Speaker 1 (03:14):
I was plugging in his headphones because they disassemble the
audio system over there every day. What happened?

Speaker 5 (03:22):
Sorry, he's thrown on the floor. I know, because they're
not important to the guy who doesn't want to use them.

Speaker 8 (03:31):
Come good morning, sauce Hi daddy turned upside down. Yeah,
it's the best for buzzing. It's so close, man, that's happening.

Speaker 5 (03:42):
I wonder, and I don't know because I haven't looked
it up, and maybe you have because it maybe came
with that ticket package you got in the mail. But
I would guess the Cardinals and the Panthers start uh
spring or training camp right after the.

Speaker 9 (03:58):
Fourth of July.

Speaker 1 (03:58):
I started after Christmas.

Speaker 5 (04:00):
Yeah, that's that's the perfect time. I wish they played
preseason football right after.

Speaker 1 (04:04):
Christmas, but you're still doing the regular season.

Speaker 5 (04:07):
They should, Yeah, they should start right away because it's
my favorite kind of football.

Speaker 4 (04:10):
I know, I know, I know.

Speaker 1 (04:13):
Yeah, man, yeah, what a beautiful day.

Speaker 5 (04:15):
We got a little bit of rain last night. Did
you get a bunch of did you? Did that storm
hit you?

Speaker 1 (04:19):
Hugs?

Speaker 9 (04:20):
No, it was greasy for about twenty minutes.

Speaker 1 (04:24):
Yeah, it looked, uh, looked great. But I was in Rogers,
which is not I mean, she's done rode for me. Yeah,
not far.

Speaker 9 (04:29):
Yeah, yeah, it was greasy.

Speaker 1 (04:31):
Yeah, you're gay, Thank you, my god, you're greasy.

Speaker 5 (04:37):
Oh.

Speaker 1 (04:39):
Some of those Simpsons moments, oh.

Speaker 5 (04:41):
I'm telling you, Simpsons like two through eight are some
of the best TV ever.

Speaker 10 (04:48):
I will also say there so the movie, the first
episode after the movie back in like post seven came out.
Bart On the Chalkboard said, I will not wait another
twenty years to a movie. Yeah, they're coming out with
their next movie in twenty twenty seven.

Speaker 9 (05:04):
About that, Yeah right, yeah, I mean yeah, it's brilliant.
What a commitment to a bit. Yeah, it's a great show.
It's yeah, the show.

Speaker 1 (05:11):
It's still on.

Speaker 5 (05:12):
I haven't watched it in probably ten years, but yeah,
it's uh, it's still chugging along.

Speaker 9 (05:20):
Man, it's a great show.

Speaker 1 (05:22):
You're a great show. Thanks buddy boy, welcome man. Uh
what are you doing tonight? You got a gig? No, no,
I got I'm going to Warwroad tomorrow. So uh oh
yeah tomorrow tonight I have have the night off to
uh diddle.

Speaker 5 (05:34):
Yeah, you should go halfway or something. Go find h
he always goes full way.

Speaker 1 (05:41):
And you're not.

Speaker 10 (05:42):
You're staying said tomorrow night up there right correct? Okay,
I was gonna say that would be uh yeah, like
go to Delude tomorrow.

Speaker 5 (05:48):
Oh, that would be the wrong way. I know how
to get to Warwrick.

Speaker 10 (05:51):
I would say, you're going through like Brainerd or Midgie
or war Old or not the Walker.

Speaker 5 (05:57):
Yeah, oh yeah, go to Walker, go to Chase on
the Lake. That's a great spot. Get weird up there
and just you know, wave at northern lights as you Yeah,
what's the northern lights?

Speaker 1 (06:08):
You know? The thing about that is, though, the problem
that is is if I leave today and I'm gone
tonight and tomorrow and then I don't get back to Sunday,
I give away my whole weekend. I'd like to have
one night sleeping in my bed.

Speaker 9 (06:20):
It's a good point, you know what I mean?

Speaker 1 (06:22):
Yeah, like where the alarm didn't go off, and you
want to kill everybody in America.

Speaker 5 (06:26):
Yeah, Mark, what time does your alarm go off on
the weekend?

Speaker 1 (06:30):
I don't set it. I said it for like a
unless I have to get him and go for a workout.
I said it maybe for eleven. Just so I don't
sleep the entire day, because I will give me the competitition,
the competent, give me the opportunity I will. I'll sleep
all day.

Speaker 5 (06:45):
You've been getting up earlier than all of us, Corey
and I combine, Zach, all of us combined, basically right.
Corey has said multiple times he can't sleep in. I
cannot sleep in either. It's amazing that you can sleep
like I've told that story a one hundred times. And
I texted you to go to Good Day Cafe at
ten thirty and you were still sleeping.

Speaker 1 (07:06):
Yeah, that's an.

Speaker 5 (07:07):
Unbelievable skill because I don't know how you do it
after all of the years that you've been doing this job, where.

Speaker 9 (07:13):
You can just sleep and sleep and sleep.

Speaker 1 (07:15):
I think it's uh, just so that I can keep
a living. Yeah, you know, Yeah, a good point. I
don't know. I like to sleep. I'm good at it.
It's what I do.

Speaker 9 (07:26):
Do you wake up and then go back to sleep? Okay,
because my.

Speaker 11 (07:31):
Pa sits down, is I will wake I do that too. Yeah,
you sit down to pee sometimes. Yeah, it's a good strategy.

Speaker 1 (07:39):
If you clean your own damn bathroom, you damn well
better not peel over the floor.

Speaker 5 (07:43):
Yeah, I mean talk about it. Yeah, talk about and
keep the lights off. You don't have to worry about Yeah,
because I turn the lights on. I don't know why
you're doing.

Speaker 1 (07:52):
How are you doing?

Speaker 9 (07:53):
Take a seat, fall asleep on the toilet.

Speaker 1 (07:56):
I don't want to sit sleep on the toilet. I
don't want to sit down.

Speaker 4 (07:58):
You don't want to go out like.

Speaker 1 (07:59):
I got a warm toilet seat.

Speaker 9 (08:02):
Oh, you definitely could fall asleep.

Speaker 1 (08:04):
I got a warm toilet. Yeah, so I sit down
on My cheeks are nice and warm, and warm cheeks
is nice. I'm saying. Cheeked up.

Speaker 9 (08:12):
Yeah, you are kind of double cheeked up from double cheeked.

Speaker 1 (08:15):
Thank you, though, I mean, I'll tell it, you know,
think you.

Speaker 9 (08:17):
I've heard you described as triple check.

Speaker 1 (08:20):
Somebody used to tell me that I was triple cheaked
Libya dot com.

Speaker 9 (08:24):
Yeah, that's kind of a no.

Speaker 1 (08:27):
I I love it, man, I might be still sleeping
right now. I'm not sure I.

Speaker 4 (08:31):
Feel the same way. Slept like half an hour last night.

Speaker 1 (08:34):
Why were you know you have some guests?

Speaker 4 (08:38):
No, I wish I was. Oh my face hurt last
time I did that?

Speaker 1 (08:43):
Is that right? You? You banged so hard your face
hurt from I was having a good time. Yeah, I
felt like the first time again. I think I might have.

Speaker 9 (08:55):
Said we did you ever get your rubber band back?

Speaker 1 (09:00):
Say? We on the water ride? You know what I mean?

Speaker 6 (09:02):
So?

Speaker 1 (09:02):
Yeah, well played, spish Mountain.

Speaker 9 (09:05):
Do you get that off next week?

Speaker 1 (09:06):
Hopefully? Yeah, he's talking to you Max last night.

Speaker 11 (09:11):
Actually no, I yeah, fingers crossed. That's the that's the
doctor said, hopefully a week from today. Boys, and I'm
free of this night there.

Speaker 1 (09:19):
Today's the day. Let's go, I hope. So knock it down,
bring it down, man.

Speaker 9 (09:25):
Yeah, that's tough. That's tough, tough, tough, tough.

Speaker 4 (09:28):
I'm going to eat everything.

Speaker 11 (09:30):
Yeah, and you hear the lad Yeah, and you have
some ladies of Minneapolis for joyce. Yeah, fives of Minneapolis
for Joye. Let's go, well played, let's go Hi. You
know I Hi, technically I'm a five in Minneapolis.

Speaker 1 (09:46):
I sometimes on the weekend. I if I have the
presence of mind before you go to sleep, I write
a little notes side the bed to remind myself that
it's Saturday and now I don't have to get up.

Speaker 9 (09:55):
Yeah, because I do this.

Speaker 1 (09:58):
Oh yeah, oh no, Yeah, it's been over for three hours.
Nobody called me. Why am I still in bed? And
I look over and there's little notes saying go back
to sleep, door knob.

Speaker 5 (10:07):
I mean I called you once. Yeah, years and years ago.
It was a Sunday morning and I panic wake woke
up and.

Speaker 1 (10:16):
I called you. It was like seven fifteen.

Speaker 9 (10:18):
I'm like, I'm on my way.

Speaker 1 (10:19):
I got I think I even got to my car
and I'm like.

Speaker 5 (10:23):
This fan outdoors or something was on and I'm like,
oh god, it's Sunday morning.

Speaker 9 (10:29):
And I went back to bed. Yeah, I called you.
I panicked.

Speaker 1 (10:33):
I'm like, it's only happened once. No, you should get
in here. Yeah are you? Why did you eat up?
And we'll tell you your place? Yeah, Triple T.

