Hydration is important, but avoid sugar-laden sports drinks. Instead, create your own fun drink with infused water (strawberries, lemons, limes, cucumber, watermelon).
Fresh fruits are easily portable (bananas, apples, avocados), and veggies with side dips like hummus or guacamole can be filling and hearty.
