And the woman who was on the phone's like, yes, sir,
how she has no idea, she's not connecting. He says, yes,
I need to change some information you have on file
concerning my account. My my phone number and my address

have changed. I still want to bank with you, but
I need you to understand I have different phone number
and address. And he's that didn't even come up yet.
She goes, okay, sir, We're gonna need you to answer
some security questions first so we can verify it's actually you,
which that's good that they have these measures in place
so some impostor can't access you're So he successfully answers

all the security questions and for whatever reason She's not
convinced that this is Robert Prevost, and she's like, I'm sorry,
I'm not gonna You're gonna have to come in person
to do this. At this point, he goes, well, that's
gonna be kind of difficult. I'm the new Pope. She
then hangs up on.

Him, probably fearing that she's gonna lose her job.
