Speaker 1 (00:00):
He shout out to Jess.
Speaker 2 (00:01):
She started law school at forty years old and last
night submitted her very last assignment. Graduates on May thirtieth.
Shout out to Jess. It's not too late to start
over again. There's a lot of people that get divorced
at like sixty years old. They call that a great divorce.
And Susan was telling me all about it. So what
(00:23):
do you think that means?
Speaker 1 (00:24):
Brian? Is that a bad sign?
Speaker 3 (00:25):
Sounds like she's starting to plan somethings. I don't get it.
Speaker 1 (00:28):
I don't understand. So what Brian, how are you? I'm good?
Speaker 3 (00:32):
How are you?
Speaker 2 (00:32):
Brian's from Snap Fitness and we love Brian because Brian
comes in, hangs out, and you're actually a fan of
the show. You actually listen to the show. But we
want to talk about fitness and sticking with it and
you know, starting small, because I think a lot of things.
When I started running years ago, I said I'm going
to start running.
Speaker 3 (00:49):
Yep.
Speaker 2 (00:49):
I got some sweatpants, I got a sweatshirt on, I
got some shoes, sneakers on. I ran outside and I
ran and ran and ran until I was exhausted, and
I said, this sucks. I'm never going to do it again,
and I didn't again for years. I think one of
the things is you got to start a little slower, right.
Speaker 3 (01:04):
You do, You got to you got to kind of
ease into it.
Speaker 4 (01:06):
So in this time of years perfect for that, right,
it's obviously super nice hour getting more nice out so
you can enjoy the sun and get that vitamin deal
that sort of thing. So yeah, start small, take it easy.
You don't have to break any records to first go
have fun. What are some good exercises? I mean walking
is probably king, but talk.
Speaker 2 (01:23):
About some easy things that we can do to just
get the steps in and move, you know, move our body.
Speaker 4 (01:29):
Well it's it's it's springs, summertime, right, so take advantage
of the weather, especially here in Minnesota, So do things
like I think a lot of non traditional things that
people take about with exercises.
Speaker 3 (01:38):
You know, I've got to go run and so on
and so forth.
Speaker 4 (01:40):
But water sports is an actually great way to do
some great activity. Water skiing, paddle boarding, all those types
of things just engage so many different muscles than what
your body's used to being on dry land. So if
you're if you like the water, try stuff like that swimming,
doing laps, jazz it up.
Speaker 3 (01:56):
Those are really great ways to get some new ideas
into your routine.
Speaker 2 (01:58):
Okay, and what so if, for example, if I'm working
on the exercise part, there's also the counterpart, there's the
part that I hate, that's the nutrition part. Yeah, because
I mean, you know, my nickname is quarter pounder. Don't
ask me why yeah, don't ask me why no. And
(02:19):
I think that's a challenge for a lot of people
because they say, what Genny said, this fitness begins in
the kitchen.
Speaker 1 (02:23):
Was it you that said that?
Speaker 5 (02:24):
I said in the kitchen as mad.
Speaker 4 (02:26):
In the kitchen, which is kind of the same thing, right,
eighty percent of your success with nutrition and just weight
loss or you know, feeling good, feeling tone is nutrition,
and it's it's a giant thing to unpack, absolutely difficult.
Speaker 1 (02:38):
So what are most people getting wrong?
Speaker 2 (02:39):
My wife tells me you eat the right things, but
you eat too much of the right things. She made
zoodles last night with a little shrimp in there and
a marenera sauce.
Speaker 1 (02:49):
It is so good.
Speaker 2 (02:50):
But when your boy goes back for serving number four,
now you're in trouble.
Speaker 4 (02:53):
That's probably the biggest thing is it's even if you
eat healthier food or food options and you eat too
much of them, it's ends up being the same effect. Right,
You're eating too many calories than what your body can
burn off. So really understanding and knowing that right balance
is never getting to that point where you're feeling full,
but just below that to where you can just you
feel satisfied.
Speaker 1 (03:12):
That's the goal. That's tough.
