Adding a digestive enzyme before each meal can help you break down your food into usable nutrients. Vitamins C and D and minerals are crucial. As you get older, digestion worsens. Having one or two digestive enzyme capsules before each meal will aid digestion. You need magnesium, calcium and potassium to stabilize muscle.
