Thank your calendar.
Speaker 3 (00:35):
Final hour of but nine to noon and we're gonna
have some fun. Not that we haven't been having fun.
We went deep on the Minnesota while for the last
hour or so, so I'm not gonna lie Brett blakemore
and quitz. I selfishly, I'm done today.
Speaker 4 (00:52):
But the times I need a nap, it's not it's
from learning so many nights.
Speaker 3 (00:57):
My brain is exploding with information.
Speaker 4 (01:00):
And Chase I'm still trying to find out is it
could chuck a player or like a person or something
on the rink.
Speaker 2 (01:06):
All of the above two brothers that play all their dad.
Speaker 3 (01:10):
Also brothers, not just two, BUTSD but Brett Blake, I selfishly,
I want to talk about something I might have a
little bit more expertise in, you know, than than hockey.
I'm no elite hockey mind, but I am you know
and okay dating mine. Listen, I'm no I'm no cupid.
(01:33):
I still need advice from time to time, and that's
why we brought in Sabrina Lord Becky. It's just lunch
matchmaker Sabrina, thanks for joining us today.
Speaker 5 (01:42):
Thank you for the invite. I'm very excited to be here.
Speaker 3 (01:44):
Yeah, and I know, I know we got a lot
of lovely listeners out there. You know we're we're not
all Romeos. Some of us need dating advice and it's
it's the summertime. Is this this is like the best
time to meet someone right now?
Speaker 5 (01:56):
Right it is an amazing time to meet somebody right now.
Speaker 3 (01:59):
And okay, so listen, we were just talking off the air.
I was sharing some of my worst first date stories
with you. Sometimes I can embarrass myself. I like to
play it off like I'm this smooth operator word deshadah.
But that's not true. I'm just doing that for the listeners.
So what First of all, let me ask you, what
is the worst first date you've ever been on? Because
(02:20):
we've all been there. Some of us are on the
opposite and some of us are someone else's worst first
date story. I definitely am, But what is the what
is your worst first date experience?
Speaker 6 (02:31):
Oh?
Speaker 5 (02:31):
Great question.
Speaker 7 (02:32):
My worst first date was probably when I was about
twenty and I met this gentleman that I thought was
going to be fantastic and great. We went to the
mall and learned that he and I had nothing in
common with each other. Yeah, and then we are walking
around going, oh my.
Speaker 5 (02:47):
Gosh, I just want to leave.
Speaker 6 (02:48):
How do I get out of here?
Speaker 7 (02:49):
Which taught me a lot about learning small talk, learning
how to just be kind in that situation and then
just move forward.
Speaker 3 (02:57):
Yeah, you didn't just ghost to him. You didn't just start,
you know, hurdle in forties and just get out of
their Yeah.
Speaker 7 (03:02):
Right, it's them all yeah, yeah, yeah, could you imagine?
Speaker 3 (03:08):
No? No, no, okay, so say you know there's someone
like me and maybe you're you're fumbling it a little
bit on these on these first dates. What's what's good
advice for for a first date?
Speaker 5 (03:18):
Keep it light, keep it simple, and find somewhere fun
to go.
Speaker 6 (03:23):
Right.
Speaker 7 (03:23):
Summer is an amazing time to be dating. Hit a
rooftop patio, go for a walk around the lake, check
out one of the great concert series coming up. Yeah,
you know, think about it in the idea of why
am I here? I'm here to see if there's chemistry
For a second date. It doesn't need to be a
three hour date. Can be you know, drinks after work
(03:44):
or just lunch, something fun.
Speaker 3 (03:46):
Because like sometimes I feel like we put too much
pressure on that first date. Right, We're like, all right,
I need to know their greatest fears and aspirations. We're
going to you know, have deep conversations. But that's kind
of like almost like a pitfall, right. You don't want
to get into all of that stuff on the first day.
Speaker 7 (04:02):
Yeah, the hardest part about a first date is you
are so nervous and you want to put your best
foot forward and the other person is thinking the exact
same thing, and then all of a sudden you get
into this like you just keep talking and talking and talking,
and then all of a sudden you're thinking to yourself, what.
Speaker 6 (04:18):
Am I doing?
Speaker 7 (04:19):
And then you look over and the other person is
completely glazed over, you know, and you're going.
Speaker 6 (04:25):
Oh, how do I get out of this?
Speaker 5 (04:27):
So, you know, just kind of keep it simple, keep
it light.
Speaker 3 (04:30):
No asking people like who they voted for, religious things,
none of.
Speaker 5 (04:34):
Those on your first day.
Speaker 3 (04:37):
No, definitely not definitely not right either.
Speaker 7 (04:39):
For fine, I want to have a second date. You know,
what are the two of you going to do in
the next six months? What's the best book you've read?
What series are you watching right now? On any one
of these streaming services that we own.
Speaker 3 (04:52):
I have a friend, let's just say his name is
Blake Bretmore. He he was recently on the dating apps.
I mean so much so like his thumbs barely stopped working,
you know what I'm saying. He was just swiping and
swiping and swiping and swiping out here from a lot
of friends, you know, for various reasons, just because of
things kind of flaming out or people getting ghosted or whatnot.
(05:13):
A lot of people are just not they're not feeling
the dating apps right now. Is that kind of you know,
as a matchmaker, is that kind of what you're hearing
as well? I do.