Speaker 5 (10:49):
Get in here, Double D's Double T's has already taken
your job.

Speaker 1 (10:55):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (10:55):
I've only done that once, though, Now it's gonna happen
to me all the time. Though I'm gonna wake up tomorrow, like,
oh god, I gotta.

Speaker 1 (11:01):
Go wake up. It's nine o'clock.

Speaker 9 (11:03):
Yeah, it would be nice to sleep into nine.

Speaker 1 (11:06):
I remember the last time I did that. I'm so sorry.
You know what, you should just do it.

Speaker 9 (11:10):
You tried going back to bed when you wake up.

Speaker 5 (11:12):
Yeah, but I just like get up. I want to like, uh,
I don't know, I like getting up, grab a brush
and put a little makeup.

Speaker 9 (11:19):
Yeah, I like it up. I don't know. I'm not
that I'm like attacking the day, but now you do,
you attack the day.

Speaker 1 (11:24):
Yeah, it's the new me. I think it's sweet because
I know you told me the last couple of weekends
you woke up and your wife was trying to help
you sleep by putting your pillow over your face a
couple of times.

Speaker 9 (11:33):
But she didn't have a big enough king sized pillow
to do that.

Speaker 1 (11:37):
Yeah, it looked like she was trying to smother you
with the marshallow Yeah. Correct. Yeah, it wasn't a big
enough pillow. She needed the couch cushion.

Speaker 5 (11:43):
Yeah, yes, she was on our way to get the
couch cushion, and I went and took a shower.

Speaker 1 (11:47):
If I and I don't remember my members not great.
But if I remember correctly, they're pret good pillows. Yeah,
oh yeah, I mean I saw her naked one time,
but I mean yeah, you know, I mean congratulations. She
could smother you with those things. Yeah, uh that's yeah, man,
he loves.

Speaker 5 (12:03):
Yeah, I would. That would be a great way to
pass away.

Speaker 1 (12:05):
Yeah.

Speaker 9 (12:05):
I've always said yeah, yeah, yeah, they are excellent.

Speaker 1 (12:10):
Look at the smile in that dead man. He died
doing what he loved.

Speaker 9 (12:14):
Yeah, lips are all puckered. Yep, yep, just his lips.

Speaker 1 (12:19):
Yeah, well all of them. His agree.

Speaker 5 (12:22):
Oh Tom, relaxed, Tom Corey. Every time we bring this.

Speaker 1 (12:27):
Up, we're banging. Yeah, we're banging. Relax, Relax, man, I
know that, Oh Rose, So did anybody playing sports us?

Speaker 9 (12:35):
Yeah? The hockey team that was I didn't see it.

Speaker 5 (12:37):
But the Hurricanes won four credible game for three, right, okay?
Overtime overtime, Yeah, they scored three in the third, and
your twinkies lost eight six after a rain delay. But
they're kind of on a free fall, but yeah they did.
And then the NBA Finals resumes tonight, which I'm I'm

(12:58):
glad it does. I'm glad they aren't off till like Sunday.
I liked that they're playing on a Friday night.

Speaker 6 (13:04):
Let him.

Speaker 5 (13:05):
Yeah, it'll be fun, and I think they do. Have
you guys something you can look up. Have you've seen
the Cat audio after the game, and I was basically
said his mom was present.

Speaker 9 (13:15):
It's a heave crow. Oh, it's a heath cry.

Speaker 1 (13:17):
Yeah. So I hope, I hope the nick sweep.

Speaker 9 (13:20):
So I love Cat? Now you love him?

Speaker 1 (13:25):
You want him dead? Yeah?

Speaker 9 (13:26):
I think I think a lot of us did. But yeah,
now I love it.

Speaker 1 (13:30):
Yeah you want to take him to the vet and
put him down? I kept saying, he's a human being. Yeah,
I don't want to do that.

Speaker 5 (13:34):
I don't think there's a bed long enough to put
Cat in.

Speaker 1 (13:39):
It's going to be like on Brand if Cat used
to lure Box. Is this rise?

Speaker 4 (13:43):
No?

Speaker 1 (13:43):
This is dark Aurora my inn the metal band on
this same from the September of twenty twenty one. Man,
I got so here we are it's that wow? I know, yeah,
almost five years ago. Oh my god, side I'm excited
to decide to get the let out. Mike gees. Yeah,

(14:06):
look at the size of your bass guitar. Look how
you play it so quickly with this finger here, Rosie
over there, look at your finger in that face. He
has magic fingers, he does. He said, yeah, I'm not
going to ask Zach about finger anymore because I don't like.

Speaker 5 (14:20):
The Yeah, Holly gave me a weird answer that one time.
And then thank god Tommy's sat here.

Speaker 10 (14:25):
As the Great Scott Staff said, don't ask the question
if you fear the answer.

Speaker 1 (14:29):
Amen, brother, listen to the hawk skirt Morsha will be
right back. At some point body pain may creep in
and become Okay, boom, here we are. It's the Patrick
Morning Show. Yesterday, coach was down at OTA's talking to

(14:54):
the press, watching his quarterbacks get things going. Hell yeah,
so far, so good. He likes himself some Kyler Murray, I.

Speaker 5 (15:04):
Like that.

Speaker 1 (15:07):
That's alone, man, that's heavy stuff on.

Speaker 7 (15:09):
Christ has been fantastic, just like see, you know, just
the daily growth for a guy that was you know,
obviously with one organization, but really you know, two schemes
throughout his time in Arizona. Our scheme's a little you know,
probably different than what he's most comfortable doing from the
time on task there and just the way he's kind
of the daily growth just as simple as comparing day

(15:29):
one of calling plays versus today, It's it's like two
totally different guys. His physical talent throwing the ball has
been on display, you know every day. Uh, the ability
to throw to all three levels layer of the ball,
anticipation that veteran veteran players bring to the position, and
you know, all, like I said, all four of those
guys are in different points in their comfort level in

(15:51):
our offense, their comfort level of playing the position in
their careers, and all trying to apply those things to
what they're doing right now. But I've been I've really
happy with the way both those guys, you know, JJ
and Kyler have kind of attacked it in their own
individual kind of ways, knowing that they're competing.

Speaker 5 (16:08):
Yeah, a couple of thoughts here, a great SoundBite, great
song underneath that worked out perfectly. That was like when
the Wizard of o Uz snks up with Pink Floyd.

Speaker 1 (16:16):
That was well done.

Speaker 5 (16:19):
He's trying so hard and I love him, I truly do.
I think he's one of the better coaches there. He's
trying so hard because I think when he and his
staff or he I would guess he makes all the
decisions when it comes to the players. He wanted this
to be a competition, but I think he's now realized

(16:41):
how good Murray is and he knows it's not a competition.
Like the ways he said, like he's layering the ball,
the anticipation, those are all things we heard all last
season that were things JJ McCarthy couldn't do and didn't
do well right, And I think he there slowly, like

(17:01):
Tom said yesterday, they are slow playing this thing into
him by the time we get to training camp that
this is no longer a competition and Kyler Murray will
take the first team reps.

Speaker 1 (17:12):
That's my guess.

Speaker 5 (17:13):
Really, yes, interesting and the other day when he talked
about him, they played the sound bite on two pros
and a cup of Steve. They even said he called
him a former captain. That's not an accident, Like he
he knows what he's doing right. So it's a weird situation.

(17:36):
My guess is he didn't know how good of a
player he had in Murray, and now that he've seen
him up close, they realize like this ain't even This
would be like putting Corey and I in the same
room and see who'd be better at radio.

Speaker 9 (17:48):
That guy sucks meaning me, like, I.

Speaker 5 (17:51):
Just I think it's I think they overestimated that this
that this they thought this would be more of a competition,
and I don't think it is at all.

Speaker 9 (17:59):
And now they're trying to soft land this thing.

Speaker 1 (18:01):
Maybe it is. Maybe maybe it's not so much how
bad JD looks. Maybe Kyler just looks great. Correct, man,
this is our year. There are many like it, but
this one is ours.

Speaker 5 (18:09):
I think he's gonna be really good. He was sweet
like when he gets going back. So he's outstanding. Yeah,
one hundred percent. He just completely raises the ceiling in
the floor of this team. As long as he can
stay healthy, he can and KOs obviously he's got the
arm that Koc likes and his kind of quarterbacks, but
also his mobility is going to free updates a little bit.

(18:29):
And defense has got to be They gotta be honest
with Kyler in the pocket there and when he escapes
the pocket, I honestly cannot wait to see what he
can do with this receiving core, which is he gotta
I mean, you've got you'd have to say, but one
through three is one of the best in the NFL now,
especially now that they got Jennings and let's not forget
you know, Hockinson's still right there too at tight end.
So this is one of the best he's got some

(18:49):
of the best weapons that any quarterback will have in
the NFL this year.

Speaker 4 (18:53):
So he can't do it here, then you know it's
gonna be tough for correct.

Speaker 1 (18:58):
Yeah, let's go I was now yeah, and.

Speaker 9 (19:01):
It's a can't wait.

Speaker 5 (19:02):
It's a weird situation too, Like we've talked about, like
with both of these guys, like they're both on the
verge of being career backups, right Like if if Kyler
is awful and can't play and can't get the rhythm
down and there was a lot of interceptions, he is
probably gonna not get the deal he wants. And McCarthy
same thing. If he comes out and has kind of

(19:24):
the ups and downs and can't have any consistency, he's
going to be a backup. So it's a it's a
competition in that sense, but I don't think it's a
competition and who's going to be the starting quarterback.

