a case entitled Trump v. Barbara, the Court upheld the
idea that US citizenship can be conferred on any child

is to look for what's known as the plain meaning
of the. Text the plain meaning would seem to be,

crafted and when this amendment was, ratified what jurisdiction might have.

Means this means if you are already a citizen of another,

you are not subject to the jurisdiction of The United
states because you don't owe allegiance to The United states
by virtue of your citizenship in another. Country you owe
allegiance To. Mexico Senator Jacob howard was actually The senator

he was the primary drive or of trying to get
The Civil Rights act of eighteen sixty six into The.
Constitution he, said jurisdiction ought to be construed so as