Speaker 2 (03:14):
It is very tough because I think sometimes I eat
until I can't anymore. And I'm not really joking, but
it's like more horse, no way I can finish this
pot par and then I do.
Speaker 6 (03:27):
Because it's right in front of our faces. So we
think like, okay, we're going to keep eating even though
we start to feel full, and you don't stop yourself
because you're like, I'm going to finish this plate.
Speaker 2 (03:35):
Why not feel We don't feel full until maybe like
fifteen minutes after we're done eating.
Speaker 4 (03:38):
Right, Right, And typically even for myself is I like
to do my training and my workouts at night because
if I'm at home and I'm just sitting there, if
I'm watching TV or reading a book or something like that,
I'm just likeugh, I'm just end up going to the
refrigerator and you're picking up something else that you already
had dinner. You know, I don't really need anything more,
but you have to find myself snacking, and then you're
eight o'clock, nine o'clock and you're starting to get for bad.
(04:01):
Too much food to be eating before you go to bad.
So I try to stay as active as that can
at night so that by the time I get home
it's time to start getting to wind down for a
little bit.
Speaker 3 (04:09):
Get that thirty minutes before bedtime and just go to bed.
Speaker 1 (04:12):
Now.
Speaker 2 (04:13):
Brian is from Snap, Yes, and there's all kinds of
different things at Snap. You can got to Susan goes
to Mike over at your store, great personal trainer. He
works her butt off. She's lost thirty pounds, she's musclely.
Speaker 1 (04:26):
It's weird.
Speaker 2 (04:26):
She'd be like, look at my bicep, and I'm like,
I mean, seriously, she's really impressive. What is it that
people will join a gym with the best of intentions, sure,
and they will go wholeheartedly dive in, and then a
period of time later they start to tape her off.
Speaker 1 (04:44):
What keeps?
Speaker 2 (04:45):
How can I keep motivated to keep going back to
snap fitness and do my workout and get my cardio
in it.
Speaker 3 (04:51):
It's really two things. It's routine and enjoyment.
Speaker 4 (04:54):
Right, So when you think about it, even just as
you're going into this new venture in life, you're gonna
find yourself with a whole new rotis tea that you
normally don't do. Like you talk about it, you were
always up in the morning coming to work. You don't
have to do that anymore. So what's going to be
the thing that you do throughout the day that's going
to take up all that time? And and that's the
same thing with the gym is are you a morning
workout person?
Speaker 3 (05:13):
Are you going to come into lunch hour? Or are
you going to come in at night?
Speaker 4 (05:16):
Find those those balances to where those can stay consistent
with your workouts and you're you're just organically going to
keep that as part of your daily routine. And then
when you're in the gym, pick things that you enjoy first, right,
don't do the things that you're like, I really hate
that exercise or hate doing weights. Maybe right away, start
start with things that you enjoy to get that pattern going,
and then you could start to branch off into things
(05:38):
that maybe a little.
Speaker 1 (05:39):
Bit more difficult. Okay, gotcha? What is it?
Speaker 2 (05:42):
And it's going to change for everybody? How many times
a week do I should?
Speaker 1 (05:46):
I do? I need to go to the gym? And
how long is long enough?
Speaker 3 (05:50):
Yep? Anything is better than nothing.
Speaker 4 (05:53):
So if you can, if you all you can do
is muster one day week, do one day a week.
If you can get two, if you can get three. Ideally,
the goal you had to have a long term objective
is get to three. That's where your body really starts
to see that return on investment that you're making, just
neuromusculating all the things. So three days a week is
kind of that target. But if you're not doing anything
at all, right now, just get in once a week.
Speaker 3 (06:13):
That's a win.
Speaker 2 (06:14):
What if I go in and I don't have the
extra money for a personal trainer and I don't know
my way around? I mean, I can ask Elliott over
at the front desk, Hey show me how this machine works.
But then, okay, now I know how the machine works.
But is there an app or is there a way
to know? Like today, work on your core today, work
on your legs today, Do these on your quad, like
your lats or whatever.
Speaker 4 (06:35):
Yeah. One of the great things with being at Snap
is that you have an app that has an active
workout that engages with you all the time, so you
can actually go into the app and get virtual content.