Speaker 1 (19:34):
Back that ass up? Then, you know what I mean,
stop being so cheeked up. I know what I'm saying.
Sometimes I'm back in my ass on is that what
you're doing right now? You don't care?

Speaker 9 (19:47):
Yeah, I think what are your thoughts? Has you you
get it?

Speaker 1 (19:50):
You know a lot about Towork sometime. Uh.

Speaker 5 (19:53):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (19:53):
I think Kyler is is going to be great. I
think everything that he's gonna do is gonna it's gonna work.
I hope if he if he stays heal. Yeah, other
things he can do with his feet are going to
open up some things for all three receivers, and we're
gonna have a great year and we're gonna go to
the super Bowl. That's what I think. I think this
is the year, this one. I think you are correct sir, Yeah,
was sorry. It was momentarily distracted by a story.

Speaker 9 (20:17):
Oh no, a barn story. Remember we used to have
barn story.

Speaker 6 (20:20):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (20:20):
He loved it when guys got it on with animals,
he did. Yeah, absolutely loved it. And there was always guys.

Speaker 5 (20:25):
I think every time you said I have a story,
he would ask, oh no, is it a no?

Speaker 1 (20:31):
Is it a barn story? He loved a barn story
he liked and he was from Iowa, So I was wondering,
how much do you like it? Good point? How much?

Speaker 7 (20:42):
Oh no?

Speaker 8 (20:43):
Oh no?

Speaker 1 (20:45):
Decades old human skull mystery has been put to rest
with the sentencing of a Twin Cities funeral director who
decapitated a dead body and left the head in the
woods of western Wisconsin. Benjamin Hanson Benji Bob bh of
Bayport fifty seven received the ninety dead jail sins that's

(21:07):
all I got, said, Bobby was already dead, but still
it does seem like you might want to keep an
eye on that Feller. Yeah. Feller received a ninety day
jail sentens Tuesday after pleading guilty to a charge of
hiding a corpse with the intent to conceal a crime.
He also was ordered to serve four years of probation,
participated in mental health services. Yeah, you'd hope, yeah, and

(21:30):
pay almost fifteen thousand dollars in restitution. But that lady
goes spin it. Hanson admitted to using a handsaw my God,
to remove the head of a ninety two year old
from Stillwater who died of natural causes before taking your
body to be cremated. He worked at a funeral home
there in Oak Park Heights. Hanson said he later tried

(21:51):
to bury the head in Stillwater cemetery, but Eventually he
couldn't help, but he dug it back up and throw
it into a ravine where didn't think you might find
Where the hell's a ravine?

Speaker 9 (22:01):
I don't know, rene in a small river?

Speaker 1 (22:05):
Well, and what did this lady do? Yeah? Why he
had to dig it back on? I don't know. And
if you work in a more don't you have better
tools than a hand saw?

Speaker 12 (22:15):
Oh?

Speaker 9 (22:15):
Sure, oh sure, sure.

Speaker 1 (22:19):
I need to see what a ravine is.

Speaker 10 (22:21):
I think it's a small like it's a deep and narrow,
steep sided valley in the earth surfaces that's typically carved
up a continuous erosion of running water. So it's probably
in like maybe the north still water. Yeah right, what
beautiful driving this beautiful beautiful taking her to see sights?

Speaker 2 (22:40):
Yeah, yeah, he was.

Speaker 1 (22:41):
Yeah, he was showing her things she hadn't seen before.
I can show you the world.

Speaker 9 (22:44):
He was playing the Aladdin sound draft you love scuba diving.

Speaker 1 (22:46):
I do wonder if the head was talking to you know,
I mean that was that was over the end of
the ravine. Did he hear? I hate you? Wait when
he buried her head, which this is not funny for
a family, but I'm not sure they're listening wonder when
he buried the head, if the head was like, come on, man,

(23:07):
there's yeah, where's where's my butt? Where's the rest of me?
I have to go to the bathroom, but I don't
know how to go in the bathroom right now?

Speaker 9 (23:16):
Yeah, that is weird.

Speaker 1 (23:17):
But so what I'm saying he was in case you're wondering,
that's not judge. He was mentally ill at the time,
he says, Yeah, stuggered with a darken interest thoughts. I
should be cool because this guy's not gonna be gone
for like ninety.

Speaker 9 (23:27):
Days at the time. I'm better now, he says.

Speaker 1 (23:32):
He remains mortified by the way he did. And I
can understand that that would be a thing where like
if you were in a purple haze for a while
and you were like, damn, I hold on one second,
I did what now?

Speaker 9 (23:44):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (23:44):
What?

Speaker 1 (23:45):
The first question I would have is where'd I find
a ravine? Yeah? Why did I go back and get it?

Speaker 2 (23:52):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (23:53):
I used a hacksaw. Yeah what I didn't.

Speaker 5 (23:57):
Like you used like at least like a like a
something electric to cut it off. You know how much
work that would be to saw off ahead?

Speaker 1 (24:05):
Yeah, But he's he's determined.

Speaker 9 (24:07):
Oh and you love what you're doing. It really don't
work in life.

Speaker 1 (24:10):
Yeah, well he misunderstood when his buddy said to go
get some money.

Speaker 5 (24:14):
Oh yeah, they said, buddy, you you need like to relax.
Maybe you should get some of that. And he went
out and literally got ahead. I pay for it when
this was free. Yeah, I'll drag this body around.

Speaker 1 (24:27):
A group of is great because they're always out in ravines.
A group of Boy Scouts discovered the skull in a
garbage bag while hiking in western Wisconsin in two thousand
and two.

Speaker 9 (24:39):
How terrifying did they get a badge?

Speaker 1 (24:41):
Yeah?

Speaker 9 (24:42):
Listen guys that did they become Eagle Scouts after that?

Speaker 1 (24:44):
I know you're all you're all clean, you know in
the environments. I just took a shower. No you, I
wish somebody'd remove your head.

Speaker 5 (24:54):
Oh god, it would cause a apple, It would It
would make a ravine if it were down a hill.
Didn't they do that back when they were tearing down
the Metro Dome. They he'sn't as a wrecking ball, man.

Speaker 1 (25:07):
I do have a big head.

Speaker 5 (25:08):
Yesterday at the the Company party, which was a great
time at the Saints Stadium. Yeah, super great. Right, Emily
does a great job. Me, Kel and Louis went right.
And there was a couple of street team kids that
were there. They're not kids, they're adults. But I call
him buy any ravines?

Speaker 1 (25:27):
I think so.

Speaker 5 (25:27):
I mean, if there's a ravine on the way from
Plymouth to Saint Paul, probably, and Louis was sitting on
the in the picnic table between Kelly and I and
one of the gals that works the street team was like, man,
he's a cute kid. Kelly, you you you did a
great job on him. And I go, yeah, he got
everything from her, but that huge.

Speaker 9 (25:49):
Head of hiss and yeah he does. He's a huge head.
I don't know why I told that story.

Speaker 1 (25:53):
I'm not sure either, but we're talking about some baby. No,
but I'm just saying, like I have a huge head.
I get it. It is about you.

Speaker 5 (26:00):
This story.

Speaker 1 (26:03):
Yeah, that was bad. Sorry, I've blacked out. I was
mentally ill. Then I'm back.

Speaker 5 (26:08):
Now what the hell did I Holy smokes, why did
I tell that story?

Speaker 1 (26:18):
This is about you? So the kids. If you remember,
I was a boy scout once.

Speaker 9 (26:28):
Did you ever find any heads? No, we didn't go outside.

Speaker 1 (26:35):
Boy scouts found the school First of all, if you
find a trash bag in ravine, don't look in it.

Speaker 9 (26:41):
Yeah, don't look in it.

Speaker 1 (26:42):
Right. Yeah. For years, the case remained a mystery to
both the community and detectives, with DNA tests failing to
identify the person to whom to skull belong. Yeah, a
partnership with the DNA DO project. That's what he's up to,
Mike Doerty here, how.

Speaker 9 (26:59):
You great bit, one of the best bits of all time.

Speaker 1 (27:03):
Finally led to the skull being identified as Peterson's. More
than two decades later. Henson was charged in twenty twenty
five after he was deserved to have been the sole
person responsible for bearing the woman's body while I was
in the funeral homes custody. I wonder if that's the
worst thing he did.

Speaker 4 (27:20):
Right, one of the things he never got caught for.

Speaker 1 (27:23):
Yeah, well said yeah.

Speaker 11 (27:24):
Also, I love how the Girl Scouts are like going
door to door selling cookies making everybody smile, and the
Boy Scouts out his dark side quest where they're finding
skulls the.

Speaker 9 (27:33):
River, living out a Stephen King novel.

Speaker 1 (27:35):
And if you are let's say you're twelve years old
and you're out with the Boy Scouts dressed to the
nines because I love that little fit. And you're rolling
through a ravine and you find a head, how do
you live the rest of your life?

Speaker 5 (27:52):
Right?

Speaker 4 (27:52):
Honestly, twelve, that's probably pretty thick. Though.

Speaker 1 (27:57):
When I was twelve, I'd found a way to masturbate
on it God, because I was so horny.