Speaker 7 (05:20):
I hear it every day. Everybody has what we call,
you know, dating fatigue or app fatigue. And it's because
you're completely flying blind out there. You know, you don't
know if the person is serious, you don't know if
they're single.
Speaker 3 (05:35):
True, that is true.
Speaker 7 (05:37):
That's the hardest part. It's like, oh, why are you
on the app? Well, you know so and so made
me upset, so I made this app.
Speaker 6 (05:44):
Oh that's not fun.
Speaker 3 (05:45):
Right, yeah? Why would you then you end up on
the r we dating the same guy Facebook?
Speaker 6 (05:49):
Right?
Speaker 8 (05:49):
You know?
Speaker 3 (05:50):
Friends have told me. Yeah, that's happening.
Speaker 5 (05:52):
You've never Yeah, definitely got me.
Speaker 3 (05:54):
Yeah. So what is like the best way to meet somebody?
Is it just going to shoot a shot? In real life?
Is if it's not the apps? You know, you writeing
like you know, little love letters. Here are you outside
someone's window with the boom box like a movie? What's
the best way to meet someone? Then? Well I'm a
little biased.
Speaker 7 (06:12):
They work for it's just lunch, but you know, I
think just being authentic and being yourself, right, have the
rough top patio, just smile, be happy, be kind, but you.
Speaker 5 (06:24):
Know here it it's just lunch.

I just got. It's just lunch and we're lucky to

Speaker 3 (08:26):
Nine to Noon is back. Max Buller here, Andrew duke Witz, Bread,
Blake Moore. We're alive in the past, present, and the future.
Speaking of the future can be quite daunting thinking about
our Minnesota sports team's futures. As we all as Minnesota
sports fans, we all know there's an endless amount of
twists and turns, and sometimes we just wish, even though
(08:48):
the most spoiler averse of us, we just wish that
we knew what was coming. Enter Rachel Dominguez of Third
Eye Psychic Salons. He's gonna give us a little into
possibly what our sports team's futures look like. What's up, Rachel?
Speaker 6 (09:04):
Hi, Max, Thanks for having me on.
Speaker 3 (09:07):
Yeah, good to see you again. You did some readings
when I was on my former show on Fox nine,
and you know, I'm I would say I was a
skeptic going into that, but you were very accurate. A
lot of the stuff that you said came true.
Speaker 6 (09:21):
I know you're not there anymore. That's what I was talking.
Speaker 3 (09:26):
That is indeed speaking of that I do. I am
curious though. I have a I have a good friend.
Let's let's say his name is Bori both. He's very
near and dear to me. What he's a skeptical guy
of you know, psychics and and whatnot. What what do
you what do you say to people that are skeptical?
Do you say, just come in and get a reading
(09:47):
and see what's up? Or what do you what do you?
Speaker 8 (09:48):
Yeah? I think that's good. You should be a skeptical,
you know, a skeptic. Most people in my industry are
flaky or scammy or full of it. So you know,
I went to college to be a science teacher. You
should definitely have like a well grounded view of reality
and just like seeing's believing. You know, some of my
(10:09):
favorite clients are skeptics. What I hate is when people
come in and they're just ready to hear the voice
of God. From my lads, this is you know, let's
let's let's ground and have a little healthy skepticism.
Speaker 3 (10:21):
Okay, So and then listeners, if you want to chime
in six four six eighty six. If you want to
ask Rachel Domingus any questions, we got a bevy of
questions here for you. Rachel. I'm just I'm just curious though,
before we get into it, speaking of science, I'm curious
about your process. How do these how do these readings work?
What is your what is your process?
Speaker 8 (10:40):
Well, you know there's a that's a complicated answer, but
really quick, I put myself into kind of like a
semi trance state, okay, and I lay out some cards.
I have like a conversation with my deck and the
different symbols and pictures of the patterns that form as
I'm laying out the cards.
Speaker 6 (10:58):
That kind of helps me see.
Speaker 3 (10:59):
The And this is something that you learned like over time,
Like can anybody learn? Like if Brett blakemore he's really
into this kind of stuff, if he really if he
wants to learn, can he learn or is this just
something you're kind of born with? No?
Speaker 8 (11:11):
I think anybody can learn this. I definitely wasn't born
knowing how to read tarot cards. I've just been doing
it now professionally for twenty years. So for me, it's
like second nature, right, But you know, it's surprisingly easy
to get into. If you go get yourself a tarot deck.
They all come with a little booklet of instructions and
you can jump right in Bory Bowl.
Speaker 3 (11:32):
If you're out there listening, you can jump right in
Brett Blakemore. I expect a couple of Sundays from now
for you, for you to be doing readings on worst
case scenario.
Speaker 1 (11:40):
That'll be my homework.
Speaker 3 (11:41):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, absolutely. Where do we start, y'all? I mean,
it's nine and noon. I feel like we should start
with the Minnesota Vikings.
Speaker 1 (11:48):
Right, I think that's the way to go.
Speaker 3 (11:51):
Maxell Rachel Dominguez? Is this too broad? Does that have
to be specific questions? Or can it be broadcast?
Speaker 8 (11:56):
I mean, are you asking about the upcoming season with
the Viking?
Speaker 3 (11:59):
I am asking it out the upcoming season with the Vikings?
