Chocolate, candy, and other sweets seem to be everywhere we look during the month of February, leading up to Valentine’s Day. Our children trade cards with candy at school while adults give each other boxes of chocolate and celebrate with gourmet meals. How can we indulge in heart-healthy treats while keeping portions in check?