Speaker 5 (28:03):
Wait wait, so everything made me this is this is so,
this is what makes the power trip outstanding. I tried
to make a lady losing her head about me, Hawk said,
if I was that age, the kid, all right, start over?
I had when I was.

Speaker 1 (28:27):
Yeah, sorry, already cut off your head.

Speaker 9 (28:29):
I was thinking earlier. I was like, do I raise
my hand and we do the hands up?

Speaker 1 (28:33):
Bit?

Speaker 5 (28:34):
This is too this is too dark. If I found
one when I was a masturbate.

Speaker 1 (28:42):
I couldn't help. But everything made me masturbate. The car
hit that dog. I'll that's everything I didn't. Damer said
the same thing. Everything. Oh my god, lawnmowers on sale.
I'll be right back. I ever he made me horny.
Saws and blues buy one, get one man. Yeah, I

(29:03):
tried that.

Speaker 9 (29:04):
Your penis skiving up.

Speaker 1 (29:07):
I should burn the whole damn thing off. It's been
the bane of my existence. Hurt me.

Speaker 5 (29:13):
You said it looked like fire Marshall, Bill, what a
great sounds like it too. That poor Penis, Yeah, that
was the name of my bio, That poor Penis.

Speaker 10 (29:28):
It sounds a little bit like your Corey impression. Though
oddly enough, it's the opposite of I ain't gonna do it.
It's I'm gonna do it.

Speaker 9 (29:35):
I'm gonna do it.

Speaker 5 (29:38):
A dog got hit by a car, I'm gonna go masturbate.

Speaker 9 (29:43):
But you need help, show.

Speaker 1 (29:48):
Beyond help, but not beyond the sports. Let's talk about
we'll get I remember the fan. You're one stop for advertising.
Hey can't fan?

Speaker 10 (29:58):
Welcome some great show to the Ledge Amphitheater this year.
Jim Gaffigan will be there July nineteenth. John Mullennial will
be there August twenty second. About that Label Society will
be there September twenty fifth.

Speaker 1 (30:11):
Yeah.

Speaker 10 (30:12):
All the details on our upcoming shows in the concert page.
You can't pay that comicare calendar?

Speaker 1 (30:16):
Who else is going to be their brother? Who's that
thirty eighth special?

Speaker 6 (30:20):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (30:20):
That show the Chris Hockey Band. That's oh sweet, that's right, man.
I can't wait that the Ledge Amphitheater looking forward to
I love that place. I cannot wait. I've been there
just a hike. I said, I'm not going to a
show here type play here? What's time about? That said
about the Red Rocks, and I probably will never get
to go to Red Rocks. Yeah, I want to play that.
I don't know. I think we go on Price seven.

Speaker 6 (30:37):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (30:37):
It's a long ways off, but I'm excited about it.
August fifteenth, Baby Doll thirty eight special love that band,
man hold on loosely? Maybe. I think there's a preseason
football that night. Are you going to record it? No,
that's a that's Nordo's gonna do that one for Yeah,
it's away game. Or are you doing it?

Speaker 9 (30:53):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (30:53):
Are you really?

Speaker 7 (30:54):
Look at you?

Speaker 1 (30:54):
You get to go on a road trip, Yeah, look
at you. What happened with Nordo?

Speaker 9 (30:59):
Did he die?

Speaker 1 (31:00):
He's dead?

Speaker 9 (31:02):
He did some horrible things in a funeral home?

Speaker 11 (31:05):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (31:07):
Oh no, that was I don't think it was.

Speaker 4 (31:10):
I hope not different Nordo?

Speaker 9 (31:12):
Yeah? Different? Yeah, sorry, different motorcycle twin No, no.

Speaker 1 (31:18):
No, you know I was thinking about this. By the way,
during the break, the person went twenty years without anybody
finding out that he took that head off that lady
and throw it in a ravine. Yeah, he thought he
got rid of it and he got got away with it.

Speaker 5 (31:32):
If it wasn't for those medalings kids, Right, he's just
what I kept a barrier in the first place.

Speaker 1 (31:39):
Yeah. Correct. You gotta leave it alone, Johnny Man.

Speaker 5 (31:43):
Time now for front paid sports presented by Holiday Station Stares.

Speaker 1 (31:47):
Thank you Holiday Stations stores.

Speaker 5 (31:49):
Try the new og Italian sandwich from Flavortown. Take your
lunch to Flavortown, stacked and loaded with flavor, Flavory meats,
melty cheese, and a flavor in every bite only at
Holiday Station Store Sacho. The Vegas Knights had a two
to zero lead after two periods with the Hurricanes mel
please listen, score three straight in the third, but with

(32:15):
a man pulled and the goalie.

Speaker 9 (32:18):
Uh well sorry, start over. Man pulled with an empty netter.

Speaker 1 (32:23):
I were to the scene of the crime. Man pulled
it to goalie out.

Speaker 5 (32:29):
The Knights scored it up to send it to ot,
but the Hurricanes on a power play, won the game
to tie at one to one. Game three is tomorrow
at seven pm in Las Vegas. You can hear that
game on this station. Yeah, it was a really really
good hockey game.

Speaker 10 (32:47):
Again, this series is delivering of hopefully we get seven
games of this in total, because I can't get enough.

Speaker 9 (32:54):
Nobody can get enough.

Speaker 10 (32:55):
It's great the the Hurricanes, they've it's been a little
bit too easy for them in this playoff run. And
the Golden Knights gave him fits the other day, gave
him a hell of a game yesterday. Carter Hart was
playing phenomenal and goal for Vegas. Uh, and it took
a while for the Hurricanes to finally break through. They

(33:17):
they did, raised a couple of leads in the third period. Uh,
gotta lead themselves three to two, and then the Golden
Knights scored i think a little over a minute to
go in the third to tie it forced overtime and uh,
and then it was a penalty and a crucial power
play that the Hurricanes take advantage of to even the

(33:39):
series at one. Series now shifts over to Vegas. Yeah,
it's just it was really really good hockey game. And
if you can find your way to a TV this
weekend or a radio and the fan watch it.

Speaker 9 (33:52):
Man, it's this series is it's it's been fun.

Speaker 5 (33:54):
So it must have been an egregious penalty to call
it in bot of a Stanley Cup final.

Speaker 9 (34:00):
It was, it was, and there was some other controversy.

Speaker 10 (34:02):
I know the Vegas it won't be happy about that call,
even though I think it was pretty egregious. But there
was a goal that was overturned or not overturned. I'm
s right, that was challenged by Vegas. Vegas put the
puck in the net, but the officials ruled goaltender interference.
They did a coach's challenge. And this is late in
the third period. It's like a few minutes left, and

(34:25):
they lost the challenge. When you lose the challenge in
the NHL, the other team meets a power play and
Carolina scored their third goal on that ensuing power play,
and you know, for Vegas, thankfully they were able to
tie it up.

Speaker 5 (34:40):
But it was all moot at the end because you
guessed it. Mark Stone gets the game winner for Vegas.

Speaker 9 (34:48):
Yeah, how about that.

Speaker 5 (34:49):
Let's see here, your Minnesota wilder in the news again
because Red Wings captain m star center Dylan Larkin has
requested trade.

Speaker 1 (35:00):
He had thirty four goals this.

Speaker 5 (35:02):
Past season, and immediately everybody was like, he's even like
national people are like, well he's your next wild player.

Speaker 10 (35:09):
Your thoughts, Yeah, he's a perfect fit. Eric Johnson one
of those national people. It's like, hey, welcome to the
Minnesota while and I thought the same too. He played obviously,
he's played many, many times with Quinn Hughes and with
Matt Boldy. When it came to the terms of Team USA,
He's just a perfect fit for this team. I know

(35:31):
he's probably had conversations maybe off the record with Bill
Garon and I should know too via Russo that Quinn
Hughes and Dylan Larkin share the same agent, So it
just seems like it's all coming together. He'd be a
perfect fit for this team, perfect up to middle center,
the team that this team desperately needs to make the

(35:53):
next step. The question, of course, is what would Billy
g have to give up. But as we saw back
in December when we when he acquired Quinn Humes, he
is more than willing to make a good deal if
he can find it. And if there's anybody in this
league right now that can find it, it's Bill garn
So excited to watch that this summer. I would love

(36:14):
to welcome Dylan Larkin with open arms to Minnesota. Who's
the starting centerman for your Minnesota Wild?

Speaker 1 (36:20):
Romo? I mean Romo, don't.

Speaker 9 (36:22):
Say probably Jewel Erics and Ac when he's healthy.

Speaker 5 (36:25):
Jewel Ericsonak had nineteen goals last season. I think Dylan
and I didn't do the quick math like Corey would
have done, and I can't do math. I think Dylan
Larkin had more goals than the entire centers they rolled
out last year.

Speaker 10 (36:40):
Commne, Yeah, I mean it's it's been a sore need, Mel,
what's your problem?

Speaker 1 (36:46):
He's a big guy. Oh yeah, who isn't?

Speaker 10 (36:49):
And you know, Erics and Will still a little bit
assuming he's not a part of I don't think he
would be, but I do care he'd be a big
part of this. I'd wait till Austin Matthews requested a
Trey Alright. I guess Mel also hites Canada. Larkin might
do pretty much what Matthews can do at a much
cheaper price, especially since Larkin's got a full no trade clause,

(37:10):
so he's got a lot of power in this situation.