How does it play out? Is this our year? Rachel Dominguz?
Please say yes? Please, please say yes.
Speaker 8 (12:08):
You know, that's what I hate is when I have
clients that are really emotionally invested in a certain answer,
when what they really do is logically and even intuitively.
Speaker 6 (12:18):
Know the truth, And so like, what are you saying?
Speaker 8 (12:21):
Well, you don't have to be a psychic to know
what's going to happen with the vikings. Don't get your
hopes up. But when I look at the cards we
cut on the wheel of fortune, right, yeah, so that
could say, oh, go, you know, be careful betting on them,
right or you know.
Speaker 3 (12:40):
Right anyway? Right?
Speaker 8 (12:41):
But then also the wheel of fortune is a cycle
cycles as far once, it's all cycles and loops.
Speaker 6 (12:47):
The same thing happens over and over and over.
Speaker 8 (12:48):
So where things are at now, tennis swords, that's that's
really that's that doesn't look good. Tennisaur is going in
does not look there's no good way to read the
tennisaurs okay, And it's a sword poking through the heart
and it's got Gemini, and Gemini is the lovers, and
that's the challenge head Now the lovers conduct twins.
Speaker 6 (13:07):
Yeah it's the twin Cities or whatever.
Speaker 8 (13:08):
But I'm gonna tell you this, with the Lovers and
the tenn of swords, this is telling me a maybe
they're not playing with no heart.
Speaker 6 (13:17):
No, maybe they ain't got no heart for it. Maybe
they're just pro showing up.
Speaker 8 (13:22):
But also really it is I think a big thing
about contracts. The Lovers talks about like the handshake what
we hold right, and this four cups seven.
Speaker 3 (13:32):
Holding outside luxury cross with failure.
Speaker 8 (13:36):
Luxury four cups is unsustainable. It's a big it's a
big gust and bush. And so that can be when
people get their hopes up, they might come in. It's
really strong and people like, oh, this is going to
be yes. But that's crossed with the seven of discs,
which is literally you can see the title right, what's
the title.
Speaker 6 (13:52):
That's not that's not good.
Speaker 3 (13:53):
It's not good, it's not good.
Speaker 6 (13:55):
Read it for me?
Speaker 1 (13:59):
Are maybe not French, you know, I think that's.
Speaker 6 (14:03):
The same thing.
Speaker 8 (14:04):
But this queen of swords on the internal side, I'm
gonna tell you that's first off, I bet that they
make some stupid trade for like short term gain that
really like.
Speaker 6 (14:13):
Guts them God.
Speaker 8 (14:14):
So the four cups seven or disc can also be
like mismanaging the money.
Speaker 6 (14:18):
I don't think Rosie's lost artist.
Speaker 8 (14:21):
So I don't know, I don't, you know, I don't.
I'm my dad's half textan. I'm a Cowboys fan. Okay,
so when I do follow football over them, but when
when I'm looking at the the seven and four hesitation
based in fear as well, So I could look at
this and it's like.
Speaker 3 (14:39):
This success is so scary. We're scared of winning the
trophy because we've never done it before. So we're gonna
We're gonna win it all. That's what you're saying.
Speaker 8 (14:47):
I want to hope, give me one card bottom line
chances for the how you know what, here's the best
way to read it. Instead of looking at chances, those
are possible Futureskay, I just read the future. Yeah, so
how are we all going to feel here in Minnesota
at the end of the football season?
Speaker 3 (15:05):
Great, amazing, fantastic. I'm not the.
Speaker 6 (15:08):
Magas crossed with the fool. The magus and.
Speaker 8 (15:11):
When it's crossed with the fool, we could feel like,
oh wow, well we didn't go nowhere.
Speaker 6 (15:15):
I feel like a fool. But the magus goes along.
The magus is getting like.
Speaker 8 (15:19):
When you get sold, like the music man will just
like get you hooked in and sol like.
Speaker 6 (15:24):
People are going to tell themselves this is the year,
this is the year. This is the year. They're gonna
feel like they got played.
Speaker 3 (15:29):
So step it up.
Speaker 8 (15:30):
If you're a Viking and you're listening the lovers cross
the tenet cups, all I can say is if you
put all your heart into the game and all your
teammates put all their heart into playing, then you know,
y'all might be good. But if they try to lure
you away with some teams got a little more room
on a salary cap and want to lure you away
mid season, that also could possibly happen.
Speaker 3 (15:50):
So what I'm hearing is lock in, believe in yourselves,
and we're going to win it all. Let's help, let's
help freaking go. See, this is this is what, this
is what I love, rich, this is what, this is
what I wanted to hear.
Speaker 6 (16:03):
I know what you see.
Speaker 8 (16:04):
You you see exactly you're hearing what you want to hear.
Just like the worst clients. It's like I say, no,
it's a cycle, it's a loop, and it's going to end.
Speaker 6 (16:12):
In like failure, and you're like, yes, this is our.
Speaker 3 (16:14):
Year, seem I'm I'm believing. See, I'm just reading it.
I'm just reading the cards a different way. Rachel. That's
that's that's what I'm doing.
Speaker 2 (16:24):
So what you're saying is the trained reader is reading
it one way, and you're deciding to read it.
Speaker 3 (16:31):
When it comes to reading the cards. But you know,
it's like you.
