeah,
so it gets worse after fifty. Here's the part no
one really explains. As we get older, three things happen.

(39:10):
Number one, we absorb less from food. Period we absorb
less into our body. You know, I'm a scientist, Okay,
I have a degree in food chemistry and anatomy and
psychology or weight loss and weight management. So this is
scientific based. Okay, This isn't just like blowny you know
stats that I'm given to you. So as we get older,

(39:32):
three things change. Number one, we absorbed less from food.
Number two, we burned through nutrients faster, especially under stress.
And number three, our food simply isn't as rich in
minerals as it used to be.

Speaker 3 (39:47):
It's actually but it depleted, to tell you the truth.

Speaker 2 (39:49):
Okay, So even if you're eating healthy quotation marks healthy,
you may still be coming up short. And if you're
drinking coffee daily like I do, my god, that's my thing.
Exercising hard, okay, managing stress or trying to lose weight,
you are using up minerals even faster. So people who

(40:12):
lost a ton of weight on the way it lost
drugs or you know, keto whatever, you actually depleted your
minerals even faster if you did not watch to put
them into your body. And there's a right way and
a wrong way of doing things. When you're losing weight
and trying to be healthy, so your body quietly shifts
into survival mode. And survival mode we talked about this.

(40:36):
It does not burn fat, it stores it. So we
talked about everyday foods that we can put into it.
And if you miss part of the show, you can
go to my trimline on with Nadia on WHP five
to eighty and labels everything in a sense of what
we talked about. So you know, the sea salt, leafy greens,
pumpkin seeds, eggs, avocados, bone broth. Bone broth is one

(40:59):
of my favorite things, and seaweed. You know a lot
of people like to do that when they go to
Japanese restaurants are awesome and has I dine in it
tiny amounts, which is perfect. And pumpkin seeds are basically
nature's multi vitamin, but less expensive and no weird aftertaste. Okay,
so pumpkin seeds are pretty amazing. Even if you add

(41:19):
pumpkin seeds into your daily routine, you've done one thing
that's going to change a massive amount of things.

Speaker 3 (41:25):
So you can get.

Speaker 2 (41:27):
Minerals from food, but most people aren't eating consistently enough
to replenish what stress is draining. Okay, And we know
there's stress. There's nothing we can do about stress. It's
always going to be there. But it's really important that
we could be consistently putting things into our body so
you can kind of balance that. Okay, I mean, honestly,

(41:48):
start with pumpkin seeds. What's wrong with that? So if
you're over fifty fifty or older for men, focus on zinc.
That's for testosterum and immunity, magnesium, sleep, heart, muscle record, selenium,
prostate and thyroid. Gentlemen, if your energy is low and
your patience is even lower, it might not be for

(42:08):
your personality, it might be your zinc level. Honestly, zinc, zinc, zinc.
And for wmen. Oh, we have the three stages of menopause.
Pre menopause magnesium, anxiety, sleep, iron if needed for fatigue,
be vitamins plus trace minerals. During menopause magnesium again, sleep
in mood, Calcium plus vitamin D for bone health. Ugh,

(42:33):
menopause and bone health areb just kills us. Let me
tell you that trace minerals for skin, energy and metabolism,
and postmenopause. I think I'm definitely there. Magnesium and potassium
for heart and blood pressure. Zinc and selenium for aging,
immunity and skin glow. It is easy to get those

(42:55):
things in, honestly, very easy. And there's some I know,
there's supplements out there. You got to choose the right one.
So if your glow left the building, it didn't move out,
it's just it just needs minerals to bring it back. Honestly,
that's all it is in these minerals. So supplements, what
actually works right, keep it simple and trustworthy. When it

(43:17):
comes to supplements, best options liquid, trace mineral drops, easy absorption, magnesium, glistening, calming, sleep,
zinc balanced, not overdone, electrolyte blends, no sugar bombs. Some
of them have massive amount of sugar in them. And
what to avoid is mega dosing everything cheap, poorly absorbed forms.

(43:40):
So if your supplement has forty seven ingredients and promises
to change your life in three days, it's probably just
changing your bank account, honestly, So we definitely want to
talk about things that are easy and for you to
be able to do it, and your minerals and trace
minerals are it okay, So if you're wondering what does

(44:00):
that even mean, that's what where trimline comes into place.
We make your life easier by normal, everyday, real life living.

Speaker 3 (44:09):
This is not about perfection.

Speaker 2 (44:10):
It's about simple upgrades that fit into your real life.
You can still enjoy dinner out, have a drink, eat carbs,
and even.

Speaker 3 (44:19):
Have something sweet.

Speaker 2 (44:20):
I have a sweet tooth, big time, so you can
do real life. And right now we're celebrating over decade
and a half of Trimline. Go to my trimline dot
com book that fifteen minute chat. Then if we decide
we're a good fit, we set up the console so
it's just a conversation. Go to my trimline dot com
and book that fifteen minute chat.