Speaker 5 (37:12):
Okay, wow, look at a hockey already has Dylan's Larkin audio.

Speaker 1 (37:17):
Dylan Larkin, do you want to play for the wild.

Speaker 5 (37:21):
All right, Well it's not waving no trade class.

Speaker 9 (37:24):
I guess he's not coming me.

Speaker 5 (37:27):
Okay, you're not moving out of the country.

Speaker 1 (37:32):
I love the mel button bart. Okay, well that'd be tough.

Speaker 5 (37:38):
I die, wouldn't you die?

Speaker 9 (37:42):
Kind of.

Speaker 1 (37:48):
All right? Sorry, mel.

Speaker 5 (37:54):
Okay, put down the smokes. You make me want to
smoke the greatest. That's the greatest drop. He's so pissed
that you make me.

Speaker 11 (38:06):
You make me.

Speaker 1 (38:09):
There's multiple time to call. He's just breathing for a
second at a time. The Twins and.

Speaker 5 (38:16):
Royals were tied six to six of the ninth and
the Royals scored two runs off Rogers to get the
eight six win. Your Twins have lost eight of eleven
same two teams. Tonight at seven fifteen. You can find
that game on Apple TV. Zebbie Matthews goes for your Twins.

Speaker 9 (38:32):
Yeah, and they do a good job.

Speaker 1 (38:34):
Yeah they do.

Speaker 5 (38:34):
Yeah.

Speaker 9 (38:34):
Picture quality is unbelievable. Yeah it's pretty good.

Speaker 11 (38:38):
So, yeah, Twins are obviously not good, but at least
they're for the most part, they're a lot more fun
to watch, and I think that we all kind of anticipated.

Speaker 9 (38:46):
But they score way more runs than I thought.

Speaker 1 (38:48):
Yeah.

Speaker 10 (38:49):
Yeah, it's tough, which is sad because they yeah, they
do score all those runs and that's like countdown.

Speaker 5 (38:55):
Just can't close out the game. Bullpen is so bad
and I feel bad for a guy, Shelty. He's such
a good dude. Yeah yeah, and uh yeah sucks because
I don't think there's gonna be baseball next season.

Speaker 1 (39:08):
And yeah, so that's gonna be weird.

Speaker 9 (39:10):
I don't think at all. Yeah, no, I don't think
at all.

Speaker 1 (39:12):
It's time.

Speaker 9 (39:13):
Yeah, it's.

Speaker 1 (39:18):
Hell yeah, Mark, give me him big DC brother.

Speaker 5 (39:22):
Are you voiced texting loudly? No, that wasn't Hawk, that
was uh cogain hat Hogan.

Speaker 1 (39:30):
Great bit.

Speaker 5 (39:31):
Oh yeah, I got plenty more, including maybe the most
exciting rookie this city has ever.

Speaker 9 (39:36):
Seen is playing for a Minnesota team.

Speaker 1 (39:39):
Is that right? That is right? Is lark boyes? Yeah?
The lady for Saved by the Pall is back playing sports.

Speaker 5 (39:47):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (39:47):
She really is a late bloomer. Yeah yeah, bloomers.

Speaker 9 (39:51):
You need help now you can think about his masturbating.

Speaker 1 (39:55):
You need help. Thank your breakfast, dude, Yeah, get what
you want.

Speaker 5 (40:02):
I love how yesterday when you made your lisasaya you
hid back behind the teeth you think I saw you
out of the corner.

Speaker 1 (40:09):
You're think you threw it away. I can't eat in
front of people, and then I get feel embarrassed. You
can't be eating like a mouse that you wanted to
think for McDonald's, do they have mashed potatoes? Oh? Sure,
I'm gonna get some Britos. Are you eat in the front.

Speaker 5 (40:30):
That's the one time you can eat in front of
someone's brilliant.

Speaker 9 (40:35):
Well, not the only time you can eat in front
of someone.

Speaker 1 (40:38):
Yeah, all right, here's the deal. Let is get a
vote by Rock and Tilt, one of my favorite songs
of all time. This is my guy Don Yeah, I
love Is he not the best? One of the nicest
gun I've ever met? Yeah, he's so nice. The other
singer and the principal songwriter for Rock Club and they
played golf together and I think you might have smooched.
Oh we were close. He's so nice. Drat you right

(41:01):
back then? Damn bad as some thanks she the way around,
because I know the balluns got to get a ball.

Speaker 5 (41:30):
Keep listening for the next chance to win your way
to our iHeartRadio Music Festival presented by Capital.

Speaker 1 (41:35):
One Hey Saucer, Can you punt shift the phone. You
need me do it?

Speaker 9 (41:38):
Oh, I think I can do it.

Speaker 1 (41:40):
There are movies happening in the world theaters. People are
enjoying movies again, getting out to the theater, taking their
lovey dovees. And our man to break it all down
for us is mister Z, the mystery movie reviewer. We
can't tell you who he is. We'd have to kill you,
ladies and gentlemen. Mister Z. Good morning, sir, how are
you hey?

Speaker 9 (41:58):
Morning dude?

Speaker 1 (41:58):
Good.

Speaker 13 (41:58):
I haven't heard that intro for a while.

Speaker 1 (42:01):
It's so this weekend Scary movie four hundred and seven.

Speaker 13 (42:06):
Yeah, well, scary movie. I think the thing with this
one is is that the Wayne I'm not a great
historian on the Scary Movie franchise, but the Wayne brothers
did one and two, and then they started to lose
control over the next couple and kind of got somebody
else kind of took over. It was kind of a
tense situation apparently whatever, so they're back, So this is theirs.

(42:29):
They got their franchise back, and so that's kind of
what this one is a bit of a celebration of
their guy Pat.

Speaker 9 (42:35):
Proft do a few four.

Speaker 1 (42:37):
I know they brought him in the fix the script,
I think on four, yeah, and then I think he
did may have had something to do with five as well,
But I know the four was the one that that
Charlie Sheens in one he had handed Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 4 (42:49):
Three was I think Charlie Sheen was in three. Yes, well,
Leslie Nielsen.

Speaker 5 (42:54):
Yeah, that's what I've never seen one. They're funny. The
first three are hilarious.

Speaker 1 (43:00):
Baby hand, yeah, oh my gosh, it's all yeah, it's
a great bastir in the mashed potato.

Speaker 11 (43:05):
Kelly, when the when the cops had just keeps getting
bigger and bigger every.

Speaker 1 (43:09):
Time they cut them.

Speaker 9 (43:10):
It's such as I.

Speaker 1 (43:12):
Love that stuff. So how's this Have you seen it? Uh? Yeah, yep,
we saw.

Speaker 13 (43:17):
Here's the thing about scary movie what this one reminded
me of. There's about ten jokes a minute every minute
of that movie, and a lot of them don't land.
But the funny thing is that about one out of
ten of those do, and so you find yourself kind
of laughing through the whole thing, even though other times
you're kind of shaking your head. Gunn oh boy, and so,
and I think.

Speaker 1 (43:36):
That's what it is.

Speaker 13 (43:37):
They're just scattershot humor. Maybe it hits, maybe it doesn't,
and uh, and so it's easy for a critic to go,
it wasn't very good. But to be honest, if you
if you know the humor going in, I laughed, Like
I said, there were plenty of times I thought that
didn't work at all, But then I'm laughing at thirty
seconds later. So that's kind of what you can expect
if you're going to go, how do you think it'll do.

(43:59):
It's gonna do very well. Everything being relative to the
kind of the new box office.

Speaker 9 (44:04):
Let's call it that.

Speaker 13 (44:06):
You know where we went where a thirty million dollar
movie was a big deal for a while as we
were recovering kind of from the lockdown, and this we're
looking at. If you would have told somebody ten years
ago the scary movie is going to do forty five
to fifty five million, they would have said, no way.
And that's what we're looking at right now for an
R rated scary movie. Six people are coming back to

(44:26):
the theaters. It's fantastic.

Speaker 11 (44:28):
Good hey misters you speaking of that, I've read AMCSA
they had their highest box office in the month of
May since before the pandemic. I mean people are between
obsession and back rooms. People are really really like rushing
back to the theater. And I think like a lot
of young people are kind of driving that as well,
because the word of mouth on obsession has been crazy.

Speaker 13 (44:49):
Yeah, obsession is the first you're at max. That's exactly
what for as there was a generation that just got done,
that wasn't big on going out, wasn't big on We
all know that generation. They know they don't go out,
they don't get together and just hang out as much.
And all the numbers were telling us that that was
coming back, and now we get to see it. The

(45:11):
other thing that's happening we've talked about, you know, we've
been doing this a long time. We've mentioned many times
that Hollywood keeps making Indiana Jones seven and Ghostbusters six
and those are fine for old people, but you know,
my kids don't know any of that, and we've been
kind of harp in why don't they make something, And
finally they're making movies that they get. There's a movie
coming out called The Amazing Digital Sorry, Amazing Digital Circus

(45:35):
opened yesterday and we're looking at fifteen to twenty million.
That is a YouTube series that is showing their last
episode through Fathom Entertainment at theaters and kids are coming
out dressed up as clowns and stuff. Not that means
anything to everybody, but it's like that people they want
to come to the theater with their friends.