Speaker 1 (16:34):
Think she's spot on.
Speaker 6 (16:35):
Yeah, it sounds pretty accurate.
Speaker 3 (16:38):
Of course you think she's spot on. Brett Blake Moore.
Speaker 8 (16:41):
I just am wondering, like, who's the who's like the
pillar of the team that is going to like get
traded for Oh we go to butch draft picks for
it or cash.
Speaker 6 (16:51):
Or something like that. They're gonna do something like that.
Speaker 8 (16:53):
It's really I want to blame I look at this
and don't even blame the players because with this queen
of swords on the internal side, those are like decisions
that get made that decapitate the self, like when people
like they shoot themselves in the foot. Yeah, metaphorically metaphorically,
you know, you make like a decision ends up limiting yourself, right,
So honestly, like you know, the players can play with
(17:17):
all their heart, but if the wrong players are getting called,
if they're trading away all the good players, if there's
a sense of una, you know, we don't know, but.
Speaker 3 (17:26):
I do know I feel more confident after hearing your reading, Rachel,
I feel way more confident in the Minnesota Viking season.
So we got one banner that's being raised, trophy that's
being raised. Brett Blakemore do you have any questions about
your beloved.
Speaker 2 (17:39):
Minnesota with my wild team? They need a number one center.
They need it desperately and that's the biggest thing holding
them back from finally winning a Stanley Cup and bringing
a trophy to Minnesota, the hardest trophy in sports to win.
Will the Wilds get that number one center soon? And
(18:00):
will that bring them success, to the glory, to the
promised land.
Speaker 3 (18:04):
So we're one for one already.
Speaker 1 (18:10):
We went up to the plate and struck out. Looking
that's what happened.
Speaker 8 (18:14):
Looking at the banner, Come on, I mean it doesn't
it doesn't look It's like do.
Speaker 6 (18:21):
They want to pay enough card? It doesn't like see
the aid to discs.
Speaker 8 (18:25):
This is telling me that that the wild for the
the number one centers out here on the market, the
free agents, all this kind of stuff. These are the
guys they're looking at aided discs. That's like the safe thing.
That's when you know, oh, I know I could date you,
but I'm trying to do better.
Speaker 6 (18:42):
I'll go.
Speaker 3 (18:43):
You know.
Speaker 8 (18:44):
It's like McDonald's is the backup, right, So this is
like if there's somebody that comes here, it's because it's safe.
It was like their safe back up, like the safety school,
so we like I I think that there might be
hidden talks in the background courting somebody, but I just
don't know if it works, or maybe it doesn't. Maybe
(19:06):
we get a center, but it happens too late. Six
cups three at this It's like maybe it's like, oh,
it's too late in the season or it takes too
long for them to gel with the rest of the team.
Speaker 3 (19:16):
But what I'm hearing though, correct, I'm wrong, Rachel. You
said six cups like six Stanley cups.
Speaker 6 (19:24):
I mean.
Speaker 3 (19:27):
They feel safe with us, so they want to be
around us. What you're saying is the Wild are getting
Dylan Larkin like later today imminently.
Speaker 6 (19:35):
See, I don't think.
Speaker 8 (19:36):
I don't know who it owns that team or is
the GM or does contract negotiations, but they need like
maybe some lessons in how to like wine and dine
and ingratiate.
Speaker 1 (19:55):
I mean Marissa was talking about bringing she.
Speaker 3 (19:58):
Was talking about wining and dining.
Speaker 6 (20:00):
Good but like sushi.
Speaker 3 (20:02):
Yeah, exactly, Okay, Rachel, can we can we move on
to the Minnesota Timberolves and you do quitz cover.
Speaker 4 (20:08):
Can I ask about a team that's in in season
right right now, go ahead in Minnesota Links best team.
Speaker 8 (20:14):
Well, you know that's if you wanted good news. You
ask about the ladies. I mean, we do have a
championship team here.
Speaker 1 (20:21):
They have a style of excellence.
Speaker 3 (20:23):
Well we have three.
Speaker 4 (20:24):
Now there, Cheryl's going for the wins record on Friday,
Fisa Coll, you're back in practice. Is this the year
that Fee gets her first championship ring?
Speaker 3 (20:34):
Come on now, Rachel, we're two for two or two
for two, Yeah, exactly, the wildest one of the teams
out of Super two. The Vikings are also in the mix. Yeah,
we're winning all the championships this year.
Speaker 8 (20:45):
You know what, we might go all the way. I
don't know if we win it. Oh no, we gotta contender.
Because this Prince of Cups is the outcome at its worst.
It could be disappointment. But it's also when it's crossed
to Ace Cups, there's like, uh, there's like a blurry
quality to it.
Speaker 6 (21:01):
It's crossed with the Nina Swords.
Speaker 8 (21:03):
Ninus Swords is when something's really down to the wire
and it hurts. So this could be something that goes
down to the last like four seconds of game five.
Speaker 6 (21:12):
Or seven and whatever.
Speaker 8 (21:13):
However, many they play in WNBA. This could go down
to the very like end of the last game. Yeah
we know, right, so I don't know if we lose it,
it'll be close, so they'll give it a good shot.
Speaker 6 (21:25):
When when I cut on the Emperor, that's strong.