You can do workouts, You can curate workouts that are
already predesigned for you, videos that you can watch and
do the workouts at the club.
Speaker 3 (06:51):
In the club, we also have most.
Speaker 4 (06:53):
Of the clubs have a screen in there that has
an active workout that you go through nine stations.
Speaker 3 (06:58):
It takes you about thirty minutes to complete.
Speaker 4 (06:59):
You could actually literally watch that do the workout that's
being done on the screen and you're done and out
of there in thirty minutes.
Speaker 3 (07:05):
Really easy, really cool.
Speaker 1 (07:06):
That is very cool.
Speaker 2 (07:09):
There are Snap locations all over to them place. Yeah,
the one over in Chan happened and has the recovery
center in the background with like the water massage chair,
which is my favorite.
Speaker 5 (07:20):
And what's that water thing? Isn't there some like water
filter something?
Speaker 1 (07:24):
Yeah you talk about yeah, the machine.
Speaker 5 (07:27):
Yeah, it's more than what the weights are.
Speaker 7 (07:30):
Like.
Speaker 5 (07:32):
Machine.
Speaker 1 (07:33):
Oh it's so good.
Speaker 3 (07:33):
Yeah, I see him come in, get water and leave.
Speaker 2 (07:36):
Yeah, it's like one of the five gallon things. I
keep you for a couple of more minutes. Here give
me and I'm going to put you on the spot.
I know you can handle this. Give me your three
best weight loss tips. And one of the reasons I
want to ask you is because I have heard that
cardio is not always necessarily the best weight loss tip.
(07:57):
But people be like, I'm going to get on the
treadmill and I'm going to lose a ton of weight,
and then they do it and they don't really lose
the So talk about cardio for weight loss. But then
also give me three primo weight loss tips. Yeah, it's
super simple.
Speaker 4 (08:10):
The number one is, as Jenny kind of said, is
nutrition is crucial, right, So eat enough food to where
you feel satisfied, but don't go over and understand what.
Speaker 3 (08:18):
That amount is. If you need help with that, you
can go online and you can find all sorts of
tools that'll help you understand how many.
Speaker 4 (08:23):
Calories you should eat, but know what you should you
know the amounts that you should be eating. That's really important.
So start with that. That's an easy one to do.
The next one is get into some light resistance training.
The more you build your muscle, that's the engine of
the of your car. That's going to burn the calories
that your body's looking to do. So the stronger, the
more muscularity that you have there is going to help
burn more calories just throughout the day as you're just
(08:45):
going about your day. And then the last one is
where I would kick in the cardio because there's if
there is a deficit that you need to create, the
cardio helps burn that fat and making sure that you're
doing exercise to where you feel just a bit almost
out of breath, but you could maintain from maybe twenty
to thirty minutes in a semi comfortable state. Okay, it
might be difficult, but you could still do it for
(09:06):
twenty thirty minutes. It's a good way to know that
you're in that good fat burning level of training.
Speaker 2 (09:10):
Which reminds me if you have an Apple Watch, it'll
tell you your zone. Right, it'll be like zone one, two, three, four, five.
You don't have to be in zone four or five.
Two or three is probably better. Arguably, you don't want
to be in four or five.
Speaker 4 (09:21):
You're in your anaerobic thresholder and you're not burning fat
as much anymore. So arguably you want to be in
that two or three that should be at a level
that just keeps you going at a thirty minute pace
and be feeling, like I.
Speaker 3 (09:32):
Said, challenging but not uncomfortable.
Speaker 1 (09:34):
Okay, last question, who's got the best burger in town?
Would you say, Oh.
Speaker 3 (09:37):
Gosh, that's a tough one.
Speaker 4 (09:40):
Honestly, my my, this sounds really really rigged. But my
wife is a machine at making urgers.
Speaker 1 (09:46):
Coming over.
Speaker 3 (09:47):
Yeah, it's crazy. I don't know how she doesn't.
Speaker 5 (09:50):
It's like irregular.
Speaker 3 (09:51):
I don't know how she does.
