He's finding that individuals are reconnecting to farmers and farming regions, cooking more at home, and making mealtime a family affair. In November of 2014, James was appointed as the first-ever Chair of Culinary Programs and Operations for Centennial College.He also heads up a nutrition-based culinary program, which focuses on more than just making great tasting food. The program teaches the skill of cooking and the philosophy of clean eating.