Speaker 8 (21:28):
It's bold with the sun and the center of the
table right now, like though the sun is under the spotlight,
but the little point in the circle, see it.
Speaker 6 (21:36):
Looks like the target logo. You know it's right.
Speaker 1 (21:40):
This is so much more positive than the others.
Speaker 6 (21:42):
Oh yeah, no with science. I think they have really
good coaching.
Speaker 8 (21:47):
You know, they're gonna call good plays, play really really
good and smart. This Prince of Wan's is at least
hanging in there. See queno wands is what I really
want to see, because that's the woman that's all tall,
and she's over powered the beasts. She's got like the
dogs sitting at her feet.
Speaker 6 (22:03):
Healed. This is where the prince wants. He's like wrestling
with it.
Speaker 8 (22:06):
It's like you see somebody and they're trying not to
let the dog drag them down the street. Right, Yeah,
so they gotta fight. They definitely wants eternally. I think
they know what they're doing. I think that they're gonna
make the best calls they can make. You know what's
funny though, with the hermit crossed with the universe, the
hermit can talk about being alone, and that's the challenge ahead.
(22:29):
The hermit is like being alone, being isolated, and when
it's crossed with the universe, that's the baby outside of
its normal womb, outside of the environment.
Speaker 6 (22:37):
Right. So this might make me.
Speaker 3 (22:39):
Think Minnesotans that aren't used to championships, we're entering this
new era where babies in this championships.
Speaker 6 (22:50):
Gonna say home. They might not be as good on
the road.
Speaker 8 (22:53):
Okay, yeah, yeah, So let's hope that you know, got
home field, home court advantage playoffs.
Speaker 6 (23:03):
You know, that's what I would look like.
Speaker 8 (23:04):
If they're gonna if they're gonna if they're gonna be sad.
They're gonna be flying back here sad rather than like
leaving the Target Center said, they're gonna be flying back
home sad.
Speaker 3 (23:15):
Said, because they didn't close it out. But then they
close it out here at the Target Center and we're
raising another band so.
Speaker 6 (23:23):
Hard to get the water.
Speaker 8 (23:24):
That I'm looking at? Is there any advice for him?
I get art now, art can always just be creative,
but art is also a huge card of like like evolution,
like creating something new that hasn't been done before, so
I would look at it. There could be that, you know,
(23:46):
that could also just be as simple as, oh, no,
all y'all need fancy custom shoes and.
Speaker 6 (23:52):
Stuff to get everybody's head in the game, you know,
like artistic and creating itself.
Speaker 8 (23:58):
But then also art make me think like Harlem Globe
Trotters is like y'all should get fancy, make up some
fun play or something like that.
Speaker 3 (24:04):
Right, And that's that's exactly what Olivia, I'm telling you.
Rachel's legit. And now after just three questions, she's legit,
but only one positive. I think we're hearing different things.
Maybe come back to the interview later on and and
and listen to it again. Rachel, You're you're You're a
busy woman. You got a lot of you got a
(24:25):
lot to do today. I got one final question for you.
For my beloved Minnesota Timberwolves. We just got LaMelo ball
Anthony Edwards. How do they pair? How do they pair together?
What is the chemistry? What is their chemistry?
Speaker 8 (24:38):
Like?
Speaker 3 (24:38):
Because I'm I'm feeling really hopeful after these last couple
of readings, Rachel, I think that there's I think we're
gonna go for for four here. I think Alamelo and
and Anthony Edwards are a match made in the cards here.
I'm I I got, I got a lot of hope.
I mean, I'm just beaming. I'm gleaming right now. I
mean we we we might as well just start a
(25:00):
parade route now, right brtt. I mean you got a
parade route in Saint Paul. You're familiar.
Speaker 1 (25:04):
I'm sure West seventh.
Speaker 6 (25:07):
All right, So here's the things. And you know, a
lot of times media.
Speaker 8 (25:12):
Doesn't hear about stuff like this because people are discreet.
These guys need to work on their like personal relationship.
They're not just coworkers. These guys need to be like
homies and roads. They need to bond, they need to.
Speaker 6 (25:24):
Invite each other into each other's houses.
Speaker 8 (25:26):
They need to work on trust because between them media training,
you know, well, you know, if they have beef, then
their media training is good because it's not something that
we would see. But if there's a problem between them,
it could be like I don't want to say a
lack of trust, but it's like when when love disappoints,
(25:48):
you know. So these guys need to like learn to
trust each other and give each other some slacks. So
if we want to see them on the court have chemistry,
they need to be having that chemistry off the court.
Speaker 6 (25:58):
And that's that what this is.
Speaker 3 (26:00):
And if they have chemistry on the court.
Speaker 8 (26:03):
You know, also I could look at this and like,
what if one of them is gone?
Speaker 6 (26:06):
Pretty so what if we got to sell one to get.
Speaker 3 (26:08):
A little No, No, no, that's not happening, mellow. I
mean we just got them. He's been he just moved
his cards into town.
Speaker 6 (26:19):
Yeah, but do you want a trophy?
Speaker 3 (26:22):
Yes, yes, we already have three that we've established throughout
this conversation. But okay, last question for real this time.
Do the Timberwolves win the championship this year?
Speaker 8 (26:34):
Oh?
Speaker 3 (26:34):
Five? A wan's that's good right, you said last time
that's the one you wanted to see.