Speaker 4 (09:52):
Smash burger that's a bunch of stuff to it, and
it's just and she's just this little thing and she
just hammers this giant hamburger, you know.
Speaker 1 (10:00):
Funny use.
Speaker 2 (10:00):
And I think that one of the things that we'll
wrap it up with this one is you can still enjoy, like,
you know, your burgers and your your occasional glass of
wine and you know, a whole bottle of Philip Scotch
and that type of thing. I mean, what but alcohol
is probably that's probably not one of the best things
for losing weight, but it's so much a part of
our celebrations, like, hey, let's go to happy hour.
Speaker 4 (10:19):
It's a very social thing, right, So the key to
that is if you are going to have alcohol. Yes,
it's not the best when it comes to you know,
just overall fitness and inflammation and all that sort of stuff.
But then maybe have one drink, have a water in between,
maybe another, and then.
Speaker 3 (10:33):
That's about where you sit. That's that's much best.
Speaker 1 (10:36):
As you probably should do. I want to join Snap. Yeah,
where do I go?
Speaker 3 (10:39):
Step Finish dot com that's where to go?
Speaker 2 (10:41):
Yeah, okay, lots of areas locations and they're all over town.
And you know what, when you go in you don't
know your way around, ask their version of Elliott at
the front desk and he or she will help you
figure out some things and use the Snap app for
a for a program.
Speaker 4 (10:54):
Absolutely, Brian, we love you, thanks for coming in for
all this, Thanks for doing what you do. We listen
to you every day and you just stay to the area.
I don't know what we're gonna do. You know, come
Monday next week when there's no Dave Ryan on.
Speaker 5 (11:05):
It's Memorial Day, so you can sleep in.
Speaker 1 (11:10):
Ryan's good. It's good to know you.
Speaker 2 (11:11):
We're gonna be in touch because I'm still going to
be here doing you know, like commercials for Snap and
that type of thing.
Speaker 1 (11:15):
So looking for to thank you very much. We appreciate you.
Speaker 2 (11:18):
It is one on one point three Kate, kad w
B Tame and Paula and Jenny. It's called Dracula on
k D Double Ub. You know what I want to
do this week? Play all my favorite songs? Okay, I
want to play all my favorite songs. Yeah, like what
I would probably do perfect by Simple Plan, Okay, Addicted
(11:38):
by Simple Plan.
Speaker 6 (11:39):
Okay, we can't just play it all week, could do Addicted. Unfortunately,
we don't have perfect in the system. I know it's silly,
but you know we have Addicted.
Speaker 8 (11:46):
I'm Just a Kid is a really good one by
Simple Plan.
Speaker 1 (11:50):
I'm just a Kid, My life is a night Man.
How do you know that song?
Speaker 5 (11:55):
Because we want that guy. That's one of my first
ds ever owned.
Speaker 2 (11:59):
Really probably okay, good, Yeah, we'll work on that Thursday
Mall of America, so gonna be down there.
Speaker 1 (12:05):
I hope you can join us for the farewell show.
Speaker 2 (12:07):
I'm very excited, but I'm also a little bit nervous
because all of these big names from the former Dave
Bryan sho over the years, Angie, Lena Lee, Steve, Extreme,
Jamie Intern John Fallon and more all gonna be there,
Corey Foley all going to be there. So we're gonna
do a roast. You guys have to write up your
roast jokes. Ye, what are you nervous for?
Speaker 1 (12:30):
Yeah? How do you think we feel? I don't know,
because I want to ready to have a good time.
Speaker 2 (12:34):
It's kind of like when you throw a party, you
like you have a people over for a Super Bowl party,
you get a little bit nervous because you want to
you have a good time. Hot Dogs No, I'm sorry,
there's no hot dogies. No, I don't want to come in, which,
by the way, was Vaunt's nickname in high school Mini
Wienies high school, in high school and the college. But no,
t Rex Cookies is going to be there. They're bringing
like two hundred t Rex cookies. So you shout out
(12:58):
to Bonni's two unsolicited Devanni's mailed me yesterday a twenty
five dollars gift card.
