Building a health body has everything to do with a healthy gut.If you want to improve your overall health, you need to make sure you have a healthy gut.Bacterial balance shifts your digestive system. When you're eating inflammatory foods, your gut gets busy dealing with those instead of building new bacteria to help you stay fit. The result is that you don't have gut bacteria to break down some of the chemicals you're ingesting. That may be why you rush to the bathroom right after eating.How long does it take you to get in your car, drive to a restaurant, wait for food and drive home? Is it really more convenient to go out to eat? Spending some time preparing your fruits and vegetables on your day off will save you meal prep time on your busy days.Change doesn't happen overnight. Building new habits takes time. The first two or three weeks on a new diet are difficult but worth it.  Find the three worst things you eat and work on giving up just those three things.