Speaker 6 (26:38):
No, I don't strife. It's conflict, Rachel.
Speaker 3 (26:44):
Conflict with the fact that, like the Links and the
Wolves are both won, there's too much stuff going. There's
too many parades that people can't take it. We're all
partied out, we're too lit. We we need to rehydrate
because we've been partying facts.
Speaker 4 (26:57):
I don't know what these cards mean, but it's from
an observe.
Speaker 8 (27:00):
They don't have a full team. They're missing something power forward,
the forward. Maybe they should hit up KG get him
back for a season.
Speaker 3 (27:13):
So but if they find that missing piece.
Speaker 6 (27:17):
It's possible.
Speaker 8 (27:18):
But it looks like there's this missing piece that makes it,
you know. I don't want to say, oh, it's unclear
because that's such a cop out. But with the move
like happy, it's like we get we get happiness. So
they might make the player, they might make the playoffs,
they might do well, they go over five hundred. People
might walk away like, well, we didn't want at all,
(27:38):
but that was a successful season. We happy about it
for sure. A lot of good happy moments, you know.
But with happiness in the moon, it's like, you know,
what goes up has to come down the hoop.
Speaker 6 (27:53):
I know, you can't get too excited if you ride.
If you're riding the rim of the wheel.
Speaker 8 (27:58):
Every time you're on top, it's like and then as
soon as the wheel rolls back around, you get crushed
every time.
Speaker 3 (28:03):
Yeah, but then you can just do the little thing
like you know, and then in the old cartoons or
they run up the wheel and you just do what
you can and wheel in.
Speaker 8 (28:10):
The center and be like, you know what, I know
that there's gonna be good years and bad years, and.
Speaker 3 (28:14):
Let's hope to get lucky the center. Is that a
hint that Rudy Gobert is the NBA Finals MVP? Is
that what you're saying, she's reading the cards?
Speaker 6 (28:24):
No?
Speaker 3 (28:25):
No, yeah, ild you that one.
Speaker 8 (28:29):
Sometimes it's really hard to do readings to things that
my clients aren't personally connected to.
Speaker 6 (28:35):
But you're like a sports radio host, a kfan, You're
definitely connected.
Speaker 3 (28:41):
And say, my friend bory bol because this has been amazing, Rachel,
thank you for joining us today. Say my friend bory
bolb wants to get a reading someday or one of
the many listeners out there, has the sports team ever
asked you to come in and do readings? By the way, like,
have you ever done anything for like athletes or anything
like that in the past.
Speaker 6 (28:58):
I actually, you know what, I did.
Speaker 8 (29:00):
A party for one of the Vikings a couple of
years ago.
Speaker 6 (29:06):
I did a Christmas party.
Speaker 8 (29:07):
His wife hired me out for all their friends, and
I said they were cool people out and like Egan
or whatever, and I was like, Oh, where's your husband
And she's like, oh, he's on the Vikings. I was like,
oh cool, but I did. I got to read him.
Speaker 3 (29:19):
It was cool.
Speaker 8 (29:20):
But you know, yeah, so I have read Tarot in
a professional football players like house party, like Christmas party.
Speaker 6 (29:27):
But no, I you know, I wish they would.
Speaker 3 (29:30):
They should.
Speaker 6 (29:31):
You guys should come in.
Speaker 8 (29:31):
I'll come in with my cards to team meeting.
Speaker 6 (29:36):
You know, burn a little incense.
Speaker 3 (29:39):
Yeah, why not? Well you should come back to the
show sometime because I love all the good news that
you just gave us. We're gonna win four championships this year.
We're all going to be partied out, We're all we're
all going to need to rehydrate because we're celebrating so much.
Rachel Dominga is a third eye psychic salon Max.
Speaker 6 (29:56):
Before before you let me go, can I tell you this.
I just pulled a couple of cards for you.
Speaker 8 (30:00):
Personally. There's somebody waiting you. There is a communication. It's
a hot thing. It's like like a hot potato. It's
a there's a target.
Speaker 6 (30:08):
It's like a lot with me. But you have to
look backwards.
Speaker 8 (30:13):
This is making me think, oh, you missed the email
or a text message, or you got somebody sitting there
waiting and their.
Speaker 3 (30:19):
Well lady from State Farm. I gotta pay, I gotta
pay my insurance.
Speaker 6 (30:23):
You got to call somebody. They got a big opportunity.
Speaker 3 (30:26):
Okay, all right, well I'm to look for that number.
Rachel dobingus. Thanks for joining us.
Speaker 8 (30:32):
Thank you coming back some tax so much for having
me on come in third, I second salon. People were
in uptown Lake and Bryant seven days a week.
Speaker 3 (30:39):
Absolutely and stay tune. And we got one more segment
of nine. Anyone coming up next.
Speaker 1 (30:44):
We are just as surprised as you are. Last segment of.
Speaker 2 (30:51):
The show of the Night and Noon Paul Allen Projects,
brought to you by it Owl Roofing, Owl Roofing, Thank
you very much, Owl Roofing bring you the post skin.
Speaker 3 (31:02):
The last segment of nine and Noon. Brett Blakemore just
said Max Buller here alongside, said Brett Blakemore. Andrew duke
Witz still until thanks for hanging out with us for
the whole show. Andrew, you did a little amateur taryll
reading right there. You didn't know what the cars were saying.