Speaker 9 (13:03):
Wow.
Speaker 2 (13:03):
I just thought that was very sweet. A little pizza
like a little chip clip and a little beer bottle opener.
Speaker 5 (13:08):
He's getting us lunch later.
Speaker 2 (13:10):
Uh No, what makes you think that twenty five dollars?
You know that's pizza that it would be about enough
for me.
Speaker 5 (13:16):
So that is true.
Speaker 6 (13:18):
You just said, Brian and talking about serving sizes, and
you're still sitting in here.
Speaker 5 (13:23):
Oh so disappointed. He's got his arms crossed. He shaking
his head.
Speaker 7 (13:26):
Speaking of one Eita Coss. She said, tell Fatty mcfatty,
his president is here. That's actually a direct quote you.
Speaker 1 (13:32):
She said, here like in the lobby. Yeah, okay, all.
Speaker 5 (13:35):
Right, Well note is not here. Your present is here.
Speaker 2 (13:38):
Oh okay, gosh, all right, ONEA will see you on
She wants to get the day off. She wants me
to call her boss and get the day off or
on Thursday so she can.
Speaker 1 (13:45):
Make it out.
Speaker 2 (13:46):
Okay, all right, we'll see. We'll be back in a second.
A key word here, Oh yes, here comes your keyword
for one thousand bucks one three. Katie and the Leo
Agency want to help you win one thousand dollars now
just to enter this nation.
Speaker 1 (14:00):
Keyword on our website.
Speaker 8 (14:01):
Deposit.
Speaker 1 (14:02):
That's deposit KDWB dot com.
Speaker 2 (14:05):
Okay, go do that for one thousand dollars on kd
double ub Vaunt is here to stir the pot.
Speaker 7 (14:14):
I love you, Disney, but frozen is It's time to
pack it up Frozen. We don't need any more movies
from you guys get Out.
Speaker 5 (14:22):
People love the second one.
Speaker 7 (14:23):
It was no the second one, no, the firs. No
they're making a third one though. Frozen one is an
okay movie, But I think the songs of what carries
the movie Frozen two was very unnecessary and we don't
need Frozen three.
Speaker 1 (14:37):
Yes, Franchise Bailey.
Speaker 5 (14:38):
I disagree.
Speaker 8 (14:40):
I think Frozen is really good and every kid in
the world loves Frozen that came out.
Speaker 7 (14:46):
They love the songs from Frozen, they love the let
It Go, they love the Snowman.
Speaker 8 (14:52):
Also is super empowered, empowering as a female character. I
love her so much, and everyone loves Anna because she's relatable.
Speaker 1 (14:58):
No, she was a lonely little gir.
Speaker 5 (15:01):
Okay, I disagree.
Speaker 8 (15:03):
I remember in twenty thirteen, back in the day when
I worked at Disney, I met Anna and Elsa before
their movie came out, and I was like, ha ha,
I don't really know what to say, and they were like,
ha ha, we don't really know what to say either,
because I don't think they'd seen the movie.
Speaker 1 (15:18):
It's just the songs that carry the movie.
Speaker 10 (15:20):
Wow. Wow.
Speaker 5 (15:21):
I disagree. Von Frozen's and cancel the franchise.
Speaker 1 (15:24):
No said, so monsters the pot on kd WB coming.
Speaker 2 (15:29):
Right back to come for the music, stay because you
forgot to change the station the day Ryanchi and kd W.
We have way more people watching on YouTube right now
than we usually ever do. Yeah, that's crazy.
Speaker 5 (15:42):
I mean usually we have like, I don't know, fifty,
Now there's two hundred and forty.
Speaker 1 (15:45):
Wow. Earlier it was like four hundreds.
Speaker 8 (15:47):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (15:48):
Well that's when we were getting tests.
Speaker 2 (15:50):
Bailey and I got matching tattoos that both say good bit,
yeah and good bit.
Speaker 1 (15:54):
Is you probably learned listen to the show.