Speaker 1 (45:54):
So it's really cool. It's weird because I'm sorry, I'm
asking a question as I'm thinking it through, but like,
it's interesting, isn't it, Because in order for a movie
to be success, there's so many people in the population
that in order for a movie to actually be success,
you need only a small segment of the population that
is really really a fan in order for a YouTube

(46:16):
movie like that to really be a success, or a
YouTube series like that to be a success in the
theater because you need everybody who likes it to come.
But everybody likes it probably loves it enough to come,
do you know what I mean?

Speaker 13 (46:27):
Yeah, yeah, and they yes, I checked. When I was
looking to book this, when I was looking at this movie,
They're like, though, one of the episodes that was looking
at had one hundred and thirty eight million views on YouTube,
and you know, in the YouTube world, maybe that's a lot.
But if you think, hey, if you could get you know,
ten percent of it had to come out. You know,

(46:48):
that would be a ton of money, especially because you
can always put it back on YouTube.

Speaker 9 (46:52):
That's something that some people don't get there.

Speaker 13 (46:54):
You know, if you make a Jack Ryan TV series
and you spend eighty million dollars making Amazon, well, you
have no monetization except for the fact that it's on
prime streaming. But if you can take a movie and
put it out like a he Man that Amazon makes,
put it out and make eighty million or whatever, and
then put it on streaming, now you can actually double
down on your product. So you don't even have to

(47:15):
make a profit. You just have to make more than
you would have if you had made it directly for streaming.
And so and that's what we're going to see from
he Man, which also opens Masters of the Universe opens
this weekend.

Speaker 9 (47:24):
How do you think that'll do?

Speaker 13 (47:28):
The thing about here's the thing. It's not a great movie,
but it's one of those I don't know, you guys
probably get this. You know, somedays you go to the movie.
It's not a great movie, but there's something about it
that about halfway through you're like, you know what, you're
kind of charmed by it. You're interested a little bit,
you kind of want to stay and see what comes out,
and then you know, you there's no way you would say,
oh my god, that's a great movie.

Speaker 1 (47:48):
You got to see it.

Speaker 13 (47:48):
But you're like, I kind of liked it, and for
some reason, you don't really even know why. And I
think that's the feeling that people are coming out of
Master's universe is at And by the end, you're like,
that kind of liked it. It was kind of fun,
silly and yet charming, kind of very eighties feel. So
it's going to do okay. It's probably going to open
the thirty five million. It might get beat by week.

Speaker 1 (48:08):
Two of Backrooms. We can't.

Speaker 13 (48:10):
I'm not sure, but again, that would.

Speaker 1 (48:12):
Be a success.

Speaker 13 (48:13):
It's going to be written as a disappointment, but it
won't necessarily be a disappointment for Amazon.

Speaker 1 (48:18):
Do you see Backrooms? Maxises?

Speaker 11 (48:19):
When you were about yeah, I saw no. Obsession was
really funny. Back Rooms was, you could tell and I'm
curious to hear your opinion, mister z. But it started
off as a short film, right, and Obsession and Backrooms
are both made by twenty year olds, which is just awesome.

Speaker 4 (48:35):
That that younger people are get a chance.

Speaker 11 (48:37):
Like you were talking about earlier, but you could tell
that Backrooms started as a short film that expanded into.

Speaker 4 (48:42):
A longer movie.

Speaker 11 (48:43):
It felt like the idea of it was a little
bit more interesting in the execution.

Speaker 13 (48:49):
Yeah, exactly, it's a good way to put it. Yeah,
And for those who do in backrooms specifically, Yeah, when
the kid was six fifteen sixteen, when you picked up
his home camera and made this made a started a
video about a person who kind of just falls through
these liminal spaces into like an abandoned mall or whatever
it might be. And there's a creepiness that comes. I

(49:12):
was reading some of this a but why that creeps
us out? There's something and maybe this will if you're
walking through an airport, busy airport, and you're going around around,
all of a sudden, you go into a section of
the airport and you stood there and there'd be a
whole section of the airport where there's not a soul around.
Immediately we have a weird feeling about it. And that's
what this movie does. Basically, it just keeps capitalizing on
the creepiness and the weirdness.

Speaker 1 (49:32):
So any of that kid who did that.

Speaker 13 (49:34):
They said, well, we might as well let him direct
this and not always what twenty one, twenty two, and
so Yeah, I think that he had a good idea
and it worked. I mean, it does build the tension
really well, and he gives you a lot of really
eerie feelings. But if you're looking for a beginning, middle,
and like a really nice resolution, yeah that's not kind
of the movie.

Speaker 1 (49:52):
It is wow. Interesting.

Speaker 5 (49:54):
Yeah, the trailer is very good, and I've seen it
a couple of times because I don't really like to
wauch scary movies, but I like to see the trailer
because I like to know what's going on. It looks terrifying,
and it looks very as you guys said, very simple.
Like it's not like a monster that I know of,
but it looks scary. Yeah, it's interesting.

Speaker 13 (50:13):
Yeah, capitalizes on that thing that we all the the
not knowing what's coming next or what's around the corner
mixed with silences always works that. Not enough directors use
silence and and and pacing to have a slow pacing
and silence as a creepiness factor.

Speaker 1 (50:30):
We could all use the.

Speaker 10 (50:31):
Slow pacing real quick, mister Z. I know, maybe we'll
have you on in a week or two to talk
more about this. But I just see Toy Story five
marketing everywhere right now. In the song today, I guess,
what's the what's the thoughts going into that that movie?
I mean, is it going to be as big as
the others or what's what's going on?

Speaker 1 (50:52):
A lot?

Speaker 13 (50:53):
I think Toy Story four was not just box office okay,
but also not very good. I thought this one is
supposed that this one has got a lot of steam.
Strangely enough, I you know, you'd think people had had enough.
But I think it was my eight year old daughter,
who you know, she's very picky about what she watches
and she's not into animation whatever. And also in other

(51:13):
blue she said, well, at least this next Toy Story
five looks good, And I'm like, where did that come from?
So anytime I hear stuff like that, that always puts
a little marked by it that the eighteen year olds
know about Toy Story five, which is half the battle,
And so I think I think it's going to do
very well comparatively to what you know, you would have thought.

Speaker 1 (51:31):
After Toy Story four.

Speaker 13 (51:32):
His box office in July is July is this going
to be maybe, and I don't know, maybe it's Hyperbola.
Might be the biggest month of the biggest July ever
that we're leaning into with with what happening in July.
So it's just going to be fun.

Speaker 1 (51:48):
Let's go, let's get out to the theaters. Man, I
love it, Thank you, buddy, guys. Super sexy, tall, tall,
very tall woman he is, which is an interesting thing
because we call him.

Speaker 11 (52:04):
Mister c.

Speaker 1 (52:07):
Miss. Yeah, I didn't know that. Yeah, I don't know
about exactly right.

Speaker 9 (52:12):
Yeah, I didn't know.

Speaker 1 (52:12):
Yeah, he's got such a great disguise that is a
tall woman, as you just heard. I certainly, I'm right,
I'm I'm playing using big. I hope we are back
six thirty seven. What really matters continues after this shake
it like it's Cinna come off. Maybe it's hayk Hey listen,

(52:34):
it's like this the Minnesota Aurora one seven and nothing.
They're five and oh how about that?

Speaker 2 (52:39):
Go Aurora be right back from.

Speaker 1 (52:42):
The one eight hundred ask Gary traffic Center and do
you app do you walk around the yards? Listen to
Brero on the Airheart Radio Appy and every time she
comes on out loud, you go. People think I need. Yeah, everybody,
what's that, buddy, buddy?

Speaker 10 (53:00):
You need?

Speaker 9 (53:02):
You need Slayer tickets?

Speaker 1 (53:04):
You know Rain and Blood brother Yeah, man, And guess
what this is Slay right here? This is Slay.

Speaker 7 (53:10):
Yeah right.

Speaker 1 (53:12):
It sounds a lot of different different. They did an
acoustic album, yeah they did. Yeah.

Speaker 9 (53:17):
Yeah, well you got Satan.

Speaker 1 (53:20):
Satan, Satan.

Speaker 9 (53:21):
Well, listen to this this Saturday, It's Slayer Day. Yeah, baby,
get ready.

Speaker 10 (53:26):
On six six you can score two tickets for just
sixty six dollars and sixty six cents to see the
thrash metal legends Slayer.

Speaker 1 (53:40):
They really are thrash thrash metal legends. There's nobody ever
been heavier than those guys. No, they've seen them, Yeah,
I've seen them, but by uh. I went to see
Testament and they were opening for Slayers. I stuck around
and watched Slayer. Never been a huge fan because I
just like melody lines and stuff like that. But people
love them and that's cool. I got no problem with
anybody like any music. Yeah, but I did see them

(54:01):
one time and it was very, very loud. Their their
least liked record is by far, in my opinion, their best,
right really? Yeah, yeah, go ahead, Sorry, what did you say?

Speaker 10 (54:13):
They have one of only two headlining shows this year,
and one of them is that Mystic Lake Amphitheater on
September fourth. Get the details now at caffeine dot com
slash calendar.

Speaker 1 (54:24):
Yeah, I think the record was maybe it was Seasons
of the Abyss, but it was like their their chance
at trying to do a Yeah, it was Season because
I remember the album cover they tried to do like
a more mainstream album, a little less.

Speaker 5 (54:38):
Devil yeah, a little less yeah death rock yeah, and a.