Speaker 4 (31:15):
No, they didn't look goods a lot of a lot of.
Speaker 3 (31:20):
I think we heard it differently. I'm very I'm very hoping.
Speaker 6 (31:23):
More of the cards. That's what the problem.
Speaker 3 (31:25):
How hopeful are you after hearing Rachel Dominguez's readings. I mean,
you got your you're beaming, you have a giant smile
on your face. There are you thinking about the Minnesota
Wild's parade?
Speaker 6 (31:35):
He is beaming.
Speaker 2 (31:36):
I mean, if we're just going to do that, you
may as well just brought your own terror cards.
Speaker 1 (31:39):
Clear they're not going in the championship.
Speaker 3 (31:41):
You're not gonna. I might just do that. You said
anyone could learn. She didn't say that anyone could learn.
Speaker 2 (31:47):
No, it didn't look good for really any of our teams. Yeah, yeah,
so not great. But that standard, Yes, I'm sorry first
to Wolves and Wild fans sucks so anyway.
Speaker 3 (32:03):
But links are the links are in business.
Speaker 1 (32:05):
There's the links too.
Speaker 3 (32:07):
They're still the best team in the w n B A,
I believe, And we just got good news and you
kind of predicted it around worst case scenario again, only
it's almost like I covered the team. It's almost like
you're an expert on the Minnesota Lynks and you said
one day fe's just gonna They're gonna send out a
release that says Fees back to practice, and you said
she's probably just going to be in a game shortly thereafter.
Speaker 1 (32:29):
Maybe you're the psychic and that maybe you are, No,
you knew exactly what was gonna happen.
Speaker 4 (32:35):
I'm not psychics from sitting in Mayo Clinic Square way
more than I probably should be sitting at Clinic Square.
But yeah, I mean, she popped back up, was full
go for practice. Darky Juha's full go for practice as well.
They didn't necessarily say they would be playing against New
(32:55):
York this coming Friday, but.
Speaker 3 (32:57):
I will have a better game to come back, right.
Speaker 4 (32:59):
I mean, and Fee hasn't played at the Barclay Center
since that game five loss, really, so this would be
a pretty good game to make their return New York,
just off of the Commissioner's Cup, which she start time.
Speaker 3 (33:12):
Yeah, Fee would start.
Speaker 4 (33:13):
I would assume she's on like a minute's restriction, just
because you know, even though she's been working through rehab
the last seven months, it's just game basketball is different
than in practice or simulated and stuff like that.
Speaker 6 (33:27):
But she would definitely start.
Speaker 4 (33:29):
I would assume Nia Coffee goes to the bench and
they are just a deeper, better team.
Speaker 1 (33:34):
Which is this a situation.
Speaker 2 (33:36):
Where we were worried about a re injury or is
it just managing the minutes to get back up to fitness.
Speaker 4 (33:43):
Think you would be more of the latter, where the
last thing you would want is fee to come back
in and not be at like one hundred percent game
shape fitness, which I think they are doing everything they
can to make sure she's comes back at that point, right,
But like, how crappy would it be if she comes
in like pulls a calf because she's just not at
that level yet and she over exerts, which you know
(34:05):
the Links medical staff, the Wolves medical staff won the
award last year for Best Medical staff in the NBA. Like,
these guys know what they're doing, and I would assume
again minutes restriction, but.
Speaker 6 (34:16):
It probably wouldn't last for long. Fee is.
Speaker 4 (34:20):
I'm surprised that they've been able to talk her out
of playing basketball this lot to recover as well as
she has.
Speaker 3 (34:27):
Links at the Liberty tomorrow at night six thirty pm
tip off just kind of WNBA at large, the macro
of view on it, Andrew what they're expanding to fifty
games next season. Is that I read that correctly?
Speaker 1 (34:42):
Yeah, expanding next season.
Speaker 6 (34:44):
It sounds like they're going to continue expanding. They have another.
Speaker 4 (34:47):
Three expansion teams in the work that are supposed to
come out over this next CBA. I mean, I've kind
of thought the last couple of years their goal is
more like sixty games in a season and getting to win.
They are, you know, kind of the entire summer months
the draw and from the w NBA's perspective, like baseball
(35:10):
might be having a lockout next year. There's a lot
of kind of up in the air with how that
sport is even going now.
Speaker 6 (35:16):
I mean, Twins attendance is you.
Speaker 1 (35:19):
Know, I mean, they could use that medical staff seriously borrow.
Speaker 4 (35:23):
So I think the w NBA looks at it of like,
how can we capitalize on baseball and let's see where
it goes.
Speaker 1 (35:29):
By the way, just minor breaking wild news.
Speaker 2 (35:33):
Minnesota while sign forward Maxim chabanovs Chabanov is one year,
one point six million dollar deal after he wasn't given
a qualifying offer from the Islanders.
Speaker 1 (35:48):
So he's twenty five years old. He's a rushing forward.
Speaker 2 (35:50):
I don't know if he's a wing or center, but
usually if they are centered, they would qualify that.
Speaker 1 (35:54):
So he's probably a winger. I'm not an elite Max Shouanov.
Speaker 2 (35:57):
Mind, he's five nine's a little in the smaller and
you played forty four games for the Islanders last year,
so you must have just came over from Russia.