Speaker 2 (15:56):
Is like, whenever we do something funny and we think
we're pretty funny, we'll go good bit, good bit, good bit,
like we do our Napoleon Dynamite interaction, and then afterwards
we go good bit.
Speaker 1 (16:04):
Yeah kid, it's a story.
Speaker 8 (16:07):
Dave Kim, I'm good at the user to bring me
some chapstick, get some from the northes.
Speaker 5 (16:11):
Gosh gross, No, can't just bring me My lips are
real bad.
Speaker 2 (16:19):
Looks over shoulder at plate of nachos behind him. Have
you noticed in the movie the plate of nachos gets taller. Yeah, yeah,
if you watch the movie. So when Napoleon's calling Kip
at home to bring him chapstick, Kip is looking over
his shoulder because there's a plate of nachos calling his name.
But it keeps getting taller. It's so funny.
Speaker 5 (16:41):
Watch that again?
Speaker 1 (16:42):
So good?
Speaker 5 (16:43):
How much you want to bet I can throw this
football over the mountains?
Speaker 1 (16:46):
You want to do a movie line?
Speaker 5 (16:48):
But uh huh, yeah, do you know any of them? Ye?
Speaker 1 (16:50):
From Napoleon? Don't know any movie line at all? What's
your favorite movie line? Nothing's coming to mind? Nothing. I
was reading these text messages. I love you Jenna, Okay,
what's that from First Come?
Speaker 4 (17:04):
I know that?
Speaker 1 (17:05):
Okay, I'll ever seen that movie one time.
Speaker 5 (17:07):
She's got sandy blonde hair, She's got a pretty nice face.
I'm just a little pe oat because she hasn't sent
me a full body shot yet.
Speaker 2 (17:16):
Right, we're gonna do Dave's Dirt coming up in a
few seconds. Should we play wet like the brain?
Speaker 6 (17:22):
Somebody didn't request, but like yeah, but also I was
gonna have us play simple plan.
Speaker 5 (17:26):
Do you want to do? Like I said, we only
have Addicted and one other song in the system. I
do anything. Those are there our two options.
Speaker 1 (17:33):
Let's do anything. Yeah, that's a great song. Yeah, let's
do that.
Speaker 5 (17:35):
Let me pull that up and yeah we can.
Speaker 2 (17:37):
That would be really cool if you guys surprise me
by having Simple Plan play at the rotunda form going
to Way broadcast.
Speaker 1 (17:42):
Wouldn't that be cool?
Speaker 5 (17:43):
You love us enough time, my guy?
Speaker 1 (17:44):
Yeah, you tell us everything last minute. You're so lucky
we're showing up to your going away broadcast. You wanted
Simple Plan, you got bond.
Speaker 2 (17:55):
I love that song. Yeah, that's such a good song.
This song is not such a good It is called
Wet like the Rain. And the reason I did this
song was because there's all these songs about it, We're
gonna make love all night, and you figure it's by
some twenty two year old guy who's very inept in
the bedroom and things that, like, you know, two and
a half minutes is like some good, good love about
(18:16):
he because he really enjoyed it.
Speaker 1 (18:18):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (18:19):
So, and it just cracks me up whenever I hear
like a twenty two year old guy singing about yeah,
I want to make love all not long, most women
would be like, god, no, are you fuck?
Speaker 3 (18:30):
Five?
Speaker 1 (18:31):
Six eight hours of making love?

tell you, you do some bits that are back in
the day. And then you go listen to him now,
like the Fopa song, and you go, that didn't age
very well. But you know, nobody complains about it because
they know what is it. It's a bit, it's a joke.
It's a good bit. Terrible chemistry, terrible, it's a good bit.
Speaker 5 (21:13):
A bit. Nor one more time, one, two, three, good.
Speaker 2 (21:18):
God, let's do the mind meld thing. We'll try to
We'll start on three on the count of three. We'll
each say two random words at the same time. We'll
try it again to see if we can match on
the second time, and then on the third time we'll.
Speaker 1 (21:33):

Speaker 1 (22:47):
We couldn't know.
Speaker 5 (22:48):
You guys are so far off just nothing in common.
