However, you can also get a yeast infection from the following factors:

You could be pregnant
You might be approaching menopause
Your immune system may be compromised
You might have high blood sugar
You might need a longer treatment

Can certain foods cause you to break out?In a short answer, YES! Eating certain types of food groups can be a contributing factor to your acne. If you're breaking out more often than usual, try to stay away from sweets, greasy foods, or dairy.Should I work out when I'm sick?You might be surprised to learn that you can work out when you're sick; it just depends on your symptoms. The common rule doctors advise by is known as the "below-the-neck" rule.If you have symptoms above your neck, such as runny nose, sore throat, and sneezing, then it's perfectly fine to work out at a moderate level.