Speaker 1 (54:43):
Lot more groove, slowly groove metal. And I really liked it,
but everybody, all the fans hated it. So so they
flipped me the bird Houst Testament? What's testament? Testaments? Well,
what is their best song? I'm trying to remember one
off the top of my head. They do a song
called stick It in Here, so I I highly doubt

(55:05):
they do they do that.

Speaker 9 (55:08):
Was that old Testament or was that Testament?

Speaker 1 (55:11):
Well, that's good, it's very good, very well done. Stick
it in here?

Speaker 11 (55:17):
Are you?

Speaker 1 (55:20):
That was a lullaby I guess ode wow, like a
soft song, like a soft song, like a ballad, ballad
by Jesus. I meant bad Jesus.

Speaker 9 (55:35):
Said, ballad, ballad, thank you get. I could go for
a good ballad right now. Ballads are great.

Speaker 1 (55:41):
I love about what happened to Jane.

Speaker 12 (55:46):
James says, Jane says a ballad? No, what happened Jane
is that by Testament. It's by Guns a lot of
Isn't that.

Speaker 1 (55:58):
Andy's favorite band? Yeah?

Speaker 5 (56:01):
I saw them at the Red Carpet kind of Yeah,
it was Tracy Guns, Yeah, Guns Baby.

Speaker 1 (56:07):
Tracy Guns was in Guns and Roses with Axl Rose.
Then what happened? He left and decided he didn't enjoy money.

Speaker 5 (56:15):
Yeah, why are you talking about clearly about seven hundred
dollars at the Red Carpet man room. Meanwhile Guns n'
Roses is playing US Bank Stadium.

Speaker 1 (56:27):
Why did he leave? I didn't know that. It was
one of those things. I don't think I think he thought.
If I remember, because I've read like nine books on
the subject, he like didn't think they were going anywhere,
and so he went in a different direction. And then
Axuel met uh Slash and uh is he and they
had songs that he does. They did that gypsy rock

(56:47):
man and the rest is history. Let's go. Yeah, he
read nine books on it. I really had.

Speaker 9 (56:55):
You're the Shelby foot of uh.

Speaker 1 (56:58):
A lot decatured. He locked up, hero, What have you
done me? The Shelby footbit around abbey anymore? No, I
have to stop.

Speaker 9 (57:11):
She was court ordered by h.

Speaker 1 (57:15):
Called lawyer Lambert. Yeah, we were playing basketball and you
were playing basketball. We were on court. Yep. Stored of
me to stop doing. She said, you gotta stop doing.

Speaker 5 (57:25):
The room.

Speaker 1 (57:27):
Oh my god, that's what really matters.

Speaker 9 (57:30):
That's what really matters. Brought to you by Ovo Lasik
and Lenz. Thank you Ovo overlex to give me some limb.

Speaker 5 (57:39):
The Links beat the Valkyrie the Valkyries eighty seven to
eighty four. Olivia Miles, maybe the best rookie in the league,
had twenty eight points in the win.

Speaker 1 (57:49):
It set it up there on the ESPN ticker.

Speaker 5 (57:53):
She made eight three pointers, which is a that it
said it was a w NBA record for a rookie.

Speaker 11 (58:01):
She's got it all, man. Yeah, I mean she's so good.
She's amazing on the course. She's got the look like
she's a she's already an icon.

Speaker 1 (58:08):
Yeah, the respects that used to where we were kids,
man like Dickerson I wore to. Yeah. Yeah, she's great.
Yeah my mom. Yeah eight too, I bet you could
buy something. I think that my mom and I have
the the ones that I wore in like junior high football.
Think they shall have them. Really as blind as a bat,

(58:28):
that's what make fun of me.

Speaker 5 (58:29):
That's when did you lose your sight and your right eye?

Speaker 1 (58:32):
You're born like this? Oh thanks lady. It's weird because
I think my mom, my mom and I both have
the blind right eye, and my brother has the blind
left left eye. Isn't that weird? Yeah?

Speaker 4 (58:43):
That is weird.

Speaker 1 (58:44):
You used to have to wear an eye patch when
I was a kid. That's so weird, dude, because like
me too, and we're both born on Christmas and we
both like.

Speaker 5 (58:53):
You said, you masturbated everything when you were younger?

Speaker 1 (58:59):
Did that too?

Speaker 9 (59:05):
Very game is elite? Oh yeah a lot?

Speaker 1 (59:09):
Yeah?

Speaker 9 (59:10):
Matches?

Speaker 5 (59:11):
Is he always buys anything baby blue because it's Jefferson.

Speaker 9 (59:14):
Ye go Jaguars?

Speaker 12 (59:16):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (59:16):
Drunk? What's in your diet coke? You're just drunk at
the zoo? Yeah?

Speaker 9 (59:31):
Different jerseys like a Bears.

Speaker 1 (59:34):
That would be a good bit.

Speaker 5 (59:36):
Really matters is Hold on a second, what's wrong, babe?
Hold on, I'm gonna see Do you watch the show crashers. Sure,
it's great on HD T excited? Are you for Dutton Ranch?

Speaker 1 (59:46):

the very dude? Do you want to hear spoiler alert? Yeah?

Speaker 3 (59:51):
Do you really?

Speaker 1 (59:52):
Yeah? Listen if you guys don't want to know this.
If you are going to watch the Dune, you haven't
watched the first episode yet, turn off the radio in
three two one very first episode, Ripping, what's her face
with the jugs? Yeah, they're out in the woods, you know,
getting getting naughty and all that. Yeah, if you turn

(01:00:12):
it off and and they fall asleep, because that's what
happens after you get naughty, after little thing. Stop in
the five minutes, lady roll anyway, forest fire burns the
entire ranch, the iconic ranch, the Dutton Ranch to the ground.
First five minutes the new show, new season, all the

(01:00:34):
stuff that you know from Yellowstone gone.

Speaker 9 (01:00:37):
Man, how crazy is that insurance?

Speaker 4 (01:00:42):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (01:00:42):
No, it was the guy who causes all the accidents.

Speaker 9 (01:00:46):
The friction.

Speaker 5 (01:00:49):
Oh when Doug, Yeah they did they bang and then
have a cigarette. Is that how the fire started?

Speaker 1 (01:00:56):
Well, this is what Beth what's face said to Beth?
Your audio? Yeah, Rip said.

Speaker 5 (01:01:08):
And Yogi Bear cried, oh here, why was yokyre?

Speaker 1 (01:01:18):
She was having a big nick at the yas. I
brought my whole family out of here. You guys getting
it all right in.

Speaker 5 (01:01:27):
Front of us.

Speaker 1 (01:01:28):
He doesn't sound like that. That one girl with the dogs.
Don't do that in front of my granddather. That's the worst.
Yogi Bear into a Southern gentleman showed.

Speaker 11 (01:01:48):
In the shows like twenty seasons of the show, and
you still said that one lady with the.

Speaker 1 (01:01:54):
Jo he loves that show. I love that show and
mean snot Yeah, you love her? Isn't she like from
England Australia? Oh matters? Is she likes to put on
loose shirts and the.

Speaker 5 (01:02:10):
Horny?

Speaker 1 (01:02:12):
Okay? Do you know what an egg corn is? No idea?
He E G G C O R N S eggcorn
and egg corn words or phrases that get mistakenly used
in a seemingly logical way. For instance, is it buck
naked or button naked? I've heard both, right, but do

(01:02:36):
you know which one is right? I feel like it's
a buck. I think it's butt. It is butt? You
are correct? Butt naked is the correct way? That is
an egg corn? Is it card? Sharp? Or card shark.

Speaker 9 (01:02:49):
Shark sharp?

Speaker 1 (01:02:51):
It is sharp? No, way it is? Yes, that's right.
Is it curb your appetite or curb your appetite? Curb
herb It is curb. You are correct? Yes?

Speaker 5 (01:03:03):
Is it.

Speaker 1 (01:03:04):
Deep seated or deep seated with a T D or
T D d D It is a T seated I know,
I know I did not know that. Don't began, don't
don't take it, take a deep bur Let's see, like, can.

Speaker 4 (01:03:26):
I do one hard like like a lot of people say,
mute point instead of point.

Speaker 1 (01:03:32):
That's exactly right.

Speaker 9 (01:03:34):
Yeah, that's really good in the butt or but you
have right?

Speaker 4 (01:03:39):
Yeah, I think that's right.

Speaker 1 (01:03:41):
Uh. Is it flesh out or flush out?

Speaker 9 (01:03:44):
Flush out?

Speaker 1 (01:03:45):
Lush fsh It is flesh Is it really lash flesh out? Yes,
flush out? That's right. Is it scapegoat or escapegoat? Scape escape?
Escape it escape? You're right? Is it hone in on
or home in on? Oh? Hoan it is home it is.

(01:04:08):
I know I was wrong about most of these too.
I know you get this in this book that Surgean
got me called The Useless Guide to Useless Facts. Oh brilliant.
That's the power, the power, right right, Let's see. Uh,
is it last stitch effort or last ditch effort?

Speaker 9 (01:04:25):
It's got to be ditch right, it's got to be.

Speaker 4 (01:04:28):
I've been wrong on all these.

Speaker 5 (01:04:29):
It is ditch Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:04:31):
Is it mismatched or mix matched?

Speaker 6 (01:04:34):
Miss?

Speaker 9 (01:04:35):
Mismatch?

Speaker 1 (01:04:36):
Miss?

Speaker 5 (01:04:37):
Right?