Speaker 3 (36:04):
I guess you could say, not too shabby. I deserved
that absolutely real quick. Well, want more on the Links
offs the WNBA, and obviously a couple of years ago
we kind of saw this, this giant boom with the WNBA, right,
this explosion in interest. How is it you know, coincided
(36:25):
with like angel Rees, Caitlin Clark, their rivalry all everybody
just just an increased inches obviously if he's a Collier
agent Wilson, and then it kind of continued with Page
Beckers and whatnot. Are we still seeing obviously it's probably
not having that exponential growth that it had a few
years ago, but is it still Are we still seeing
that growth in terms of viewership and tendance or as
it kind of like studied out a little bit.
Speaker 4 (36:48):
I mean from the Link's perspective, they're still seeing that growth.
I mean they've started up opening up the lower level
of the Upper bowl kind of the mid sections of
the upper bowls getting attendances in the like eleven to
twelve thousand and range, where last season they didn't have
that area opened up and their attendance was like at
that nine ten thousand levels. So people are coming out
more to see the games. I think for me, the
(37:10):
most encouraging side of the WNBA continuing to grow is
just the amount of TV money that has been going
into it, whether it's you know, ABC, Disney, whether it's
USA Network like ESPN.
Speaker 1 (37:24):
It's now a product that people can.
Speaker 4 (37:26):
Actually watch on one of their ninety seven streaming services.
Speaker 6 (37:30):
And you might need all ninety seven to watch all of.
Speaker 4 (37:33):
The games, but you can at least find one, Like
if you're just bored on a Friday night, you can
find a WNBA game on an actual like network.
Speaker 6 (37:41):
Not that ion or you know the down further the cable.
Speaker 3 (37:46):
Subspect right, and it works out that way.
Speaker 4 (37:49):
But like, I think what's been most encouraging on the
league side from a fan perspective is a lot of
people did come in with Caitlin Clark, Like a lot
of people came in with Angel Reeves. Pagebackers and they've
just found that it's fun, like the stick around fun. So,
I mean there's a lot of Links fans that follow
me on social media's that have reached out and said, like,
(38:11):
I came in because I love Kaitlyn Clark and I've
fallen in love because nafisak all Year is just an
awesome person, and or I've gone to a Links game
and it was so much fun that like now I
you know, I'm watching the games regularly. And I think
that's the encouraging part of like the sustainability of the
product of you know, you come in because there's this
(38:32):
big boon and excitement of Caitlin Clark coming into the league,
and then you stay because it's a good product and
a fun league.
Speaker 3 (38:40):
Right, Like they're not just there for that initial boom
that they're They're they're hanging out and especially for going
to Links games. Why wouldn't you They win damn near
every game they get to do the electric slide afterwards,
You're you're having a ball at the game. Prowel's there, Yeah,
that's her name, right, You're having a blast. But if
you guys could pick the end of the game celebration
(39:01):
dance move or slash like say the World Cup. Everybody
kind of has their their sellis as they're called. If
you score a goal, what would be like your go
to dance moove? I was talking about this with one
of the Street teamers yesterday. I feel like I would
be I would just kind of like rapid fire chain
as many different dance moves as I could. I do
the John Cena. I'd probably take my shirt off, maybe
(39:23):
do the Ronaldo sue. I would do like I would
be acting a fool. No team would ever want me
to score a goal because I would be absolutely obnoxious. Well,
you guys are more levelheaded people, more down to earth people.
What would your go to selly? But when you hear
of you thought of this, Pet Moore, you just you
(39:43):
never thought what your seally would be.
Speaker 1 (39:46):
I mean, I mean, I mean, are we talking soccer?
Are we talking anything?
Speaker 3 (39:51):
I would? Can we get? You didn't have one when
you were playing hockey back in the day.
Speaker 2 (39:56):
You're still a little nie slide swipe the ice and
call the DAFA.
Speaker 5 (39:59):
That is.
Speaker 1 (40:04):
Time to think about it exactly.
Speaker 4 (40:08):
I mean I I was always a mellow guy, So
the mellow three tod the dome was always dope. Honestly,
USA Soccer, the guy pulled out the lebron like that's Sally.
Speaker 3 (40:22):
That is that is all time right there. That's just
I mean, that's when you know you're like, I'm really
doing you don't pull out the lebron silencer unless you
know I'm really doing this thing right now and did
not get trolled for it, like to pull that out
and like everyone just like yeah, that's hell. Yeah.
Speaker 4 (40:39):
The level of I mean, shout out. We're talking about
the w n b A growing in popularity. I know
you guys talked soccer earlier, but like, shout out to soccer.
Speaker 9 (40:47):
It's exploded right years ago that that wouldn't happens us
us say, Charlie Charles and Saint Paul said, we didn't
have a rat battle today.
Speaker 3 (40:58):
Maybe next time. Bred like, oh, no, what do you
say we do? What do we say? We do this
whole thing again on Sunday? Sure? Why not? Right? Worst
case scenario? Maybe who knows will be back on Sunday's
worst case scenario. I don't know who's gonna be in
this tare tomorrow, but it ain't gonna be me. Bad
fun for the last couple of days, which all appreciate
you for having me. Do whatever you gotta do, but
(41:19):
just make it back tomorrow. Love Your Peace.
Speaker 2 (41:29):