Speaker 1 (22:52):
Couldn't get hit, nothing in common.
Speaker 2 (22:56):
All right, let's get into another edition of Dame's Dirt.
We've kind of ignored the Dirt today because we've had
so many other things going on.
Speaker 1 (23:03):
Wow, what a show. Everything from Jackie coming.
Speaker 9 (23:06):
By and.
Speaker 5 (23:08):
Arthur Pastor Molly and the what is.
Speaker 2 (23:12):
It helped me out? Aloha Monkey Monkey and so wow,
we just had a hole and Brian from Snap. We
just had a great show today and then another one
tomorrow here from the studio. Then we're at Mall of
America on for Thursday, and then back to the studio
for the last show on Friday. Thank you for listening,
Jenny kicking off the dirt, would love.
Speaker 6 (23:33):
To so NFL quarterback Dak Prescott. He's one of the
high I think he's the highest paid quarterback. Maybe not anymore,
but he was last season and he abruptly ended his engagement,
or actually I think his ex fiancee did back in March,
and she blamed ongoing infidelity issues.
Speaker 5 (23:49):
Well, last weekend, Dak was.
Speaker 6 (23:51):
Seen getting cozy with one of his ex fiance's bride'smaids, Caitlyn,
so Dak apparently knew her in college. Caitlyn and Sarah
became close to the engagement. She attended the joint Bachelor
Bachelrett destination party in the Bahamas, where the engagement apparently imploded,
probably because she was there and now Dak and Caitlin
denied any relationship that witnesses said they were holding hands
(24:13):
and acting like a couple.
Speaker 8 (24:17):
Dave, I think in your retirement you should apply for
Wheel of Fortune and get on it. Because they're celebrating
America's twenty two hundred and fiftieth birthday. I heard that
with patriotic programming sponsored by Coca Cola, obviously, but I
think you could be good at Wheel of Fortune, Like,
what are you gonna do?
Speaker 5 (24:32):
You have to do something right, it would be good
at it.
Speaker 1 (24:34):
I think I would be good at Wheel of Fortune.
Speaker 2 (24:36):
Well, what's easy when you're sitting there in your barco
lounger beside the you know, next to your coffee table,
and you got your feed up.
Speaker 1 (24:41):
It's really easy then, But you have.
Speaker 5 (24:44):
To like apply and interview and stuff.
Speaker 6 (24:45):
Because the person I was seeing recently he applied for
Wheel of Fortune and he had to do a test
and he did like okay, but not as good as
he thought he was going to do.
Speaker 11 (24:52):
Yeah, even know, you know Ryan Seacrest, right, so he
could probably I don't know, forget, can I tell you
we went on the I want to say the Warner
Brothers maybe the Sony pictures a lot to her a
few months ago.
Speaker 2 (25:05):
Yeah, the Wheel of Fortune set is vast. It's vast. Really,
it's the size of a high school gym. Who you
wouldn't believe how big it is because they have the
contestants and the wheel over here, then they have Ryan
over here in the middle, and the board where Van
is turning the letters is way off to the left.
It's the size of a high school gym. You think
it would fit in this room. No, it's vast huge.
Speaker 1 (25:28):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (25:29):
Uh.
Speaker 7 (25:29):
They audio of Benny Blanco was doing a podcast and
somebody asked him very odd question for an interviewer about
him and selinigme.
Speaker 1 (25:35):
As a sex life.
Speaker 3 (25:36):
Tell us about you and Selina's sex life.
Speaker 1 (25:39):
I'm not allowed to talk about that publicly. Oh wow,
she made you sign one. No, I'm just like a
gentleman kind of just like a thing I do. I'm
like a gentleman.
Speaker 7 (25:48):
That's not I don't know, you know, that's the first
thing I can agree about that goldfish looking dude, because.
Speaker 1 (25:52):
Like, first of all, what type of question cancel? Whoever
that is that asking that question? And I just like that.
Speaker 5 (25:56):
He co hosts Little Dicky they host there.
Speaker 1 (26:00):
So you know Benny Blanco, then don't ask him that
if you know he's not going to answer it.
