big picture as it sits before we drill down on

little bit. They said they were not going to think

is a better player, better fit than Michael Porter Junior
for Denver in the situation for what he's going to

be asked to do. They gave up a first round
pick in order to do it. Lots of people criticize
that move, most people understood the vision that was for
allowing them to have this flexibility to be able to
add some of these guys like Bruce Brown, Tim Hardaway Junior.
I thought they'd have to bend a little bit more

think the deal was there regardless to try to get
a guy like Yonis Valin Junis who is That's a
whole other can of words. Entirely. He was supposed to
be the backup center for Denver this upcoming year, but
it doesn't look like that's going to be the case.

is thinking about going overseas. What's the next direction for

that I really think makes sense for Denver is al Worker,
who would be a tremendous addition to the mix. I
think arguably a better player, certainly a better playoff player
than Jonasus at this stage of his career. But Al Horford,

old guy, definitely likes been in the league for close
to twenty years at this point. But backing up Nikoliochus,
playing next to Nikoliochus, that would be the ideal situation.
If they do not get him and al Wrcer goes
to the Golden State Warriors, which is a lot of
people's expectation, then Denver's kind of up a creek at
this point. They're going to have to pivot and find
a different situation, probably on the trade market. I don't

really see anybody on the free agent list that really
would help them this year.

brought in via the draft last year, to Ron Holmes,
big things were expected out of him. How much can

lean on him in the coming season. How much of
that is just a giant question mark? And is he
really a guy who could back up the OKA or

that this situation for Denver, it's unfortunate that you may
have to turn to Doron Holmes and put extended pressure
on him in the situation. It's one of the reasons
that bringing in a veteran like Valance has made a
lot of sense because it took the pressure off of
de Ron Holmes. It took the pressure off of zik Naji,
guys who like they're both six', nine they're both a

little bit, skinnier definitely not going to be like true
centers in THE. Nba they're going to be a little
bit more versatile. Players but nag he's already said that
he's not going to play the center. Position it's not
his situation that he would really Enjoy Doron holmes a
little bit more malleable at this stage of his, career
but coming off of a torn, ACHILLES i just wouldn't

want to put that pressure on him, personally as somebody
who if you ever come off of an, injury you
don't want to play the hardest position available in the,
Game and that to me is a sign of disaster

you believe is part of your future in this league