Speaker 1 (01:04:37):
It is miss that's correct. As you mentioned, is it
nip it in the bud or nip it in the butt,
but it is bud? Is it old wives tail or
old wives tail? Lives wives? Yeah, it is v that's
exactly right. And one more is it rife with or
ripe with?

Speaker 4 (01:04:57):
Right?

Speaker 13 (01:04:58):
Right?

Speaker 6 (01:04:58):
With a P?

Speaker 1 (01:05:00):
It is rife?

Speaker 9 (01:05:01):
Oh damned again.

Speaker 1 (01:05:04):
I know you've been damned again. But search says, I
don't think I even bad at five hundred on that.

Speaker 11 (01:05:09):
I know.

Speaker 1 (01:05:09):
That's all right.

Speaker 9 (01:05:10):
That still gets you in the hall fame.

Speaker 1 (01:05:11):
So you go egg corns. First of all, you didn't
know an eggcorn was the thing? Didn't No, I did not.
I did not either. There you go.

Speaker 9 (01:05:18):
You searched it by accident. Well, yeah, well played.

Speaker 1 (01:05:21):
Yeah, it's smell funny suns like an egg corn. It
was easter. Yeah, you got away from it.

Speaker 4 (01:05:29):
GPT.

Speaker 1 (01:05:30):
Why do my farts smell like egg corns? Oh, you've
been eating too much steady, yeah, liing brother. Let's see here.

Speaker 5 (01:05:40):
The Green Bay Packers and Christian Watson reached an agreement
on a four year, one hundred and ten and a
half million dollar deal that includes a thirty one million
dollars signing bonus.

Speaker 9 (01:05:52):
I don't understand.

Speaker 4 (01:05:53):
That's baffling.

Speaker 5 (01:05:54):
He's hurt all the time, all the time. When he plays,
he's great, but he's hurt a lot.

Speaker 4 (01:05:59):
He hasn't even had one thousand yards.

Speaker 9 (01:06:01):
No, I think the most is like seven hundred.

Speaker 4 (01:06:03):
I think I saw yes, Yeah, I don't get that
out all.

Speaker 1 (01:06:05):
I don't either the fact.

Speaker 10 (01:06:07):
That Justin Jefferson's only making like thirty million more with
his like come on, yeah, nuts, Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:06:13):
It's weird. What really matters is.

Speaker 4 (01:06:16):
This.

Speaker 1 (01:06:17):
They found a grocery list from March eighteenth of fifteen eighteen.
Oh wow, which would be cool enough the rest of
the story. It was Michael Angelo's grocery list. Yeah, how
cool is this?

Speaker 5 (01:06:34):
Turtles?

Speaker 9 (01:06:35):
That's right, so pizza.

Speaker 1 (01:06:38):
Here is what Michael Angelo had on his grocery list
on March eighteenth of fifteen eighteen. Two bread rolls, a
jug of wine, a herring, a bird, cheerios, hearing some fish,
isn't it Yeah?

Speaker 9 (01:06:57):
Yeah, oh yeah, yeah yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:06:59):
Isn't that might be a heron as a bird? Yeah, I.

Speaker 9 (01:07:04):
Think it's an egg core fish.

Speaker 7 (01:07:06):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:07:07):
I actually learned about the meaning of red hairing the
other day.

Speaker 9 (01:07:10):
Yeah, it's like that was an initial clue.

Speaker 4 (01:07:11):
Ones.

Speaker 1 (01:07:12):
Isn't that something that is misleading?

Speaker 11 (01:07:15):
Yeah, it's like, uh, if you it was like if
you if you catch the red herring and cook it
in a certain way, it like it creates a smell
that even like it, it leads dogs astray if they were.

Speaker 4 (01:07:26):
Trying to find you. That's why they use it as
that kind of literary term.

Speaker 1 (01:07:29):
Yeah, that's pretty neat. It's pretty neat the more you know. Tortale,
which I believe is some sort of pasta a salad,
And it's weird because you know, E didn't refrigerator, right,
So if you were going to make this meal, you
would buy what you need for that meal, And if
you're gonna make another meal, you gotta buy what you
need for that meal. So then he says he also

(01:07:50):
needs four bread rolls, another jug of wine, some dry wine.

Speaker 9 (01:07:53):
Not sure what that is I think to cook with.
I would guess a dish.

Speaker 1 (01:07:57):
Of spinach, four anchovy, two dishes of fintel.

Speaker 9 (01:08:04):
You put it in sausage. It's a like a c Yeah.

Speaker 6 (01:08:07):
Is that right?

Speaker 4 (01:08:08):
Yep, that's how sausage fin And that went ye?

Speaker 1 (01:08:10):
Is that right? He's been smoking that Yeah? And another
body jug of full bodied wine for full bodied anything. Yeah,
you took care of the wine. That's wine.

Speaker 9 (01:08:23):
Yeah, you love you've googled full body before.

Speaker 1 (01:08:27):
I absolutely have. Yeah, I got I got some things
I like.

Speaker 5 (01:08:30):
Yeah, okay, Max. So Game two of the NBA Finals
is tonight at seven thirty. The Knicks lead won nothing
the Spurs. There were six and a half point favorites.

Speaker 11 (01:08:41):
I mean, we've kind of seen it throughout this playoffs,
and the Spurs played better after a loss. That happened
pretty much every game in that Thunder series. Every time
they got punched them out, they came back with the
with the haymaker themselves. Victor even spoke on it after
Game one. He kind of he said, basically, we're spoiled kids,
and we were young, and we don't we don't taking
this moment as we're not treating this moment as precious

(01:09:03):
as it should be. And honestly, they did everything that
they set out to do. In Game one, Jalen Brunson
had thirty points, but it took thirty one shots for
him to make those thirty points. They just weren't able
to get the best out of their role players like
they have been the castles of the world. And I'd
be interested to see if Harper moves into that starting
lineup because he's just been in an absolute stud and
you go down two to oh in San Antonio heading

(01:09:24):
into New York with that crazy crowd.

Speaker 1 (01:09:26):
Man, It's just I wouldn't it might be a must
win Zach go.

Speaker 5 (01:09:31):
Yeah, I would think so, right, especially if you go
down oh too at home right exactly?

Speaker 4 (01:09:36):
You know you can't.

Speaker 9 (01:09:37):
You can't.

Speaker 4 (01:09:37):
So I would expect.

Speaker 11 (01:09:38):
And Victor Wean Binnama himself tends to come out like
really aggressive after those Spurs losses.

Speaker 4 (01:09:44):
I would expect a big first quarter in general for him.

Speaker 1 (01:09:49):
Well said, what really matters is this, Well, you guys
were talking about that nonsense.

Speaker 9 (01:09:56):
You were looking at full body ladies on the internet.

Speaker 1 (01:09:59):
I think gots looked that up. Did you buy Catheart?
I did, Yeah, I bought him some art. Congratulations are
a big win. I was talking with Justin Knsmius about
the Battlet of Jane, that great l a guns banger.

Speaker 9 (01:10:15):
There's no way that's a good song. That there's zero chats.

Speaker 2 (01:10:21):
I don't like that.

Speaker 5 (01:10:22):
Well played, thank you. I had two people at the
Saints game last night.

Speaker 1 (01:10:28):
Walked by me and go, I don't like that. See,
I'm not doing that. It was brilliant. Oh apparently. Yes,
it wasn't the original. It was just ripping best ranch
in the eastern Montana.

Speaker 9 (01:10:40):
I was wrong.

Speaker 1 (01:10:41):
It wasn't Yellowstone. Oh, thank god. I was afraid it
was Kevin Costner's place. He was dead. He's dead, right,
didn't he die in the show? Cross him off? Spoiler?

Speaker 5 (01:10:55):
I mean, this is like six seasons ago.

Speaker 1 (01:10:58):
Nobody's watching that, but Hawk, how dare you?

Speaker 5 (01:11:01):
I mean a lot of us gave up on it,
Martie gave up on it.

Speaker 1 (01:11:05):
You gave up on looking good. Oh god, I watched
that again last week. I can't every time. I cried,
right every time, and every time it's on, I have
to watch it. It doesn't matter.

Speaker 9 (01:11:18):
You cried the Jaws for me?

Speaker 1 (01:11:19):
Now? Yeah, yeah, I love it. It's shoes, Oh take
it all? What's a care?

Speaker 9 (01:11:25):
I don't I don't care.

Speaker 1 (01:11:26):
Wherever you are that's my home. Yeah, that's my home.
A bit so good. Wish Wigs.

Speaker 9 (01:11:32):
That's the best line of the old wish Yeah, I
don't want it.

Speaker 1 (01:11:37):
It's about these dolphins. Oh my god, I didn't know
John Wayne walked like that.

Speaker 5 (01:11:41):
God, that movie. That movie one of the best comedies
of all time and exact it's a hundred out of
one hundred. It's coming back in theaters. Yeah, I was
thinking about seeing it.

Speaker 1 (01:11:54):
Dude, I will go with you together. Yeah, by will
you held my hand? Will I cry? Sure? Wait whichever
hand is free, because whoever said beside me is gonna
be busy. My dad's going with You're gonna do the
old popcorn bucket.

Speaker 9 (01:12:09):
Shah, my dad falls in that.

Speaker 1 (01:12:11):
Listen, you're gonna earn your popcorn.

Speaker 6 (01:12:12):

Speaker 9 (01:12:13):