Speaker 8 (26:05):
Yeah, that is I wouldn't talk about tell me about
you and your wife in the bedroom.
Speaker 6 (26:09):
It is weird, you know that, You know that those
two idiots don't prepare for a podcast whatsoever. They just
go on, turn a mic on, and they're like, shout.
Speaker 2 (26:20):
Out to Jen and Henry, we share a happy birthday
in June forty and four. There's no one I'd rather
share talking about an early birthday shout out. It's in June,
but there's your birthday shout out, and it says, there's
nobody I'd rather share my birthday with.
Speaker 1 (26:33):
I love you so much. No more premature birthday shout out.
Speaker 2 (26:38):
No, no, no, you want a birthday shout out, you
go on Cameo and just look me up on Cameo
and I will I will take care of you. This
is Nicole Scherzeger is talking about Reunited with the Pussycat Dolls.
Speaker 1 (26:53):
And here is Nicole.
Speaker 3 (26:54):
So I was like doing theater for three years, right,
and then I was like.
Speaker 5 (26:58):
Oh good, this is amazing, this is a dream come true.
Speaker 8 (27:01):
But what is also another dream come true as being
on the road again with my girls, and it just
so happens to be we're celebrating twenty years.
Speaker 1 (27:10):
Didn't they have to cancel all their tours like a
ride festival?
Speaker 8 (27:14):
I am confused when they say, like, oh my gosh,
it's been twenty years, but you didn't. It's not twenty
consistent years, right, They for years and years years? Well yeah,
so like, are we really celebrating twenty years or just
twenty years since you started?
Speaker 5 (27:29):
I got that coal, and I think that they're doing
like European dates those did. I believe that's why they're
still doing that.
Speaker 6 (27:36):
Man, we've been talking about Shakira for years about how
she was accused of all this tax fraud and it
was like sex, yeah, yeah, but it was saying that
she owed seventy million dollars bus interest while they found
her not guilty, and she said there was never any fraud,
that administration itself could never even prove anything, and yet
(27:57):
for nearly a.
Speaker 5 (27:57):
Decade, I was treated as guilty.
Speaker 6 (27:59):
That's so that people thought you seventy million dollars fraud
of taxes.
Speaker 3 (28:03):
That's a huge amount.
Speaker 2 (28:04):
I remember hearing that story is like, man, you've got
a good life, pay your taxes and then you'll be
fine and not. And so it turned out that the
government was wrong and somehow she gets the money back.
Speaker 5 (28:16):
Yes, it has to be reimbursed. Good for her, she
gets out at money.
Speaker 1 (28:20):
All right. One more Bailey, all right.
Speaker 8 (28:22):
Angelina Jolie's daughter graduated from college over the weekend and
she is now going by just Zahara Jolie, not Jolie Pitt.
So apparently she and Brad Pitt, her dad, he wasn't
even there because he's estranged from the kids since his
split with Angelina, which is wild to me, because they
had like a million kids, didn't they have.
Speaker 5 (28:42):
Like fifteen billion.
Speaker 1 (28:43):
I don't know about that or something like that.
Speaker 5 (28:46):
Anyway, That's what I've got.
Speaker 1 (28:48):
All right.
Speaker 2 (28:48):
That is the dirt on kd WB. Reminder, try to
find time to come by the mall on Thursday. I
would love to see it. There so many special guest stars,
everybody who's ever been on the show before. Nobody said no,
nobody said they couldn't make it, and several are flying
into town just for the occasion. Lena, Angie, Taylor, Corey Foley,
(29:08):
and Intern Genre all flying into town. Just for the
occasion and Wilson and lives in Little Canada. Talk about
the most difficult one to get here. Wilson's one of
my favorites because she's just so snarky and negative and bitter,
but she's so funny. And she's like, I don't know
if I want to come. I'm like, well, we got
to have you there, and nobody watched me there and
(29:29):
I'm like, well, I want you to I do.
Speaker 5 (29:31):
I'm excited.
Speaker 2 (29:32):
All right, we'll see you there hopefully. Mall of America
Thursday morning, six till ten in the Rotunda
